How Israel (Allegedly) 'Contaminated' Hezbollah Terrorist Pagers | Guests: Nicole Shanahan & Jonathan Conricus | 9/18/24

2h 9m
Former Israel Defense spokesperson Lt. Col. (Ret.) Jonathan Conricus joins to discuss the thousands of pagers carried by members of Hezbollah exploding simultaneously in a large-scale attack. How was it assured that Hezbollah would be on the receiving end of the exploding beepers? Former RFK Jr. running mate Nicole Shanahan joins to discuss the importance of party unity after the second assassination attempt against President Trump. Glenn and Nicole also discuss the plague of leftist NGOs pushing radical leftist ideology onto the country. Glenn and Stu discuss Chris Cuomo's statement attacking the state-run media's response to the second assassination attempt against Trump. City of David Foundation director of internal affairs Ze'ev Orenstein joins to discuss how the archeological evidence coming from the Middle East proves the Bible is factual. Whoopi Goldberg claimed that the only violent rhetoric is coming from the Republicans, so Glenn reminds Whoopi of her own dangerous and violent rhetoric.

Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus is with us now.

He is a former Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson.

Welcome to the program.

Welcome back, sir.

How are you?

I am well.

Thank you for having me again.

Good.

I think the world was a little amazed at what happened yesterday,

just

how it was done and the thinking that went behind it.

Can you talk about how Hezbollah got these pagers?

Yeah, it's definitely the stuff of movies and I'm sure that movies will be made about it and that this will inspire

novels and thrillers in the future.

But if we

connect ourselves back to the horrible reality that Israel is facing where about 70,000 Israeli civilians have been pushed out of their homes and they're under relentless, Israel is under relentless rocket and drone fire from Lebanon, then this yesterday's operation and what I'm saying here isn't an official Israeli claim of responsibility, but I think it's

safe to assume that Israel is behind it.

What basically Israel appears to have been able to do is to intercept and if you would contaminate the supply line of Hezbollah and to insert explosives into these beepers, the pagers that were disseminated by Hezbollah to key personnel, and then once Israel wanted to, to cause these devices to explode.

Now, it's unclear, the technical details are unclear whether it was causing the battery to overheat and that caused an explosion, or if there were inserted explosives inside the beepers.

But what I think we can agree on is that it was quite, it had quite a massive effect on Hezbollah.

They report about 5,000 of their members that were targeted, some of them killed,

eight, I believe, is the updated number, and some of them significantly wounded.

Many of them lost their eyesight, others lost other parts of their body.

Now,

what I think is interesting to look at now is where does this take us?

Where does it take Hezbollah?

And why, if Israel indeed is behind it, why did Israel choose to do it now?

If

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

Before we get to that,

let me just ask you, before we move off the pagers, how did you know or how, I mean, I'm just speaking, you know,

out of fiction here.

Generally speaking, how would they know

that it was Hezbollah that had those pagers?

That's an awful lot of pagers.

How did they know that those were going to Hezbollah?

Do you have any idea?

Speculation?

Yeah,

I'll try to explain that.

I mean, Hezbollah, they are very, they're a secretive organization.

They're a terrorist organization, and they are aware of Israeli efforts to listen to their communications and to follow their activities by tracking cellular devices, cell phones.

And as such, they have prohibited most of their officers and ground personnel and terrorists, et cetera, from actually having cell phones and definitely not bringing them into secret locations.

So these beepers, they were basically an attempt by Hezbollah to circumvent Israeli listening and eavesdropping.

I think Israel somehow found out about that Hezbollah was actually purchasing new beepers and they were doing it in a large number.

And according to the reports that I've read so far, Israel was able to intercept where they were being manufactured from and they were able to in some level contaminate them either with by planting explosives or by having the ability to control them remotely.

I think that it's more likely that they were yeah that they were likely that that they had explosives inserted into them because from the videos that I've seen and if you haven't watched the videos they're quite amazing it's really explosions that you see and it's not a flash and a fire of a of a battery that is you know burning but it's more looks like explosives.

And it is quite remarkable.

I don't think that any other Intel organization has been able to do such a thing to get into the supply lines of its enemy and to do, you know, and one thing that I think is important to mention is how targeted this operation is.

Very little, if any, so-called collateral damage because the people who had these beepers were Hezbollah operatives.

They were militants and terrorists who had this machine for a reason.

And they had it for a reason because they were persons of value from a Hezbollah point of view and they needed to get information and messages quickly.

So it's kind of like the best way of striking only the ones that you want to strike and only striking the bad guys.

That's what Israel did.

And it is in short quite amazing.

I will tell you that my first reaction was, That's why I always say on the air, we don't need to fight Israel's war for them.

They'll do it.

Just let them fight.

I mean, I thought this was ingenious.

And, of course, Israel is, you know, they're saying, you know, they could have, you know, harmed innocent people, blah, blah, blah.

How much more targeted does a war need to be other than right to the individuals?

All right.

So why did they do it yesterday?

Yeah, so

by the way, I have to comment on what you said.

I think that's exactly what Israelis want.

Let us fight and help us win, but we don't need anybody doing our fighting for us.

And I think that's a super important point, especially for people who support freedom and democracy and want to do good for America.

I don't think Israel is asking anybody to do its fighting for it.

But we'll leave that aside.

But in terms of timing, and this is where it gets interesting, because and here are question marks, because up until now, we're almost 22 hours after the event, Israel hasn't made a move.

And it makes sense that, you know, for Israel to unleash to do such an operation, it makes sense for this to be part of a bigger strategy designed at achieving something with Hezbollah.

So, the questions here are: was this something that Israel did because it sensed that the capacity was going to be exposed?

And it was either either you use it or it gets uncovered, and then all would be for nothing.

That's one theory that's out there.

Yeah, you use it or lose it that's one option second option is that it's part of the negotiations and it's part of the messaging campaign and basically another effort to acquire pressure on hezballah which doesn't cause a war because israel has been under attack from hezbollah for 11 and a half months and israel i think still is trying to do everything possible to get its people back home without having to do a war in order for that to happen and this could be

what Israel did would perhaps be a more of a blunt way of telling Hezbollah, listen, we have penetrated your organization from an Intel point of view.

There's more to come.

It's in your interest to agree to a deal.

And I think that it's no coincidence, it could be no coincidence that Envoy Hochstein is in the Middle East now trying to bring that about between the parties.

So those are the two reasons.

I mean, otherwise, the third option that this is something that would be a preamble for an Israeli strike, if that were the case, and if Israel wanted to do more, then of course the strike should have been done two hours after the

cellular operation, which is...

Or during it, even.

Yeah.

Exactly.

So

how is Hezbollah going to react to this?

Do you think?

So

yeah, they have a few options.

It'll be interesting to listen to their leader, Hassan Asralla, is going to be speaking at 5 p.m.

local Middle Eastern time.

And we'll see

what he says.

I would assume that it'll be a fire and brimstone kind of speech that they're going to get back at the evil Zionist.

And he has a lot to answer for now because it's very humiliating and it's a significant blow.

Not that it will bring Hezbollah to its knees, but it's probably demoralizing.

And there are a lot of important people who have serious injuries.

So they'll have to respond.

My assessment is that they will push back and that they will not use this as an opportunity to de-escalate and to say, okay, we're in a bad spot.

Let's recalibrate and think what we should do.

I think that they will escalate from here and that we'll hear very fierce rhetoric.

from Hezbollah.

I think that

there's a slight, slight chance that the Iranians tell them stand down and don't escalate.

I think that what we will see from Nasrallah and from Hezbollah will be a response with rockets and that they will

enhance the range of rockets that they are firing into Israel.

And it's quite likely that we'll see other Iranian proxies, Tuhoutis in Yemen and Iranian militias in Iraq enhance their attacks on Israel as well.

Perhaps not quite at the level of all-out war, but to do more in order to try to get even.

Last sentence, I'll say that this event happened yesterday, but a few hours before that, it was exposed that Hezbollah had planned and was actually quite close to planting an IED, a Klaymore anti-personnel device in Israel.

And the target was a former senior Israeli defense official.

And he was was supposed to be assassinated.

And that was something that the Israeli security services, our equivalent of the FBI, were able to expose just hours before that.

And the things are connected.

You shouldn't compare yourself to the FBI,

especially now.

It would have been on their radar, but they wouldn't have found it or done anything to stop it.

Let me take you here.

I was reading today, and I think I saw it again yesterday,

that

the people of

Gaza are

now starting to turn on Hamas.

Do you believe that?

Is that propaganda or do you think that is war fatigue?

No, there's war fatigue.

There's a grain of truth to it.

But sadly, I think that

there still isn't in Gaza an alternate system, an alternate

government that can come in and oust Hamas from power.

And it's a sad situation for Palestinians because they've been under the oppression of Hamas.

Two million people have been oppressed and ruled under this tyrannic organization for 17, 18 years.

They've been brainwashed, but at the end of the day, they're suffering now and many of them are coming to the understanding that the cause of their suffering is not Israel, it's Hamas's rule and Hamas's tactics and Hamas's strategies.

So there are uprisings.

Currently, they're being dealt with very bluntly by Hamas.

They're killing anybody that voices any criticism

towards Hamas.

And I think that the most important thing that I find missing is structure and a political organization that could move in and push Hamas out of power.

And also very importantly, as long as Hamas controls the distribution of food and humanitarian aid in Gaza, and as long as there is an UNRWA organization,

the UN Relief and Works Agency, as long as they're there, Hamas will be there and Palestinians will continue to suffer.

Wow.

I thank you so much, Jonathan, for

being on and explaining this.

Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricas, he is the former Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson with an update on the Middle East.

Okay, we're going to continue the program here in just a second.

First, let me tell you about our sponsor.

It's Real Estate Agents I Trust.

If you absolutely, positively have to buy or sell a home,

and sometimes you have to do it,

you have to have the right real estate agent on your side.

I started my company about, I don't know, 10 years ago.

We've found agents all over the country.

I was working with the 500 best agents in the country.

According to the Wall Street Journal, they were the top sellers, and I learned a lot from them.

I learned that there is a system that

you should interview your real estate agent and find out what are their best practices?

What makes them different?

Why do their houses sell for more money?

And why do their houses sell faster than everybody else?

The agents we work with are the best in your area.

They're the top sellers.

They know the lay of the land and they best practices, and they'll get your family where you need to go, whether it's across the street or across the country.

They're also fans of the show, so you'll have a lot in common with them.

It's realestate agentsitrust.com.

The tickets that are available are Saturday, this Saturday, the 21st in Dallas, Texas at our Mercury studios.

We're cleaning the old girl up and opening up the doors this weekend.

Excited about it.

Hello, Stu.

Welcome to the program.

Hey, Glenn.

The art show, if you happen to work here, you kind of just walk through the halls right now, and the art show is already going on.

And I will say, really impressive stuff.

It's really cool.

It's unbelievable.

I have to show you something.

We have time, I think.

I have to show you something.

So Mike Malm is one of the artists, and he lives up here by the ranch, and he's one of the best artists in the country.

And I called him because we have another artist that did this beautiful painting of Reagan, this little kid in Cub Scout, you know, saluting this poster of Reagan.

It's just so beautiful.

And it was supposed to be shipped up for the Dennis Quaid interview, so I could have that in the background.

Well, something happened, and we didn't think it was going to be there.

So I call Mike.

And this is, I call him in the late afternoon and I said, Mike, can you whip up a painting of Ronald Reagan?

And he laughed and he's like, Oh, I just whip that up.

And I said, Well, I don't know.

I mean, he said, How long do I have?

And I said, Till, well, I need it here on the wall by 9 a.m.

tomorrow morning.

Let me show you.

He did it.

He said, Well, it'll be a fun challenge.

I don't know if it'll be any good, but let's give it a shot.

Play the

this is the time lapse of him painting.

He only had three hours in the end

to do it.

This is going to be shown at the art show.

Uh, it was in the background of uh Dennis Quaid, and you saw it in that episode

here from the ranch if you watch the uh if you watch the podcast.

Look at this, and he's just like he comes over and he's like, it's not very, it's not very good.

It's not, you know, I just, I want to, I want to touch it up some more.

I want to,

I'm like,

I would, uh, I'd hang this on my wall.

Unfortunately, I was too encouraging.

I said, he said, it's not, you know, nobody's going to buy it.

And I said,

I'll hang it on the wall of the ranch.

I said, are you kidding me?

Bring this to the art show.

I think that thing would sell in a heartbeat.

So he is.

So now, if I want it, I have to pay for it.

He should have just told him, yeah, it's trash.

We're just going to throw it out.

It's trash.

It's not very hard.

Nice.

Yeah, I know.

And we'll just take it off the wall every time he comes over.

Right.

Yeah.

But it's an amazing thing.

His

Ricky said, she saw a painting and she said, it just, it brought me to tears.

She said, it's the most stunning painting.

And I, and I said, which one was it?

It's his of the pilgrim being arrested, the one I raved about on the air.

I mean, these, these, this art is

so beautiful and it tells the story of America.

Plus, we have the artifacts that from those scenes that they are trying to recreate and tell the story of it's an art show unlike anything else you've ever seen uh i'll be there all weekend i would love to meet you and see you again that's at the mercury studios you can get your tickets and all the information at american narratives at infinart.com

back

melany writes in she was very skeptical about trying rough greens uh

Well, you shouldn't have tried.

You should have given it to your dog.

Oh, she did give it to her dog.

Okay, she said, I was sure my dog wouldn't eat it.

Boy, was I wrong.

My dog loves rough greens and now he only eats the food that I put rough greens on.

He has so much more energy than he used to.

Thank you so much.

I have to tell you, I really think that

Uno has lived a happier and healthier life.

I mean, I can't, I don't have any science to, it's just me having, you know, three German shepherds and we lose them all too soon.

And he has had the greatest rebound.

He was really sedentary.

He wouldn't eat.

And all of a sudden, we start feeding him rough greens.

He's eating.

He is active.

And now, in his,

you know, latter days, he is slowing down a great deal.

But I thank Rough Greens for what they've given us and given Uno.

Please, Rough Greens, try it with your dog.

Just try it.

It's a free trial pack.

Just try it.

See if they like it.

If they do, just keep putting on other food and watch the difference.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

We are really glad that you're here.

I want to remind you of something that I think is really important.

Rescue the Republic, join the resistance.

It is happening in Washington, D.C.

on 929.

It's

Sunday, I believe, the 29th of September.

So it's coming up not this weekend, but next.

It's in Washington, D.C.

I mean, the lineup is amazing.

This is going to be outdoors.

They just ask you to show up.

Outdoors right by the Washington Memorial in Washington, D.C.

It's put on by a whole bunch of people, but Brett Weinstein is heading this.

Robert Kennedy is going to be there.

Russell Brand will be there.

Jordan Peterson will be there.

Tulsi Gabbard, Charlie Kirk, Matt Taibbi.

Gosh, just everybody.

Dr.

Robert Malone is going to be there.

They've got comedians that will be there.

They've got musicians.

It's really.

Really a big deal.

Now, what this is, is a group of people that are

not necessarily cut from exactly the same cloth that you are, but they believe many of the same things in principles, not necessarily in policies.

But that's where we have to unite.

And they're taking it all on.

They're taking on the military industrial complex, the medical industrial complex, censorship industrial complex, immigration industrial complex.

Notice that all of this stuff is an industrial complex, which it it is.

All of this stuff is.

It's a cabal, or as Rose Ann Barr would say, it's a mafia.

The financial industrial complex, the developmental complex, academic industrial complex, which is one of the ones that was mentioned and everybody seems to fail to remember by Eisenhower.

War is the last hope.

I mean, sorry, war is the last resort.

Sanctify, recodify informed consent with medicine, banish the state media control, surveillance, and propaganda, enact a rational border policy, end lawfare and abuse of the judicial system, secure monetary freedom, restore family sovereignty, and return to truth-seeking and open dialogue in our schools.

I'm for every single one of those pillars.

They're the eight pillars.

My guess is, because I've just done this this with somebody else and I witnessed it myself under Obama, the three letter agencies are talking about, at the last minute, they're talking about, you've got to have this, you have to have this, you have to have more security, you have to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

And I would, I don't know that, but I'm guessing.

And they have a give, send, go.

If you would like to help defray some of those costs, most likely they are security costs.

And, well, I'll just leave it at that.

You can go to

rescutherpublic.org.

I'm sorry, jointheresistance.org.

Jointheresistance.org forward slash,

what is it?

What is it?

Donate?

Donate.

Yeah.

Okay.

Jointheresistance.org forward slash donate.

You know, I love the fact that all of these people are standing up and they are trying to wake their neighbors up and say, look, guys,

we have to go back to principles.

And you may not like this guy, but the other side, you've got to take a look at the other side.

And, you know, they gave us a glimpse of the other side.

Again, yesterday,

Kamala has given another interview, should have been with a very friendly audience.

The NABJ, that's the National Association of Black Journalists.

This is the one where

one of, I think it's it's another one of her, you know, Greek fraternity sisters

or sorority sisters was interviewing Donald Trump.

And she started with that nasty question, not even a hello, just, why is it?

It should have been very friendly for Kamala, but

she didn't do well.

Let's take cut five, start there.

Is the price of grocery still too high?

Yes.

Do we have more work to do?

Yes.

And I will tell you, I do believe that I offer

a new generation of leadership for our country that is about, in particular, turning the page on an era that sadly has shown us attempts by some

to incite fear, to create division in our country.

The assassins?

What is...

Is it the assassins that you're talking about?

Are they the ones that are.

What page are we turning from where?

What are we turning it from, Glenn?

Maybe in our economics book?

I'm not really sure.

The question was about inflation.

What are your plans to reduce inflation and get the economy going?

At least she didn't say, well, you know, Tim Walls and I are from a middle class family.

I'm sick of that.

They answer that.

That's three times I've heard her answer that question about inflation with, you know, we're from a middle class.

Well, that's great.

You're from a middle class family.

What does that do?

What does that mean?

What does that mean?

Hey, someday, if you're in middle class, you could grow up and lie to the American people and try to become president.

That has nothing to do with the price of milk and the price of meat.

Sorry.

Cut six.

Now she's asked again about the economy.

Listen.

What is your message to young black male voters who feel left out of this economy and how can your economic policies materially change their lives?

So I appreciate the spirit of the question, but I'll tell you I've often been asked this question in a way that I've had to respond by first saying

that I think it's very important to

not

operate from the assumption that black men are in anybody's pocket.

Black men are like any other voting group.

You got to earn their vote.

Do you really think that?

I'm working to earn the vote, not assuming I'm going to have it because I am black,

but because the policies and the perspectives I have understands what we must do to recognize the needs of all communities.

Okay, so what are you going to do?

She doesn't answer the question.

She never answers the question.

I mean,

doesn't that tell you something?

If you're a Democrat, doesn't that tell you something?

Why won't they ever answer a question?

My

gosh.

I just have to play this real quick.

This is CBS.

This is CBS in Nevada.

They went to several restaurants to talk to supporters of Harris and to Trump.

Listen to this, cut eight.

We had

so much fun.

But what was really incredible is in every single restaurant of the people willing to talk to us, we could only find one Harris supporter in every restaurant.

And we left no stone unturned.

I approached every single person.

I only found one person.

I mean, I think that's probably

more accurate on what's going on.

You don't think so, Stu?

I'm being too pessimistic as a human being.

I'm an Eagles fan.

I just assume everything's going to go wrong.

So no, I don't think nothing's happening.

I know.

I know.

But I mean, you listen to her interviews and it's hard not to get the impression that no human being would ever vote for her.

She's

the interview she did last week with the local ABC station.

Yeah, because I mean they asked also about the opportunity economy there.

And I will say,

I think her answer here may have been even worse than the one at the NABJ.

Listen to this.

At the debate the other night, you talked about creating an opportunity economy.

Yeah, what does that mean?

I wonder if we can drill down on that a little bit.

We will talk about

bringing down prices and making life more affordable for people.

What are one or two specific things you have in mind for that?

Specific thing, right?

Well, I'll start with this.

I grew up a middle-class kid.

What?

My mother raised my sister and me.

She worked very hard.

That's a policy?

She was able to finally save up enough money to buy our first house when I was a teenager.

I grew up in a community of hard-working people,

construction workers, and nurses, and teachers.

Nurses is a surprise.

I tried to explain to some people who may not have had the same experience, you know, if but a lot of people will relate to this.

Okay.

You know, I grew up in a neighborhood of folks who were very proud of their lawn.

The lawn.

You know?

The lawn.

The lawn issue.

Oh, I know.

Your proposals are

lawns for all or to believe and to know

that

all people deserve dignity.

Dignity.

Okay.

Lawn dignity.

And that

we as Americans have a beautiful character.

Character.

What the hell is she actually doing?

Nothing is happening here.

But not everyone necessarily has

access to the resources that can help them fertilize.

Fertilizer?

Are we still on lawns?

I'm confused.

When I talk about building an opportunity economy, it is very much with the mind of investing in the ambitions and aspirations and the incredible work ethic of the American people.

So the ambition takes place.

And it's a small opportunity for people, for example, to start a small business.

Okay.

Are we coming to you with a policy?

You know, work long hours, and our neighbor helped raise us.

We used to call her.

Don't say aspirations.

Our second mother.

She was a small business owner.

Okay, there we go.

I love our small business owners.

I mean,

you got that policy?

What the hell was that?

It's aspirations for lawns.

That's the policy.

And she's implementing.

Can we just take, hang on just a sec.

Let's take this seriously.

What the hell did she mean about the, you know, I grew up in a neighborhood where everybody was proud of their lawns?

You know what I mean?

I really unfortunately don't know what.

I mean,

I know people who are proud of their lawns.

I just don't know how it applies to any of this.

Like, there are people who used to really care about their lawns and go out there and fertilize it and curate it and do all that stuff.

They still do.

Yeah, but I don't remember as a kid thinking, oh, gosh, well, I mean, that's the economy.

The goal is the lawn

and her idea of, you know, that's why we're going to invest in people's dreams.

No,

with what money are you going to invest with?

More tax dollars or more printed phony money, which will only drive inflation up.

Yeah.

I mean, it's crazy how they just, nobody seems to demand an answer.

They're just okay with, you know, it's just joyful.

Yeah.

Well, it's definitely joyful aspirations there, Glenn.

But I mean, she's talking about taking money from,

taking dreams from some and trying to redistribute them to others, right?

Like, that's not.

Right.

We also have.

Take it from this small businessman and let me give it to somebody who wants to start a small business.

Wait a minute.

Hold on.

Right.

Hang on.

We got to take a quick break, but I think we have something else that's just as bad, if not worse.

Welcome to the program.

We're so glad that you're

glad that you're here.

We have another clip, Stu.

Yeah, we do.

We've got a few of them, honestly, and we're kind of short on time.

Let me give you speaking to Trump voters, Kamala, ABC6 Action.

Action news.

ABC6 action news, Glenn.

I'm asking about

how Kamala should speak to Trump voters.

And I want to give you her answer quickly first before we play the clip which is she's basically going to say look you know Americans want a candidate that's going to bring people together and they have more in common than they have that divides them right very generic answer but listen to how she does this because she she's trying to think of it so she adds an uncountable amount of meaningless phrases to this answer as she's trying to come up with something to say.

Listen to how many she does here.

If there's one thing that you wish Americans knew about who Kamala Harris is that you don't think they know yet, this is not the Trump one.

What would that be?

This isn't the Trump one.

We need the one that's the Trump voters, speaking to Trump voters, Kamala AB66 Action News.

I really want to.

And that one, of course, is the one we don't have somehow.

That's exactly.

Okay, let me give you your answer on the other one.

Okay.

No, what did she say?

What did she say?

Okay, here we go.

So basically, she says the following.

Now, I base this on experience.

What else would you base it on?

Does anyone have any other answer?

What would you base it on?

But okay, yeah.

Right, right, exactly.

Why would you?

Okay.

Then she says, she clarifies that because that's not specific enough.

She says, then, and on a lived experience.

So it starts out, I based on experience and on a lived experience, because there's so many different types of experience.

You need to clarify that.

Then she says,

I know in my heart.

So she knows in her heart.

Then she says, and I know in my my soul.

Okay.

I know that the vast majority of Americans have so much more in common than what separates us.

And

I also believe

that I am accurate

in knowing

Americans want a leader that brings us together.

That is a that is a two that is a 12-word answer blown up into

60 words.

Unbelievable.

It's like, it's her own type of inflation.

She just, it's, it's the exact opposite of economy of language and words.

Like, she's just rambling and rambling and rambling.

And it's because she doesn't know what to say in any of these moments.

And even when she gets to the answer, it's nothing.

How do you speak to Trump voters?

Well, they want someone who's going to bring people together.

That's not an answer.

Now, it's a politician answer.

It's a generic politician answer.

But you shouldn't need to point out that in your heart and in your soul, you know you're right and accurate in knowing that answer.

Let me.

Could I, may I explain?

Now, I know this from experience and lived in experience.

Okay, oh, wow.

And I think I'm right.

I know, you know, I feel it in my soul.

Right.

I feel it in my heart.

Okay.

Sometimes I have a shooting feeling in my right arm.

And since I'm talking out my ass, I definitely feel it in my ass.

Let me talk to you about Lear Capital.

We are looking right down the barrel of a potential Democratic presidency that is going to introduce price controls.

It doesn't matter to them that price controls never work.

You know, it's never stopped the Democrats from looking at things that don't work, I guess.

These people are really very destructive to the economy.

And if that happens,

you know, there's a big hedge fund guy who came out yesterday and said, I'm pulling all of my money from the market if they win, because it's going to be very bad for everybody.

Gold is what he said he was going to put it in.

He said it was going to put some in cash, some in gold.

Gold continues to go up.

You know, please do not buy paper gold.

Please buy physical gold.

It is a firewall against economic disaster for you and your family.

Your money could be worthless.

In a week, they do something.

We go to war, we lose our reserve status, it's over.

Call 800-957-GOLD, 800-957-GOLD.

we gotta stay together.

If we're gonna survive,

stay the straight

and hold the line.

It's a new day, a time to ride.

Welcome to the fusion

of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

If you're a living, breathing, thinking human being,

your views over the last 20 years have...

They have to have changed.

They have to have changed.

How many things have you re-evaluated that you thought you knew?

And I'm not talking about, we never landed on the moon.

Please, will you stop with that?

Please.

We landed on the moon.

For the love of Pete, we landed on the moon.

But almost everything in my life, except for the moon landing, I have re-evaluated and I have changed.

I'm not the same guy that I was.

So

what causes that?

Well, being pushed up against the wall.

It forces you to re-examine your views and to say, wait a minute, wait a minute.

Am I missing something?

Because I'm a pariah now.

Am I missing something?

Or I'm challenged financially.

What have I done?

I need to reevaluate.

I think thinking Americans are reevaluating everything right now.

Are the Democrats?

Well, I will tell you,

I've gotten a lot of hope from Tulsi Gabbard and Alan Dershowitz and Nicole Shanahan and RFK Jr.

And I'm reevaluating even today some of the things that I thought I believed was the right way to go.

I don't know.

There are more answers out there, but we have to think first and get away from these parties.

Nicole Shanahan is joining us.

She's former RFK junior running mate.

She's joining us.

I want her to

first

express how she got to where she is and then

talk to Democrats that are thinking.

How do you break this fear cycle that has been drummed into people that Donald Trump is Satan or, you know,

he's Hitler?

How do you break that, get people out of their lizard brain to see what's actually on the horizon?

She joins me in 60 seconds.

First, if you are like most Americans, by the time you pay your bills, refuel your car, buy groceries, pay for your insurance, have you seen how much insurance is going up?

Not just your home insurance, your car insurance.

My gosh, do you have anything left at the end?

How often do you find yourself using the credit card to cover the essential expenses?

This can't go on.

The average credit card interest rate now is 25%,

sometimes up to 35%.

That makes your debt more expensive and puts you in a cycle where you just won't be able to pay it off.

And that is frustrating and scary.

But if you're a homeowner, there may be a better way.

You need a plan, and that means you need to give the folks at American Financing a call.

I've known these people for over two decades.

They work for you, not the bank.

They will tell you, I mean, they've turned Stu down a couple of times.

He's like, hey, could I do?

And they're like, no, probably not a good idea, Stu.

Because he's always working.

He's always working a financial angle.

And it usually works out.

But

the thing is, American Financing will help you.

You'd be surprised at the options you may not even know that you have right now to get your debt out of the way, to pay it off, to bring down those interest rates, and be able to save hundreds, if not $1,000 a month.

The average Glenn Beck listener who calls American Financing, I think is saving $830 a month.

Don't forget that.net.

All right.

Nicole Shanahan is joining us.

How are you, Nicole?

I'm doing well, Glenn.

Thanks for having me back on.

How are you?

I'm very good.

I'm very good.

You know,

a few months ago when RFK was running and you joined,

I thought,

well, there goes the conservative vote.

Anybody, you know, anybody who was watching it because you are Oakland, California, you are much more liberal

or progressive.

And now I'm reevaluating everything again

because there are people that are on the left, not left, that are, well, lean left,

that

have different points of view, but still love the country.

And we don't see those people very often.

in

the news, you know?

And those people we can get along with all day long.

If you love the Bill of Rights, I'm with you.

I'm with you.

Yep.

Yep.

There's a huge population out there, and they don't know where to go right now.

A lot of them were attracted to our campaign.

And our campaign was really a place to go if you were kind of socially

progressive or liberal, but intellectually educated

and saw what was happening with the Democratic Party and just none of it reconciled.

I mean, if you look at the Democratic Party over the last eight years, you can't reconcile their relationship with the economy.

It doesn't make any sense.

So if your business person went to

a top educational

institution,

came out, got a job, spent

you know, 20 years of your career in front of spreadsheets, and you're seeing what's going on under Democratic leadership even in the state of California it does not reconcile

and so a lot of these folks and lawyers too have nowhere to go right now and

it's been really interesting for me just in my personal experience I'm an attorney I came out of Oakland but I worked hard and you know I did I did rely on the government's safety net to catch me.

I was on government assistance at times as a child, but it was never a place to stay.

The goal was always to work your way out of that.

And those were the foundations of the ethics I grew up on.

That's the problem.

Those are the ethics that I grew up on too.

You know, I learned about welfare from my father.

He owned a bakery, and a woman came in

and I was little and she used

a welfare stamp to pay.

And I had never seen one before.

And I said, dad, that's not real money.

And he gave me the look of death.

This little old lady was buying stuff.

And he pulled me back after she left.

He said, don't ever say that ever, ever again.

That woman is struggling.

That's what we do.

That's what a government safety net is for, for people who need it like her.

Don't ever embarrass her again.

And I'm like, I did.

Sorry, Dad.

Then later, about, I don't know, six, eight months later, my dad happened to come up front and it was a guy who had food stamps and he paid and my father was pretty nasty to the guy I mean he was very cold and I asked him I'm like what

that guy gave you the same kind of money and he said that man I know that man can work he decides to live off the rest of us that's where it goes wrong

I think all of us kind of grew up with that.

I mean, most of us.

Yeah, well, except for young people today.

And I think that's where the left is cannibalizing the best of itself.

And I say cannibalizing because it's actually working against its own interests for compassion and social growth

and

trying to figure out how to

help

people get through difficult times.

I think that how it's cannibalizing itself really exists in the identity politics.

I know you talk a lot about that, but I experienced it as a philanthropist trying to go back to Oakland and trying to really work on the issues that matter and identifying them with just a strict logical process.

I looked at the issues around homelessness, around drug abuse,

around the education gap, and I realized so much of it has to do with nutrition and health.

And so I went about trying to fix that.

And I will tell you, of all of the NGOs I was approached by and worked with,

none were interested in real food.

A lot of them were interested in activism and funneling millions of dollars into these regrant programs that don't actually help people and make them reliant.

on these nonprofit dollars.

And so the mechanics of social mobility,

and you can look at it strictly through

the lens of economics, you can look at it through social dynamics,

and you come out realizing that you have to invest in schools and education.

Clean water is a huge one, but also food.

Kids underperform when they don't eat well.

And the fact that they're not addressing this on the left, that there's no NGOs that are sincerely working on this, made me realize that that entire framework, the culture of that, that thinking about poor versus wealthy or black versus white was all wrong.

It's just the wrong way of looking at it.

And then realizing how many people are profiting off of that

model of the world, that framework of the world.

It's very predatory.

It's predatory

on people.

Yeah, it's grotesque.

It's predatory.

It actually feeds into the cycle of racism and it doesn't work.

And things have gotten actually worse as these NGOs

have just kind of gotten away with this bad behavior.

So, Nicole,

what

moved you to say,

I think I've got to go stand with Donald Trump?

I mean,

that had to shock you when you thought that.

What moved you there?

Well, you know,

there were so many things that have led to it, but I will say that when I left the Democratic Party, there were threats kind of lobbed my direction, but

they kind of seemed like silly threats, like, oh, you'll never make it.

Well, you know, they're going to do everything to ruin your reputation.

The machine's going to be pointed at you.

And I don't think you you realize what we have in this machine.

And I was like, ah, I can overcome that.

That's all silliness.

And

then, you know, and then the media.

So first they unleash the media on you.

And I was like, you know, so many of these things can be disproven.

I lost a lot of respect for the media, but I had already lost quite a bit of respect for them prior.

And you can kind of get over all that name calling.

And once people get a chance to know you, they realize that the media really had so much of you wrong.

But then, you know, then came the attack on our campaign directly.

And it all came from the left.

None of it came from the right.

And even though Republicans have actually out-earned or outraised the Democrats, Republicans don't spend their money attacking their opponents the way the Democrats do.

And this is some really underhanded stuff that really makes you question election integrity in ways that I had actually never questioned election integrity.

I didn't believe that

there was election interference in 2020.

I didn't believe the narrative coming from the right that the election was stolen.

And so

do you now?

I do now.

I do now.

You do now.

I do now.

What brought you there?

You know, lived experience.

They say the two things that really get people to change their minds are grief and God.

And

I have to say, there were some really heartbreaking moments during this campaign.

We gave it everything and we followed the black letter law very precisely and we did every, I mean, the amount of heart and soul and tears and running around, I mean, people were just constantly sweaty on our campaign because everyone wore six different hats and,

you know, they would be crossing the country four times every few days.

I mean, it was,

it was so much work.

And we did, we succeeded in what many people thought was impossible, which was even just getting.

on all the ballots, all 50 ballots.

And we did.

And the day that we did, that same,

just within a few hours, we found out that New York and they had been suing us we we had won seven cases seven of these ballot cases where the Democratic Party came in or their line packs and sued us attempted to sue us to get us removed from the ballots which I can't believe is even legal that a political opponent can sue you to take you off the ballot But it's apparently common practice for the Democrats.

And Republicans don't do this.

Remember, Republicans just don't do that because they respect third parties.

They respect democracy.

They respect the things that make democracy a democracy.

So anyway, so we won all seven.

We were seven in all.

We were feeling good.

We just did this big press event.

And then New York came along.

And

the case in New York really opened my eyes because this was a judge.

that was not acting on behalf of the American public.

This was a judge acting on behalf of the Democratic Party.

And

there was just no room for a legal argument.

The decision seemed to already have been made by the time we arrived.

They treated Bobby like a petty criminal.

I later testified, my experience testifying felt just got awful, like I had done something wrong by trying to run as a third party in this country.

And

I think through this process and then realizing the extent of how much they're willing to denigrate the democratic process

in this country to win and how entitled they feel doing so.

And, you know, Bobby and I,

our personalities are

very much aligned with that California liberal mentality.

And so to be treated by...

friends, colleagues, people that know you like this

made me realize that something was very, very wrong

and so

I will say Trump but but sorry I don't I don't want to cut you off going

no no no I just have to take a break I don't know how much time you have I'm gonna have a producer pick up the phone and just ask you how much time you have I'm fascinated by your story and I want you to pick it up but I have to take a break network break for 60 seconds and then we're back with Nicole Shanahan

the former RFK junior running mate I guess she still is the running mate for RFK coming up on October 6th this year the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews would like to welcome you to join them in the flags of fellowship, an opportunity for Christians to remember the victims and the heroes of Israel and honor them, to pray for those still held hostage after the horrific attacks on October 7th last year.

I hope these, well, I don't even want to say,

God bless these hostages.

We really need to stand together as Christians and Jews.

You don't have to agree with the tactics or whatever, but I will tell you that black and white, it's pretty clear here.

And we have to, you know, I was faced with a decision today.

Do I laugh about the

beeper situation?

I've got lots of good comedy on that.

And I don't think so.

I don't think we laugh at things like that.

when our enemy is hurt.

Anyway, help out the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

Support them right now.

All you have to do is go to supportifcj.org.

Supportifcj.org, that's one word,

and support Israel and the Jewish people.

10 seconds, station ID.

Nicole, you were

in the middle of talking and

when you said there was two things that changed you, God, and grief, and you started going down that road about the grief you felt.

I remember early on when I realized, oh my gosh, this system is not what I thought it was.

I actually felt like it was in mourning for a while.

It felt like part of me, my belief died.

And it was really hard to get through.

But if you get through it, it makes you stronger.

Absolutely.

And And I will say that the people that I'm trying to reach out to today are those that have a lot at stake.

These are moms who have

the lives of their children at stake right now, who have seen the system failing them and their kids, trying to dissect away parental rights from their children.

And they dislike Donald Trump because they view Donald Trump as a misogynist.

And so these are the conversations that I'll be investing in over the next several weeks in the lead up to the election,

is really digging into

people's perceptions of Donald Trump as this,

you know, really kind of

unsavory character.

And

I have personally been doing my own fact checking.

I'll be releasing some of that soon.

We have, I did a series with this really wonderful young 25-year-old journalist, Link Lauren,

called TDS Therapy Hour, where I read letters that I've received from people with grave concerns about our alignment with Donald Trump, and we unpack all of those concerns very patiently, one after another.

So crazy.

And I think that that's how we do it, Glenn.

I know you were once a never-Trumper,

but I think that once you understand how manipulated and programmed we are by the mainstream media to see Donald Trump as this horrific personality.

And once you start unpacking truth, you can begin to see truly what the Samsungs aren't up against.

Nicole, we're out of time.

I know you have to run as well.

I would love to have you back.

I think you are absolutely fascinating and you are a very important voice to speak to women.

who do have that feeling and are absolutely convinced to their core.

And I'd I'd love to have you back.

Nicole, thank you so much.

Thank you.

Have a good one.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

We're glad you're here.

I feel very optimistic on things, and I just say that because in 15 minutes, I may be very pessimistic on things.

But,

you know, you got to enjoy those moments when they come.

I get it.

I am with you on that.

Like I, when I look at the fundamentals of things, I think to myself, okay, well, this should go the right way.

It should.

It's pretty obvious.

We have a rough

sort of problem.

Don't talk me out of this.

And then I get to the other part of this, and I'm like,

I'm in an optimistic place right now.

What time is it?

Okay, 35 minutes after, I am in a very optimistic place.

Okay, so let me just tell you.

You said not to talk you out of it.

I'm not going to.

I'm going to leave you right there.

Good.

Thank you.

So let me just tell you,

I think Donald Trump is the president when it comes to foreign policy that I have always wanted.

I believe he might be better than Ronald Reagan.

And that's saying something, he stopped the Cold War.

But I think we're 90 seconds away from midnight on the doomsday clock.

So what the hell?

Let's spin the wheel.

Donald Trump, he's told me before of a meeting that he had with

President Z, where he's like, don't do it, Z, don't do it.

Don't do it.

Don't test me.

I'll make Beijing disappear or something like that.

And he said,

Z looked at me and thought I was kidding.

He said, but

I didn't change my face.

I just kept looking at him.

And he was like, oh, crap.

So he walked away going,

was he serious?

And I love that.

I love that.

That's the way you have to negotiate when you have an enemy at the table.

So he's also told the story, and he told it again yesterday on the campaign trail of how he dealt with the Taliban.

And now imagine Kamala Harris dealing.

Well, we saw it.

Afghanistan.

We saw it.

Okay.

And they're trying to blame that mess on Donald Trump.

So he told this story yesterday, and I went back to find some audio of somebody who is actually in the room because you know Donald Trump exaggerates.

And

so, did he exaggerate the story?

He brings the Taliban leader in, he talks to him, and then he gives him a picture of his house.

And the guy's like, why are you giving me a picture of my house?

And he was sending the message, because I know where you live, and I'll kill you if you touch an American.

Okay, that's the story.

Is that true?

Here's a guy telling the story that was actually in the room when this happened.

Listen.

I'm going to give you

my favorite President Trump story.

This is my number one favorite of all time.

When we were negotiating with the Taliban, while President Trump was still the president, President Trump wanted to get out of Afghanistan, but he wanted a conditions-based withdrawal,

meaning that you do what we tell you to do, and then we will start pulling troops back slowly as long as you abide by our rules.

It's President Trump and Mike Pompeo, and they are talking to Taliban leadership in the room, and they had one translator in the room.

President Trump looked at the Taliban leader and said, This,

I want to leave Afghanistan, but it's going to be a conditions-based withdrawal.

And translator translated.

And he said, if you harm a hair on a single American, I'm going to kill you.

And translator goes,

Trump goes, Tell them.

Tell them what I said.

Reached in his pocket, pulled out a satellite photo of the leader of the Taliban's home and handed it to him.

Shut up.

Got up and walked out the room.

Do you know for 18 months, not a single American was killed in Afghanistan?

Sure did.

That's the definition of strength.

That's what I'm talking about.

And so you can imagine that kind of sentiment being around the world.

If we have an embassy in another country, no one's going to touch it because they're going to be fearful that they're going to get a Moab on their head.

That's how President Trump says that.

Amen.

Stop.

This is what a president is supposed to do.

Not threaten war, not cause wars, but just make it very clear.

These are our rules with our citizens.

Don't touch them or I'll kill you.

Thank you.

Now, imagine Kamala Harris.

You know what I can imagine?

I love killing buses.

Yeah, I know.

Bringing up the school buses and Venn diagrams.

No,

I wish he would have told that story during the debate.

That would have been a great way when they were talking about Afghanistan.

That would have been a great way to show the difference in policy, not just in the failure

of Biden.

Why the success existed during Trump?

They would have said that that wasn't true.

He was exaggerating, whatever.

People wouldn't have believed him.

That's why I played not his version of the story, but somebody who was in the room that said, Yep, this is how it happened.

And I think that's fantastic.

That's great.

Now, may I,

because I'm in a good mood and I'm in a place where I'm happy right now, that usually leads me to let me needle stew a little bit.

And

I think I have

I think I have the perfect way to do that.

But let me play a clip

from Chris Cuomo.

Listen.

And you can think what you want about Trump.

He does not have many more full-throated critics of what he says and does than me.

Okay?

Listen, listen, Stu.

Listen.

And yet I called him today.

Oh, God.

Because I am ashamed

of how we are responding and not responding to the threats on him.

Listen, how sincere this is.

And I feel for his family.

I'm sure you do.

And I know you can roll your eyes and say, oh, yeah, he asked for it.

Listen, that's your choice.

And I think it's a wrong choice.

Okay?

Sure, you do.

We got to get out of the judgment business unless it's judging ourselves.

And you got to start rewarding things that are better.

Why did you,

I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

I think he might have had a true conversion.

Really?

The guy who is like, where does it say in our founded documents that it has to be peaceful?

I mean, all over them.

But

that guy is now like, I just don't understand.

What's happened?

Let me explain to you what's happening here from a Chris Cuomo perspective.

Everyone else he wanted to be his friend has abandoned him.

So now he's trying to get Trump people to like him.

That's what's happening here.

Everyone else, all of his Hollywood friends have stopped calling.

No one wants to talk to the man anymore.

So now all of a sudden, oh, well, now after haranguing the entire population for multiple years that they were evil and grandma killers for not taking the vaccine or considering ivermectin or something.

Now I'm on ivermectin.

Now I had a vaccine injury.

That's me.

Oh, what?

Oh, I also am very passionate against how badly Donald Trump has been treated.

Are you, Chris?

Because you led the freaking parade for how many years on CNN and the second they rejected you and everyone tossed you out the door, all of a sudden you have the reverse opinion because he wants to sit here and beg for someone, anyone, to like him again.

Please

don't fall for this nonsense.

You know, I have to tell you, Stu, you make some good points, but none of the points that Jesus would make.

I mean, I don't think you heard his sincerity.

Can we play that again?

We do not need to play.

I think you heard the...

And you can think what you want about Trump.

He does not have many more full-throated critics.

Listen to this.

He says, fake acting sincerity here.

Okay.

Okay.

And yet I called him today.

I called him to because

I'm claimed.

I'm ashamed of how we are responding and not responding.

We're not responding

to him.

This is the same Tony takes out.

I feel for his family.

And I know you can roll your eyes and say, oh, yeah, he asked.

Listen, that's your choice.

And I think it's a good idea.

That's why Steve was rolling his eyes.

That's not why I was rolling.

We got to get out of the judgment business unless it's judging ourselves.

And you got to start rewarding himself.

Because he's been so good at judging himself over the years.

He's been so introspective, that Chris Cuomo.

All the many things he's done.

He's been so honest

in retrospectively looking back and considering the mistakes he's made over the years because that's him.

That's Chris Cuomo.

Oh, God, this guy.

This entire family.

They're.

We're on a delay, right?

Because I just, we're concerned.

Let's just stop.

All I have to say.

if I am ever having a really bad day and I just, you know, I don't know, I'm sick or I'm something, all I have to do is start the show and go, Chris Cuomo.

I can't stand it.

Ken Stu will monologue for three solid hours.

And if he gets, if he gets a little weak, I'll just say, what about his brother, the governor?

All right.

Back in just a second.

Oh, I need something to make me happy.

Let me tell you about prize picks.

I'm very happy.

Yeah, I made you happy.

So we have breaking news.

Sort of.

Now, when you say

today,

Oh, there's some breaking news.

Where does your mind go?

Mind goes to,

good God, where's the Secret Service?

Where were they this time?

This is breaking news from the Daily Mail, but it's carefully worded.

And so we don't know, it's not verified.

Even the Daily Mail says it's not verified, but apparently they found a bomb at the site of the Trump rally in Long Island today.

Yeah.

We'll see if that is confirmed.

But

it's very, yeah, obviously it would be very concerning.

And I don't know if it's true.

It is written in a very strange way for a news organization.

It literally includes the phrase, if it is confirmed, it would be the latest shocking security breach and comes just three days after a would-be assassin was arrested at his Palm Beach golf club.

So I don't, I mean, I kind of feel like when you're a news organization, like the job of the news organization is confirming it.

It's confirmed.

So I don't think you write a story about if it's considered

the next paragraph.

So, wait a minute.

Oh, sorry.

Go ahead.

I was just going to say, I mean,

we're leading with it's not confirmed either.

Now, I'm not the

journalist,

but

you know,

they didn't say it, and I'm not saying it.

So, we're both just talking about things that neither of us are saying.

I guess.

I mean, we analyze the news.

We're not reporters.

But this says sources in the Nassau County Police Department allegedly told One America News Network journalist, James Lalino, that the rally site perimeter was breached and a blue barrel was removed.

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

When they said

he told one American journalist, is it one America or one?

Just they told one American journalist.

No, you know, one American News Network journalist.

So they're not going to be able to do that.

Oh, okay.

Thank you.

But listen to the weird.

Listen to the, how many qualifiers are here.

Sources.

I know there are.

It's a source inside the Nassau County Police Department who is alleging or allegedly told What America News something,

but it doesn't necessarily even confirm that they were told this.

It's a very strange article.

I mean, I don't, I assume

this means that they, that, that it's pro, it's probably, there probably is truth to it, but they just are a little bit hesitant to confirm.

May I said, I almost called the president with this last night, and then I thought, maybe that's not why he gave me his phone number.

But I thought about this last night, and this might be confirming, Sear Stew.

I think

the number of interviews that Kamala Harris does is directly linked to the number of assassination attempts.

She did one, he had one.

She did two.

He had the second attempt.

If this is a third right now with this bomb, she just gave a third interview.

I'm just saying.

It could be

tied.

Yeah.

And by the way, if

a Harris supporter is out front of

the Trump rallies handing out beepers, don't take one.

No.

Just definitely do not take one at this point.

This is unbelievable.

Like we're past the point where this is even shocking anymore.

Like we're reading a story potentially about explosives found at a presidential rally, and it's like, it doesn't even faze us.

It's amazing.

I did send a note, and I thought, I didn't know if this was appropriate or not, but I was thinking about Donald Trump yesterday and, you know, the things that he and his family are going through.

And I just said, you know, we're just praying for you.

Please be safe.

And unfortunately, I don't think this will be the last attempt.

So please.

Make sure the Secret Service is watching you.

Because I don't think it is.

When you call the president and you go through one of these rants, does he respond, sir, this is a Wendy's?

Is that how those calls go?

I don't know who you're writing.

I'm a Nigerian prince.

It's weird.

He doesn't know what to do.

It sounds like he does on TV.

It is weird.

Yeah, it is weird.

Because his phone number is unlike anybody else's phone number.

You know, like, I'll just call you up and I'll, you know, just be like, hey, Stu, I just had this idea.

I don't think you do that with the president.

You don't just call him up and say, hey, buddy, I know you're into doing something really important right now.

So you kind of like, well, is this, does this rise to the left?

Should I, should I not?

I don't want to.

I mean, it's, it's weird.

I've never had a phone number like that before where you're like,

it's really, I got to say, I mean, I want Donald Trump to win, but him him giving you his phone number does make me question his judgment considerably.

Like, it does not seem like the right thing to do as a candidate.

Please, withdraw the number, repeal.

I didn't say he answered the phone.

Oh, okay.

The Glenn Beck program.

I want to talk to you about a new sponsor to the program, and this has made me

excited to uh to talk to Zev Orenstein he is the City of David Foundation director of international affairs

and he's with us to talk a little bit about some of the things that are being discovered now in archaeology Zev so good to have you on good to be here Yeah.

You grew up in the United States, and when did you move over to Israel?

Grew up in the okay state of New Jersey, and

not sure it's a great state, but it's okay.

Moved over about 20 years ago after university and been living in Jerusalem pretty much ever since.

So how exciting is it to be the guy who is,

I mean, not just overseeing, but actually playing a big role, any role.

in uncovering all of the ancient roads and cities and baths and everything else that prove the Bible is true.

Yeah, it's an amazing thing because up until about 100 years ago, much of the world, what we'd call the Western world, believed in God, believed in the Bible.

In the span of about a century, that's changed 180 degrees.

That today, people look at the Bible, the media, universities, culture, it's mocked, it's scorned.

And there's unprecedented denial of the Bible, of the biblical heritage, of Jerusalem's biblical heritage.

And yet we're living in a time where there's also unprecedented discovery.

As if it says in the book of Deuteronomy, choose life.

You have two options, but you can make a choice and you could choose to deny, or you could choose to see what is literally being unearthed every day, which is showing that Jerusalem's biblical heritage, the heritage that is significant to Jews and Christians alike at the foundations of Western civilization, is not simply a matter of faith, but a matter of fact where you could see it, you could touch it, you could walk on it every single day in the city of David.

so it's amazing i i've never been to the um the old city of david where where you've a lot of the uh archaeological digs have been happening uh because it's in the palestinian section isn't it well i would actually say it's very much in the israel section uh jerusalem uh has been significant to uh to israel and the jewish people going on well over 3 000 years uh having been uh set as the capital of of uh the kingdom of of israel during the time of king david and ever since then jerusalem has been the center of of jewish life and aspiration.

It's actually never been, Jerusalem is actually not mentioned a single time in the Quran.

It's mentioned countless times in the Bible.

So I would say that the significance

to the Jewish people obviously is incontrovertible, but also for Christians.

When you're talking about the people that matter most to Christianity, I mean, they were walking through the city of David in Jerusalem, the places where the kings of the Bible ruled and the prophets of the Bible preached.

That's where it is in the eastern part of Jerusalem.

It's perhaps the most significant half mile on the planet.

The city of David is a place that matters more to more people than any other place in the world for billions, not just millions.

I tell you, you've unearthed the pool of...

What is the name of the pool of

the pool of Sila.

Explain what that is.

So for Christians, I mean, before, it's an amazing thing.

We have a teaching in our faith that says God has many messengers.

In 2004, there's a road at the southern end of the city of David, which is the historic site of biblical Jerusalem.

And at the southern end of this road, there is a sewage pipe which bursts.

And now the municipality of Jerusalem has to send in construction crews to repair the sewage pipe.

But Jerusalem is not just another municipality, and the city of David is not just another part of Jerusalem.

And here, when a sewage pipe bursts, you don't only send in construction crews, you also send in archaeologists.

So they're supervising, and the construction crews, the bulldozers, dump trucks are doing their work, and the archaeologists begin to hear scraping and scratching.

It does not sound right.

They clear everyone out, and it turns out in repairing the sewage pipe, they find a series of stone steps dating back some 2,000 years.

And the archaeologists say, well, there's only one other set of steps in all of Jerusalem that look just like these and those are the steps leading up to the Temple Mount, the southern steps, rich with significance for Jews and Christians alike.

And they realize they found the steps leading down to the Pool of Siloam.

Now, what is the Pool of Siloam?

For Christians, in the Christian scriptures, book of John, the story of Jesus healing the blind man, Pool of Siloam, city of David.

Now, the Bible tells us there's three times during the year, Passover, Pentecost, tabernacles, when all of Israel has to go on pilgrimage up to the temple.

Now before you can go up to the temple, you have to wash, cleanse, bathe, go to a ritual bath.

The historian Josephus said that 2,000 years ago, say on Passover, you would have had nearly 3 million people going on pilgrimage up to the temple.

The pool of Siloam is the size of two Olympic-sized swimming pools that's being excavated now by the Israel Antiquities Authority.

And that led to a question, which is if this is the Pool of Siloam,

the largest ritual bath in Jerusalem 2,000 years ago, And we know where the temple stood atop the Temple Mount 2,000 years ago.

Well, how did the millions of pilgrims get from the pool all the way up to the temple?

And they widened the excavation and they found what has been called the most significant archaeological discovery of the last 100 years, none other than the pilgrimage road.

The road that your ancestors and mine would have walked on 2,000 years ago when they went on pilgrimage up to the temple atop the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

And it's in a tunnel now, isn't it?

Well, it's in.

And you can walk the whole thing.

So it's underground today because, unlike, let's say, in the United States, where you have eminent domain and you just move people out if you need to.

In this part of Jerusalem, we don't apply eminent domain.

And therefore, the challenge is, how do you respect the modern-day neighborhood that exists atop the city of David while unearthing a heritage with significance not to millions but to billions which is just beneath the surface?

And so the reason why it's underground today, 2,000 years ago was under the sky.

The reason why it's underground today is because we have to support the modern-day neighborhood of the city of David, and we're unearthing the ancient flagstones, massive flagstones that, again, go back to the time of Jesus.

I'm asked, you know, many times by all sorts of faith leaders and political leaders, what are the chances that Jesus walked on the pilgrimage road running through the city of David?

And I said, look,

as I said,

I'll give you a conservative estimate.

Conservatively speaking, the likelihood that he walked on that road, the pilgrimage road in the city of David, is 100%.

So they said, well, how do you know?

I said, well, it's really very simple.

If you you believe there was a historic Jesus, he was in Jerusalem.

He was Jewish.

He went with all the Jews down to cleanse at the Pool of Siloam, then walked up through the city of David along the pilgrimage road to the temple atop the Temple Mount.

The Pool of Silaam that we're excavating as we speak in the City of David right now is 100% the same Pool of Silaum from 2,000 years ago.

It's the same pilgrimage road, same city of David, same Temple Mount.

Not simply a matter of faith, but a matter of fact.

I have to tell you,

I've seen pictures of it.

I cannot wait to go back to Jerusalem to see the pool.

Can you actually, I know you can't get into it, but it's way down because you had to excavate a lot.

You can get into it.

It's way down.

Can you go

down?

You can get into it?

Well, I mean, it's under excavation, but when you come to Jerusalem, Glenn, we're going to get you into it.

I'll tell you a story with former Energy Secretary Rick Perry.

He came a couple of years ago for a visit.

And he says, he says, Zev, are you telling me this is the spot where Jesus healed the blind man?

I said, well, well, that's what it says in your scriptures.

And he walks down the steps.

Then there were fewer steps, but he walks down and he starts to make

like he's washing himself.

And he comes out with a giant smile on his face.

And I said, Mr.

Secretary, it's a good thing that you're Christian and not Jewish.

He said, why is that?

I said, well, we take our clothes off first before we go in.

What is the most significant thing that

you have found?

You know,

I'm watching, and I don't even know if any of this is true, but I've seen these videos on YouTube where they think they found

the,

oh, geez, the mountain that Moses was on, got the Ten Commandments, Mount Sinai.

Sure.

And they say, I think it's in Saudi Arabia,

and

it's all burnt at the top.

It's an amazing thing.

And then they found all of these things that just mark in the Bible exactly the pilgrimage.

Is that stuff true?

Is that really it?

Do you know?

So I'll tell you a story that will indirectly answer this question.

I gave a tour to a journalist recently in the city of David.

And at the end of the tour, the journalist says to me, she says, Zev, do you actually believe all these Bible stories that you're talking about in the last hour and a half, two hours that we're together?

You really, actually personally believe all this stuff?

And I said to her, it doesn't actually matter what I believe, because for billions of people around the world, they believe it.

There is no place in the world which matters more to more people than Jerusalem.

That for billions of people around the world, they wake up in the morning and they look to Jerusalem as a source of meaning, hope, faith, identity, purpose, inspiration.

If you want to understand the world today, the history of the world, how we got to where we are, how civilization developed, and what's happening today, literally today in the world and the future of civilization, you need to understand understand Jerusalem.

And so whether the Mount Sinai that you're speaking about is in Saudi Arabia, whether it's in the Sinai Peninsula, it's somewhere out there, but there was a real Mount Sinai where the revelation happened and billions of people, they believe it.

And so whether or not there's someone who says, well, I don't really believe it, well, that's nice.

You're entitled to your beliefs.

But you have to reckon with the fact that for billions of people, they do believe it.

And when you take the city of David, this is, you know, there are many places, both, you know, in the Hebrew Bible and the Christian scriptures, where you have to take certain things on faith, where we don't necessarily have archaeological evidence affirming those events.

But the amazing thing about the city of David is that we are unearthing every single day antiquities, fancy word for old stuff, that show not simply a matter of faith, but as a matter of fact, Jerusalem's biblical heritage, the heritage that for Jews and Christians has shaped.

our civilizations that it's real.

You could see it and you could touch it.

And I'll tell you something interesting.

One of the last things that the Trump administration did before leaving office is they recognized the city of david as a heritage site but not as a jewish heritage site or an israeli heritage site they recognized

yeah go for it as i have i have a picture of the tablet where is this posted it's at the entrance to the

yeah it's at the entrance to the city of david uh in in jerusalem So listen to this.

This is the last thing, one of the last things Trump did while he was in office.

The city of David brings biblical Jerusalem to life at the very place where the kings and the prophets of the Bible walked.

It is a site where internationally acclaimed archaeological discoveries have been unearthed, including the Pool of Shalom.

Salomon.

What is it?

The Pool of Silom.

Okay, the Pilgrimage Road, the Gion Spring, and Hezekiah's Tunnel.

As the prophet Isaiah said, Out of Zion shall go forth the law and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

The spiritual bedrock of our values as a nation comes from Jerusalem.

It is here these ideals that the American Republic was founded upon, and the unbreakable bond between the United States and Israel was formed.

The city of David serves as a proud reminder to the glorious heritage of the United States of America.

I rejoiced with those who said to me, Let us go to the house of the Lord.

Our feet are standing in your gates, Jerusalem.

Psalms.

And it doesn't have Donald Trump's name on it.

It just has the seal of the ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, and Paul Packer, the chairman of the U.S.

Commission for Preservation of America's Heritage Abroad.

I think that is remarkable.

We don't recognize our heritage, really, ever anymore.

And the further that slips away, the more our republic will slip away.

100%.

Thank you so much for.

coming in.

I can't wait to come and see you and visit you.

I was planning a trip

in just a couple of weeks, but some things have changed, so I can't.

But I'm coming out because I just, I got to bring my family there one more time.

I've got to be there before the whole world goes absolutely insane.

I would say, God, will you bring it more than one time?

Yeah, thank you.

Thank you.

Zepp, thank you for all you do.

Let me tell you about our sponsor.

It's Tunnel to Towers.

There are far too many veterans out there who have served our country honorably, but who are now homeless or at the risk of becoming homeless.

Take Glenda Williams.

She's a U.S.

Army veteran who faced homelessness along with her five children.

She was struggling to keep up with her rent and basic living expenses, as everybody is.

She and her children lived in a run-down apartment with rats and mold and broken windows and broken electrical appliances.

It was bad.

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation Homeless Veterans Program is providing Glenda and her children not only a shelter, but also a safe and secure environment in which to thrive.

Glenda has since returned to school to pursue her degree and her children are excelling in their studies.

Isn't this the country you want to be?

Isn't this the way we should be treating our veterans?

Imagine what it means to a veteran like her to know that the people like you are there and care about them.

Our heroes and their families need help and the Tunnel to Towers is stepping up every single day for Glenda's family and for many others like them.

Would you make a a donation of $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers?

It is

an outstanding organization that the money goes right directly to people like Glenda.

Please, T, the number two T dot org, T2T.org.

It's Tunnel to Towers.

10 seconds, station ID.

You know, it's weird, Stu,

to live in these times, to live in this historic time where

I just think we're going to see miracles.

I just think, I mean, these are, I think these are foretold times.

And

think of this as

a Christian.

You get to live at this time and not only witness, but play a role in it.

Play your part.

Whatever your part is supposed to be, play your part in that.

It's incredible.

It's absolutely incredible.

That's one way of looking at it.

Yeah.

I think I might prefer just a nice calm period where things seem to be going well.

But yeah, no, it's true.

It is, it's a, it does focus you on what is actually important.

When you think about everything that's going on in the world, you know, the minor inconveniences of life sort of go away, and

you can focus on stuff that's a lot more important.

And

that is an opportunity, I suppose, if you're looking at it positively.

I tell you, I think it's

we're looking at things incorrectly.

If these indeed are the days,

and we know they're the days of something, this is providing us the opportunity to be who we really are and who we were meant to be and to do just great things.

And most people feel powerless over it.

You're not.

You're not because this is a spiritual battle.

This is not just temporal.

That stuff's going to be washed away.

And everybody will realize, oh, wow, that stuff really, remember how you felt after COVID or during COVID, you know, until we went stir crazy?

Wow, that stuff wasn't that important.

It was great to be around family.

For those of us who were lucky enough to be around family,

we could bring our families together.

And it was an amazing time.

We are living at a time now where

what we do actually makes a difference.

What each of us does makes a difference.

It's amazing.

Very true, Glenn.

And you have to look at it the right way.

I believe a wise man that was related to you once said life is a series of choices, and you have to choose how to react to these situations.

Yeah.

Hey, Glenn, by the way, do we have an update on the bombing story from the Daily Mail with this

slight change in in their headline.

You don't know.

There might have been another attempt on Donald Trump's life today.

Minor change in their headline has occurred.

Now, you have to see if you can detect the difference.

The first headline was, cops find explosives in car near Trump rally on Long Island.

Okay.

Now,

the new headline.

The new headline.

See if you can detect the difference.

Cops confirm no threat to Trump's rally after explosive report.

Now,

the explosives report was from you, so you've now changed the same story that was the explosives report to now say cops confirm no threat to Trump's rally after explosives report.

But that is your report.

So I

apparently nothing happened.

That's about where I am on it.

Oh, no, they found explosives in a car.

That is what they said originally.

But remember, we read all the disclaimers and it was very sketchy the way they worded it.

They didn't have any confirmation at all.

And now they're saying there's no threat at all.

Now, whether there was, I don't know, maybe the guy had a flare in the car.

I don't know.

But we'll see if we can figure out exactly what maybe he had a maybe he had a bomb in the car, but he was going to Tim's house.

Yeah, just some other guy.

I don't know who Tim is, but

I'm really pissed at Tim.

It was his ex-wife's

new boyfriend.

And it had nothing to do with Trump at all.

Tim, I'd run.

I'd run, I'd hide.

Because he'll find you.

Because the FBI had this guy on the radar, but they're going to let him go.

When it comes to personal defense, you do have options, but the options usually are lethal or they kind of suck.

We have to look at what's fully available to us.

I've got guns, you have guns, and they get the job done.

But if you're going to pull out your gun, as you learn when you first start training with a gun, you never point it at somebody unless you intend to kill them.

So, what do you do when you're in that situation where you're like, I don't think I can't kill them?

I'm not that at that place, but I'd like to break this up.

Well, you have a knife, you have a taser, maybe some pepper spray, or you're, you know, I got some brass knuckles, you know, that I got from the Cuomo family,

but you don't want to get that close to the attacker.

Well, here's the Burna launcher.

The Burna launcher can hit somebody from 60 feet away with a kinetic round to shock them and, you know, push push them back a bit.

But you fire that one to get their attention.

And the next one is tear gas.

And that'll stop them for about 40 minutes.

You know,

there are very few people in the world that

I think

just is a waste of time, everybody's time,

and somebody should have just gone away after Sister Act one.

And that is Whoopi Goldberg.

Yesterday Whoopi Goldberg, completely

self-unaware, completely self-unaware,

said this on the view about the dangerous rhetoric that keeps getting Donald Trump, you know, attacked.

And also, let's stop this thing.

You know, let's stop this both sides stuff.

It's a bunch of stuff.

Because it's not correct.

It is not both sides.

It is one clear side.

And you can point to many, many reports.

You can point to all kinds of stuff that's been reported.

You guys have to, you have to pull it back.

This is not us or them.

This is, you got to stop doing what you're doing, JAD, and what you're doing, Mr.

T, because

you are not helping the situation.

Let me ask you, I mean, just logically here.

So, what Trump is saying

about

others

is

getting him shot at because of what he's saying.

He's inciting violence on the right, and so the left tries to kill him.

Well, Glenn, this is

not, it's a well-known concept.

It's, I'm rubber, you're glue, and whatever I say bounces off of me and sticks to you.

And that's what's happening with Rob right now.

It's sticking to him.

All the assassination attempts are coming back at him because of what he's saying.

It's like a boomerang.

It's like a boomerang.

I saw Kamala using that that boomerang in the last, you know, what you're going to hear is a bunch of name-calling and vitriol and

lies.

And then she did that.

And I'm like, yeah, wow, she was right.

She predicted it.

But, you know, there's lots of evidence, Whoopi says, you know, of people being nasty.

And

Bowie, who just is.

just, I think did this because she was like, I can't take Whoopi Goldberg anymore.

Just put to just a little compilation here of some of Whoopee's lies.

I swear to God, if I see another Republican senator talk about their heart being broken, I'm going to go punch somebody.

You worried that you can't pay your bill?

Wait till the other guy becomes president and you won't have to worry about it because you'll be in some camp somewhere.

Because that's his promise.

And I know his

grandchild was up on the thing and they're trying to humanize him.

And let's be truthful about it because the Holocaust isn't about race.

Trump.

Trump.

He tends to just.

But can I mention?

I'm going to be on day one, I'm going to be a dictator.

I'm going to take all the journalists.

I'm going to take all the gay folks.

I'm going to move you all around and disappear you.

If that's the country you want, you know who to vote for.

You know,

in their minds, they want to bring slavery back.

They're okay with it.

Because this requires you recognizing that we're all in danger here.

Wow.

Well, I don't see any dangerous rhetoric there.

Not, not, not, not any.

Let me give you another montage that we have for you.

This one shows the left's lies about the Haitians and Border Patrol.

Listen to this montage.

From Mays.

Cowboys

with their reins again, whipping black people,

Haitians, into the water where they're scrambling and falling down.

And all they're trying to do is escape from violence in their country.

To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped, it's outrageous.

I promise you, those people will pay.

They will be an investigation underway now, and there will be consequences.

There will be consequences.

It's an embarrassment, but it's beyond an embarrassment.

It's dangerous.

It's wrong.

It sends the wrong message around the world.

It sends the wrong message at home.

It's simply not who we are.

One of the videos, let's put it up, it shows a patrol agent swinging a horse rein in a way that looks to many like a whip looks and you get to beat people with reins or whips what i saw depicted about um those individuals on horseback treating human beings the way they were is horrible i was not aware that whips people had that kind of equipment on them that they could use on humans there is obviously systematic racism it does smack of a body down here actually

wait wait hold on wait we we were on a Chris Cuomo clip.

You just stopped in the middle of a Chris Cuomo clip.

I wanted to see what Chris had to say because he's so thoughtful and introspective.

I wanted to see what his opinion was on this particular story.

Is that possible?

Or is that?

Can you queue it up?

I don't know.

It does smack of a bygone era

of slavery.

Aided by reports of people being beaten.

We know.

Hold on.

That was weird.

That was the

exact same faces he was making on the last video.

The exact same emotion was coming out.

That's so weird.

It almost seems completely contrived.

What were you going to say?

No, let's go to Springfield.

Here's CNN on the bomb threats that were happening.

By the way, all of them hoaxes, and most of them now traced to foreign countries.

Okay, but here's CNN's take.

Donald Trump and J.D.

Vance are not questioning their rhetoric.

Right now, because of their rhetoric, because of what he said in that debate, there's been 33 bombing threats in Springfield, Ohio that would not have happened but for this false conspiracy theory being spread by the vice presidential and presidential Republican candidate.

And those Haitians in Springfield, Ohio and those students and the people that are victims of these threats and everything that's going on there don't have 24-7

a Secret Service, right?

They're on their own.

They're hoax threats.

You You might be safer without secret service protection, quite honestly.

Sad point.

But

how are you a victim of a hoax threat?

What happened?

Did you explode in a hoax?

They do this all the time with these threats, and they make it seem like something's happened.

A bunch of people,

apparently a bunch of them from overseas, tried to take advantage of this story and committed a hoax, right?

Like that's it.

That's all that happened here.

33.

33 times.

That's it.

Most of them from overseas.

Now it does affect the town and it affects schools and things like that, but it wasn't caused by them.

It was caused by foreign actors trying to influence things, probably to get the press to do exactly what they did.

Now, remember, this is all on, oh, these guys are just making this stuff up.

Here's March of 2024.

This is the March 12th Springfield City Commission meeting.

A man is getting up to talk about

things that are happening in his neighborhood.

Listen.

Laws and

culture is 180 degrees different of what they're used to.

And one of the things that I heard that bothered me very much, and I've actually had quite a few people contact me here lately,

is some pretty horrid things occurring to domesticated animal in the neighborhood.

We've had some stuff in the park

that,

again,

they're being taken advantage of for reasons other than,

and if you shake your head, Brian.

No, no, no.

I asked me if there was proof.

I just don't have proof.

I have the same thing.

People that have confided in me have asked me for anonymity.

I can't give their names up.

I mean, we haven't seen the proof that you're talking about.

And I've heard about it, too.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah, but we haven't seen the proof.

Okay.

But that's what's going on.

That's what people are actually feeling could be happening.

Why do they feel that way?

I mean, those rumors didn't happen before there was chaos in the town.

It wasn't like, you know what?

I think Ethel has just eaten my parakeet.

It didn't happen because people knew each other.

People were part of the same culture.

And they didn't, you know, it wasn't a...

You didn't have 50% of the people or 40% of the people

having no idea what the culture is, not being able to

you know, overwhelming the schools and the hospitals, and people are like, you know what?

And somebody says, you know, I swear to you, I heard somebody they're eating cats.

Who knows?

If somebody told you today

that,

let's see,

Kamala Harris, let me come up with something crazy.

Kamala Harris is an actual witch, and she is brewing up potions

in the Blair house

right before meetings.

I would say I used to be able to dismiss that immediately.

Okay.

I'd be like, that's ridiculous.

I'm not sure I could dismiss anything is too crazy.

Okay.

On any subject, on anyone.

Not just the left or the right.

Anyone.

I have no idea anymore how many things that you thought you knew

are now gone.

People that you thought you could trust, I'm not trusting them.

Even people that you trust, maybe it's just me, but even people you trust, you're like,

I don't know.

He says a few things that make me a little nervous.

Right?

That's what's happening in our country.

You know, why aren't they talking about the rise in the number of people who didn't think we went to the moon?

It's just the same, I think, actually more dangerous than the Haiti thing.

Why didn't nobody talk about that?

Because

that's the same reason the eating cat thing is happening.

Because no one trusts anyone.

No one is speaking from a place of authority anymore.

That's chaos.

And that, my friend, is what this administration and Kamala Harris have designed.

Make no mistake, this is not an accident.

This was designed to cause chaos and overwhelm our system.

Period.

More in a minute.

By the way, Stu, have you heard Chris Cuomo?

Can we play that

thing from Chris Cuomo real quick?

I don't know if there's no reason to do this again.

I don't.

We don't get heard.

We have plenty of time.

Well, we'll play it when we come back.

Anyway,

I want to talk to you about Relief Factor.

Are you in pain?

Would you like to get out of pain?

I mean, I don't know anybody.

Well, unfortunately, I don't know anybody, but

man, some of the things that I'm watching, you know, come across like on Twitter and

Instagram, people who have done horrible things to their bodies.

And you're like, okay, that looks pretty evil.

But I mean, so there are people, I guess, that just, you know, like pain and enjoy that.

I'm I'm not one of them.

I don't think you are either.

But necessity is the mother of invention.

There are hard-headed types like me that need convincing when it comes to taking something that we won't think will work.

I mean,

take it.

Take it or you're going to kill grandma.

Will that work with Relief Factor?

Take it or you're going to be responsible for all of these teachers dying.

You might be shocked by the results.

Relief Factor, if you take it, is a daily supplement that helps your body fight pain by fighting inflammation, which is the source of most of our pain in our bodies and a lot of disease.

It's 100% drug-free, developed by doctors to help reduce or eliminate pain.

I want you to try this now.

Please just try it.

Try it for three weeks.

That's all they're asking you.

$19.95.

If it doesn't work in three weeks, it's probably not going to work for you.

If it does, it could change your life.

Just try it for three weeks.

70% of the people who try it go on to order more.

I'm one of them.

It's relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.

Or you can call them now at 800, the number for relief.

8004 relief.

The previous content identified as conservative.

Oh my.

The Glenn Beck program will be right back.

Optimism isn't sunshine and rainbows.

It's fixing things, changing the way we fix things.

It's running the world on smarter energy.

Because if optimism never stops, then change can't either.

G.E.

Vernova, the energy of change.

And you can think what you want about Trump.

He does not have many more full-throated critics of what he says and does than me.

All right.

Okay.

We don't.

And yet I called him.

We do not need to go into the Chris Cuomo again.

Chris Cuomo saying he called the president to make sure that he understood that he was upset with the way that he was being treated.

And that would be something you could believe from someone who's ever said something believable.

But that's Chris Cuomo saying it, so you know that's not actually the case.

I want to follow up quickly on this Daily Mail report, which frankly is a pretty bad job by them.

And I mean, not just them, I suppose, some other

outlets as well.

The story that came out that said cops find explosives in car near Trump rally on Long Island,

it immediately just set all sort of alarm bells off with me.

I mean, it says

it's had a sentence in there.

It said, if it's confirmed, this would mean another threat against President Trump's life.

And like, I think that's what you're supposed to do as a news organization.

You're supposed to hear a report, then confirm it, then write the story.

Like, it's in that order.

The order's kind of important there, if I'm not mistaken.

But

it also said sources in the Nassau County Police Department allegedly told One America News Network journalist, James Lolino, that the rally site perimeter was breached and a blue barrel was removed.

So we've got a source inside the police department that isn't sure that they told One American News, but they allegedly told One American News about this issue.

And then like 10 minutes later, the story is updated, the same news story

with a new headline that says, cops confirm there's no threat to Trump's rally after explosive report.

Now, of course, the explosives report was their own report, or at least it was a report about someone else's report that allegedly occurred.

Now it also says that there is no validity at all to a report that there was an explosive device found.

So basically what we have here is absolutely nothing.

They just reported a story that was absolutely nothing.

That's not the greatest way

to keep your credibility high.

I would say I don't know what the Daily Mail's profile is on credibility these days, but that's not exactly the right way you're supposed to do that.

I'm pretty sure this would be something that all journalists could learn from.

Check news reports out.

Like, before you're saying that Donald Trump is responsible for violence in Springfield,

confirm there's been violence in Springfield?

Like, it's just a recommendation.

You know, like maybe find out if the bomb threats were actual bomb threats and not hoaxes that came from overseas before you start accusing Donald Trump of being responsible.

these are just recommendations.

I understand that maybe you want to take them.

Another thing you might want to do is not have your act blue donors try to kill the president for a couple of weeks.

It's another recommendation.

I can't put that on you for sure, but like, let's try.

Let's try to keep the next seven weeks' assassination attempt free.

America, we can do it.

We'll see you tomorrow.

The Glenn Beck Program.
