I want to talk to you about American Giant.
American Giant is a great, great company.
They're a company that just doesn't think about what they can do.
They think about what they should do, and then they do it.
When you buy American clothing, you're investing in American manufacturing and American workers.
You're not just buying clothes, in other words, you're investing in our country and in our communities and in fellow Americans.
We need to get back that independent spirit of American manufacturing, and American Giant is doing their part.
All of their clothing is 100% American.
The cotton, the milling, the cutting, the sewing, the ink, everything is American.
There's an American Giant in all of us.

It's fantastic.
Makes me even look okay.
Best pullovers.
Yeah.
Yeah, okay.
They're not magicians.

It's a new day, a time to rain.
Welcome to the fusion
of entertainment
and enlightenment.
This is the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
I am sick and tired of hearing what we cannot do.
I'm sorry about this bridge collapse.
It's an amazing story.
It's an amazing hero story of the cops.
Yeah, let's make sure that we get rid of those cops.
A hero story where they saved, I don't know how many countless lives by,
you know, being there and doing exactly the right thing quickly.
But I'm really tired of hearing about how long this is going to take us before we survive and how bad it's going going to be because it's going to be so long.
I'm going to start there in 60 seconds.
Standby.
Let me tell you about our economy.
I mean, hindsight can be 20-20 and that's good.
Making mistakes and learning from them is, you know, one of the best ways we grow as people.
But sometimes foresight is the way to go.
That's what I try to do here with you.
I try to help you think about what's coming over the horizon.
Not just understand the news of the day, but what that means for the news of tomorrow.
Prepare yourself and your family for economic insanity.
We have a guy on a little later who is the, I believe he's the writer of that warning from Canada that came out yesterday we talked about where he said, you know, the hopelessness of the Canadian future.
People are going to riot and start going against their government once they find out what's really coming.
That's a little frightening.
We're going to talk to him, see exactly what that meant,
but I think it's coming here as well.
I would really urge you, please, to go to Lear Capital and get their wealth protection guide.
Their wealth protection guide.
You're not going to sell you anything.
They're not going to pressure you on anything.
They just want you to have this.
You look at it.
You've got any money saved in 401ks or IRAs or anything else, please consider gold or silver, physical gold or silver.
Call right now, 800-957-GOLD.
They'll credit your account $250 towards your purchase if you decide to buy anything.
Just because you're a listener of mine, call 800-957-GOLD, 800-957-GOLD.
All right, I want to give you this, I want to give you this story that I read today, the immediate upshot for Americans on this bridge collapse.
If you're waiting for a new car to come in from overseas, prepare to wait longer.
The Port of Baltimore stands as the nation's leading import-export site for cars and light trucks.
It's also the leading nexus for sugar and gypsum, which is used in
fertilizer, drywall, and plaster.
A record 52.3 million tons of foreign cargo was transported through Baltimore just last year.
The bustling port is cut off now after the 1.6-mile bridge crumbled and fell into the river early Tuesday, blocking the only shipping lane into the port.
The port is one of the busiest in the U.S.
and saw a record of 52.
million tons of foreign cargo transported in 2023.
The officials have said the timeline for rebuilding the bridge is, quote, years.
We're going to do everything we can to protect those jobs and help those workers, the president said yesterday.
The port of Baltimore creates more than 15,300 jobs, with 140,000 jobs linked to the activity at the port.
This is a major disaster and will continue, it will create significant problems on the East Coast for U.S.
importers and exporters.
The bridge collapse will mean that for the time being, it will not be possible to get to the container terminals or a range of the other port terminals in Baltimore.
The Maryland Secretary of Transportation told reporters Tuesday that vessel traffic in and out of the port of Baltimore would be suspended until further notice, but noted the port is still open to trucks.
So we still have trucks going in.
As soon as we clear the bridge, we can get vessels in, but it's going to be a major hassle for over time for cars, etc., etc.
An expert on property damage cases in the shipping industry told the New York Post that the collapse will have a major impact on shipping and traffic routes in the East Coast for the foreseeable future.
It's not, quote, it's not going to get fixed anytime soon.
It's going to take a lot longer than anyone expects.
This is going to be a major problem for the Northeast.
I'm sick of this.
I am absolutely sick to death of all of these stories that say things like that.
Have we forgotten who we are?
Have we forgotten what we've done?
Let me just take you on a little journey here for the American spirit.
A spirit so potent and so vibrant that it has scaled towering mountains.
Mountains nobody thought they could cross.
Constructed marvels of engineering.
Have you ever been to the Hoover Dam?
We erected buildings that scraped the sky.
The sky scraper was invented here.
Here we are on the threshold of tomorrow.
None of us know what is happening tomorrow.
None of us.
But I'm getting the impression that we've been so beaten down
that we believe we're not going to make it tomorrow.
Can I just remind you of who we come from?
Our ancestors, what they did?
Our history, if you just look through it briefly, you will see a group of people that never take no for an answer and can do anything.
I want to stop just briefly in 1930.
The Great Depression had its icy grip on us.
It was a time like the where everybody felt the flickering candle
in the vast darkness.
It was just barely there.
Yet it was in this crucible of adversity.
That Americans did great things.
The Empire State Building rose.
It wasn't just a structure of steel and stone, but it was a beacon, a beacon of hope and American resilience and ingenuity.
The way that thing was built, nobody had ever seen anything like it before or since.
In a record-shattering one year and 45 days, an army of workers,
as many as 3,400 men on certain days, they transformed this audacious vision into a cowering reality.
The guy who was funding it knew this thing better come in under budget and we got to get it in here fast or this is just going to destroy all of us.
The Empire State Building wasn't constructed.
It was conjured into existence with a symphony of clanging metal and roaring machines and quite honestly the inexhaustible spirit of its builders.
There are stories,
the men who were perched on the steel girders that were being flown in by giant cranes, and they sat there.
There are whispered tales about how they could still feel the warmth of the freshly poured metal beneath them.
That beam was still warm, even though it was poured in Pittsburgh, and then put on a train, then put on a boat, then then put on a truck, then hauled up into the air.
They could feel the warmth.
It was moving that fast.
It was a feverish pace of construction.
It seemed to defy the laws of time and physics.
For a long time it was the tallest building in the world, an architectural achievement.
It was also a declaration to the world that America was a land where the impossible became possible.
Determination, innovation, a relentless will to succeed.
You know, that's all old, dusty history.
Why even look at that?
Because they're not merely historical footnotes.
They are blazing torches illuminating our path forward.
They remind remind us, or are supposed to remind us, that when we are faced with adversity,
we don't just endure it, we overcome it.
We don't wait for history to chart our course, we write it with the sweat of our brow and the strength of our backs.
That's who we are.
Have we forgotten that?
It's going to be years.
We find ourselves at another crossroads, America.
Faced with the challenges that threaten to dim the bright future that we all dream for, for our nation and for our children,
the spirit that built the Empire State Building that laid down miles of railroads that cut through the rocky mountains that sent astronauts to the moon.
It's still inside of every heart of every American somewhere.
Awaken that spirit.
Scale new mountains.
It's not just rock and earth.
Scale the mountains of innovation and sustainability.
Build.
Not just physical structures, but a future that upholds the spirit of adventure and hard work and ingenuity.
Stop tearing everything down and let's start building.
Well,
we might have another president.
You know,
who's out there?
Who could we?
Why are we waiting?
If this isn't a national emergency, I don't know what is.
And I don't mean the bridge.
I mean all of it.
Well, our government has to lead.
Really?
Really?
Does it?
Maybe that's our problem.
America is led by its values and its principles that are found in the soul of those who still remember who we are and who we serve.
Americans led the way.
The government always follows.
Yeah, well, we can't act without them.
Bull crap.
Where are the bridge builders who will stand up today and say, I'll get it done?
Soon as that happens, you'll see who's leading and who's stalling.
The government is the one that stalls the engine out.
To expect more from our leaders is rational, but to expect the most from ourselves is essential.
We are the architects of our destiny.
We are the builders of our dreams.
There's a huge task that's right in front of us.
I still believe we can tackle that.
We can overcome anything.
The history of America is a tapestry woven with the threads of bold endeavors, monumental achievements, blood, the blood spilled at the Empire State Building and every other path to greatness.
Let's harness the potential, not for glory,
not look at us, oh, we're the best, we're the best, but because
we understand that in the pursuit of a better world, action is not just an option, it's our duty.
I often wonder, and as I look to the horizon now in today's America, is that a sunset or a sunrise?
It depends on you.
If Americans rise with a determination that carried our forebears through the trials and tribulations,
if we build with love and compassion and an unbreakable commitment to the spirit of daring, adventure, and hard work and ingenuity, we restore ourselves and our country.
In the words of our ancestors,
that are etched in every American heart somewhere.
You can do it.
You can become anything.
You can do anything.
That doesn't make it easy.
It doesn't mean you deserve it.
You can do it because it's hard.
And it's in doing the hard things that we find the best of ourselves.
That's why everything that's going on is not necessarily a curse, it's an honor to serve at this time because we can find the best of ourselves.
We can step forward into the dawn of a new day with our eyes wide open to all of the problems of the past and the possibilities that are right in front of us.
But we have to resolve to make those possibilities our reality.
We
are Americans.
There is nothing we can't achieve when we all stand together, united by our dreams and driven by the will to see them fulfilled.
Don't listen to anybody else that tells you differently.
Sponsor this half hour is Jace Medical.
Have you tried to get in to see a doctor lately?
And I don't just mean for serious issues, I mean at all.
There is a time when doctors made house calls.
Not really how it's done anymore.
Not only is it difficult to get in, you drive there, you wait around until the doctor is free to see you.
Well, his time is very valuable.
What about my time?
May I suggest you consider Jace.
The Jace case is a pack of different antibiotics that can use to treat a host of bacterial illnesses in an emergency.
This is something that you can keep in your home ready for use in a situation where you otherwise can't get the medication you need.
And if things in the supply chain get worse, let's face it, they're probably going to get worse before they get better.
That's going to be the vast majority of vital
medications.
Don't delay.
You know how hard it is to get things done now.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
How are you, Stu?
I'm doing pretty well, Glenn.
And I think that was
an interesting rundown of what American ingenuity should be, you know, what our country used to be.
But can I ask a question about what our country is?
You are going to take this happy smile off my face.
You're determined to do it.
Go ahead.
I am not saying.
I want to make sure I'm clear.
I am not saying, not saying
that Pete Budigiej is going around the country sabotaging all of our infrastructure.
I'm not saying that.
I'm definitely not claiming that is what is going on.
But what other explanation is there?
Like, if you, he's not sabotage.
Incompetence.
Total and complete incompetence.
Where is this guy?
I don't know, but I think the question we should be asking is how do we get him to go back on paternity leave?
Ever since this guy got this job it's been non-stop transportation catastrophes that this guy has been he's overseen every single part of our infrastructure just fall apart in front of our eyes and he's the only thing tying it all together i mean is it possible he's going around disabling power structures of boats he's not is it possible
he's derailing trains intentionally
in the middle of the night.
I mean, we have to at least open up the possibility at this point that this is what's going on.
No, you don't.
Here's why you don't.
Because the criminal always returns to the scene of the crime, and that guy never shows up.
I mean,
Boeing is an institution in this country.
I know.
People
get this job, and just doors are flying off.
What is going on?
Something has to be done.
I mean, I don't want.
Yesterday I read a lot of theories
and some of them
harebrained,
none of them really helpful at this point.
We have no idea.
We have no idea.
But again, it is coincidental, and I mean that it is just at this point coincidental that
the two companies that have gone all DEI,
Boeing,
you know,
let's fire all the engineers and put bean counters and DEI people in.
And United Airlines,
let's have, you know, let's have our CEO care about drag shows and dress in drag.
Well, how about making sure that the plane is there with all of its wheels?
Could we do that?
And now this ship, this is another ship that is, this company is big on DEI.
I don't know.
I mean, maybe everybody's DEI, so that's not a coincidence anymore.
Maybe everybody except us,
you know, maybe that's why,
you know, it looks like that.
But I don't know.
I don't know.
I think there's a lot to look at, but the most important thing I think we can do is
find the people.
who can build this bridge in the time
that it it took to build the Empire State Building.
Are you telling me a bridge is tougher?
Do you know that halfway up, they were still building the steel structure and in the bottom 10 floors, even the bathrooms, they were all tiled and working before the building was even complete in the steel structure?
You cannot tell me that we can't move mountains to get this.
I'll tell you this.
If Ron DeSantis was president, that's the kind of talk we would be having right now.
Not a, it's gonna be a long time.
I mean, I'll be long dead.
Long dead.
Probably 20 years dead before that port's ever open again.
Glenn, back.
Alright.
Our sponsor this half hour is

So you will not
quit eating the meats and start eating the bugs, huh?
That is no problem, main friend.
If we just put something in the meat, maybe a little mRNA vaccine, hmm?
Remember, we have ways of making you cooperate.
I'd really not like to have my cow
have the mRNA vaccine.
And then I eat it, because I'm not really sure about that whole mRNA vaccine.
Now, it it might turn out to be great, but I'd like to at this point say, no, no, not on, no, not in my meat.

Hello, Pat.
Hello, Glenn.
Thank you for that very nice introduction.
That's all true.
It's all true.
Yeah,
well, I'm here to tell the truth.
So
the bridge, Stu has a theory on this Baltimore bridge collapse.
I do not.
I would not say I have a theory at all.
I'm just saying, look, it wouldn't make any sense for this to be a terrorist attack the way it happened at 1.30 in the morning.
Like, why would you do it that way?
I mean, maybe you can argue it was some sort of test run or something, but like, I don't know.
It's a problem.
Or just to disrupt our infrastructure.
But it doesn't seem like it's going to be that serious in that.
I mean, like, these places are able to.
It doesn't seem like, I mean, like, all the reporting is that they are able to reroute to other ports.
I mean, it's going to affect Baltimore pretty seriously.
Obviously, traffic will be affected.
But, like, if you're going for some major terrorist attack, first of all, 1:30 in the morning is kind of a weird time for it.
And, and, you know, of course, you know, the warnings from the ship and all these other things.
But beyond that, like, I'm looking at
a broader picture here.
And I'm not, I'm getting, I'm not saying this.
What I want you to know, Pat, is I'm not saying this.
Okay.
I am.
What are you not saying?
I am not saying that Pete Buttigieg individually
is going to each one of these things and like unscrewing Boeing doors before the plane takes off.
I'm not saying he's doing that.
I'm not saying he's loosening tires off of planes.
You're not saying that.
I'm not saying that.
It would be incredibly impossible.
What I am saying is, should we check his house to see if he has scuba gear?
You are.
I should say, let's check it out.
Why not go into his garage and see?
Maybe he has a couple of, you know, a couple of, I don't know, rubber suits that he's, and that might be for other use.
But, like, I'm just saying, can we at least check?
We should at least know that.
All right.
Maybe he's got a Philip Nobel screwdriver or something.
Yeah.
Right.
Does he have a sky?
Yes.
Right.
Yes.
It would just be interesting to know what type of underwater diving gear the man owns.
Like, does he happen to have a mini submarine in his garage?
Like, that would be something weird.
First of all, it would be weird.
First of all, first of all, as I said, they always return to the
scene of the crime.
So he never shows up after one of the, he disappears after this.
Yes.
We never hear him talk about anything transportation.
Have you heard him actually, you know, standing in front of a United Airliner going, we're going to shut this thing down until we figure out why the United Airlines keeps losing doors and wheels.
And I heard the steering wheel or something the other day.
Right.
Why?
Where is he on that?
So he never shows up at the scene of the crime.
So that immediately goes,
it's also way too much work for him.
And
he would have to learn things like how to put the mask on, which I think is beyond his capability.
You know, how do I, the scuba gear, the, the breather goes where exactly?
And you don't want to use it after him.
After he tries it.
I'm just saying, I don't know.
I think, look, there are a lot of reasons to believe that Pete Buttigeg isn't responsible for each one of these things.
It would be insane.
It would be a crazy development
by all accounts.
However, like,
how else do we explain this?
It would be unprecedented.
The fact that if it was our transportation secretary.
Right, it would be.
Yes, I would agree.
Unprecedented.
Never in history has a transportation secretary
sabotaged
transportation.
Can Can we look at the bright side?
However,
that would be more than any transportation secretary has done probably in the history of transportation.
I never know what they do.
This is a good point.
Who knows the name of any other transportation secretary?
Yet we
Yeah, Chow was one, and the other one that I did pop into my head was Le Hood, because back in the day, but like not for, hey, he's screwing up all of our infrastructure.
It was like, oh, well, he's sort of a notable figure that occasionally comes up in policy conversations.
This guy has overseen
disaster movie sequel after disaster movie sequel since he got this job.
We have American institutions.
Boeing is just like, ah, we can't keep planes in the air anymore.
Like, what?
Why?
Why has all of this happened under his watch?
It's like he's trying, he's like, he's Michael Mann.
He's a tie to him.
We now have more footage to show in disaster movies because of this guy.
Allegedly, I mean, I don't think he is intentionally derailing trains across the country, but it does seem weird that ever since he got there, we should at least look to see if he's got like a wedge or something
that would allow him to do it.
I would say the fact that everything
is being derailed would lead me to believe that it's not one man.
It's probably not.
It's probably not.
And
this is not bad on you, me.
The entire country is going into a bridge of button.
That's true.
It would explain why we never see him, though.
Because he's always honestly
into one of these places, loosening some bolts.
It's probably
not him loosening bolts.
It's probably not.
Probably not.
It's probably not, but
wouldn't it be easy to rule it out?
Like, shouldn't we at least go looking around?
Just to just, you know, let's toss that.
Let's toss the individual possibility that Pete Buttigieg is flying around the country disabling our infrastructure.
Let's just
rule that one out.
It's got to be easy to rule out.
I'd feel a lot better.
Yes.
You know, I would.
I mean, even though I understand, call his husband to find out what
was he in bed with you last night or the night before when this thing hit the bridge abutment.
Just find out.
Let's just find out.
It's just an easy one to rule out.
And like, until we can rule it out, he should go back on paternity leave.
That's all I'm saying.
He shouldn't be employed in this job when this is a possibility.
Yeah, I see what this is.
You just want him out as the transportation secretary.
Oh, wow.
You are such a bad man.
Well, man.
Look, I see.
Is it homophopia?
Is that what's happening?
It's definitely not homophobia.
He can be as absolutely gay as he'd like to be while on paternity leave.
In fact, I'd encourage it.
It would be almost odd if he wasn't, right?
But like, what I'm saying is, ever since this guy took this job, we have done show after show after show out of
transportation infrastructure collapse.
Like, why not just
either he's individually doing it himself, or maybe another possibility is everything this man touches gets destroyed like he's Ivan Drago.
Maybe that's the thing that I have to tell you.
I don't even know if he.
I think this is just
now four years of absolute incompetence.
The companies all being
distracted from what they have to do so they can meet new governmental mandates on bullcrap that mean nothing to any of us.
And this guy, this guy, I don't think he knows what his job is.
I really don't.
He used to be terrible at it.
And whenever he is involved in something,
tragedies ensue.
So, you know, I mean, again, we talk about these problems like with the border.
Like, I don't know, what do you do?
You got to close, you got to make sure you're closing off the border to illegal immigration before you're worried about the immigrants that have already crossed, right?
Like, got to stop the flow.
There's a leak.
You got to stop the leak.
Turn the water off first, then fix.
With this, it's like, shouldn't we just turn the water off here?
Like, get this guy away from this thing first, and then we'll figure out some of the other details.
Whatever he's bringing to the table is weighing down the table, and the table's collapsing.
Can we do something about this?
This is the best entertaining conspiracy theory I have heard in the last 24 hours.
It is.
I mean, this is good.
This is good.
I don't think it would be absurd to picture Pete Budig
in a scuba outfit.
I mean, like, if someone were to Photoshop that and give it to us on Twitter, on Twitter, that would be silly.
Obviously, Pete Buttigieg
can't possibly be doing it.
Let's just confirm he doesn't have the equipment to make it possible.
Let's rule it out.
Have we seen close-up pictures of the United Airlines flight when it was taking off, losing the tire.
Was there a parachute after?
Exactly.
Was he up in the wheel hub
as they took off?
Just, you know, like one of those, you know, poor Afghans that were just like, I'm going to go to America.
And he's like, wait, I'm not done.
I've got to unloosen the bolts here.
Yeah, like, yeah.
I'd like to see a close-up.
Was he driving a tanker truck last June 11th and left it on I-95 in Philadelphia right at that bridge Why?
When that caught fire.
Let's just
look.
Let's just see who the driver was.
Let's just look if, like, if you have the CCTV footage and you see a little guy scampering away from the bridge right after, like, I would like to know who is that?
Is that a leprechaun or is that Pete Budicie?
I want to know who it is.
These are basic questions that we can ask, honestly.
And
my goal here is to exonerate Pete Buttigieg.
Clearly.
That's my goal.
I feel like we might be able to do it.
Before you said this, I don't think Pete Buttigieg came up as a suspect.
Well, how?
I mean,
because it would be so outlandish, right?
Like, there's no way that you're going to be.
People were afraid to say it.
It would be crazy.
Thank you for
that.
It was.
People were throwing out the chains and saying what everybody was thinking stupidly.
But other people would say.
As Jon Stewart said, saying the things that nobody's thinking.
Right, right.
That's what he's talking about.
It could be.
It could be.
But then again, other people might say, it's the most logical explanation that he's just going around doing it himself.
Why else would all of this happen?
And that's why I just want to exonerate him and let him get back to his wonderful family, you know, back on paternity leave.
Yeah, you know, and like, I think, too, we should consider for this particular role whether paternity leave should only happen after the birth of a child.
Maybe it should be like a constant thing, like a whenever you need it, you take it.
Just go ahead, go on leave
right now, and maybe take 8 to 12 years off just in case, you know.
Okay, these are just possibilities.
Thanks for standing and watching the whole thing burn with me.
It's been fun.
Appreciate it.
Please, no mention of Pete Buttajudge in the following commercial for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation was started after 9-11.
And
their idea was somebody's got to take care of these firefighters' families, these police officers that died.
Then we went to war.
Let me tell you about
American hero and his family.
James Donaldson, he's a U.S.
Army specialist.
His legs and two fingers were lost when he was hit by an IED while on duty in Iraq.
Sent home, had a lot of difficulty adapting to his own home with his new circumstances.
And that's where the Tunnel to Towers Foundation comes in.
They gave his family a mortgage-free, specifically adapted smart home for him.
It has not only allowed James to live a more independent life, but according to him, also helped him to be a better husband and father.
Since 9-11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been committed to supporting American heroes and their families.
Can you help?
$11 a month is all they ask.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
So I got to work this morning here at the ranch.
We have a broadcast barn and I walk into the broadcast studio and I'm here about, I don't know, six o'clock.
And it's still dark out and I'm up in the mountains.
And
Jamie, our engineer, comes in, what time about 6:30 or so?
And
he's in here and we hear this, because I had the door open and I hear this,
I don't know, like a flock of birds, right?
And they're making weird sounds.
And I looked at him and I said, what the heck is that?
And he said, I don't know, just birds.
But it was weird.
And so I'm going back to the house just to get some stuff.
And I walk out the front door of the broadcast barn and I hear,
I don't know what it was, but all of a sudden the birds went like,
and they just flew out of the bushes.
And then I heard like the scariest growl I've ever heard.
Uh, I don't know what it was, but we have mountain lions up here, and I think it might have been a mountain lion.
I mean, all the hair on the back of my neck stood up and went, Jamie, I think there's something out here.
And uh, then I just screamed out to the mountain lion, do whatever you want with the engineer, just leave me alone.
Terrifying, Those things are so spooky.
Yeah, that is terrifying.
Do we know a thought?
Was it Pete Buttigieg in the bushes?
Is it possible?
Can we rule it out?
Like, if we just had
a situation where maybe Pete Buttigeg sits in front of Congress and we ask him to make his best growling noise, and then you'd be able to just identify
whether it was him.
Can you please sound like a mountain lion?
Right.
And if he can, he can.
It was like this, it was this weird.
It was like a kitty cat purr half growl if the kitty cat was like 800 pounds.
You know, it sounded like that.
Can you make that sound, Pete Buddha Judge?
We should ask him because then we could rule him out.
We can rule him out.
Just rule him out.
We just want to exonerate.
He was not hunting for
little animals to eat in this morning.
He was just, you know, just someplace else in the dark.
So you did get a little purr mixed in with
the growl?
Would you say that?
You know that sound that cats make when they're like,
you know what I mean?
Salivating over flesh?
Is that what you're saying?
Yeah, I don't know.
You know that purring sound that they make, except it was like...
Oh, gosh.
It wasn't a kitty cat.
It was terrifying.
Terrifying.
This is why I'm indoorsy.
I don't want to be an outdoorsy guy.
I'm an indoorsy guy.
Those things happen.
I mean, I like it.
It's pretty up here in the mountains and stuff, but I don't like that there's something out there with a taste for human flesh.
I would have made a very bad mountain man.
I really, I like today.
I like indoor toilets.
And I even, I'll take the problems that we have today over, you know,
where's little Susie?
Oh, she was eaten by a mountain lion yesterday.
But, you know, it happens.

I think this is the most important week of the year,
religiously speaking,
and speaking just as a human being.
The problems that we face in America today, and quite honestly, the entire Western world, is
a lack of forgiveness, a lack of grace, and a lack of
understanding the atonement.
Suicide rates are up.
People think there's no need to live anymore, that nothing is real.
They don't realize that they're not a human having a spiritual experience, they're a spirit having a human experience, that we are
at this time here for a reason.
And no matter what you've done, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
And you think,
I can't, at least I did.
So what made me drink and an alcoholic,
I couldn't live in the world that I had created with so many things that I was ashamed of and everything else just piled on.
And it wasn't until I stopped drinking, went to AA, and did that, but I still couldn't really let go of the past until I was baptized.
And when I was baptized, I remember I said, I was in the water.
Pat actually baptized me, and I was in the water, and in my head, I was saying, you promise, you promise, you cease to be God if you don't live up to your promise.
And that promise is, live the way I ask you to live, do the things I ask you to do to the best of your ability, and I will take all of the things from the past away from you and I'm telling you my life changed overnight
it's real
a lot of people who even profess that it's real
I don't know they don't act like it's real you know and I think it's something that you
You have to practice, put into practice every single day and be grateful for.
It is the greatest gift ever given.
And that's what we're supposed to celebrate on Easter, Easter, the resurrection.
But did that even happen?
There are people that claim Jesus didn't even live.
Well, let's look at history.
Is there proof that he lived?
Is there proof that he died?
Is there proof of the resurrection?
And I mean proof, historical proof.
We happen to be friends with Jeremiah Johnson, not the guy who, well, I don't think so.
Jeremiah, Do you like liver and onions?
In another life, maybe.
I'm better looking than that Jeremiah Johnson.
Right, okay.
So that Jeremiah Johnson, the one, the mountain man,
he is, you know, that happy little movie with Robert Redford, kind of happy.
It didn't end that way in real life.
But anyway, Jeremiah Johnson, he is a Ph.D., author of Body of Proof.
He is Christian Thinkers Society president, Prestonwood Baptist Church, and and an apologetics pastor.
And we have him.
I've been a huge fan of Glenn Beck, if I may say, and a Blaze subscriber, by the way.
Really?
Are you really?
Of course you have been for, I'm an OG subscriber.
And listen, I love being on with you.
I appreciate your word.
I appreciate you speaking truth.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
Well, that's really hurt your credibility with everybody else, but I appreciate it.
So, Jeremiah, we wanted to get you on because there's a lot of unbelief today.
And it wasn't until I went to school for like 10 minutes at Yale, and I took early Christology, and it was the historic proof of
Christ and what, it was through the history department and what times were like back then.
And it really opened up a whole new world.
So I'd love to talk to you about, you know, what what this week was really like and what the evidence is that Christ even lived.
Right.
And then we'll get to the resurrection.
Love it.
And what's fascinating about it is Christianity, unlike any other religion in the world, Glenn, puts itself to a historical test.
Make no mistake that archaeology, evidence, proof, not checking your mind at the door, these are Christianity's closest cousins.
No other religion or ism is like that today today or has been ever.
In an absolutely devastating passage in 1 Corinthians 15, 17, Glenn, St.
Paul tells us what's at stake about how important it is what we're discussing this week, this holy week.
He said, look, if Jesus didn't rise from the dead, this is 1 Corinthians 15, 17, we're still in our sins.
We have no forgiveness, as you were just talking about.
And two verses later, Paul says, hey, people should kind of feel sorry for us.
We should eat, be merry, for tomorrow we die.
Let's just go be Corinthians and live wild and crazy.
But he says, and again, this is an uncontested passage.
1 Corinthians 15 is one of the most respected historical documents.
And I'm talking about even those apostate, secular, skeptical professors that you probably had in New Haven at Yale.
I'm not saying they all are, but some of them are.
I've been to the Bionic Commission.
This one wasn't, but okay.
Everybody else.
Even they accept 1 Corinthians as a historical document.
And Paul passes on what's called the kirgima.
He passes on the earliest tradition of the church, that Jesus lived.
He died according to the scriptures, he was buried, and he rose again on the third day according to the scriptures.
Paul was a male chauvinist.
He hated Christians, didn't like women, and he certainly didn't like you if you were a Jew.
It was only because of experiencing Jesus alive from the grave that his life is utterly transformed.
He's the earliest witness.
Because remember, Paul's letters antedate the gospels.
And so I don't check my brain at the door when I become a Christian.
Glenn, I am a follower of Jesus because on April 5th, AD 33, Jesus walked out of that tomb alive from the dead.
That's the only reason I'm a Christian.
You know, let's talk about Paul for a second because he is fascinating to me.
He wasn't just a bad guy.
He was a really bad guy.
When the crowd is surrounding the brother of Jesus, he says, here, you know, basically, you don't want to get blood on your coat.
Let me hold your coats.
Right.
So he's holding their stuff so they don't get bloody while they beat this guy to death and stone him to death.
I mean, that's an extra level.
That's almost to the evil Nazi kind of guy.
He was the original mafia mobster, mob boss in Jerusalem.
He gave approval to take out.
He gave approval to all the hitmen to take out Christians.
He thought that he was protecting Judaism, that Judaism was a coherent religion.
He didn't like this new Jewish sect that welcomed salvation, Glenn, as you said so vulnerably and so powerfully in your personal testimony to start this hour.
He didn't like the fact that the gospel, this new message, was for everyone.
After all, he was trained in rabbinic Judaism.
And Glenn, I don't know if you're aware, in rabbinic Judaism, they would say things like, better to burn the Torah than teach it to a woman.
The Jews had this benediction.
They said, thank you, God, that you didn't make me a Gentile.
Thank you, God, you didn't make me an ignoramus, a moron in Greek.
And thank you, God, you didn't make me a woman.
This is what's in the zeitgeist, if you will, the milieu of Paul and the Judaism he comes out of.
So what can we say for the audience?
Because this has immediate consequences on everyone who's watching and listening today.
Jesus Christ not only lived, his death is the best established fact of the ancient world.
Glenn, I often often say, if we can't believe that Jesus was massacred on a Roman cross, don't bother believing in the Roman Empire because do you realize as a historian, so I had the privilege to study in Oxford for three years, 2009 to 2012, where I defended my thesis.
93,000 word, Glenn, Über Lieferang's Geshisha of resurrection, 11 languages in my doctoral thesis.
I looked at it.
I heard all the arguments against the resurrection, which we should definitely dive into.
Here's the key, though.
Jesus came came out of that tomb alive and it utterly transformed the world, which is one of my body of proofs from my book.
It's the only convincing evidence for me.
It's the only convincing explanation for the historical fact that everywhere this gospel message goes and society embraces it, culture is dramatically improved and made better.
This same Paul, who is an OG gangster in Jerusalem, sees Jesus, Glenn, and he gives us a passage.
He says, there's neither Jew nor Gentile, nor there's slave nor free, neither male male nor female we're all one in christ jesus and that one verse changes the world
yeah it revolutionary i think he's my favorite character in the the bible uh paul he's he's just if we knew how to argue like paul if we knew how to live like paul in many cases um we would be just an outrageously great group of people um tell me why is he why is he on the road to damascus he's on the road to damascus because he wants to get even more approval he wants to take his pogroms against Christian and he wants them to go national.
He is going to get approval to continue to kill Christians.
So he is on the hit run, literally.
He's going to take what he's doing, the persecutions in Jerusalem.
He wants to pass those into Damascus and beyond.
He wants a systematic extermination of the way.
That's how Christianity was first referred to in its earliest historical documents.
And so what we can say, though, Glenn, and this is what skeptics who are listening, and I get it, man, I wake up a skeptic every morning and I have to wrap myself back in the truth of God's word and the truth of the evidence of Scripture.
What we can say as a historian, not as a matter of faith, but as a matter of fact, Jesus Christ, the documents say, appeared to those who loved him and followed him.
He also appeared to those who were indifferent to him.
And make no mistake, as we'll dive into, he appeared to those who were out and out hostile against him.
Okay, we're going to talk about that.
It'll give me one minute.
We'll back with Jeremiah Johnston in just a second.
First, let me tell you about our sponsor.
Our sponsor,
this half hour, if I can click on it, and my computer is not working.
Oh, it's Berna?
Easy to talk about Berna.
Stu and I went out to my house with my wife, and we had just a little game with the Berna launchers.
This is part one of why I like Berna launchers.
You can fire it in the city.
Today, when I thought there was a mountain lion behind my house,
I fired my gun.
I can do that because there's nobody from miles around.
If you want to practice, you have to go to a gun range or whatever.
We practice in my backyard in the city with a burner launcher.
It doesn't make any sound and it's not a bullet, but it will stop you
60 feet away.
If you hit within five feet with a tear gas pellet, you're going to stop that person pretty quickly for about 45 minutes.
But Stu came out and he was all, you know, hey,
I'm Rambo.
I'm the man.
I can shoot.
I'm just the, I'm the pro here.
Get out of my way, you rookies.
And I think he was beaten by my wife.
I'm not sure.
It's not an exact quote of what I said, but it's so close, Glenn, I have to give it to you.
Berna launchers,
does Lisa carry a gun with her all the time?
Always, Glenn, for anyone interested in thinking about going
up to her at any point, she's always very heavily armed.
Let's just
pretend that she doesn't and my wife doesn't.
And they're stopping at a grocery store.
They're stopping at a gas station at night.
Things are getting freaky in cities, really freaky.
I want to make sure that her gun is loaded, but she is
afraid of pulling my gun.
I pull my gun.
You better be prepared to kill somebody.
So you hesitate.
Berna takes that hesitation away because if you see trouble coming, you could just say, stop, stop where you are, pull the trigger.
It's not going to kill a person, but it will incapacitate them until police arrive.
It's Berna, the Burna launcher.

Jeremiah Johnston joins us now.
Let's talk about
the proof.
Should we start with the proof that Jesus even lived, or do you want to go right into the resurrection?
Whatever you want, Glenn, I'm good.
Well, we've got about 20 minutes.
So
let's start just quickly on some things.
Like, for instance,
Josephus is a Jewish writer, one of our first historians, and he writes about Jesus and not like a he's the Messiah sort of way, just verifies that the man was another one of these messianic figures that came down and had followers, correct?
Exactly.
But what's unique about Jesus, remember, Jesus wasn't the only guy in the first century claiming to be the Messiah.
In my book, Body of Proof, I actually write about the fact that there's at least 10 other what I call messianic pretenders or contenders.
All of their movements came to naught after the death of their would-be Messiah-like founder.
Only Jesus' movement continues.
So let me put it this way, because I'm a visual learner.
I do a lot of work in archaeology.
You can go to the land of Israel today, Glenn.
There's about 100 archaeological digs that happen twice a year.
I can introduce you to Jewish archaeologists.
Now, these Jews are just Jews by ethnicity.
They're probably atheists or perhaps agnostic leaning towards atheists.
Glenn, they use six books you may have heard of.
to make sure that they're digging in the right spot.
They make sure that these books exhibit, here's a word you'll love, verisimilitude with what the world of the first century late antiquity would have been like.
You may have heard of these books.
Some of your audience may be familiar with them.
Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, the book of Acts, and as you just said, Flavius Josephus.
So if the atheist slash agnostic Jewish archaeologists who do this for secular universities, not for any kind of faith integration or influence,
they're just digging.
If they're using those six documents, I want to tell you our audience should as well.
That tells me that the scriptures are, in fact, indeed some of the best historical documents that we have.
We can build 65 facts about the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus before we ever opened the Bible, Glenn.
Do you realize I can't say that about any other historical figure?
It's incredible and it's astounding.
I will tell you that when you walk over there and you see it and you read it, you know where you are.
It's not a big place.
No.
You know where you are and it describes it so well, even 2,000 years later,
you can see where you are and what happened there.
So I don't think it's...
I mean, if you don't believe that Jesus even lived as a man, you know, I don't know where to go with you on that.
Now let's take it to now he was a man and he was crucified.
How do we know that this is the death that he he endured?
We know this because there are seven reasons.
And this is why I took all of my learning, all of my education.
But listen, I'm a busy dad of five, Glenn.
I don't know if you knew this.
My wife and I have triplet boys who are seven years old.
We haven't slept in seven years.
So my kids go screensaver.
They go screensaver if it takes dad longer than two minutes to explain something.
So I took that to my book, Body of Proof, and I wanted to give people the seven best reasons, the proofs, the evidence.
Here's what's cool, Glenn.
And this is why I love you.
You're a Christian thinker.
You actually know how to think and you teach your audience to be critical thinkers.
I don't go into some kind of Christian trance when I do Christian history.
I think about the historicity of Jesus of Nazareth, his death by Roman crucifixion, which is the best established fact of the ancient world.
The proofs of his resurrection, the proofs of nascent early Christianity.
I do that the same way I do Civil War history.
You know, Glenn, I used to live in Franklin, Tennessee, where the Battle of Franklin, bloodiest five hours of the Civil War happens.
Same way I look at that history is how I learn history of Jesus of Nazareth.
And so what's fascinating to me, though, is there is archaeology, there is evidential proof, textual proof.
Okay, so when we come back, let's go through those seven.
Okay.
The proof that Jesus rose from the dead.
Okay.
And Unicide.
Jeremiah Johnston, he is the author of Body of Proof.
He is also Christian Thinkers Society president, Prestonwood Baptist Church, apologetics pastor.
The historic basis for faith.
Next, when we come back.
Glenn Beck.
All right.
Our sponsor this half hour, Sarah, you're going to have to help me out because my computer's not working on it anymore.
Relief Factor, another one easy to talk to you about.
Relief Factor is the way I got out of pain.
You know, I can't tell you, I went to every major medical center in the country over about a five or six year period i had debilitating pain that would put me almost in the fetal position um it was really really bad and nobody knew what it was being caused by or how to stop it and i got to a point to where i was like i can't live this way anymore i can't i can't do my job anymore
and live with this pain.
My wife, it was around Christmas time, and my wife said, why don't you try Relief Factor?
And I said, God,
it's not going to work.
I've been to the best doctors in the world.
And she said, Why don't you just try it?
I did.
Three weeks later,
my
pain had been lessened.
I thought it was just me.
I stopped taking it.
It got worse again.
I'm out of pain now.

So, there's a lot of Christians, even, that are a little iffy on the resurrection.
And if Jesus didn't rise from the dead, then what was the point?
Why are you going to church?
Why are you getting baptized?
Why do you believe anything that you do if he didn't rise again?
But that's kind of hard to swallow, especially if you're somebody that, you know,
you haven't stumbled onto faith yet.
And there's a new book out called Body of Proof by Jeremiah J.
Johnston.
He is a pastor, an apologetics pastor, Prestonwood Baptist Church, Christian Thinkers Society president.
He's a Ph.D.
And this is a book that, as he said, we've got seven right out of the chute.
Seven things that prove the resurrection.
What are they?
So the body of proof is this important for every believer.
I want to make sure you understand what's at stake.
There are 300 passages in the New Testament that talk about the resurrection of Jesus.
There's only 260 chapters, 300 references on the resurrection.
Glenn, so many of us, as you said at the top of the hour, we need hope right now.
We live in a society that's largely given in to despair.
We wonder what's life all about anyways.
Well, number one, the resurrection of Jesus, this is proof number one in the body of proof is the only way we ultimately make sense of the suffering in our lives.
St.
Paul, we've been discussing Romans 8, 18, he said, for I consider the sufferings of this world cannot be compared with the glory that is to come someday.
And remember, Paul, he was like the Job of the New Testament.
He's often called the Job of the New Testament.
He had so many problems.
In 2 Corinthians 1, he said, I have the sentence of death within me.
I can't even go on living right now.
So without the resurrection of Jesus, suffering ultimately doesn't make sense.
But suffering is what gives us hope.
1 Peter 1:3 says that no matter what we face, we have a living hope.
And here's what's cool about it, Glenn.
Not because I woke up feeling hopeful this morning.
My hope is tied to a fact, the fact of Jesus' resurrection.
Number two, Jesus Christ called it.
This is the second body of proof.
And Glenn, I can't help your audience if you guys don't know what a hashtag is by now.
But if the early church had a hashtag, it would be on the third day.
Jesus does something really cool.
And by the way, I have a 1,000-year-old Torah scroll.
Glenn, I so wish you were with me today because I brought my 1,000-year-old Torah scroll with me.
I'm holding it up for those that are watching right now.
This is a Torah scroll.
That means it's the first five books of the Old Testament.
That's what Torah means.
So Genesis, Leviticus, Exodus, that kind of thing.
So this is actually the book of Numbers, Glenn.
And this is Numbers 30 to 33.
This was given to our ministry, Christian Thinker Society.
It was smuggled out of Iraq during Saddam Hussein's pogroms against the Jews.
It was smuggled out entire rubber.
Now, why am I showing you a Torah scroll?
Jesus said that all of the Old Testament testified of him.
And what's really powerful, Glenn, we're all on the road to Emmaus right now.
Every one of us.
You're on the road to Emmaus.
I'm on the road to Emmaus.
And some of us were like...
Explain that for people who don't know what that is.
In Luke 24, the disciples thought Jesus was a charlatan.
They're cussing.
I never knew the man.
They've given up.
He wasn't supposed to die on a Roman cross, Glenn.
He was supposed to vanquish us from those Roman enemies.
4Q285, a Dead Sea Scroll, said that when Messiah comes, he'll kill the Roman occupiers, vanquish a corrupt priesthood, purify a defiled temple.
But when Jesus went to the cross, they thought he had lost.
They thought the devil had won.
And so they go home to Emmaus.
Emmaus is seven miles southwest of the modern city of Jerusalem.
And Glenn, in my Bible study book, Body of Proof, I took two drones, four cameras to Jerusalem.
We filmed just days before the Hamas attack.
Little did we know.
I'm on the actual Emmaus Road.
And Glenn, you know this because you actually know and teach history.
The Romans knew how to build roads.
And the curbing is still there from the road to Emmaus.
And Cleopas and his wife Mary, and here's what's really beautiful about it.
They've given up.
They've left the faith.
They thought Jesus gave them no hope because he died on a cross.
And Glenn, here's what's cool about it.
They begin walking and a stranger who they don't recognize begins walking with them.
And in fact, they invite this stranger into their home in Emmaus when they reach Emmaus seven miles later.
And what I love about Luke, by the way, is he enjoyed eating.
Did you know in the Gospel of Luke, which is one of the four gospels, there's 13 meal scenes, Glenn.
So Luke will be a great guy to hang out with.
He's a man after my own.
Yeah.
He's a man after my own appetite.
Here's the beauty, and I want you to see the ark.
It was during the first meal scene in Genesis that sin entered the world.
Do you remember Eve ate the apple?
She was tempted.
And yet it's in this new meal scene in the new creation that their eyes are opened and the stranger who's been walking with them on the road to Emmaus Glen is none other than Jesus Christ resurrected.
And there's this verse I would include, encourage your audience to look up Luke 24, verse 27.
It says that Jesus began with Moses.
So that's the first five books.
That's why I brought my Torah scroll.
And the prophets and the writing.
So in the Hebrew Bible, that would be Genesis to Chronicles.
And he said, not just a couple of verses, they all point to me.
And here's what happens.
Their dejection is turned to unending hope.
In Luke 24, 32, it says, were not our hearts burning within us as he opened the truth of the scripture to us.
And you know what?
We need our hearts to burn with hope today, don't we, Glenn?
And so Jesus called it.
That's the hashtag on the third day.
Jesus predicted a lot of the skeptics out there, Glenn, they say, well, Jesus didn't really think he was God.
People foisted that on him later.
No, when you study Mark 8, 31, Mark 9, 31, Mark 10, 33 and 34, Jesus is constantly predicting his death by Roman crucifixion, and on the third day, he would rise from the dead.
Hosea 6, 2, and 3.
I thought of him this week, you know, Palm Sunday.
He comes in on a donkey
and he's celebrated, and he knows he's fulfilling scripture.
And I thought,
I don't think I would be happy going into Jerusalem if I knew what was going to happen in just a few days.
And it was a massacre.
The execution of
crucifixion is beyond anyone's understanding of how horrible it is.
And yet he was fulfilling prophecy, knowing what was going to happen in just a few days, and he was still hopeful.
I mean, that is really remarkable.
And Glenn, that's how much he loved you.
Romans 5.8, but God demonstrated and keeps demonstrating love for you and me.
For everyone watching right now, man, there's a lot of despair out there.
If you need a reminder God loves you, you need to look one place and one place only, the empty tomb, after you look at the cross.
God demonstrated his love for you and me in that while we were sinners, Glenn, while we were alcoholics, while we hated God, he still loved us.
And so that's the beauty of it.
Point number three in body of proof is Jesus demonstrated resurrection power.
Glenn, I went to Bethany.
I don't call it Palestine ever.
We should get into that at some point this week.
Why I never called called Israel Palestine.
That's terrible.
But I went into what moderns call West Bank.
I call it Judea and Samaria.
I filmed in the very tomb of Lazarus.
This is another story.
I went down there and Glenn, you would have loved it.
I was sweating.
By the way, I was on a weight loss program.
I could barely fit in the tomb.
I had to get on all fours.
And I called out.
There were little tombs.
We were smaller people.
And I called out, I said, Lazarus, come forth.
I just wanted to know what it sounded like in the tomb.
We filmed it all.
And here's the point.
Jesus not only predicted his death and resurrection, he demonstrated resurrection power.
Mark 5, Jairus' daughter raised from the dead.
Luke 7, widow of Nain son, raised from the dead.
And then John 11, this stupendous miracle.
Lazarus' body is a ripe, stinking course.
He raises it from the dead.
And John 11 said they still didn't believe.
And Glenn, that's why we have to help educate your audience.
Some evidence will never be enough evidence for some people.
Can we just talk about that for a minute?
I mean, Jesus Christ could appear to you right now, but you've already closed your heart to him.
And when you close your heart to Jesus, you close your heart to hope because hope is found in nowhere else than the resurrected Christ.
I will tell you, this is why dictators and everybody else, the first thing they take on is Christianity.
They take on religion
to destroy the...
Yeah, they've got to destroy religion because that is the source.
It's the only reason why I do what I do.
It's the only reason why I get up every day.
I got up this morning and I'm like, oh, geez, I don't want want to read the show prep today.
And you know what?
I do because I know he lives.
I know he saved me.
That's right.
And I know I'm forever in his debt, never able to repay it.
But geez, this is the least I can do if he asks me to stand up and testify of him.
That's the least I can do.
So number five, Glenn, body of proof.
You want me to get through them all?
The sources written in archaeological overwhelmingly confirm the resurrection narratives embedded in the gospels.
I'm going to quote now atheists.
I like to quote atheist scholars because we have some skeptics that, for some reason, that holds more weight.
I have the same credentials they do, but I'm not an atheist.
So let me quote the atheist.
Jodi Magnus, University of North Carolina archaeologist.
She is an especialist in Jewish burial traditions.
She says, the resurrection narratives embedded in the Gospels are exactly right.
The entire juridical procedure is what we understand.
Glenn, here's the cool part.
In the Mishnah, that's the rabbinic tradition.
If you were a part of the Sanhedrin, Glenn, if you and I were part of the 70 ruling priests in Jerusalem in the time of Jesus and we condemned someone to die, it was on you and me to be responsible for the burial of the criminal we killed.
What do we read in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John?
Joseph of Arimathea, Nicodemus.
These are members of the Sanhedrin.
They ask Pilate for the body of Jesus, why they're going to bury him, not honorably, but properly.
All of that smacks of authenticity.
Point number six, body of proof, Glenn.
I love this one the best because, you know, as a dad of triplets and four sons, I can tell you something.
Abel Ryder, Jackson, Justin, none of them think the other one is the son of God.
Okay, I can tell you that right now as a dad of boys.
I don't know, Glenn, do you have any brothers?
I don't know if
you have a brother, what would it take for you to believe your brother was the son of God?
I have to ask these kind of critical questions.
And, Glenn, when I was defending my thesis, William Telford, who was studying, who is a Gospel of Mark scholar, but does not believe in the resurrection, he looks at me when I'm defending my thesis in Oxford and viva voce.
Half the words he's using is in Latin.
And he said, Jeremiah, I have one question as we begin.
Had a big British bow tie on.
He said, do you actually believe that Jesus rose from the grave?
Or is that just imaginative storytelling?
That was the first question he asked me.
And again, in the UK, you get a PhD.
It's pass fail.
You fail.
You can never do a PhD again in the UK on that subject.
I said, Professor Telford, David Hume said, wise men choose probabilities.
The evidence leads me to believe with all my heart Jesus rose from the grave physically, bodily
on April 5th, AD 33.
I believe it with all my heart.
He said, I don't see it that way.
Let's start your viva.
He later passed it with commendation.
I published
in the German system, you're not really called a doctor until you publish your monograph in an academic serial.
He went on and recommended it for publication.
So here's number six, the body of proof.
How do you explain the conversion of James, the brother of Jesus?
I love that you're conversant in Josephus, Glenn.
I love that you know history.
I've learned history from you, Glenn.
I don't want to date you or me, but for a while, I loved.
I watched you back in the day on the chalkboards and learned from you.
Thank you.
And John 7, verse 5 said, not even Jesus' brothers believed on him.
In Mark 6, did you know Jesus is called a bastard in the Gospels?
They thought he's an illegitimate child.
In Mark 3, his family thinks he's a nutjob.
So I want to ask our audience, because I'm sure many of them have not yet become Christians, what would it take for you to die?
believing your brother was not only the son of God, but had come back from the dead.
James didn't believe it either.
And Glenn, I like to think in my mind's eye, you know, he was a builder.
Jesus has been massacred on the cross.
He's a charlatan, James thinks.
And 1 Corinthians, back to that power passage, verse 7 and 8 says, and he appeared to James.
And in my mind's eye, I'm just speculating right now, Glenn, but I'm thinking that James is working on a project and brother Jesus appears to him as the resurrected Christ.
And he's like, bro, check out my side.
Check out my hands.
They got me.
I told you, you owe me that money.
Yeah.
You owe me that money.
I got you.
But here's what Josephus, and again, I'm not quoting the Bible right now.
I'm quoting Flavius Josephus in AD 62.
James is stoned to death, Glenn, believing his brother is the Messiah, the son of God.
How do you explain that?
How do we explain that?
All right, hang on just a second.
We're going to get to the last point here in just a second.
First, let me break for a quick commercial, realestateagentsitrust.com.
Buying or selling a home isn't just a difficult decision.
It's a whole host of big decisions.
And the scary part is
they're all pretty much your decisions.
So start with the right one first.
How do you find a real estate agent?
Somebody that you could trust, somebody that actually listens to you, really kind of even speaks the same language that you do.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
Jeremiah Johnston, he is the author of Body of Proof,
PAD and Pressonwood Baptist Church
apologetics pastor.
He has just written this book, Body of Proof, that in it he has one of the things, seven reasons why
you can prove that
Christ, the story and the resurrection is true.
The last one, I think, is very funny in some ways.
Go ahead.
Glenn, I first presented this at an academic conference.
This is an original contribution to knowledge.
Glenn, if you and I wanted to invent a new religion that would have been marketable in a winning proclamation in the first century, we never would have invented Christianity.
Everything about the Christian message offends someone.
In fact, if you and I, and so the title in my chapter, Body of Proof, is if the disciples invented the story of Jesus' death and resurrection, they did a terrible job.
You would have never invented it that way.
No one believed in a body, a ripe, stinking corpse coming back to life.
So predominant was the Socratic notion of the immortality of the soul, the Platonic notion of the immortality of the soul.
Rather, the body was ugly.
Wanted to get rid of it.
Glenn, women, as you know, were at a great disadvantage in the first century world.
In fact, we have a love letter, Papyrus Oxyrhynchus 744.
A guy writes a beautiful love letter 50 years before Jesus is born to his wife Alice and Oxyrhynchus.
He said, Hey, if it's a boy, keep it.
And then let me read it to you in Greek.
If it's a girl, throw it in the trash can.
But who does Christianity choose?
And by the way, no one would have batted it and I, but it's in Mark 9 that Jesus said, wait a minute, the kingdom of God is like children, bring the children to me.
Jesus brought humanity back to women and children, and the resurrection is defended by women.
We never would have invented it that way if we were trying to come up with a no, and you would have taken the Messiah and nailed him to a tree.
That's right.
That's the worst humiliation you could come up with.
Okay, you believe in the Shroud, yes or no?
Yes, I do completely.
It's no hoax.
And listen, I was a skeptic.
I got to tell you, I feel the same way, and I never did believe.
Wow.
But I do now.
Tomorrow, we're going to take on the holy shroud of tourism.
The Glenn Beck program.
That story really pisses me off because what they should have said is, hey, everybody in the newsroom, grow up.
Grow up.
We don't all have to agree with each other.
Or just hit them with some tear gas.
Exactly.
Probably not the best answer, but it is the best answer.
And the burn a launcher would be helpful.
In many circumstances, it is.
We actually, you had mentioned and lied about a bunch of our when we were testing the burn a launcher at your house, and you've told many stories about that.
One thing I think is interesting that we haven't talked about, Glenn, with the Burna is one of them, one of the biggest
things preventing people from practicing and getting in good practice with their firearm is the ammunition.
With the Burna, you actually can reuse it over and over and over and over again.
I know.
Which saves you so much money.
Yeah, especially if you hit the target.
Like yours went way past the target and we had to look for it all day.
But mine just pink hit and then just drops right in front of the target.
So it's good.
Anyway, Burna, get a Burna launcher for yourself now.

Oh, oh, oh, stay the straight
and hold alive.
It's a new day, a time to rain.
Welcome to the fusion
of entertainment
and enlightenment.
This is the Glenn Beck program.
You know, I've learned a lot by just looking at what the government seems to be preparing for.
You can see
the future or the future that they are expecting by looking at how they're preparing and what they're preparing for.
I told you yesterday that there was a
troubling report out from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on the things that the Canada and their police force are trying to start to prepare for.
It's troubling because it talks about people rising up out of hopelessness out of their situation.
Well, the guy who broke this story is from Canada, obviously.
His name is Tristan Hopper, and he is on the phone with us now to explain what does this mean?
How seriously should we take this?
And how serious is the police and
people like Trudeau taking this?
Are they taking it seriously?
Is it something we should all really kind of batten down the hatches for?
We talk to him in 60 seconds.
Stand by.
First, our sponsor this half hour is American Financing.
Everything, everything is still really expensive right now.
And by the time you fill up your car and buy your groceries, there's not much left.
So what do you do?
Well, a lot of people are just swiping their credit card because they're trapped.
And then they trap themselves into high interest debt.
But what choice do you have at this point?
Then after they start to see your interest rate going up 20, 25, 30%, 35%,
you as a homeowner, you're looking at it thinking, I'm going to lose my house.
Please, I want you to call American Financing or go to their website, AmericanFinancing.net.
They don't ever charge any upfront or hidden fees.
It's just one of the many reasons why they have, you know, like 8,000 great five-star Google reviews.
I've been a fan of American Financing for a very, very long time because they don't work for the banks, they work for you.
They may be able to save you from a catastrophic ending if you have high interest credit card debt.
You could save up to $820 every month.
That is the average of what a listener last year who called in.
All of the listeners called in, the average was about $10,000 a year in savings by talking to American Financing.

The whole of government five-year trends 2023.
It was a report that was forecasting
exercise
based on a review of open source articles and reports.
Spokesperson has said it was undertaken to provide federal policing managers with insight into anticipated changes in Canada's political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal circumstances, aiding in safeguarding Canada.
Tristan Hopper is a reporter and columnist for the National Post
and
he is all on top of this and can tell us the meaning behind it
if anything significant.
Tristan, welcome to the program.
Thank you.
I didn't break the story.
I shamelessly stole the idea from someone else, but I think I wrote it better than you did.
It's okay.
Well, you're the story that I found.
And so, you know, that's the same
to me.
Listen, Listen, steal from me, you've stolen twice.
The thing that I want to know is when I read the story,
it talked about how hopelessness is going to be
a part of Canadians' life in the coming years.
And that people aren't prepared.
I think that's part of why I wrote about it.
So the fact that the report exists isn't surprising.
I mean, the job of the police,
at least at the federal level, I mean, the RCMP, I mean, they do street-level policing, but they also sort of function as Canada's FBI.
So think of this as an FBI report saying, oh, here's what the next five years are going to look like.
So yeah, police should be sitting around saying, well, what's going to bite us in the butt in the next five years?
So
what was interesting was
if you have a security analyst who's only worrying about security, they're going to look at Canada and say, oh, yeah, most of your young people can't afford houses.
That's not good.
That could be a real problem in the future.
So this is sort of one of the first times I've seen acknowledged within an organ of the Canadian federal government saying, oh, yeah, things are not good.
They haven't been good for a while and they're set to get worse.
So, obviously,
if you ask the political Trudeau government, government Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, they're going to say, no, no, don't worry.
Things are going to turn around.
But I mean, according to the professionals within our security state, they're saying, no, no, we see none of this getting better.
And when you have increasing numbers of young people who have no prospect of obtaining the life that their parents lived,
you know, it's fine now, but that can quickly devolve into something very ugly.
Yeah, this is,
let me just quote you.
The warning the federal government received that Canada may descend into civil unrest once citizens realize the hopelessness of their economic situation.
The coming period, quoting the report, the coming period of recession will accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations.
For example, many Canadians under 35,
hang on just a sec, for many Canadians under 35, they are unlikely ever to be able to buy a place to live, ever.
Right.
And I should point out, this is sort of for a U.S.
audience, this is sort of a preview of coming attraction.
So in affordability
and just general life standards, Canada is sort of ahead of the curve on those being worse.
So our per capita GDP has been while the US has actually been pretty good the last ten years, ours has been steadily trending downwards.
And then affordability, I know houses are expensive
for Americans, but in our major centers, if you earn anything close to a normal income, so in Toronto, Vancouver, even in some sort of secondary cities like Edmonton or Calgary, yeah, there are no circumstances whatsoever under which you can afford even a basic home.
So, and that's really accelerated over the last 10 years.
So, yeah, you have a lot of people who have good jobs.
Their wife has a good job.
They've saved their money.
And
yeah, real estate's gone up a thousand percent.
So there's no way they can
envision a future where they're not renting for the rest of their lives.
And it's not just that.
Here in America, I mean, I think it was State Farm just said that to Californians, we're out.
We're not going to, we're going to cut, I think it was 70, maybe 70,000 customers because they said they just, you know, that they've raised it up 80% for the people they did keep, and then just cut a bunch of other people because they said they can't afford to replace the homes in California.
I mean, you can't take an 80%
increase on home insurance, a 30%
rise in electricity costs,
a 30% rise
in water, and then a 25% rise in groceries, and expect this to last.
It just can't.
That's exactly right.
So, yeah, that has been happening for quite some time.
And it's been
so, one trend that is showing up in Canada that maybe is a bit different than the U.S.
is that, according to poll numbers, our population is getting really conservative,
particularly our young people.
So, probably for the first time in my lifetime, and one of the first times, you know, in any Western democracy,
we are having a plurality of young people actually favoring the Conservative Party of Canada.
And you're seeing all of these demographics who never thought about voting conservative in their entire life.
Women or urban women,
I mentioned young people who are saying, oh, yeah, yeah, 55% I'm voting conservative next election.
So there's never been anything like it.
So is that both men and women when it comes to the youth?
Because we're seeing that that our women are going, our young women are going
just full-on woke leftist and the boys and the men, young men, are going hard conservative.
That was initially, so this time last year, that was what the trend was showing.
This was showing young men were going, yeah, real conservative.
But however, that sort of changed.
So I wrote about that a couple months ago.
I was saying, you know, women initially weren't on with this sort of what we would call the blue wave.
The colors are swapped.
But, you know, there's blue wave happening
in Canada, but you can only sort of hold out those options for so long until you realize, oh,
I pay $3,000 a month for a 700-square-foot apartment, and my car has been stolen three times this month.
So, yeah, I guess people are being mugged by reality at a lightning pace.
So, one of the things that's in this report, it says the trends in both Canada and abroad will have a significant effect on the Canadian government and
RCMP.
Canadians are becoming increasingly disillusioned with their government, which authors mostly chalk up to misinformation, conspiracy theories, and paranoia.
Law enforcement should expect continuing social and political polarization fueled by the misinformation campaigns and an increasing mistrust for all democratic institutions.
This is terrifying to me because
they don't even recognize that the trust that we have all had for our institutions has been eroding for a long time because they continue to lie to us and they're on a different path than the people are.
Yeah, so this did stand out to me.
Basically, whenever I see the word misinformation or disinformation, it's usually front-loading a whole bunch of stuff that's not true.
So, yeah, to see this in the report, I guess the ironic part that I took out of the report,
if you can find it funny, is that, yeah, a lot of the section where they're getting into, you know, paranoid populism and conspiracy theories.
So, this is not a report that was supposed to be made public.
I got it thanks to Matt Malone, he's a professor out of Thompson Rivers University.
He just files access to information
to get secret government reports and just release them and see what happens.
So, in this section, we're saying, oh, people don't trust the government anymore and conspiracy theories.
Most of that is blacked out.
So, yeah, there's a section titled Paranoid Populism, and it's saying, Oh, people are paranoid and popular.
I don't know why, blackout.
And then there's whole sections blacked out.
So, there is one giant security risk that takes up several pages.
That's sort of the one they lead with.
That whole thing is blacked out.
So, who knows what that is?
I'm going to guess it's something we don't even know what that one is.
Yes.
So, yeah, we've just got people are broke.
And then it gets into
most of the country is catching fire every summer.
You know, commodity risk.
So, you know,
it's harder to get reliable.
All the sort of normal things.
But the thing that is unusual is a government agency saying everybody's broke, and that usually makes for angry people.
This is, I mean, I just find it a little terrifying.
What is the ⁇ they mentioned the increasing pressure to cede Arctic territory.
Is that to China or Russia?
Foreign language, yeah.
So
our military is not in great shape lately, and we have have a lot of Arctic territory that isn't very strong.
We don't, I mean,
you, the Americans, you got a fair amount of stuff up in Alaska.
I wouldn't screw with anyone in Alaska, but we don't even have any sort of permanent military bases up in the Arctic.
So, that kind of language, usually we use the word Arctic sovereignty, like which we're worried about Russia or Denmark or someone taking.
Right.
To hear it put in that case, that's the most dire language I've ever heard in an Arctic
government report saying, oh, yeah, pressure to cede territory.
Like, we've seen
they can take our stuff.
What are we going to do?
So is it Russia?
Are they specifically?
Because I have not heard that from any.
I mean, I know that Russia has subs up there and they're trying to claim that they own it.
But is that what they're talking about?
Or is there additional stuff?
Usually, I mean, as you sort of lose ice up there, there's a whole bunch of, you know, there's oil, there's shipping routes.
It's becoming valuable.
So this is something I used to work, I used to work in the north, I used to work at a magazine about 20 years ago.
So this was a big deal back then, saying, you know, as soon as this, it was easy when it was just all frozen and Sir John Franklin's corpse, you didn't have to worry about anybody taking it.
But yeah,
we haven't really increased our military capacity in the north.
So as there's interesting stuff up there, who knows?
You could get China, Russia, just move in and say, oh, we're taking this island.
Nobody's using it.
There's very little we could do about that.
Can I ask you, Tristan, being a Canadian, and yet you're so close to America, I think you're up in BC, are you not?
Most of us are.
Most of us are along the border.
Okay, all right.
So, you know, you're close to you're close to America.
You understand what's happening here.
I contend that it is a game that is being played, making us hate the other party.
It's, oh, it's the Republicans versus the Democrats.
No, it's really not.
In every country in the West that I have seen, it is these marches are the little people marching against the elites saying, what are you doing?
Why are you doing this?
This is killing us.
Is it the same in Canada?
And do you have,
is anybody waking up to, it's not just Justin Trudeau, it's...
It's all of them.
It's the elites that are taking us down this really bizarre path and denying everything that they're doing until they then come out and say, yeah, we did that.
What's the problem?
Yeah, yeah, I'd say it's part of the sort of political realignments I mentioned.
I'm definitely seeing it.
I mean, I'm speaking to you from the capital of British Columbia, basically just north of Seattle.
It's easily the most left-wing part of the country.
And I work for a center-right newspaper.
So whenever some lefty here has some like dark right-wing thought in the middle of the night, they usually call me.
And that's been happening a lot lately.
So there's an awful lot of people who have voted for progressive parties their entire lives.
And then something just hits them.
They'll see, why did this guy get bailed after he keeps killing people when he's out of yellow?
Or how come my bike keeps getting stolen?
So there's a whole bunch of that happening
at a way more accelerated pace than I'm seeing in the U.S.
I'm seeing the U.S.
is still quite entrenched.
There's sort of a partisan divide, but there's definitely a wave happening.
We are seeing people flooding to the Conservative Party of Canada in rates unseen, I would say, almost since the 1950s.
That's incredible.
And I will tell you, I think that's why one of the big reasons why the Democrats wanted Donald Trump to be the candidate.
Because if we can just keep arguing about Donald Trump and his tweets and everything else, then we don't pay attention to, wait a minute.
There's something else going on here.
Tristan, thank you so much, and I appreciate it.
I'd love to stay in touch with you.
God bless.
Thank you.
Tristan Hopper from
Canada on a, what I find a disturbing report from the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police.
All right, let me talk to you about relief factor.
Sleep is one of those things that you just can't take for granted.
I mean, you do, usually, but you toss and turn in bed, and that's the day that you're like, geez.
If you're that person, you find yourself staring at the ceiling, wondering when sleep is finally coming while you're saying, I've got to get up in a few hours,
then let me recommend to you Relief Factor Sleep.
Just like the regular relief factor that you take for pain, relief factor sleep is 100% drug-free, so you get the good night's sleep that you need without feeling like you were hit by a truck the next morning because it's still in your system.
This is a blend of natural ingredients, it's just designed to promote healthy sleep, reduce anxiety and distress, improve your mood, and promote relaxation.
I know from experience that it works.
1995.
That's the first bottle.
Just unleashed the power of great sleep by calling 800 the number four relief.
That's 800 the number four relief or go to relieffactor.com.

It's a big night on Blaze TV.
Tonight, the Wednesday night special, the Biden administration's administration's growing censorship and suppression of,
well, it's a whole campaign against people like us, the alleged mis and disinformation, which is far too often aimed at conservatives and anyone who disagrees with the administration.
The Murthy versus Missouri Supreme Court case, which the Biden White House colluded with social media platforms to censor speech.
That's just the tip of the iceberg.
There is so much more of this censorship that is coming.
Thanks to a FOIA request, an eventual lawsuit brought by American First Legal, they were able to uncover a fascinating report by
U.S.
Agency for International Development, that's USAID,
that was intended for internal use only.
This is the problem.
You want us to trust you.
Stop writing these things for internal use only.
Tonight, we're going to dig into this report called Disinformation Primer,
which provides a disturbing insider's view of our government's strategies for dealing with the rampant so-called information disorder that often means just speech that doesn't adhere to left-wing narrative I'll tell you about the government's partnerships in media literacy and the strategy they call pre-bunking We are up against a sprawling network of government agencies.
Tonight, you'll find out why Biden's crackdown on the internet is worse than you think.
Tonight, 9 p.m.
Eastern on Blazetv.com.
You must understand the world that you're living in to be able to see what's coming our way.
Tonight, 9 p.m.
Eastern, Blazetv.com, 9:30 on youtube.com/slash Glenn Beck.
Also, we are premiering Agua Donkeys.
Now, you might say to yourself,
what the hell is Agua Donkeys?
It hasn't.
I know.
We're just going to talk here.
I'm going to play a trailer here in a second.
Agua Donkeys,
have you ever seen Best of Show
or A Mighty Wind
or
what was that show that was filmed up here by my ranch?
It was
Napoleon Dynamite.
If you've ever seen any of those shows and you like them, you're going to love Agua Donkeys.
And we're doing it for a reason.
This is our second in the series of these movies.
And people will say,
why are you doing these comedy movies like this
about Americans and sometimes how ridiculously stupid and funny we really are?
Because we believe that we need to laugh and have hope.
We're going to show you a bit of that in just a second.
All right, but first, let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
This is such an important organization.
They are right now helping Israel
survive.
And that's really what's happening.
The world has abandoned Israel.
America has abandoned Israel.
And right now, there are hundreds of thousands of Israelis who have had to leave their homes and not come back.
And it's tearing communities apart.
There is so much suffering that nobody covers.
Yeah, everybody talks about the Palestinians who, by the way, a new poll came out.
The majority, vast majority of them still support Hamas, so please give it a rest.
But we see them displaced, but nobody's showing the Jews that are displaced as well.
They can't go home.
Some of these are really old people as well that live in communities where who's going to help them?
Who's feeding them?
Who is there?
I'll tell you: the Christians and the Jews that get together and work together.
Please support ifcj.org.
That's the web address.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
You know, it's important, it's part of our mission here to not only try to uphold the American way of life and safeguard our history,
but it's very important to us to keep the lines of communication open.
And I've been warning for a while now that tough times lie ahead, and they do.
But amidst the darkness, there's always a glimmer of hope and a flicker of light guiding our way forward.
We at the blaze need to, you know, the blaze was named after the burning bush.
I don't know if you know that, but I named it after the burning bush because that is a fire that burns but doesn't consume.
And if you're standing in the purifying fire of God and
you're there, God help you if you are not in line with the truth, because that fire will burn out all of the imperfections.
So we strive for what the truth is.
And the truth really is so much
larger than this fact or that fact.
It is based on fact, but it's also based on
who we are and where we came from and what is necessary to keep going, especially in times of need.
We need hope and we also need to laugh once in a while.
And I don't know about you, but there are times that I just thought, can I just laugh?
Now,
the things that we're working on now at the Blaze, I mean, they may not be everybody's cup of tea, but comedy is in the eye of the beholder.
And
many of us here at the Blaze find
these very dry comedies.
where, you know, the average slub coming in will go, what the hell did I just watch?
But those who have a very dry sense of humor, they quote those movies forever.
And, you know, my, some of my favorite movies are
Christopher Guest movies,
you know, like
A Mighty Wind or Best in Show or any of those.
Also, it took me a couple of times to watch Napoleon Dynamite because I wasn't in the right frame of mind.
And when I watched it, I watched it with my kids and they said, Dad, you got to watch this funniest movie ever.
And I started watching.
I'm like, I do not get this movie.
And, you know, I think I just tuned out like 10 minutes into it.
I finally watched it because my wife said, you don't
really, Mr.
Mighty Wind, you don't get this?
And it was reframed and I watched it and I'm like, this is hysterical.
It's hysterical.
Same with Agua Donkeys.
Not everybody's cup of tea, but if you like those kinds of movies, I think you're really going to love Agua Donkeys, which premieres today on Blaze TV.
You can stream it right now if you want.
I don't recommend it because the last 20 minutes of this show are going to be spectacular.
But you could stream it at any time at Blaze TV.
Let me play a little trailer of this for you.
Who is it?
It's the Agua
Donkeys?
Oh, the Pool Boys.
Jare can hold his breath for six minutes.
I did not pass out.
I did pass out.
MP
is not gay.
How's it going, Agua Donkeys?
My buddy got his Puka Shell necklace stuck near your drain.
Can you do CPR on him?
I would, but I'm not gay.
Jackie
is the girl of their dreams.
Sorry, is that a B as in boy or D as in doi?
And Rod.
At Agua Donkeys, you can't ask out Jackie.
Um, what are you guys wearing?
What?
Is trying to run a business.
I'm trying to run a business here.
Oh, sorry, you broke up, dude.
I didn't hear like the last five minutes of what you said.
But the pool boys have a plan.
Get abs.
Get calves.
Dude, I wish you could see how slick your calves are looking right now.
And jump off the roof of the sleepy seagull.
To be honest, I didn't even know this place had a roof.
Blaze TV presents a silky, sick, and buttery.
Dumb comedy film.
It's so dumb.
Hold your shirts down.
Featuring one F-bomb.
That was probably one of the only times I've ever said the F-word.
So which one do you want to date her?
We both do.
Individually.
Two suitors.
How's that work?
Donnie!
Don A!
Donnie!
Don A!
And Donnie.
M.P.
Cunningham and Jare Jackson.
Play MP Cunningham and Jare Jackson
in the most exciting pool-related comedy of the year.
Yeah, my buddy says you have a pool.
Agua donkeys.
You're not going to want to hit them.
It's available now on Blaze TV.
It is really, really funny.
And we've been working with these guys.
I don't know if you saw, what was it, Grand Reopening or just reopening?
Reopening, yeah.
That was, yeah, you can find that on the Blaze right now, which was the reopening.
If you didn't see it, you really missed out.
You got to watch it on Blaze.
It is a story of a small-town theater
that is reopening after COVID.
And if you, I mean, it came out and I don't know how many people saw it.
Everybody on the Blaze should watch it, all the Blaze subscribers, because it is so, it made fun of everything the government was doing and all of those people that were just way over the top at the time when we were, nobody was saying anything.
And it is really funny.
That's reopening from the same people.
We have Agua Donkeys, and we have some more coming out
that I think you're going to enjoy.
Yeah, really, really funny.
And
just, you know, again, it's not like some big point.
Like, I feel like a lot of these movies, especially on the right, get made like when they're trying to be comedies and they're just like, hey, here's a really hilarious movie about lowered individual tax rates.
And you're like, okay, that's not really.
Yeah, that's more of a social.
right here's the thing um we've done some testing on it and some people have said well i don't understand why the blaze is running this
well what do you mean well it doesn't it it doesn't talk about the bible or george washington it's like yeah
because this is a lifestyle we're a lifestyle and um we want to be a part of all of your life.
And I know you don't come to us for comedy and you get it elsewhere, et cetera, But we do it because we also need to laugh.
And that's part of our day is to
be able to have something.
I thought it was really important that they said in the movie, and one F-bomb.
And I'm watching it and
I said to Tyler, he said, are you okay with that?
And I'm like, am I okay with what?
And it was said so fast that I didn't even notice it.
And he said, well, it was an F-bomb.
And, you know, I don't want to cut it or bleep it or, you know, anything.
And I said, I didn't even know it was one, but
let's make that in the promo.
And there's one F-bomb.
So everybody knows, you know, it's clean, except for that one time.
But it was funny.
Yeah.
It's very, very funny.
These guys are really funny.
I had seen some of their stuff a couple of years ago and just, you know, loved it.
It was just really, really funny.
And if you, if you have,
again, as you point out, it's a certain type of sense of humor.
If you'd like the pacing of like a Napoleon dynamite, I mean, you're going to love this.
And it's
on Blaze TV.
I love those awkward moments.
And this is these two, these two guys, they're just the
just the dumbest two guys.
They're pool, you know, a pool boy.
If you like dumb and dumber, that's who these guys are.
And they're, they're fun, they fall in love with Jackie, who's in the office.
And, oh my God, they are just so stupid.
So much so that she's entirely clueless that
they like her at all.
It's really good.
It's really good.
Yep.
Available.
All right.
BlazeTV.com/slash Glenn.
You can use the promo code Glenn if you want to save 20 bucks off your subscription.
And you can watch that.
And then also my show tonight at 9 p.m.,
which is really, really good, has really good commentary.
It has a lot of great facts in it.
It's very useful.
Unlike
what precedes my program.
Right.
The incredible lead-in with no facts and no perspective and no commentary.
Stew doesn't matter.
I mean, look, if you are trapped in a nursing home
and
you don't have the remote control, but there's no way you can even get out of bed, the stew show's worth watching.
We will take your viewership.
We don't die, we do not discriminate.
If you happen to be a victim of Andrew Cuomo or sitting in a nursing home, I pretty much already passed away.
We'll still count you as if you were on our show.
Look, we are looking for the Nielsen ratings to be actually done by the city of Chicago.
Right.
And we'll take every dead person
that we can get.
By the way, dead people, a lot of disposable income.
People don't recognize that.
They're about to.
And they rave.
They rave.
Judy in Minnesota said,
and I thought she made a really good point when she was talking about Stu and his talent.
One of our most loyal viewers, that Judy in Minnesota.
All right, that's all tonight on Blaze TV.
All right, let me tell you about Juan.
He wrote in about his dog's experience with rough greens.
He says, Jojo is getting older.
He's been starting to slow down quite a bit lately.
Ever since we started using rough greens.
Things are different.
I see him bark and run.
He's now chasing the cat and jumping into the bed, whereas before he just lay there.
He seems a lot happier, too.
I love my Jojo.
Thank you so much for rough greens.
Juan, you're welcome, and thanks for writing in and telling me about your dog.
This is what we hear time and time again, that...
Your dog is just kind of listless.
And, you know, you think maybe he's getting older or that's just the way he is.
I started feeding Uno rough greens and he was like a puppy again.
It was incredible.
I think it's dog crack, but let's keep it to ourselves, okay?
Sure, we get some of the ingredients from across the border.
Not at all, but I mean, it could be.
We don't know.
We don't know what's in it.
Well, it's all marked on the package, and it's all good things for your dog, but it acts like dog crack in many ways, except they don't lose their teeth.
In fact, they get healthier and stronger.
But I digress.
Go to Rough Greens.
They love when I add lib on these commercials.

This is the Glenn Beck Program.
Oh, yeah.
Welcome to the program.
Glad you're here.
Did you see what MSNBC has done?
You know, they tried to hire a
Republican, the former head of the Republican National Committee, and
their people just went crazy.
And so here's the statement last night
from MSNBC on Ronal McDaniels.
NBC News leadership has announced that former RNC chair Ronna McDaniel will not be an NBC news contributor.
We have a new email and update that's come out just within this hour.
So this is sort of breaking news here within our organization on a story that has garnered significant attention and criticism.
In this new email, quote, There's no doubt that the last several days have been difficult for the news group.
After listening to the legitimate concerns of many of you, I have decided that Ronna McDaniel will not be an NBC News contributor.
He goes on to write that no organization, particularly a newsroom, can succeed unless it is cohesive and aligned.
Over the last few days, it has become clear that disappointment undermines that goal.
May I just say,
You are pathetic, NBC News.
Absolutely pathetic.
Your newsroom can't work if you're not all aligned.
You shouldn't be aligned on politics or anything else.
You should be aligned on finding the facts and reporting them accurately.
Since when do we all have to believe exactly the same thing?
You're pathetic.
There is something to be said for opposition in all things.
Now that's amazing because that comes from God
who kind of knows the truth.
And yet he set up a system where opposition in all things is important,
but not for NBC News.
No, no.
Wait, you know, our people know the truth and they don't need to hear anybody else's opinion on what the truth will be.
We know it.
And you know another thing?
You say that we are,
we just have zombies in our audience.
These people, they just hypnotize all these people all across the nation, fill them with disinformation.
Really?
Our people are thinking people.
They want to hear the other side.
They want to know what's really going on.
They'll argue with me.
And you know what?
Me, as the guy, I don't bow down to them to serve them.
I listen to what they have to say.
And if I think they're right, I'll say they're right.
If I think I'm wrong and they've corrected me, I will say I'm wrong.
But if I think that they're wrong and I'm right, I'll say that too.
I don't change my show
for the listeners.
I don't do that.
What a pathetic we,
you have just built yourself a room where you are terrified of the mob.
Because whatever the mob call, you know I heard him say earlier the well you know the the the phone calls that came in over the weekend the what
the phone calls that does NBC NBC have a switchboard that's open on Saturday and Sunday where listener
I wouldn't even know how to begin to look up the NBC 30 rock newsroom and comment section.
My gosh, who even uses the phone like that anymore?
Our switchboards were flooded with people.
Shut up.
Well, they said calls came from.
The right people in
the right people that you think are the right people, like the Clintons, called in and said, what are you doing?
What are you doing?
She's not even hot.
That's what happened.
That's exactly what happened.
The calls came from people like Joe Scarborough, who was calling management and was angry about it.
And, you know, it's just pathetic.
You can't, I mean, Marana McDaniel is not even like, I mean, would you even, what would you even consider her?
She's been like the mouthpiece of the Republican National Committee.
She's not like, you know, a hardcore conservative.
She's not even liked by the Trump people at this point.
No, she can't.
She's not liked by, she's only liked by the people like Mitch McConnell, which you shouldn't have a problem with because he votes with you.
That's so bizarre.
I mean, again, no one's thinking that MSNBC is going to correctly represent conservatism, but you can't even accept to hear it.
You can't even allow your audience to hear a a little bit of it.
Right.
But if you disagree with us, call.
And we'll hang up on you.
Okay?
So.
