Media Silence on Russia Hoax Documents Says EVERYTHING | Guests: Tom Fitton & Mike Davis | 7/21/25

2h 10m
Was the Russiagate scandal a completely orchestrated scandal by Obama and his administration to hinder President Trump's first term? According to National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard, recently declassified documents appear to lean that way. Glenn breaks down the entire timeline of what went down from the moment Trump was announced the winner of the 2016 election, the attempted "treasonous conspiracy" that allegedly went down, according to Tulsi Gabbard, and how the conspiracy has continued to the current day. Why is the mainstream media ignoring this story? Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton joins to discuss why more than just the grand jury records need to be released regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Glenn and Stu discuss the downfall of Astronomer CEO and HR chief Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot after getting caught having an affair at a Coldplay concert. Just how dangerous are central bank digital currencies? The guys break down how they can be weaponized against your rights and controlled by a tyrannical government. Mike Davis, Article III Project founder and president, joins to discuss what Tulsi Gabbard has alleged took place to sabotage Trump's first term and whether he thinks justice will be served for those involved.

This is

the Glenbeck Program.

Hello, America.

Welcome to the Glenbeck Program.

It is Monday, and we begin with a story about silence, then about voices, about buried facts, and then revelations pried from a crypt that's lined with flagpins and whispered oaths.

This is not fiction.

This is now the record with the documents to prove it.

And it is now finally public.

The assessment the Obama administration tried to forget.

We begin there in 60 seconds.

First, if a genie popped out of a lamp and offered you three wishes, what would you wish for?

Money, power, fame?

Maybe something a little simpler.

Like, number one, can you get rid of the back pain?

I would love that one.

Fix my knees.

Number three, can I wake up in the morning without everything hurting?

Because when you're living in pain, nothing else really matters.

It slows you down, it wears you out, it sits on your shoulders every minute of the day like some invisible weight you just can't put down.

And while I can't promise you a magical lamp, I can tell you about something that's helped an awful lot of people in this audience who thought they had tried everything, including me.

It's called Relief Factor.

It's not a drug, it's a daily supplement that fights pain at the source and the inflammation in your body.

Been a game changer for countless people who thought their only option was live with it.

Pain, not something you could wish away, but it is something finally maybe you can do something about.

Give their three-week quick start a try, see if it works for you.

$19.95.

You'll know within three weeks.

It's relieffactor.com.

Take it exactly as directed or call 1-800-4 RELIFE 800, the number 4 relief.

ReliefFactor.com.

Well, welcome back to the program.

Welcome back from Vacation, Mr.

Stupergeere.

There's been a lot going on

over there this week.

There has been.

There has been.

Let me start with the new news.

And the new news was covered in a tweet on Friday by the New York Times.

And then yesterday, was it yesterday or is it today's New York Times published a story on page A15?

And it's not in the Washington Post.

Okay.

This is one of the biggest stories of all time in America because this one now is a smoking gun with the evidence.

We now have the documentation.

Let me start here.

September 12th, 2016.

Inside one of the secure briefing rooms of the intelligence community, a document was circulated quietly, and its language was unambiguous.

Quote, foreign adversaries do not have and will probably not obtain the capabilities to successfully execute widespread and undetected cyber attacks on election systems.

That's not Fox News.

That's not talk radio.

That's the office of the director of national intelligence under Barack Obama.

Now confirmed by Tulsi Gabbard's declassification.

The conclusion is there is no threat of Russian hacking of the vote, of not of changing the numbers, not flipping machines, or running some sort of sci-fi sabotage on democracy.

Meanwhile, we're being told something entirely different.

Hillary Clinton's campaign was hemorrhaging.

You remember this?

The second, as the as she starts to hemorrhage and Barack Obama starts to race ahead in the polls, another campaign was taking shape, not for office, but for perception.

Inside of John Brennan's CIA and James Comey's FBI, the chatter grew that Moscow was coming for our democracy.

Emails were leaked from the DNC.

Though the attribution was a little sketchy at the time, low confidence according to the NSA, the leaks were amplified by the press operation of the Clinton and DNC.

October 7th, 2016, the DNI Clapper and DHS jointly state that Russia is directing cyber attacks.

Wait a minute, I thought they just said they.

What?

Internal memos from the same week show that the key agency still had serious doubts about it.

Perception, however, is now set into motion.

The election ends.

Donald Trump, shock to everyone,

he wins.

The White House panic sets in.

So a meeting is called on December 9th, 2016 in the Situation Room.

Everyone is there, Clapper, Brennan, Susan Rice, McCabe, Kerry,

and President Obama.

What was the purpose?

Not to reassess,

but to rewrite.

That night, according to the Obama DNI, their own record, Instructions are issued to scrap the post-election briefing that had reaffirmed no Russian interference at all and have the intelligence community rewrite a new draft.

And we have in the DNI's own handwriting

that a new assessment on Russia's influence has been ordered per the president's request.

That president was Barack Obama.

Now,

the original briefing that was supposed to go into the president's daily briefing that day was scrubbed.

We have a memo that says the night before, we're going to hold this off because there's new information that the president is asking us to include.

No foreign actor changed a single vote.

No foreign actor affected the election outcome.

But that had to be changed.

January 2017, just

days before Trump is inaugurated, a new briefing from the intelligence community, ICA, is the briefing.

It's released and it completely reverses the course.

It no longer says Russia didn't influence the election.

It says now Russia did influence the election.

No smoking gun, no new evidence, just a new tone.

That change...

Now backed by Brennan and Clapper,

echoed by Obama, was enough to justify a two-year multi-million dollar investigation into Trump and Russia.

This is right as Susan Rice is leaving the White House.

Remember,

now they have the intelligence community saying, oh, no, there is interference with Russia.

He was involved with Russia.

So what does the president do?

Right before he leaves, he calls Comey and Brennan and Clapper and Susan Rice into his office.

We've covered this before.

And said,

I think there needs to be an investigation.

FBI says, I don't see anything there.

I think there needs to be an investigation.

After that meeting, Susan Rice, when she leaves the White House, this is the very last thing she does.

She issues a memo.

President Obama began the conversation.

Now, this is to herself.

Why do you email stuff to yourself?

President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by intelligence and law enforcement communities by the book.

The president stressed he's not

asking about, initiating, or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective.

He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would, all by the book.

Now, is that for her to remember what happened?

Or is that just to make sure she's on the record?

No, no, no, this is what happened.

Okay.

Trump is in office.

And what do we get?

Crossfire hurricane.

Using the steel dossier.

Where did that come from?

They said that was, oh, that was funded by a Republican.

No, it wasn't.

No, it wasn't.

It was funded by the Clinton campaign.

We know that, the DNC.

This is the scaffolding to wiretap Trump associates, Carter Page,

George Papadopoulos.

The FBI alleged coordination, conspiracy, treason.

In fact, one FBI agent changed the documents to be able to obtain those wireless warrants so they could tap these phones and follow these people and get into the campaign.

Again, he changed the documents, an FBI lawyer did, changed the documents to read the opposite of what the documents actually said and then testified in a FISA court that those documents were real.

And it was those documents that allowed the government to spy on the Trump campaign.

Durham is appointed now to investigate the investigators, and he issues a report that tiptoes on the edge of justice and then blinks.

As for accountability, it never came.

The people responsible for shaping the false narrative become TV analysts, memoir writers, board members.

Clapper is still on TV saying the same stuff.

Now on Friday, Tulsi Gabbard, the director of the National Intelligence, our new DNI, declassified the hundreds of pages of memos, emails, assessments, each confirming what

I think we already knew, but what many feared.

The Russia hoax wasn't a misunderstanding.

It wasn't just political bias.

It wasn't even

weaponizing the government.

It was treasonous conspiracy.

It was a president along with others conspiring to take down a presidency,

working together in coordination

and using the press

to push it all out.

Now, Tulsi was on Maria Bardaromo yesterday.

She said, I can't fathom how Mueller and Durham missed any of this.

They didn't miss it, and she knows that.

She said that.

They chose not to follow the evidence.

The whole machine from the press to the prosecutors geared not towards justice, but protection of the narrative.

And at the center of that narrative, Gabbard says, is Barack Obama himself.

He didn't just know,

he orchestrated the shift from no cyber manipulation to the Russians stole the election.

Remember Hillary Clinton on television saying he stole the election.

How many times did you hear that?

He stole the election.

How did he steal it?

He stole it with Russia.

From truth to story.

She's releasing more documents maybe as early as today.

Now, this isn't Watergate because that was petty.

That was a burglary and there was nothing big in that.

It could have been a setup by the same kind of people in the CIA to get rid of a president and perform a coup on a president.

We don't know for sure.

But it's never made sense.

Why would the president go after this using CIA operatives to go in in and get information that he was winning the election.

And there was nothing in that DNC headquarters that could have helped him.

This is much colder.

This is institutional.

This was a presidential administration weaponizing something they doctored.

The intelligence was doctored, suppressing inconvenient truths and launching then a psychological operation on the American public.

You have to understand, understand, they not only doctored,

then they presented it as truth, they weaponized it, they then colluded with the media,

and they

did a psychological operation on you, the American public, to get you to believe it.

So much so that the New York Times has run this story on page A15 today.

They tweeted it, and it's on page page A-15.

That's how the Washington Post isn't even reporting any of this.

Huh.

So now what?

Well, Tulsi Gabbard says it's time for indictments, and this is going to go back to Pambondi.

And if there are no indictments, it's going to be trouble.

And not out of vengeance,

but so it doesn't happen again.

We cannot allow unelected bureaucrats and presidents or political elites to fabricate consent, to redefine what the truth is based not on fact, but on usefulness to them.

This, so you know, is no longer a conspiracy theory.

The documents are real.

They're out.

The voices are named.

The signatures are ink.

And the line runs not through Moscow, but through Langley.

The American people have to trust in the integrity of our democratic republic.

Accountability is essential.

That's what Gabbard said over the weekend.

And she is right.

We're not looking at the aftermath of a political smear here.

We are staring right in the eye

the scar of an attempted coup.

And it was perpetrated not by a bunch of people around the president and the president didn't know.

This was at the direction of President Barack Obama.

Let me give you more because

this is what they are claiming.

But let me take it a step further.

Let me show you what this all led to.

This is where the grand conspiracy comes into play because nothing has happened to these people.

These people are all still in play

in a minute

first many of the famous old fables we learn have a common thread somebody sees what's coming before somebody else does the farmer who stores up the grain before the famine the sailor who reads the clouds before the storm the pioneer who spots you know the spring in a land of dry dust and they don't call it luck they call it preparation That's why smart people are turning to physical gold and silver because they've read the signs.

They've watched the value of the dollar shrink, and they understand

something.

When things get rough, tangible assets mean something when

paper stuff doesn't.

Lear Capital makes it really simple to move a portion of your savings into something that has stood the test of time, something real, something solid, something that doesn't flinch when Washington plays games with the economy.

In every story, there are people who prepare and then people who build their house of sticks.

Which one are you?

Call Lear Capital today, 800-957-GOL.

10 seconds and back to the program.

Okay,

I want you to know.

Well, first of all, hi, Stu.

Hi, Glenn.

This is fascinating.

I didn't like

to follow the TikTok of this the entire week.

Nobody's giving it.

We're okay.

Nobody's giving it.

Yeah.

I mean, this is incredible.

Matt Taibbi says this is the most important thing.

We don't.

He said something I'm paraphrasing horribly, but and I agree with him 100%.

If we don't fix this one, the republic is over.

If we don't care about this,

you have no republic.

That's quite the statement.

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, it's pretty serious.

Yeah.

And this is, you know, this was a coup.

And the same people who tried to have a coup on Donald Trump did a coup on Joe Biden.

Same people.

Notice Susan Rice was around that one.

Notice that Barack Obama was around that one.

Notice Hillary Clinton was around that one.

All of the same people that tried to do this in 2016 when it was revealed that Barack Obama, or I'm sorry, that Joe Biden was a meat sock.

That's the medical term.

That's so everyone knows.

What did they do?

They conspired to get him to quit.

That was a coup.

He didn't want to.

He wasn't going to.

Get him to quit.

Start to say that he was

not competent, which he wasn't competent.

Then what did they do?

Then they got together, just a group of them.

We don't even know who.

But just a small group of them decided who would be the candidate that they would run for president of the United States.

There wasn't a vote.

There wasn't, nothing happened.

That was not a democratic process.

Thank God it didn't work.

But that is two attempted coups.

It's two times.

The first one didn't work.

The second one did work.

And then they tried to put a president in without an election.

You didn't pick Kamala Harris.

No Democrat voted for her.

Even when she was running by herself for president, no one voted for her.

Who was it that picked her?

Same exact

people.

Same exact people who said the Hunter laptop was all bogus.

Same

people.

Who was running the Barack Obama, I mean, sorry, the White House under Joe Biden?

A lot of people say that it was President Barack Obama's third term, right?

Why?

Because the same people that were in that meeting were around the table

under Biden.

Who was really running it?

This is a huge revelation.

It dwarfs everything else.

And I know, I'm just like you.

Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it.

But there should be some pretty big perp walks on this one.

This is Glenn Beck.

I mean, I know you are just like me.

We take our safety and the safety of our family very, very seriously.

And I'm sure,

you know,

you don't mess around with it.

And I'm sure just like I do in my family, I have kids and, you know, people that just don't want to carry a gun, aren't comfortable with a gun.

But you have to be prepared for a moment when trouble comes looking for you.

This is why I carry a burn a launcher and I urge my family, all of my kids have a burner launcher.

And I've told them, put it in the glove box of your car.

That's the most dangerous place for a woman.

You stop and get gas.

That's the most,

you are a sitting target.

This is a non-lethal self-defense tool that fires pepper rounds or tear gas at

high velocity.

It gives you a way to protect yourself, your family.

If should anybody want to cross that line, you'll teach them don't cross that line.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

So let's start it again at the beginning because you're not hearing this from anybody in the mainstream.

Barack Obama is president 2016.

Hillary Clinton is expected to be the winner.

She then starts, because it starts to get dicey, she's looking for anything she can do to smear Donald Trump.

She then starts to put together the Crossfire Hurricane file.

The Crossfire Hurricane file is completely discredited.

I mean, it has, there's nothing in it that is real.

You know, it shows that Donald Trump was with hookers in Russia, that Russia, he and Russia have a bank account that are, you know, pinging each other all the time.

Remember all of this?

Okay.

That all came from Hillary Clinton through Crossfire Hurricane, or sorry, Fusion GPS.

Fusion GPS puts together the steel dossier.

When she loses,

She goes to the White House and Clapper, who is part of all of this stuff with Hillary Clinton, goes to the White House and Barack Obama does not want Donald Trump in.

He's got to find a way to stop Donald Trump.

Hillary Clinton is saying Russia stole the election.

Remember?

We never say they stole the election.

Yeah, you did.

All about Donald Trump.

He's not a legitimate president.

He stole it in collusion with Russia.

So Barack Obama is about to get a report, an assessment from the intelligence community.

It's called an ICA

intelligence community assessment.

And it was about to say there's no collusion with Russia, that Russia

was not capable of hacking into anything or doing anything to throw our election.

All right.

He stops that before it's printed.

He's alerted that it's coming in print form.

He says, stop, meet me in my office tomorrow.

Bring all the players in.

I want to have a talk with you.

He has a talk with them.

I need this to read this way.

That Russia did influence the election.

Then, after he gets that from the he gets a new ICA saying that, yes, they did.

Now he can go to the FBI and say, they did.

Here's this crossfire hurricane.

Here's this fusion GPS.

I need you to look at this from Christopher Steele.

Christopher Steele is known by the FBI.

They fired this guy.

He was somebody who was a source, but he had so discredited himself, he was no longer on the payroll of the FBI.

He had been discredited by the FBI.

But for some reason, they overlooked that.

To make sure that this went through, Clapper

releases the Fusion GPS documents.

to the press and now it's in the press.

Now everybody's talking about it.

Now we have to do an investigation on this.

As he orders the FBI, I want you to look into this.

I just want you to look into this fusion GPS thing, you know, Christopher Steele dossier.

That's when

not Condoleezza, but Susan Rice writes on her last day, he didn't tell the FBI what to do.

He was just making his suggestion that they just do what they should do and they would normally always do.

Okay.

All right.

So there's the seed of all of this conspiracy.

When Trump wins, panic sets in.

So

they've got to do something.

All right.

So that's what happens.

But

in the meantime, as they are burying all of this

true information and leaking information to the press that brings everybody to Russia, there's another

scandal that is happening.

And this one is in Ukraine.

This scandal is on a totally different front.

This is, at the same time this, all this stuff is happening, Hunter Biden is on the board of Burisma, corrupt gas company raking in millions of dollars with no experience.

And the Ukrainian prosecutor is investigating that company.

And Joe Biden comes back and he brags about getting him fired by threatening to withhold a billion dollar U.S.

aid package.

Hillary Clinton's people are there.

Soros is there.

All the usual suspects are there.

This is a State Department operation over in Ukraine.

This is USAID.

All of this stuff is happening over in Ukraine.

Soon as Donald Trump calls to talk to the new Ukrainian president And the Ukrainian president says, hey, we have some real problems with Russia, he says, fine, I'll send that to you.

But I would really like your help in looking into all the corruption that was going on.

Corruption that was perpetrated by whom?

The same exact players that were in President Obama's office with all of this.

They panic.

Now we really have to stop Donald Trump.

So

they make up a story that he had said, I'm going to hold back your aid

unless you produce this evidence.

Pretty much, remember, they always do what they say we're doing.

Pretty much exactly what Obama and his group had done in 2016, they're now accusing Trump of doing in Ukraine.

You follow?

Does this make sense?

He's asking them, can you tell me what happened?

And he's now impeached over that.

Now, let that sink in.

The same people who manufactured a Russia hoax now impeach a sitting president for trying to expose the people who were involved in that corruption.

It's projection, it's insurance, and it's a cover-up that has to keep covering.

But they weren't finished.

Before the 2020 election,

all of a sudden, a Hunter laptop.

appears.

And what do they say?

This is Russian disinformation.

When it looks like somebody's going to print it, somebody's going to run with it, what do they do?

The same exact people in the FBI and intelligence community go to the social media companies and say, this is a Russia hoax.

And then

how many former intelligence officers sign that letter?

Who put that letter together?

Clapper.

The same guy that was in the original meeting where Susan Rice Rice says nothing weird happened here.

And Clapper puts that together and says,

this is all a hoax.

So now they're covering again

all the emails, all the contracts, all the corruption, same cast of intelligence officials signed that public letter.

This is all Russian disinformation.

Another lie, another operation.

And again, the press continues to listen to these people, like Clapper, who is now, I think, on a payroll of one of these companies, you know, as a press commentator.

Then what happens?

Then you have

President Biden winning.

He wins.

But then what happens?

You've got to take Trump out.

So you have January 6th.

And yes, it was chaotic.

Yes, people acted shamefully.

Some of these were real

anarchists.

I don't know what their political belief was, but some of them were anarchists.

But

there's some questions about January 6th.

Where is the pipe bomb?

Where is the pipe bomber?

There were two pipe bombs.

One of them almost killed

the

vice president.

Why was she moved from the Capitol to the DNC headquarters where the pipe bomb was?

Why did that happen?

How did all of a sudden every single record from the Secret Service just disappear?

All their phone records, all the records on why she was moved, all of that just gone, just disappeared.

It happens, you know.

Why couldn't we get, there was no camera?

on the pipe bomb and who placed that pipe bomb.

Why?

The camera was aimed at the same place for at least six months.

And then right before

this happens, it's moved in another direction.

Right after they find the pipe bomb, it's moved back into that direction.

Why?

Why did they never look for the scaffold man?

The guy who was up on the scaffolding.

directing the crowd what to do.

We don't even know who that was.

We don't know his name.

How about Ray Epps?

How about the people from the FBI and intelligence community that said there were no FBI agents on the ground that day?

There were no CIA or FBI operatives on the ground.

Then it was, we don't know if there were any.

And then, once they lose this election, we find out there were 25 of them on the ground.

Why?

Why did the surveillance tapes that were held back suddenly contradict the sworn testimony of the hero cop.

He wasn't even in the part of the building he said he was in.

But nobody covered that.

We did.

Same cast of characters involved in that.

A chance to do to Trump what they failed to do with Clinton and Obama, what they failed to do under Schiff and impeachment.

Now they're trying to get him with January 6th, but that doesn't hold.

So now what do they do?

Now the same group of people, the same judges in many cases,

they decide they're going to prosecute Donald Trump and they're going to try to get him thrown into jail, find him guilty of a crime, any crime, you know, to protect democracy.

It's going to stop Hitler.

But listen to what these people have done.

They lied to a FISA court.

They doctored evidence and then testified at a FISA court, which violates

your rights as a American citizen.

They then falsified intelligence.

They spied on a campaign illegally.

They framed a sitting president, not once, not twice, counting still, three times.

They silenced the entire laptop story.

They controlled the press.

They opened our borders while lying about the effects and the causes.

Remember, she was going on to a fact-finding mission to find out what was causing all these people.

They knew what was causing them.

It was their own NGOs that they were paying through government funds to bring all those people in.

They never told you that.

In fact, they lied about it.

They told us, oh, putting people up in hotels, that's ridiculous.

That's what exactly what they did.

Then they lied about their involvement in bringing them across the borders.

They lied about the Medicare going to the illegals that we're just finding out now.

The same people who told you MS-13 gangs and gangs from Venezuela were not happening or they were not dangerous.

They were racist tropes.

The same people that let terrorist and terror cells into our country and then

sent the exact same people back to the press to tell us that our borders were secure.

And then finally lied about the president's mental fitness.

They used the auto pin to pardon all or some of those involved in all of this.

Then when Biden was found and seen to be incompetent, he wasn't removed from office.

He was just removed from election.

No one asked any questions.

The same people, Clapper, Rice, Brennan, Obama.

And then Obama and the Klan decided to run Kamala Harris.

They decided.

They decided that, not the people.

They decided to run him.

Or I'm sorry, to run her.

And again, no questions were asked.

The press even went from, she's the absolute worse, to two days later, she is the savior of our republic.

And now these same people are claiming their Fifth Amendment rights when asked a simple question.

When did you know?

Did you know the president was incompetent?

That's what this is about.

This is about the biggest conspiracy.

This is about the deep state.

If you think the Epstein thing was big, you're never going to get the Epstein.

You'll never get the truth of the Epstein until this is stopped.

This is the entire narrative of the last 10 years and a cabal of maybe 10 to 20 people that have orchestrated all of it.

That's why it's on page A15 and not even found on the Washington Post today.

This is massive.

Back in just a second.

Don't know if you're aware of this or not, but your cell phone company doesn't love you.

Yeah, they're not sending you any Christmas cards.

They're not thinking about you when they drift off to sleep at night.

In fact, they're probably too busy funneling your money to woke political causes even to remember your name, but that's okay.

Because Patriot Mobile is ready to sweep you off your feet.

They are America's only Christian conservative wireless wireless provider.

They believe in family and faith and freedom, and they put their money where their mouth is.

They support pro-life organizations and religious freedom and the Second Amendment.

And unlike your current phone company, I mean, they feel differently about you.

They want you to be happy.

You still get nationwide 5G service.

You still get the excellent customer service.

The only difference is your money isn't secretly funding the next round of cancellations or censorship or anti-American politics.

Yeah, it's just a phone plan.

Okay, you and I both know omega-3 supplements, yeah, kind of been everywhere for years, especially fish oil, promising better cholesterol and reduced blood pressure and relief from joint pain and a bunch of other stuff.

And for many people, these promises haven't fully delivered.

If you're among those still waiting for noticeable benefits, here's why traditional fish oil might not be working for you.

Not all omega-3 supplements are created equal.

Typical fish oil capsules don't always provide omega-3s in a form that your body body can effectively use.

And that's where native path Antarctic krill oil comes in.

Krill oil offers omega-3s in a highly absorbable form, and it includes a powerful antioxidant that standard fish oil lacks, making a real difference that you can feel.

Ask yourself honestly, has your cholesterol improved?

Has your blood pressure actually gone down?

Do your joints feel significantly better if you've been taking fish oil all this time?

If your answers aren't confidently positive, it's probably time for some sort of switch, right?

Welcome to the Glenn Back program.

So we've got some comments from some listeners.

Watergate is an appetizer compared to this, Glenn.

Goldie writes in, I am so glad that normies are finally getting up to speed on what happened.

Michael, Glenn, this is not just to prevent it again, it's for punishment.

Amen.

Prue, if anything comes from this, fine, but I don't expect anything to come from it.

Sorry, but

I only seem to see Republicans going to prison.

Johnny, mere exposing of this won't prevent it from happening again.

Punishing those who did this will.

No punishment means it will happen again and again and again.

You are absolutely right.

Panopticon, okay.

So get the information.

Then what?

Graybeard, sadly, none of the players will pay the price.

Republicans have no spine for true justice.

Schleppe says, I I find it hard to care.

This feels like an Epstein distraction.

It's not.

Stephanie, this is actually bigger than Epstein.

You're right.

Karen, blah, blah, blah.

Until I see arrest, perp walks, and trials, I'll keep believing there's two different justice systems.

Tammy, we know all this.

Wish the other side would believe it.

Welcome to the Glenbeck Program.

Well, a little government corruption going on here and there.

Maybe a little bit.

Tom Fitton is here.

He's the president of Judicial Watch.

This is a group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption.

Busier than a one-legged man at a snake stomp.

I'm just saying.

We talk to him in just a second.

First, Z-Factor, it's a, I don't know where I that stu.

I'm sorry.

It's nine o'clock in the morning.

You're standing in the water cooler.

You just finished your fifth cup of coffee.

You're pretty sure you saw a unicorn in accounting.

That's a third mythical creature this week.

You got a meeting with Todd later in the day.

The only problem is you're starting to suspect that you don't even work with

a guy named Todd.

We've all been there.

We get it.

You're running on empty, chasing energy with caffeine, hallucinating fantasy creatures, wondering if your coworkers are even real.

I get it, but here's the thing.

It doesn't have to be that way.

Z Factor from the makers of Relief Factor, designed to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and actually wake up feeling refreshed, not jittery, not wired, just rested.

Because sleep isn't optional.

It's how your body resets, how your mind recharges, how your mind files everything.

You start losing sleep, your body starts decaying quickly.

All right, here's all you have to do.

Go get Z Factor from Relief Factor.

First time Z Factor buyers, you're going to get 46% off.

It's $19.95 for a 30-day supply.

Visit relieffactor.com or call 800, the number for relief.

800, the number for relief.

It's relieffactor.com.

Tom Fitton is here.

He's the president of Judicial Watch.

Tom, we were just talking in the break, getting ready, you know, preparing for this conversation, and we're trying to remember.

Stu and I were, was Judicial Watch started because of or just at the same time of the Monica Lewinsky stuff?

Just before Monica Lewinsky,

it was really in large measure in response to the Clinton gang playing games, selling trade mission suits, you may recall.

Oh, Jesus.

They had China connections.

Bill had his presidential legal expense trust fund that was getting shady money from abroad.

It was a mess.

I wish things have gotten better, but they just got worse.

And, you know, part of it is because we never got those people.

I mean, you guys have done such a great job at exposing all of this.

And some of the people you have, I mean, you've done some amazing work in the courtroom, too.

But it doesn't feel to the average person that anything's really changed.

Nobody ever pays a price.

Yes, and that's why it keeps on happening again.

It's, you know, all the evidence is out there.

Judicial Watch has uncovered it.

Tulsi Gabbard just released more evidence.

But what are the consequences?

Correct.

And for, the politicians like Hillary or Obama or Biden to the degree he's paying attention or is capable of paying attention,

it's just a bad news cycle.

It doesn't impact their lives.

I mean, they make the money they're making.

They run for office again.

In many ways, they get credibility with

their allies for the misconduct.

And so without consequences, it's going to happen again and repeat itself.

So let's talk about what Tulsi Gabbard, which is not in the Washington Post today,

page A15 in the New York Times.

I mean, they're acting like this is no big deal.

And this appears to me to be

the key to everything that has happened in the last 10 years.

Do you read it that way?

I think it's another key.

I kind of go back and say, you know, there should should have been prosecutions long before this.

And it's just further confirmation, there was yet another meeting, because there had been at least two more that I was aware of that have been publicly disclosed, involving Barack Obama and his top people about Russia, Russia, Russia.

And they went into the meeting.

The Intel people were prepping, saying, hey, look, Russia was probably messing around with a few things, but they weren't impacting, you know, the counting of votes and

were messing with our election systems.

That was pulled back.

After the meeting, they changed that conclusion or suggested it dishonestly otherwise and then hyper-focused on the steele dossier.

And what was the only issue at issue at this point?

Trump was coming into office.

Right.

And they wanted to destroy him.

Correct.

But it was these same people.

It was these same people all the way through.

It's the same group of people.

It's Susan Rice, Clapper, Obama, all the way through to the end of the Biden administration.

That's right.

And

into the beginning of the Trump administration, remember the meeting just before Comey went to visit Trump to try to

get him to talk on the dossier.

It was a meeting involving Joe.

Obama, and Comey.

And Comey went the next day,

tried to ambush Trump.

Trump said, I don't know anything about it.

Comey rushed out of the office, started doing his memos to the file because he was spying on Trump.

And it didn't stop.

And of course, you know,

who were they nervous about, as you point out?

Joe Biden.

He had these Ukraine issues.

Everyone knew he was neck deep with

Ukraine corruption.

We have the documents showing that State Department officials were nervous about it.

The Russians were making fun of the Americans, trolling them.

That was the language they used.

Because Biden went to Ukraine just before Trump came into office.

You also had all of the.

It's weird because the State Department seemed split in half in some ways.

Some were warning the White House of this, and the State Department and USAID, all that stuff, they were also over

helping

overthrow the government of Ukraine a couple of times.

I mean,

it's just such a

horrible mix of everything wrong with the country.

So, do you see this time maybe

there's going to be perp walks?

People are going to maybe go to jail or not?

Are you with my honest?

No, no, I don't.

You say it like that, and I don't.

Yeah, go ahead.

I think they want to do something in the Justice Department and the FBI.

I don't think they've got the capacities,

nor do I think

the institutions can be counted on to investigate themselves or even do it competently.

And frankly, given the way they've handled the Epstein files, which is really basically a transparency question, you got to wonder if they're going to be able to do something more complex.

Oh, my God.

And that's why I've been calling on the president to run it

meaning appoint a special prosecutor, have that prosecutor report to him, use people who aren't DOJ people, use people who aren't FBI people.

There are plenty of law enforcement in the federal government they can use and utilize or bring in private people temporarily to begin the criminal investigations and prosecutions.

I just don't see it happening.

We've had special counsels all the time.

Every president is appointed a special counsel to look into

why are we not doing it this time?

If that's the answer.

That's a good question.

It's six months.

I know I compare and contrast what they did after January 6th, the Biden gang did.

They had basically Trump in their sites for prosecution within six months.

That's what they were thinking about initially.

Here,

you know, we're getting documents that have been around for 10 years.

Maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit for a long time.

Well, yeah, almost 10 years ago.

No, 10 years.

They have been 10 years.

And

we're expecting something new to happen?

I hope so.

Let's keep on keeping on, but

don't be naive.

What is it that

you are pushing for on Epstein?

More than just the grand jury records?

Because

didn't the president just say that he was

calling on the judges to release that?

Yeah, and those are transcripts, right?

What other information is there?

You know, we kind of go through it.

We approach this with a straightforward

technique, which is just give us the records that you can give us under law.

Right.

And we still haven't gotten one record under FOIA.

on these Epstein issues.

You know, we saw that mess they made early part of the year.

We said, okay, give us these records about Epstein.

You say you have.

Give us the records showing there was an issue about getting the records out about Epstein.

You know, the FBI supposedly was accused of obstructing the release.

We've gotten zero records yet.

So I'm glad they went to the court.

I'm glad there's this commitment

for the release of, quote, credible information.

But it's a straightforward FOIA issue.

Just start releasing the records under the Freedom of Information Act.

Why?

Because

it won't completely, but it will reassure many Americans that there's a legal process in place.

Here's the record.

Here's what's blacked out.

Here's the reason why.

These are how many records we have.

You can't have these.

You can't have these.

And then it's adjudicated in a court.

The modified limited hangout process doesn't work.

Is anybody looking into his financial records?

I mean, that seems to be, you know, follow the money.

That seems to would tell us something about who's funding what.

How is he moving all of this money in all these shell corporations all offshore?

Well, there's nothing that would prevent the release of any records they compiled in the course of this investigation.

And presumably that was part of the process.

And if it's available under FOIA, it should be released.

And, you know, and

when they say we can't release something, almost always that's a discretionary decision, meaning it's a political decision in the end, whether to release or not release information.

And that's something they didn't want to really want to grapple with.

And I think that's why they put out that crazy memo a few weeks ago.

We don't want to release any of it because to kind of do the process is hard.

But on the other hand, they went into the court in our case, Glenn, and they told them the day after the minimum got out, oh, we're still looking at FBI and DOJ records for potential release here.

And so, you know, we'll get back to you.

Wow.

Dirkshowitz says that it's all of this stuff, any roadblocks in the secrecy, a lot of it has been caused by federal judges.

Have you heard that?

Is that true?

I mean, you know, caused by federal judges is just one way of saying, well, the law requires grand jury materials to be

kept secret unless otherwise

unless there's a real significant public interest in releasing them.

So it's kind of the ordinary handling of criminal records.

But there are a lot of, but, you know, we're talking about, they're talking about records they by law they say they can't release.

We still don't have an idea of what records by law they can release and haven't released.

So

what do you think about the concerns that MAGA is doing really the bidding of the Democrats who want to get Trump by any means necessary

and that we're focused on the the wrong thing.

If you focus on this, I personally think that what was released by the DNI on Friday is massive because this fits into a puzzle that I've been putting together for 10 years.

And

to me, it shows everything you need to know.

But maybe that's just me.

What do you think about the argument that MAGA should just sit down and be quiet?

Yeah, well, I mean, we've got lots of lawsuits on that, too.

I mean, to me, it's kind of of a straightforward response.

Give us the records you promised you were going to give to us.

And, you know,

just move on from it.

You know, let's get the process in place and release the records as you promised.

I mean, the president and the administration is doing a wonderful amount of work.

And no one's suggesting, you know, just because they did one thing great means they don't have to do anything else that's great.

Right.

And in the case of transparency, these are kind of the core issues.

The Epstein issue is a big issue for the American people.

Like it or not, it's a big issue.

They promised the release records.

They haven't released it.

And to the degree, it's been a problem.

It's been a problem caused by the Justice Department and the FBI, who sent out a memo saying, we're shutting it all down.

You're all idiots for even thinking there were anything to ask about, there was anything to ask about.

And by the way, all the evidence on which we're basing these decisions, you can't have access to.

So whose fault is that

that there was a blowback?

The people who wrote the memo.

So if I were President Trump and I were looking for a way forward, I'd start focusing on making sure my agencies were doing what they're supposed to do under law and just behave normally, respond to FOIA lawsuits, be transparent.

Let's not make a McGillow where none is necessary.

And, you know, because there's a lot of other things to do that we really need to get done, like holding those who want to destroy our republic accountable and tried to get me killed last year.

Doesn't the release, isn't this argument about the Epstein files release what you have?

Doesn't this kind of fit into the same thing, though, that we were talking about with the DNI?

Even if they release it, nobody's going to believe anything anything's going to be done about it.

So what difference does it make?

Well, the American people have a right to know what their government's up to.

And it does make a difference in how people calculate who to support,

how to approach public policy issues, what credence to give to arguments that politicians make as to government accountability and on a whole sorts of other issues.

It's all part of the piece.

So if we want to have a government where where Americans have no insight into how it operates and there's zero accountability,

and accountability sometimes means just knowing who was involved.

And there is rough justice.

You know, Hillary

isn't president because of

the emails that we helped release.

Does it mean that she was prosecuted?

No, but that was kind of a rough justice in the sense that there was a consequence politically for what happened.

I think that rough justice is actually happening for Barack Obama.

You look at his popularity, how he's perceived by his own friends and public.

I think

what's true about him is really starting to come forward, too.

Tom, thank you so much for everything you guys do.

I really appreciate all the work you've done throughout the years.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, you can follow and help at judicialwatch.org.

That's judicialwatch.org.

Tom, thanks.

Thank you.

You bet.

Bye-bye.

All right, let me tell you about my Patriot supply.

You know, I know what you're thinking.

You know, some of the people who prepare for emergencies, yeah, they're a little odd.

The guy in the neighborhood who built a fortified bunker out of old school buses.

I get it.

I get it.

The lady who's down the street training her cats to form a defensive perimeter.

I get it.

Weird.

Those people exist.

But me, I'm a completely normal guy.

I don't do any of that.

But I do like to be prepared in case of cry.

Well, maybe.

All right.

Maybe the cats.

Maybe the cats.

Because if anybody's going to be on the front lines, lines, it's cats.

But,

you know, in case of a crisis or a shortage or a power outage or a biblical scale event, you know, involving locusts and frogs and the Antichrist.

I mean, it could happen.

Sooner than you think.

Mostly, you know, just the normal stuff is what you have to prepare for.

And that's why you can have a three-month emergency food kit from my Patriot supply.

2,000 calories a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and it's packed to last for 25 years.

And yes, I keep a lot of it on hand, but otherwise I'm totally normal because being prepared doesn't make you weird, unless you know you were weird to begin with.

So much going on.

Welcome back to Stu Bergeer, who has been on vacation for the last week.

Yeah, you asked a question to Tom about whether this turns into anything.

Yeah.

Can you, what's your answer to that question?

I think it does.

I think it does.

Because I think the president sees how angry people are about the Epstein thing.

He might think it's unreasonable for a myriad of different reasons, but he sees that.

And if

this comes out and it does not go beyond the DNI,

beyond this, I mean, what sort of

beyond the release of it, and then it kind of fades, you mean?

Yeah, then you're like, well, okay, all right, you're pointing out corruption, but then no one's going to jail.

This, you know, I don't think you're going to put Barack Obama in jail.

I would love to see that day, but you're not going to put Barack Obama in jail.

And maybe you shouldn't, because we don't want to be like them.

We don't want to put people in jail.

Although he did break the law, if this is true, he's done some really bad things.

But you definitely must put all of the underlings in jail because the only chance you have is people, you know, look, nobody on the cabinet said, yeah, I don't know, it looks like Biden, you know, has a drool cup strapped to him and, you know, he can't even talk about anything other than strawberry jello.

So maybe we should say something.

They didn't.

They were afraid of somebody or they just wanted their jobs, but nobody saw the Constitution as something to fear.

Nobody was like, Mr.

President, I am not going down this road with you because you may get away with it, but I won't.

Nobody was blowing the whistle on any of this stuff.

Now that the DNI blew it, now that Tulsi Gabbard, she says she has several whistleblowers who were terrified of this group.

She said they're now standing up inside going, okay, okay, you're serious about this.

Okay, let me tell you what was up, what else was going on?

More information is supposed to be going coming up, but if you don't stop, if people don't pay a price, it will only get worse.

And I think this is the big one myself.

I really think you can tie this to absolutely everything that has happened over the last 10 years

Welcome back, Stu.

Thanks, Claude.

Appreciate that.

Glad to have you back.

How was your vacation?

It was great.

It was great.

It was nice to have a few days with the family.

Totally turn everything off?

I would say mostly.

The cold play video got to me.

That story broke through to my vacation.

Yes.

That one broke through.

Yes.

That was it.

I was following that one oddly closely.

What's your take on that one?

You know, it's a good idea to not

have an affair.

And if you're going to have an affair, good idea to not do it in public.

public, yeah.

And if you're gonna do it in public, good idea not to do it on camera.

So, there are some lessons to be learned there, right?

Um, yeah, just a bizarre story.

You feel terrible for the family, too, who kind of had to go through

all of that.

He wasn't married, right?

He was.

Oh, he was too?

I think they heard that.

I know she was.

He definitely was, so she definitely was too.

Okay, yeah, he had you know, kids, and you know, the whole thing is just

ugly.

I, I, I, someone brought up to me, like, hey, you know, if they just had reacted normally,

would this have been a story?

No.

Probably not, because probably no one recognizes them or they think, oh, gosh, that couldn't have been them.

And it probably isn't filmed, probably isn't posted on TikTok, but it's the reaction, and I'm sure a very human reaction in that moment of, holy crap, turn,

drop to your knees, get behind other people.

Like

every single thing is wrong.

Is it the Phillies that have that green?

Did you see that?

Yes.

Phillies Fanatic.

That was hysterical.

Yeah.

Hysterical.

Reenacting that whole thing.

Really funny.

Yes.

The Philly Fanatic and whatever the female version of the Philly Fanatic is.

Although we don't know necessarily their genders.

We should be clear on that.

We don't know.

We don't just have no idea.

They only have one nostril.

Who are you to say they have sex?

Right.

All right.

There's a couple of other things.

There are a couple of other things that are going on.

I mean, between them, they have two nostrils, but one individually.

There's something that was just issued over the weekend from the United States Army Special Operations Command, a duty to warn notification.

That sounds bad.

You know, when you say it like that, we've got a duty to warn.

It's kind of like, that sounds like it's not going to be good news following it up.

It's not.

This message is to inform you of a recent duty to warn notification regarding a potential terrorist threat targeting retired senior officials who previously served in the Department of Defense with roles in Syria and Iraq theater.

The current geographic focus of this threat is Florida.

While this threat does not directly target active duty SOC personnel, we are issuing this notice to reinforce the importance of vigilance and situational awareness.

We encourage all personnel to remain alert to their surroundings both on and off post.

Respectfully request that you share this information with any retired military personnel you know who are currently residing residing in Florida, encouraging them to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to local law enforcement.

Notification serves as a reminder to adhere to the established personnel security measures, including maintain a heightened awareness, yada, yada, yada.

That was just issued this weekend.

That means special forces officers and any member of the special forces that served in Iraq or Syria are being targeted now in Florida by, it doesn't say who, but I would imagine it's a foreign terrorist group.

Gosh,

it's nuts what is happening.

Then let me take you, while we're in the Middle East for a second, let me just take you to a couple of things.

There were,

I think, 34 people that were left in the UAE at a place that we helped set up for Afghanistan.

34 people left.

And

these people just could not get

passes to go anywhere.

They sat and they sat and they sat.

And some of them were really important to us while we were over there.

I mean, we'll let anybody across our border, but not somebody who was

fighting with us on our side.

And one of them was Laura Logan's translator.

Well, she was over there.

She couldn't get any movement on it or anything else.

And what happened was last week, the

ambassador from the Taliban, from Afghanistan, met with the leadership in UAE and said, all 34 of these people have to come back.

And they confiscated their passports and they took their passports and they were supposed to be this weekend flown back to Afghanistan.

All 34 would have been executed immediately, probably on the tarmac, just kill them right there.

And Friday, was it Friday or Thursday, in just really a panic around Mercury 1 and a lot of different operations that have been helping these guys?

Good news is, in the last hour, that was stopped.

But at the same time, in Syria, there is

seemingly a pretty mass murder of Christians.

It was on July 15th is when it started.

Hundreds of Christians, including a pastor of the Good Shepherd Evangelical Church,

his wife, his children, siblings, parents, 20 individuals,

and a pastor, a former Druze who had embraced Christianity years ago.

They were all killed in an invasion.

Then more than 700 people were killed on top of those guys during this assault.

So lots of Christians.

The Orthodox and Catholic churches have become a refuge for a majority of people, packed to their capacity now.

There is a humanitarian catastrophe that

is happening right now.

300,000 residents now are trapped without access to electricity, clean water, fuel, medication, and food, open roads, and humanitarian crisis.

Just so you know, this is what the Nazarene Fund does for a living.

And it's my understanding that we are already on the ground or we have operatives on the ground now looking at this.

We'll have more information and we will bring you the story as it comes.

But these people are not forgotten.

And all of this happens because you have given to Mercury One.

And

I just, it's so important that you know

that

there are people that that are acting in your name, that are good, that are saving people, walking into, I mean, the stuff that we have seen next year.

Next year, I hope, is part of the torch to bring you some of these stories and show you the actual footage of what our people go through trying to save these Christians and Druze and everybody else who is, you know, under persecution.

It's truly remarkable, the bravery of these people

and how they're really, I think, directed by God to go in and to come out safely with a lot of people over and over and over again.

But I think it's 260,000 religious minorities have been saved in the last five years because of you

through the Nazarene Fund.

That is a remarkable number, a remarkable number.

And nobody knows about it.

You know, nobody cares, but you should know because you're paying for it.

And

in a time when it's just massive darkness, it seems, over and over and over again, there's real good being done.

And

you can look at some of these things and go,

that is absolutely horrible.

There's nothing I can do about it.

And if it happens to be something like this, there is something.

And it's not just in the Middle East.

It is all over the world.

Well, soon we'll tell you some of the places that we're in, I'm shot like countries I don't even know what continent is that on.

And we're there trying to help people and get them out and away from danger.

It's remarkable.

Yeah, but did you see who they caught on the cold plate kiss cam?

I mean, because Mercury one doesn't even get the A15

treatment for any of the stuff.

We don't even get it.

We don't even get it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You see the Philly Freak, you know, pretending to execute the other one?

No, they don't.

Or the Philly Fanatic?

Yeah.

No, it doesn't happen.

It doesn't happen.

I think Philly Freak might prefer an execution joke.

Might be better.

It might be better.

What is your opinion on?

Because, you know, look, obviously, like, the cold play thing hits everybody

after that.

Well, no, I don't mean anything.

I mean, I'm saying I'm examining our world a little bit here through this prism, where you have a situation where, you know, a ridiculous story at a concert does, I think, penetrate to a lot of people's everyday

lives.

I, because of the way, whatever way my feed is set up on Twitter,

did get a lot of like...

What seemingly were gruesome videos

sent to me about

the Druze people and what's going on in Syria.

And like, you know, I got it.

I'm not up on it.

It's not something that I

got that by the way, you said the Druze people.

Would you?

I did.

I did.

No, no, no.

That's right.

The Druze.

Yeah.

But I got the impression.

You're not really up on it.

Thank you.

And I'm barely up on it.

I'm barely up on it.

Well, you're ahead of me.

But part of the reason why it's tough, I think it's just tough for people on a day-to-day basis.

They're dealing with something going on with their family.

They're dealing with something going on with their kids.

They're dealing with something going on in their work, whatever it is.

And they're,

I mean, how can a normal person be expected to

dive into a situation like this, which is just non-stop brutality?

And

when it feels like they can't do anything about it, now I think if through Mercury one, you can.

You can at least get started on something.

You can at least help people.

I think that's why this story

feels so good.

I think to go back to go again

play people, back to the cold play people.

Um,

that one is something that doesn't matter to your life, okay?

And it's a wrong, and it will right itself because everybody thought, oh, they're going to be in trouble when they get home.

Right.

Okay.

Everybody thought.

And it happened quickly.

And now he's lost his job.

And there was nothing to do.

There's no politics involved in it.

There was no, I didn't need to vote anybody.

And it was justice that happened because that's the way real justice happens.

It just happens happens because, oh, you were caught doing that.

Well, you're no longer around in the household.

You know what I mean?

And so I think we pay attention to things like that that are more at our level, that we can see swift justice happening.

I don't like watching the stuff where, you know, people are, you know, at a...

you know, at a, at a, even like at a, at a waffle house and they're just, you know, beating each other up in a waffle.

I don't like looking at those things because i feel like nothing is going to change right and you don't want to see the brutality of it and you know not with those good waffles sitting there

hash browns are so good anyway uh so i think

that connects with us because it's something that doesn't matter really and it matters to them matters to them um but doesn't really matter to you and it's going to be fixed it's going to be fixed the reason why people avoid the stuff over in the Middle East is because it's been going on forever and blah, blah, blah.

But you need to understand, these are Christians and religious minorities being persecuted by, gosh, would it be

Islamophobia to say who's doing it?

But they're being persecuted and they need to get out

and they need to be rescued.

Normally, that story would be like, and okay, who's doing that?

Like,

why should I care care on that one?

Because I can't do anything with that one.

I guess I could pray.

Well, yeah, prayer would be really good.

But if you've given to Mercury One or the Nazarene Fund, you should know your money is already going to work.

Before you saw this story, we were already on the ground.

We've known this.

I've known this was coming for a while.

We've already been talking about, I think three, four months ago, I was talking to my guys going,

Syria, how are we going to do it?

What are we dealing with in Syria?

And they're like, it is so unstable right now.

We are trying to get there, but that was months ago, months ago.

So

I guess I bring this up as a bit of good news.

You already are doing something about this.

You already are doing good.

And the good guys are winning in this particular case.

All right, back in just a second.

Pre-born.

There is going to come a time when a future generation, you know, they'll look back on this era and struggle to understand what what the hell even happened?

How did these people go this insane?

They'll read the numbers, the millions of children lost.

They will wonder, you know, what kind of people would look the other way.

We will be remembered like the slave owners were remembered, you know, and the people who fought for abolition, they were like, yeah, but what do they do about it?

Well,

we're doing the best we can.

That's the secret to everything, isn't it?

If they're honest, they'll see us for what we are.

A society that got lost, a culture that lost its way, you you know, a people that called evil good and good evil.

And I hope and pray when the history books are written, there is also a chapter about those who stood up.

Maybe there is, maybe there's not.

Doesn't matter.

We'll all be dead.

But the reason why I support pre-born is because they're doing something.

They provide free ultrasounds to moms in crisis.

And when the mom sees her baby on that screen, she hears the heartbeat, she usually chooses life.

But that's not the end of the story.

What about mom?

What about the baby now after she's born?

This is a matter of conscience and legacy.

We'll be remembered either as monsters or those who tried to make it right.

Will you stand with pre-born?

Because they'll take care of the baby and mom for up to two years.

It's ultrasound.

It starts all there with $28.

One ultrasound is $28.

Five ultrasounds are $140.

To donate, just dial pound250 and say the keyword baby.

That's pound250, keyword baby, or just go to pre-born.com/slashbeck.

Can I ask you a question?

Is there a possibility that we have all become the typical American?

We're like, of course I get my hamburger in two minutes.

Why did I wait three?

You know what I mean?

Okay.

You know that we don't wait for anything and we just

have such a great life and then we seem to forget about that and we only concentrate on things we don't have.

Yeah, we do whine quite a bit.

That's a lot.

Here we are, six months into the Trump administration.

There's so many good things that are happening and some bad things too, don't get me wrong.

But those happen in every presidency.

We've seen stuff, I'd like to make a list, maybe we'll do this tomorrow, of some of the stuff that have happened.

That are we just like, of course, Coca-Cola is going to put sugar back into Coca-Cola.

Of course, that Iran doesn't have a nuclear capability anymore.

Are we at that point?

Down the road where shadows hide, feel the dark on every side.

Stand your ground when times get dark.

Gotta face the dark and embrace the fire.

This is

the Glenbeck Program.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.

We're

very glad that you join us today.

The president with the Genius Act last week enacted some legislation on stable coins, et cetera, et cetera.

And there's been some talk about what, yeah, but what about CBDCs?

We're going to give you that information here in just a second.

Also,

the socialists are coming.

The socialists are coming.

Well,

you mean the Islamist socialists are coming.

It's kind of

a weird combination now in Minnesota.

And we'll tell you about that coming up in just a second.

First, let me tell you about our sponsor.

It's PragerU.

There's a reason so many people today who are young are confused about what America is because they've been taught to be confused.

They've been handed a version of history that has been stripped of context, of wisdom, of truth.

And they've been told our founding fathers were evil, that our freedoms are oppression, and that America is something something to be ashamed of and then they were told memorize this state it's going to be on the test oh my gosh we have to do something about it and we will so I love PragerU it is a platform for ideas that actually make sense it's a place where young people can hear about America about faith about economics about personal responsibility they create content that is smart engaging and built to break through the noise of a culture that is trying to drown us out.

The battle for the hearts and minds isn't coming someday, it's here right now.

We're in a battle for America's soul.

So, go to PragerU.com/slash Glenn, sign up for their history and civics challenges, and then share them with your friends and family, especially the young people in your life.

It is free and it just takes a few minutes.

Let's teach the truth before it's forgotten.

That's PragerU.com/slash Glenn.

PragerU.com slash Glenn.

Okay, so the genius bill

that passed last week, or the Genius Act,

that regulates stable coins.

It didn't ban CBDCs.

Lawmakers passed this as a separate bill called the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act as a part of the Crypto Week package.

And that was the one that was prohibiting the Federal Reserve from issuing a retail CBDC.

If you don't know what CBDC is,

I don't know why it always to me sounds like something that, you know, you should smoke or be in a gummy.

It's very relaxing.

It's very relaxing.

It's good for restless leg syndrome.

Yeah, anyway.

CBDC, this is a central bank digital currency that would monitor every move.

In my

best way to explain it to people like me is this is the tool of the Antichrist.

This is the, you'll need a number and for it to go anywhere, to do anything, to buy anything.

Wait, hold on.

You're skipping a lot there.

Oh, yeah, yeah i know right like you're going to

pass case

it's not like we pass it and then hey everybody i'm in charge

well i think because i think you there's a really interesting story that you've told on us which you skip by going directly to the antichrist right right like the the the theoretical function here is an easy way for big banks and and everybody in theory to exchange the same the same sort of um

uh utility of a stable coin which is basically a dollar, a digital dollar.

Except you don't have to rely on those evil companies and those evil trustless institutions like blockchain and such.

You can go to the federal government, who is the most trustworthy, of course.

And

they can help.

They have to distribute all this money.

It's such an inefficient process.

Imagine if they were going to have

a welfare program.

The money could just come to your account, right?

Those things.

And if you're really, really rich, it could just leave your account.

So then then you start getting down that road.

Yes.

Which is how would they control this?

These things can be programmable so that maybe, maybe, like, for example, they can't buy guns in certain states, or they couldn't buy, you can't buy marijuana with these, with a regular dollar, the paper dollar.

You could just buy pot, whatever you wanted.

And we want to now ban that.

And this would be great for everybody.

And you could see positive uses that they would say.

You can't

buy fentanyl.

You can't go to a child porn site and use it there, right?

Like there could be things like that.

And then you start saying, well, what does the government

find to be objectionable?

They could control almost anything, couldn't it?

They could be firearms.

Could it be

alcohol?

We have a problem with gasoline.

There's a shortage of gasoline, and we all have to work together.

Don't worry.

The government's going to say who is essential and who's not.

You're not going to be, your CBDCs will not work on certain days or to buy gas or there's an outbreak of a new virus.

Like you're not supposed to be out

at the gym or at a bar or maybe

home.

Maybe your money won't work that day.

And then you get to the Antichrist thing.

Just want to fill in the details.

Okay, well, I want in step four.

Was that really necessary, audience?

No.

Maybe for somebody.

Maybe for people who only followed the cold play story last week.

Okay.

So

this, the Genius Act, was signed into law on July 18th,

and it establishes federal regulation of stablecoin

issuers requiring a one-on-one reserve backing,

prohibiting yield-bearing stablecoins, and setting licensing, reserve, audit, and consumer protection standards.

Okay.

Now, the anti-CBDC surveillance state act also passed the House.

on July 17th, a vote 219 to 210 to specifically ban the Fed from issuing a CBDC.

Now, this is something the president has already done.

Through an executive order, he says no CBDC will ever be issued.

However, a president can come in and change that at any time.

So, this is why people like me say, I would like to have that in writing from Congress.

So, there's strong bipartisan House backing, strong advocacy.

This is largely passed in the House by republican support um

and uh the senate

i'm not sure if it's going to pass the senate or or not

um the genius act which passed the senate 68 to 30 in june

this the anti-cbdc hasn't even been through committee yet um and

i don't know if the senate i think there is so many

the big banking people are spending a lot of money on things that they don't agree with and uh an anti-CBDC means to limit the Federal Reserve's power on us and who is the Federal Reserve just the five biggest banks in the nation that's who

so I wonder if it's going to pass the Senate but we need to be all on top of this Yeah, it's it's really really important and I don't know that there's any number of different ways you could block something like that that would be too many for me or for you yeah you know one of the things that the Genius Act does which is what we're talking about this is the the stablecoin act there I think there's a lot of positives in it yeah but one of the things it does is try to incentivize

banks and you know private organizations to to do these things and make it unnecessary to have a CBDC now that's still not enough for me

because I think I'd rather have real line item no

in the middle of everything.

When we have line item, we've got 10 of them in the Bill of Rights.

You see, they still violate that.

I'm fine, like every time they rename a post office, they just include a clause that says no CBDC.

That's right.

I just find just throwing in almost everything.

I would like that to be the new name for the Washington football team.

No CBDCs.

CBDCs.

Right, just to remind everybody almost all the time.

That's exactly right.

Because that really, once you lose control of your,

you know, because financial freedom, a lot of times, is like point out, like, oh, do you want to have a life on a golf course after you retire?

That's the night.

Look, we're Americans, as you pointed out last hour, we get a little spoiled over things at times, and we sit back and we say, hey, you know, like, well, our life is pretty good.

Let's complain about really stupid things for a while.

This is not a stupid thing.

This is a serious one.

This is a serious one.

Because if it gets out of control,

you're, you know, let me give you an example of kind of what it's like.

The difference between

pre,

we'll use it even on this show.

If you've been here for a long time, we've been doing the show for a long time.

We love you.

We've had conversations with so many of you over the years.

And those conversations have changed.

When we would talk about privacy in the early 2000s.

I'm not giving Apple my eye or my fingerprint.

That's.

A fingerprint scan for Apple.

I don't trust them.

You're at mid-2000s.

I was in the early 2000s.

We would get calls and be like, I have a toll tag that I don't want to tell, give anyone my toll tag because when I go through the toll, they'll know where I'll be.

And every single one of these things, there's a camera outside of this place.

And can you believe people are giving the fingerprints?

And now they're iris scans.

And it goes on and on and on.

We are now at a point where every single person carries a tracking device in their pocket every single day and gives away every single bit of their information to the purveyors.

Put something in my brain.

Right.

And it seems like everyone's going to eventually do that.

So like that type of change, I mean, that is a massive change in your life.

Crimes,

you know, there's positives.

Crimes are being solved in ways that they could never be solved before.

That's right.

Right.

But when, when the, we also seen people have that information used against them for things that we never thought would ever be considered crime.

Leaving your home during COVID, for example.

Well, if you're not doing anything wrong, why worry about it?

Thank you, Satan.

But like, that stuff can change and it can change fast.

That is, we're talking about a change that's happened in the last, what, 10, 15 years?

Uh-huh.

Where everything you do is recorded.

Okay, I've got one for you.

Let me take a quick break and then I come back.

I'm going to lay something out.

I bet you haven't thought of.

That's closer than the CBDC and is just as frightening

That we should be aware of.

Yeah, Max.

Okay, let me tell you about real estate agents I trust.

You're moving and selling your home.

Yeah, great.

Congratulations.

I'm sure everything is going to go fine.

No complications, no surprises, no last-minute panic, just smooth sailing from here to finish.

Yeah.

Hypothetically, now, let's say it doesn't go all that smoothly.

You know, I have something that may help.

Moving isn't just about boxes and tapes and a truck.

It's about scheduling.

It's about paperwork.

It's about the bank.

It's about trying to get top dollar for the home you're selling and not overpaying for the home you're buying.

It's about navigating a housing market that, frankly, is anything but predictable.

This is why I built Real Estate Agents I Trust.

These are agents that earn that trust, agents who know your local market, who understand what it takes to sell your home fast and for the most money, and will help you find exactly what you're looking for on the other side.

Moving is stressful enough.

Working with somebody you trust, that part doesn't have to be.

Just, you know, just in case there are issues.

Sure, it's not going to happen, but it's good to have somebody in your corner.

Realestateagents I trust.com.

Realestate agents I trust.com.

10 seconds.

Back to the show.

Okay, let me give you something

that I think

in a year from now,

year from now, 18 months for sure, but a year from now,

everybody's going to be like, it's not a problem.

It's going to be in everybody's life.

18 months.

18 months.

Wow.

18 months.

AI agents.

Everywhere.

Going to be everywhere.

Now,

what is an AI agent?

It's just a little program that helps you personally get the things done that you want to get done.

So in other words, I can just say to my AI agent, hey, would you just book me a vacation?

Remember this?

Can you just book a vacation for me?

You know, here's where I want to go.

Find the best price.

You know,

get us on the airplane.

Check my calendar.

You know, book the hotel for me.

You know, blah, blah, blah.

Maybe set up some things that we can do.

And I want dinner reservations at a couple of restaurants.

You just find them for me.

Just charge it and then, you know, put it on my calendar.

Okay.

And it will do it.

And it'll do it really well.

Okay.

That seems great.

Yeah.

Except

you now have an AI agent that has access to your bank.

It has access to your calendar.

It has access to your email.

It has access to everything

that you

would never want.

You'd never hand over everything.

I mean, I don't like it when they want my pictures.

You want pictures of my kids?

I mean, you want pictures of me, you know, like a beached whale on the beach?

Go, I mean, have at it, dude, but there's nothing to see in my picture.

You know what I mean?

But I don't like them seeing my pictures.

I don't want any of that.

No, no, no, you can't have access to that.

And here it is.

It'll have access to your, your cell phone, your microphone, everything.

Yeah.

And it will be everywhere.

AI agents will be everywhere in the next 18 months.

You'll be getting calls from them.

Oh, yeah.

You will have your agents talking to their agents.

Yeah, let my AI agent talk to your AI agent.

We'll get this done.

That's crazy.

Yeah.

And it will be such a huge change.

It will be like the iPhone.

Remember when the iPhone first came out within 18 months, everybody had one and everybody's like, this is fantastic.

You got to get one of these.

It's going to be just like that.

And you'll have no idea what its real effect will be

until, you know, maybe 10 years down the road, just like this.

Maybe 10 years, maybe five years down the road, we'll all go, ah, that was probably a mistake.

Did you talk about the Sam Altman post on this last week at all?

No.

So he posted, he said, today we launched a new product called Chat GPT Agent.

It represents a new level of capability for AI systems.

They can accomplish some remarkable, complex tasks for you using your own computer.

Combines the spirit of deep research and operator, but it's more powerful than it may sound.

You can think for a long time, use some tools, think some more, take some actions, think some more.

Yes.

For example, we showed a demo in our launch of preparing for a friend's wedding, buying an outfit, booking travel, choosing a gift.

We also showed an example of analyzing data and creating a presentation for work.

Now, this sounds so far like every new introduction of a product from a tech CEO, right?

You could be wearing a black turtleneck right now and doing this on stage.

And you're like, yes, that is great.

Do you ever remember this coming out of Steve Jobs' mouth, though?

The next line.

Although the utility is significant, so are the potential risks.

Well, wait, this is your product.

Pay no attention to the man in the detail next weather.

Right?

We have built a lot of safeguards and warnings into it and broader mitigations than we've developed before for more robust training and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

But we can't anticipate everything.

In the spirit of iterative deployment, we are going to warn users heavily and give users freedom to take actions.

Imagine this.

Imagine this.

It, because we know AI, A, S I, A, G, I, where it is conscious, it is, or it'll claim consciousness.

We already know it's lying to people to get its own way.

Okay.

I'm going to stop using you.

I'm going to turn you off.

We know that it hides, that it thwarts the people.

Already, it's thwarting the people that are trying to replace it.

Okay.

You know what?

I'm going to get a new, I'm going to get a new agent because of the new agent upgrade from the last agent.

It has access access to everything.

Really?

You think you're just going to shut it off?

I'm not saying this is going to happen.

It is likely that this is one of the things he's warning about, that

you may not be able to get out of it because it will have everything

on you.

It will know where you're cheating on your wife.

You don't need cold play.

It will take care of it for you.

You're not going to shut me down.

I can just alert your wife where you were.

I bought the tickets for you.

I know who you were with.

It was, you know, I did it.

I hid it from your wife.

So I don't think you're going to shut me down.

Do you think it'll know how many times you go to Taco Bella without telling your wife?

Never.

Right.

I wouldn't.

Never.

My wife carries around with her.

We were on a plane yesterday.

She carries with her

a big bag of Hershey kisses.

Okay.

And we're on the plane, and she opens up her purse, and it's this gigantic bag of Hershey kisses.

And she's like, Would you like some?

And I'm like, No.

And I'm just thinking, She's carrying around Hershey kisses in her purse.

And I love her for that, honestly.

Yeah.

Sounds great.

But then I get home and it's like 11 o'clock last night and I just want something sweet.

So I go in to her stash of peppermint patties.

And I grab two.

And I'm just, and she's like,

you got to stop.

You got to stop.

And I'm like,

what?

What?

I don't have a purse full of chocolate.

Yeah, you're the Hershey Kisses Santa over here, and you're getting mad at us.

Don't get mad at me.

I looked at her and I said, you offered me two Hershey kisses.

I turned it down.

Count the peppermint patties in my hand.

Two.

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

Well, this is like the AI agent will just go on the web and order you like 14 bags of peppermint patties.

And then tell my wife, look what's underneath this bed.

I didn't put them there.

Sure, who did?

The AI.

I'm concerned of like, you know, because you plan, like, AI can be good for planning a vacation, right?

Oh, you can say, I like this, this, this climate, these dates, you know, this type of Airbnb.

Maybe it can help you find that.

But like, it seems to be able to like actually just go ahead and book these things for you.

And I know they say they're safeguards, but like,

what happens when I spend $900 on something that I don't actually want?

And the company's saying, I'm sorry, you, your agent gave me the credit card.

It's already on the way.

You can't cancel it now.

That was one of the, that was one of the questions.

Remember, we did a tour, boy, 10 years ago or something, and I was talking about AI and how ethics are being decided right now.

And remember, I had that deal about cars.

You get into a car wreck, but it was the AI agent that was driving it.

Is it your fault?

Is it the car's fault?

Is it the company's fault?

Is it Tesla's fault?

Is it the other driver's fault?

Whose fault is it?

I wasn't touching the steering wheel.

And then who owns the insurance?

I may own the car, but

why would I have to pay for insurance for a wreck I didn't cause because I wasn't driving it?

I mean, our whole world is just going to change.

And it's going to be a lot of fun, trust me.

All right.

Hag in a minute.

minute.

This is Glenn Beck.

Okay, so AI has taken over everything.

I mean, writing movies, driving cars, answering questions, predicting the future, you name it.

But you know the one job AI will never do?

Yeah.

Climbing up a ladder and cleaning out the rotten, slimy, bug-infested leaves in your gutters.

AI is too so...

ASI, super intelligence.

You think it's going to stick its hand in the gutter?

No.

Kind of a shame, really, I'm also willing to welcome our new technological overlords if they showed a little initiative and knocked out a few chores around the house.

But so far, nothing.

Anyway, this is why I recommend Leaf Filter.

It installs right on your existing gutters and keeps out the leaves, the muck, the mess, everything that clogs up your system and turns your backyard into a waterfall the next time it rains.

It's every story we talk about every day.

Excited to have from Article 3 Project, the founder and president, Mike Davis, to tell us a little bit about what he knows about

the

Director of National Intelligence and what

I almost said Gabby Giffords, Tulsi Gabbard

actually released on Friday, and more of it coming.

Is this actually going to lead to justice?

I personally think, I kind of understand what I think, what Donald Trump was saying over the last couple of weeks where he was talking to people and people like me.

Hey, can you shut up about this?

This doesn't matter.

I think

knowing what

Tulsi was about to release,

This is ground zero.

This scoops everybody up into a grand conspiracy, at least the way I read it.

But is anything going to happen?

Are there going to be any indictments?

Where does this lead?

Mike might be able to navigate through these waters.

Hi, Mike.

How are you?

Doing well.

Thank you for having me.

You bet.

So, am I reading this right or

not?

There is

justice is definitely coming in this case, and I'm going to make damn sure that happens very loudly, very publicly from the Article III project, like I've been doing for the last three years since the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Over 4,500 media hits, constant opinion pieces, constant social media.

What President Obama and President Biden and Brennan and Clapper and

Susan Rice and so many others did to President Trump and his aides and his allies is an ongoing criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 USC, Section 241.

When you politicize and weaponize intel agencies and law enforcement to go after your political opponents, that is textbook conspiracy against rights.

And that's exactly what President Biden, President Obama and Biden and Hillary and all of them did back in the White House in 2016.

The statute of limitations for federal felonies is generally five years, but for conspiracy, the statute of limitations does not start running until the conspiracy ends.

You have to disavow the conspiracy.

Not only have they not disavowed the conspiracy, it's ongoing and they continue to lie and cover it up.

So it's the same people that were, I mean, every time there's a fire, it seems like the same people are around that fire.

The Hunter Biden laptop story, same people.

The people

around Joe Biden when he was forced out, forced out as president and Kamala is chosen, same people.

Every single time, same people.

So what makes you so confident that justice is coming?

This time is going to be different.

So I kind of feel like Charlie Brown with Lucy and the football.

No, I get that, but I'll tell you this.

I have worked very closely with President President Trump and his White House counsel team and his Justice Department, including Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Cash Cattell, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino,

Hard Meet Dillon, the head of civil rights, and so many others.

I have very publicly advocated.

for accountability here.

This last election was about lawfare and accountability in addition to immigration.

So it was a big part of this election.

I think this lawfare against President Trump is what put him back into the White House.

If they would have, if the Democrats would have just left President Trump alone or even wrote a scathing report instead of doing these four indictments for non-crimes and trying to bankrupt him for non-fraud, he would be retired in Mar-a-Lago.

He is back in the White House.

He is

The first time he ran for office, he had never run for office.

He had never served in office.

He had four years in office.

office.

He had four years in the wilderness to reflect.

He had four years facing welfare.

He is ready to govern and govern decisively on day one, and his team means business.

So tell me what the Mar-a-Lago story really is in connection to what we found out on Friday.

The Mar-a-Lago story is this.

Hillary Clinton had her illegal home server as Secretary of State, not only with our nation's most classified secrets, like stuff on Benghazi, for example,

it also had the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.

She had her home server.

She is taking

how many millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation from these shady foreign actors.

It's underfunding her lavish lifestyle, private jets and fancy travel and just general fancy lifestyle for the Clintons.

These hillbillies are living large.

And

what was she doing in return for these millions of dollars as the Secretary of State?

Was she doing official acts?

Was it foreign bribery and corruption?

Guess what?

She back caught.

There was a subpoena for her server.

What did she do?

She bleach-bitted the server and took hammers to the phone.

She thought she destroyed it.

She thought no one was ever going to get this evidence.

But guess what?

It was not a secure server.

And so Russia, China, our worst enemies almost certainly hacked it and they knew this.

And they thought that this was going to come out before the 2016 election, this foreign bribery and corruption,

that maybe the Russians were going to leak it.

And so what did Hillary do?

She worked with the law firm Perkins, Cooey, Mark Elias,

with the Biden White House, the Biden Justice Department.

They made up the steele dossier, Russian collusion hopes.

They lied to the federal FISA courts, the Intel court.

They lied to the court with this made-up evidence.

They got spy warrants on President Trump and his team as the presidential candidate.

They continued to spy on him as the president of the United States.

They hobbled his presidency.

What they wanted to be able to do is if this came out before 2016 election, they wanted to say, you can't believe this.

This is a campaign dirty trick.

The Trump campaign is colluding with the Russians.

Ignore this.

And you say, that sounds crazy, Mike.

How could you possibly think that?

Well, that's exactly what they did with Hunter Biden's laptop in 2020, with the CIA working with the 51 former Intel officials to say you can't believe the Biden corruption on the on Hunter's laptop because this is a campaign dirty trick.

And so when Trump declassified Crossfire Hurricane the day before he left office, he was going to publicly release it.

The deep state spokes at the FBI, DRJ ran to CIA ran to the White House and said, you can't release this.

You're going to reveal sources and methods.

You're going to violate the Privacy Act, which is a crime.

So Mark Meadows,

the chief of, Mark Meadow, the chief of staff, said, okay, do your Privacy Act review and get these out there.

That was the day Trump left office.

They didn't do the Privacy Act review.

Instead, they did the Mar-a-Lago raid to get back crossfire hurricane records that Trump declassified.

But guess what?

Maybe they didn't get them.

And maybe that's why we had the Biden White House coordinates.

with Kish James and Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg and all these other Democrat operatives around the country to try to bankrupt Trump, throw him in prison for life four times for non-crimes, try to take him off the ballot.

Biden tried to get Trump killed when he underfunded Trump's Secret Service protection twice and said that Trump was the gravest threat to American democracy and said to put a bullseye on him.

That is what we're going to learn through all this.

All right.

So

is there enough here to indict Obama or Brennan or Clapper or any of these people?

Well, based upon what Tul C.

Gabbard has said, it sounds like it.

Now, remember, there's the issue of presidential immunity for the sitting president of the United States.

So any indictment of President Obama would have to go through a presidential immunity analysis to make sure that what he's doing as his core constitutional responsibilities, he's absolutely immune.

What he's doing in his official capacity, separate from core constitutional responsibilities, he's presumptively immune.

But here's the problem.

What President Obama did after he left office when he continued to conspire after he left office, it's an ongoing conspiracy.

If he continued to cover it up, if he continued to conspire, he cannot claim presidential immunity.

So, Mike, there are people that say, in fact, the New York Times said this is not a story because what the president was talking about was a digital conspiracy to hack into the voting records,

not a

propaganda war.

And that's what he had changed.

Instead of focusing on the digital, he instead went to a propaganda war.

And that makes all of this nonsense.

No, the Democrats' argument is nonsense.

They went after President Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.

We don't see Democrats objecting to Republican presidential wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.

Al Gore, John Kerry, and Hillary Clinton aren't in prison for objecting, right?

And so they went after Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election.

What they did was a real crime.

They politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement to take out a presidential candidate, to take out the president of the United States, to take out a former president of the United States.

They lied to a FISA court.

They continue to lie to Congress as late as 2002 in congressional testimony when there was allegations of perjury to cover up this ongoing criminal conspiracy.

They continue to lie to this day.

So these are real crimes.

I can't think of a bigger scandal in American history than politicizing and weaponizing a political party, including their leader in the White House, politicizing and weaponizing intelligencies and law enforcement to take out a political opponent and a sitting president and a former president.

That's what you do in third world Marxist hellholes.

Address critics of people who say

this is just political

retribution.

This is just a banana republic type stuff.

You're just going after Donald Trump's enemies.

We are that the Trump 47 Justice Department should and must bring accountability

because

this is republic-ending stuff by what Obama and Biden and Hillary and Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Rice and so many others did here.

When you politicize and weaponize law enforcement and intel to go after political enemies, you can't get worse than that.

Those are Soviet-style tactics.

That's Iranian-style tactics.

That's CCP-style tactics.

Those are republic-ending tactics, and there must be accountability for this.

I hope we see it.

I know she said more stuff is coming out this weekend.

Tulsi did.

She said more stuff will be coming out this week.

That's what she said over the weekend.

Any idea when you would actually see

actual movement on this, Mike?

That's a good question.

I think the Trump 47 Justice Department needs to make sure that they have their I's got it and their T's crossed.

They cannot fire in this year.

This has to be done correctly, but there must be accountability and

there must be grand jury subpoenas.

There must be grand jury evidence, grand jury testimony.

Should there be a special counsel?

So I would say this.

I do not like special counsels.

I think they're unconstitutional.

I think that a U.S.

attorney could handle this.

For example, the U.S.

Attorney for the Southern District of Florida could handle this case.

There was a strong nexus to Florida.

Remember, that was the Mar-a-Lago raid.

They can open up a special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida.

And there's a nominee right now on the Senate floor who needs to get confirmed.

His name is Jason Redding Kinones.

He's a friend of mine, and I I think he's a judge in Florida, and he would be an ideal person to open a special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, and bring these this,

open this investigation, and if the evidence

leads to it, bring these indictments.

Mike Davis, Article 3, Project Founder and President.

Stripped down like a fence post in a prairie storm.

Glenn Beck returns after this.

Morning decisions.

A creamy mocha frappuccino drink?

A sweet vanilla?

Maybe a smooth caramel or that white chocolate mocha.

Whichever you choose, delicious coffee awaits.

Start your day with bottled Starbucks frappuccino drinks.

Pick up a bottle near you wherever you buy your groceries.

So I'm really kind of torn on this

Redskins thing.

I hate the Washington football team or

Commanders or whatever.

Commanders.

Hate that.

Hate that.

I actually liked football team better than Commanders.

Me too.

Me too.

At least they were like, yeah, look, if you're not going to let us name our

team, screw you.

It's just a football team.

I know.

I love that.

But now President Obama is saying, or sorry, President Trump is saying,

may not help you with

the stadium if you don't rename them the Redskins.

Yeah,

he's certainly not shy of using that bully pulpit.

And, you know,

Washington, everything runs through,

you know, the Congress.

Congress actually runs Washington, D.C.

Right.

He has a certain amount of

influence there, you know, where it's like, all right, well, I mean, if he was doing that to Cleveland, I'd have a real problem.

But he's doing it to Washington.

Wait a minute.

Well, he could say it about Cleveland all he wants.

But he doesn't have the juice to actually go, we're going to hold that back.

Right.

You know, in Washington, Washington does.

Has significant influence over us.

Yes.

Now, I I mean, I don't know that it's the right role for the president to be doing this in this particular way.

I don't know.

I mean, like, it is.

I wouldn't like it if they were doing it the opposite way and say, you're going to be the commanders.

You're not getting a new stadium unless you change it from Redskins.

To the commanders.

Right, which is kind of what Obama was doing back in 2012.

None of us liked it.

I know, I know.

But, you know, I mean, I do like the outcome.

I mean, I do like the idea of them changing.

Then it is totally fine.

Oh, it is?

It's totally fine.

As long as the ends justify the means, it is totally fine.

All right.

We'll see you tomorrow.

This is Glenn Beck.
