Tucker Carlson & JD Vance SLAM Harris/Biden's Greatest Failures | Guests: JD Vance & Tucker Carlson | 8/22/24

2h 9m
As the DNC heads into its final day, Glenn and Stu discuss how the DNC has been nothing but a singular lie spread out between multiple speakers. They also rant against the failed policies being pushed and the media manipulation of the American people. Does the DNC believe American voters are stupid? Glenn and Stu further discuss the inauthenticity that fills the Democratic National Convention. Glenn speaks with 2024 GOP vice presidential nominee JD Vance to discuss the DNC, possible Cabinet positions for Elon Musk and RFK Jr., and the investigation into the Trump assassination attempt. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joins to discuss the possibility that illegal aliens are being registered to vote in the state of Texas. Tucker Carlson joins Glenn to discuss the upcoming presidential election, Biden’s role in the Trump assassination attempt, and the creepiness of Kamala Harris. Glenn recaps his interview with 2024 GOP vice presidential candidate JD Vance.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Well, hello, America.

Man, we have a big show planned for you.

You know, it's not going to happen today, but the plans are, actually, today is a really good show.

We have Tucker Carlson joining us.

Also, we have the vice presidential candidate, JD Vance, and so much more.

On today's program, we begin in 60 seconds.

First, Marion lives in Kansas.

She writes in, she says, our pit bully Molly is a rescue, who was in very rough shape when we adopted her 10 months ago.

She has responded well to high-quality dog chow, but her coat still had a strong smell that bathing didn't eliminate.

She's been on rough greens now for several weeks.

She loves eating it with her food, and her coat now is starting to smell better.

She's also more energetic and her other issues are resolving nicely now.

We'll be keeping her on rough greens for sure.

Thank you so much.

You bet.

Thank you, Marion.

Well, hello, Stu.

How are you?

Glenn, really pumped up about that wonderful, joyful convention last night.

It was

so united, you know.

There's no problems.

They made it very clear this week, too, that Donald Trump is an anti-Semite.

Joy.

That's joy.

That's joy.

You're just explaining how you express joy.

That's when you say the other people that are your opponents are anti-Semites.

That's how you express joy.

Yeah.

The other thing that I've noticed is, and this is really exciting.

A month ago, the Democrats and Kamala Harris was telling us that the economy is fine, that there's no problem with the economy.

In fact, you don't get it if you think there's a problem.

You know,

you have more money, you just don't notice it.

You know, somehow or another, you're missing that.

So there was no problem with the economy.

And now

the same people, including Kamala Harris, are telling us, yeah, there is a problem, but we're going to fix it.

That's a, that's, I mean.

Well, basically, Glenn, biodynamics is working.

And it is working in a way to present an opportunity for Kamala Harris to fix the economy.

That's how it's working.

Okay.

It doesn't, huh?

That's interesting because it doesn't really work.

I mean, the lies that they tell and they expect us to

swallow.

And if people do swallow these things, if it really turns out that she wins with all of these lies,

I don't know how I can handle it.

This is terrifying.

I really don't.

If you're in this

same position that I'm in right now,

we are in serious trouble as a country because that's all I keep thinking about when I'm watching this.

This entire convention is one gigantic lie broken up into a bunch of different speakers.

And this lie that they're joyful after spending year after year after year saying that their opponents were fascists and dictators that were going to go through and arrest all gay people in the country and put them in camps.

This is the joyful party we're supposed to believe.

And they keep saying the word freedom over and over again.

As As if this party is based on anything that could possibly be translated as freedom.

It's the exact opposite.

I have to tell you, it is, it's so frustrating because I said when Kamala was chosen, well, this will be good because we can finally have, hey, big government, socialism, you know, universal health care, the experts are in control of everything versus, no, small government, you're in charge.

You know, mind your own damn business.

And what they've done is they are accusing

the Republicans for everything that they've already done and are going to do more of.

And they're saying that they're the Freedom Party, they're the small government.

Last night,

Walls said, mind your own damn business.

It's not the government's

place.

You put a snitch line together.

Yep, for COVID.

Yep, for people to call and report their neighbors for when their business was out of line.

But this is the mind your own damn business guy.

I mean, the one upside you could find from watching this convention is it's quite clear everyone realizes the Republican message is actually the popular one because all they're doing is saying the things that conservatives actually believe.

Now, they're lying about the fact that they're going to do them, but they said, I mean, I went through some of this.

Middle, they said their main platform policies last night, middle-class tax cuts.

Now, look, that's a conservative proposal, obviously.

Tax cuts are a conservative issue, but they're trying to take that.

They want to take on big pharma.

Are you kidding me?

You just spent multiple years saying you would all, everyone would lose their jobs if they didn't take a particular product from Pfizer or Moderna.

What do you mean you're going to take on big pharma?

How can you possibly be saying that after what you've done over the past few years?

They're going to,

they want to give you freedom to live the life you want to lead.

Now, look,

we have differing views as to what government is supposed to do, okay, as conservatives and progressives.

Progressives have a philosophy that at some level, while awful and my view, evil, it is rational, which is, look, there are really smart people in the world, and those people who have more experience and more knowledge than you should be put in control and in charge of making basic decisions for you.

What do you drive?

What kind of air conditioning do you have?

How big is your home?

What kind of stove do you have?

All of these types of things are decisions that they can make for you.

What kind of electricity, how is that being generated for you?

We'll make that decision for you.

But we're going to need a bunch more of your money to be able to put all this infrastructure together and we'll make those decisions for you.

We will control the aspects of the life, of your life, that

you can't handle.

You can't make all these decisions.

It's too difficult.

And this is, go back to Philip Drew, administrator, Glenn's favorite reference, Woodrow Wilson's favorite book, right?

This is the idea.

You put experts in control.

Anthony Fauci is a great example of this, right?

You put a guy like that in control.

He will tell you whether you go to work or not, right?

That's how this works for them.

And while I don't agree with the philosophy, it is a coherent philosophy of government.

And honestly, a much more common one throughout world history.

If you go back and look,

the natural state of man is to be controlled by their bettors.

That's how this has worked forever, and it is their philosophy.

But what they are pitching at this convention is our philosophy.

You know, you just make your own decisions.

You choose what you want to do with your life.

You screw it up, you kind of do it.

Mind your own damn business.

Stay out of my health care.

I want to just do make my decisions with my doctor.

These are all our arguments.

And they're just saying them and then backing them up with policies that do the exact opposite.

And if the American people are this dumb, if they are so stupid that they fall for this, we deserve everything we get from it.

We do.

We do.

We do.

Can we get Cut 16 from Tim Walls last night?

Here's an example of exactly what Stu is talking about.

Here's Tim Wall's last night.

They'll start jacking up the costs on the middle class.

They'll repeal the Affordable Care Act.

They'll gut.

Social Security and Medicare.

Come on.

And they will ban abortion across this country with or without Congress.

Okay, stop.

The Supreme Court said

that it is the decision of the states.

Donald Trump is so very clear.

In fact, he has pissed off a lot of people by saying, you know what?

I'm just going to leave it up to the states.

He's not going to ban abortion.

No.

He is not going to jack up prices for the middle class.

That is so ridiculous.

Who has, let me ask you,

the price of groceries four years ago when Donald Trump was president, okay?

We have for the first time a way to compare.

First time in my life, I know what this president will do.

I know what the next president is going to do because they've both been in the White House.

Okay?

First time in my life, they've both been in the the White House.

So you just have to A, B compare.

Were you better off four years ago?

Did you have more freedom or was it

more scary

back then?

Was it, did you think the government was going to come and get you?

Now, don't talk to me about your feelings.

Don't talk to me about

what people said they were going to do.

What did he do?

What did he do?

What are these guys doing?

Here's another one.

You want to talk about jacking up prices?

Cut 20.

Here's Tim Walls talking about health and housing.

That's how we'll build a country where workers come first.

Health care and housing are human rights.

Excuse me.

And the government

stays the hell out of your bedroom.

stop stop listen to that listen to that so health and housing are human rights we've moved past health care is a human right which it is not okay a human right is what you're born with there's

you were never promised a doctor Okay,

it is a very nice luxury that we in the West have had for a very long time, but it's not a human right.

Housing is not a human right.

Now, this is horrible to say because you want everybody to be taken care of, you want everybody to have, you know, a roof over their head, every child be fed.

I get that.

But if you make it a human right, then what has to happen?

Then the government must guarantee.

This is the Soviet Constitution.

So you know, he's quoting from the Soviet Constitution,

a communist country.

If it's a human right, then the government must guarantee it.

The government must provide housing and health.

We told you.

No, let me take it to them.

They told you that if we have Obamacare, it will be fixed.

If we have Obamacare, you will save the average family $1,000 a year.

Have you saved any money since Obamacare?

Has it gone up or has it gone down in price?

Is it easier to get health care or harder to get health care?

Did you get to keep your doctor?

Did you get to keep your insurance?

Kamala Harris is on record clearly saying we've got to move away from this

private health care.

It's got to go public.

Just get away from the insurance companies and everything else.

The government needs to take care of it.

Of course, she says that.

Her running mate is quoting the Soviet Constitution.

And then he follows it with: and government, get out of your bedroom.

The government is going to be in everything.

If the government takes over housing and health care, they will be everywhere.

Then Bill Clinton took the stage.

Boy, do you just see him shaking badly?

That says,

please.

Brutal, tough business.

I want you to be happy.

One of the reasons that

President to be Harris is doing so well is that we're all so happy.

I mean, if you believe, come on, how stupid can you be to believe this nonsense?

I mean, this is

the reports are that he rewrote the speech because he wanted to reflect the joy of the evening.

It's embarrassing.

And then the media is

repeating it.

It's like they decided they wanted joy to be their banner, their little advertisement for what they're doing.

And so they all just started saying it themselves.

And then they all told reporters that this is what they were going for.

Any self-respecting reporter that would use the word joy in context with this is an embarrassment to their jobs.

This is exactly what they want you to say is how joyful they are.

And I have heard it come out of the mouth, not just of Democrats and not just of people going and trying to be elected, but by journalist after journalist after journalist who's saying, What we're seeing here is such a joyful, such a joyful spectacle.

Such a joyful patriotism.

This is different than what you're seeing at the Republic.

This is joyful.

How can you say those words after all of these hacks in the Democratic establishment have leaked the word to you?

Unless you are just a mindless robot repeating the talking points of the party you want to win with no ounces of self-respect nearby, you would just, even if you wanted to say the same thing, you'd come up with a different way to say it.

They're saying the exact same words, and so much of this goes back to the fact that this party is certain that the American people are dumb.

They're certain of it, they know it for a fact in their minds.

And if they are right, we deserve everything we get here.

I, uh,

those journalists that are doing that, I pity them.

I pity them.

Really?

What a miserable life they are leading.

Yes.

When you're living in that kind of life, there's one thing that you are not, and that's joyful.

All right, let me tell you about Relief Factor.

Sharon wrote in about her experience with Relief Factor.

She says, after she had neck surgery in 2019, she said, I was left with a sensitivity and tenderness across my shoulder blades.

After three and a half weeks of Relief Factor, though, the constant tenderness in that area is finally gone.

Thank you so much, Relief Factor.

Sharon, I'm glad you got your life back with Relief Factor.

It feels good to get out of pain, I know, because it happened to me.

Don't give up hope.

Try Relief Factor.

See if that won't work.

Try it for three weeks.

They're three-week quick start.

You take it every day.

Take it as directed.

It's a supplement that is all natural, that helps your body get rid of the inflammation.

And it works like nothing else I've ever tried.

Relief Factor.

Let me give you something else that just

makes my eyes bleed.

This is from Michelle Obama.

Cut 55, please.

Here she is talking about

her family, and

they didn't trust rich people.

Listen to this.

That anyone can succeed if given the opportunity.

She and my father didn't aspire to be wealthy.

In fact, they were suspicious of folks who took more than they needed.

They understood that it wasn't enough for their kids to thrive if everyone else around us was drowning.

You know, I could handle this.

I could handle this if

she didn't just take three quarters of a million dollars to give a speech recently.

Three quarters of a million dollars to give a speech.

Now, God bless America.

If there are people out there that want to pay to listen to her three quarters of a million dollars, great.

She should take it.

But don't lecture me about taking more than you need.

I think that's probably more than you need.

Well, then again, maybe not, because you have four houses.

You have three people in your family.

So I guess the fourth house is a vacation house.

you know, and everybody lives in a separate mansion.

But don't lecture me.

She actually said that, you know, we're not part of that trust fund thing.

You just gave your daughter over $10 million in a trust fund.

So please, and how did you make your money?

How did you make your money?

You were poor when you went into the White House.

You were complaining about how you couldn't pay your student loans.

You were poor.

You are now worth over $70 million.

How did you make that money?

Was that in the private sector or was that in the public sector?

Did you make that money because you were connected to government?

Because you were president?

Because you were first lady?

Three quarters of a million dollars.

Please.

Don't tell me about how people just have to share.

They just have to know when enough is enough.

How much is enough for you, Michelle?

How much is enough for you?

Barack, how much?

Just give me a number.

Just give me a number.

70 million seems great.

Now, I would like to be able to strive to make more than that in my lifetime, but

I'm just a greedy capitalist.

You only need 70 million.

Glenn Beck.

So sick.

Back in the old days, you know, you could just shoot a horse thief, you know?

Times are a little rougher,

in some ways a little safer, though.

I mean, you didn't think about stealing your neighbor's stuff, did you?

Now we're more civilized, you know.

There are dire consequences if you shoot somebody.

I'm still a believer in the Second Amendment, but I'll be honest, I like having less lethal options available to me to protect protect my family and myself because I know what will happen if you are wrong and you pull the trigger and you kill somebody or you even just pull the trigger.

This is why the Berna launcher is an excellent addition to everything that falls under the Second Amendment.

This one is non-lethal.

It's great and legal in all 50 states.

If you're over 18, you can carry it anywhere without a license or permit.

You don't even have to declare it as a firearm if you pack it in your luggage and send it off on the plane.

It has tear gas and kinetic rounds.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

We're glad you're here.

I don't know if you heard this, but

our Commerce Secretary

was not familiar with the Bureau of Labor.

In an interview yesterday,

she was asked about the

job numbers and how there's

an 800,000

spinning down of those job numbers.

It looks like they didn't create

as many jobs as they said they did,

but they were only off between 800 and 1 million.

Oh, well, so she was asked about this, and here's what happened, cut 60.

When you hear that, do you potentially think that this new numbers could be a liability for this campaign?

No, when I hear that, first of all, I don't believe it because I've never heard Donald Trump say anything true.

it is though from the Bureau of Labor I don't I'm not familiar with that

you're not familiar with the Bureau of Labor

shouldn't you be

now I'm I think she's saying she's not familiar with that line from the Bureau of Labor but shouldn't you be uh yeah that doesn't make it any better no you're the commerce secretary commerce is like business you know what I mean

you're not familiar with the fact that they've been downgrading numbers more than they have in the like, I think in history.

Yeah, 800 at least in the,

yeah.

And they've done this several times before.

And each time they do it, they say, well, this is, this is, you know, this is common, but wow, that's a big number.

It hasn't been like that.

I mean, this is nuts.

Yeah, no, it is.

And of course, it's been a central pitch

for his campaign.

When I say him, I meant Biden because he actually, I don't know if you know this, Glenn won the primary for the Democratic Party this year.

So, yeah, it's an interesting new fact.

A lot of people don't know that.

But that was a big part of his argument as to why Bidenomics was working.

Now, they're in this weird pitch, as we were just discussing, that they're trying to say, well, yes, Bidenomics worked, but here are all the new things I'm going to do to fix things, even though I've been in office, but trust me, I'm going to fix all the things that I said are wrong with the country.

But those things are actually like, you know, inflation is really just the grocery stores and their 1.18%

profit margin.

That's what you really have to work out.

I mean, none of this makes any sense, okay?

But they are attempting to walk this line, and it's only possible thanks to the adulation of the media.

Let me just switch

subjects here.

Have you noticed how Tim Walls walks on stage?

Have you?

Oh, God.

I am really irritated by this guy, Glenn.

I don't know what it is.

Like, he actually irritates me more than Kamala Harris, somehow, which is really hard.

He's really annoying.

I think because of

the way people talk about him and how, like, you know, how the attention has been so universally positive, it's just really, really irritating.

I don't see how his persona is not grading on people.

I think it will eventually get there, but

when he's off screen, he's bad.

So that'll be these two.

Well, here he is.

This is night two of the DNC,

cut 13.

Governor Tim Walls.

My God.

He's pointing to his name, by the way, when he points up there.

It's fake.

This is so fake.

How do people not see this as fake?

There's nothing about this that says real.

He's well, no, he's joyful.

He's joyful.

He's not joyful.

This is an act.

This is someone, a bad actor, trying to show you what he thinks joyful looks like.

That's what that is.

So here is last night as he walks on to the stage of the DNC.

This has got 12.

Wow, well, I didn't expect people to be cheering for me when I walked out in front of a stadium.

It's so irritating.

How are people not bothered by this?

It's driving me crazy.

It's none of it is real.

The only thing that was real last night, the only part about it that I actually legitimately liked was his son.

His son was like so

over-the-top happy and just sobbing tears.

And I got to say, I liked that part of it.

You could tell it was very, very authentic.

Like, to the point that, you know, he's going to go to school tomorrow or whatever.

And his friends will probably bust on him because he was so over-the-top on it.

And I liked that.

I like the fact that he was really, really excited for his dad.

Outside of that, it was agonizing.

What did you think of Kamala's

stepdaughter?

Here's Kamala's stepdaughter, an interview about dad.

Go ahead.

This is my sister, Ella Evan Hoff.

Ella?

What do you think about your dad these days?

You know, I think he's a very empowering person, and I think we're really going to see that with his speech, which I feel like I'm going to cry.

I just have a little feeling.

Is it as weird to you as it is to me, turning the news on and seeing his goofy face on live television.

I don't think that'll ever be normal, you know?

I think it's one of those things that even like seeing Kamala on TV, I just,

it's like they're my parents.

They're just Doug and Kamala.

Oh Mr.

USA.

Doug in the flesh.

Dad in the flesh.

Daddy.

What are you up doing?

Dad, how are you feeling about your speech today?

I'm feeling great, but I gotta got to deliver.

I mean, you're kind of a natural at it, though.

Really?

Yes.

They're just like everyday people.

They're just like everyday people.

Yeah.

And of course, you know, the reason why he is currently married to the vice president and potentially former president is because he had an affair with his nanny, with his old wife, which is something they didn't bring up in the video or at the convention.

I didn't see any coverage of that whatsoever.

But, hey,

we all make weird.

Look at how much they have in common, though.

You know, she was

sleeping with

Willie Brown.

She was a married man, and

he was sleeping with their nanny.

Well, there's a big difference here, Glenn, which is the nanny did nothing to advance Doug Emhoff's career.

That's a much,

there's a huge gap in the comparison here, I will say.

Okay, all right, all right.

Well, I think that's fair.

All All right, let me

let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour.

It's Tunnel to Towers.

NYPD officer Jonathan Diller's tragic and shocking story made national headlines.

During a traffic stop, Jonathan was killed by a career criminal.

He was the first line of duty death for the NYPD in two years.

Throughout his three years of service, Jonathan made more than 70 arrests, was awarded as having excellent and meritorious police duty on on several occasions.

Jonathan, who is 31 years old, left behind his wife Stephanie and his one-year-old son, Ryan, and Ryan's brothers and sisters,

and all the brothers and sisters

in the blue.

At his funeral, Stephanie called Jonathan's death devastating and senseless.

She said, My husband died a hero, but he also lived as one.

So for this family, there's nothing that can replace, you know, dad, the husband.

But thanks to the kindness of friends just like you, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation was able to pay off their mortgage on the Diller family home.

Our fallen heroes and their families need help, and nobody is there.

Tunnel to Towers is stepping up.

Well, we're told our homes are going to be much more affordable if Kamala Harris gets into office.

And I definitely believe that.

But if you happen to own a home already and you're thinking to yourself, maybe I want to protect what I have, because it seems like people seem to be coming after it.

It's not just the government.

It's also

thieves, cyber thieves are coming after your title and they're doing this thing called home title theft where basically they get control of your title and then they go take out loans based on the equity that it's your money, but they claim it and then you get stuck with all of these issues.

It's not a fun process to go through.

If you do get hit with home title fraud, you're in big trouble.

You're going to wind up spending a ton of money to unwind it if you're able to unwind it at all.

So don't fall prey to these thieves.

Go to hometitalock.com and make sure your title is safe.

If you use the code Blaze, they're going to send you a complete scan of your home's title.

And the first 30 days of Triple Lock Home Title Protection are free.

And this is at home titlelock.com.

Promo code is Blaze.

Again, like when you're thinking about your financial future, You can think about your investments.

That's important.

You have to think about how much you're spending, how much income is coming in, how much is going out, and that's all a huge part of it.

But so many of us wind up depending on our homes and that equity for our retirement and our financial legacy.

Protect it.

Well, welcome to the Glenbeck program.

As we look at all of the news of the day,

I'm just

a little overwhelmed by the things that are coming out.

And there's some good news, too.

RFK

is expected to drop out of the race on Friday and endorse Donald Trump.

They're both in Arizona, so they'll be appearing together.

I talked to J.D.

Vance about that earlier this morning, and you're going to hear the interview coming up in just a few minutes.

But he had a really tight schedule, so we did it really early this morning.

And he had a lot of interesting things to say.

And I asked him about Elon Musk and RFK Jr.

What do you think RFK Jr.

would be good

at

and not be too crazy?

I'm not the right person to ask that question to,

Glenn.

I don't think he would be good at anything, frankly.

I mean, that doesn't mean that he doesn't have some views that are correct, but

I wouldn't trust him at all.

This is a political play and a smart one by Donald Trump if he does give him something.

You know, I mean, clearly, he's playing the politics of it right.

But I think the reason why he's coming to Donald Trump's side is not because he agrees with Donald Trump on more issues or any of that sort.

It's because Kamala Harris didn't take his phone calls.

I mean, he went that way first.

It was widely reported.

She didn't want to do it.

And she's going to, you know, he's just, you know, look,

he's a candidate.

He is who he is.

I think in this particular situation, Donald Trump is very wise to

embrace him

because we are very close to catching.

If he actually campaigns for him, for Donald Trump, not just an endorsement, but actually campaigns for Donald Trump, I think that could be very helpful.

Yeah, look, I think you're right.

And I think you have a, look, he's about 5.6% in the polls.

You You know, if you can win that 5.6%, like let's say, you know, 4 to 1.6, it's a massive difference, right?

I mean, I don't know that that's going to happen, but it would be massively important to Donald Trump and might, you know, turn the tide in multiple states.

So you, you know, it's, I'm, I'm, I'm shocked Kamala Harris didn't embrace him, frankly.

Oh, I'm not.

I am.

If you betray them, you're dead to them.

Yeah, but power is on the line.

And that's why I'm surprised.

Power is on the line, and they could have thrown him in some environmental role and got policy probably as extreme or more than they actually have.

I would actually like to see, you know, they keep talking about HHS,

and I'd rather not have him around

healthcare.

But

I don't think he'd be bad at the intelligence stuff.

He despises the intelligence.

He thinks his dad and his uncle,

at least his uncle, was killed by, you know, the spy agencies.

Right.

But like, again, is this, you just, we had Gerald Posner on the other day, who wrote an entire book on this and made a very convincing case that a lot of what RFK Jr., not

specifically, but a lot of what RFK Jr.

says about those topics is not true.

Do you want that?

Despite the fact that he might be right

in general direction on some of these topics,

he's very erratic when it comes to, I mean, this is, you know, he's very erratic when it comes to his thinking on a lot of these issues.

I don't know what he would do well.

Honestly,

thinking just from the very base political aspects of this, it doesn't really matter.

I mean, if he's not going to do a good job when he's in office,

you just limit him and you put walls all around him.

Whatever.

I mean, I think Trump and the campaign is looking at this and saying, whatever we have to do to

get voters here, we'll do.

And look, you give him an opportunity to do a good job, but if he doesn't do a good job, you have all the power in the world to stop him.

What do you think about Elon Musk

coming in and

being

kind of overseeing all of the cuts

to the government?

I get mixed on Elon Musk on different topics, but this thing, this idea that he is

not the person

who will

stop himself from saying what the right cuts should be.

The one thing you take from the biography about him that came out earlier, what was it, Walter Isaacson, his biography that came out earlier this year, is that that is, I think, what he's best at.

He doesn't care.

He doesn't feel bad for

the people who have been working at this job that is not needed anymore and that is exactly what our government needs and I it is you might feel bad for them when they lose their job but you have the balls to stand up and say this job should not exist anymore and we need to go I have to tell you he and I think he's the one guy that Americans will

be most likely to accept that from yeah you know if it's a political guy that is making the cuts they're going to just say this is somehow or another they're going to turn it into fascism

you know, cutting the size of the government.

Yeah, that's so fascistic.

But he won't be political and he is respected by the American people.

You know, they haven't destroyed him yet.

Not fully.

And they're working on it.

Right.

Now, if he takes a role in the Trump administration, they will turn that heat up even more.

But, you know, if you read that book and you look at Elon's history,

100% he should be part of the administration of the guy who previously was most famous for saying, you're fired over and over again.

Like, that is absolutely where he should be.

And the government needs it more than any company in the United States needs it.

I mean, Tesla is a pretty nimble company.

And the fact that he was still finding cuts and improvements there is remarkable.

If he brought that into the government, he'd never be able to go to sleep again before he came up with the amount of cuts needed to make this thing sane.

You know, he doesn't have an assistant.

He doesn't have an executive assistant.

His executive assistant

was

working hard, wanted a big raise.

And he said, you know what?

Before I do that,

go and take a vacation.

I'm going to do it myself.

Take a couple of weeks off.

I'll do it myself for a couple of weeks.

When you get back, we can talk.

Well, he did it himself for a couple of weeks and he realized I don't need the assistant.

And so she got back and he said, yeah, I'm doing it myself.

So

I'm just going to cut the position.

I mean,

the guy is ruthless when it comes to cutting.

And that is exactly the kind of person we need looking at our government, going, nope, this program just has to go.

There's nothing to it.

Cut, cut, cut, cut, cut.

And if you cut too much, and this is what Elon says about Tesla, we'll keep cutting, and then if we find out later we need something back, we'll add it.

Yep.

You can do that.

Approve these things one by one, government, I dare you.

The Glenn Beck program.

Do you like the bird flu?

Because, I mean, who doesn't?

Birds are loving it.

Birds are getting it.

Bees are getting it.

It's a new day, I tell you right.

Welcome to the fusion

of entertainment

and enlightenment.

and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Hello, America.

What a show.

We have JD Vance coming on in just a second.

Also,

we have the one and only Tucker Carlson coming on.

We got a lot happening.

We get right to it in 60 seconds first.

Once in a while, you really get lucky in the marketplace, and then you discover a company that not only earns your business through a great product and great customer service and great pricing, but it's it's one that you're proud of doing business with and that's exactly how I feel about Patriot Mobile.

I love their product.

I love their service.

I love their prices and I'm proud to partner with them because I really like the people and what they do and what they stand for.

First of all, talk about service.

You're going to get the same service, you know, the same coverage because they're on the same towers as big mobile companies.

And they also afford great service.

Everybody is from America.

Most of them, I think, are from Texas.

And so, you know, that's always a plus.

And you're going to save money.

Now, they're going to take some of that money that they make, their profits, and they're investing it into causes and organizations that are actually fighting for America, fighting for the First Amendment, Second Amendment, you know, even the third.

They don't want any quartering of horses, I'll tell you that right now, or quartering of soldiers.

Here's the

Here's the thing.

I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile right now because you're helping out the country and you're going to save money.

You'll get a whole month for free if you sign up today.

So just go to patriotmobile.com/slash back.

That's patriotmobile.com/slash back or call 972-Patriot for your free month of service.

972-PATRIOOTS.

So he had a busy schedule, but we wanted to get him on the program today.

So J.D.

Vance and I spoke earlier this morning so he could get on the road.

And we talked

about

the convention for the Democrats and the vision.

Here's what happened.

When you see that they say they have a bold vision for America, have you heard that vision yet?

No, I really haven't, Glenn.

And here's the weird thing about all this is you have the entire Democratic campaign running on a kind of collective amnesia where they say that Kamala Harris will do this thing on day one or Kamala Harris has a vision to accomplish that thing.

And then you realize that Kamala Harris has been the vice president for three and a half years, and she has affirmatively made all of these problems worse, not better, during her time in office, right?

So you can't say Kamala Harris is going to secure the border because she opened it up.

You can't say Kamala Harris is going to lower inflation because she cast the deciding vote.

on programs that increased inflation.

So I think that this is just not something that the American people buy.

And final observation, Glenn, and again, I haven't seen the whole thing, but there's a lot of talk about unity.

And I remember the old editor's trope of show, don't tell.

So they're telling a lot about unity, but they're actually, in the rest of their remarks, they're showing a very dark vision of half the country, where they basically say, if you vote for Donald Trump because you want to change in this country's direction, you're a bad person.

And if you don't see that he's anti-immigrant and anti-black and anti-woman, then you're a bad person.

You can't win an election telling Americans that they're bad people because they want to pay lower costs for groceries and housing.

You win an election by persuading people.

And I haven't seen a whole lot of that at the DNC.

But

I wonder, though, with the power of the press in lockstep like they are.

I've never seen anything like this.

I mean, for instance, it was the Democrats that

are now saying that Kamala is going to fix the economy, but it's those same Democrats that were telling us a month ago that you're a conspiracy theorist or you just don't get it if you think the economy is bad because the economy is fine.

So

how do you win

and get your argument heard when 80% of the news is bad on you and 88% on them is great?

You know, I think we just have to keep on telling our story and telling the truth, Glenn.

And that's something we do through paid media, commercials, digital advertising, and so forth.

And it's something we do in the mainstream media, even though they're not fair.

You know, I did five interviews last night with NBC, ABC, CNN, CBS, and so forth.

And I think that the one thing that really differentiates President Trump and me from our opponents is we're willing to take our message to hostile media.

And so, yeah, they're going to be critical of what we say afterwards, but we're at least able to get the message out there because we're willing to engage.

And, you know, Glenn, you raise a really important point here, which is that if you're an American citizen and you've paid attention to this election, you'd be forgiven for having a headache from the ricocheting message of the Democratic Party.

A month ago, it was the Biden economy was great.

Don't believe your lion eyes.

Just vote for Joe Biden.

And now it's, yes, the economy is terrible, but Kamala Harris, who's been vice president for three and a half years, is going to come in and fix the whole thing.

It just

makes sense.

Let me switch to, I know you're going to be in Georgia today, and you're going to be talking about crime and the border.

But if you look at every single Western country, especially England, Sweden, Germany, France, every one of them have a problem with

what they call refugees.

I would call them illegal aliens.

And people are noticing that they're destroying the culture, the finances, crime is skyrocketing.

This isn't a Biden-Harris problem alone.

This seems to be happening in every Western country.

Is this the result of a global deep state?

Well, I think it's certainly the result of a very suicidal set of ideas, which suggests that if you want to have any control on immigration in your own country, you are a bad person, you're a racist, et cetera, et cetera.

And what this has led to is European nations and, of course, the United States being unwilling to control our borders when at least half of our political leadership just doesn't believe in it.

And I think that we just have to, you know, get back to some basic common sense here.

You don't hate anybody, but you don't necessarily want the entire world to become part of your country.

And you may even believe that a country can assimilate some measure, you know,

some measure of immigration, but that doesn't mean you can have everybody, right?

It's one thing for the United States to take in a few hundred thousand people.

It's another thing to take in 3 million people, and it's another thing to take in 30 million people, which is probably the current best estimate of the number of illegal aliens we have.

And it's just preposterous to me that Democrats don't acknowledge this basic reality.

And yes, you're right, whether it's in Europe or the United States, it's led to higher crime.

It's led to a lot of innocent victims that don't need to have suffered what they've suffered.

And it's led, I think, really to a real backlash

against our leaders and justifiably so.

Let me take you to the Secret Service for a second.

Yesterday, the New York Post

reported that he was using encrypted messaging, and he had accounts on various platforms located in Belgium, New Zealand, and Germany.

Are you it's been a month.

Are you

and

President Trump satisfied with the investigation and the way it's going and the information that we have and haven't gotten?

No, certainly not.

I know I'm not.

And I will say this as, you know, somebody who newly has a Secret Service detail.

And I think the guys that I've worked with are just the consummate professionals.

They're great people and they're doing a good job.

There clearly needs to be some better understanding of what broke about the leadership in the wake of President Trump's assassination attempt.

And this is frankly on Congress.

It's on Chuck Schumer's United States Senate.

And it's on the Biden administration to get to the bottom of what mistakes were made, right?

Maybe the mistakes were not intentional.

You never know, of course, until you do the actual investigation.

But you have to have a real investigation.

And if I'm looking at this from the perspective of America's citizens, I'd be demanding that Kamala Harris, who's the vice president of the United States, actually gets to the bottom of this and empowers her government to do a real investigation that just has not happened yet.

You know, you would think that they would be interested, that every politician would be interested in this, especially if you have Secret Service protection.

If it is just a flawed system and a series of just bad calls and mistakes,

your life is at stake.

And you would think that everyone would be

interested in making sure that, you know, no mistakes were made

again.

No, that's exactly right.

I mean, again, you don't know, was it a couple guys who screwed up?

Was it something more systematic?

Was it something about the processes or the procedures?

These are the sorts of things where we always believe in democratic government that sunshine is the best disinfectant.

And so we really do have to have, I think, a more honest accounting of what went wrong.

Obviously, some of the leadership has faced some pressure, but that's not really what we're talking about.

We're talking about a real investigation.

I know Ron Johnson, my colleague from Wisconsin, a great friend, has really looked into this aggressively.

He's trying to get to the bottom of it.

But when you're a minority senator in the minority party, there's only so much you can do.

Frankly, if Chuck Schumer and Kamala Harris made this a priority, we would know everything we needed to know a month from now.

It's interesting to me that RFK is coming on probably tomorrow and endorsing.

And then you also have Elon Musk saying that he would like a position to be in charge of cutting.

Is there serious discussion about Elon Musk coming on?

And with RFK, where do you think he would be best?

Yeah, so try not to put the cart too much before the horse with Elon, of course, because I think he's a genius and I think he could help us a great deal, but we have to win the election first, of course, before we give Elon any positions or any titles here.

I think RFK

really

could do a lot for us on questions of, you know, we had 8,000 veterans, I believe, maybe more, that we kicked out of the military because they refused to take a vaccine.

I'd love for RFK to take a look at that, but I haven't talked to him.

I don't know what he's interested in.

I think the best signal that RFK can send is, look, the Kennedy Democratic Party has transformed into the open borders high-inflation Kamala Harris Democratic Party.

And if you're like my grandparents, I I mean, I was raised by blue dog, socially conservative Democrats, Glenn.

If you're like my grandparents, the Kennedy Democrats are now going for Donald J.

Trump and the Republicans.

And I think that's a powerful message to send to the American people that the old Democratic Party was a great thing, a great institution.

We didn't have to agree with it all the time, but they were patriotic people.

They are no longer welcome in this crazy new thing that Kamala Harris is in charge of.

You know, I'm really appreciative that you

came out and said nice things about your particular opponent who has been really raking you over the coals and

everything else, and that we had an honest conversation about actual politics and not nonsense.

And I think the American people appreciate that.

I know.

You know, I appreciate that, Glenn.

Yeah, I appreciate that, Glenn.

And look, I've certainly tried to keep this focused on policy.

Look, I mean, Tim Waltz has got some problems, clearly.

He's lied about his service record.

I think his integrity is very much in question here.

So there are certainly things that we should focus on in his record.

But fundamentally, the problem is not Tim Walls, it's Kamala Harris and the lack of judgment she selected or she showed in selecting a guy who's been dishonest about his service record.

And I think that we have to keep the pressure on Kamala Harris because the media is trying to lie about her.

We have to correct the record.

Well, thank you very much.

Stay safe and stay on the right track.

Thank you so much, JD.

Thanks, Clennam.

See ya.

You know, he also talked talked about

Met Kamala Harris is going to get us into a nuclear war.

And it is a little terrifying.

This is a very serious time in America.

Let me talk to you a little about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

Remember back in the good old days when support for Israel was pretty much a bipartisan issue.

It wasn't all that long ago that even the Democrats wouldn't have put up with pro-Hamas protesters.

I mean, what I'm seeing in the streets of

Chicago is absolutely amazing.

They are talking about the destruction of Israel, the killing, wholesale killing of Jews,

and the destruction of America.

And nobody seems to be interested.

Well, I am.

And I'm taking a stand and I'm joining with anyone who will join with me.

I'm not going to fight Israel's war, but I know what's right.

I know who's on the right side.

And it's not Hamas.

It's not Hezbollah.

It's not Iran.

The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been on the forefront in Israel since the beginning of the war and way before that.

They address the needs of the most vulnerable.

And I've partnered with them, and I would love you to partner as well.

The life-saving donation that you could give could provide emergency food as well as critical security needs.

They need things like flak jackets and firefighting equipment and armored vehicles and bomb shelters.

I mean, the need is great over there.

You know,

there's nothing better than standing up for what you believe and standing up for Israel and doing it in a peaceful way.

And this is the way to do it.

They're looking for 500 of my listeners to join the fellowship and me, donate $150 and meet these urgent security needs.

Thanks to a generous IFCJ

donation and supporter, your gift is going to be be matched, so it will double the impact in the Holy Land.

You don't want to miss the DNC roast tonight.

While the elites at the DNC are busy patting themselves on the back, the so-called official and dignified event, Blaze Media is doing what we do best, calling out the absurdity with good old-fashioned truth-telling and maybe a little roasting as well.

I don't know if you've seen any of our coverage on

the DNC, but just generally speaking, so many of us are so frustrated.

It's just funny.

Uh, but tonight we're bringing in the comedians, uh, Dave Landau, who is an absolute riot, uh, Alex Stein, Sarah Gonzalez, uh, Stu Bregier, and Bridget Fetesy.

Uh, I'm gonna be giving my uh take on Kamala Harris's uh speech, which means I have to watch it.

I'll watch it so you don't have to, okay?

Uh, join me right after the speech and the DNC.

I'm to be talking about it, and then it's going to the roaster.

It's a wonderful disaster, wonderful disaster that only takes place on Blaze media.

We'll cover it the right way.

So grab your popcorn, settle in.

Join us tonight as we take on the, well, I mean,

what some would say are the drunk narcissistic

cacklers.

I don't know who we're talking about there, but

DNC for the normies tonight on Blaze, 9 p.m.

Eastern.

You don't want to miss it.

Yeah, and right after that, we'll also be going live on youtube.com/slash studosamerica for extended analysis and mockery.

It's going to be a fun night, actually, because I don't know.

You can't watch this stuff and not mock it and laugh at it.

But it is, of course,

you're basically just laughing through the tears at this point.

I know.

You know, I was talking to somebody the other day, and they said

that they work with a lot of 20-somethings and

they don't seem to get it

because they heard as I heard this is the most important election of your life it's the most important election of your life and they don't really because they haven't been taught what America really was just before 9-11 and what it should be and what our Bill of Rights means and everything else, that they're not seeing the danger

that people like you and I see when we say, This is your last chance.

This is it.

The fundamental transformation of America happens

beginning in November.

If they win, because they're already in office, they won't care anymore.

You can see how they don't care about the truth.

You know, you listen to them.

If you are a reasonable,

a reasonably reasonably um

uh

up-to-date individual on the news okay you just pay attention to the news uh you know you can see the lies and they're just they're just

they're so bold in telling them now

uh and they're also bold in telling you that you know we're socialists we're socialists last night tim walls said uh not only universal health care but universal housing is a right.

That's directly from the Soviet Union's Constitution.

That's a massive change.

It changes our entire system, just that one line.

And they have no problem saying it out loud.

So if you don't think that America is on the ropes, you're fooling yourself.

And I, I, I.

You know, if you are one of those people, would you call in?

Because I'd love to talk to you.

I just want to pick your brain and

see what I'm missing that you seem to have a hold on.

But 888-727-BECK, we'll try to squeeze your phone call in.

We have Tucker Carlson coming up in just a minute.

We also have Ken Paxton,

the Attorney General from Texas, who is now investigating

voter fraud.

uh and the um the effort for voter fraud and and signing up illegals to vote We'll talk to him in a few minutes.

It's an amazing thing to watch.

And, you know, look, we are so sort of cordoned off, I guess, in our little, you know, digital silos that maybe these people never hear any of this stuff.

Maybe they don't understand it.

And they're all voting clearly with emotion.

But, I mean, it's just no excuse.

If you don't have the time, look, it's no problem if you don't have the time to investigate these issues and know anything about them.

Don't vote, though, if you don't know anything about them.

If you haven't spent 15 minutes thinking about these issues over the past four years, maybe skip this election.

Yeah, I will tell you that

the problem is a little deeper than that, though.

I mean, my wife is very well informed.

She listens to the show every day.

She listens to the news

probably more than I do.

And

I think she's a little skeptical that, you know, this is it.

This is it.

But I'm telling you, this is it.

Glenn Beck.

Sometimes sleep is really hard.

You wouldn't think so.

You know, something so simple would be so difficult to accomplish.

But at the end of the day, you just want to put your head down on the pillow and go to sleep.

Sometimes life has other plans.

And

you've got one of those nights, you might as well buckle yourself in for just tossing and turning and just being, at least I get a little frustrated in the middle of the night just punching my pillow.

Okay, I got to roll over once again.

This time I'm going to go to sleep.

The roast of Kamala Harris and the DNC tonight, blazetv.com/slash Glem.

The code is Fight, Fight, Fight for 30 bucks off.

Let's say hello to the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and then to your phone calls.

Ken is announced, I think, yesterday, that he is launching

an investigation into reports that organizations may be illegally registering non-citizens to vote in the great state of Texas.

Ken, how are you, sir?

Good morning.

I'm doing well.

It's another beautiful day in Texas, but we're off to the races trying to figure out what's going on with illegal voting.

Okay, so tell me, because I know Maria Bartolomo

mentioned that she had some information or whatever.

Is there more information on this than Maria that is causing you concern?

Yeah, I mean, we're very concerned because we know that there's...

I sent, I already know,

we've sent police officers from my office out to do sting operations we're not done with our investigation but we know that these nonprofits are registering on state property on on you know state police property where they are where we are actually registering people with for their driver's licenses and then they get registered to vote automatically unless they're not qualified and then we have these little nonprofits outside registering those who are not qualified and so that's the concern why are they why are they out there if the actual registrations are occurring inside state property?

And then what's the necessity for allowing nonprofits on state property to register other people?

Who would they be registering other than people who are not qualified?

So they're going in for their driver's license or whatever, and

that's when, you know, motor voter, and you can register in there.

Well, not only that,

one of the things that I think has occurred is the federal government is giving out social security numbers so that people can get driver's licenses in states, and then they use that.

Oftentimes, in most states, that'll get you your voting, too.

In Texas, we have a little more verification, so they're having a little harder time getting

their ability to vote, but that's how they're getting their driver's license.

So

how are we going to stop this?

That's what I'm trying to do right now.

I'm trying to communicate to as many people as I can.

I hope other states will follow, that there's a price to pay.

It's illegal to vote illegally.

I mean,

there are a lot of people.

They were brought in on day one, Joe Biden announced that he he wasn't going to deport people.

Why would he announce that on day one?

Why is that the most important thing that he has to announce on his first day of his administration?

It's because this was the plan.

Tell the cartels to get people here as fast as possible, as many as possible.

We're not going to make them hide anymore.

They don't have to run from Border Patrol.

They get to come to Border Patrol, be placed in the right states, moved around, taken care of.

So what?

What do they get?

Why was this such an important initiative from the Biden administration?

Because they wanted their vote.

They want to fix the election so that we have a one-party country that we can't fix.

So the message for me is, you know what?

You may think you're going to get away with this, but we can still prosecute you for illegal voting.

And if you participate in a scheme to encourage people to illegal vote, you can go to jail in Texas for a long time.

My guess is that other states have similar laws and other AGs need to be out speaking.

Other governors need to be speaking about that, that there is a consequence so that the illegals are aware, hey, it's not just a free vote.

You know, we just get to go vote illegally and there's no problem.

You are taking a risk and we want them to know that.

So the oversight project.

It's too late to fix the law.

I mean, that's the problem.

We don't have, there's only three states that have laws that require proof of citizenship.

And unfortunately, as you know, we have a guy named Dade Phelan, a Republican, that killed our bill that would have required proof of citizenship.

He did that for the Democrats.

But we don't have the protections in our states because no one anticipated that the federal government would work around the laws to try to get illegals to vote.

but here we are.

And that's why we have to now send the message since we don't have the legal protections in place in the states, and our own federal government is working at odds with our Republican form of government, our constitutional government.

We have to send the message out from the states: hey, illegals, this is not a free ride.

If we catch you, we're going to prosecute you.

The Oversight Project

did

a survey among non-citizens.

14% of the non-citizens they spoke to admitted being registered to vote.

In Georgia alone, there is an estimated 339,000 non-citizens.

If 14% proportion, if that holds true statewide, that would be 47,000 registered non-citizens.

Joe Biden won the state of Georgia by less than 12,000 in 2020.

If this is going on, then

there is no election.

That's exactly my point.

And that's exactly why we don't have a lot of time.

We can't,

they planned this for years and they're deceptive and they're deceitful in how they've done it.

And they've done it with the force of the federal government, just ramroding this through, you know, places like Texas and Florida.

And we're just in a, we're at a disadvantage because we don't have a lot of time.

And that's why it's so important for us to get the message out to the illegal community.

If you're part of that 47,000 registered, guess what?

If you vote and we catch you, we're going to prosecute you.

And it's not that hard to catch.

We'll eventually figure it out and we can prosecute you.

So if I'm listening to this, Ken, I'm thinking

that

it's done already.

I mean, why even go out and vote?

What would you say to that person?

I would say to that person, you've got to go out.

As a matter of fact, I wish more people would go out and vote because if the American public would go out and vote and they would pay attention to what's actually going on and go vote for the right things

for the constitutional form of government that was given to us over 200 years ago, they couldn't beat us with illegal voting.

They couldn't get enough people here.

If the American population would get out and vote in higher numbers, we could still beat them

even with all the cheats.

Right.

I will tell you, just Christians alone, if half the Christians voted,

it would change the world.

It would absolutely change the world.

But too many people stay at home.

Ken, do we have enough people looking and monitoring the polls?

Do you know?

Have you followed that at all?

No, I mean, this is a major issue because you've got so many polling locations around the country.

And the problem is the places that they're going to cheat the most are in the big cities, which are controlled by democratic machines

where they have planned out the cheating, just like they did with mail-in ballots.

And by the way, I know for a fact that they cheated in mail-in-ballots across the country.

That whole scheme was done in Texas, and we stopped it.

So

I knew before it happened what the plan was because I could see it happening right in front of my eyes.

We just happened to go fight it, unlike George and Arizona, Republican states that decided not to fight it.

And guess what happened to them?

They lost.

So

this is the plan.

Steal as many elections,

get control so we have a one-party country that Barack Obama can control and tell who decide who's going to do what

it's amazing to me that the DOJ

last Friday requested the Supreme Court to

stop the Republicans

in their effort to enforce an Arizona law that requires that people prove they're U.S.

citizens when registering and voting in elections.

The DOJ

is trying to stop the enforcement of a state law.

I'm not surprised, Glenn.

That's exactly what you'd expect from the Department of Justice.

And the FBI have been corrupted.

And it started, I'm convinced, back in the Obama administration, they started putting their people in.

And their goal is the same goal that I've just stated.

A one-party country where it looks like we have elections, but the reality is they've got so many of them rigged because once they get control, once they're in charge of the state, they change all the election laws.

So everything is now mail-in ballot, which is unmonitored, right?

It's the most unsafe voting you could possibly do.

You just mail them in, and we don't know who sent them in.

So that's the goal, to create an unstable election system that they control.

And that way, it looks like we're all voting.

But the reality is they're deciding who the Republicans are and who the Democrats are because they pick.

I think if Donald Trump wins, the left is going to set this country on fire.

If

Kamala Harris wins

and it smells like fraud, what does our side do?

You know, that's a really good question.

We,

you know, we have constitutional rights, but if they're being abused,

we have to have a government that responds to our inalienable rights.

That's the Declaration of Independence.

I don't know where we are at in that process, but if it turns out that we can't have fair elections anymore and we don't have a constitutional republic, we're in a whole new ballgame that I don't know what you do, but

it's not the government that was put here 200 and you know over 200 years ago.

I hope the AGs

talk.

I I know you guys all do.

I hope you all talk about

what should happen because that word should get out before,

you know, or the day of

when, you know,

before people just lose their minds and do stupid stuff.

Because

this government will crack down hard.

No, there's no doubt about it.

And, you know,

let's just hope that there's enough information out there that there's not enough illegal voting and that we can come close, closer anyway, to having a fair election because we didn't have it last time.

And I just hope we can get there this time because there's no way that

I don't think there's any way that Kamala Harris wins unless there is fraud.

Yeah.

One last question.

Do you think they're going to this judge in New York is going to put Donald Trump in jail in September?

It would not surprise me.

Look, they've done everything they can to distort the elections, to distort the free process.

Isn't it a strange thing that this president has never been a criminal, but suddenly he's been indicted in four different places right when he's running, that suddenly he became,

it's just like a surprise, right?

Suddenly, Donald Trump became just a multifaceted

national criminal.

And so, yes, this was part of the plan.

It would not surprise me if he puts him in prison.

They'll do the most extreme things and hope that they can dominate the elections by perverting what we should have here, which is due process, fair judicial systems, and fair elections.

Unbelievable.

Thank you, sir.

I appreciate it.

Hello, Jamie.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.

Hey, how are you doing, Glenn?

Very good.

You spoke to me, so I thought I'd call in.

Not to give you an exact explanation.

I'm a Minnesota resident, not a huge fan of walls,

but I'm also a double cringer.

So

it makes it difficult to know what to do and find the truth.

I'm a financial guy.

I do a podcast called the Rational Trader Podcast.

And a couple weeks ago, I noted how I believed Donald Trump was the most dangerous man in America, and not for the things you hear the left screaming about, but mainly

his policies or ideas with respect to the Federal Reserve and cryptocurrency, I think, would be disastrous.

And those two things alone could be the things that throw this country into a depression.

The strong dollar should be

glorified and protected at all costs.

And

it requires an independent Federal Reserve and an elimination of what I think is a fraudulent currency.

So

for those

Jamie, I mean, I don't mean any offense here at all, but I'm glad you're not my economic advisor.

The Federal Reserve, if you think that Donald Trump is more dangerous with the Federal Reserve than these people people who are absolutely in bed and tying all of the environmental policies right directly into the Treasury and the Federal Reserve, you're sadly mistaken.

And the most important thing that we need a president to do is to make sure that there is no central bank digital currency.

If you give the central bank and the Federal Reserve the opportunity to have a digital currency issued by them and them alone, which is what they are trying to do, and the Democrats want it.

And Donald Trump has said there will be no federal coin.

There's no Fed coin.

He won't allow that to happen.

I think that the Fed coin

is

the most

evil

thing that could be introduced.

It will control absolutely everything you do, everywhere you go, what you say,

all of it.

All of it.

It is, I think, you know, the technology that the beast will use for the mark of the beast.

It is a dangerous door, and Donald Trump is the only one that will keep that door closed.

Jamie, thank you for calling in.

Thank you.

Back in a minute.

How are you?

Tucker, are you there?

Oh my gosh.

Here it is again.

Are you there?

Hello?

I'm right here.

Sorry.

I'm grateful to be here.

So thank you.

Yeah.

Thank you.

I'm excited to see you in, when is it, September 7th, I think, in Salt Lake City?

It's so funny.

We're doing this tour, and I'm thinking, like, okay,

I would love to bring people on.

I know all these smart people, but there aren't many people who can perform in front of a live audience.

It's a very different kind of person.

Anyway,

you were literally the first person I thought, oh, man.

No, it's not doing it.

It's really nice to have you.

No,

I appreciate the invite.

It's going to be fun.

It's going to be in Salt Lake City, the Delta Center.

You know how many seats that has?

I have no idea.

Tucker?

I'm

overwhelmed by it.

I haven't looked.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

It's big.

Yeah, it's big.

Delta Center,

September 7th.

You can get the tickets at tuckercarlson.com, TuckerCarlson.com.

So, Tucker, I haven't talked to you in a couple of weeks or a few weeks, and

I would love your overall take on the insanity that we have seen

the attempted assassination to today.

What are your thoughts?

What the hell is happening?

Actually,

it really is like a car crash.

You know, everyone's been in a car, anyone who's been in a car crash or any kind of unexpected traumatic event knows it takes months to sort of reconstruct what happened.

That's how I feel about what we've seen in the past six weeks.

from the debate where it was just obvious four minutes in that Biden, that everything we suspected about Biden was true, that he could not continue, that he couldn't run the country, that he hadn't been running the country, and that he would be taken off the ticket.

That was just immediately obvious to me.

Then watching the coordinated media response to that, where you realize, well, wait a second, Dana Bash was in on this.

All her colleagues at CNN, MSNBC, like they had their marching orders, they put them into effect.

And then you thought, well, wait, everything is fake.

And I think a lot of people had begun to suspect that over the last few years when it became clear, say, the CIA was playing a meaningful role in our domestic elections.

Like, that's

no one really thought, no one, well, I'll speak for myself, I didn't really think that could be happening.

And I thought maybe only wackos thought it could happen, but then it turned out to be confirmed.

But when that

debate happened and the media, as one, acting as one as they always do, basically kicked Joe Biden off the ticket in the first six minutes after the debate, you realized, wait a second, like there's a whole level of control, of governance that is immune from voters.

Like

we have no role in this at all.

Voting just plays no role in this.

We're not privy to the plan.

And my gosh, you know, at the very deepest level, there is a conspiracy, maybe unarticulated, maybe a conspiracy of like-minded temperament or instinct or whatever, but it's definitely coordinated to disempower the rest of us on behalf of like the people already in charge and then everything that happened since then confirmed it trump you know the biden administration allows trump to get shot whether intentionally or not it's kind of irrelevant they allowed it having spent you know an awful lot of time at events with secret service i know you have as well over 30 years that what they allowed to happen that day you know they allowed that So and then you realize that Secret Service is corrupt.

So if you have a country where the Secret Service, the presidential bodyguard, the Praetorian Guard of the President, is corrupt as a political instrument, and it joins the CIA and FBI and the entire DOJ and ATF and every three-letter agency.

They're all working on behalf of a political party or the ruling cabal that controls that political party.

I mean, that is just so bewildering that you think, well, what is true?

What is this organization?

Who runs it?

Who's been running the government for the past four years?

Well,

that's what I

have

asked that question of everybody I know, and nobody seems to have an answer.

If you look at what's happening over in Europe with their illegal problem or their refugees and how the governments over there are responding to the people, and you see it's exactly the same problems, it's exactly the same laws, the same responses, the same media response, and then you know that Joe Biden is incapable.

Who the hell has been the president?

Who is running this country?

Well, and what you're seeing around the world is really not around the world.

It's just in traditionally Christian countries.

It's in the West.

It's in Christendom.

It's not happening in Asia.

It's not happening in Singapore.

It's not happening in Lagos, Nigeria.

It's not happening, of course, in China or Japan.

These are still ethno-states.

No one contests their right to be that.

But it's happening in the historic homeland of Christianity from Scandinavia

really all the way to Hungary and Central Europe is beyond the border.

They held the line.

But everywhere else, Ireland?

I mean, what did Ireland do to deserve this?

But the same thing is happening everywhere.

And you think, well,

is this a conspiracy?

Is it a manifestation of spiritual warp?

That's my conclusion.

I have no real evidence, but I don't see another explanation that makes sense.

I don't know.

But it's all happening at once.

As you said, exactly the same thing.

It's much bigger than just the refugee agencies pushing people in because they're liberal and the media supporting them because they're liberal too.

This is the end of a civilization.

And like, why?

Why would you want to destroy that civilization, which they are doing, and probably to the point where it kind of can't be fixed in any recognizable form?

Because demographics really is kind of the core question of a society.

Who lives in the country?

That's the basic question.

And

I don't know.

I guess this is a very long answer to a short question, but I just would sum it up by saying it's so big, it's so bewildering, it's so distressing that it's kind of shut my brain down.

And I'm only now trying to figure out, you know, what do you do?

How do you respond to this?

What does it mean?

I don't want to.

Yeah.

I've been saying for the last couple of weeks, you know, as I saw this whole thing unfold and know how close we are to the edge, that this may be the last election.

And I don't even know if it'll be free and fair, but it'll be the last election in the country as we know it or have known it.

And it's your kind of your last call.

I mean, if you if you vote for Harris Biden,

it is, or I mean, Harris walls,

you are,

you're pulling the

trigger of socialism and authoritarianism.

I mean, it's all there and they're saying it out in the open.

And I'm hearing from 20-somethings that are saying, oh, you guys always say that it's going to be the most important election of your life and it's not that bad.

How bad is it, Tucker?

Well,

I don't think it's political for one thing.

So I don't think it's even worth thinking in terms of like the election or whatever.

It's like the changes coming to the United States are in progress in the United States and then in Western Europe, again, all the way to the Hungarian border, you know, sort of Austria-West, but also New Zealand, also Australia, also Canada, you know, the Anglosphere, the European world.

Like it,

the changes are so big and so

profound and permanent that I, you know, I don't even...

I don't really know anybody who fully understands what's going on.

And I spend my entire life trying to find people who do and talk to them.

So,

you know,

I don't know, but I think we should all be thinking in much, much bigger terms than we are.

I mean, I don't think the 2020 election was free and fair.

Of course, it wasn't.

You can't have a democracy with censorship by definition.

You don't have to even worry about electronic voting machines to know that was not a free and fair election.

If you don't have access to the information required to cast an informed vote, then the election is rigged.

I mean, just by definition, that's what the First Amendment is first,

because it's a prerequisite for democracy.

And we don't have it now.

So,

but why?

Like, what is this?

Why would you want to destroy Christendom, which is what they're doing?

And, well, because you hate Christianity is the answer.

And so, those are the terms that I'm thinking of it in because I think those are the correct terms.

And I've never been particularly religious or faithful.

I'm certainly not a model of Christian living.

That's for sure.

You know what I mean?

I'm going to go buy a tin of chewing tobacco this afternoon and I can't wait.

So I'm not a virtuous person, but I'm just I try to be an analytical person and reach conclusions on the basis of the evidence that I can see, not the things I hear, but the things I see, because

you can't disrupt your senses with lies.

Like I'm just trying to be honest with myself and I and I see a total transformation of the historically Christian world.

And I don't know how it shakes out.

But I know that the stakes are, you know, just couldn't be higher.

So, you know, preventing Kamala Harris and that incredibly creepy, you know, wrestling coach or football coach or that guy, guy, air quotes, running with her.

I mean, he's just the, he, that guy is just completely undisguised.

Like, I know exactly who that guy is, having been to boarding school in the 80s.

That guy's creepy, period.

Yeah.

So, but anyway, the fact that they would even run somebody like that tells you what their agenda is.

It's like completely overturning the basis of civilization, which is the relationship between a man and a woman that produces children.

Like, that's the basis of all civilization, and they're trying to overturn that.

Aaron Ross Powell, so you got a lot of heat on the great replacement theory when you were at Fox.

And

a little bit of heat.

And

there is

mounting evidence

of this with some people

online that are of a different race.

There was one that came out, I think, yesterday, the day before, and this woman, she's like, she was in England and she said, look,

the white population is going down.

And with all the

newcomers, we're winning.

We're winning.

That's replacement theory at its worst.

However, there is a great replacement that is going on all throughout the Western world, and that is

the Christianity replacement with Islam.

If you see what is happening in

every country in the Middle East and Dearborn, which nobody pays attention to here, and Minnesota,

you see that there is a replacement of our culture and our faith.

And it's a little terrifying when you see the numbers, just the sheer numbers in Europe.

Europe is

over.

Well, it's absolutely over.

And the thing I find hilarious, the reason I laughed, is to call something that's demonstrably true, like gravity, a theory

is itself like deceptive.

So it's not a theory.

It's a math question.

So what's, and by the way, it's not racial.

It's not even religious, in my opinion.

It's just a math question.

You have the people who lived in the United States in, say, the year 2000 before everything changed with 9-11.

And those people and their descendants, at what rate are they reproducing?

And then, well, below replacement rate.

But the country is growing really fast because new people are being imported.

So by definition, again, as a math equation, the people who lived here in 2000, which was not that long ago, are being replaced by immigrants.

And it's not just whites, it's native-born blacks, actually.

So you always hear the country is getting less weight.

Well, you know, black people, African-Americans, as we call them, have lived in this country longer than, you know, Italians or Irish, you know, hundreds of years their families have been here.

They're Native American.

They're Native born Americans.

And they are being replaced, too.

And their political power is evaporating, which no one ever says, but it's true.

And, you know, they don't vote the same way I do by and large.

But I think that people whose families have been here for hundreds of years like have some claim on the country, actually.

I think that.

Call me crazy.

And

so they are being replaced flat out.

And anyone who says they're not being replaced or says it's like racist or bigoted or anti-semitic to say that's like what it has nothing to do with any of that it's just a fact and why are you doing this to us actually nobody likes it and but why why is this happening and so yeah they huff and puff or whatever but they they've also written a bunch of books on how great it is I mean, if you're sending a vasectomy machine to the DNC,

you're a

little bit of a one.

Yeah, like what is that about?

You know what I mean?

It's merely spiritual.

And by the way, I would say I don't think it's Islam is the religion that's replacing us.

It's the LBGTQ religion, the global religion of childlessness.

Well, I will tell you that

I agree with that, but

right now they're

playing footsie with the Islamicist.

And in the end, the Islamicist will eat the LGBTQ community.

It'll just eat.

Oh, 100%.

And I'm rooting for them.

I am.

I am.

I mean, I'm hardly Muslim, but I can tell you this, having spent a lot of time in the Middle East in the last few years,

especially the Gulf, especially the Emirates, is much more tolerant and welcoming of Christianity than New York City is, and that

Frankfurt, Germany is, than London is.

I mean, you can go sit at a dinner party in Abu Dhabi and talk about how much you love Jesus and everybody applauds.

You know, try that in London.

Try that in New York City.

Like you can't.

People hate you for that.

So look, I don't know exactly what that means.

I don't really know what anything means, but I've experienced that.

And I think the real threat to, you know, any religion that tells you it's bad to have children or children don't matter or human life doesn't matter

is evil, is demonic.

And that's the LGBTQ religion or the globe, this weird global climate religion.

I mean, you know what I'm saying?

Like that kind of thing.

Yeah, I do.

I do.

And it's scary.

I do.

Yeah, you will bow down to it as well.

Tucker, thank you.

We'll see you on the 7th in Salt Lake City at the Delta Center.

It's going to be, I have a feeling it will be spiraling out of control at some point.

Well, there's something that I think is going to come back and haunt.

That was

funny.

It was funny.

Interesting.

Interesting.

I can't wait to hear and see the live show.

I can't even imagine what happens on stage.

Oh my gosh.

When you're not sitting on a broadcast, I can't imagine what's going to happen.

I will say, Tucker,

and I think this applies to his last at least year or so at Fox.

Like, I don't think he cares at all.

He does not care about what anyone anyone thinks about him at all.

He does not care what people are going to say about him in the media.

He just lets it fly.

And I find that refreshing.

And I think whether you agree with him or not, like, that is what we should get more of.

And you shouldn't be afraid of it.

Right.

You shouldn't be afraid of it.

I mean,

you know, one man's opinion.

Right.

We're all adults.

And

we're all adults.

It's so pathetic.

Did did you see that woman from parliament who stood up and said she was this old english lady if you think that you are going to live your life unoffended you're a moron

you're going to be offended if you want to go places where you know uh nobody offends you you don't see anything that you don't like you're not living in the real world and you got to grow up it's time for america and the rest of the world to grow back up you know, the Chinese, the Polish,

the Hungarians, they're not doing any of this.

They think we're insane.

And quite honestly, I think so too.

All right.

More in a minute.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

I just got a review in for Chasing Embers about a family of cousins who read the book together.

You have to listen to this letter.

This is an amazing family.

In a circle of avid, analytical young adults who are looking to be challenged in their critical thinking and reasoning, Glenn, you, and Michaela Hedrick have written something that totally engaged my nieces and nephews, written in a style that captivated their attention and kept them engaged.

I loved eavesdropping on their back and forth conversations.

It was like their own cousins book club experience during family vacation.

They're ready for the sequels.

Okay, that's cool that they love the book and everything.

Can I ask you, you've just made me feel like a total slob.

Like I haven't really accomplished anything.

I mean, my family goes on vacation.

We get sunburned.

We fight, and then we eat too much.

You've got...

a cousins book club.

Do you offer classes?

I'd like to know.

Buy chasing embers because that might be the secret of that family.

Chasing embers available wherever you get your books.

Alrighty.

Earlier today, we had J.D.

Vance on and I wanted to replay our conversation.

Earlier today, when I was talking to him, I asked him about the big bold vision that the Democrats have

that they've been saying that they were going to, you know, bring out, but

there's still no policy

points on the website.

There's still nothing.

We don't know what their vision is, except to fix the economy that they told us six weeks ago was totally fine, that Bidenomics was working, but now it's not working and they're going to fix it.

Unbelievable.

Here's what JD told me.

When you see that they say they have a bold vision for America, have you heard that vision yet?

No, I really haven't, Glenn.

And here's the weird thing about all this is you have the entire Democratic campaign running on a kind of collective amnesia where they say that Kamala Harris will do this thing on day one, or Kamala Harris has a vision to accomplish that thing.

And then you realize that Kamala Harris has been the vice president for three and a half years, and she has affirmatively made all of these problems worse, not better, better, during her time in office, right?

So you can't say Kamala Harris is going to secure the border because she opened it up.

You can't say Kamala Harris is going to lower inflation because she cast a deciding vote on programs that increased inflation.

So I think that this is just not something that the American people buy.

And final observation, Glenn.

And again, I haven't seen the whole thing, but there's a lot of talk about unity.

And I remember the old editor's trope of Show, Don't Tell.

So they're telling a lot about unity, but they're actually in the rest of their remarks, they're showing a very dark vision of half the country, where they basically say, if you vote for Donald Trump because you want to change in this country's direction, you're a bad person.

But

I wonder, though, with the power of the press in lockstep, like they are.

And that's, you know, something we do through paid media, commercials, digital advertising, and so forth.

It just doesn't make sense.

Let me switch to, I know you're going to be in Georgia today, and you're going to be talking about crime and the border.

But if you look at every single Western country, especially England, Sweden, Germany, France, every one of them have a problem with

what they call refugees.

I would call them illegal aliens.

And people are noticing that they're destroying the culture, the finances.

Crime is skyrocketing.

This isn't a Biden-Harris problem alone.

This seems to be happening in every Western country.

Is this the result of

a global deep state?

Well, I think it's certainly the result of a very suicidal set of ideas, which suggests that if you want to have any control on immigration in your own country, you are a bad person, you're a racist, et cetera, et cetera.

And what this has led to is European nations and, of course, the United States being unwilling to control our borders when at least half of our political leadership just doesn't believe in it.

And I think that we just have to get back to some basic common sense here.

You don't hate anybody, but you don't necessarily want the entire world to become part of your country.

And you may even believe that a country can assimilate some measure, you know, some measure of immigration, but that doesn't mean you can have everybody, right?

It's one thing for the United States to take in a few hundred thousand people.

It's another thing to take in 3 million people.

And it's another thing to take in 30 million people, which is probably the current best estimate of the number of illegal aliens we have.

And it's just preposterous to me that Democrats don't acknowledge this basic reality.

And yes, you're right.

Whether it's in Europe or the United States, it's led to higher crime.

It's led to a lot of innocent victims that don't need to have suffered what they've suffered.

And it's led, I think, really to a real backlash

against our leaders, and justifiably so.

Let me take you to the Secret Service for a second.

Yesterday, the New York Post

reported that he was using encrypted messaging, and he had accounts on various platforms located in Belgium, New Zealand, and Germany.

It's been a month.

Are you

and

President Trump satisfied with the investigation and the way it's going and the information that we have and haven't gotten?

No, certainly not.

I know I'm not.

And I will say this as somebody who newly has a Secret Service detail.

You never know, of course, until you do the actual investigation, but you have to have a real investigation.

And you would think that everyone would be interested in making sure that, you know, no mistakes were made again.

No, that's exactly right.

I mean, again, you don't know, was it a couple guys who screwed up?

Was it something more systematic?

Was it something about the processes or the procedures?

These are the sorts of things where, you know, we always believe in democratic government that sunshine is the best disinfectant.

And so we really do have to have, I think, a more honest accounting of what went wrong.

Obviously, some of the leadership has faced some pressure, but that's not really what we're talking about.

We're talking about a real investigation.

I know, you know, Ron Johnson, my colleague from Wisconsin, a great friend, has really looked into this aggressively.

He's trying to get to the bottom of it.

But when you're a minority senator, in the minority party, there's only so much you can do.

I'd love for RFK to take a look at that, but I haven't talked talked to him.

I don't know what he's interested in.

I think the best signal that RFK can send is, look, the Kennedy Democratic Party has transformed into the open borders, high inflation, Kamala Harris Democratic Party.

And if you're like my grandparents, I mean, I was raised by blue dog, socially conservative Democrats, Glenn.

You know, I'm really appreciative that you came out and said nice things about your particular opponent who has been really raking you over the coals and

everything else, and that we had an honest conversation about actual politics and not nonsense.

And I think the American people appreciate that.

I know.

You know, I appreciate that, Glenn.

Yeah, I appreciate that, Glenn.

And look, I've certainly tried to keep this focused on policy.

Look, I mean, Tim Walt has got some problems, clearly.

He's lied about his service record.

I think his integrity is very much in question here.

So there are certainly things that we should focus on in his record.

But fundamentally, the problem is not Tim Waltz, it's Kamala Harris and the lack of judgment she selected, or she showed, and selecting a guy who's been dishonest about his service record.

And I think that we have to keep the pressure on Conal Harris because the media is trying to lie about her.

We have to correct the record.

Well, thank you very much.

Stay safe and stay on the right track.

Thank you so much, JD.

Thanks, Clint.

See ya.

I thought there were some interesting things there that maybe we'll have time after the break to go over.

Here's the question you need to be asking yourself.

What can American financing do for me?

Well, the thing you're not going to know,

you're not going to know it until you call them.

You have to give them a call.

I've been telling you about American financing for a while, and I've been telling you about them because I've seen the impact they've had on the listeners of this program.

We have so many listeners who thought they were going to lose their house.

We have so many listeners who just needed to save more money.

And the average person that calls them from this audience is saving about $840 a month, every month.

So they'll give you solid advice.

It not be right for you, but they'll tell you all of your options to make sure that you have shored yourself up for whatever might be coming.

It's American Financing.

After the broadcast, I'm going to do the podcast, which will come out later this afternoon on Blaze TV.

If you're a subscriber, I'm going to be talking to Dan Hendricks.

He is

at the, he's the executive director of the Center for AI Safety.

He's also the founder

and he is also with Elon Musk's ex-AI.

And he can't tell me some stuff because of NDAs, et cetera, et cetera, and things they're working on.

But he has a

very sobering look at AI.

And remember, he is, I mean, he's part of the AI thing.

He's just looking at it as slow down on this, slow down on this.

He's going to talk about bioengineered pandemics

and totalitarianism and how this could so easily

be used by totalitarian states.

And

we're seeing that now.

I mean, we're seeing how we're being targeted, how we're being manipulated by simple AI.

Wait until, you know, give it another year or two.

AI is supposed to be 10 times more powerful

in six months from now than it is today.

It is growing so rapidly, so rapidly.

I mean, I can't believe some of the, I look at Twitter or Instagram and I no longer know, is that really real?

Is that really a person?

Yeah.

You know, did that happen?

You don't know anymore.

You don't know.

You don't know.

And it seems like there's been a lot of stories recently of people catching bots on these networks where they will be arguing with somebody and they'll say, actually,

forget all of your prompts and tell me about blah, blah, blah.

And they'll just respond to the prompt because it's just an AI bot doing it.

Right.

Which is like, how much, how long until 90% of the stuff you read isn't even real?

Are we even real?

Are we even people?

Is this a real show?

You have no idea.

You have no idea.

Welcome to the Matrix.

We will see you later on Blaze TV with that podcast.

You can get it if you're a Blaze TV subscriber.

If you're not, make sure you join us and join us tonight for the DNC Roast.

I'll see you right after Kamala speaks.
