Detectives arrive at Juliana Redding's house in Santa Monica, California.
It's a quiet neighborhood between Hollywood and the ocean.
There was no pulse.
So, with the lividity, the blue lips, she was obviously, she's been gone for a little while.
What looked like a neat, tidy crime scene at first turned out to be anything but.
We knew that something had happened and that it wasn't an accident.
The murder investigation quickly focused on a glamorous older man, a doctor, her boss, and maybe her lover.
Such a manipulator, such a master craftsman at manipulation.
He's evil.
But if you think this is going to be an open and shut case, you haven't been listening to the binge for very long.
