As a sports fan, I have to confess.
Sometimes the game gets kind of boring.
That's when I unfold my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and use multi-window viewing on its large screen.
Boring game?
I'm checking out my Fantasy Baseball League at the same time.
Score still 1-0?
I'm replying to emails in the other window, scoring points with the boss.
Semifinals finally getting exciting?
I'm buying tickets to the finals and booking my flights.
Can your phone do that?
The new Galaxy Z Fold 7.
Get yours at Samsung.com.
Well, back for the Monday podcast, and Stu is back finally.
I mean, gosh, the guy takes more vacation.
I mean, I think once in a while, he'll show up for work.
That's the way it feels, Stu.
And that's the way it is.
And America's demanding answers.
But let's just go to Tulsi first because she's to classify documents that show the level of conspiracy dating back to the Obama administration.
You want some answers?
We hopefully have some.
Tom Fitton is on, and also Mike Davis all on today's podcast.
First, let me tell you about American financing.
Okay, I'm not sitting there with you in person, so I don't know exactly what you're facing financially.
You know, whatever it is that got you worried, maybe you've got a mortgage that's bleeding you dry.
Maybe you've got high interest debt from the credit cards you never intended to get in the first place, and the balance just never seems to shrink, no matter how long you've been paying them.
Maybe you're just looking around this cozy economy and thinking, you know, I just need to get my financial house in order before things get really weird.
Well, whatever it is, today's the day.
You can call American Financing.
This is why they exist.
They're mortgage consultants, not commission salespeople.
Their job is not to push you into something that, you know, pads their paycheck.
It's to help you find the right loan, the right terms, and the right payment for you.
They can help you refi, consolidate debt, even shorten your term to pay your house off faster.
And when they do it, they do it with common sense advice, straight talk, and a simple process that puts you fully back in control of your life.
So call American Financing.
The number is 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440.
Or go to AmericanFinancing.net.
That's AmericanFinancing.net.
Hello, America.
You know we've been fighting every single day.
We push back against the lies, the censorship, the nonsense of the mainstream media that they're trying to feed you.
We work tirelessly to bring you the unfiltered truth because you deserve it.
But to keep this fight going, we need you.
Right now, would you take a moment and rate and review the Glenn Beck podcast?
Give us five stars and lead a comment because every single review helps us break through big tech's algorithm to reach more Americans who need to hear the truth.
This isn't a podcast, this is a movement, and you're part of it, a big part of it.
So, if you believe in what we're doing, you want more people to wake up, help us push this podcast to the top.
Rate, review, share.
Together, we'll make a difference.
And thanks for standing with us.
Now, let's get to work.
You're listening to
the best of the Glenbeck Program.
Welcome to the Glenbeck Program.
So let's start it again at the beginning because you're not hearing this from anybody in the mainstream.
Barack Obama is president 2016.
Hillary Clinton is expected to be the winner.
She then starts, because it starts to get dicey, she's looking for anything she can do to smear Donald Trump.
She then starts to put together the Crossfire Hurricane file.
The Crossfire Hurricane file is completely discredited.
I mean, it has, there's nothing in it that is real.
You know, it shows that Donald Trump was with hookers in Russia, that Russia, he and Russia have a bank account that are, you know, pinging each other all the time.
Remember all of this?
Okay.
That all came from hillary clinton through crossfire hurricane or sorry a fusion gps fusion gps puts together the steel dossier when
she loses
she goes to the white house and clapper who is part of all of this stuff with hillary clinton goes to the white house and barack obama does not want Donald Trump in.
He's got to find a way to stop Donald Trump.
Hillary Hillary Clinton is saying Russia stole the election.
Remember?
We never say they stole the election.
Yeah, you did.
All about Donald Trump.
He's not a legitimate president.
He stole it in collusion with Russia.
So Barack Obama is about to get a report, an assessment from the intelligence community.
It's called an ICA
intelligence community assessment.
And it was about to say there's no collusion with Russia, that Russia
was not capable of hacking into anything or doing anything to throw our election.
All right.
He stops that before it's printed.
He's alerted that it's coming in print form.
He says, stop, meet me in my office tomorrow.
Bring all the players in.
I want to have a talk with you.
He has a talk with them.
I need this to read this way.
That Russia did influence the election.
Then, after he gets that from the he gets a new ICA saying that, yes, they did.
Now he can go to the FBI and say, they did.
Here's this crossfire hurricane.
Here's this fusion GPS.
I need you to look at this from Christopher Steele.
Christopher Steele is known by the FBI.
They fired this guy.
He was somebody who was a source, but he had so discredited himself, he was no longer on the payroll of the FBI.
He had been discredited by the FBI.
But for some reason, they overlooked that.
To make sure that this went through,
Clapper
releases the fusion GPS documents to the press.
And now it's in the press.
Now everybody's talking about it.
Now we have to do an investigation on this.
As he orders the FBI, I want you to look into this.
I just want you to look into this fusion GPS thing, you know, Christopher Steele dossier.
That's when
not Condoleezza, but Susan Rice writes on her last day, he didn't tell the FBI what to do.
He was just making a suggestion that they just do what they should do and they would normally always do.
Okay.
All right.
So there's the seed of all of this conspiracy.
When Trump wins, panic sets in.
So
they've got to do something.
All right.
So that's what happens.
But in the meantime, as they are burying all of this
true information and leaking information to the press that brings everybody to Russia, there's another
scandal that is happening.
And this one is in Ukraine.
This scandal is on a totally different front.
This is, at the same time this, all this stuff is happening, Hunter Biden is on the board of Burisma, corrupt gas company, raking in millions of dollars with no experience.
And the Ukrainian prosecutor is investigating that company.
And Joe Biden comes back and he brags about getting him fired by threatening to withhold a billion-dollar U.S.
aid package.
Hillary Clinton's people are there.
Soros is there.
All the usual suspects are there.
This is a State Department operation over in Ukraine.
This is USAID.
All of this stuff is happening over in Ukraine.
Soon as Donald Trump calls to talk to the new Ukrainian president,
and the Ukrainian president says, Hey, we have some real problems with Russia, he says, Fine, I'll send that to you.
But I would really like your help in looking into all the corruption that was going on.
Corruption that was perpetrated by whom?
The same exact players that were in President Obama's office with all of this.
They panic.
Now we really have to stop Donald Trump.
So
they make up a story that he had said, I'm going to hold back your aid
unless you produce this evidence.
Pretty much, remember, they always do what they say we're doing.
Pretty much exactly what Obama and his group had done in 2016.
They're now accusing Trump of doing in Ukraine.
You follow?
Does this make sense?
He's asking them, can you tell me what happened?
And he's now impeached over that.
Now let that sink in.
The same people who manufactured a Russia hoax now impeach a sitting president for trying to expose the people who were involved in that corruption.
It's projection, it's insurance, and it's a cover-up that has to keep covering.
But they weren't finished.
Before the 2020 election,
all of a sudden, a Hunter laptop appears.
And what do they say?
This is Russian disinformation.
When it looks like somebody's going to print it, somebody's going to run with it.
What do they do?
The same exact people in the FBI and intelligence community go to the social media companies and say, this is a Russia hoax.
And then
how many former intelligence officers sign that letter?
Who put that letter together?
Clapper.
The same guy that was in the original meeting where Susan Rice says, nothing weird happened here.
And Clapper puts that together and says,
this is all a hoax.
So now they're covering again
all the emails, all the contracts, all the corruption, same cast of intelligence officials sign that public letter.
This is all Russian disinformation.
Another lie, another operation.
And again, the press continues to listen to these people, like Clapper, who is now, I think, on a payroll of one of these companies, you know, as a press commentator.
Then what happens?
Then you have President Obama, sorry, President Biden winning.
He wins.
But then what happens?
You've got to take Trump out.
So you have January 6th.
And yes, it was chaotic.
Yes, people acted shamefully.
Some of these were real
anarchists.
I don't know what their political belief was, but some of them were anarchists.
But there's some questions about January 6th.
Where is the pipe bomb?
Where is the pipe bomber?
There were two pipe bombs.
One of them almost killed the
vice president.
Why was she moved from the Capitol to the DNC headquarters where the pipe bomb was?
Why did that happen?
How did all of a sudden every single record from the Secret Service just disappear?
All their phone records, all the records on why she was moved, all of that just gone, just disappeared.
It happens, you know.
Why couldn't we get there was no camera on the pipe bomb and who placed that pipe bomb?
Why?
The camera was aimed at the same place for at least six months.
And then right before this happens, it's moved in another direction.
Right after they find the pipe bomb, it's moved moved back into that direction.
Why?
Why did they never look for the scaffold man, the guy who was up on the scaffolding directing the crowd what to do?
We don't even know who that was.
We don't know his name.
How about Ray Epps?
How about the people from the FBI and intelligence community that said there were no FBI agents on the ground that day?
There were no CIA or FBI operatives on the ground.
Then it was, we don't know if there were any.
And then, once they lose this election, we find out there were 25 of them on the ground.
Why?
Why did the surveillance tapes that were held back suddenly contradict the sworn testimony of the hero cop?
He wasn't even in the part of the building he said he was in.
But nobody covered that.
We did.
Same cast of characters involved in that.
A chance to do to Trump what they failed to do with Clinton and Obama, what they failed to do under Schiff and impeachment.
Now they're trying to get him with January 6th, but that doesn't hold.
So now what do they do?
Now the same group of people, the same judges in many cases,
They decide they're going to prosecute Donald Trump and they're going to try to get get him thrown into jail, find him guilty of a crime, any crime, you know, to protect democracy.
It's going to stop Hitler.
But listen to what these people have done.
They lied to a FISA court.
They doctored evidence and then testified at a FISA court, which violates
your
rights as a American citizen.
They then falsified intelligence.
They spied on a campaign illegally.
They framed a sitting president, not once, not twice, counting still, three times.
They silenced the entire laptop story.
They controlled the press.
They opened our borders while lying about the effects and the causes.
Remember, she was going on to a fact-finding mission to find out what was causing all these people.
They knew what was causing them.
It was their own NGOs that they were paying through government funds to bring all those people in.
They never told you that.
In fact, they lied about it.
They told us, oh, putting people up in hotels, that's ridiculous.
That's what exactly they did.
Then they lied about their involvement in bringing them across the borders.
They lied about the Medicare going to the illegals that we're just finding out now.
The same people who told you MS-13 gangs and gangs from Venezuela were not happening or they were not dangerous.
They were racist tropes.
The same people that let terrorist and terror cells into our country and then
sent the exact same people back to the press to tell us that our borders were secure.
And then finally lied about the president's mental fitness.
They used the auto pin to pardon all or some of those involved in all of this.
Then when Biden was found and seen to be incompetent, he wasn't removed from office he was just removed from election
no one asked any questions the same people clapper rice brennan obama and then obama and the clan decided to run kamala harris they decided they decided that not the people they decided to run him or i'm sorry to run her and again no questions were asked the press even went from she's the absolute worse to two days later she is the savior of our republic
And now these same people are claiming their Fifth Amendment rights when asked a simple question.
When did you know?
Did you know the president was incompetent?
That's what this is about.
This is about the biggest conspiracy.
This is about the deep state.
If you think the Epstein thing was big, you're never going to get the Epstein.
You'll never get the truth of the Epstein until this is stopped.
This is the entire narrative of the last 10 years and a cabal of maybe 10 to 20 people that have orchestrated all of it.
That's why it's on page A15 and not even found on the Washington Post today.
This is massive.
If a genie popped out of a lamp and offered you three wishes, what would you wish for?
Money, power, fame?
Maybe something a little simpler.
Like, number one, can you get rid of the back pain?
I would love that one.
Fix my knees.
Number three, can I wake up in the morning without everything hurting?
Because when you're living in pain, nothing else really matters.
It slows you down.
It wears you out.
It sits on your shoulders every minute of the day like some invisible weight you just can't put down.
And while I can't promise you a magical lamp, I can tell you about something that's helped an awful lot of people in this audience who thought they had tried everything, including me.
It's called Relief Factor.
It's not a drug.
It's a daily supplement that fights pain at the source and the inflammation in your body.
It's been a game changer for countless people who thought their only option was live with it.
Pain, not something you can wish away, but it is something finally maybe you can do something about.
Give their three-week quick start a try.
See if it works for you.
$19.95.
You'll know within three weeks.
It's relieffactor.com.
Take it exactly as directed or call 1-800-4 RELIEF.
800, the number 4 relief, relieffactor.com.
Now back to the podcast.
You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
Tom Fitton is here.
He's the president of Judicial Watch.
Tom, we were just talking in the break, getting ready, you know, preparing for this conversation.
And we're trying to remember, Stu and I were, was Judicial Watch started because of or just at the same time of the Monica Lewinsky stuff?
Just before Monica Lewinsky,
it was really in large measure in response to the Clinton gang playing games, selling trade mission suits, you may recall.
Oh, Jesus.
We had China connections.
Bill had his presidential legal expense trust fund that was getting shady money from abroad.
It was a mess.
I wish things have gotten better, but they just got worse.
And, you know, part of it is because we never got those people.
I mean, you guys have done such a great job at exposing all of this.
And some of the people you have, I mean, you've done some amazing work in the courtroom, too.
But it doesn't feel to the average person that anything's really changed.
Nobody ever pays a price.
Yes, and that's why it keeps on happening again.
It's, you know, all the evidence is out there.
Judicial Watch has uncovered it.
Tulsi Gabber just released more evidence.
But what are the consequences?
Correct.
And for, you know, the politicians like Hillary or Obama or Biden to the degree he's paying attention or is capable of paying attention,
it's just a bad news cycle.
It doesn't impact their lives.
I mean, they make the money they're making.
They run for office again.
In many ways, they get credibility with
their allies for the misconduct.
And so without consequences, it's going to happen again and repeat itself.
So let's talk about what Tulsi Gabbard, which is not in the Washington Post today, page A15 in the New York Times.
I mean, they're acting like this is no big deal.
And this appears to me to be
the key to everything that has happened in the last 10 years.
Do you read it that way?
I think it's another key.
I kind of go back and say, you know, there should have been prosecutions long before this.
Right.
And it's just further confirmation, there was yet another meeting, because there had been at least two more that I was aware of that have been publicly disclosed, involving Barack Obama and his top people about Russia, Russia, Russia.
And they went into the meeting.
The Intel people were prepping, saying, hey, look, Russia was...
probably messing around with a few things, but they weren't impacting, you know, the counting of votes and, you know, were messing with our election systems.
After, you know, that was pulled back.
After the meeting, they changed that conclusion or suggested it dishonestly otherwise, and then hyper-focused on the steel dossier.
And what was the only issue at issue at this point?
Trump was coming into office and they wanted to destroy him.
Correct.
But it was these same people.
It was these same people all the way through.
It's the same group of people.
It's Susan Rice, Clapper, Obama, all the way through to the end of the Biden administration.
That's right.
And into the
beginning of the Trump administration, remember the meeting just before Comey went to visit Trump to try to
get him to talk on the dossier.
It was a meeting involving Joe,
Obama, and Comey.
And Comey went the next day,
tried to ambush Trump.
Trump said, I don't know anything about it.
Comey rushed out of the office, started doing his memos to the file because he was spying on Trump.
And it didn't stop.
And of course, you know,
who were they nervous about, as you point out?
Joe Biden.
He had these Ukraine issues.
Everyone knew he was neck deep with Ukraine corruption.
We have the documents showing that State Department officials were nervous about it.
The Russians were making fun of the Americans, trolling them.
That was the language they used.
Because Biden went to Ukraine just before Trump came into office.
You also had all of the.
It's weird because the State Department seemed split in half in some ways.
Some were warning the White House of this, and the State Department and USAID, all that stuff, they were also over
helping
overthrow the government of Ukraine a couple of times.
I mean,
it's just such a
horrible mix of everything wrong with the country.
So do you see this time maybe
there's going to be perp walks?
People are going to maybe go to jail or not?
Are you with my honest?
No, no, I don't.
You say it like that and I don't.
Yeah, go ahead.
I think they want to do something in the Justice Department and the FBI.
I don't think they've got the capacities,
nor do I think
the institutions can be counted on to investigate themselves or even do it competently.
And frankly, given the way they've handled the Epstein files, which is really basically a transparency question, you got to wonder if they're going to be able to do something more complex.
Oh, my God.
And that's why I've been calling on the president to run it himself, meaning appoint a special prosecutor, have that prosecutor report to him,
use people who aren't DOJ people, use people who aren't FBI people.
There are plenty of law enforcement in the federal government they can use and utilize or bring in private people temporarily to begin the criminal investigations and prosecutions.
I just don't see it happening.
We've had special counsels all the time.
Every president is appointed a special counsel to look into.
Why are we not doing it this time?
If that's the answer.
That's a good question.
It's six months.
I know I compare and contrast what they did after January 6th, the Biden gang did.
They had basically Trump in their sights for prosecution within six months.
That's what they were thinking about initially.
Here,
you know, we're getting documents that have been around for 10 years.
Maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit for a long time.
Well, yeah, almost 10 years.
No, 10 years.
They have been 10 years.
And
we're expecting something new to happen?
I hope so.
Let's keep on keeping on, but
what is it that
you are pushing for on Epstein?
More than just the grand jury records?
Because
didn't the president just say that he was
calling on the judges to release that?
Yeah, and those are transcripts, right?
What other information is there?
You know, we kind of go through it.
We approach this with a straightforward
technique, which is just give us the records that you can give us under law.
Right.
We still haven't gotten one record under FOIA on these Epstein issues.
You know, we saw that mess they made early part of the year.
We said, okay, give us these records about Epstein.
You say you have.
Give us the records showing there was an issue about getting the records out about Epstein.
You know, the FBI supposedly was accused of obstructing the release.
We've gotten zero records yet.
So I'm glad they went to the court.
I'm glad there's this commitment for credit, you know, for the release of, quote, credible information.
But it's a straightforward FOIA issue.
Just start releasing the records under the Freedom of Information Act.
Why?
Because
it won't completely, but it will reassure many Americans that there's a legal process in place.
Here's the record.
Here's what's blacked out.
Here's the reason why.
These are how many records we have.
You can't have these.
You can't have these.
And then it's adjudicated in a court.
The modified limited hangout process doesn't work.
Is anybody looking into his financial records?
I mean, that seems to be, you know, follow the money.
That seems to
tell us something about who's funding what.
How is he moving all of this money in all these shell corporations all offshore?
Well, there's nothing that would prevent the release of any records they compiled in the course of this investigation.
And presumably, that was part of the process.
And if it's available, under FOIA, it should be released.
And, you know, and
when they say we can't release something, almost always that's a discretionary decision, meaning it's a political decision in the end whether to release or not release information.
And that's something they didn't want to really want to grapple with.
And I think that's why they put out that crazy memo a few weeks ago.
We don't want to release any of it because to kind of do the process is hard.
But on the other hand, they went into the court in our case, Glenn, and they told them the day after the memo got out, oh, we're still looking at FBI and and DOJ records for potential release here.
And so, you know, we'll get back to you.
Wow.
Dershowitz says that it's all of this stuff, any roadblocks in the secrecy, a lot of it has been caused by federal judges.
Have you heard that?
Is that true?
I mean, you know, caused by federal judges is just one way of saying, well, the law requires grand jury materials to be
kept secret unless otherwise
unless there's a real significant public interest in releasing them.
So it's kind of the ordinary handling of criminal records.
But
they're talking about records
by law they say they can't release.
We still don't have an idea of what records by law they can release and haven't released.
So
what do you think about the concerns that MAGA is doing really the bidding of the Democrats who want to get Trump by any means necessary,
and that we're focused on the wrong thing?
If you focus on this, I personally think that what was released by the DNI on Friday is massive because this fits into a puzzle that I've been putting together for 10 years.
And
to me, it shows everything you need to know.
But maybe that's just me.
What do you think about the argument that MAGA should just sit down and be quiet?
Yeah, well, I mean, we've got lots of lawsuits on that, too.
I mean, to me, it's kind of a straightforward response.
Give us the records you promised you were going to give to us.
And, you know,
just move on from it.
You know, let's just get the process in place and release the records as you promised.
I mean, the president and the administration is doing a wonderful amount of work.
And no one's suggesting, you know, just because they did one thing great means they don't have to do anything else that's great.
Right.
And in the case of transparency, these are kind of the core issues.
The Epstein issue is a big issue for the American people.
Like it or not, it's a big issue.
They promised to release records.
They haven't released it.
And there's n and to the degree it's been a problem.
It's been a problem caused by the Justice Department and the FBI, who sent out a memo saying, we're shutting it all down.
You're all idiots for even thinking there were anything to ask about.
There was anything to ask about.
And by the way, all the evidence on which we're basing these decisions, you can't have access to.
So, whose fault is that
that there was a blowback?
The people who wrote the memo.
So, if I were President Trump and I were looking for a way forward, I'd start focusing on making sure my agencies were doing what they're supposed to do under law and just behave normally, respond to FOIA lawsuits, be transparent.
Let's not make a Megilla where none is necessary.
And, you know, because there's a lot of other things to do that we really need to get done, like holding those who want to destroy our republic accountable and tried to get me killed last year.
Doesn't the release, isn't this argument about the Epstein files release what you have?
Doesn't this kind of fit into the same thing, though, that we were talking about
with the DNI?
Even if they release it, nobody's going to believe anything's going to be done about it.
So what difference does it make?
Well, the American people have a right to know what their government's up to.
And it does make a difference in how people calculate who to support,
how to approach public policy issues, what credence to give to arguments that politicians make as to government accountability and on a whole sorts of other issues.
It's all part of the piece.
So, if we want to have a government where Americans have no insight into how it operates and there's zero accountability,
and accountability sometimes means just knowing who was involved.
And there is rough justice.
You know, Hillary isn't president
because,
isn't president because of the emails that we helped release.
Does it mean that she was prosecuted?
No, but that was kind of a rough justice in the sense that there was a consequence politically for what happened.
I think that rough justice is actually happening for Barack Obama.
You look at his popularity, how he's perceived by his own friends and public.
I think what's true about him is really starting to come forward, too.
Tom, thank you so much for everything you guys do.
I really appreciate all the work you've done throughout the years.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, you can follow and help at judicialwatch.org.
That's judicialwatch.org.
Tom, thanks.
Thank you.
You bet.
Bye-bye.
This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
Excited to have from Article 3 Project, the founder and president, Mike Davis,
to tell us a little bit about what he knows about
the
Director of National Intelligence and what Gab,
I almost said Gabby Giffords, Tulsi Gabbard
actually released on Friday and more of it coming.
Is this actually going to lead to justice?
I personally think, I kind of understand what I think, what Donald Trump was saying over the last couple of weeks where he was talking to people and people like me.
Hey, can you shut up about this?
This doesn't matter.
I think
knowing what Tulsi was about to release, this is.
This is ground zero.
This scoops everybody up into a grand conspiracy, at least the way I read it.
But is anything going to happen?
Are there going to be any indictments?
Where does this lead?
Mike might be able to navigate through these waters.
Hi, Mike.
How are you?
Doing well.
Thank you for having me.
You bet.
So am I reading this right or
not?
There is
justice is definitely coming in this case, and I'm going to make damn sure that happens very loudly, very publicly from the Article III project, like I've been doing for the last three years since the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Over 4,500 media hits, constant opinion pieces, constant social media.
What President Obama and President Biden and Brennan and Clapper and Susan Rice.
Susan Rice and so many others did to President Trump and his aides and his allies is an ongoing criminal conspiracy against rights rights under 18 USC, Section 241.
When you politicize and weaponize intel agencies and law enforcement to go after your political opponents, that is textbook conspiracy against rights.
And that's exactly what President Biden, President Obama and Biden and Hillary and all of them did back in the White House in 2016.
The statute of limitations for federal felonies is generally five years, but for conspiracy, the statute of limitations does not start running until the conspiracy ends.
You have to disavow the conspiracy.
Not only have they not disavowed the conspiracy, it's ongoing, and they continue to lie and cover it up.
So it's the same people that were, I mean, every time there's a fire, it seems like the same people are around that fire.
The Hunter Biden laptop story, same people.
The people
around Joe Biden when he was forced out, forced out as president and Kamala is chosen.
Same people.
Every single time, same people.
So what makes you so confident that justice is coming?
This time is going to be different.
So I kind of feel like Charlie Brown with Lucy and the football.
No, I get that, but I'll tell you this.
I have worked very closely with President Trump and his White House counsel team and his Justice Department, including Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch, FBI Director Cash Pattell, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino,
Hard Meet Dillon, the head of civil rights, and so many others.
I have very publicly advocated for accountability here.
This last election was about lawfare and accountability in addition to immigration.
So it was a big part of this election.
I think this law fare against President Trump is what put him back into the White House.
If the Democrats would have just left President Trump alone or even wrote a scathing report instead of doing these four indictments for non-crimes and trying to bankrupt him for non-fraud, he would be retired in Mar-a-Lago.
He is back in the White House.
He is
the first time he ran for office, he had never run for office.
He had never served in office.
He had four years in office.
He had four years in the wilderness to reflect.
He had four years facing lawfare.
He is ready to govern and govern decisively on day one, and his team means business.
So tell me what the Mar-a-Lago
story really is in connection to what we found out on Friday.
The Mar-a-Lago story is this.
Hillary Clinton had her illegal home server as Secretary of State, not only with our nation's most classified secrets, like stuff on Benghazi, for example,
and also had the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.
She had her home server.
She is taking how many millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation from these shady foreign actors.
It's underfunding her lavish lifestyle, private jets and fancy travel and just general fancy lifestyle for the Clintons.
These hillbillies are living large.
And
what was she doing in return for these millions of dollars as the Secretary of State?
Was she doing official acts?
Was it foreign bribery and corruption?
Guess what?
She got caught.
There was a subpoena for her server.
What did she do?
She bleach-bitted the server and took hammers to the phone.
She thought she destroyed it.
She thought no one was ever going to get this evidence.
But guess what?
It was not a secure server.
And so Russia, China, our worst enemies, almost certainly hacked it and they knew this.
And they thought that this...
was going to come out before the 2016 election, this foreign bribery and corruption,
that maybe the Russians were going to leak it.
And so what did Hillary do?
She worked with the law firm Perkins, Cooey, Mark Elias,
with the Biden White House, the Biden Justice Department.
They made up the steele dossier, Russian collusion hopes.
They lied to the federal FISA courts, the Intel court.
They lied to the court with this made-up evidence.
They got spy warrants on President Trump and his team as the presidential candidate.
They continued to spy on him as the president of the United States.
They hobbled his presidency.
What they wanted to be able to do is if this came out before 2016 election, they wanted to say, you can't believe this.
This is a campaign dirty trick.
The Trump campaign is colluding with the Russians.
Ignore this.
And you say, that sounds crazy, Mike.
How could you possibly think that?
Well, that's exactly what they did with Hunter Biden's laptop in 2020, with the CIA working with the 51 former Intel officials to say, you can't believe the Biden corruption the on Hunter's laptop because this is a campaign dirty trick.
And so when Trump declassified CrossFire Hurricane the day before he left office, he was going to publicly release it.
The deep state spokes at the FBI, DOJ ran to CIA ran to the White House and said, you can't release this.
You're going to reveal sources and methods.
You're going to violate.
the Privacy Act, which is a crime.
So Mark Meadows,
the chief of, Mark Meadow, the chief of staff, said, okay, do your Privacy Act review and get these out there.
That was the day Trump left office.
They didn't do the Privacy Act review.
Instead, they did the Mar-a-Lago raid to get back crossfire hurricane records that Trump declassified.
But guess what?
Maybe they didn't get them.
And maybe that's why we had the Biden White House coordinates with Tish James and Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg and all these other Democrat operatives around the country to try to bankrupt Trump, throw him in prison for life four times for non-crimes, tried to take him off the ballot.
Biden tried to get Trump killed when he underfunded Trump's Secret Service protection twice and said that Trump was the gravest threat to American democracy and said to put a bullseye on him.
That is what we're going to learn through all this.
All right.
So is there enough here to indict Obama or Brennan or Clapper or any of these people?
Well, based upon what Tulsi Gabbard has said, it sounds like it.
Now, remember, there's the issue of presidential immunity for the sitting President of the United States.
So any indictment of President Obama would have to go through a presidential immunity analysis to make sure that what he's doing as his core constitutional responsibilities, he's absolutely immune.
What he's doing in his official capacity, separate from core constitutional responsibilities, he's presumptively immune.
But here's the problem.
What President Obama did after he left office when he continued to conspire after he left office, it's an ongoing conspiracy.
If he continued to cover it up, if he continued to conspire, he could not claim presidential immunity.
So, Mike, there are people that say, in fact, the New York Times said this is not a story because what the president was talking about was a digital conspiracy to hack into the voting records,
not a
propaganda war.
And that's what he had changed.
Instead of focusing on the digital, he instead went to a propaganda war.
And that makes all of this nonsense.
Now, the Democrats' argument is nonsense.
They went after President Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.
We don't see Democrats objecting to Republican presidential wins in in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.
Al Gore, John Kerry, and Hillary Clinton aren't in prison for objecting, right?
And so they went after Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election.
What they did was a real crime.
They politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement to take out a presidential candidate, to take out the president of the United States, to take out a former president of the United States.
They lied to a FISA court.
They continue to lie to Congress as late as 2002 in congressional testimony when there was allegations of perjury to cover up this ongoing criminal conspiracy.
They continue to lie to this day.
So these are real crimes.
I can't think of a bigger scandal.
in American history than politicizing and weaponizing a political party, including their leader in the White House, politicizing and weaponizing intelligencies and law enforcement to take out a political opponent and a sitting president and a former president.
That's what you do in third world Marxist hellholes.
Address critics of people who say
this is just political
retribution.
This is just a banana republic type stuff.
You're just going after Donald Trump's enemies.
We are that the Trump 47 Justice Department should and must bring accountability
because this is republic ending stuff by what Obama and Biden and Hillary and Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Rice and so many others did here.
When you politicize and weaponize law enforcement and Intel to go after political enemies, you can't get worse than that.
Those are Soviet-style tactics.
That's Iranian style tactics.
That's CCP-style tactics.
Those are republic-ending tactics, and there must be accountability for this.
I hope we see it.
I know she said more stuff is coming out this weekend.
Tulsi did.
She said more stuff will be coming out this week.
That's what she said over the weekend.
Any idea when you would actually see
actual movement on this, Mike?
That's a good question.
We want to, I think the Trump 47 Justice Department needs to make sure that they have their I's got it and their T's crossed.
They cannot fire in this year.
This has to be done correctly, but there must be accountability and
there must be grand jury subpoenas.
There must be grand jury evidence, grand jury testimony.
Should there be a special counsel?
So I would say this.
I do not like special counsels.
I think they're unconstitutional.
I think that a U.S.
attorney could handle this.
For example, the U.S.
Attorney for the Southern District of Florida could handle this case.
There was a strong nexus to Florida.
Remember, that was the Mar-a-Lago raid.
They can open up a special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida.
And there's a nominee right now on the Senate floor who needs to get confirmed.
His name is Jason Redding Kinones.
He's a friend of mine, and I think he's a judge in Florida, and he would be an ideal person to open a special grand jury jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, and bring these this,
open this investigation.
And if the evidence
leads to it, bring these indictments.
Mike Davis, Article 3, Project Founder and President.
Thank you, Mike.
Appreciate it.
