Speaker 2 And they had an anonymous donor. I can't figure this story out.
I'm not going to get into it, none of the details, because

Speaker 2 Right now, I know there is an indictment,

Speaker 2 but other than that,

Speaker 2 I can't figure out what the Russians would have been doing,

Speaker 2 how Russia was going to benefit from this. However, I'm going to leave this alone for the facts and just talk to you about this.

Speaker 2 I have been telling you for how many

Speaker 2 There are deep pockets in Russia, and there are people that are trying to go after conservatives, And they are in our churches.

Speaker 2 You hear the agents of chaos, voices that you're like, wait a minute, wait a minute. What are they saying?

Speaker 2 Stu has a story that just came out from the New York Times that says people like me and Donald Trump and anybody who's concerned about the vote, we're overstating the problem.

Speaker 2 You want to give me the highlights of this, Stu?

Speaker 3 Sure, Glenn, the title is Republicans Seize on False Theories About Immigrant Voting.

Speaker 3 False theories. It starts talking about

Speaker 3 a group. Well, there's multiple groups discussed in the article, but it says in late July, a group of Republican activists met on a Zoom call to discuss preparations for the November election.

Speaker 3 The topic was how to keep undocumented immigrants from voting in November, a problem they claim inaccurately to be a looming threat to a fair election.

Speaker 3 It goes on to say that

Speaker 3 there's no indication that non-citizens are voting in large numbers,

Speaker 3 which is, I think, an interesting point because

Speaker 3 it doesn't have to be in large voting numbers to be a threat to an election, right? Especially a close one.

Speaker 3 But they, of course,

Speaker 2 I'm kind of an absolutist where I don't want anybody who shouldn't vote to vote. I don't care what the numbers are.
Really? But

Speaker 2 let me just go through the numbers here

Speaker 2 with this clip from last night's show. Listen to this.
The mainstream media is in agreement that these seven states will swing the election in November.

Speaker 2 They're Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. So let's go through each one and keep in mind what Texas just found.

Speaker 2 Also, the fact that by Election Day, it will be projected that we will have

Speaker 2 8 million migrants living in the United States.

Speaker 2 Some say it's closer to 20 million. In 2020, over 11,600, no proof of citizenship required federal ballots were cast in Arizona during the 2020 election.

Speaker 2 Arizona currently has 273,000 illegals living in the state that we know of. Joe Biden won Arizona in 2020 by 10,457 votes.
Looks kind of significant in Arizona, but let's go to Georgia.

Speaker 2 Stacey Abrams infamously said the blue wave would include undocumented immigrants. That's a quote.
Georgia currently has 339,000 illegals. Biden won Georgia in 2020 by 12,000 votes.

Speaker 2 Michigan has 90,000.

Speaker 2 Tell me how this is not significant.

Speaker 2 I mean,

Speaker 2 There were 11,000 illegals voting in Arizona. Donald Trump lost by 10,000.
We also know that illegals almost always break for the Democrats. Almost always.

Speaker 2 Is that not

Speaker 2 significant? If Donald Trump would have won Arizona, he would have won, wouldn't he have, Stu?

Speaker 2 Is it one state or two?

Speaker 3 He would have needed more than that. Yeah, he would have needed more than that.

Speaker 2 And with

Speaker 2 the closed states, though. Right.
And with 339 in Georgia, and he loses by 10,000 votes, 339,000.

Speaker 2 There's 160,000 today in

Speaker 2 Arizona. And,

Speaker 2 you know, in 2020, there weren't that many. And you had 11,000 people voting that shouldn't have been voting.
With 339 and Georgia being lost last time by about 11,000,

Speaker 2 I don't know. There seems like there could be a problem.
I don't understand why

Speaker 2 the

Speaker 2 left can get away with doing things that

Speaker 2 everyone agrees on.

Speaker 2 It's like 80% of the population, both Republican and Democrat and Independent, all agree you should have ID. They all agree you should be a citizen if you're going to vote.

Speaker 2 If you're not a citizen, you shouldn't vote. We all agree on that, except for the Democratic Party and

Speaker 2 their minions in the press.

Speaker 2 I don't know.

Speaker 2 I think that's significant. I think when you have

Speaker 2 an election that could be won by 10,000 votes, I think it's important to know

Speaker 2 who is actually voting.

Speaker 2 But then again, I'm an extremist conspiracy theorist. So what do I know? Well, I should say I'm a conspiracy theorist

Speaker 2 until 90% of what I say comes to fruition. And then they eventually say, oh yeah, we've been doing that forever.
I mean, it's no big deal.

Speaker 2 Okay. All right, sure.

Speaker 2 If, let's say you're in Aurora, Colorado. Okay, and you got, you know, you got a nice little place going there and you think, maybe now is the time to sell.

Speaker 2 Not sure you can get all of your money out of that house, but don't shake the dice and throw them down on the table without knowing the odds.

Speaker 2 She won't share her current viewpoint and current position on reparations, but she's always been for those. Of course she's going to.

Speaker 2 You know, the border. She is for open

Speaker 2 borders.

Speaker 2 What do you think is going to happen?

Speaker 2 What do you think she's going to do? She is also the most pro-abortion advocate to ever be anywhere close to the White House.

Speaker 2 She is the first vice president to ever go to an abortion clinic and, you know, make happy talk with everybody in the,

Speaker 2 you know, in the,

Speaker 2 honestly, in the death chamber of

Speaker 2 Planned Parenthood.

Speaker 2 But if you think you're going to have a voice and be able to do anything about abortion, I think you're sadly mistaken if she wins.

Speaker 2 You know, one of the things that nobody seems to be talking about or caring about is the fact that they are, the DOJ is

Speaker 2 taking glee in prosecuting anybody who shows up to try to stop women from having an abortion. And they've been

Speaker 2 charged with violating the FACE Act. However, they're doing something else.
They are using the KKK Act

Speaker 2 to charge as well, as somebody who is trying to stop your civil right.

Speaker 2 It was something developed for the Klan,

Speaker 2 and we're now using this to get 10 years plus in prison for anybody who goes to March for Life.

Speaker 2 Steve Crampton is with us now. Steve is with the Thomas More Society, senior counsel, and he has been on this beat and trying to fight it in court.
How's the fight coming, Steve?

Speaker 4 Well, Glenn,

Speaker 4 it wouldn't be a rosy report I could furnish. The

Speaker 4 Biden-Harris DOJ, as you indicated, has ramped up criminal prosecutions against peaceful pro-life demonstrators against abortion in a way we have never seen before.

Speaker 4 According to my calculations, since 2011,

Speaker 4 there have been a total of about 51 criminal prosecutions. 35, 35 of those have been since the overturning of Roe Against Wade in 2022 by the Biden-Harris administration.

Speaker 4 And as you indicate, they have thrown the book at these guys, including this 10-year felony conspiracy against rights charge.

Speaker 4 We just had guilty verdicts handed down in another criminal face case in Detroit here at the end of August. We're still fighting those charges.

Speaker 4 The court has graciously allowed us time to really brief and argue the fact that this statute has no bearing in the context of a peaceful sit-in, is what it amounts to, a violation of the FACE Act.

Speaker 4 So we're still fighting,

Speaker 4 but it's brutal.

Speaker 2 Let's go back for just a second on the Klan Act. It is

Speaker 2 the Ku Klux Klan Act. It was passed in 1870 to guard the rights of African Americans to go in and vote.
So how are they applying this here?

Speaker 4 It's incredible.

Speaker 4 The statute says if two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in the free exercise of their rights guaranteed by the Constitution or the laws of the United States.

Speaker 4 So they take that or the laws of the United States and say, hey, the FACE Act is a law of the United States.

Speaker 4 These people have agreed to come in and engage in this sit-in, thereby intimidating or oppressing folks trying to get an abortion. ergo, we can charge them with this conspiracy violation.

Speaker 4 So it, you know, on the face of the act, Glenn, it really does seem to apply. But the fact of the matter is, and the U.S.

Speaker 4 Supreme Court in a very recent case, Fisher against the United States, decided the end of June, the end of this last term, 2024, that, hey, you can't just willy-nilly take these old statutes with generic, very broad language and ratchet them down against a newly enacted act like the FACE Act where the intent of Congress is clearly not to allow such things.

Speaker 4 There were great debates in Congress in 1994 when they tried to enact for the first time in our nation's history a federal law that criminalizes peaceful civil disobedience, you know, the time-honored tradition that we've enjoyed for our nation's history.

Speaker 4 And they directly ask, okay, so somebody that's engaged in this kind of nonviolent sit-in action, they can't be charged with a felony? Answer, absolutely not.

Speaker 4 And yet, here we are, only under the Biden administration, do you import Section 241, the Conspiracy Against Rights, KKK Act, for use against pro-lifers only?

Speaker 2 So, so

Speaker 2 I have a feeling that we haven't seen anything yet, Steve.

Speaker 2 That the mask is coming off. They've all but told us exactly who they are.
Remember, they were running a moderate last time.

Speaker 2 This time, if you're paying attention at all, they're not telling you what she's going to do for a reason.

Speaker 2 They won't explain her flip-flops for a reason.

Speaker 2 And

Speaker 2 we know who she is, and she is massively

Speaker 2 anti-pro-life.

Speaker 2 And I just have this feeling, Steve, and please tell me this is hyperbole, that I could see in the next four years if she wins, you don't have a right to say anything about abortion.

Speaker 4 Glenn, I wish I could disagree with you there. As you lay out, this is, I think, the most overtly, avidly, obsessively pro-abortion candidate we have ever seen.
And she can't wait.

Speaker 4 She falls all over herself in spite of her strict controllers trying to hold her back when it comes to the issue of abortion.

Speaker 4 And remember, by the way, just this week, there's a new report of the FBI's utter failure to act, even in the context of sexual abuse and human trafficking of children. They are

Speaker 4 too busy, apparently, combing through age-old Facebook records of gentle pro-life Christians trying to find ways to come in with the SWAT teams and arrest them rather than looking after the lives and sexual well-being of our children.

Speaker 4 I mean, it's unbelievable where we are and the priorities of the weaponized DOJ and FBI.

Speaker 2 And if you don't think that these people will put you in jail, using an old law from 1870 to stop the Ku Klux Klan.

Speaker 2 Look at the way they're going after anybody who stands in their way. Anybody.

Is he? Is he? Because that's going to be overturned. Is he a felon?

Speaker 2 I know he was 32 counts, but it was the same thing over and over again, just for different papers,

Speaker 2 different months of putting it into a ledger. Nobody's ever been tried on that.
That's ridiculous.

Speaker 2 And the man has been investigated by every single service, intelligence service in all five eyes and all of our enemies.

Speaker 2 everyone did research on him. Well, if he's done this, what else has he done? Apparently, nothing.

Speaker 2 Because if this is the best you have after five or six years of digging and digging and digging, you got nothing, nothing.

Speaker 2 And if they will persecute him,

Speaker 2 you don't think they'll do that to you? If they will go after the guy who is, A,

Speaker 2 the biggest manufacturer of electric cars, when they say the biggest thing we have to do is get rid of all of our cars and have electric cars, they'll go after him

They will try to put him out of business because of his Trump connection and also because he believes in free speech.

Speaker 2 Where's America? What are you voting for?

Speaker 2 Because you're not voting for this country.

You may think you are. But it's because you haven't boned up on what's really going on.

Speaker 2 four dams, hydroelectric dams, that were, you know, they wanted to tear them down and get them out because of the indigenous peoples and the salmon.

Speaker 2 it may have been. In fact, I think it's hard to make the claim that it didn't.
But it was four hydroelectric dams.

Speaker 2 Did you ever hear that? Did you even hear about this? This is the largest dam removal project in American history. Four dams.

Speaker 2 CNN just reported the largest dam removal project in U.S. history is finally complete after crews last week demolished the last of four dams on the Klamath River.

Speaker 2 It's a significant win for tribal nations.

Speaker 2 Good for them. Good for them.
Four hydroelectric dams gone.

Speaker 2 Well, it's going to be fun to see how we get water and,

Speaker 2 you know,

Speaker 2 give irrigation to those farms and produce power for the Pacific Northwest. But don't worry about it.

Speaker 2 I cannot believe that the Democrats are standing against this

Speaker 2 when we all are worried about the election integrity. And they're saying we don't need to pass this act because we already have laws on the books that say non-citizens can't vote.

Speaker 2 How disingenuous is that?

Speaker 4 Well, it's disingenuous because, as you know, as I know, as your listeners know, Democrats have no interest whatsoever in ensuring election integrity. And in fact, they want the opposite.

Speaker 4 They want non-citizens to vote. That's what this is all about.
They've effectively said so.

Speaker 4 Now they're going to, during the campaign season, they're going to hide behind, oh, there's no problem here, right? You heard Mark Kelly from Arizona go, oh, this is a solution in search of a problem.

Speaker 4 Meanwhile, you have 6,500 non-citizens cleaned off the Texas rolls in the last couple of years. You have 6,300 cleaned off Virginia's rolls.
You have thousands cleaned off of other states' rolls.

Speaker 4 And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Speaker 4 Because if we actually had the tools to go, you know, discover the problem, which the SAVE Act would provide by requiring that when you register to vote, this is a novel concept, Glenn.

Speaker 4 You can't believe this crazy stuff, this radical stuff. that when you register to vote, you just need to demonstrate you're a citizen.

Speaker 4 Democrats oppose it. Now, I will note, five Democrats voted for our bill in July when we passed it.
All Republicans voted for it. But again, this is all about control.

Speaker 4 That's what the climate agenda is all about. That's what the environmental agenda is all about.
They're all connected. That's where they're tearing the dams down.

Speaker 4 This is all about control, empowering the government. This is all of the Marxism, the communism, the statism, the totalitarianism that Reagan fought, but that we are not remotely close to completing.

Speaker 4 They're on the marks because they live among us. That's the problem.

Speaker 2 So how can they say that there's no problem here in Arizona in particular? In 2020, 11,600 no proof of citizenship required federal ballots were cast in Arizona. Joe Biden won Arizona by 10,457 votes.

Speaker 2 So there were more non-citizens voting, and we know the non-citizens almost always vote for the Democrats. How is this not a problem?

Speaker 4 Well, it's not a problem if you're a Democrat who wants power. That's the point.

Speaker 4 I think the thing that I, you know, you know, you, you, you opened this segment talking about those dams, you know, we could do a whole segment and you talk about it all the time about what's happening in the United Kingdom, the takeover that's happening there.

Speaker 4 what's happening in Ireland, what's happening in Germany.

Speaker 4 It's real. This isn't fake.
It's not like the churches are just magically, oh yeah, those churches aren't burning in France. It's not like, oh yeah, that church in Ireland last week caught fire.

Speaker 4 Oh, that's just a coincidence.

Speaker 4 This is happening and it's happening right now. The only reason we're slightly not as bad as Europe is the massive oceans on either side of us.

Speaker 4 But with the increase of air travel, with the poorest border, America is only a nanosecond behind Europe. So our whole point on the SAVE Act is to call their bluff and to force the question.

Speaker 4 Now, I got to say, because I know that some of your listeners, strong, awesome conservatives, are hearing a few of my conservative colleagues and some pundits say, gosh, why are we going to do a continuing resolution?

Speaker 4 We hate continuing resolutions. Why would we support that? Well, here's why.
I don't like continuing resolutions. I think they're garbage.

Speaker 4 Except, if I have the chance right now, heading into an election season, And I know we're not going to pass all 12 appropriations bills because a lot of our colleagues refuse to cut spending.

Speaker 4 Democrats won't work with us. We can't get all Republicans across the finish line.
We've only passed five of the 12. My theory is this.
I don't want to have a lame duck CR in December.

Speaker 4 That's what the appropriators, that's what Mitch McConnell, that's what they want. They want that pressure of Christmas.
Christmas tree. They want the Christmas tree bill.
So let's do a CR in March.

Speaker 4 Let's attach the SAVE Act.

Speaker 4 Let's tell our Democratic colleagues, guys, we have funded your precious, god-awful government that we hate the EPA and we hate all of the stuff with the FBI and we hate the Secret Service failing to do its job and we hate the open borders.

Speaker 4 We're funding your government at current levels through March. We're going to fight and fix this when Donald Trump wins in November and we have the House and the Senate.

Speaker 4 We'll see you on Election Day in November.

Speaker 4 You're going to vote for this with election integrity or you're going to be the ones who decide to shut the government down. I'm happy to have Republicans.

Speaker 2 I am thrilled to have that. You don't have a country if you have illegals voting.
You won't have a country if you can't get this basic thing down, that citizens are the only ones to vote.

Speaker 2 And if it's already been done, then they should have no problem voting for it. No problem whatsoever.
You just you would look at the other side if that were true.

Speaker 2 You would look at the other side and you'd go, if that's what you want, if that's what it's going to take, okay.

Speaker 2 But they know it's not true. And the Republicans, do you really think the republicans are going to have the spine to stand up for this

Speaker 4 well i think that all depends on president trump and i don't mean that as a question about his fortitude we know his fortitude right i mean he got shot and he stood right back up i think the question here is whether or not the president is going to decide that it is in the strategic interest of him and the party and the house and the senate for us to carry on the shutdown fight from October 1st to election day.

Speaker 4 If he wants to do that, and if we, you know, that's the right thing for us to do, I'm all in. Let's go.

Speaker 4 But we'll make a decision on October 1. You know what I think about it.

Speaker 4 I would pick a fight on bigger things. I would have HR2 on it.

Speaker 4 I would defund some stuff and I would send them a funding bill and I'd go send it to the American people and say, here are our priorities. If Democrats don't like it, make that the Election Day issue.

Speaker 4 Look, I'm going to be blunt. I'm going to be honest.
I don't lie.

Speaker 4 We have some colleagues who are in tight districts who will come into our conference and say, guys, I can't win the election if we have a shutdown and a quarter of my constituents or 10% or whatever are either not getting

Speaker 4 their paychecks because they're a government employee or they're not getting some benefit or they're whatever. So we're going to have that fight inside the Republican conference in September.

Speaker 4 I would fight. I always will pick that fight.
But I'm happy to try to figure out how we navigate to get to November 5th.

Speaker 4 But the starting place for that conversation is get the government spending past Christmas so the appropriators and the uniparty swamp dwellers on both parties can't screw the American people and pick a fight on the SAVE Act.

Speaker 4 I'll trust President Trump to land the plane strategically. You know, do we come up with some solution on September 30th and then campaign on it?

Speaker 4 Do we let it shut down for a week or two or all the way to November 5th?

Speaker 4 I'm game for any of those options, provided that we fight, provided that we put up a fight, demonstrate the fight, and campaign on it. Democrats are taking your country away, people.

Speaker 4 We should act like it. I'm fine if it shuts down, but I'm going to defer to some degree on President Trump and how he wants to lead.
He's the leader of the party right now.

Speaker 2 Yeah, no, the leader has to, he has to be part of it.

Speaker 2 If he waffles it all, it'll all fall apart. How are we doing in Congress for the elections? It looks...

Speaker 2 Not so great.

Speaker 4 Well, you know, look, here's the one thing I'll tell you, because a lot of the people that you and I, our friends, your listeners, they'll come to me out on the campaign trail and they'll say, well, why should I bother voting?

Speaker 4 I mean, they're going to rig the election. Well, there's one way to guarantee we lose the election, and that's to not show up.
So you have to show up.

Speaker 4 The second thing is we've got to be too big to rig. President Trump has said that.
He's right. Show up in overwhelming numbers.
Demonstrate that we want our country back.

Speaker 4 If all of your listeners, families, friends,

Speaker 4 churchmates, all the people that they've dragged their family, their kids and everything, vote, we'll win. And we'll win in overwhelming numbers.
Let's overwhelm them.

Speaker 4 Now, I know that's all sort of big talk. The third point really is we've got to stand for something.
And I want Republicans to be united in this in the fall.

Speaker 4 That's why I think having the CR and the SAVE Act is a good fight. But it is a tight election.
I'm going to tell you, it's tighter than it should be. That's because we have a divided country.

Speaker 4 It's because of our education system. It's been corrupting our youth now for at least two or three generations.

Speaker 4 It's because of some of the questions of all of the ballots and all of the mail-in ballots and the ballot harvesting and all of that. We've improved it some since 2020.

Speaker 4 You know, Texas, Georgia, other states that have notably made some changes. Wisconsin's still not great.
Pennsylvania is still a question. Arizona is kind of some good, some bad.

Speaker 4 So we're going to have to do what we need to do to make sure we have poll watchers. I know the RNC, Laura Trump, Michael Watley, they've been working on making sure we've got the lawyers in place.

Speaker 4 We were flat-footed in 2020. But I'm just telling everybody on the ground, get out and vote.
Overwhelm them, right? And that's the best way to guarantee the outcome that we need to have.

Speaker 4 But the short answer to your question is, the presidential is a coin-tossed lean Trump. The House is a probable that we end up roughly where we are with a very thin majority, but

Speaker 4 we could get you. The Senate, we should take, but it'll be 51, 2, or 3.
So we got to do our work to boost those numbers and make sure Ted Cruz wins and me and everybody else.

Speaker 2 You know, when you have Kamala Harris

Speaker 2 bussing people in to, I think it was New Hampshire for her rally,

Speaker 2 I mean, like 30 buses of people were shipped in from another state.

Speaker 2 That shows you something. That shows you that this is not real.

Speaker 2 And, you know, I'm hoping that the discouragement of the Democrats, that they start seeing these things,

Speaker 2 you know, there are so many encouraging signs that we are right at the tipping point here, where just a little more of this and it's over for the Democrats. But if they win in this fall,

Speaker 2 Chip, I don't know how America makes it.

Speaker 2 I mean, everything that they've been planning for this global government, all of this stuff, it hits next year.

Speaker 4 Yeah, I mean, Glenn, I could go down a parade of horribles.

Speaker 4 We know about the 5.5 million people that have been released. We know about the fentanyl.
We know about the international organizations, the 2 million gotaways. We know about the cartel's reach.

Speaker 4 We know about what you're talking about, the United Nations, the World Health Organization, all of the crap they're doing, what they're doing, reparations. You know what nobody's talking about?

Speaker 4 Record numbers of citizens that have been made and processed during this administration, moving people through the citizenship path. I don't know who they are or where they're from.

Speaker 4 We're trying to get that information. They want to remake America.
This election is a worldview election. This is about your way of life.
This isn't about any personalities one way or the other.

Speaker 4 If you love Trump, if you're not a big fan, I don't really give a damn. What I care about is we need to save freedom.
President Trump loves America, loves freedom.

Speaker 4 He wants us to have this country for us and for the people. He doesn't have to be doing this.
And, you know, look, I've been on your show where I've disagreed with him. I don't, I don't, you know,

Speaker 4 I don't mince words, but

Speaker 2 opposition in all things. It's required.

Speaker 4 it's required this is not a hard question we have a job to do let's go save our country for our kids and grandkids because if kamala harris is the president on january 20th we're in real trouble we're in epic trouble we're in 1850s type trouble and we have got to make sure that we do our part to solve that problem right now by overwhelming uh the democrats at the polls don't listen to all of the naysayers it can and probably will be be a close election.
