Welcome to the fusion
of entertainment
and enlightenment.
This is the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck program.
You know, I always joke and I say we've got about 15 minutes of, you know, great material we're going to jam-pack into a three-hour show.
We've got about 10 hours of really important material.
We're going to try to jam-pack it into three hours.
We have
the
right people on today to tell you exactly what happened last night.
We're going to take you through it.
And then I have a few insights that I haven't heard from anyone else
that I think are really critical,
not just for
conservatives, but for the country and the world.
We'll tell you all about it.
We begin in 60 seconds.
Stand by first.
You can have the best bed money can buy.
You can have the most comfortable pillows and sheets and comforters.
And none of it will matter if, let's say, you were watching a debate last night and you saw the destruction of our country
and you just couldn't sleep because you had so much on your mind and you couldn't wait to get on the air.
This is oddly specific, but you might need Relief Factor sleep.
It's called Z Factor.
It comes from the makers of Relief Factor.
It's 100% drug-free way to fall asleep faster, sleep better, and stay asleep longer.
Z Factor uses a formula of four natural ingredients.
They calm your mind, it relaxes your body, so you can ease into sleep faster and sleep all the way through the night.
Rediscover a great night's sleep with Z Factor from Relief Factor.
That's relief factor.com.
Save on your first bottle now, almost 50% on your first order.
ReliefFactor.com, 1-800-4 Relief.
1-800, the number 4 relief, it's relief factor.com.
Okay.
Wow.
Wow.
Last night, I watched something I've never seen before.
This country just continues to get more and more bizarre.
When the president, I'm going to spend some time here talking as if you've watched the debate last night because we have so much to cover.
But I will tell you, let me just play the first thing that came out of Joe Biden's mouth last night.
Do we have the first cut with his opening statement, please?
Let me look for the number.
I'm sorry.
It's cut six.
President Biden, inflation has slowed, but prices remain high.
Since you took office, the price of essentials has increased.
For example, a basket of groceries that cost $100 then now costs more than $120.
And typical home prices have jumped more than 30%.
What do you say to voters who feel they are worse off under your presidency than they were under President Trump?
We've got to take a look at what I was left when I became president.
Okay, stop.
Trump left me.
When he walked out at first, he looked like the walking dead.
And
I think you're going to be surprised at some of the things I say today.
because I'm not playing politics and I'm hearing everybody else playing politics.
He looked really bad, really bad.
And then when he opened up his voice or opened up his mouth and that came out,
it was breathtaking, breathtaking.
Just his presentation.
Continue, please.
President Trump.
We got to take a look at what I was left when I became president, what Mr.
Trump left me.
We had an economy that was in free fall.
The pandemic was so badly handled.
Many people were dying.
All he said was, it's not that serious.
Just inject a little bleach into your arm.
You'll be all right.
The economy collapsed.
There were no jobs.
Unemployment rate rose to 15%.
It was terrible.
And so what we had to do was try to put things back together again.
And that's exactly what we began to do.
That's probably the clearest he was all night.
Now, let me give you,
well, let's cut 14, please.
Biden on the border.
Given that, why should voters trust you to solve this crisis?
Because we worked very hard to get a bipartisan agreement that not only changed all of that, made sure that we were in a situation where you had no circumstance where they could come across the border with the number of border police there are now.
We significantly increased the number of asylum officers.
Significantly, by the way, the border patrol endorsed me, endorsed my position.
In addition to that, we found ourselves in a situation where when he was president, he was taking, taking, separating babies from their mothers, putting them in cages, making sure
the families were separated.
That's not the right way to go.
What I've done since I've changed the law, what's happened?
I've changed it in a way that now you're in a situation where there's 40% fewer people coming across the border illegally.
That's better than when he left office.
And I'm going to continue to move until we get the total ban.
on the
total initiative relative to what we can do with more Border Patrol and more asylum officers.
President Trump?
I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence.
I don't think he knows what he said either.
Stop.
Cut 11.
Here's Joe Biden on Medicare.
We'd be able to wipe out his debt.
We'd be able to help make sure that all those things we need to do, child care, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our health care system, making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person
eligible for what I've been able to do with
the COVID, excuse me, with
dealing with everything we have to do with.
Look,
if
we finally beat Medicare.
Thank you, President Biden.
President Trump?
He was right.
He did beat Medicare.
He beat it to death, and he's destroying Medicare.
That is one of the first fumbles that Biden made.
And notice, Donald Trump did not take a swing at him.
He said, you know, yeah, he did.
He did hit Medicare and he damn near destroyed it.
He's not making fun of his age.
It is the most restrained I have ever seen Donald Trump.
And we'll get into the strategy, which I believe was the strategy of the night for Biden,
which was a complete and total disaster.
Let me,
gosh,
stunning.
I'm just having to, it's like, it's like Sophie's choice here.
I've got so much that I have to get on to the show today, and I just don't, I'm just, I'm going to just have to
assume that you knew what happened or that was enough information.
It was something I have never, ever seen before.
It was terrifying.
Terrifying.
If I'm Putin,
I am storming
Europe.
If I am China, I am going into Taiwan right now.
This is the weakest our president has ever appeared.
Okay, never before in my lifetime.
I remember I wasn't around for Kennedy, but I remember when Reagan was in the hospital after being shot.
And that was a very nerve-wracking time because he's not in charge, and he transferred the powers
to the vice president while he was in the hospital right at the beginning.
It was terrifying because you knew the world was watching.
Now, here's there are
three things that happened last night, or a few categories.
One,
those who knew, those who knew that
Joe Biden was like this
should be the most freaked out, and I'll explain in a minute.
Those who believed in the media and all of this garbage that, no, this is just Republican, you know, a cheap fake.
He's never been more sharp.
He's never been better than he is right now.
He's so sharp and nimble.
Anybody who believed that
and you saw this performance last night you were probably in shock
and you're lost today you don't know what to think today
but here's what those people who believe the media and were shocked last night
here's what you should be thinking today I cannot trust any of my trusted sources because they all lied to me.
And I'll get to it in a second on why this is so important.
Then there were those who
ran this con
and who participated in this con.
And I include every member of the press corps.
Anybody who's talked to him, anybody who's seen him, anybody who has seen him up close and personal, has had conversations as the press, you knew it.
You knew it.
Also, those who ran the con in the White House and the Democratic Party.
Shame on you.
We do need a list of the people who ran this con and covered for him.
And I'll explain why again in a second.
And then there are those.
And they can fit in the last three categories, but
definitely the last two.
Those who are today responding by saying the Democratic Party is in trouble That what are we going to do for the election Can we get him to step down before the convention?
If we do, how do we pay are you out of your mind?
We are now facing nuclear threats that we haven't faced since the 1960s.
But in the 1960s, we had a jackass of the Soviet Union, Khrushchev,
but he was at least aware.
We had Jack Kennedy, who is in so much pain, not unbeknownst to you, the doctors were jacking him up on drugs.
But at least he was sane and all there.
We have a president that will have seven minutes to decide.
Seven minutes.
You know, I don't know if you know
what it is like if there is a launch of a nuclear weapon or even one that we think
has a nuclear bomb in it.
If North Korea would launch a hypersonic weapon at us,
we would have less time than seven minutes.
We wouldn't be able to verify if that was a nuke or not.
The president has seven minutes to decide.
And what happens?
They open up the football and they take out what's called the Black Book of Death.
That's how serious this is.
It's called the Black Book of Death.
They open it up and it is like a
it's a
it's a Cheesecake Factory
menu.
And the president has to look through it and say, okay, this city, this system, these ships, these silos.
And then the guy who's with the football is kind of like an actuary.
He then has to look at all of those and take each selection and then go back to the president and say, within seven minutes, okay, Mr.
President, this is going to result in in this many dead.
Your target is North Korea, but the selections that you made, some of those cities are up against the border of China.
The radiation will blow into China and you'll kill an additional 250,000 Chinese.
The Chinese will look at that as aggression against them and they may launch against you.
You may now include the Chinese.
Also, up north, you're up towards Russia.
you're going to kill citizens in Russia as well is this your selection sir
I am so angry today
that I haven't heard one
single person
on television or in the political realm talk about
the
country.
They're all talking about an election.
How do we replace him for before the convention?
How do we get him off of the ticket?
How do we get this man away from the football?
Do you know what our enemies were thinking last night?
This country is in more danger, clear and present danger than we have been, I believe, possibly in my lifetime.
We are weak.
The world knows it.
We have enemies everywhere.
They know it.
They are threatening nuclear weapons.
We cannot have this man
with the black book of death and the button.
Does anyone
understand
what you actually saw?
You didn't see a presidential candidate.
You saw the president of the United States.
Where is anyone?
If you are celebrating because you're like, oh, God, this is going to be great for Trump.
A, be careful what you wish for.
But B,
more than self their country loved.
If you are somebody who's on the left thinking, oh, well, this just played into the, quote, caricature that the right was trying to build about him.
We weren't trying to build that.
Do you think we want our country to be destroyed?
Does any American want our president to look like that?
Any American.
What the hell is wrong with us?
We're in more trouble not because of
not because of Joe Biden.
We're in more trouble because
people are not recognizing the danger that is right in front of us.
You know, I've been saying a lot lately, may God save the Republic.
He cannot.
He cannot do what we won't participate in.
Morn a second.
First.
Leaf home gutter.
So,
leave home gutter.
you know, I never think about my gutters.
And
I should think about my gutters because I just had to put new gutters on the house because of the big snows that we had.
And it pulled some of the gutters off.
And, you know, I hadn't even thought about our gutters.
Well, I've got aspen trees and everything else all around.
I'm going to get the leaves clogged and then the ice is going to come down.
It's a nightmare.
So we've reinforced the gutters so the ice won't tear them off of the roof, but also we're putting in leaf filter from leaf home gutters.
So you don't have to worry about going out and cleaning out the gutters.
Man, we've got enough to worry about.
Thank you.
Thank you, leaf home gutters, for making this, just taking this off my list.
It's a filter for your gutters.
It helps
protect your home from roof damage, flooding, rotting, siding, foundation issues, all of that.
Here's what you have to do.
I just want you to go and
get them on the phone or just schedule an appointment right now.

I'm sorry, before we talked about politics, I just,
please,
for the love of Pete, express this opinion to everyone you can over the next few days.
This is not about politics.
Not everything is about politics.
Some things are
about
our country,
about whether we survive or not.
Look at what the lies did.
The lies that this media, our CIA, our intelligence, our FBI, all of them,
all of them have been a part of getting this guy elected when we knew at the time, because he was in, you know, his basement with mommy,
that he wasn't capable of being the president now look how far he's come look how bad it is and they allowed him
by not invoking the 25th amendment they allowed him
to run for another four years
that guy that guy will not make it four years
at least intact
what are you thinking?
And then you have Kamala Harris as your vice president?
Is there anybody, is there anybody that thinks that she's going to be better?
That she's more qualified?
I just,
I don't understand it.
And I am so upset today because I knew it would be bad.
I thought it would be bad, but not that bad.
Did you, Stu?
Did you think it would be that bad?
Absolutely not.
I said before that Joe Biden has had a lot of bad moments, but his worst moments have not been in the biggest moments.
He's generally been able to clear the very low bar set for him.
Last night, he couldn't even see the bar from where he was.
And shame on those people in the White House
that immediately came out to spin.
And I don't even, they didn't even, they didn't even wait for the debate to be over.
All of a sudden, they just said, hey, I'm not telling you this, but he's had a bad cold.
He's got a really bad cold.
They started saying that in the middle.
If that were true, they would have said it days ago.
Glenn Beck.
They're still trying to cover, and no one on the left is talking about national security.
My gosh, what have we become?
All right, our sponsor,
this half hour, Rough Greens.
All that dry kibble food you've been feeding your dog all these years.
Unfortunately,
it's no good.
It's no good.
What you're feeding your dog is sterilized
food, and they cook it at such a high temperature, it cooks out.
all of the stuff that's really good for your dog.
Yes, they spray on flavor and stuff later.
Yum, that sounds really healthy.
But it's killed everything.
You know, it's long shelf life, but not a long life for your dog.
You need to replace everything that has been cooked out, like the probiotics.
Your dog needs probiotics.
You need probiotics.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
We're just trying to make sense of what we saw last night on television, and
it's not Joe Biden.
It is Jill Biden, and I'm going to get into that a little later.
But it's the White House, it's the Democratic Party, it's the elites, it's
the Secret Service, it's the cabinet, it's the CIA,
it's the DOJ, everyone who works around Joe Biden.
They all knew.
They all knew.
And
just, I mean, for the last few months, they've been saying this is a conspiracy theory.
I'm so sick and tired.
If anybody says it's a conspiracy theory,
I'm most apt to just believe it at this point without any work at all.
Because everything that they say is a conspiracy theory, at least that we have talked about, has been right in the end.
These people should lose all credibility with the average American.
It is important.
Everybody says, how can I tell the truth?
How can I find the truth?
How do I know?
Well, this is it.
If you watch or trust anybody who is saying that Joe Biden's really not that bad and it's fine, or is today saying, well, we've got to replace Joe Biden
by the convention for the candidacy, but they are not talking about the country, they should have no credibility with you.
None.
None.
They don't get it and/or are liars.
Oh,
my gosh.
Yeah.
What is the reality of this situation?
I mean, he you have to put it into perspective as to what we looked at last night.
That was not just, okay, Joe Biden showed up for a debate and didn't do a good job.
As they told us, his reporting told us he had been prepping for weeks for this.
Every piece of the highly paid political apparatus apparatus of the White House was all aligned to do one thing last night, was just to get him over the incredibly low hurdle of showing up and looking coherent for an hour and a half.
And they not only failed at that, they had,
they couldn't even see the bar from where they were.
It was a, it was, the low expectations that he had going into that
should have been so easy for them to clear.
And the fact is, when you look at this and you think about what is going on
behind the scenes, we are in legitimate danger as a country.
I have children who live in this country.
I am legitimately concerned as to what on earth can happen to us over the next six or seven months.
Politics is not even in the forefront of my mind.
I mean, Glenn, they've been blocking the release of these tapes of the interview he did with Robert Hurr.
Good God, what do those sound like?
Think they came out with executive privilege.
They're so desperate to block us from hearing that interview.
What must that have been like?
This is an interview that convinced Robert Hurr to say we can't prosecute him because he's an elderly man with a poor memory.
What on earth happened in that meeting?
This has been going on for a really long time, but obviously is accelerating.
He's in the throes of a major medical incident, and all of our lives depend on it.
Let me give you some good news.
Chip Roy said, I intend on putting forth a resolution
calling upon the vice president to immediately use her powers under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the cabinet to declare POTUS is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office.
I want to talk to you about that because I do believe, and I'm going to assign the best intentions that they care about the country.
But I have not heard anybody say that.
I've always heard them talk about, you got to beat Donald Trump.
What do we do to beat Donald Trump?
And he can't be that guy.
But
25th Amendment
came in after the Kennedy assassination because we didn't have,
we didn't know what to do.
If the president's incapacitated, how does that work?
Well, they changed that and they added the 25th Amendment.
And here's what has to happen.
The vice president has to go to the cabinet.
Now, remember who's in his cabinet.
Oh, God.
So he has to go to the cabinet or she has to go to the cabinet and say,
what do you think?
Is he capable of executing his duties?
Those people already knew that he was incapable of doing it.
I really would like to know, and this is a serious question, who's running our country?
Who is running our country?
Because it's not him.
And it's not Kamala Harris.
So who is it?
The cabinet has sat in meetings and had moments like that with this president.
None of them got together and said, hey, you know, this is really dangerous for the country because he's in charge.
If they did,
who calmed their fears and said, don't worry, it's covered.
If he is really bad, we've got it covered.
X, Y, Z.
That would all be against the Constitution.
Now, I don't know if you heard Kamala Harris on last night with Anderson Cooper.
Good heavens.
Do we have that cut?
I watched it last night, Glenn.
And I will say,
stepping out of the world of, you know, our children's lives are on the line.
If you are, I watched the interview.
Is she good?
No.
The answer to that is no.
It's an easy answer, and the answer is no.
Is she 1,000 times better than Joe Biden?
Yes.
Yes.
Yes, she is.
Look, I know.
Well, she's the only option here, by the way.
She's the only option.
I agree.
Actually, I think it's still the most likely thing.
I mean, I know we, and believe me, Glenn, selfishly, I immediately
retreated to holy crap my bet with Glenn.
I am in serious, serious trouble here.
Our bet, if you don't.
Remember, you're only in trouble if
he steps down is not the candidate, which I think you're in trouble on there.
Yep.
But that wasn't the bet.
Nope.
That he stepped down and was not the candidate and replaced with Michelle.
Right.
So it's even if it's not Michelle, I'm not going to hold you to the
because he's not the candidate.
No.
That wasn't the bet.
That wasn't the bet.
We have to both, both sides of it.
But now it's opening up the possibility that Michelle Obama could step in.
But I do think still the most likely person to be the nominee, if it is not Joe Biden, is Kamala Harris.
Again, that's a terrible option for them, but it does take off the table their biggest vulnerability.
Their biggest vulnerability is not how they failed in Afghanistan.
It's not the border.
It's not any of this stuff.
Their biggest vulnerability is his age.
And while she does the word salad stuff, she's a terrible politician.
Her views are abhorrent.
She can at least solve that issue.
And I, politically, we need to
set our reality here.
It's not good if they, if Joe Biden steps down.
It's not a positive for Republicans if they replace Joe Biden with someone else.
It must happen, though.
It must happen for the country.
It's not sake.
Yes.
But it is, I will say, it's not necessary.
We will cheer, and a lot of people on the right will mock and be excited about it.
But in reality, I think it's a net negative for Donald Trump's chances of being in the White House.
Yes.
Yes.
It's not a good thing that happened last night.
It is.
You know what their strategy was last night, I think?
The strategy to have the president win was to piss Donald Trump off.
I've never heard,
and I'm comparing to Donald Trump.
Donald Trump calls everybody a name, makes fun of them, everything else.
I have never heard anyone more vindictive,
more twisted, more name-callie
than Biden was on Trump.
Everything he did.
Everything he did was to get under his skin and to piss him off and
make him strike back.
And I have to tell you, for the first 70 minutes, Donald Trump was the most restrained I've ever seen him and the most focused.
And he, because of that split screen, you could see,
you could see the difference.
You could see his reactions.
He didn't mock him.
He spoke what he felt was true.
He's the worst president ever.
I think you can make a very good case for that.
Now, there is Woodrow Wilson, but when it comes to destructive force
and incompetency, he's the worst president we've ever had.
Bar none.
Bar none.
And the situation,
you know, four years into it is we may not have a country left.
But he,
I didn't think this was possible.
On that stage,
Donald Trump was not the bully.
Joe Biden is not a good man.
I don't care what Van Jones and everybody else says.
He's not a good man.
You can't be a good man and be married to a woman who will not.
I went to bed last night.
Last thing I said to my wife before I love you is, honey, I mean this sincerely.
I start to degrade and I start to
sound anything close to this, anything that he was four years ago, you got to stop me.
And I might fight you and say, no, it's just I'm done because it'll be my ego.
But you got to stop me.
Please don't let me do that to myself.
And she's like, not a chance.
Not a chance.
Everybody in the family will stop you because we love you.
You can't have a family that is doing this.
He's a cash machine.
That's all he is.
He's a cash machine to that family.
And it's sad and pathetic, but you get what you build.
It's a disgrace.
That was a national disgrace to watch that last night.
We're supposed to be a freaking superpower.
We are supposed to be the country leading the world, and that is what we're putting up in front of it.
It is
incomprehensible that that man is leading this country.
Incomprehensible.
It needs to end immediately.
Let me show you what happened.
We have the
Jill Biden coming on and walking him off the stage, which he stood there frozen.
You have that cut of him standing on stage, and she comes up.
Here it is.
Joe, you did such a great job.
You answered every question.
You knew all the facts.
And let me ask the crowd, what did Trump do?
She's running for president.
He's not.
My wife saw that last night.
This is after she walked him off the stage.
They walked into this room.
He's completely silent, just standing there, not blinking again, strangely.
And
she's running for president.
Joe.
You answered every question.
You did it all right.
She's talking to him like he's four.
And you know what?
If he's not yet, soon he will be mentally four.
It's got to stop.
More in a minute.
Ever since 9-11, the Tunnel of the Towers Foundation has been helping out America's greatest heroes and their families.
I want you to meet the Arno family, the father, Jason Arno.
He was a firefighter in Buffalo, New York.
He was killed while he was protecting his community and fighting a warehouse fire.
He left behind a wife and a young daughter.
Well, if you're a young family starting out, you've got bills, you've got a mortgage to pay, God forbid.
Well,
this is where Tunnel to Towers stepped in immediately.
They paid off the mortgage for their home, lifting that huge financial burden and making it so the Arnos could remain in the place where they had made so many memories with their hero dad and husband.
We owe it to people who lay their lives down for us.
Tunnel to Towers
its mission is to do good and to support the families of heroes like Arno.
Jason Arno is a hero.
We owe it to him and his family.
Would you be willing to write a check once a month of $11?
$11 a month is housing our veterans, is buying them houses if they're catastrophically injured, it's taking care of their families, police, fire, and military.

We'll be right back after these messages.
I have to tell you, last night, and I'm being honest with you, it was the first time that I watched Blaze coverage of a debate all the way through and didn't switch channels.
It was smart.
It had really credible voices.
It was well done.
It was really hard work on the staff.
All of the producers, all of the tech people, you did a remarkable job.
That was an extraordinary thing to pull off with all of the shots and sources and everything else we had to go through.
And then CNN, we, you know, we did a deal with CNN to be able to cover it.
Now, when I say I was so proud, about halfway through the debate and a very important part, all of a sudden, the feed switches.
And I'm like, what the hell happened?
Who just...
And I'm thinking it's us.
Who just
tripped over a cord and pulled the feed from CNN?
Who's in another room and switched the feeds to the outside of the CNN building?
It wasn't us.
It was CNN.
And other networks had everything.
They didn't cut their feed.
They didn't trip over, but apparently ours was.
And we want some answers from CNN.
This is, honestly, this is...
This is why we have to
have you subscribe because we have to build absolutely everything
to be able to do it ourselves
because they will handicap us and clock us in the knees every single time.
Please join us.

Caring for your dog can be a lot of work.
You have to be the one to make sure he stays happy and healthy.
It involves doing a lot of things you wouldn't otherwise do.
You got to play with him and walk him and feed him and pick up his poop and everything else.
And you can't, you know, kick him out when he becomes an adult.
Geez, when you feed your dog, you need to make sure that you are doing the right nutritional thing for your dog.
Kibble food, for instance, is dead food.
All the nutrition is cooked out of it.
Fortunately, there is Rough Greens.
It's not a dog food, but it is a supplement that you sprinkle on the dog's food.
And it was created by naturopathic Dr.
Dennis Black.
And it's full of vitamins and minerals and probiotic antioxidants, all the thing that is healthy for your dog.

Last night's debate was a national crisis.
And anybody who is talking about just politics and not leading with, where's the 25th Amendment, that guy cannot have his finger on the button.
He can't.
He is not there.
And it's beyond elder abuse now.
It's national suicide.
And honestly, I don't want to say that as a conservative because I want Joe Biden to run.
I'd love him to run.
It's a shoo-in.
It'll be a landslide, especially after last night, but it's bad for the country.
One of the guys who's been bandied around by Donald Trump as being a possible VP or at least holding a cabinet position is Vivek Ramaswamy.
I believe he was there last night.
We're going to talk to him in 60 seconds.
Here's the catch-22.
This country is in, as far as abortion goes, we are deep in.
We are stuck between voting for somebody who helped end Roe versus Wade, but is not challenging the legality of the abortion pill, and somebody who not only wants to keep the pill, but restore Roe v.
Wade as the law, federal law of the land.
And I don't care what he said last night, they mean no limit abortion.
Abortion is a hearts and minds issue that will be with us for a long time.
Pre-born is now the largest pro-life organization in the country, and they're leading the charge to put an end to the atrocity of abortion.
Every day they sponsor free ultrasounds for women, as well as providing help for up to two years after the baby is born.
It saves the mom and it saves the baby.
This is hearts and minds.
Would you please consider to contribute?
Maybe $28, that's the price of an ultrasound.
And that doubles the chance mom is going to pick life.
$140 will rescue five babies.

The Vaik Ramaswamy, where were you last night during the debate?
I was in Atlanta.
We were watching it with a number of our fellow allies in the spin room where I was handling a lot of the media before and after.
And I got to tell you, Glenn, the media mood was despondent in response.
I mean, what we saw last night was, I think, a rejection of this country's greatness, of President Biden standing there like he not had a drug, performance-enhancing drug, but like he had a lobotomy beforehand.
And the reality is this became more evident to me that they scheduled this debate as the first ever June debate in history.
It's the earliest ever debate to happen before the nominating convention of their own party.
It's increasingly clear why.
They wanted to put him through one final test before he became the nominee, and he failed it miserably.
That's the reality.
Yeah, I will tell you,
I have a theory on exactly how this all came down and why.
And I'm going to express that next hour.
But you're exactly right.
This was
either a test or it was coordinated by those who knew
this guy he can't win and he shouldn't be president.
But we'll see.
So you say the press was despondent.
How could the press corps be shocked by something they had to have seen over and over again?
It depends on who you mean in the press corps, right?
You're thinking about the young people who are on the ground as the people who are assigned to be there that night.
They were just following directions.
I think the higher-level fact of the matter is the managerial class has lost their use for Joe Biden.
So in some sense, they were prepared for him to be hung out to dry.
What I really think is the fact that any Americans at home are surprised by what they saw, and many of my independent and centrist friends last night were shocked, that is actually the indictment of the media because the media has been playing interference, running interference for Joe Biden for a long time, but now they've just decided to let the old man fend for his own, and he wasn't able to do it.
And so the reality is they've lost their use for Biden.
His cognitive deficits, this is what it also reveals, Glenn, is for the people around him, the managerial class around him.
Cognitive deficits haven't been a bug.
It's kind of a feature because that's what allows them to control him.
But right now, that managerial class is ready for a new candidate, I think.
Let me ask you, beyond the candidacy, have you read Annie Jacobson's book, Nuclear War?
I have not.
No.
I'll have that to my own.
You should read it.
I know how you love to read.
You'd love that book.
It talks about the first, I think it's 15 or 30 minutes of a nuclear war and minute by minute, and it's amazing.
There is no way that that man should be present.
They should be talking, and you've run many companies.
If that was your CEO and you were chairman of the board, would you not be holding a vote today with the board of directors to relieve him of his duties, not because of a bad performance, but because he proved last night he is not capable of
even understanding the complex issues.
And the vote would be unanimous, of course.
But the reality is this is a danger to the future of the United States.
We're more vulnerable than we have ever been.
Our homeland right now, Glenn, is more vulnerable than it's ever been in my lifetime to attacks of various kinds, from missile to super EMP to cyber to what's happening even at our southern border.
But the fact of the matter is, whether you're a Democrat or Republican, you're going to find it frightening if there's something, somebody who looked like he came straight out of a nursing home for the debate, responsible for not only the nuclear codes, but our own national defense.
And I say that speaking not as a Republican or as a partisan, but just as an American, that's a sad day for the country.
And I think it's why so many people at home were left saddened by what they saw.
I mean, if you didn't care about the country, all you'd be talking about was this was fantastic for Donald Trump last night because this is guaranteed.
If he's the candidate, it's guarantee that Donald Trump will win in November.
But that's not good for the country.
And I don't want Biden to be replaced because they might find somebody that I don't know who they could find.
Gavin Newsom.
I can't imagine any of these people winning.
But they could go to somebody like Michelle Obama, which would be an absolute disaster.
But let me go now to politics.
I thought Donald Trump
did the best debate and was the most disciplined, at least for the first 70 minutes, that I've ever seen him.
I mean, I thought he did a remarkable job.
Right.
And I think the first half is what defined the course of the debate, and he nailed it.
I do think one thing towards the end, also, to give him credit for one piece in the second half, which I loved, was that piece at the end where he authentically said it and meant it, and it came across as authentic.
Yes.
That he wanted Biden to be a good president.
That he has to be putting himself through this.
Everybody in the country and everybody in the world knows he wouldn't be charged with everything he's he's being charged with unless he was running for U.S.
president.
He lives a good life without going into this.
And something, as an outsider, I'm empathetic to deeply.
Business owners across this country are empathetic to deeply.
You don't have to put yourself through this kind of suffering.
And Donald Trump said that through the camera to the audience last night.
And I think everyone at home believed him because it was just credible.
It was authentic.
It was true.
And I think that also goes to the point that you made, Glenn, which is this isn't even a partisan point.
Even Donald Trump and every one of us would love for Joe Biden to be and have been a great president, but he's not.
And I think that that authentic delivery, I thought that was one of the nicer pieces of Donald Trump's debate performance last night that others haven't really
appreciated maybe quite as much.
I think that actually converted a lot of independent-minded people who were watching that late into the debate.
I was on Donald Trump Jr.'s the podcast triggered yesterday with him, and we started talking about the economy.
And I said, you know,
I'm not a billionaire.
You are.
But I'm not hurting.
My family's not starving for cash.
Vivek, you're not starving for cash.
But if you ever go through a drive-through,
the first thing that I think of, the first thing Don Jr.
told me he thought of, and I bet it's with you, is How is the average person surviving this?
You can't have two people going through for $35
for happy meals.
It's not sustainable.
And I thought Donald Trump did a good job last night.
And he should be recognized as
a billionaire who actually does, because he goes through the drive-through and he doesn't have to care, but he does think, how are people doing this?
And the reality is if people like you or me or Trump have sticker shock, imagine the effect that has on
Americans who are showing up in a grocery store and paying bills they've never seen.
But at a moment when we're, here's the key part of this, talk about inflation, their wages have not gone up to keep up with that inflation.
And I think it's the double whammy that people feel at home.
And that's also why people are having fewer children right now.
A big reason why many families are choosing to bring fewer children into the world and into this country.
is because they feel like they can't have the economic stability to do it.
So that economic risk is now actually feeding.
And I don't mean to be hyperbolic about it.
It's just true.
We do have a repopulation problem.
We have a fertility rate problem in this country.
But those aren't abstract questions.
They're directly related to the government policies, including those that have given us the flailing economy of the last few years.
And this economy, it is a moral issue for that reason.
It's not just a money issue.
It is a moral issue of a political class that has really spat in the face of the very people they're supposed to serve.
And the most beautiful part about this, Glenn, is it is solvable.
You know, Joe Biden's approach is vengeance towards the ultra-successful.
Donald Trump is part of the ultra-successful, and he doesn't exhibit vengeance towards them.
But I think many Americans understand that what I love about Trump is even though he succeeds, I don't have to begrudge him for that success.
To the contrary, he has the skills that allowed him to succeed as an entrepreneur and as an independent voice outside of politics to help me through politics as well.
It's what got him there the first time, and I think it's what's going to get him there again.
So, Donald Trump believes that there is such a thing as good debt.
I believe there's good debt as well.
If you're spending money to make money and you are growing your business, you're fine.
So, you know, that's why some theory is that you can have a healthy amount of debt.
But the debt that we're acquiring now, tell me, Vivek, can you name one thing that we have besides seven
EVs,
charging stations around the country?
Can you tell me what we have that's an asset with all of the debt that we've racked up over the four years?
Well, look,
I obviously don't think the national debt should be zero, but it's at $34 trillion and growing.
We're on track for the interest payments on that debt to be the largest line item on our federal budget.
So just to draw the individual analogy, you know, do you have a loan on your car?
Do you have a loan in your house?
It's one thing.
If the interest payments that you're making on your loans are the largest item that you or your family spend on, that's not sustainable for your family in the same way as it's not sustainable for our nation.
That's the way to think about the size of this problem.
And the worst thing of all is, to your point, are we actually spending it on things that increase our prosperity, increase the quality of life for our people?
No.
It is in the name of this Green New Deal, a climate change agenda that I've said it before and I'll say it again, a climate change agenda that absolutely is a hoax, that ultimately has nothing to do with the climate and everything to do with letting China catch up to and supersede the United States because they're not tying their hands with the same constraint that the United States is adopting on its own.
And I thought Donald Trump did a great job last night not falling for that climate change question, coming out and saying that we do stand for clean air and clean water.
That, too, is part of America First, but not bending the need to some global climate religion that's adding to our national debt.
So, Vivek, you're a businessman.
How does Donald Trump turn this economy around?
Because we are just on the precipice.
He is going to have to do tax cuts, and he is also going to have to probably spend money and just cut regulation.
Is that enough to turn this around?
It's a big first step, and I'll tell you there's more we can do, too.
But cutting those regulations is not an understatement in its impact.
No, I know, I know.
A regulatory state that is expanded far beyond the scope of what our founders envisioned.
And it is at once a threat to our constitutional republic, where the people we elect to run the government, they're not the ones writing the rules anymore.
Not only is that an affront to our constitution, it's also an affront to our economy.
And so that alone is going to unleash a new wave of just economic prosperity from rolling back the regulatory state alone.
Now, let's get more specific.
With respect to the debt, as well as economic growth, as well as inflation, there's one step that can take care of all three right at once.
Get the oil and gas out from underneath our ground and sell it.
And use that to buy down a big part of our national debt.
That's a triple whammy, Glenn.
First of all, you've increased the supply of energy.
That brings down costs, brings down inflation.
It delivers economic growth.
And even more importantly, that is a way that without touching Social Security, Medicare, or raising taxes, you can actually buy down our national debt, which then brings down the interest costs of those payments.
And I know Donald Trump is thinking exactly along those lines.
He's got the right vision.
It's not rocket science, right?
Rocket science is rocket science.
This is basic policy.
And yet, that level of common sense is actually what's missing in the policies that we're seeing today.
Vivek, if you have time, I have to pause for a network one-minute commercial break and then back with you in 60 seconds.
I just want to ask you the takeaway.
What is the takeaway from last night that the average American should be talking about and thinking about today?
Patriot Mobile, what do you think about your mobile phone company?
You know, what are they doing with the money that you send them every month?
Normally, it'd be a weird question to ask because I don't usually care about what companies do, but like companies Verizon, they donate money to Planned Parenthood.
A lot of these companies are spending their profits dismantling America and everything that we hold dear.
Join the parallel economy.
Do business with companies who don't do things like that.
It's your money.
And every time you make a phone call, I don't want to be sitting here thinking, geez, am I paying for an abortion right now?
Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative mobile company, they are passionately defending our God-given constitutional rights and freedoms every single day.
And they're saving you money.
They're giving you the same coverage because you're on the same cell towers, you're on the same systems of the big three.
And again, did I say they're saving you tons of money?
I had a friend who had four lines,
went from $400 and I think $20
to about $150 a month.
Are you kidding me?
I mean, save money, 972 Patriot.
Save money, 972 Patriot.
Say the promo code Beck.

10 seconds station ID.
The Trump 2024 National Press Secretary Caroline Levitt is joining us.
Also, Chip Roy in the next half hour to 40 minutes.
So stand by.
We're on with Vivek Ramaswamy now, who is at the debate.
What should the big takeaway be?
Look, I think there's two takeaways, Glenn.
One is on the issues, the top issues that matter to Americans.
Infiltration of the southern border and revival of our economy.
There's one man who has a clear vision of how to fix it.
That's Donald Trump.
There's one man who doesn't give a second care about Americans.
That was Joe Biden, falling asleep at the switch.
The only thing he cared about was his grievances against Trump.
But I think there's also something deeper, Glenn, is people at home, when they look at those two candidates and say, which one is going to make me more proud of being an American again?
Vote for the candidate who made you feel that way last night.
For me, it was one person.
It was obvious it was Donald Trump.
But whoever that was for you at home, look at the two men who are running to be the president.
Which one makes you to be proud of being a citizen of this nation once again?
Cast your vote for that candidate, and the right thing is going to happen this November.
Yeah.
I also
would point out:
you weren't just watching the debate.
Kim Jong-il or un, which one is he,
was watching it from North Korea.
Putin was watching it.
China was all over watching it last night.
Which one
will the world respect and which one will be railroaded by all of our enemies?
It's so clear.
So bare and obvious.
And so now the question is, we can't use complacency as an option.
Complacency is never a choice.
The Democrats, I think, have been consistently in playing tricks one step ahead.
And so this is our moment now to say, it's in our hands.
Our founding fathers, you know what, if they could make the sacrifices they did 250 years ago, the least we can do right now is as citizens, show up, vote, spread the message, do it, compete on the terms as they exist today to make sure now this doesn't just have to be a win.
This can be a landslide of historic proportions.
And think of what that means for national unity, Glenn.
We've been accustomed to these razor-thin margins.
We haven't seen a landslide since like Reagan.
That's the opportunity we have this year
to dare I say unite this country.
Let's not squander that opportunity.
And I think complacency isn't an option.
That's my view.
Vivek, thank you very much.
I appreciate it.
Thanks for calling in.
I know you had a long night last night.
Stu, can we get an update on the Supreme Court rulings that have just come in?
Yeah, a big one here.
A couple of big ones, actually.
The biggest one, I think, is chevron deference.
Please, please, please, Lord, please, please.
6-3 ruling along ideological lines that chevron deference is overturned, at least partially.
The reason I'm a little hesitant here to be, because this would, if you don't know what it is, we'll go through it here in a second.
We don't have time to explain the whole thing.
But generally speaking, really, really bad thing that builds the administrative state to the size that it is now.
If this is overturned fully,
it's great.
It is written by Roberts.
So, you know, I have
skimming everything.
I'm wondering where the limitations are.
So I wouldn't get too excited yet, but certainly better than the alternative.
The other one we can go through quickly, Glenn, is
the idea that...
Trump immunity.
No, that one is not out yet.
We have another one on the homelessness situation.
Can you enforce rules against homeless people camping?
And they said it is okay to do that.
It is not unconstitutional, not cruel and unusable punishment.
Unbelievable.
We have so much coming up.
We're going to have to have an extended show and go into TV after this as well only for Blaze TV subscribers because there's just so much going on.
Let me talk to you about Lear Capital.
Listen, if you think that during the debate last night, if you think that your dollar is safe
with that kind of stewardship, you are fooling yourself.
I have never seen a president more unstable in a debate.
I mean,
the first four years, your money has been, you know, in trouble largely because of the economic policies.
And maybe that's just the tip of the iceberg.
But
thank God Donald Trump pulled ahead last night.
But we are still in trouble.
Donald Trump referenced it last night, but I don't think most people understood.
The policies that Joe Biden has really put in, most of them kick in in 2025 financially.
So it's going to get worse.
Please, please go to Lear and get your
instructions on why you should invest in gold and silver.
It's free.
I just want you to call them right now.
You call them at 800-957-GOLD, 800-957-GOLD.
Every single American and every news outlet should be leading, not with politics, but
With danger.
Danger.
What we saw last night happen on the stage happened to an American president, and our enemies all watched it happen.
Everyone should be leading their broadcast with the 25th Amendment.
Why are we, if this was a private company or a public company, the shareholders would all be demanding that that CEO be removed?
because he is not capable of doing the job and he's putting the company in danger.
This president is putting you and your family in danger, clear and present danger.
We're going to talk to Chip Roy about that coming up in just a second.
We want to talk to Caroline Levitt.
She is the 2024 National Press Secretary for Donald Trump.
Last night, I mean, I don't think that there is any way,
you know, even the left was saying, you know, NPR, well, it's CNN.
They didn't ask tough questions.
Yeah, they asked tough questions of both of them.
And And Donald Trump, his performance was the most disciplined and quite honestly, the most generous
and kind to a guy who was poking him every single answer.
How did it go from your point of view?
Absolutely.
We couldn't be prouder as a campaign of President Trump today.
He really smashed it out of the park last night.
It was one of the greatest debate performances ever.
He was focused.
He was sharp.
He was disciplined.
He stayed focused on the issues that matter.
And I think he did a tremendous job of drawing a contrast, not just, of course, with his clear strength and competence with Biden's weakness and incompetence, but also what life looked like under his leadership versus Biden's leadership.
I thought one of my favorite lines of the night was when
he repeated it a few times that illegal aliens are living in luxury hotels while our homeless veterans are living on the streets.
That is the reality of Joe Biden's America.
That's very powerful.
He also spoke with great compassion that I see him display every day for the families and the victims of migrant crime.
This is a man who takes time out of his day to call these mourning mothers across the country whom he's never met, but he does it because he cares and he loves them.
And he spoke about that last night.
And Joe Biden denies that these families are even in pain.
He denies responsibility for the open border invasion that he has allowed.
And it was a catastrophic performance for Biden last night.
So what do you think the Democrats are going to do?
I mean, I am,
as an American citizen, that performance by Joe Biden should have scared the hell out of everyone.
And I think Donald Trump had such great restraint.
He never took cheap shots at him.
He was like, honestly, he said the same thing that I think most Americans that were watching said.
He said, you you know,
I don't even know what the last sentence even meant.
I don't know what he was trying to say there, and I don't know if he knows.
But he didn't say it with
anger or in a vengeful sort of way.
He didn't
take the opportunity to kind of dance in that sadness.
He instead came out at one point and said, we shouldn't even be having this debate.
Look, look at this.
We shouldn't even, this is so easy.
We shouldn't even be having this debate.
What do you think the Biden administration is going to do politically?
Do they survive?
You know, Glenn, it's a great question.
And I'm sure there's a lot of panicking Democrat operatives this morning from Obama to the Clintons who are calling one another, deciding what their next step is going to be.
You know, we're more than 100 days away from this election, though.
I mean, we're in the final stretch here, really.
It's the dog days of summer, and before you know it, it's going to be fall.
And then we're scheduled to have another debate.
I don't see how they can possibly put Joe Biden on a debate stage with President Trump again.
I don't think they will either.
But the important piece here is it doesn't matter who they put up because it's the Democrat Party's policies that have destroyed this country.
It is their open border.
It is their tax and spend policies that have created the worst inflation crisis in a generation.
And the Democrat Party is complicit in the cover-up of Joe Biden's demise.
And because of their negligence and their failure to be honest with the American people about just how severely incapacitated Joe Biden truly has been,
our country has been destroyed as a result.
And they can never be forgiven for that.
No, they shouldn't be.
They should be held accountable.
And as well, the media.
I felt really bad for those people who are just kind of skating along and believe the media still.
And they watched that last night after, you know, they were told that it was a
MAGA hoax and a cheap fake making the president look like he was incompetent.
And he's the best and sharpest he's ever been, and you can't believe behind closed doors.
They had to be shocked last night.
I heard the pressed in the press room actually, you could hear their
breath being taken away.
A gasp when he did a few things.
The press knew about this, but the people who believed the press didn't.
And that is a massive betrayal.
That's right.
The mainstream media is complicit in the cover-up of Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
And last night, our press team on the Trump campaign, we were gearing up for an avalanche of inquiries in our inboxes on fact checks.
And, you know, that's what we've experienced in debates of the past.
It was silent.
I mean, we didn't hear from virtually anyone in the press last night because they were clearly dumbfounded.
And the focus was on the Biden campaign.
The questions had to be asked of them of what the heck is going on with Joe Biden.
And, you know, just a week ago, I was on the phone with reporters battling them over the whole cheapfake scandal that they were running with.
They were actually accusing our campaign of deceptively editing videos to make Joe Biden look bad.
No, I mean, there's not enough time in our day to edit all of the videos that have clearly shown Biden's cognitive decline over the last three and a half years.
Anyone with eyeballs who's being truly honest has been able to see this, but the media is so corrupt that they just do the bidding of the Democrat Party.
But last night was so bad that they cannot even go along with it.
You even have MSNBC, Joe Scarborough, for goodness sake, saying this morning that Joe Biden can no longer do this job.
So
did you talk at all to the president last night, not about the debate, but I would love to hear him talk about,
you know, he kind of mentioned it.
Look, I don't have to do this job.
I'd much rather be someplace else.
And he said that to me personally in the past, and I know that's sincere.
He loves the country.
He must have been horrified
and
sad that the president of the United States looked like that last night.
Yes, absolutely.
He was.
We all were.
Just as American citizens who love this country, as you just said, it's almost unbearable to watch it sometimes.
And you saw President Trump's facial expressions on the stage, particularly that moment when Joe Biden looked down and couldn't get get his train of thought back and then randomly said, I killed Medicare.
What was that?
And you could see President Trump looking at him being like, this guy is not okay, almost with a face of compassion, like, you know, if you would any elderly person who is clearly declining.
It's very sad.
And another point that needs to be made is tough questions need to be asked of Joe Biden because she has been engaging in the abuse of her own husband.
And she took the stage at the Waffle House last night or wherever they were, saying that Joe did great and screaming to the crowd, looking unhinged, saying that Trump is a liar.
No, you're a liar, ma'am, because you have allowed the deterioration of your husband in the President of the United States.
And you have been lying.
And no one is going to know better the truth about his mental and cognitive ability than she does.
And it's time that the press go to her and ask her, what have you known?
How long have you known it?
And why have you been lying to the American people as the first lady of the United States?
It's disgusting what she's doing to her husband, frankly.
Well, I believe the name was Edith.
Edith Wilson did exactly the same thing with Woodrow Wilson.
He had a stroke.
He was horrible.
And she was faking his signatures.
She was saying that he was going to run for a third term.
And he was completely checked out to lunch.
So it's not the first time a First Lady has done this.
It's just greed and I don't know what it is.
I don't know.
Just thirsty for power or something.
Please pass on to the entire Trump team, whoever advised the president last night.
And I know very few people actually advise him.
But thank them for a great job last night and the president.
I thought he was.
I thought it was the best performance I have seen.
him ever do.
I got up this morning and I thought, I am going to have to get on the air and I'm going to sound like him.
Nobody's seen anything like it.
They didn't think it could happen.
It was beautiful.
It was the greatest performance.
I mean, but it all fits.
It was last night.
So, Carolyn, thank you.
Thank you so much.
And I will pass it along.
And he's on his way already to a rally in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We're going on offense in blue states.
The campaign continues.
The Democrats have to figure it out, but we know who we're running with, and it's President Trump.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
God bless.
All right.
Back in just a second.
I want to share a thought on
Jill Biden here in just a second.
First, let me tell you about American giant.
There was a time when American manufacturing was the envy of the world.
If it was made in America, it was quality, and the world trusted it.
Much of that is gone.
We're kind of, we've switched places with China in a way.
You know, it used to be, if it was made in China, it was crap.
Made in Japan, it was crap.
Well, Japan, you know, long ago got rid of that.
China is still making a lot of stuff that's crap.
But, you know, we are known around the world as not the manufacturing giant that we used to be.
Well, American giants set out to change that 11 years ago, and now they do business in America.
They produce quality American clothing with American cotton, American workers.
When you buy American, you create jobs for people who are working in the sewers and the sewers and the cutters and the
factory workers in towns and cities all across the country.
U.S.
jobs that bring us pride, purpose, and stitch people together.
And no pun intended.
Buy American.
American made.
They're now making an American made t-shirt that you can wear proudly for the 4th of July week.

I have to tell you, I just heard news about a friend, and I didn't even, I feel horrible because I didn't even know that his wife was sick.
But Thomas Massey,
he married his high school sweetheart.
They've been married for like 35, 36 years, something like that.
They have four children, and I don't know what happened, but she passed away yesterday.
And the way it's being expressed, it doesn't look like it was a surprise.
Did you know anything about this, Stu?
How am I a friend?
And I didn't know that.
God,
I'm a lousy friend.
I can confirm that part of it, but I did not know much about
anything about his wife.
I mean, you're right.
The way it was written seemed like maybe they had some awareness of what was going on, an illness or something.
But
it was really, really, really, really sad.
I didn't even realize, honestly, that they had a relationship that was, you know, back to high school.
I mean, that's incredible.
Yeah.
And he loved her.
I mean, the way he talked about her always and, you know,
he just loved her.
They were just,
you know, I think they're kind of like Tanya and I.
They're just,
they're one.
They were just one.
And,
God, I feel for him.
Blessings to the whole
Massey family and our deepest
condolences.
All right.
Let's spend a few minutes on the Supreme Court before we get to Chip Roy
and his calling for the 25th Amendment to be invoked on Joe Biden.
Stu,
it looks like this Chevron deference is pretty darn good.
It's grandfathering in everything else, but it's saying from here on out, if the law is vague, it doesn't go to the EPA to decide it.
It says it's got to to go to the court, but it should actually go to
back to Congress to decide.
And I do think that that's part of the process, right?
The courts would decide whether it was too vague.
If it was, they would strike it down and Congress would have to redo it, essentially.
Well, this is good news for the ATF.
Yeah.
You know, and it's...
You know, this idea that these agencies run our lives based on very, you know, very loose wording of these vague statutes is really hitting us all the time with the administrative state.
This is why when you hear these, like, oh, they've decided to change their mind and this is now outlawed, right?
Right.
That stuff.
Oh, hey, we're going to regulate.
We're going to regulate your gas stove out of business.
Wait, what?
Yeah.
How?
That's what this is about.
Now, they say, as you point out, the two weaknesses I've been able to find in the ruling.
One is the past decisions, which I mean, they're now kind of admitting were wrong, are still going to stand.
They're basically saying it would cause too much chaos to try to overturn them.
And then in addition to that, the only other thing that you can note is
there's a sentence in there.
It says, when a particular statute delegates authority to an agency consistent with constitutional limits, courts must respect the delegation while ensuring that the agency acts within it.
We can still have these things where the agencies are making all of these decisions for us, but it's going to have to be specifically written into these laws, that that was the preference of Congress.
I don't even like that.
We've talked about the Reigns Act and other things that would address some of those concerns.
So there are still situations where these agencies will continue to be major parts of your life, but a decrease is ahead, and that's a huge one.
Yeah, that's really good.
Are we getting another day?
Because they still haven't come out with Donald Trump
and immunity on that.
And I think there's another one out there still that's a big one.
There's still more to come.
They're going to have to add decision days.
We did get a January 6th related case,
which we can go through a little bit, but
wasn't related to Trump in any way.
It was about obstruction for a particular defendant in those cases.
Right.
They come out in favor of January 6th.
Yeah, basically that they had charged him too broadly.
They're going to have to go back to John Ray.
Before we get to Chip Roy, let me just give you a sponsor for the Blaze TV.
They're making this broadcast possible.
It's American Giant.
You've heard me talk about them.
I was wearing their t-shirt, I think, yesterday, or I don't know.
The American Made,
and we were excited that they are now in Walmart.
Walmart gives them a chance to really expand and make things even cheaper because it's hard to make clothes that are inexpensive and all-American.
I mean,
and it hurts everybody.
It hurts our pride.
It hurts our economy.
It hurts our cities.
It hurts our farmers.
But they have, American Giant has
started to make American clothing.
And the cotton is from fields here in America, picked by Americans,
cleaned by Americans, then
woven in America.
The ink is from America.
It's sewn and cut in America.
It's American Giant.

Welcome to the fusion
of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
If you saw the debate last night,
you know that there is really
only one way to describe it.
Absolutely gut-wrenching and terrifying.
And that should be said by all Americans.
We saw the President of the United States last night be confused, stumble, unlike anything, you know, everything that
people
who are willing to speak the truth have told you and you have witnessed yourself, but the media lied to you and said that's a conspiracy, those are cheap fakes, etc., etc.
You saw it happen live and the whole world saw it and it was quite disturbing.
People are still today talking about politics and the political ramifications of what happened last night.
I think we need to talk about the 25th Amendment.
I think, and this does, this as a Trump supporter, I'd love for him now to run against Joe Biden because there's no way Joe Biden wins.
But the country must win and he cannot be president of the United States.
One voice is leading that charge at least this morning and that's Chip Roy.
He joins me in 60 seconds.
First, if you're getting you're out getting a cup of coffee or you're trying to decide which set of kitchen cookware to buy
You know, somebody going the extra mile to help you out is great, makes you feel good.
But when you're doing something as important and as difficult as making the largest financial decisions, most likely of your life, that's selling your house or buying a house, you want somebody that's going the extra mile and that's essential.
It's not nice.
It's essential, especially in the crazy times that we live in.
That's why I started realestate agentsitrust.com a few years ago.
We pair you up with the absolute top-selling real estate agents in your area.

That's realestate agentsitrust.com.
All right.
We're going to get into the Jill Biden theory that I've been thinking about for a while, and I think last night proved this out.
We'll get into that in a minute.
Also, Chip Roy, but also the Supreme Court.
Yeah, Glenn, we are actually in the moment of a Supreme Court decision.
I'm going to have you make it, okay, on the fly.
We've learned here that Chip Roy has been called to the House floor,
and so he is going to be a little late.
We don't know if he's going to be here in the next few minutes or if it's going to be a half an hour.
So, as a Supreme Court justice of this program, I ask you: do you want to talk about the Jill Biden thing now and see if we can catch up with Chip here in the back half hour?
Or would you rather hold that?
Which one involves his execution for defying me?
The Chip Roy
defiance clause.
That is, I think, section four.
Yeah, if he's going to be a few minutes, let's just talk about the Supreme Court.
If not, I could use the time to talk to about Joe Biden, but I don't want to be interrupted on that.
The problem is, I think we just don't know.
So I would argue, let's talk about Joe Biden here, and then we'll have Chip Collin, hopefully, at the bottom of the hour.
Okay, thank you.
Okay,
sometimes there are stories that are in our show prep,
and we include them
because spider senses tell me something's not right.
And there's been a couple of stories in our morning show prep that if you get it at glennbeck.com, it's free.
You get all the stories, but you'll be able to see a pattern in the way we work as a team.
There were two stories about Joe Biden that bothered me, and I never talked about them on the air because I couldn't figure them out yet.
But
I had a feeling
that
Joe Biden isn't making the decisions on whether to run or not.
It was Jill.
Now there's a couple of things.
First, let me go to a story from Politico, how Jill Biden helped Joe to get to yes on running for re-election at 80.
She's the not-so-secret weapon behind her husband, and unlike four years ago, she doesn't have reservations
before he chose to run.
Privately, the first lady encouraged her husband to run again while giving him the space he needed to process the decision in the way he traditionally does, with extensive deliberations, consideration of the burden it would place on his family, and a bit of classic Biden hemming and hawing.
She was involved in the high-level discussions around the decision, giving counsel when she felt it was necessary.
She's usually in the room when senior campaign staff is presenting strategy to her husband.
She'll ask questions, but she never weighs in on the decision, said a former senior Biden advisor.
Her gentle encouragement of her husband's re-election run comes as she's relishing her role, hanging out at the Super Bowl or the women's final four, and actively posting on social media.
Unlike the cliché applied to wives of major political figures that they're the secret weapon behind their husband's success, there is nothing secret about the role she is playing.
Nearly a dozen aides and advisors in Biden World describe the first lady as someone who has grown more willing to endure the rigors and demands of being in the political spotlight herself
and more convinced of her husband's ability to be fit for the job.
Interesting line.
When I read that, I was, hmm,
that's a weird line to just throw in.
Close advisor says she feels a comfort level with her role inside the White House, balancing the ceremonial responsibilities.
Now, why are they making this?
Why are they making his, throwing in his decision to run and that she is feeling more comfortable at the White House, that she also is really enjoying kind of the power things that you get to do in Washington.
And it goes on to talk about she's always there taking notes, listening with her glasses on,
and Joe will always look at her and go, What do you think?
and she advises him.
Now, that is contradicted in the same story, and it's just a confusing mess.
I read another story about a year ago that was talking about how
Jill was the force
behind the
Biden run this time around,
that she was the one driving it.
Okay.
Then there was this story that just came out from Slate last week or maybe earlier this week.
What's happening with Jill Biden?
June has turned out unlike how the Bidens expected, dominated by a much bleaker circumstance, namely Hunter Biden's federal trial and conviction.
Some of that could not have been foreseen.
Jill Biden, as an intensely private first lady, exercised her near perfect control over her image during her three and a half years in the White House.
However, that has cracked.
When she appeared at Hunter's trial this month, she faced exactly the same sort of scrutiny and unpredictable headlines that she sought to avoid.
Her communications director reacted defensively to questions about this, saying, she's a mom.
Of course, she would be there as much as possible to support him.
The spokesperson said at one point, and it was hard to argue with that, even as ABC News began reporting the steep cost to the taxpayers of her trips to the courthouse.
Now, when's the last time, I mean, unless it was Melania Trump, when was the last time you heard about the First Lady's expense?
Remember how they They threw just flower petals at the feet of Michelle Obama?
And she could spend a fortune and nobody ever said anything about it.
In fact, you were called a racist if you did say something about it.
Jill was more in her element a few weeks ago, appearing on
Good Morning America and The View.
By the way, both ABC.
It was ostensibly to promote her book.
These were actually campaign appearances and awkward ones at that.
But they were nothing compared to the book she was promoting, Willow, which I have not been able to quite shake from my mind since peering through a digital copy this month, as admittedly more consequential events played out.
The juxtaposition of poor Willow the Cat against all else that has happened in June feels like a telling example of the Biden's larger comms trouble and tendency to assume that benevolent gaslighting might be a viable solution for dealing with them.
So here's Slate magazine.
They start out about her appearance at
Hunter Biden's trial and that she blew her, you know, cracked that shell of just I'm the perfect first lady.
Then they went into she's spending a lot of money and then they go into this bizarre
review of this book she was hawking about Willow the cat.
And they go as far as saying it might be good news for Jill Biden that no one is paying attention to this book.
book.
Yeah, it could go on.
But here's what bothered me on these stories.
And this is why they were included in the show prep, and I didn't know why exactly.
The left does not go after the First Lady.
And it wasn't a universal thing.
It was here and there.
In this story, you find out that there were three occasions that it was just ABC News.
Hmm.
I believe that Jill Biden was the driving force behind Joe
making this decision to run again.
And that there were people in the White House and people in the Democratic Party that knew that was going to be a disaster.
And they couldn't come out and say anything.
It wasn't like Edith Wilson, because this is what happened.
The Democratic Party under Woodrow Wilson,
he had a stroke.
Edith ran the White House, ran everything,
put a pin in his hand and then signed his name to documents and everything else.
And he was going to run for a third term.
Well, nobody saw the president.
She wouldn't let anybody in.
And finally, the Congress, the Democrats got together and said, we demand we see him or
we're going to bring up hearings and he will have to appear.
So they did.
She had registered him for a third term after the stroke.
And the Democrats finally had to come to her and threaten her and say, we're going to expose all of this or you can go away peacefully in the night.
I'm not saying that Jill was
faking his signature or anything like that, but she was the one that was getting in the way of getting him to step down because there were
Democrats, screw the country,
didn't think that he should run for president again.
I think last night happened
because
that same force that has been throwing her under the bus,
the same forces said, put him in now while we still have a chance.
Let's do a debate early.
And they sold it, and and they bought it and they did it.
And what happened last night?
Jill Biden was the first one to step up as soon as he, well, let me just show you the walking off the stage.
Who was the one walking?
He was stuck.
Donald Trump left the stage.
And
it was, this is just a shot from
people in the room.
This wasn't what was on TV.
Show that videotape.
Donald Trump walking off the stage.
The first debate of the the 2024 campaign and the earliest president.
So he just walks off.
And Joe Biden is just standing there.
And
Jill comes out
and grabs his arm and stands there for a while.
And then
walks him down with his arm
down the stairs of the stage.
Then they go back into the spin room, and here's what she says when they go back in public.
Listen to this.
Joe, you did such a great job.
You answered every question.
You know all the facts.
And let me ask the criteria.
Look at him.
What did Trump do?
Then she went to Waffle Hut or Waffle House.
She goes to Waffle House and she's running
a little dog and pony show
where Joe is just kind of, you know, still looks like he was hit by a freight train.
And she's spinning this whole thing and leading a show at a Waffle House.
The hell is going on there?
I think this was a Democratic inside job
to get her
to
have so much pressure, not him, her,
to feel the pressure that he has got to go.
Could be wrong, but I bet I'm not.
More in a second.
First, let me tell you about the International Federation of Christians and Jews.
At this point, the only thing, you know, the only way things are going to get better for Israel is if Donald Trump wins in November.
He very correctly stated that Israel wants to continue and finish the job and we should let them.
But that's not the Biden administration's position.
And it's not apt to be the position of whatever replacement candidate the Democrats might push either.
Meanwhile, we have to show our support.
What Joe Biden said last night about we haven't slowed down weapons and we're selling them and everything and we're behind them.
No, that's not true at all.
That is not true at all.
Here's what I would like to do.
I don't want to fight Israel's war.
I don't want to send anybody over.
I don't honestly,
I'll sell them things, but I don't want to be the arms merchant everywhere either.
Here's what I would like to do.
I would like to make sure that never again
is understood clearly.
Never again.
It's happening again.
Will we be the same cowards that so many Christians and others in the world have been over 18 times that there has been a Holocaust on the Jews?
Okay?
No.
And I want my Jewish friends and the people in Israel to know that there are millions of us that will say, not this time.
We will stand with you.
We're asking Christians to sign a pledge.
It's going to be delivered to the President of Israel.
It's going to close up next week.
You won't be able to sign it.
But we want to show the people of Israel that
Christians are your friends.
Christians have changed.
Christians are willing to stand up for God's people.
We may not agree on everything, but We're not going to have any race exterminated.
And it's evil what's happening right now.
Today with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, you can let your voice be heard.
It's one more opportunity for us as Americans and Christians to be on the right side of history.
So please sign this pledge.
Go to supportifcj.org.
Send the message clearly to the Jews and the people that live in Israel that we will stand with you
because we know right from wrong.
Supportifcj.org and take a stand today.
Supportifcj.org.
Sign that pledge.
Back in a minute.
10 seconds actually.
Station ID.
Let's check in with Stu, who's been going over the Supreme Court rulings.
We still haven't gotten anything.
I guess we're going to have to add some few days, which is unusual, but I bet they did that so they were not interfering with the
debate yesterday, didn't give a decision on Donald Trump and immunity for the president.
Yeah.
Very much.
We still didn't get it today.
Yeah.
We did get some clarity on what's going to happen.
It looks like the last day is going to be Monday for decision.
So we should have everything on Monday.
We got three decisions today.
We mentioned the Chevron deference is probably the biggest one.
Again, it's about the administrative state.
Really weakens the administrative state.
A very good thing for the country.
Yes.
We also got one we did not really speak much about, which was a homelessness ruling, which is, again, a really, really good one for the country.
It was a 6-3 decision written by Gorsuch.
Basically, it says, yeah,
you can absolutely enforce laws designed to
stop people from sleeping all over the streets and camping on public grounds and things like that.
There was an argument that that was cruel and unusual punishment, largely made by Soda Mayor and her descent.
Of course, that's ridiculous.
But it is important that now at least your town can stop this, which was actually at risk today.
The other was a January 6th case.
This is Fisher versus U.S.
Basically, it affects hundreds of January 6th
people who were charged, and the basic ruling was that they were overcharged.
They didn't have specific evidence of them trying to mess with files and papers related to these charges, and they charged them with obstruction anyway.
The court ruled they have to go back to the drawing board on that one.
They overcharged them.
So, three pretty good ones today from the Supreme Court.
More in just a second.
And
Representative Chip Roy from the great state of Texas joins us next, leading the charge on enacting the 25th Amendment today.
Glenn Beck.
What if I told you you could wake up a few weeks from now and potentially be out of that pain that you're living in or greatly reduced?
If you're like I used to be, you're probably thinking, yeah, thanks, Mr.
Snake Oil Salesman, but you know, I gave it the office.
Notice I said, like, I used to be, because that's exactly what I thought.
I thought this is, you know,
it's all natural and it's just a game and it's, you know, Ibuprofen doesn't work for me, you know.
But I started taking Relief Factor, honestly, because my wife insisted on it.
I'm not going to listen to you whine anymore unless you try everything.
And I'm like, this is not going to work.
She said, they say try it for three weeks and see if there's a difference.
So try it for three weeks.
I did.
And I honestly am, I was blown away that after everything I had tried, this worked for me.
Just try it.
I know what you're thinking.
I did.
Try it for three weeks.
See if you see any improvement at all.
It will get better and better if you do.
And your pain could be a thing of the past.

Welcome to the program.
I led the show today with the comment: you cannot think about politics right now.
Politics would say, we got to just let him go.
Let Joe Biden be the candidate.
But it's wrong for the country and dangerous.
Our enemies watched his performance last night, and we are very vulnerable.
Just remember, constitutionally, only the Secretary of Defense, the guy who brought us, you know, all of our wonderful exits from Afghanistan and all of the great things our military has been doing lately.
Only he can advise the president if the football is needed.
Only he.
And the president, read Annie Jacobson's book, Nuclear War.
There's no way this guy could handle it.
There's no way.
And
we are
insanely close.
to somebody doing something stupid.
We cannot have him as president.
Now, Chip Roy, I was glad to see this morning.
He's already on it.
And he is.
Are you putting a bill through or are you just trying to gather people to encourage the 25th Amendment?
Good morning, Glenn.
Yeah, I mean, first of all, let me just co-sponsor everything you just said.
We all have our political biases.
I am a strong supporter of President Trump.
I thought he did great last night in terms of laying out his views on the border and all these issues.
Obviously, those of us who follow politics have known that President Biden has been diminishing, that he has been demonstrating his clear incapacity and inability to carry out the powers and duties of the office.
I think last night it was on full display in a way that was much more apparent.
And to your point, it was
a clear demonstration to our enemies.
And the result of which is a weakened and endangered American people, not just the nuclear football, not just the codes, not just the decision-making about those really perilous issues, but just things like handling the border and the extent extent to which people are coming in and killing Americans and the extent to which we're not pushing on Putin the right way.
We're getting into the risk of World War III in Ukraine, the extent to which we're siding with the Palestinians over Israel.
All of these things are a direct consequence of his complete diminished capacity, which again was on full display last night.
So I am filing either today or early next week a very simple resolution that lays out those observations and then simply says that we're calling on the Vice President of the United States to exercise her authority under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment of the Constitution to
find that the President can no longer carry out the duties of the office.
And we believe that she should convene the cabinet to do that.
We believe that that's important.
And this is a non-political statement.
I happen to believe that it is beneficial for us politically to be strong on standing up for the Constitution and defending the country and calling it like we see it.
And I think if the Democrats are going to go try to pull pull him down, they're going to do that anyway.
We should not view it through those lenses.
That is blindness.
I think it is, we have seven months at least under this guy and a potential of longer.
If you let him run for reelection and he happens to win,
you know, we can't allow that.
So I think President Trump is perfectly capable of defeating him or Kamala Harris or anyone else they want to throw up.
And I think we should right now focus on the fact he is unable to faithfully discharge the duties that he has been empowered to do as as commander-in-chief.
You know, I think the political operatives on the left are so
cynical and callous and, you know,
power-hungry that they won't understand that a lot of Americans on both sides of the aisle watched that last night and were frightened by what they saw, but also sad.
This was extraordinary to watch the President of the United States.
And I watched it last night.
I'm like, if he's declined this much since the state of the Union,
what is he going to be like in November or January?
He's not going to be all there.
And what does that mean for us?
And look, I don't want...
For me personally,
if I wanted to look at all of this politically, I would say, let him rot.
Because Donald Trump, it will be such a massive victory for donald trump uh because nobody could vote for him um
and and i think kamala harris you know is is not a rocket scientist and i disagree with her on almost everything and i don't want her to be president either but what i do know it's bad for america if he continues another day.
It is bad for my children's safety and your children's safety.
But, you know, everybody in the White House knew it.
His cabinet, they know about it.
And only Kamala Harris, who is unpopular in the White House, can instigate that.
And she has to then go to the cabinet and you have to, what is it, a majority of the cabinet, has to say, yes, we agree with you.
Correct.
They're running the show.
They're running the presidency.
Why would they give up that power?
Well, I mean, that's a very good point, which is to some degree the impetus behind my desire to put forward a resolution.
Now, look, there are questions about whether it's, you know, can be what we call privilege, whether I can even get a vote on it.
There's questions, you know, I'll let the body kind of work its will a little bit.
I think it's important to file it.
I think it's important for at least one member of Congress, maybe others, to make the statement that we believe that the president is unfit to carry out the duties as commander-in-chief and to put pressure on them.
And look, if they're going to be political, and if they're going to rally around and say, hey, man, we're the cabinet secretaries.
We've got all the power now.
We're calling the shots.
The White House, you know,
politicals are all calling the shots.
And Biden's just going along for it.
Well, if they're going to be that cynical, then that'll play out politically.
And I've done what I think I should do as a man and as an American and as a member of Congress and who has an oath under the Constitution.
If
not,
then fine.
If they go carry it out and they go proceed under the 25th, it's not like I'm going to be doing jumping jacks and jumping down excited about Kamala Harris being the one making decisions.
I mean, good grief.
You know,
she's got massive deficiencies in terms of her capabilities and
obviously her ideology.
But there is a clear distinction, right?
And the president
is not even the president that he was when he was elected
in 2020.
And, you know, I think that when we look at this, as Americans, as you put it, Glenn, we have an obligation to make that clear.
But process-wise, for your listeners, the way the 25th Amendment works, the vice president has to make the call to convene the cabinet.
A majority would then send a letter up to Congress, and they would say, you know, we're assuming the duties.
The president can then respond and say, no, you're not.
I'm actually, you know, competent.
And they, you know, basically challenge it.
Then the cabinet can come back and say, nope, you're not.
And then the Congress votes.
That's basically the way that works.
Congress can actually pass a law that would create a different body to do that.
We've never done that.
I don't like that.
I don't like, you know, I like the way the 25th Amendment was written, but that assumes that you have Americans all
that love country more than self in that cabinet.
And it has to come from the cabinet and the vice president.
That way, otherwise, you'll get, you know, the Republicans saying, well, it's another form of impeachment.
Let's get him on this.
Or you'll have the Democrats doing that.
Somebody will
abuse this.
You know, you didn't expect that the cabinet would be full of people that were just so power hungry and really didn't respect the office of the president
and real, true, as they say, democracy or the republic.
You never expected that there would be a group of people that would do that, but that's what they're doing right now if they don't stand up.
Is there any Democrat that would join you on this?
Because last night I heard, you know, even Joe Scarborough said today he's got to step down.
It is very clear and widespread when you have lost the New York Times, when you have lost Joe Scarborough, when you have lost Democratic pundits on CNN, when you're watching them basically,
they actually went beyond crying and depression.
They went straight to real concern.
And what I believe actually is opportunity.
I believe that Democrats have now known this for a long time.
They've been guilty of trying to hide it from the American people.
They've been using him as a puppet, as a Manchurian candidate, to drive their radical agenda, that they've done that and on purpose, and that now they saw that the gig was up, that Trump could win.
They were hoping they could keep the Manchurian candidate in place.
They panicked and they said, you know what?
But it was a controlled panic.
Let's do this.
Let's have an early debate.
We'll see how he performs.
He didn't perform.
Now they have what they need to try to push him aside and, frankly, end end run Kamala.
That's what I actually think.
I think part of this is
trying to end run Kamala with someone that they can pass and sell.
Maybe it's a Gretchen Whitmer, maybe it's somebody else, and come in and try to rally them around to come up and beat President Trump.
So for me, I think we have a constitutional duty to protect the Constitution.
He's incapable, and he's been sit for at least four months.
I think we should force Democrats to own it and make a choice.
Do you agree?
Do you believe he's competent?
And number three, look, let's make him choose.
And, you know, if Kamala is going to exercise this, then she would become the president.
They got to decide if they're going to rally around her or not, or whether they try to end run her with someone else at the convention.
I think it puts them in a box.
And I don't think Kamala is the best candidate.
So, you know, we can see how it all plays out.
But our duty is to the Constitution first.
So, again, I go back to ask you, are you in Washington now?
Have you heard anybody that is talking on the other side about, hey, this is a real problem.
We got to get serious about this.
Well, look,
I don't want to
break competences, but I've definitively had conversations with some of my Democrat colleagues and others, and they have very real concerns.
People that wouldn't ordinarily say it have very real concerns.
And look, I just saw something out in social media, you know, take it for what it's worth, with someone saying that they're hearing that Ron Quain and Barack Obama are having a sit-down with the president today.
Jill Biden is the one that is saying that she insists that he runs,
and that Kamlo is furious she's not being considered as a replacement.
Whitmer and Newsom are.
Who knows?
That's crazy.
Joe Biden is the one that's trying to hold him up, and Biden is himself arrogant, and he doesn't even know what's going on.
So, you know, if they're going to rely on Biden to step down at the convention, then that may not even happen.
Maybe that's good electorally for Republicans and for President Trump and for us to take our country back.
And look, I'm willing to entertain that notion, but I still think we have a duty right now.
The guy has an issue to
not be commander-in-chief right this second.
Every second is a second in which we're in danger.
You're exactly right.
Chip Roy, thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
God bless.
Thank you.
You bet.
I want to ask,
Stu, who do you think would be
the replacement?
And how would Whitmer do?
And, you know, we were talking off-air about looking into this.
Can you even replace names on all of the ballots in all 50 states?
We'll get to that here in a second.
Let me just pause for a second.
Tell you that living with home security in this day and age is,
you know, is not only a good thing.
You're rolling the dice with your safety and the safety of your family if you don't have it.
It is necessary to have.
Someone's house gets broken into every 27 seconds in this country.
Okay?
You don't think it's going to be you.
Like, you know, I didn't think I'd ever watch the president have a meltdown like that on national TV.
You know, could happen, but it's not going to.
That's the same kind of thinking that,
you know, got us where we are.

The Glenn Beck program will be right back.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
You know, we're talking about the invoking of the 25th Amendment.
Only Kamala Harris and the President's cabinet can invoke that, which I think is the right thing.
But,
you know, if you look at what's happening, it is a hard row to hoe here.
But I also, you know,
well, let's start with the problems first.
If they want to replace Donald, I mean, Joe Biden,
there are states that won't allow for a change.
For instance, is it Wisconsin?
Wisconsin's one of them.
So there's a bunch of states that have these rules.
Basically, you just can't change out your nominee whenever you feel like it in a lot of these states.
Usually there's an exception for death, right?
If someone dies, you can change the name.
For example, in Wisconsin, that is the exception.
However, it's the only exception.
So at this point, death is the only exception.
Now, Wisconsin,
you might think, well, they'll just change the rule.
Well,
Wisconsin has a Republican legislature.
So it would be
unlikely.
It would be difficult.
Yeah, they would change the rule.
But they did it in COVID.
I mean, you know, they changed all kinds of things there in COVID.
Not incomprehensible.
Again, this would be another sort of retroactive change in the law that I can't stand.
They've been doing this a lot lately.
You know, it's why Trump was sued by Eugene Carroll, right?
They just said, well, retroactively, the statute of limitations is gone.
And so you do see this happen occasionally.
Another interesting one is Nevada, which has a rule that you cannot make any changes to the ballot.
Listen, this is fascinating.
After 5 p.m.
on the fourth Friday
in June,
that's today.
Today.
Yes, that is today.
And then there is only minor exceptions here.
Death, of course, is one of them.
The other one is if you are adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.
Now, adjudicated indicates an actual proceeding, right?
Like,
so unlikely, but maybe in a moment of desperation they could cross that.
As far as changing the law, they do have a Democratic legislature, but a Republican governor.
So,
again, would that happen?
Georgia is sort of on this list too, although they have up to 60 days before the election for that one, so there's a little bit more room.
But if they had to change the nominee, in theory, they might have to throw out two of the main swing states that Biden would have a chance of winning, which would be devastating to their chances.
So, I think they're going to get Joe Biden to step down.
Now, who takes the place?
Kamala Harris, they'll forgive for all of her word salads, and they'll start saying those word salads are the most healthy thing you can eat because she'd be the first female black president.
