migraine is 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more.
Botox, onobotulinum toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine before they start.
It's not for those with 14 or fewer headache days a month.
It prevents on average eight to nine headache days a month versus six to seven for placebo.
Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor.
Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms.
Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition.
Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk.
Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck, and injection, site pain, fatigue, and headache.
Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness.
Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection.
Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.
Why wait?
Ask your doctor, visit BotoxchronicMigraine.com, or call 1-800-44-Botox to learn more.
Let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour.
It's Rough Greens.
Where's my dog?
My dog's around here someplace, probably outside.
Rough Greens
is something that you put on your dog's food, and they love it, no matter what size.
I mean, my dog, Uno,
is enormous and could eat
Pat's dog.
like an ice cream cone.
Just one little fur ball on top of a waffle cone and it would be gone.
And they both love it.
They both love it.
Naturopathic Dr.
Dennis Black created the answer for all of your dog's health needs, and that is rough greens.
It has everything in it your dog needs and loves and will love to eat.
It's rough greens, just sprinkle it on the top and watch your dog go, go, go.
Pat's dog.
I'm going to put some in the bottom of a waffle cone, and it'll be a birthday present for
good old Uno.

We gotta stand together in the course of life.
Stand up, stand, and hold the light.
It's a new day, our time to rise.
What you're about to hear
is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glenn Beck program.
Well, hello, America.
Welcome to the program.
We want to get right to it because there is a new disturbing turn that is a major mile marker that just came out of Canada.
We'll also tell you the good news that happened here with Hunter Biden.
All that more starts in 60 seconds.
First, if I may, Tell you about Tuttle Twins, their new history book.
This is their latest history book.
It's part two in a series.
You really want to get this book at least in the next couple of days.
They have an amazing special going on.
I'm going to tell you about it.
You don't want to miss out on it, but it's going to end here in the next couple of days.
Tunnel Twins are on a mission to help families learn from history, and they're doing it with really great books for kids of all ages that teach about the history of this great nation.
If we can just understand the stories and ideas that make America so special, we'll know how important it is to preserve our freedoms.
Most textbooks don't teach these these ideas to kids or the stories.
They teach them the dates and the names, and then they get the stories all wrong.
To celebrate the release of their new book, the Tuttle Twins are giving one family vacation getaway to visit the historic sites around Boston.
Go to tuttletwinsbeck.com, order the book, and get entry information and official rules for the vacation getaway.
That's tuttletwinsbeck.com.
Order the book, get the giveaway details.

all right i want to talk to you a couple about a couple of very very disturbing uh stories
where do i even begin uh
let me tell you about
Let me tell you about what is happening up in Canada Canada
right now.
How could I have lost this stupid story?
Well,
I'm just going to tell it to you.
I can't seem to find it right now.
I just had it.
Jordan Peterson, friend of the program, friend of mine, brilliant man.
You know him.
I know him.
We respect him.
You may not agree with him.
I don't know how you don't agree with him, but you may not agree with him.
In Canada, the Psychologist or Psychiatrists Association
has just sentenced him
to re-education.
They said he will lose his license if he doesn't go in for re-education classes.
And Jordan Peterson said, no, I don't think I'm going to do that.
No.
Uh-uh.
So instead, he's taking them to court.
When this goes to trial,
this is going to be earth-shattering one way or the other.
They don't have freedom of speech like we have in Canada.
Now he says this is infringing on his basic rights.
They do have some basic bill of rights, which is ridiculous because it holds no water.
But that's what he says.
They say he's hurtful, hateful, and really, really doing bad things to people.
I mean, he's not cutting testicles off of little children, but apparently, his words are very, very bad.
This is a huge milestone.
This is a mile marker.
If
he is forced to go into re-education to keep his job,
we're in a different world, gang, in the West.
We are in a completely different
world.
Let me give you the next story.
You know the statues that they were taking down?
Statues in Virginia?
The big, huge statue of Robert E.
Lee.
They told us they were just going to take it down, then it would go to a, you know, a cemetery or in a museum or whatever.
They've decided to melt it down and make it into something that's more educational and uplifting.
So they're going to take this great work of art
and melt it down.
I think that's a milestone.
I think that's another mile marker.
It's what the Germans did,
the art they disagreed with, they took down and destroyed.
By the way,
I again don't know how if you're sane or rational or no, no, no.
If you're just paying attention.
If you pay attention, there's a lot of people who are so very wrong right now because all they're doing is listening to the mainstream media, which is lying to you,
telling that, for instance, Hunter Biden did no wrong.
Well, you can do that, but there's no excuse for your stupidity now.
There are too many sources out there that you can go to and get the facts.
You can find them yourself online.
But now we're silencing people.
The left is the one that is banning speech, not the right.
Anybody on the right who wants to take books out of a library, I'm not with you.
Recategorize them, make sure that inappropriate books are in a different part of the library, that's fine.
When it comes to school libraries, I have no problem making sure that three or
third graders can't get books that are sexually explicit.
There's no problem.
I'm not banning your book.
I'm saying it's inappropriate for certain ages.
Why does the left not understand that?
You have the movie rating system.
It's, you know, that sexual movies are not good for kids.
That's why you don't even go R.
You have, well, it's not NR.
What is it?
What is the rated X version now?
Is it N?
NC 17.
That's what it is.
NC 17.
No children.
No children under 17.
Well, you know, we've hit another milestone.
In Washington now, kids are bringing home notes to their parents that say the school
can keep their health records secret at the request of their children
as of the age of 13.
So I can't take my kid.
It's not like my kid can go off and go into an NC17.
I've seen people take kids into rated R movies.
I cannot take my kid to an NC17, but my kid can keep their health information away from me at 13.
Well, you know what?
If that's true, then my kid isn't on my insurance until they're 27.
Because remember that argument?
Got to be on the kids.
Kids are kids.
And it got to be on health insurance of mom and dad until 20.
Wait a minute.
That's not a kid.
27 is not a kid.
Well,
yeah, I mean, you know, they don't fully form.
Oh, they don't fully form the way they're thinking until 26.
But I can cut the...
Twigs and berries off of a 13-year-old and they can make the decision.
Makes no sense at all.
So
I'm going to give you one more story here.
And it is a remarkable story of being silenced.
I want you to keep in mind, your kids, now if you're in Washington state, your kids can be in charge of their own health at 13 years old, and they do not have to tell mom or dad.
Jordan Peterson is being told he has to go to a re-education camp.
They are destroying those statues that they took down.
They didn't just take him down.
Now they're melting them down.
Let me give you one more story.
All of these are milestones.
More in a minute.
All right, our sponsor this half hour is
Rough Greens.
Stephen in Indiana wrote in, he said, when I I put a teaspoon of rough greens into my dog's food, she slowly sniffed it, walked away, then came back and devoured her entire bowl.
Ever since that first day, she eats her entire bowl in one sitting.
That is the same thing with Uno.
That never happened before.
She has been eating it a while now.
Her coat looks great.
Her energy has increased, and she sleeps better than she used to.
Thank you so much, Rough Greens.
Relief Factor.
Wait.
rough greens why does it say relief factor here?
Rough greens is not a dog food.
Relief factor definitely isn't.
Rough greens isn't a dog food.
It's a supplement developed by naturopathic Dr.
Dennis Black and you sprinkle it on the dog's food.
Remember,
brown food is dead food.
Green food is what you need.
You gotta eat your greens.
It's filled with vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, you name it.
If it's healthy, it's in Rough Greens.
The folks at Rough Greens are so confident you're gonna love it.
They're going to give you their first bag free.
All you pay for is shipping.
Just go to roughgreens.com/slash back or call 833-G-L-E-N-N33.
That's 833-GLEN33.
10 seconds, station ID.
All right, so let me tell you a story that I read today
that I was shocked by, and maybe you're going to be shocked by it a bit,
or at least my take.
It is,
it's written by a guy who probably doesn't agree
with me at all, David Velesko.
He criticized Lenin in the Seattle Times.
He no longer has a job.
Now, why would you criticize Lenin?
Why would that even come up?
Well, I don't know.
In Seattle, why would it?
What was he talking about?
He writes, I was just fired from my job at the Seattle Times after defending Hitler.
The only problem is I never defended Hitler.
In fact, my family was hunted by the Nazis.
My grandfather was a Nazi killer who later almost died in a concentration camp.
And some of my best journalistic work has been exposing neo-Nazi lies.
But if you want to hear a story about intolerance in our country's most tolerant city and the erosion of civil discourse in American life, read on.
I began my career as a university lecturer of English and logic.
Then, drawn by the need to tell stories of structural oppression, oh boy, we're not, I switched to journalism.
I have been a journalist for the past 15 years and have spent almost all of my adult life in Asia.
Four years in Japan, six South Korea, three in China, one year traveling Southeast Asia, two in Nepal and and India, where for a short period I was homeless in Mumbai.
But that's another story.
My work has largely focused on East Asian politics and culture.
Everything from sexism in South Korea to the terrifying rise of Nazi sheik in Mongolia.
I wrote about North Korean refugees and Europe's racist opposition to the Syrian refugee crisis.
While living in Israel, I wrote about the Israeli soldier who was held by Hamas for five years until he was released in a prisoner exchange in 2011.
Perhaps the reason I'm drawn to these hard stories in far-flung places is because my family background.
After Vladimir Lenin turned Russia into one giant gulag, my family was scattered like leaves.
My grandparents became refugees.
They settled in Patterson, Finley, New Jersey.
And the rest of his life, my grandfather sent boxes of whole cloth, candles, paper, and other essentials to his beloved family, who he could never see again.
My work on their Ukrainian refugees resulted in more than one story, including a piece for the New York magazine about the therapist who helped a woman find the strength to flee her home amid the explosions, saving her life and the life of her mother and daughter.
I was never prouder of the work that I had done.
About a year later, I'm recently now moved from rural Georgia from my wife's native Peru.
I received a job offer from the Seattle Times to be an editorial board member and columnist.
Our entire family had moved to Georgia together, including my parents, my brother, his wife.
So it was a tough call.
But after consideration, we sold our house.
My wife and baby daughter flew to Seattle, and I drove the moving truck.
I knew Seattle only by reputation, the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, a vibrant Asian community, a strong Latino community, too, so our daughter could grow up with Spanish-speaking friends and residents who routinely approved tax hikes to ensure those in need of help received it.
Oh, there's so much to like and so much to sit down and talk to him about.
I am a Democratic socialist, and my wife is a DEI trainer.
Okay.
Seattle fits for them.
The job was rewarding from the first AFMACF reporting on the protection of orcas
and the efforts to improve the level of civil discourse in Congress.
When Pride Month came, my family proudly marched with the Seattle Times.
What a beautiful new home, I thought to myself.
How inclusive, how tolerant, how naive.
Earlier this month, for my first official column, my boss urged me to write about the local statue of Vladimir Lenin that stands in Seattle's
Fremont neighborhood.
The good people of Fremont enjoyed dressing him up in tutus, Halloween costumes, and the like.
I was more interested in writing about
the astronomical cost of child care in the city, but it wasn't hard to make a column all my own.
I simply had to talk about my refugee grandparents
making Pelamy, I don't know what that is, and Babushka, and my grandfather Joseph, the Nazi killer, who I am named after.
I noted Lenin's secret police raids, his mass torture, forced resettlements, and genocidal killings.
The column began by reflecting on Karl Marx's last words as a London-based correspondent for the New York Daily Tribune, in which he attacked the hypocrisy of Westerners who defend sacred values only when it suits them.
Huh, sounds familiar.
In other words, it was about selective outrage rather than the statue itself.
I concluded by saying, I'm a democratic proceduralist.
Didn't know what that was.
It's somebody who supports a decision from the collective to, let's say, keep the statue.
I like to call that a Bill of Rights constitutionalist.
Readers thanked me.
Some shared stories of their own families fleeing Russia or told me how their grandmothers broke down weeping when they reached America only to find a giant statue of Lenin staring down at them in the land of the free.
The critics.
The critics said that no one actually takes the statue seriously.
Isn't that weird?
That's what the Church of the Antichrist or what is it, the
Church of Satan, actually says.
Oh, no, we're just, it's not serious.
The day after my column was published, I received my first response.
Seattle Times so desperate for a new staff that they hire folks from rural Georgia for their editorial board.
We don't need more faux outrage, another reminded us.
The Soviets single-handedly defeated Nazi Germany, and that statue was just a funky piece of art.
Still another.
You missed the point.
It's a joke.
No, it's not.
I also received a flood of positive responses.
People shared family stories and photos.
A retired high school history teacher said my piece was excellent.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
So here's the thing.
He's being accused now of
saying that he's
praising Hitler.
Because he said,
in fact, while Hitler has become the great symbol of evil in history books, he too was less evil than Lenin because Hitler only targeted people he personally believed were harmful to society, where Lenin targeted even those he himself didn't believe were harmful in any way.
Well, I mean,
I guess if we're measuring evil, maybe, I guess.
But, so anyway, he was saying this on Twitter.
back and forth, getting into an argument.
And the New York Times first, or I'm sorry, the Seattle, Seattle Times first called him and said, hey, you know, don't worry about it.
You know,
it's fine.
Then later that afternoon, the boss called and said, you're fired.
And
he said, what?
I'm fired.
You just said I was fine.
He said, you have poor judgment and you're continuing to engage online and you shouldn't engage these people online.
Well, he said, they're calling me a Nazi.
I don't know.
Nazis are kind of a bad thing.
I think I need to defend my family.
So now he's out of work.
It was his first article.
He's out of work.
I feel bad for him.
I feel bad for him because he's one of these guys who actually truly believes in these things that I don't believe in, but he actually does.
And he's been duped by his own side.
He is the victim that you're going to see over and over and over again because there's no pleasing these people.
You can never be DEI enough.
You can never be ESG compliant enough.
If you step out of line and because this is a mob.
If the mob decides that they want your head, they'll get your head.
And all of the corporations will bow down because they're all afraid of the mob or they're part of the mob.
And I want people to understand clearly, I believe this exists on the right as well.
You don't go along with the mob.
Well, then you're out of the club.
That's not American.
On either side, that is not American.
But how does this mob really work?
I mean,
they've got to have a propaganda arm, right?
Oh, they do.
One you've never heard of.
Next.
The Glenn Beck program.
All right.
By the way, we're going to talk about Hunter Biden
coming up in just a little bit with Alan Dershowitz.
I want to talk to you a little bit about Pre-Born.
They sponsored this ad, and what I'm about to tell you is real and is happening.
The abortion pill accounts for over half of the abortions committed in the U.S.
More than a thousand children die in this way every single day.
Deborah is a girl who walked into one of the abortion clinics.
First, she went into
another clinic like Planned Parenthood, found out that she was pregnant.
She scheduled an abortion.
Then a friend said, no, go to pre-born.
So she went to a pre-born clinic.
She got an ultrasound.
This caused her great distress,
but she still felt trapped, didn't know what to do.
She took the abortion pill.
She
gave birth to a child and brought it back to pre-born, and she was just a mess.
Please, can you help this madness stop?

We are a country that now worships a false God.
It is a God of wealth and a God of fame, a God of a
carnal buffet, all you can eat.
It's a God that promises everything with no hardship, no work in return.
Just do as that God says.
It's a God that promises punishment for all those who stand against or speak against its God or its doctrine.
It's the God of the earth and the earth over man and man over man.
Our gods have high priests now, scientific experts, who, in their scientific way, will only accept into their monastery those who agree with them completely, totally, without hesitation.
The rest face a ritualistic inquisition, where if you repent, repent, repent,
you may survive.
But even if you do repent, most times you're sacrificed or run out of society to fend for yourself.
Good luck.
No job, no bank, no friends.
You're sent out to a leper colony.
Good luck.
There are many faces to this religion, but the two main branches of this religion is LGBTQ
and climatism.
Climatism,
the most important high priest of climatism, is the subject of my latest book,
Dark Future.
Like any good priest,
Swab knows his religion inside and out.
He knows the right terminology.
He uses a ton of virus, contagion, pandemic metaphors.
He constantly conflates climate change with a medical crisis.
He's talked about COVID as being connected to the climate, air pollution, diseases that come from animals.
He talks about climate change as, quote, the environmental virus.
In his book, The Great Narrative, which was a sequel to his book, The Great Reset, he even talks about the importance of turning a big idea into a viral narrative, which, quote, takes off and becomes contagious, making its way into policies as well as business and investors' decisions.
So he's mixing climate change and virus-related terms in a way that's not an accident.
The reason why is because he credits the development of all of this philosophy on climate change to Bill Gates.
And as a result of that philosophy, Schwab's Economic Forum became the key influencer in the ESG movement.
The World Economic Forum developed ESG metrics under the guidance of Brian Monahan.
Who is he?
He's the CEO of Bank of America.
and the chairman of the WEF International Business Council.
So Schwab has probably done more to enshrine ESG as part of climatism religion.
But remember, ESG
starts with the confessional box.
Confess your sins, or we will assign the sins to you.
For Schwab and the WEF, ESG is the yardstick for stakeholder capitalism, and he's devoted himself to making ESG a political issue.
His partners in the Global ESG project helped maintain
the smokescreen that it's really, no, it's just about, you know, good-hearted people,
they just want to save the planet.
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said, stakeholder capitalism is not politics.
It's not social or ideological.
It's not woke.
It's all of those things.
Whenever you hear these people say, it's not this, I can guarantee you it is that.
For Schwab, what makes climate change such a powerful weapon in the ESG arsenal?
That is terror.
For the global power elite, Keeping people terrified of climate change is the perfect tool for raw power and it will affect everyone.
No matter you agree or not, you will comply.
Listen to this.
He writes in the great narrative, societal pressure and rising activism will accelerate at a pace which companies embrace stakeholder value and will force the reluctant ones to convert to the cause.
Societal pressure, meaning you look down your nose at somebody, you block them off, you cut them off.
And rising activism, you boycott, you get in their face.
It will force the reluctant ones to convert to the cause.
Al Gore
has choice words for those who don't convert to the cause.
Listen to this from Meet the Press.
You know, the climate deniers
are
really in some ways similar to all of those almost 400 law enforcement officers in Uvalde, Texas, who were waiting outside an unlocked door while the children were being massacred.
They heard the screams, they heard the gunshots, and
nobody stepped forward.
And God bless those families who've suffered so much.
And law law enforcement officials tell us that's not typical of what law enforcement usually does
and confronted with this global emergency what we're doing with our inaction and failing to walk through the door and stop the killing is not typical of what we are capable of as human beings
Wow.
I mean, who would have tied global warming to the Evaldi shooting?
Well, Al Gore did, and I'll explain that in a second.
The UN Secretary General called climate change
a real emergency.
And so the IPCC comes out with a report, which is the religious text.
And the reports are accepted, promoted as gospel.
In fact, the UN Secretary General called it a survival guide for humanity.
Yet the IPCC reports are wrong.
In 2001, their version claimed that there would be a decline in the severity of snowstorms worldwide.
Didn't happen.
2007 predicted a lack of rainfall around the world that would reduce crops up to 50%.
Huh, didn't happen.
2018 gave humanity just 12 years to avoid devastating global warming.
Safe bet that number is going to be adjusted over and over and over again.
The reason why Climate change, DEI, all of these things are happening is because of the media.
Now let me tell you something you probably don't know.
Have you ever read any story and went, what?
Left-handers are a cause of climate change?
What?
How does that happen?
Well, in part, thanks to an organization called Covering Climate Now.
This is a Goebbels-style propaganda unit.
They were founded to insert climate change into every story, no matter what it's about.
CC Now helps news media quote cover the defining story of our time with the rigor and urgency it deserves.
CC Now
it was co-founded in 2019 by the Columbia Journalism Review and Nation magazine.
They now have over 460 media partners including Reuters, Bloomberg, CBS News, MSNBC, NBC, Telemundo, PBS, Univision and Al Jazeera, but they have 460 of these in total.
CC Now's co-founders say they believe their project is quote the biggest effort undertaken to organize the world's press around a single topic.
That is an ad agency at best.
But because it is working with news departments to put the message in every single story it can find,
it is Goebbels propaganda.
It is a well
financed concerted effort to convert you into the church of wokeism.
This is why you must not trust the mainstream media.
They
knowingly are accepting propaganda interference with their stories.
They are being told how to shape stories.
There is no one here at the Blaze that is told how to shape a story.
There is nobody here at the Blaze that talks to me about my show.
There's nobody that talks to anybody about any opinion.
That's why sometimes we
vehemently disagree with each other.
But we watch each other's back, even though we disagree, because we believe in the Bill of Rights.
We're not scheming and looking how to insert something in every single story to get you to believe some overall lie,
even an overall truth.
We're not doing that.
The mainstream media is.
I'd love for you to join the Blaze, if you will.
Just join us now.
You get a 30% discount.
Dump Fox.
By the way, Fox has stopped matching
the Satanic Temple for charitable giving for their employees.
What a coincidence.
It happens just a few days after we say that it's going on.
And in fact, I don't think you can even give to the satanic temple.
You can give to Planned Parenthood, I'm sure.
I'm sure that's still there.
We should find out
what else is still there.
I mean, because it wasn't just that.
It was also the really big LGBTQ, one of the groups that is actually
spearheading putting
trans
women, men in dresses, into our schools.
Yeah, I guess I wonder if you can still give to that.
Back in just a minute.
When you're trying to work through a buying of us or selling of a home, one thing
is
really difficult.
Just selling it.
Then buying one.
It's time consuming.
You need somebody.
who is not only knowledgeable about the whole process from the beginning to the end, but also works hard and has your best interest in mind.
And if you're selling across the street, you can have the same kind of, or you can have the same real estate agent.
if you are selling across the country you need two of them and you need them kind of working together we work with the top sellers we work with the top human beings these agents are pillars of their communities they are the kind of folks that you would trust in a handshake deal many of them are fans of the program and
You'll have something in common.
Most of the clients walk away going, wow, I have kind of a new friend or a new welcoming committee here in town.
If you're trying to buy or sell a home right now or both, reach out.
We'll put you in touch with an agent in your area.
You're going to be really happy that you did this.
Do your own homework.
It's realestate agentsitrust.com.
This is my company.
Realestate agents I trust.com.
Glenn Beck.
Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
We're glad you're here.
There's a couple of big stories.
We're going to hit Hunter Biden.
It looks like justice actually played a role yesterday.
And then I'm going to have Alan Dershowitz explain exactly what happened.
But
it is justice.
She said this is not constitutional, and this is a show.
Usually
the prosecution is against the defendant.
And
right now, that's not what's happening.
You guys are in this together.
No, that's not going to happen in my courtroom.
It was really good news yesterday, if you're on the side of the Constitution and law and order.
Also yesterday, and this really hacks me off, Mitch McConnell,
he just, do we have the videotape of that by any chance?
Yeah, we do.
He just stopped talking for, I don't know, about 20 seconds.
Listen to this.
No, he's just standing there, staring.
Standing there, just staring.
He's just like frozen in place.
And nobody's doing anything.
Like you said, over 20 seconds of this, it's just bizarre.
What is that?
Now somebody got a hand on his shoulder.
He's not recognizing it.
There, he just snapped out of it.
Is there anything interesting?
Can we move back to your office?
Yeah.
And off he goes.
And he just wobbles off.
Okay.
Still not communicating at all.
Here's the thing.
Wow.
We are seeing
too many things that are not normal, and we're just treating them like they're normal.
Young, really athletic kids dropping dead.
I know that happens, but it doesn't happen this much.
No, it should be super rare.
Think of how small the celebrity group is, okay, compared to the rest of the United States.
So that's a sub, sub, sub, sub, sub, subsection of the United States population.
Think of how many famous people we know that this has happened to in the last three years, where I don't remember it happening.
I know it did, but I don't remember it happening because it would happen like once.
We're seeing far too much of that and dismissing it as normal.
The second thing we're seeing is
elder abuse, absolute elder abuse or
unbelievable arrogance.
How can we say that Joe Biden is not fit to serve because he does that and he's like that
and then not say anything about Mitch McConnell.
Have to.
Not on this program.
We're going to be consistent.
That's elderly abuse at
best.
That is a horrific grab of power and arrogance at the worst.
Somebody, somebody.
By the way, do I have to say this to my friend, Pat?
Hey, Pat, if I've ever just stopped talking for 20 seconds in the middle of a sentence and you know that I'm vacant, that I'm gone.
Would you please take me to the hospital no matter what I say after I come to?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
As if I were normal.
Yeah, that's it.
Okay, good.
Thank you.
Do we need to tell our representatives that that's what they should do when somebody does that?
The guy hit his head recently.
He's clearly, clearly not good.
He's clearly unhealthy.
Mitch, it is time for you to go home.
We're seeing too many young kids drop dead and too many old people in Congress and in the White House acting like nothing's wrong when none of us would give them the keys to our car.
How many times do you use your credit card a week?
The average is about 10 times for most people, 40 times a month.
Guess what?
Every time you do, you're helping big banks contribute money to leftist causes.
La Raza, Planned Parenthood, Black Lives Matter, Acorn, even the Clinton Foundation.
Gee, I never got a thank you note for my contribution, because if I would have, I would have said I never contributed.
Oh, yes, I guess I did.

This is
the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
Wow, there was a judge that I think has actually read the Constitution that popped up on the screen yesterday.
Joe Biden, or Hunter Biden, did not get the plea agreement.
This opens things way up.
We're going to get the reason and the
speculation on what this might mean going forward from Alan Dershowitz in 60 seconds.
The fight against leftism and all the dangerous things it stands for has only begun.
Our victories and our losses serve as the forge in which our character as conservative, constitutional-loving people is shaped and tested.
I remain committed to the fight for the Bill of Rights.
That's not going to change.
If you're like me, you've made a commitment to never send money to further causes that goes against the Bill of Rights.
Well, here's a place where you don't have to.
You're sending money to one of the three big mobile companies.
When you don't have to, there's a cell phone company now.
It's America's only Christian conservatist wireless provider.
It offers dependable nationwide coverage.
It's on all the three major networks.
It's on the same towers.
So you get the best possible service in your area, and you get it without the leftist propaganda.
In fact, when you make the switch to Patriot Mobile, you're letting the world know that you support free speech, religious freedom, sanctity of life, the second of all of the amendments, actually.

Alan Dershowitz is joining us now, Harvard Law School professor emeritus and the host of The Dirth Show.
And don't forget the author of Get Trump.
Alan Dershowitz, how are you, sir?
Hey, I'm doing great.
The judge did the right thing yesterday.
And guess who predicted it?
I predicted over and over again that he would not accept.
this plea bargain.
Of course, CNN said, of course, he has to accept the plea bargain.
What are you talking about?
It's Dershowitz again.
He's staying all kinds of things.
Well, you know, CNN always gets it wrong because their predictions are based always on wishful thinking.
They wanted the judge to accept plea deal.
So they said she would.
I'm not any smarter than the people on CNN.
I just don't allow my preferences to influence my predictions.
My predictions are based on my 60 years of experience.
with the law, and I saw deep flaws in this plea bargain.
And I said, and I said it over and over again, she wouldn't and she shouldn't accept this plea bargain, and she didn't.
How brave of that was her was this,
Alan?
Pretty brave, pretty brave.
You know, she gets flacked because she was a so-called Trump appointee, but she wasn't a Trump appointee.
As you know, the way judges get appointed, when you have two senators in the state from a different party, the senators basically make the decision.
Now the President can veto it, but she was essentially appointed by the two Democratic senators and Trump alike.
So, you know, she's a young and courageous woman.
Both sides wanted this deal to go through.
The Justice Department wanted their kind of secret deal.
We never saw the plea bargain.
We never saw what was entailed.
I just smelled a rat, but we didn't see it.
And she said, no, no, no, wait a minute.
Does this plea bargain mean he can't ever be investigated again for other crimes?
You know, and we don't know whether the investigation was limited to Delaware, the smallest state in the Union, or whether Weiss, David Weiss, was allowed to go to the District of Columbia, allowed to go to Los Angeles, to Ukraine, to China to follow the money.
And if he wasn't, the flea bargain should never be accepted.
So she kind of delayed it.
She said, until you two
clear this up, I'm not going to hear it.
But one of the problems I thought she had was there was no adversarial
feeling between the two parties.
You know, for our system to work, it has to be adversarial.
It doesn't mean it needs to be nasty, but adversarial.
One side is pushing for the law, the other one is pushing for the client.
And
they didn't have this.
They got into this deal together.
And they should have had a third party, whether it's in the form of
an amicus brief, a friend of the court brief.
Somebody should have said, we're there on behalf of the American people.
Justice must not only be done, it must seem to be done.
You know, the Bible
in the book of Deuteronomy instructs judges and says two things to them.
Number one, don't take bribes.
That's obvious.
But that's the second one.
The first one is, Lo takir panim.
That's the Hebrew for.
Don't recognize faces.
Don't do justice based on who the person is.
That's the origin of the famous statue of justice with the blindfold.
It's not Greek literature.
It's the Bible that says be blindfolded.
Don't look at race.
Don't look at class.
Don't look at gender.
Don't look at politics.
Don't even look at the person.
Don't peek under the blindfold.
Do justice based only on the law and the facts.
It has to be the same justice administered to everybody.
And that's a biblical command going back how many thousands of years.
And the judge finally did that.
Now,
we are so lost.
This actually gave a lot of people a lot of hope because, unlike CNN,
I just assumed from the way things are always going now that it was going to go through.
And it didn't.
And that gave me a hope that, wait, there is some independence here.
There are some people that understand the rule of law.
And it gave me a great deal of hope.
What does it mean going forward?
Well, I would say it gave me a little bit of hope.
I think you have too much hope.
I think she will ultimately accept the deal.
She will eventually accept the deal with a few modifications.
What they'll agree to is no, he can't be prosecuted for any other crimes unless the evidence was not available now or he tried to suppress it or the crimes are very serious.
But there'll be an agreement and I think she'll accept the agreement.
I don't think she should, but I think she will.
She should call Garland.
She should call Weiss, put them under oath, and say, look, Garland, you say he had the authority to investigate anywhere in the country, including District of Columbia and Los Angeles.
He says, no, he was restricted to Delaware.
Who is right?
I have to know that before I accept the deal.
That's what she should do.
I suspect she won't do that.
Why?
I think
I think she feels she's done what she has to do.
She doesn't have a roving commission to do justice.
She has to deal with what are called cases and controversies, and generally judges just resolve disputes between the parties.
But here, as you said, there are no disputes between the parties.
The parties both agree
that there should be a plea bargain of this kind, which, if it involves only these two crimes, is not a sweetheart deal.
If you only were late in your taxes and didn't tell her how to call them properly for guns, yeah, that's the right sentence.
But if they didn't investigate barisma, if they didn't investigate what's going on in China, then it's not an appropriate legal argument.
And then it really is a sweetheart deal.
So can I ask you, and I'm not asking you, I'm not asking for a legal thing, always innocent until proven guilty, I get.
But I'm not saying that the president is guilty.
I'm saying it looks really bad for the president.
If I were just going on these facts, it has to be investigated properly, not some witch hunt.
But this, the evidence that is out is a little overwhelming.
It's much more than I think we had on Nixon.
It's a little overwhelming, and it's beyond Nixon to me.
Nixon was a breakout, a
break-in.
It was the cover-up that was the real problem.
Here we not only have a extensive cover-up,
but we might also have taking money from foreign adversaries.
This is really bad.
Am I reading this wrong?
You know, you're reading the evidence that's been offered correctly.
What we don't know is whether it's true.
You know, whistleblowers, just because they're whistleblowers, doesn't mean they're telling you.
I know.
And so the issue of was
Joe Biden sitting next to Hunter Biden
when he made that threatening extortionate demand.
We have to find that out.
Was he on the phone 10 times?
Are there recordings?
I mean, if I'm the prosecution, I don't tell the other side whether there are any recordings.
Let them testify under oath without knowing whether there are recordings.
That's the best way of getting the truth.
If you don't know whether there's a recording, you're going to tell the truth.
If you know there's no recording, well, you know, you can remember things in an innocent way.
You can't do that.
I believe there's a recording.
And I don't know whether there's a recording.
And I don't know whether or not they think there's a recording on the Biden side.
But there's a lot of investigation.
Would you agree that we are at least, I mean, the New York Times and CNN and everybody else still saying, there's nothing here.
Why are we even talking about this?
Maybe you're right.
I was like this with Donald Trump.
I was willing to investigate.
I want to know what happened.
I want
a real investigation.
You would agree that the New York Times and all those guys are wrong by saying there's nothing here?
Yeah, except there's nothing new about that.
The New York Times and CNN
wrong
from the very beginning.
Look,
there's one word to generalize about most Americans, Republicans, Democrats, liberals, conservatives, Christians, Jews, Muslims.
It's skepticism.
Prove it.
Show me.
I'm not sure.
That's the American way.
We don't accept things because somebody said it, whether it's because the President of the United States said it or a whistleblower said it.
Show me the facts.
What we need is special counsel appointed, and it has to be appointed with the coordination of Republicans and Democrats alike.
It has to be somebody who is above reproach, perhaps a former Supreme Court justice, a former president of a university,
somebody who can really look into this, who doesn't doesn't care, has no horse in the race, doesn't have an interest in a particular outcome.
And that's what we haven't had up to now.
Alan Dershowitz, I'm going to take one minute and then I want to come back and talk to you about something else that's going on that I think most of America doesn't understand or isn't paying attention to, and it is very important.
We'll get to that here in 60 seconds with Alan Dershowitz.

So, Alan, I know you are a big supporter of Israel.
I'm a big supporter of Israel.
I think you lately have been called an anti-Semite.
That goes without saying on me.
I am a fan
and at least an acquaintance of B.B.
Netanyahu.
Just to set this up,
where do you stand on B.B.
Netanyahu?
I've known him since 1970 when he was a young American student
whose name was at that time Benjamin Natai.
He was an MIT student.
We met in 1970.
We were both doing a broadcast for PBS about Israel, and we have been close friends for 53 years.
I have never been to Israel without having dinner with him and Sarah.
I regard him as a close friend.
He regards me as an advisor and a close friend.
I don't agree with all of his politics.
I met with him when I was in Israel recently and tried to persuade him to slow down on the judicial reform.
I approve of some of the aspects of judicial reform, but not all of them.
Okay, so help me out and see if I have this right, because they're now talking about civil war.
And I think a lot of this is
ridiculous.
It's hyped up by the left, in my opinion.
But I want to make sure I'm right because I don't understand the government of Israel.
You know, I'm an American.
But they don't have a constitution, is my understanding.
They don't have a written constitution.
They do.
They don't have a written constitution.
They don't have a written constitution.
But like Great Britain, they have a constitution.
The constitution, we're used to written constitutions, and most countries have them.
But Great Britain has a constitution.
They teach constitutional law.
The House of Lords will strike down statutes from the House of Commons on the ground that they're unconstitutional.
The Constitution in England is the Magna Carta, the early Bill of Rights, the statutes that have been in existence for hundreds of years.
The same thing is true as Israel.
They have what are called basic laws, which are a substitute.
It'd be better to have a Constitution.
I've been working on trying to get a written constitution for Israel literally since 1970, but it hasn't happened yet.
I can't even imagine not having a written constitution.
We have one, and it's still bloody.
Okay, so
he is saying that,
as far as I understand, that
the judges can't just rule arbitrarily.
They have to pin it to some sort of constitutional law.
Otherwise, it's just a political body.
Is that true?
That's right.
That's absolutely true.
And what happened is the Supreme Court, under my other very close friend, who I've known since 1966, Aaron Barack, who was the president of the Supreme Court, he helped devise the concept of reasonableness or extreme unreasonableness, and they would strike down the actions of administrators, the legislature, the military, if they felt they were extremely unreasonable.
Now, extremely unreasonable is a vague, open-ended criteria.
Reasonable people could disagree as to whether it should be used or not, but it's not something to have street demonstrations over.
It's not something for the military to say we won't serve, or doctors to say we won't serve.
It's an internal dispute in Israel that should be resolved democratically.
Yeah, sure, protests are good.
Our First Amendment provides for the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, which means peaceful protests.
Now, the good thing is that the protests in Israel have been peaceful compared to those in France and compared to those done by Black Lives Matter in the United States.
They've been peaceful, but they've been very angry.
And I don't think that the protesters are justified in doing some of the things they're doing.
Here's what I think Bibi is thinking.
He's very smart.
He's very clever.
He wanted to get through this first provision about reasonableness, and he did.
He voted, it was voted, it was voted 64 to
50 something or other.
Now I think he's going to take a pause.
The Knesset is out of session until the fall.
And I think he's going to try very hard to come to an accommodation.
I'm part of that process.
I've been working closely with the President of Israel, who's also an old friend, Isaac Herzog, Bougie, we call him.
I've been working with Bibi.
I've been working with
others to try to achieve some kind of a peaceful compromise resolution, which is what is absolutely essential here.
And I have a hunch we're going to get it.
Are there, am I right in the reading of
different opinions that there is large money that doesn't necessarily
that that is
not necessarily in it for the peace and love and understanding
of one another and bringing people together, that there is a force in here that is trying to break Israel apart and break Benjamin Netanyahu.
Well, I wouldn't be surprised.
I don't know any facts that support that.
I wouldn't be surprised.
Certainly, Iran has already said.
Israel has been weakened.
Hamas has already said Israel has been weakened.
You know, today is a very important Jewish holiday.
It's called Tisha Ba'av, the ninth day of the Hebrew month of Av.
And it was the day that the second temple in Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans in 70 or so AD.
And of course, you know, Jesus went to that temple.
That's where
he threw over the desks of the moneylenders.
That temple was very important both to Christianity and to and to Judaism, and it was destroyed.
And today is the day we celebrate.
If I'm a little breathless, it's because I'm fasting.
As a Jew, I fast on on this holiday.
It's a fasting holiday.
And it's a holiday that commemorates the fact that the temple was destroyed because Jews were attacking each other, because Jews couldn't agree.
And this is a day that I think Israelis should commemorate by getting together and agreeing and having compromises.
That's what I've been interested in.
And I hope I can help bring that about.
And I know that D.B.
Nazanyeh wants to bring that about.
And I know that there are people, some on the left who want to bring that about.
The problem is, the extremists on both sides, as often is the case, are benefiting from the animosity.
Their bases are strengthened when there is controversy, the same way that is true in the United States and in both countries.
We're so much better off moving somewhat to the middle.
I have more in common with centerist conservatives than I do with radicals on the left.
I'm a liberal, a true liberal and a true conservative have a great deal in common.
Small government, limitations on power, due process, free speech.
And that's the points we ought to emphasize.
Yep.
Alan, thank you very much.
I really appreciate it.
The name of the book is
thank you.
Get Trump.
You can get that now.
The effort to destroy Trump.
Just get him.
Get Trump.
And the host of The Dirt Show,
a guy who I don't always agree with,
but a guy I think I have more in common with as well, with some members of the Republican Party, even.

We do that coming up in just a second.
Standby first.
I want to take you back to January 6th and the police officer that
was brutally beaten.
In fact, here are a couple of interviews with him right after January 6th.
I got hurt.
I got hurt.
I will do it again if I have to.
It's my job.
It was very scary
because
I thought I was going to lose my life.
When I came in,
she wanted to hug me.
And I told her, no.
because I was covered
I was covered in pepper spray my hands were bleeding still
and I even I couldn't even sleep because I went took a shower and instead of helping
that reinflamed the chemicals it did soak shirt your clothes
yes
took a bath of milk that ain't help
I too was being crushed by the writers.
I could feel
myself losing oxygen and recall thinking to myself, this is how I'm going to die, defending this entrance.
Stop.
That is
pretty hard to hear.
Pretty hard to hear.
Now, Julie Kelly is a journalist, and
she's been given analysis and commentary related to the weaponization of the U.S.
Department of Justice.
She writes on the sub stack, declassified with Julie Kelly.
She also is giving us some really unique looks at January 6th and the pending criminal indictments of Donald Trump.
And Julie has just tweeted out earlier this week that That story doesn't seem to fit.
Do I have that right, Julie?
You do have that right, Glenn, and thank you so much for having me on and sharing my work.
So Officer Equilino Gannell, who you heard there, Hassab's story, has been one of what I call January 6th celebrity cops.
So he was one of four police officers, security guards, who testified during the very first January 6th Select Committee televised hearing.
The idea of that hearing was to make it sound like Trump supporters tried to kill police officers that
And Gannell has been now for two and a half years telling his sob story, his near-death experience, that he almost died, injuries to his head, his hands, his shoulder, that his foot was crushed.
Well,
footage that was obtained by Joe Hanneman at Epoch Times, I have to credit him.
When I was looking at his coverage of what happened, actually happened to Roseanne Boylan, the first person who popped up, in my view, was Officer Gannell.
And so I zoomed in.
I was like, well, I can't believe this is him.
And there he is for seven minutes, as I should have in my piece and on Twitter, walking around, no indication of any injury, no sign of pain.
He's actually kicking things aside with his feet.
His hands are visible.
There's no bleeding.
There's no abrasions on his hands.
His shoulders, both shoulders are mobile.
He's taking off gear.
He's bending up and down.
He's moving things around.
He's putting on
a surgical face mask.
No apparent signs of pain or injury for seven minutes.
But yet here he has been a key figure in promoting the idea that police were almost killed on January 6th and that he was so grievously injured, Glenn, that he had to take medical leave for at least a year and then only went back to partial duty.
due to his injuries and surgery he claimed that he had because of those injuries.
What else do you know about him, Julie?
I don't know much.
I know he is a veteran.
I know he's an immigrant, I believe, from maybe the Dominican Republic.
That's really all that I know.
But Glenn, I also want to underscore his words and his claims are not without consequence.
He has been a government witness in trials of January 6th defendants where he has taken the stand under oath and talked about his injuries that he suffered.
He has has filed victim impact statements and sentencing hearings for January 6th defendants talking about the serious injuries that were inflicted by Trump supporters.
And he specifically says Trump supporters.
He does not say protesters, rioters, Trump supporters.
This has helped judges
impose very long, harsh sentences against January 6th defendants.
And
in fact, when one federal judge, Trevor McFadden, specifically called out Officer Gannell in his testimony in one trial and said that his testimony about his injuries were not credible and that he did not believe when Officer Gannell said he had been beaten with a stolen baton.
So it's not just that he's talking on, you know, CNN, Jake Tapper, or he's posting this garbage on Twitter.
He has said these things under oath.
as I said, with dire consequences for defendants.
Do you know, because I know you've been following all of the cases, and I would assume you know some of the attorneys just by following it.
Are they looking into
retrying their cases?
I mean, this is information that the government had and didn't release.
That seems like a miscarriage of justice.
So well said, Glenn.
And this has been a criticism of defendants now for more than two years that this Department of Justice and Capitol Capitol Police, by the way, have designated all of this footage as highly sensitive government material.
All of it has been under strict protective orders in court.
And the government is really only turning over footage to defendants that is case specific.
So say in the case of Pat McCoy, where Gannell testified, they only saw footage of the defendants.
the security video of that particular defendant.
They didn't turn over or produce the video of Officer Gannell.
And this is only what we've one clip that we've seen.
I'm sure there's other footage of him walking through the Capitol.
And keep in mind, this is around 5 o'clock that day.
This isn't before the violence between protesters and police began.
This is after it ended.
So it's not like he went back to another area of the Capitol and got beaten up by protesters.
The building had been evacuated.
The grounds were being evacuated.
So yes, I believe that the two defendants where Officer Gannell testified and filed victim impact statements, they are on appeal.
So I'm sure that this footage will be part of their appeal as to what the government was hiding,
not just from the public, but from defendants and their attorneys.
Right.
So
you're following greatly the weaponization of the government
hearings that are going on.
Do you believe that those move forward
into anything of significance?
I'm not sure, Glenn.
I was really hoping that there would be a separate January 6th committee.
And we really need one for two reasons, to expose all of the lies and falsehoods that were promoted by the first select committee.
And also to tell the American people the truth, to show them this video.
I mean, I post this on Twitter and True Social, and I post it, obviously, in my work, and thanks to interviews like this, it's reaching a broader audience.
But they need televised hearings.
They need to fight back with what the January 6th Select Committee, because this is the crux of the weaponization of the Department of Justice and this administration.
January 6th is ground zero for turning the war on terror that once was against ISIS and al-Qaeda against conservatives, Republicans, Trump supporters.
So you can't talk about weaponizing government without fully exposing the truth about January 6th, what the Department of Justice is doing concealing evidence, the lies that Congress has told to the American people, and how the FBI is using its counterterrorism unit to continue, even this week, Glenn, two and a half years later, arrest people related to even minimal participation in the events of January 6th.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
So, Julie, I think you could make a case that this is even more important than the Hunter and Joe Biden selling their country out for, well, their fellow countrymen, I think they got 30 cents ahead for us.
Can you compare the two?
I guess, but I would argue that this is more important because everyone sort of knows nothing is really going to happen to Hunter Biden.
I think it's extremely useful what James Comer and the Oversight Committee and of course the Ways and Means Committee and these courageous whistleblowers from the IRS and FBI are talking about with these investigations.
But January 6th is going to be a key issue in the 2024 presidential race, but it is still, this Department of Justice is still collecting victims.
They're still collecting scallops.
And so there's no,
it is far, in my view, of course, far more important.
The American people need to know what is happening, not just Department of Justice, but in this courthouse, which is where Donald Trump's lawyers are today, as Jack Smith is now preparing a multi-count felony criminal indictment against Donald Trump for January 6th and could rope in attorneys, White House officials, and maybe even a few Republican members of the House.
This is crazy.
Thank you so much for everything that you do.
I appreciate that you have just zeroed in on this and not let it go.
Julie, thank you.
Thanks for having me on, Glenn.

Everybody is feeling the bite of inflation these days, and one of the worst places you can feel it is when you're making that monthly credit card payment.
So this happened at the Fed yesterday.
They raised the rates yet again.
So
how much interest are you going to be paying on your credit card, your high interest credit card?
Wouldn't you love it if you could find a way so you could pay down the balance and not have to worry about 20% interest rates?
Perhaps it is time for you to use the power of your home's mortgage to get you back into control.
American Financing is a family-owned mortgage company.
It's in it for you.
They've been saving people like you an average of $700 a month.
That is, to me, that's remarkable.
That's get out of jail free card kind of money.
Also, they take
those credit card bills.
They take it off.
So when you're paying them, you're not paying 20% interest.
You might be paying 5%.
Plus, you could end up being able to delay up to two mortgage payments and close in as little as 10 days.

I find this disgusting from San Francisco.
Drivers on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge began reporting a nude woman to 911 dispatchers about 4:38 yesterday.
The suspect briefly stopped in traffic lanes and then exited her vehicle where she brandished a knife and started yelling at drivers and other vehicles.
The woman allegedly threatened to stab people with a knife and then began shooting a handgun randomly at cars and into the air.
She also tried to get into other cars.
One video of the woman was recorded from a vehicle that drove right next to her.
She pointed her gun and shot once and then pointed the gun in the air.
Here's what I'm
just outraged by.
Drivers on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge began reporting the nude woman to 911.
How do they know she's a woman?
How dare you?
What a great point.
You don't know how she identifies, and you would think in tolerant San Francisco, they would know that.
I am sickened by that.
Thank you.
There's also another
kind of bizarre story that I'm beginning to think more and more is just a cake or circus for people people to to look at.
It is the testimony yesterday in Congress about UFOs.
Yeah.
Yeah, you would think at any other time in American history, finding out that there are, that the U.S.
government has dead bodies of alien people who crashed here, you would think that'd be a major, major story, wouldn't you?
Yeah, I just would like to repeat what you just said.
There was testimony under oath yesterday from apparently a very credible source that he has witnesses
of the dead bodies and the flying saucers that we have, or flying cubes, as he describes them,
that we have collected.
over the years.
And
these people who collected them are still alive and in the service so
i if that's true
yeah that's pretty big news and and we reverse engineered some alien technology according to him those are both the that's all pretty big uh information if it's true
And
nobody's even talking about it, really.
And, you know, we talked about it on my show today.
People were kind of chastising us for not paying attention to the main stuff.
Well, no, we're talking about that too.
But are you saying we shouldn't talk at all about this?
This is huge news.
So
here's my feeling on this.
I am more and more convinced that this is a red herring.
Yeah.
And I think it might be.
Because this guy might be.
This guy is.
This guy is, quote, a very trusted, high-level intelligence officer.
Well, we heard a lot from those guys about the Hunter Biden laptop.
So,
you know, and he already had said exactly what he said in front of Congress
in an article published by, I don't remember, World Net Daily or somebody.
And then he goes and he testifies, but there's no new information in the testimony.
I think we have spent enough time on his testimony for today.
We talk about the real news of the day coming up.
Is Joe Biden going to be impeached?
Congressman Greg Stuby from Florida joins us next.

Hello, America.
Well, yesterday started for Hunter Biden
with,
you know, I'm not worried about it.
We got this in the back.
We've reached a deal.
These two competing forces, the DOJ and the Biden family, oh, they argued it out.
How dare you?
How dare you offer that?
I'm not guilty.
Yes, you are.
We're going to put you in prison.
No, you're not.
Yes, we are.
And then they came up with this sweetheart deal that would ensure he never went to prison for anything that he's currently being investigated on.
And then, somehow or another, this evil judge came out and said,
I don't find any of this in the Constitution.
And this is a really weirdly worded plea agreement.
I've never seen one like it.
It seems to wash him clean of everything he ever might have done.
I've never seen one like that before.
Why?
By lunchtime, Hunter Biden was like, what do you mean, man?
What do you mean?
By the end of the evening, Hunter Biden seriously needed a drink.
Or...
to go Zen and paint some other $850,000 paintings.
Didn't work out well for him.
Now what does that mean?
Impeachment?
Jail time?
We go there in 60 seconds.
Yeah, that's right, you sick-twisted freak.

Have Greg Stuby on yet?
Okay.
Is he coming on or is he just late?
Do you know?
Okay.
He's running a few minutes late, I'm told, by a voice that you cannot hear, but I hear voices all the time.
And that doesn't make me crazy.
Pat Gray is with us, and we were just talking as we were getting ready for Greg Stuby.
I think, Pat, that there is hope
that this is not going to end well for the Bidens.
I'd like to be able to think that.
I hope that's true.
It's just hard to believe.
You know, it's hard to believe.
Because
they've gotten away with this stuff for so long, it's like, okay,
they're just
bulletproof.
There's a different set of
than them than us.
Listen to CNN
last night.
Here is the in front of the courthouse.
Here's what they were saying.
So the judge said that she could not accept the plea agreement as it was structured.
Remember, there was a plea agreement where Hunter Biden would plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors and then a diversion on a felony gun charge.
Well, the judge taking issue with both of them, saying that on the plea agreement related to the tax charges, she was saying that she, this agreement, as structured, just had her, as what she said, a rubber stamp.
It did not allow her to weigh in on whether she thought that the plea was acceptable.
She had questions about that and wants both sides to brief her on that.
Also, on the gun diversion, she had questions about how that deal was structured because it inserted her in the process.
If Hunter Biden breached the terms of this agreement and the government had an issue with it, they wanted the judge to act as a neutral arbiter.
Okay, so she goes on and on with this, and there's so much more than that.
The judge said, it looks like you two are cozy.
And I've never seen a plea deal like this.
And this washes him clean of everything.
Is that your understanding?
The Biden administration or the Biden lawyers said,
yeah, that's our understanding.
And Department of Defense or Department of Justice said, no, no, I don't think so.
So is anything going to happen?
We have Representative Greg Stubillon with us now.
He is a congressman from Florida, and he is one of the two that are really pushing to get the House to move to impeach Joe Biden.
Hi, Greg.
How are you?
Hey, good.
How are you?
Thanks for having me on.
You bet.
So
what is the mood in Congress for these hearings and impeachment?
Well, you started to see the speaker actually talk about this, which I think is a great move forward because a lot of us have been been clamoring for impeachment for quite some time.
But through these different investigations, all of this evidence now that is mounting, evidence after evidence that Joe Biden was involved in the business deals with Hunter Biden, was receiving financial information.
Oversight Committee did subpoenas on the financial information.
We're waiting on some of that.
But through some of that, we've been able to ascertain that it's like $20 or $30 million that the Biden family has received through four actions that obviously at the time vice president, but some of these actions he's done while he's been president.
Senator Grassley just released a form from the FBI that showed the $5 million payment related to the Ukraine and bereavement issue.
I think there's overwhelming evidence, having been a lawyer myself and been a prosecutor in the JAGCOR.
So we're actually drafting our own impeachment resolution specifically on bribery crimes, corruption crimes, because in my opinion, there's overwhelming evidence of that now in the public sphere.
And we're still doing these investigations, so there'll probably be more to follow.
So Greg,
I'm with you.
I think there is overwhelming evidence.
The Nixon trials went
through the first term into the second.
All of the accusations happened in the first term.
He was reelected.
Nobody wanted to talk about impeachment.
The Democrats brought the impeachment back up.
And it was eventually the turning of some of those Democrats in the Senate that were finally convinced, yeah, he did do this.
Do you sense any kind of
even softening of the other side on, yeah, I'm not going to say this out loud, but that looks bad?
I don't, you know, you obviously don't see Democrats going on the news and saying that they think that the president should be impeached.
But what you're seeing is, and this is kind of shocking to me, frankly, is the mainstream media is actually, for the first time, actually starting to report about these things or starting to report about the Hunter Biden issues because it's such a pervasive issue now.
And it is so
evidentiary
apparent that this was going on that they don't have a choice but to report about it.
So that's actually putting Democrats in very difficult positions.
You've seen the plea deal with Hunter Biden now fall apart.
And that isn't about Hunter Biden.
That's about the information that can come from all of that, if that goes to trial through discovery, of how Joe Biden's involved in that.
You've heard the IRS whistleblowers testify directly, and these are the gentlemen who were part of the team that was investigating Hunter Biden and their foreign business dealings and all these tax issues that specifically said they had evidence that the big guy and Joe Biden was involved and wanted to issue subpoenas and warrants on information, and the DOJ shut them down.
So, as this starts to open up and you get more and more facts and evidence, I don't see how you as a Democrat couldn't at least have an open mind to to the fact that you have somebody who used his position to enrich himself and his family.
I haven't heard any of any Democrats talk about that publicly, but you can certainly see a softening, as you said, from some of the positions that they're taking and them trying to distance themselves from the administration on these issues.
What is the ramification of impeachment?
Donald Trump was impeached twice,
but the last one was, I mean, I don't even think even anybody even noticed for the most part, except for the mainstream media.
What are the ramifications of you guys pushing this through without control of the Senate?
Yeah, here's the political reality that we currently live in.
Even if we're able to pass an impeachment resolution on the House floor, it goes to the Senate and you need 60 votes.
So that's why I think the way that House leadership and the Republican leadership of the different committees, there's like three different committees because there's so many crimes that are being being investigated.
Have doing the investigation to get the evidence before the American people to be able to convince 60 senators that this happened, here's the evidence that it happened, here's the specific crimes that were committed, and the overwhelming evidence that there were crimes that were committed.
And I think that will push members in the Senate to be like, look, regardless of party affiliation, you can't allow somebody to use their position to be bribed that is affecting national security, to be corrupted where they're getting financial benefit from being in office.
So, hopefully, we will do a good enough job in the House laying all this evidence out before the American people and the senators, and they'll see when we preside our case, if we can get it past the House, that there were crimes that were committed and there needs to be ramifications for that crime.
I mean, the Democrats impeached Trump for a phone call to a foreign leader.
And in my opinion, this goes way beyond Watergate
of the things that we have evidence of now.
I think this is the most dangerous corruption I have seen in an Oval Office.
And, you know, I know the history of our country and Grant and everything else.
And this is the most dangerous because it is
not just a cover-up.
It's not a small crime.
This is a high crime.
If you are selling access to your office as vice president or president, that is a high crime.
Plus,
with that, you have all kinds of other things.
Because he
has been able to cover this up, he has
the Justice Department
part of this deal.
Now, that goes to then all of the weaponization of government.
I mean, this is huge and never-ending.
Yeah, I mean, you think about, you know, why would Merrick Garland play defense in the Department of Defense, Director Ray and the FBI by stalling and stonewalling all of these different investigations, all to protect Joe Biden and the things that have happened.
I mean, some of these go back to 2014.
Some of these go back to, I'm sure if you kept digging even more, probably when he was in the U.S.
Senate.
And as you get forth facts and evidence, why would Merrick Garland, Director Wray, why would these other individuals put their
lives on the line?
And I wholeheartedly believe that both of them are obstructing the administration of justice by not allowing the investigations to move forward the way they should be moving forward.
I mean, if this was Trump or myself or any other Republican member of Congress or any conservative, I'd have been in prison a long time ago if we would have committed these crimes.
And so
I have done
for it.
Hopefully.
Greg, I mean.
If you do this,
I was open to listen to the case.
You know, we did our own homework.
And I told my
staff, I'm not looking to exonerate Donald Trump.
I'm looking to find the truth.
Because if he did things that he wasn't supposed to, we have to stand for impeachment.
The same thing.
We've looked into this with Biden, and we have enough documents, I think, to impeach.
We've looked into it, and it wasn't to get him out.
It was, let's find out what really happened here.
And
you have to impeach.
Otherwise, you're not asking any honest questions in life.
You're just looking for something to guarantee that things continue to roll your way.
Yeah, and not just the impeachment, but just take it a step farther, the corruption of the money that was paid by our number one national security threat to the safety and security of the American people, the Chinese Communist Party, was paying him off.
And he is now the president of the commander-in-chief of the military, and he's making decisions based on the compromising, corrupt behavior that he has had in the past.
And why did he let a spy balloon traverse over the entire United States before they shot it down after it had collected all the intel at nuclear sites, military bases?
You have a corrupt president who we now have evidence that he has received money and his family has received money from the Chinese Communist Party,
and it's affecting the national security of America.
So you've got to be able to do that.
Well, wait a minute.
Let's listen.
Listen, I think you've got that.
You not only have that, you also have Ukraine.
He was wildly corrupt in Rome Ukraine.
Yeah.
But we're sending billions of dollars and we're talking about going to war.
He's compromised.
What are we thinking?
This is so dangerous.
100%.
Greg, thank you.
And thank you for standing up for this.
Go ahead.
Well, I would just say, and we in Congress, especially on the Republican side, have asked for information of where this money to Ukraine has gone because there is no guardrails when the Democrats were in control of the $100 and I think it's $20 billion that we've sent to Ukraine of where that money is going and the accountability of where that taxpayer dollars have gone.
And you can't tell me that the Bidens or some other people or there's corrupt entities that are getting money on that on the back end when they're refusing to have accountability of where that money is being spent.
Of course, of course.
I bet you 30% of it, maybe 30% of it, actually got to where it was supposed to go.
Congressman Greg Stuby, thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
Thank you.
You bet.
Greg Stuby from Florida.

All right, our sponsor this half hour is Mantis X.
The Second Amendment exists for a very good reason.
It's both your right to protect your freedom and safety and your responsibility to protect your families.
If you own guns, you need to be proficient at using them.
This is really hard for a couple of reasons.
One, ammunition is so expensive.
If you have it, you don't want to waste it.
And
I say waste it.
You're not wasting it when you're practicing.
But when you need it, you need it.
So what can you do?
The other thing is, it's hard for me at least to get to the gun range on a regular basis at all.
Getting instruction.
That costs money.
Get Mantis X.
It solves all of these problems.
You can do it anytime.
You can do it at home, you know, even at the office.
I don't recommend it because, you know, you're actually using your gun.
But you put a device on it, you dry fire, and you can aim at anything.
And it will track how you're aiming, your trigger pull is, everything that you're doing with that gun.
And it shows you what you need to correct in real time.
You can also take it to the range and use live fire, and it will do exactly the same thing.
It is truly like you having an instructor standing right in front of you, just well, not in front of you, beside you, looking at the gun and how you're pulling that trigger.

We had a great show last night on the Wednesday night special.
If you missed it, go back and
grab it.
It was on
the lies around global warming.
And we tracked it all the way back to 18, what was it, 1898, I think, or
1896.
And I didn't believe it.
I I said, it's typo, right?
It's like 1986.
And they said, no, it's 1896.
And I'm like, what?
It goes back.
Look at that.
We're entering another
ice age.
Then you go to the LA Times, like four years later.
We're still around turn of the century.
And the LA Times says, no, no, it's actually heating up.
I mean, they've been wrong.
New York Times.
We've been wrong since 1896.
This is a game that is being played especially on the youth, trying to get the youth to destroy capitalism and to enslave themselves.
You know, when you talk about 15-minute cities, if you don't know what those are, please pick up my book, Dark Future.
You talk about 15-minute cities where you walk right now, they are telling you, no,
there's no such things as borders on people.
There are no borders on people.
I can guarantee you, because in their own words, which we show you in Dark Future,
they are telling you that you will go 15 minutes and, you know, depending on your score, et cetera, et cetera, whether you're allowed to leave your wonderful city.
That's a little terrifying.
That's what it's all about.
And the misdirection and the lies.
We introduced you last night to an agency that I have never even heard of.
It's a NGO that has decided to help our media, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, all of it, called Covering Climate Now.
And they are helping them write climate change into every story.
That's why you read stuff and you're like, wait, you're blaming climate change on
It's this.
It's a propaganda organization.
It's Goebbels.
It's crazy.
Well,
I mean, the hatred that's coming out of your mouth right now and the ignorance.
Yeah.
It's outrageous.
It's outrageous.
I know.
So you're saying that everything isn't related to climate change?
Is that what you're saying?
I'm
about that and racism.
If it's not climate change, it's whiteness.
Yes.
Okay.
That's for sure.
One of of those two.
One of those two.
All right.
Back in just a minute.
The Glenn Beck Program.
Well, yesterday, the Federal Reserve decided to raise another quarter point, and they said, we're probably going to do it again.
We're probably going to do it again.
Well, that's good.
So they're tightening money, which means it'll be harder and harder for you to get the money.
It'll be harder and harder for businesses to be able to afford a loan and get the money.
So they're not really expanding or job creating.
But don't worry, nobody works now anyway, I hear.
And
the other thing is, it doesn't restrict the U.S.
government from spending
a billion times more than all of us combined would spend.

Hello, and welcome, America, to the Glen Beck program.
You know, we're talking a lot today about the deep state.
We talk about Hunter Biden and the cover-up with the DOJ, what's happening with the state security now that seems to be working against the protection of the rights of Americans.
It is impossible to truly understand how dangerous that is and what's coming next.
I truly believe that we are in a race against time and what they are waiting for is all of the technology to catch up to make sure that cage is complete.
I know that sounds crazy, but you will understand if you read the book Dark Future.
Dark Future is also now out in the audiobook.
So let me play a couple of clips from the audiobook here.
This is about security systems and how to keep you in a cage.
Listen to this.
In the Coordinated Entry System, CES, originally piloted in 2013 in Los Angeles, it uses data collection practices and algorithms to divide up resources and housing to as many homeless people as possible in the most efficient and equitable way.
How does CES do this?
Well, in her 2018 book, Automating Inequality, American political scientist Virginia Eubanks describes how the CES system works in detail.
According to Eubanks, CES collects, stores, and shares some astonishingly intimate information about unhoused people.
It catalogs, classifies, and ranks their traumas, their coping mechanisms, their feelings, and their fears.
As part of the CES system, homeless people are asked questions like, have you ever been sexually assaulted while experiencing homelessness?
Have you ever had to use the violence to keep yourself safe while experiencing homelessness?
Have you ever exchanged sex for a place to stay?
CES then uses algorithms to generate a score for each person in the program.
The score determines how needy each applicant is.
Depending on demand, the lowest score applicants are denied access to homes that they need.
And if an applicant score is high enough to necessitate housing, a second algorithm is used to match that person with a shelter that can best fit his or her needs.
Wow.
It's almost like that to each according to his need thing.
Sounds familiar for some reason, huh?
What is frightening about this,
had you ever heard of that PAT coordinated entry system?
No.
Never.
Yeah.
This is, they're already starting to use it and track absolutely everything.
Remember, it's your hopes, your fears, your problems.
It's not just stats.
It's also you.
So how do you express yourself on social media?
This is, this is becoming.
part of your personal ESG score.
This is the kind of stuff that puts you in a cage.
Because if you decide to speak out against global warming, you decide to work for a company like, let's say, mine, your score is going to go down and you will lose, in some cases, like banking privileges.
And if you think that's weird, make sure you sign up for my free email newsletter.
There are two stories today from banks about banks
de-banking people because of their POV.
And their POV was not a pro-pedophile.
Let's just put put it that way.
Now, the second thing that you have to worry about on this is not just the machine, the algorithm, but who's putting it together, because the elites will rule.
In the minds of many Davos attendees, it is up to the elites and the powerful institutions acting with the input from and the best interest of those they lord over to ensure the transition to the next era of humanity is inclusive, except for those people that we have to kill, and respectful of the ideas that Klaus Schwab values so much, such as advancing globalism and protecting the environment from people and climate change.
This can only occur, according to Schwab, if we avoid totalitarian government interventions, as he would understand them, and if nations agree to move on from this free market economics, which clearly is misguided with its emphasis on individuals.
Look at that footnote.
Do you see the pattern here?
I have been right about things like Osama bin Laden when I said in 1999,
you mark my words, there will be blood bodies and buildings in the streets of New York, and it will have his name on it within 10 years.
It wasn't 10, it was two years later.
Why
nobody agreed with me on the caliphate?
I said a caliphate is forming.
It will form.
They are trying to reform a caliphate.
No, that's crazy talk.
You're an imbecile.
How do I know these things?
Because I take people seriously when they say they're going to kill or capture you.
Always take them seriously.
If you had a neighbor who was saying,
leaning over the fence and like, hey neighbor, I'm going to kill you and your family one day.
You would take that seriously.
Even if the cop said, no, he's joking.
He's joking.
If you took that as a joke every day, when he said that to you just one-on-one,
you're an imbecile.
You're going to get your family killed.
And so a responsible person would make sure that I have a big enough wall or I have security or I move.
That's what you have to do when someone says they're going to kill or capture you.
And that's what the ESG movement is.
They are going to force you to conform.
That means put you in a cage.
Here's a last cut from the audio version book of the book Dark Future.
This one is talking about
This one's talking about engine number one,
which was this small little group that changed everything at Exxon.
Listen.
Engine number one led a campaign to force ExxonMobil, one of the largest oil and gas companies, to reduce its carbon footprint, which of course is intimately tied to the very same oil and gas it sells.
This would be like going to McDonald's and demanding that it stop selling cheeseburgers.
Of course, if many left-wing politicians have it their way, including Vice President Kamala Harris,
cheeseburgers will probably be the next target on activists' hit list.
According to a New York Times report about the campaign, the tiny firm Ingen Number One, You Can Do It, wouldn't have had the chance were it not for an unusual twist.
The support of some of Exxon's biggest institutional investors, BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street, voted against Exxon's leadership and gave engine number one a powerful packing of support.
When all was said and done, three of Exxon's directors were replaced because of their unwillingness to take a hard line on fossil fuels, yeah?
Hey,
you know, just because you're a fossil fuel company, And we're telling you to get out of fossil fuels, what's the problem, huh?
The Times further reported that in the wake of the ousting, Engine No.
1 instantly became a Wall Street name.
The firm, among a new breed of shareholder activists, once driven by the idea that social good also benefits the bottom line, just as policy and public sentiment on the environment are involving, Chris James, the founder of Engine No.
1, argued that Exxon's management wasn't making the needed changes fast enough.
The firm convinced the mighty BlackRock, the Times added.
We believe more needs to be done in Exxon's long-term strategy on reducing climate risk, which threatens the shareholders' values.
This is BlackRock crying in a statement explaining why it had sided with engine number one.
That is part of the new audiobook.
There are a few ad-libs.
In fact, there might be whole paragraphs that are not not in the printed book.
You don't want to miss it.
It is available wherever you get your audio books now.
But it will show you
the cage that is being built.
And it is why it is important
that you know this.
If you don't know this and you don't share this, the cage continues to be built.
It is the same as if,
well, when the FBI was shutting everybody down and saying it's a conspiracy, it's a Russian conspiracy on Hunter Biden's laptop.
If they would have been able to keep that quiet another couple of years, if they would have just charged him with what they charged him with yesterday and then made a sweetheart deal right before the election or after the election,
it probably would not have been a big deal.
A lot of people would have said, hey, there's something wrong here.
But now they're on the edge of losing it.
So their cage building has to go faster, which means we have to wake more people up.
Because once the American people truly wake up and see what's actually being built, a Chinese-style cage.
for not just us, the entire Western world.
I told you at the beginning of this podcast that
you have have in Canada,
Jordan Peterson now being required
to take a
re-education class because he's speaking politically incorrect things.
He's taken that to court and said, there's no re-education camps here.
That's a violation of our charter as a country.
But they don't have freedom of speech.
But the fact that you have someone like Jordan Peterson in Canada
being told you're going to lose everything, you'll lose your license and everything else unless you go to this re-education camp should show you this is serious.
We are on the road to China.
Get the book Dark Future, wherever books are sold.
In fact, there is a special bookstore.
Do I still have this?
Yeah, bookshop.org.
This, if you go to bookshop.org, you can buy it from small
retailers, you know, the people who are kind of just in it.
They're not the big box stores, and I'd rather sell it to local people.
Bookshop.org.
And you can get the audio at Audible or
Amazon, wherever you get your audio books.
Alrighty.
Having fun yet, Pat?
Oh, more than he's not even
more than I've ever had in my life.
Yeah.
You're listening to old Imus shows, aren't you?
I just looked up engine number one,
and
I can't believe what they accomplished with so very little.
It's amazing.
Yeah.
It is amazing.
Do you know that, you know, you just mentioned on the audio book that they replaced four Exxon board members despite owning only 0.02.
So they got two hundredths of 1%
of the of the company's shares and they replaced four board members.
That's unbelievable.
Wow.
That's right.
Yeah, people need to pay attention
by the book.
Yeah, you really need.
Yeah, you need to pay attention.
Thank you so much.
It's a dark future.
Several months ago,
Indiana native Troy began working out.
He found that he liked it.
God knows why.
But after too long, he started running as well.
It wasn't long before he was running 5Ks.
And then, you know how it goes.
Next thing,
you're shooting up in a bathroom bus station.
You know, it's, I mean, it's just like...
Anyway, he discovered that after running 5Ks, that his knees would start to swell every time he ran.
It got so bad that he feared he'd have to stop.
Fortunately, he heard about Relief Factor.
Skeptical,
me too.
But he decided to give it a try.
And sure enough, within a few weeks of starting to take it, Troy's knees felt fine.
Pain was completely gone, he said, and it stayed gone ever since.
Oh, God.
He's probably out there running today.
Stupid 5K.
Why?
It's like a balloon ride.
They have to pick you up at the end.
Anyway, three-week quick start.
It's only $19.95.
It's a trial pack.
It's not a drug, but developed by doctors.
Hundreds of thousands of people have ordered Relief Factor, and about 70% of them have gone on to order more.

The Glenn Beck Program.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
You noticed, Glenn, that Vivek-like cake is gaining a little bit of momentum.
People are starting to notice it.
I have.
Yeah.
Yeah, I have.
I like it.
I really like it.
He's great.
I don't know a single issue on which we disagree.
Have you heard one?
Because everything he says makes sense he's he's he says it well he's he's so well spoken so smart and he he's also a um you know several-time serial entrepreneur yeah so he he knows his business he knows how to run large companies um and his viewpoints are such a breath of fresh air on how do you break up the deep state well they work for the president if they don't then they're in violation of the Constitution.
And if they work for me, well, then I can fire them.
Otherwise, I'm held hostage by my staff, and they control everything.
I mean,
he is different, refreshing.
I really like him.
He's the only one.
He's the only one that's saying that he's going to shut down
like the Department of Education, for instance.
I don't know anybody else who is making that claim.
That when they get in, one of the things he's going to do.
Yeah.
I think Donald Trump has said things like that.
I think DeSantis leans that way, but he's not saying it.
You're right.
Yeah.
And therefore, you're not saying it.
I don't think you're going to do it.
But
I think
Vivek and Donald Trump 2024.
I think that would be.
Because he's going to speak.
Vivek can speak to the youth.
And by the way,
we have Fetterman, we have Feinstein,
we now have Republican, Mitch McConnell, and the president.
All of them,
all of them are sick or old and need to leave Washington.
