Speaker 1 So just to orient you, today specifically, we're going to talk about why people don't change.

Speaker 1 And I'm going to give you a specific tool to help you have a breakthrough every single day of this challenge.

Speaker 1 Today, we'll do a transformational group exercise, a powerful tool, and then I'm going to bring somebody up live to demonstrate the work.

Speaker 1 And specifically, today we're going to talk about getting free from the subconscious blocks that hold you back around money so that you can break free from those limitations and actually more easily step into the dreams that you have in your heart.

Speaker 1 You we're going to use money because I think it can serve a lot of people. We've quote-unquote inherited negative

Speaker 1 money stories. And also, there's a lot of trauma associated with it.
So, as you do your work, not only does it serve you, but also your lineage.

Speaker 1 And if you happen to be a service provider, then you're able to more compassionately hold space for your client if their money stuff comes up as well.

Speaker 1 So, it's great for you to be a beneficial presence to help you heal your relationship with money, but also so that then you can thrive in your career as a result.

Speaker 1 And so my intention is that you have a breakthrough every single day of this challenge. And I'm going to really be bringing it.
And I just want to be clear, every day, it's experiential.

Speaker 1 So you're going to have either a transformational group exercise, a demo,

Speaker 1 an embodiment practice, a training, and I'm gamifying it so it's fun where you're getting a new game, a new gift every single day. So, but you do have to be live to qualify to win that.

So before we get started, I just want to orient that my work is always about transformation from the inside out.

Speaker 1 So we do energy and strategy, a little bit of both.

Speaker 1 And so what I'm teaching you is really how to get to the root to create more accelerated change so that you can really support yourself with performance in a way that takes account doing the inner work and the outer work.

Speaker 1 And so I'm going to be, again, walking you through money to help you break free from the subconscious blocks that are holding you back.

Speaker 1 But if, say, money is not really a hot topic for you, and maybe weight loss is what's really most important to you right now, or you have an upper limit and a set point around happiness, and you're noticing that, work with what's alive for you.

Speaker 1 Get what you came here for this, but know that all of the tools and frameworks that I'm sharing with you can be applied for any area of your life.

Speaker 1 And so, it also doesn't matter if you're, say, if you are doing this as a profession, you're a health coach, relationship coach, business coach, life coach, these tools, again, are going to go to the root so it can affect every area of your life.

Speaker 1 And so we're talking about today, again, why people don't create change. And I,

Speaker 1 if you've not thought about that, I want to help give you some science and research behind why this is. So 95%

Speaker 1 of our behavior change happens from our subconscious. 95% of our behavior change is from our subconscious.
That means only 5%

Speaker 1 of when we say we want to change something actually is from our conscious mind.

Speaker 1 So anytime we're trying to change something in our life and we're not able to, we want to look under the hood because there's programming that's making it harder.

Speaker 1 And I'm not about trying to push through. There's a time for that, but most of the time people rely on that and they burn out.
There is an easier, more graceful way.

Speaker 1 My methodology is about helping you get out of your own way so that you can create sustainable change in an easier, more effective way.

Speaker 1 And our brains at age seven and younger are in theta, which which means they're like a sponge. They're just absorbing everything in your environment.

Speaker 1 So the environment you grew up in, your family, culture, all of that influences and matters. It makes a difference.

Speaker 1 And most of the time, we've inherited beliefs and ways of being that we haven't even consciously realized. And so

Speaker 1 you want to be able to

Speaker 1 see these things because sometimes with the subconscious work, it's hardest to see it. Once you see it, then you can start shifting it.

Speaker 1 But a lot of the times this stuff is filtering our life and we don't even even know it. And it's like that refrigerator hum where you don't know that it's happening until it's gone.
It's stopped.

Speaker 1 You're like, oh, it's so much more silent. That's the power of the subconscious.
That's what we're going to dive into today.

Speaker 1 And so I want to share with you a story that's really helpful to kind of orient and understand some of this work.

Speaker 1 So I like this because it's very simple, but there's this little girl who was baking with her mom. And she was baking this family recipe.
And they got to the place where they got the batter.

Speaker 1 And the mom's like, now we're going to split the batter into two trays and put it into the oven. And this little girl's like, why would we put it into two trays?

Speaker 1 And the mom's like, I actually don't know. So she asked her mom.
And the grandmother starts laughing. She's like, honey, we didn't have an oven big enough to have it in one tray.

Speaker 1 And so this story just kind of highlights and illustrates how much of the way that we operate in our daily lives, we don't even realize what we're doing or why.

Speaker 1 And it's still playing out unconsciously. And so I'm glad that you're here because, again, we have set points with happiness, weight, finances, different areas of your life.

Speaker 1 And the more that you can see those subconscious operating system beliefs, then you can question them so you live more free.

Speaker 1 And how specifically it relates to money is: let's say you want to make more money, but you have an unconscious belief that you have to work hard, or that you have to sacrifice your happiness or health to make more, or that other people can do it, but not you, or rich people are greedy.

Speaker 1 All of the different stories will limit you until you're more conscious of them.

Speaker 1 And so, I'm curious, type in the chat, chat, what is one of the beliefs that you know is blocking you around money at this point? What do you see? What have you seen?

Speaker 1 Type it in the chat because again, sometimes with the subconscious, it's not about fixing it. It's about seeing it so it doesn't unconsciously have power over you.

Speaker 1 We want to be able to help us break free. Before we dive back in today's conversation, I want to share something that can completely change your life.

Speaker 1 And one thing that's really important for you to know is that anytime you judge something, you're stuck with it. If you judge it, you're stuck with it.

Speaker 1 So everything that you're doing in your life is trying to serve you to some degree. And oftentimes,

Speaker 1 we want to see it with compassion. And the way that we do that is see that it was trying to serve you, maybe not in the most effective way, but it was trying to serve you.

Speaker 1 So we can honor and thank the way that it was trying to serve us. Then we're no longer stuck by it.
We can update the approach, let go of the ineffective method, which we'll do today.

Speaker 1 But when you're no longer judging something, you can hear the wisdom inside of it. And when you're not judging it,

Speaker 1 that's oftentimes often when it changes as well. That's not why we do it because then there would be an agenda and it can feel that.
And so, part of this work is bringing compassion.

Speaker 1 But remember, anything that you're bringing out of your unconscious, if you're judging it, you're actually going to be stuck with it. So it's like, oh, that was trying to serve me.

Speaker 1 And I can take dominion over that here, which is what we're going to do. And so share.
Okay, so people don't understand what I have to offer, that's why I can't charge what I want.

Speaker 1 And make it simple: I can't have enough,

Speaker 1 I can't have

Speaker 1 oh, these are coming in quick. I can't have money, my mom said.
Okay, so good. So, start to see it.
So, I should only have a normal amount, or I can't spend on extra things. Good that you see this.

Speaker 1 I have a fear of what I would become if I had money. So, it's interesting because money highlights how we already are.
And so, it's so good we're starting to see this.

Speaker 1 We're going to go eat way, way deeper today. So, I'm thank you for your participation too.

Speaker 1 And it's normal for us to have subconscious beliefs about money. It's and in our life, this is for survival purposes.

Speaker 1 What is really helpful is when you see it, you investigate, is this actually my truth? Or do I want to upgrade it?

Speaker 1 And so, anything that you overcome in your life is going to be something that you can better serve others through overcoming it.

Speaker 1 And so, I want you to know that your wounds, your challenges are your resume.

Speaker 1 So that health challenge you went through, the divorce, the recovery, all of that is your life experience you can use to serve more people as a result.

Speaker 1 And if you do want to get into coaching, you don't need to be perfect, right? There's no such thing.

Speaker 1 But you do want to have integrity to lead with your life first, to do your work, so that you feel more confident in helping somebody deeply and profoundly changing their life.

Speaker 1 And part of my work is not trying to get rid of anything. It's about embracing all of it.
So you don't let these disempowered patterns within you lead your business and your life decisions.

Speaker 1 They're welcome, they're integrated, and tomorrow we'll talk about integrating them into your nervous system, but then you don't let them lead your business and your life decisions, right?

Speaker 1 And so, I'll share with you a little bit of my context, my story, just to give you some understanding of how this work came to be, and then we'll dive into it. So,

Speaker 1 when I was six, my family lived in a small house, and I was really happy.

Speaker 1 My dad took a um a risk to open his own company and it did well we moved to a larger house and at the time my parents started going through challenges in their marriage and so my six-year-old brain equated that if you make more money you're not as happy Okay, so just so you know, the left brain fills in gaps to make if there's not an understanding, the left brain will fill those gaps to make meaning.

Speaker 1 And it does it with a lot of confidence. So my six-year-old brain concluded that staying small was safe, they made me happy, but then risk was risky and unhappy.

Speaker 1 And I didn't see this until I started to try to grow my business. And again, life is a mirror.

Speaker 1 So, anytime you are trying to create results in your life and you're getting stuck against something, life is here to reflect it and mirror it so you can see what's in the subconscious.

Speaker 1 That way, you then can shift it, that way, you can then investigate.

Speaker 1 And so, for me, when I started doing the work that I'm about to share with you right now, I went from making, not even making, I was living off of $16,000 living in Santa Monica, which is Southern California, which is not, it's an expensive town.

Speaker 1 I wasn't even, I didn't even have my own room or bed. I was sharing it with my best friend.
It was a futon.

Speaker 1 I learned how to live off of a budget for a while and I started doing this inner work because I had a calling and I was like, I want to serve in a bigger way.

Speaker 1 And I started doing the inner work and I ended up profiting $100,000 in two weeks. And that same inner work has supported me in running a multiple seven-figure company that I run today.

Speaker 1 And so I want to share with you these tools so that you can have a healthy relationship with money, be a good steward of it, feel empowered around it, and also, again, do it for yourself and for your lineage.

Speaker 1 Because it can't just be from the outside in. It can't be just the strategic change.
You're going to keep hitting up against an invisible barrier, making it harder on yourself.

Speaker 1 So this work is not about pushing harder.

Speaker 1 It's about getting out of your own way so that you can see what's holding yourself or your clients back more easily by questioning and going deeper, going to the root. And so

Speaker 1 something that's really important for you to understand that's going to accelerate things for you is oftentimes we are looking for unmet childhood needs in our daily lives now without realizing it.

Speaker 1 So this shows up in money, relationships, health. We are seeking unmet childhood needs now and we're not aware of it.
And when you see it, it's an unlock.

Speaker 1 You can start to, what I call in-source, offer yourself that missed experience. And as you source, creating it in the external world becomes a lot easier.
It's so much faster.

Speaker 1 And so today we're going to help you have a breakthrough around these blocks. Again, most of us will use money, but if you want to use something else, you're welcome to modify the tool.

Speaker 1 Also, it helps normalize some of this stuff, knowing you're not alone, that we've all gone through this and it's possible to break free.

Speaker 1 So the first question I want you to answer is what is a recurring complaint you have in your life?

Speaker 1 So for example, maybe it's I'm not growing it fast fast enough online, or I don't have a really supportive team or strong team, I should say. So, what is a complaint you have in your life?

Speaker 1 So, number one, just write what that is, whatever it is you can work with, and we're going to go deeper here in just a little bit.

Speaker 1 So, once you've identified that complaint, now I want you to find the desire in the complaint. There is always a desire in every complaint.
This is a relationship hack.

Speaker 1 I used to be a couples therapist doing somatic work, and I would teach couples, find the desire inside the complaint and communicate that. So for you, what's the desire inside of your complaint?

Speaker 1 Type in the comments here.

Speaker 1 So my team is here on chat for you as well. So I'm not getting paid clients.
Now then identify the desire.

Speaker 1 And once you identify the desire, what is it you want? So maybe you want to be growing fast online so you feel seen. Or maybe you want A players on your team.

Speaker 1 You don't have a strong team, so you want A players. What's the desire okay i don't know enough so you what's the desire i want to know more okay

Speaker 1 and then once you have that number three i want you to type in the chat i want you to share the in the comments i want you to say what do i imagine i would feel if i got that so if it's if i got a social media following i would feel validated or if i got in a team i would feel supported What is it that, what's the feeling?

Speaker 1 Not the thought, but what is the desired feeling inside that you're really desiring? So whatever it is for you, type it because this is important for you to see.

Speaker 1 So I want to know the tools so that then what?

Speaker 1 Because in order to receive,

Speaker 1 essentially, attachment when we're younger, we modify ourselves.

Speaker 1 We change to get love, approval, and attention. And it is smart.
It's a great strategy at the time, but we want to take dominion over it now.

Speaker 1 So, okay, so feeling of home, that I'll be successful and competent. so I'll feel what is that and just choose one

Speaker 1 calm great safe amazing so then I want you to say what did I do to try to receive attachment love attention what did you do maybe you complied with your parents maybe you what were the actions or non-actions maybe you followed the rules or what was what were the things you did as a child

Speaker 1 to try to get what you wanted

Speaker 1 type that in the chat And so, an insight that can help you and your clients go further is realizing that oftentimes our relationship with money is mirroring our relationship with our caregivers.

Speaker 1 So, what do I mean by that? So, if I was looking for my dad's love, thinking it was hard to get, I might project that onto money, thinking that I have to chase money, it's hard to get.

Speaker 1 Or if I thought that I needed to abandon myself to get my mom's love, I may think I need to abandon myself to make money.

Speaker 1 Or I can't get enough love, I can't get enough money. You see how it's the same programming operating in a different arena in your life.

Speaker 1 And so we're unconsciously seeking from money the same thing that we were trying to get from our caregivers. That's one of the most powerful insights you can see.

Speaker 1 So once you start seeing this, sometimes it's also disorganized, our attachment styles around this. So we've inherited stuff from mom and dad or whoever the caregivers were.
that raised us.

Speaker 1 Again, remember Theta, we're a sponge. And so oftentimes it's not logical.
Maybe with your mom, she spent a lot of money and your dad was a saver.

Speaker 1 So that how that can show up disorganized inside of you is that you go out to fancy dinners all the time and then you tell yourself you don't have enough money.

Speaker 1 So it's like, oh, that it's not logical. You don't need to judge yourself for it, but it's good to help you see this.
Okay, good.

Speaker 1 Awesome. So now we're going to go deeper.
Okay, you guys ready? We're 20 minutes in. We got this.
So

Speaker 1 I want to do a guided visualization to your childhood home and in service to you breaking free around money.

Speaker 1 Now, if for any reason you have big tea trauma it wasn't safe in your home growing up you don't feel comfortable for any reason please always take care of yourself you can listen don't close your eyes or do the guided visualization just fill out the worksheet as we go along and so for everybody else go ahead and take a moment to close your eyes take a nice slow deep breath in through your nose

Speaker 1 Filling in your lungs and your belly and just exhaling any stress, any negativity, anything that's no longer serving you, just letting it go.

Speaker 1 Just connecting with your heart space, feeling the warmth around your heart, feeling into what's safe in your body right now, letting yourself focus on the safety, letting it expand in your awareness, breathing into it, feeling nourished, feeling protected and held.

Speaker 1 And I want you to set an intention for yourself. Intentions are powerful.
What is it you would love to experience?

Speaker 1 Maybe it's my intention is to break free of anything that's no longer serving me with grace.

Speaker 1 Just breathing into your heart space, feeling that safety, knowing that you can come back to this anytime you want or need.

Speaker 1 And when you're ready, if you're ready, go ahead and imagine yourself in your childhood home

Speaker 1 when you were six or younger.

Speaker 1 And just notice what it feels like to be there.

Speaker 1 What does it smell like? What does it look like? Be there now in your childhood home, six or seven or younger.

Speaker 1 And I want you to notice while you're there, your mom or whoever your main caregiver was. And look at them and look at all of the

Speaker 1 relationships she's had with money. So maybe she taught you based on her way of being with money that when you save, you're safe.

Speaker 1 What was it for you just investigating your mom or your mom's relationship with money? What did you learn from her about what money is?

Speaker 1 And then I want you

Speaker 1 to just notice whatever you noticed and then go to your dad

Speaker 1 and whatever that or your dad or your main caregiver and what did he teach you about money

Speaker 1 so maybe time is money or money is freedom just by watching him looking at him

Speaker 1 and if nothing's coming trust that it's okay we've got other parts of this and if everything's coming trust that

Speaker 1 but notice the positive and negative things you've inherited around what money is,

Speaker 1 what money is from mom or dad and your main caregivers.

Speaker 1 She taught me what not to do with money.

Speaker 1 Yeah, that there's not enough. And just trust whatever comes through right now.

Speaker 1 You can also notice the positive things. Both are important, but we're going to work on what's limiting you in this moment.

Speaker 1 And so just thanking all the images, all the insights, all of that that came forward.

Speaker 1 Just say thank you, breathing into your heart space and just coming back to your current day self, tuning back into this safety in your body at your age now.

Speaker 1 Thanking all the insights that came from this.

Speaker 1 And when you're ready, go ahead and write down

Speaker 1 what came forward.

Speaker 1 So, maybe it was that

Speaker 1 whatever it was for you, write it down before you forget it. You have to conserve money.
It's super stressful. Money is not an issue.
We all inherited different things about what it is.

Speaker 1 So you're just collecting the information.

Speaker 1 And now I want to just invite you to also specifically write down anything that is getting triggered for you around money.

Speaker 1 So it could be if you're setting your fee or it could be in a marriage or relationship.

Speaker 1 Maybe it's I never have enough. People can't afford what I charge.

Speaker 1 It's not possible for me to be wealthy. I have to work hard.
Whatever it is for you, collect what is the stressful belief that you want to work with today.

Speaker 1 Because again, if you have this stuff unconsciously or consciously operating, it's going to be harder for you to actually step into any of the goals that you have in your heart.

Speaker 1 And so you might sabotage it by just getting distracted on social media or not fully showing up for what it is you want. And over time, once you see it, we can can re-pattern these ways of being.

There's never enough. Money is hard to get.
People won't pay what I charge. Yeah.

Speaker 1 Okay. And as you start doing this work over time, it will start to create new ways of being.

Speaker 1 always having just enough, but never enough for all my desires. Okay.

Speaker 1 can you see how that might track with one or one or more parents? Having just enough. Do you see that? Yeah.

Speaker 1 And who comes up more for you when you think about just enough maybe attention or love or time

Speaker 1 with one or more parents? I'd say my mom. Yeah.

Speaker 1 Okay.

Speaker 1 And so I just want to invite you, if you feel safe, and by the way, there's so much love for you in the chat right here. So I just want to create a safe space for you.

Speaker 1 Thank you for your courage and your willingness to be vulnerable and lead with yourself first. What a gift.

Speaker 1 Yeah. And this is time for you.
And so if you feel comfortable to close your eyes, you are welcome to put your hand on your heart.

Speaker 1 You don't have to, but we're just going to check in with this younger part of you who felt like there was just enough, just enough.

Speaker 1 And if we were just to speak from that part,

Speaker 1 from that little one, in the present tense, And you can allow if there's an image that comes up, you can follow that.

Speaker 1 You don't have to search for anything, but just giving yourself permission to express raw, authentic what she needed to say then, but now

Speaker 1 what would she say? What are her words if she were to talk to one of her parents' mom?

Speaker 1 She would probably say, Um,

Speaker 1 like, I just wish that I didn't have to um like worry about you, yeah,

Speaker 1 that you wish you didn't have to worry about your mom,

Speaker 1 yeah.

Speaker 1 And just it's okay if there's feelings that are coming up. This is part of it, this is part of you letting yourself get free.

Speaker 1 And so, yeah, just allow the emotion to come up so that it can really be presenced by you. What else would she say? I wish I didn't have to worry about you.

Speaker 1 Yeah, I'm really like picturing both of my parents because I think I carried a lot of worry for both of them. Yeah.

Speaker 1 And so we're just going to drop into our heart and I'll guide you a little bit. Yeah, so that we can just let kind of that unconscious, it doesn't even need to make sense.

Speaker 1 I can help you unpack it afterwards. But if you were just to let and allow that unconscious pain or fear or vulnerability arise, it's like, yeah, it's starting to move.

Speaker 1 You're not.

Speaker 1 Yes. And I also just want to name: I really get that a lot of us that were parentified children that learned to abandon ourselves to care for others became therapists and helpers and healers.

Speaker 1 And we're doing the work now so we can reverse that and really be present for all parts of ourselves, all energies, all aspects within us. And you're doing so beautifully.

Speaker 1 You're being so courageous with it. And so, yeah, yeah.
So we're just giving her some space. And so

Speaker 1 if we just tune in and you're just noticing her back at that time,

Speaker 1 what I really heard was that, I wish I didn't have to worry about you.

Speaker 1 Yeah, what else would she say? What wants to be shared?

Speaker 1 She wants to say, I don't want to be rude, but I really just wish you guys could get your shit together. Uh-huh.
Yeah. She's a little fiery.

Speaker 1 Yeah. Okay, good.
What else? Tell me more.

Speaker 1 I just wish, I just really wish that they could know that life didn't need to be so heavy and so stressful. Like it really didn't need to be.
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 1 And what did you want?

Speaker 1 So instead of going towards them, what did you want and need? What would you tell them? What do you want to say to them?

Speaker 1 Let's use your mom because you mentioned her. So we'll start there.

Speaker 1 I guess I really wanted her to see how.

Speaker 1 I guess how much I like felt the energies in the home.

Speaker 1 So even though she thought she was like trying to protect me from what was going on, like I could really feel that, like I just felt how icky and heavy the energy was. Yeah.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 And so see what happens because there's a little bit, um, see what happens when you speak from her, not to her. I know it's a little different than some of the training that other people do.

Speaker 1 And it's a little bit more vulnerable because that's where some of the energy is. Yeah.
And notice just what's happening in your body. What are you feeling? I am hot.

Speaker 1 Yeah. There's some heat.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 And we will go to the degree that you want to go here. Okay.
And you're, yeah.

Speaker 1 And so we're just going to, if you were to just imagine your little one had voice for the first time to authentically express her truth to her mom, what would she say? Mom, I.

Speaker 1 I just want you to stop being so weak because I know you're actually strong.

Speaker 1 And if she stopped being weak, then what?

Speaker 1 Then you could.

Speaker 1 Then I would feel safe to like be fully in my own strength. Yeah.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 Because, yeah, I think I was really like,

Speaker 1 sorry, talking to her.

Speaker 1 Present tense, yeah. I want to see you in your strength.
I don't want to care for you anymore. I want you to do it.

Speaker 1 Yeah, I want to see you in your strength because right now

Speaker 1 I feel like

Speaker 1 you're saying that I'm I'm not that I can't be strong and that that women are just weak and helpless

Speaker 1 yeah and just tune into what that feels like when you see her buy into that

Speaker 1 yeah

Speaker 1 I feel

Speaker 1 It just makes me feel that there's something wrong with me because I feel so strong and powerful and like I could do anything but then I see you just being so helpless and then I

Speaker 1 think I needed to help you yeah

Speaker 1 and where's your mind right now where are you going in your mind

Speaker 1 I'm just thinking about

Speaker 1 Like how I just didn't see her using her voice. So I think I really picked up a lot of beliefs around how safe it was to use mine.

Speaker 1 Yeah. Yeah.
And more insights will come. And the more we,

Speaker 1 because what I'm noticing is there's a subtle pattern to go into the mind to think about it as a way to feel safe.

Speaker 1 And in some ways, it mirrors the abandoning of her, the way that you felt with your parents. So if you abandon yourself to caretake them.

Speaker 1 Oh,

Speaker 1 that's playing out right now. So that we, because we'll go into the thought and great insights are there.
But really where the real work is, is is staying connected to her

Speaker 1 emotions and feeling it fully all the way through.

Speaker 1 And it only takes like 90 seconds to feel it fully, but we're just presencing. So we're learning to parent ourselves in a way that we weren't ever parented, right?

Speaker 1 And you're doing such a beautiful job.

Speaker 1 And so just, yeah, just kind of mirroring some of the subtleties around this. So if you drop into her, I don't know if you saw an image of yourself in your childhood home when you were younger.

Speaker 1 But just speaking from in present tense, that vulnerability, what was that unmet childhood need? It's like, mom, I really want.

Speaker 1 I really want you to see me in my power.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 like, no matter how

Speaker 1 like sassy I show up or how

Speaker 1 like powerfully I show up, or

Speaker 1 or even if I'm mad or sad, like I just want you to see me in my power

Speaker 1 yeah that's right

Speaker 1 and what are you trying to avoid feeling so like if she saw you in her your power then you wouldn't have to what

Speaker 1 I wouldn't have to like pretend to be weak to connect with her or to get her support.

Speaker 1 And there's some energy there, huh? Don't care to let the tears come up.

Speaker 1 You're really safe here.

Speaker 1 Yeah,

Speaker 1 where do you notice it in your body?

Speaker 1 There's definitely like some really subtle, um, like shaking, yeah. So, just let the shaking happen.
That's totally normal. Your body knows what to do with that,

Speaker 1 just breathing,

Speaker 1 and what emotions are present now?

Speaker 1 Like, I feel like there's definitely like some anger or frustration of like,

Speaker 1 like almost this part that gets mad and it's like, you're like, you don't need to be weak. You don't need to be a bitch ass.
Like,

Speaker 1 yeah. And we could say thank you to that one who really has your back, who's sassy.
I really see her and acknowledge her.

Speaker 1 And, and just for this this moment as a as a curiosity let's see if she can just stay back a little to just to know that you're safe here with her

Speaker 1 and like really love and respect her and right now we're just like tending to the vulnerability

Speaker 1 okay

Speaker 1 yeah yeah

Speaker 1 you're doing so well thank you yeah

Speaker 1 So just see if that's okay. If that one can be like, thank you.
If you can step back a moment.

Speaker 1 And there's a smile. And what's the smile

Speaker 1 um

Speaker 1 i'm just like grateful that she's feeling so safe to show up because she like was suppressed for a long time so i'm like i honor you i love you there'll be more space for you to play but for now yeah we're wanting to give attention elsewhere that's right and i love her i think that she's resilient she supported you and And oftentimes, we've got these protection mechanisms, these defense mechanisms as a way to avoid the vulnerability underneath.

Speaker 1 And so, we're saying, Thank you for all the hard work that she has shown up in your life to make sure you were good. And we're dropping into also opening to that vulnerability underneath

Speaker 1 just to give it space if it wants to, nothing, nothing to push. Yeah.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 Okay.

Speaker 1 Yeah. So, just tuning in:

Speaker 1 What's present under your hand and your heart? What's true and alive right now?

Speaker 1 It's a little bit shaky. Yeah, just let the shaking happen.

Speaker 1 And what are the feelings?

Speaker 1 They're being super shy.

Speaker 1 Yeah, well, I get it because you're with like 1,500 people alive right now. So I understand the shyness, and they're allowed to be here.
Okay. And there's nothing we need to do with them.
Okay.

Speaker 1 And so thank you for your vulnerability. Thank you for willing to speak your truth.

So let's imagine. So let's close your eyes for a moment, just tending to that shy one.

Speaker 1 And let's imagine that you were to walk into a room and your little ones like hiding in the corner. And you walk in as your most loving present self.

Speaker 1 What would you say or do

Speaker 1 walking into that room?

Speaker 1 I would be like,

Speaker 1 it's okay. Like it's super safe here.
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 1 It's okay to, it's okay to hide.

Speaker 1 It's okay if you want to share. All of you is okay exactly as you are.

Speaker 1 Yeah, like you're super supported. You have Adult Me, you have Alyssa,

Speaker 1 And what did she need to hear? What was the missed experience that you can offer her now

Speaker 1 what are the words that she needs to hear?

Speaker 1 She needs to hear from my mom that, like,

It's like, mom, I want you to know your strength so I don't have to care for you,

Speaker 1 The truth is, my worth has nothing to do with what I charge. My worth is inherent.

Speaker 1 My prices, on the other hand, have a fee.

Speaker 1 And just seeing yourself and really offering yourself what you needed when you were younger, offering yourself that

Speaker 1 deeper unmet childhood need, really right now inside your heart, breathing in, letting yourselves receive this.

Speaker 1 Really feeling the support of the money that's already in your life. And as you receive, it's it's a gift back

Speaker 1 because it was never about deserving. It was only asking you simply to receive.
All of this was a mirror to show you how to more fully wake up to a deeper safety, a deeper love that is always here.

Speaker 1 And there's a way to use money to support your service and your expression in the world from a place of wholeness.

Speaker 1 paying forward your gifts and know that it is safe for you to receive right now, to be an example of somebody who has money and is a steward of it.

Speaker 1 Letting yourself breathe that in,

Speaker 1 knowing that you are doing this work for yourself and for your lineage.

Speaker 1 Really letting every cell in your body take this in, breathing in,

Speaker 1 and just flooding yourself with your own love and compassion. This is what changes the world, starting with yourself, healing your relationship with money.

Speaker 1 Saying thank you for the abundance that already is. We can't lack our way into abundance.
This is a consciousness thing.

Speaker 1 This is about changing the narrative, waking up to a deeper truth that money was always trying to invite you into your inherent worth and value.

Speaker 1 So thank you, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1 And when you're ready, you can gently bring that to a completion.

Speaker 1 And now we're going to shift it. Okay, so for me, a real healing is a change of behavior.
And so, yes, we do the inner work, but I also am a coach.

Speaker 1 And so, we're going to help ground this into a new way of being. And so, in internal and external, I want you to type in the chat, what is one thing you will do internally now that's different?

Speaker 1 So, when this old fear comes up, I don't have enough money, or whatever the trigger statement was, you're going to in-source, you're going to offer that

Speaker 1 energy or that pattern, the safety it was looking for.

Speaker 1 So rather than looking to care for mom or to look for support from mom, you're going to offer this energy in your body the safety it was looking for.

Speaker 1 And from there, it will show up differently with money and your relationships. That's the beautiful thing.
As you get to the root, it will show up in every other area of your life.

Speaker 1 So the internal thing I would say is to offer yourself safety when this comes up again.

Speaker 1 Good, give yourself permission to receive. And then externally, I want you to ground one thing you will do differently moving forward so that we can take your insights into action.

Speaker 1 So maybe you're going to invest in yourself so that you can set up a business that offers you support to have financial freedom and time freedom that feels truly aligned for you, whatever it is.

Speaker 1 Okay, good. And so what's the internal is insourcing and then type the external.
I want you to actually write here, what's the external thing that you will do differently now?

Speaker 1 And then type,

Speaker 1 good. I will regulate my nervous system and find safety in the support of my community.
Beautiful. So you're doing it inside and then the outside is community.
It will be near.

Speaker 1 Same relationship patterns too. So as you insource safety, you will feel more safe in your community or in your partnerships.

Speaker 1 So I will pause and remind myself that I'm worthy of greater. I don't need to be careless or impulsive.
Yeah, and to forgive any judgments about being careless or impulsive.

Speaker 1 Oftentimes the judgment is what holds the pattern that's in place. So it actually keeps us stuck.
And so being compassionate with ourselves.

Speaker 1 Maybe being careless was a rebellion against somebody that was really trying to control you with money or that was really rigid and you're like, I will never be like that.

Speaker 1 And the pendulum swung a little harder. Now we're investigating it and seeing what's true for us now.
Okay, good. Now type any insights that came from this so you can ground that.

Speaker 1 I'll read it as a community as well.

Speaker 1 Because so you can start to see how powerful this work is. It's really not the surface level strategies.
Like I need to make more money. 80% of the work is internal.

Speaker 1 Day three, I will give you strategies to start feeling resourceful to step into any amount of wealth that you would like by being of service in the world in a way that feels clean and good.

Speaker 1 And so as you do this work around money, again, you're going to

Speaker 1 feel more free, but you're going to be able to serve your potential clients around this as well. And your financial well-being is never outside of you.
It's never in a client.

Speaker 1 It's not in someone else. You always have options.
It's in you. And so

Speaker 1 these scarcity tendencies are what tend to take people away from recognizing the abundance that's always here, that we've inherited from our caregivers.

Speaker 1 So we're starting to break free and then we don't project it on our potential clients. Okay, great.
So follow my intuition over my mind.

Speaker 1 I promise you, every single time I have done that, it has always worked out. Even when my mind, I remember, and I'll share with you guys some of my story.

Speaker 1 I invested when I was making $16,000, I invested 10,000. And that was part of what changed my life because I showed up for it.
And I'll share more about it. So yeah, money is a beautiful tool.

Speaker 1 What was an insight you got from this? I'll read some of those.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 when you see and you offer yourself exactly what you are looking for at the root, it will start showing up in your current financial goals, but also you don't have to play it out in any other goal moving forward.

Speaker 1 That's the beauty of this work. You're shifting it now, but you're also going to make it easier moving forward.
