I am sitting here because I

sitting here with something really disturbing in front of me, but I'm doing it because

I've got a disturbing story that just came out in the news.

today,

and it is coming

from overseas in the Netherlands.

Several Dutch citizens who had autism or other intellectual disabilities have died now by physicians-assisted suicide.

Doctors determined their afflictions were untreatable obstacles to a normal life.

Why is it that progressives always preach to us that there is no normal?

And then when they find people they can kill, it's because they're not going to be able to live a normal life.

Nearly 40 people who identified as autistic or intellectually disabled were legally euthanized in the Netherlands between 2012 and 2021.

Five people younger than 30 were killed at their own request, and they cited autism as the sole or major reason for their decision to end their lives.

With those cases, experts have questioned whether the law allowing doctors to kill suicidal patients via lethal injection has strayed too far from its initial intentions when passed in 2002.

If I'm not mistaken, this is really one of the first places where it started last time, in the Netherlands.

Netherlands isn't alone this time.

This is happening all over the world.

It is happening at an unbelievable clip

in Canada.

You can now be a teenager and go in and say you're depressed and the Canadian health system

will assist you in suicide.

If we are going to

make sure it never happens again,

then we must know the beginnings of it.

And it always starts in compassion.

Downstairs in the museum that we're running here in St.

George,

there is the whole story of compassion.

The story that

really doesn't start out with compassion.

It starts out with the origin of species.

It's the origin of species that gave science the permission

and gave bigots permission to say out loud that there are subspecies of humans.

Once you say there is a subspecies and that humans evolve and some humans aren't evolved enough, you're in trouble.

So you know the goal of most of those working on AI is to speed up evolution, to move evolution faster.

If you don't take whatever it is they use to speed you up, most likely the implants, you will be a danger to everyone else.

And you will be a subspecies.

When that happens, you will have a life that is not worth living.

I have sitting in front of me a

Well, we could say it's a really helpful book.

It's a medical book.

And it is a medical book that shows exactly how the body works.

It's an anatomical book for doctors.

This is the book that was created through all of the medical experiments that happened on subhumans.

This is the medical book that the Germans produced.

after they did all of the horrific experiments on Jews.

The basis of this book is now used in most of our hospitals all around the world because after it was over, we thought to ourselves,

what are we going to do with all of this?

It's horrific.

Well, are they going to die in vain?

Or should we let people know what to do to

stop and to heal people with hypothermia after they made the Jews lay out at night and pour freezing water on them.

Our society decided to use that information so they hadn't died in vain.

But we should always remember that's where that information came from, from a group of people who thought that they could effect evolution.

That's what gene splicing is all about.

It's evolution, they think.

We're speeding along evolution.

Now, how does one do that?

Well, they'll say through science.

I'll say those scientists think they're God.

They're not God.

And they begin to make all of the decisions for people.

Those medical experiments

were headed

by this doctor.

These are new acquisitions.

They arrived from Germany just before the

Blueprints of Liberty opened up.

This is signed here down at the bottom, if you happen to be watching the Blaze TV,

by Adolf Hitler.

If you've ever studied people who are depressed, how their signatures tend to go down, his are written,

I mean, at a 90-degree angle to the page.

Adolf goes down and so does Hitler go down.

Here he is, this is appointing the new medical officer in charge of genetic hygiene.

What that means, genetic hygiene in Germany means let's clear up the race.

Let's get rid of all the defective people.

He was in charge of genetic hygiene at the German children's hospital.

They first just started poisoning them, then they started gassing them in the T4 project, which was put them into a back of a bus or put them in a back of a truck.

And they just put the

exhaust pipe into the bus and they died a horrible, horrible death.

But that wasn't fast enough for the Nazis.

And they did it in, you know, right by the hospital, and people started seeing that, and they thought it was abhorrent.

They rose up, and Hitler said, you know what, you're right.

We're going to stop it.

You're right.

You're right.

When you're right, you're right.

He didn't stop it.

He just hid it.

Downstairs, we also have the

document ordering the doctors to hide it and continue, signed by Adolf Hitler.

And we have a couple of other documents.

This is Hans Frank.

This is a letter from him.

He is a doctor, and he is the Nazi occupational governor of Poland.

He's the guy who is responsible for genocide, the forced labor camps, and the extermination camps.

This is

his order.

One of my

favorites

is this one.

Reichs physician and SS police Ernst Robert Graust.

He is in this document advising Heinrich Himmler on using the gas chambers for experimentation.

He needed to help them figure out how much Zyklon B gas

was to be used to kill the amount of people they needed to kill.

But you'll notice his letterhead is the Iron Eagle, but it is holding the Red Cross because he was the guy in charge of the German Red Cross.

He was the guy responsible for hiding all the atrocities from the world.

He's coming in with

a label of a caring physician for the Red Cross, but he's also a killer.

One more thing.

This I can't even believe still

This is signed by Adolf Hitler down towards the bottom.

And this is Adolf Hitler

honoring I.G.

Farber

for doing such a great work for the Reich and the people of Germany.

What was the honor for?

What did they do that was so great?

I.G.

Farber was the one that made Zyklon B gas.

An award

for

making a deadly gas that killed millions of people.

How does something like this happen?

How does it happen?

How does this work?

You first start with compassion.

You start with saying that, you know, there are lives just not worth living.

As the Netherlands and Canada are doing right now.

Look, they're suffering from depression.

Well, life is worth living.

As someone who

struggled with depression mightily when I was young, I am certainly glad that no doctor said, well, you can off yourself because I would have taken it.

Life is so worth living.

It is really, really hard at times, but it's worth every single second you can draw breath.

The things that you can do, the things that you can experience, the people you can help, the people you'll learn from.

It's easy to think of the Germans, it's harder to think of the Canadians like this.

It's harder to think of people in Holland, the Dutch citizens, doing this.

This is one page.

We have his whole calendar.

This is from

Adolf Hitler's daily calendar.

It's from his assistant's desk.

And right here, we have a name of somebody who visited him

named

Windsor.

If you recognize the name, it is

the

Windsor that advocated

the throne.

He wanted so desperately to go back to England and become king again that he threw his hat in with Hitler.

Because he did think that there were people that

are beneath him.

He understood Hitler.

You know, there's the people who know and the people who are just getting in the way of progress.

To bring this full circle to today,

one of the guys who is

loved

that is working with the

World Economic Forum on tomorrow, the world where you will own nothing, but you'll be happy because they'll take care of you.

His name is Yaval Noah Harari.

He's the author of this book, Homo Deus,

Man God.

And that's exactly where we're headed.

Man becomes God.

That's what Mengele thought.

He was God.

He could change eye color.

He could do everything else.

Just because

you can doesn't mean you should.

There are things that only God should

entangle himself in.

Changing eye color, splitting genes, etc., etc.

I'm not sure that's the best thing or if that really is the holy ground that only the Lord should trample on.

Now we can change hair color and eye color, and now we can make sure that

you're the uber person.

You're the best human as we play God.

But know exactly what the Nazis said

and those who are the early 20th century progressives said that there are people that are well beneath us they are not worth living

who are

they're living an unworthy life they are useless people

And his first solution to the World Economic Forum for all of the millions of useless people is to drug them on pharmaceuticals and then addict them to VR and things online.

If that sounds good to you, then just keep doing what you're doing.

I saw, out of all the stories today that I saw, it so bothers me that the Netherlands are now

at it again.

At it again.

And you know what?

What happens when people starve because the Netherlands have told their farmers not to

not to use fertilizer?

And they've taken the farms away from so many farmers.

That's the second largest producer of food in the world.

And they're crippling their farm system.

So when people are hungry, caused by the state, it becomes a Mao situation.

Yeah, and my guess is that when they can't feed their people, they blame global warming, not the lack of fertilizer.

Correct.

Correct.

So other than that, we have Alan Dershowitz coming on in just a second because Hunter Biden is

testifying today.

And apparently, he really can't take the fifth.

Have you heard that?

You know, know,

Alan would certainly be the expert on

the options there, but I have heard that they could theoretically be asking him questions under oath, which seems like there's some value to that with all the new information that we're getting.

I would love for them to reject this deal.

If

the judge can still say, no, this isn't right,

we see evidence of

some sort of interruption of this investigation and go back to the drawing board.

They can do that.

The question

is:

will they?

Normally, the answer to that is no, at least as my understanding, once there's a deal, typically they approve it.

But these are pretty extraordinary circumstances here.

I mean, just the stuff that has come out this week.

Did you hear what John Solomon did?

John Solomon found a phone number for the big guy in Hunter's laptop, and he called it, and Joe Biden picked it up.

It was a burner phone that the big guy had and apparently was still carrying it around.

I don't know.

That seems kind of like a pretty big development there.

I think this thing is falling apart quickly.

We'll have more on that coming up.

I've never told this story before.

Only my editors at the Hill knew this back in 2019.

I early on got some documents from the Hunter Biden laptop.

By the way, before it was turned over from the FBI, there had been some documents that law enforcement had gotten through other means.

And one of those documents got leaked to me and it had a cell phone number that Hunter Biden was paid for.

So I figured, oh, this is my chance.

Maybe I can, I've been trying to get fair comment from Hunter Biden.

So I'm going to call the cell phone.

So I called the cell phone, and guess who picked up the phone?

Oh, boy.

Joe Biden.

Joe?

Joe Biden.

What?

Boy, was he shocked when he got

up the phone and found out it was me.

He hung up pretty quickly.

It's amazing.

Today is their 50th wedding anniversary.

And I talked to them yesterday.

First of all, happy anniversary to the two of you.

I wanted to start with how were you married for 50 years?

How do you make that work?

But then I really think it's more appropriate to say,

What a crappy way to spend your 50th anniversary.

How did you stay married if this is the kind of anniversary you guys have?

Are you asking me that question?

Yeah, I'm asking you.

Technically, it's our anniversary interim.

We are beginning the celebration of our 50 anniversary.

Okay.

So you're doing several days and several things.

We're going full bore here.

So, Sue,

you guys, I mean, you look to be about my age, so you must have been married about when you were four.

What is the secret of 50 years of staying married?

Well, a secret is that what you value, you cherish, you take care of.

And

I've just, we take care of one another.

It is,

I know, no matter how much you're in love,

and it's important to stay in like

as well.

It is hard.

You have times that are so difficult, and that's where people usually give up.

How do you get through those difficult times?

One way is we pray for each other,

and

we

do that in private and together.

My wife and I, we

made a pact when we first got married that whenever we got into an argument, and this is so hard, I hate this so much because it always works.

And sometimes I want to win.

And we're in an argument with each other, and one of us

will say,

stop.

Let's kneel down and pray.

And it always ends with us hugging each other and asking for forgiveness.

And it always solves our problem.

Most people don't do that.

Do you do the same?

No, and it's not because we don't ever argue, but we seldom do.

Can I slip back to one of your first questions on the thought?

It's a commitment.

You know, you look out around today and people that cohabitate, live together, they don't have a commitment and it's everything's for now.

Yet when you get married, you make a commitment, vows, covenants, agreements, and

you sacrifice, you have goals, you plan.

And we've always just focused on that.

We've had goals and ideas and desires and wants, and it's been a wonderful

experience.

But if you have goals, because I know I had goals, and I had visioned things happening, my wife would have never, she didn't, she never envisioned

her life today.

And in many ways,

I feel I have,

I don't know, left marks on her because of my

job.

It's a very tough

game we're playing.

And she has always been so sweet and so kind.

And she's become a warrior.

You know, she cares more about me sometimes than I care about me.

And

she takes everything personally.

She never thought of this.

And we wouldn't have planned this.

You were telling me a story yesterday about how you

had plans of going to Hawaii and just gribbing at just part-time jobs and living it up.

And your wife said something to you that changed the course.

First,

we met your wife yesterday.

She's lovely.

And she has a radiant, brilliant, beautiful countenance.

She does.

She's wonderful.

She is.

She is wonderful.

Thank you.

So the story that we refer to,

to

set it up,

years ago I read a book about fighter pilots.

And the ones that survived learned how to respond to premonitions or thoughts.

Sixth sense, spiritual guidance.

Look in the River Muir.

They see a fighter on their tail and they dive.

That principle we have evoked in our lives and that we,

whatever you want to call that source, I believe it's a divine nature source that you get clear and good and strong ideas.

So now that segues into

we

were married.

I was young.

I had been in the Army, been on the LDS mission.

We had no school, we had no money, and

now this is

this is really personal and here I am talking.

Don't worry, it's just me and 10 million friends.

Go ahead.

So

after we've been married a month,

Sue said, I'm very uncomfortable using birth control.

And I've learned, I learned young.

Now, I must say, for us, that was a decision.

And so a year later, our son Ben was born.

And he was

the first of six.

He was a beautiful child.

People would ask us, how do you raise him?

We don't know.

He just came that way.

And

20 years later,

He was killed in just a terrible accident while serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was in a bus.

It was hit by a truck carrying rebar.

Over 20 people were killed.

It actually made the national news.

And I've looked back

as what led to that story of

what your question was, and that is,

what was your question exactly?

If it was, if it were, you wanted to go to Hawaii and just

instead of a child.

Yeah, so I look back and I said, if we would have not done what we did, and if we'd gone to Hawaii and lived it up, waited tables and had a great time, I don't know.

Maybe we would have never had been, we might not have had that privilege, that opportunity to have raised such a

precious, wonderful human being.

There's never been anything anything close to that privilege.

Sue, did you at all, I mean, here your son is serving God on a mission.

Did you ever think,

why, God?

I mean, thanks a lot.

Did you ever blame God at all?

I didn't.

I never went through the anger stage, but I feel like I was prepared for this and that.

When we brought Ben home from the hospital, I remember holding him in my arms and saying, and bawling, I'm not going to get to keep you and then I would tell myself maybe this is how moms are with their first child they're just extra protective and a little more worried

and

I would talk myself through it that way and just off and on through his life I would have that feeling

when

he got his patriarchal blessing at the age of 14, the patriarch said

things in that blessing that made me feel that I

had been wrong all along no because

he said you will be an influence to the world

and I thought okay you're going to be an old man

and

so I will tell you Wayne referred to the accident that is tragic, but it's a miracle as well.

The companion that Ben was with

before they boarded the bus said,

Elder Snow, I want to go home.

And Ben said, we're going home, you know, as in we're going to our apartment.

He said, no, you don't understand.

Something bad is going to happen tonight.

I want to go home to Sao Paulo.

And Ben said, I know, but it's going to be okay.

And

Elder Trigo, Ben's companion, didn't sleep through the night waiting for the accident to happen.

At 10 after 5

the following morning, the accident happened and he saw it happen.

The truck

didn't make the turn.

sheared the front off of the bus

and the truck was filled with steel rebar

and Elder Trigo saw a shield of protection placed around himself and around Ben and the still rebar literally came at them and around them.

Elder Trigo

was thrown out of the bus,

landed 100 feet in front of the bus standing up.

And his first thought was, I'm dead.

You don't just stand up facing the bus.

Immediately realized that he was actually alive

because he felt the pain in his face from all the glass.

He said, I knew that Ben was dead, but I needed to see him.

He walked to the bus, and there was Ben sitting in the seat behind the bus driver, who now was

obliterated, literally.

And Ben's body was whole, whole, sitting there as though nothing had happened.

And

one of the elders, so Ben was in an apartment

with two companionships.

So there were four elders in their apartment.

And one of those elders

wrote us a letter documenting what happened.

the rest of that Friday and the Saturday until his body was flown home.

And it is one miracle after another in our benefit.

What a great way to look at, I mean, a lot of people can't do that, and I think that's what faith gives people.

I went through the anger phase.

It isn't fair.

Why did this happen?

And

that didn't go anywhere that didn't help it didn't go anywhere

and then when I approached it was

he's Heavenly Father's son too and we had the privilege of raising him

and there was immediate wonderful sense of gratitude

to be trusted as parents for a special person

and as well as to be trusted that it wouldn't anger us or canker our souls or make us vindictive.

Well, I tell you, you're wonderful, wonderful people.

Wonderful people.

they are going to be questioning Hunter Biden and it is my understanding it will not be good if he starts to plead the fifth.

These questions are going to have to be answered.

Is it true?

I don't know.

Hunter Biden is going under oath oath today.

What questions should be asked?

What do we really know and

how does this look for the president and his son?

Professor Dershowitz, how are you, sir?

I'm doing great new.

Very good.

Alan, I've got one question for you at the end that I have to ask you before you go away because Stu and I were asking when we hung up, and

I really want some advice from you on something.

But let's start with Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden is testifying on what today?

Well, it depends on what they want to ask him.

The first question I would ask him is, was President Biden sitting next to you?

He wasn't president at the time, but former Vice President Biden sitting next to you when you tweeted to the Chinese businessman saying, my father is sitting next to me, and if you don't pay the money, my father will go after you.

Did your father know about that,

WhatsApp?

Was he sitting next to you?

Were you lying?

That's the first question I would ask him.

And if you were his attorney, how would you advise him to answer?

Well, I think I would try to take the Fifth Amendment, but he's not going to be able to because his lawyers said that the plea bargain ends the investigation against him.

I'm not sure that's true, though, because the judge has to accept the plea bargain.

And if this judge does his or her duty,

they won't accept the plea bargain.

The judge should say, look, Merrick Garland says he gave Weiss, the U.S.

Attorney, all the authority to investigate.

the cases against him in the District of Columbia,

in Los Angeles, etc.

That's what Garland says, says it under oath and says it on television.

Now, Weiss has said, apparently, to six people, no, I didn't have that authority.

When I tried to investigate him, the U.S.

attorney shut me down.

Now, was that just a misunderstanding, or did somebody not tell the truth?

Those are the kinds of questions that have to be asked.

Is Biden going to plead the question?

Is Weiss going under oath, too?

I would hope so.

I would hope that the judge would put the two of them under oath.

This could be a massive turning point today.

If all of these people are put under oath and they say under oath what they've already said, at least the whistleblowers, this cracks this case wide open.

Well, I wouldn't go that far.

They have to prove that what the whistleblowers are saying is true.

People lie under oath on both sides, on all sides.

So what we have right now is probable cause.

We have enough to go forward, enough to investigate, enough to subpoena, enough to, if you need a search warrant, get a search warrant.

There's enough for all of that.

There is not enough to prosecute, to impeach.

That needs to turn what is hearsay testimony into actual testimony.

In some cases, there may be documentary proof.

In other cases, there may be other kinds of unassailable truths or corroboration.

The quality of the evidence matters a great deal.

The problem that

the Trump team has is that it has provided the evidence that the other side needs because Trump talks too much.

He made that statement to the writer and to the publisher, and that's on tape, et cetera.

The Bidens have been much more careful, not enough, certainly not under Biden, but President Biden has been fairly careful.

He hasn't made any of the kinds of statements that Trump has made that have gotten Trump in trouble.

You know, the famous plaque that some fishermen have in their houses with the stuffed fish that says, I'd still be swimming if I had kept my mouth shut.

And Trump should have put that in his house because I think he has created most of his own problems.

So, but you have Hunter Biden

now coming, and

does the judge have to go into all of the new evidence or he doesn't or is it just he should

he should and here's the problem here's the problem uh neither side uh wants him to do that hunter biden's thrilled with the plea bargain no jail time his lawyers did a phenomenal phenomenal job uh no jail time um not even a a conviction on the issue of the uh gun license uh gun application just a diversion program fantastic deal from their point of view So they're not going to want to challenge it.

And the government agreed, and they're probably not going to challenge it.

So what we need is a neutral organization like Judicial Watch going into court and seeking to file an amicus application, amicus friend of the court brief, saying, look, we represent the people of the United States.

We want to know the truth.

Neither party here wants the truth to come out.

But we do, judge, and we want you to hold this hearing.

That's what I would do if I were Judicial Watch.

And why haven't they done it yet?

Do you know?

I don't know.

I don't know.

I don't know.

They should.

Maybe they have.

Maybe they're thinking about it.

But somebody should be intervening in that case and not just to let the plea bargain go by as if there's no public interest here.

Judges have the right to deny a plea bargain if the plea bargain is not in the public interest or not in the interest of justice.

They rarely do it, but they have the power to do it.

Wouldn't this be a case where if, unless you were a partisan hack, you would be very tempted to do it because you would see

this will just sweep everything under the rug?

I agree, but this is a Delaware judge.

And Delaware is a small town community with a lot of home cooking.

And it's not the legal system that I put the most faith in among all the legal systems I've been in.

I've been in Delaware and the legal system and it's it's it's not doesn't have a high standard of justice.

So I don't have any complete faith or certainty that this judge will do the right thing.

I hope the judge does.

Is this going to be televised?

No.

Generally,

generally not.

Of course everything should be televised.

The trial of Donald Trump in New York should be televised.

The trial of Donald Trump in Florida should be televised.

The hearing that they had just when he pleaded not guilty should have been televised.

You know, when you watched the left-wing media, they described Donald Trump as sitting, slouching, looking defeated.

And the conservative media described the same scene, saying he was bold, his chest was out, he looked defiant.

We can't even, and the courtroom artists who drew him got criticized for making him look too young and too thin and too handsome.

And so if you can't even believe the courtroom order, and everything is so biased and divided in the United States, there's no such thing as truth anymore.

There's one side's version and the other side's version, both of which claim to be truth, and often neither of them are.

So tell me what happens if this judge just decides to take the plea bargain.

Is it all over?

That's really the end of the case.

Yeah, I don't think anybody has a standing to appeal it.

So that would be the end of the matter.

And then the question comes up, what if they come up with new material outside of Delaware?

Does the plea bargain cover any alleged crimes that took place outside of Delaware?

His lawyers have said no, but the law generally says yes, you can investigate.

Jeffrey Epstein had that.

Remember, he made a plea bargain.

I was part of it.

in Florida.

And we thought the plea bargain ended the whole case.

And then, of course, they arrested him in Teterborough Airport, and the rest we know.

So

the law is very uncertain, and it sometimes depends on the exact words of the plea bargain.

So if you're making a plea bargain, if I'm, you know, the president's people and

Hunter's people,

I'm pushing this plea bargain, and I'm trying to find a judge that will hear it, that is most likely just to close it.

So what are you expecting today?

The the jud well, I don't think we get that today.

I think we get that in a few weeks.

Today, I think we hear questions, and

I don't know the exact scope of what the questions can be, but Congress has plenary authority, just unlimited authority, as part of our system of checks and balances, to question anybody about anything involving the judiciary or the executive branch.

And so if you have congressional hearings in front of the Judiciary Committee controlled by the Republicans today,

they can ask him all these questions, and he can't refuse to submit to a subpoena.

He can try to plead the fifth, but then they can give him immunity.

Even if he pleads the fifth, they can give him what's called use immunity.

You've got to testify, and what you tell us can't be used against you, but it can be used against other people.

And then ask him questions about his father, about family members, and try to see whether there's any truth to these very, very serious claims of enrichment.

But we have to find out whether it's true.

So, but that's not double jeopardy?

No, it's not double jeopardy, and

it depends on the nature of the plea bargain.

Look, in my book, which you've talked about before, Get Trump, I go through how extensive this basic conspiracy has been to try to do everything possible to determine the outcome of the next election by preventing Donald Trump from running for re-election.

And in my book, Get Trump, I go through every one of the charges against him, you know, in New York and Florida and Georgia and Washington, D.C.

And I also talk about the cases against the Bidens.

And the question that's raised in my book, Get Trump, is there a single standard of justice?

Or is there a special standard that seems to operate against Donald Trump and perhaps in favor of the Biden family?

That's the hard question that every American should be asking.

We should know the questions today.

Anything in particular we should look for to be able to see which way the judge might be leaning?

I don't like to ever read tea leaves.

Let's find out.

Let's see.

Okay.

We'll know the answer.

But I've been doing this too long to try to predict what judges will do.

Okay.

So, Alan, the one thing that

I was talking to my producer when you were on last.

I said, if I were ever in trouble,

the first guy I would call is Alan Dershowitz.

Don't get in trouble.

I don't like to get

from friends, yeah.

I know, God forbid.

But we are entering a time where people like me could be charged with anything

because we're, you know,

we're just entering those times.

I've already been charged.

There's an organization called the 65 Project, which announced that it was going to seek bar discipline against any lawyer who had anything to do with Donald Trump.

And so I announced in an op-ed, if they do that, I will defend free any lawyer who is attacked by Project 65 simply for defending Trump.

So what do you think they did?

They filed the bar charge against me

because I defended Donald Trump as well.

And so now I have to spend money and time

trying to respond to an absurd bar bar charge, but I have to spend the time and energy.

And that's their goal.

Their goal is to deter people from

people who they don't like.

So what I wanted to know, Alan, is, you know, hopefully this is a long, long, long, long, long time from now that if I ran into trouble, who is it that you trust?

Who is it that you say this person is actually honorable and will

be John Adams?

Well, that's the hard question today.

There are fewer and fewer people

who are John Adams, who are willing to incur the wrath of the community around them the way I've incurred the wrath of Martha's Vineyard community and other communities that I was part of, the liberal Democrat community, who won't talk to me anymore, won't allow me to speak.

That's hard.

There are still

a few left.

And,

you know, I could give you a list of names, but I don't want to leave people

off the list.

But I would say there are a handful of lawyers today that you can really trust to do justice without regard to partisan considerations and that's too few that is that is terrifying uh alan i would like to get that list from you off air but thank you so much i appreciate it

We tried to save Alan Dershwitz before

he was cut off there at the end because we did get a big ruling from the Supreme Court while he was on the phone.

This is the Harvard and UNC

racial affirmative action case that was brought.

It was two separate cases brought.

And I'll give you a quick summary.

Wait, wait, wait, wait.

Can you just give me a second just to feel good?

Like,

I'm hoping that it's going to go.

Sure.

All right.

Would you let me know when you're done?

We live in that happy place for just a second.

You know, it's like, you know, I hope they, I just wish, I wish they would just call and just tell me if it's cancer or not.

And then you get the cancer call and you're like oh I wish they would have waited a little longer I had that hope period Glenn congratulations you're mostly cancer free 6-3 decision

and a good one I think at least by my first reading it's pretty long but give you this quick outline the Harvard and UNC admissions programs cannot be reconciled with the guarantees of the Equal Protection Clause both programs lack sufficiently focused and measurable objectives warranting the use of race unavoidably employ race in a negative manner involve racial stereotyping, and lack meaningful endpoints.

We have never permitted admissions programs to work in that way, and we will not do so today.

The student must be treated based on his or her experiences as an individual, not on the basis of race.

Many universities for too long have done just the opposite, and in doing so, they have concluded wrongly that the touchstone of an individual's identity is not challenges bested, skills built, or lessons learned, but the color of their skin.

Our constitutional history does not tolerate that choice.

That is unbelievable.

That is a huge, huge win, not just for Asian Americans, but all Americans.

Yeah.

That is fantastic.

And that was from Roberts, by the way.

Any downside?

The only downside, again, it's

237 pages.

I've not read all of it yet.

The only downside that I read is they give

what I think

a way to be manipulative here by these universities, which is they basically say, like, look, if someone,

let's say, you know, Tim Scott has talked about his story where he's overcome all sorts of prejudice in his life and was able to rise above it.

And they say universities can take that into account.

If someone has real challenges when it comes to racial discrimination in their past, they've overcome that.

That's something that they can consider.

And I think we'd all agree that is something you should definitely consider in someone's history.

I do wonder if universities will just essentially, you know, people will learn how to write these essays in a way that makes it seem as if this is going on.

And that's the way they wind up enforcing or utilizing these racial quotas anyway.

We'll have to see if this gets manipulated.

There'll be a lot of legal efforts to shake all of that out.

But overall,

it's a good ruling, I think.

Especially since, you know, Asians, They will claim that Asians don't have to overcome anything because they grow up in a family that encourages all of this stuff and supports them.

So what hurdles do they have to make?

Yeah,

there's wiggle room for them to still manipulate this stuff, but I will say it's going to be more difficult.

There will be legal challenges when they do it.

It does not set them up well, at least on a widespread manner, to be able to just implement, hey, we need this many of this color.

Something that I think is obviously against the Constitution and against what the country stands for.

And the Supreme Court agrees.

So I wanted to have you on today because we've been talking about the things that are happening with travel and people, this is the next step in the great reset where we are choking off energy.

We are moving to electric cars, but people don't understand that we are also choking off air travel.

And the idea is that we will not be traveling and being tourists in the near future.

Right.

And that sounds crazy, doesn't it?

Yeah.

And I think for people that, people that are just looking at life normally right now would say, well, I don't really see that happening.

But you really need to see that it's been happening.

It's happening gradualistically, just like with everything.

It's dripping.

It's slowly becoming to where it needs to go in order to basically change your conception of travel.

So along with the fact that you're basically paring down the travel industry, this all started, of course, in 2020.

It was an essential part of the Great Reset, everything everywhere all at once.

And so with travel, you start to move to a point where by the time we get to 2030, where you have absolute restrictions on air travel because of the fact that environmentally we have to meet our 2030 goals.

You're going to have restrictions on the cruise industry.

And people say, well, I just don't see that happening.

It's like you already experienced it in 2020 and 2021.

What do you think they did with the vaccinations?

None of that was working anyway, but they still kept their vaccination policies in place to make sure that you have people that are in a favored status and those that are in a non-favored status.

So we've already accepted that.

We've already played by those sorts of rules, but now it's going to be fully implemented in terms of ESG metrics.

So you would think that there's so much money involved in the tourist industry and in the cruise lines and everything else that they would never do that.

Well, they were basically being forced to.

If you had been to any of the larger travel conventions and exhibitors and so forth, what you've seen over the past several years is basically we've been lectured to.

I was at IMAX in 2019 in Las Vegas, massive travel and tour convention.

And the thing that was pressed upon everybody there is that you must be in step with the 17 sustainability development goals of the United Nations.

And actually they had two folks from the United Nations there there to tell us all of this.

And so we went through all 17 different sustainable development goals.

We were explained how this is something if you want to participate in the travel industry, you must get in line with.

So on the provider side as well as the agent side, if you want to continue to sell travel, if you want to continue to be involved in travel and tours or conventions and events, you must be in line with these new ESG metrics that are coming in.

So what does that change?

How does that change the travel industry?

Well, I mean, what happens is that the travel industry basically, just like every other industry, how you've seen the automotive industry right now, it's not by mistake that every single car manufacturer is going electric.

You know, and mainly it's because of the fact that you have massive investment by folks like BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, et cetera, who have come in and they've come into almost every single sector of travel and said, here's the change that we're going to have.

Same thing them coming into the petroleum industry.

And they're coming in and saying, here's the change that we must have we must make it here by 2030 then you have your 2040 goals and your 2050 goals and the 20

i can't remember what it was but but 2050 for sure it the charts show zero plane travel zero

yeah it varies on the the the different charts that you would see the one i think you're referring to is is the fires document from cambridge right cambridge uk and they're very aggressive in terms of how they want to do this others are a little bit fungible on that because the fact is that there still needs to be travel, but not for all of us, only for a very elite few.

Right.

And they're closing, they're working on closing all other airports in England, right?

Except for Heathrow and Glasgow.

The Fires UK document would basically state that Heathrow and Glasgow would be the only two airports that are made open and that any kind of inter-country, internation

travel would be done by train.

But then those trains as well have to meet net zero targets.

They have to be all electric.

Correct.

So, you know, we have to all start moving towards this point, or else you don't have the opportunity to travel.

Did you see the, I think it was in Vanity Fair,

the magazine where even the people who make the cartoons that you don't understand, they don't understand.

But it was all about

how,

you know, you're kind of,

you're gauche now if you think you should travel.

Having people say, oh, I was just in Paris is a sign of ignorance, something I've never seen before.

They're already starting to lay the ground that travel is something that you don't want to do.

Well, exactly.

I mean, it's the fashionable thing right now to say, oh, I hate travel, which means then you can look down on anybody that decides that, hey, I'd like to do a vacation in the UK and learn about some history and see some things and enrich myself and my family and so forth with history.

And they're saying that you can do that through VR.

Right.

Which I drove yesterday from Las Vegas to St.

George.

There's no way you could do that through virtual reality or through the metaverse.

Correct.

That was an amazing car ride up the 15.

There is a difference between, like, I wouldn't mind being able to put VR on and go inside one of the pyramids, but it's not the same as going and standing at the pyramids.

There is a spirit to places that you just, you won't capture.

There's a, I don't know, there's places where you stand and

I don't know.

We were at the London School of Economics

and standing there, I know what happened there and what is happening there.

And standing there and just turning around and looking at the buildings and feeling it is different.

You're in the place where the idea of critical consciousness started to be infused into education.

But then you're seeing all the things as well that are demonstrating what their goals are.

And the thing is, is this, I believe that people, because we're being transitioned from a real analog physical world into a digital, hyper-real, completely digital world where there is nothing that you can really put your hands on.

There is nothing that is demonstrably true.

So it's all what somebody wants to make true.

So if you're in virtual reality, how much of that is real?

How much of it is manipulated by After Effects or whatever the case may be?

So I think people have a passion to experience the real and not something that is fake.

You were talking about an ABBA concert and so forth, which was amazing.

Amazing.

It's the ABBA concert in

London that everything is 3D.

They are their avatars and you cannot tell the difference.

You just can't.

I'm looking at David Osman, who fills in for his uncle once in a while, for Donnie Marie in Vegas.

They could go on forever

and you would never know.

It's absolute madness.

I mean, it's the future.

It's magic.

It is.

You know, and sometimes you can't really tell the difference between magic and technology.

Right.

Because it's actually the same thing.

So it's amazing.

You're going, yes, it's incredible.

But there's something I really don't like about this.

Tell people about the 15-minute cities.

What are those exactly?

Well, basically, a 15-minute city is a way to be able to control population.

It's a way to be able to keep people close as you are developing smart cities.

So if you want to...

Smart cities sound great.

Right.

Well, a smart city is a way, if you take a look at what's happening in China right now, just like when, let's say that you boarded an airplane.

And now, as opposed to handing your ticket and your ID to somebody to see whether you can then go on to the terminal, well, now you're putting it down on something that's digital and it reads it and says, okay, now you're open.

Well, that's actually happening in China right now with people that are living in cities.

Well, you're going to have your ID and your QR code that you have to put in front of it.

Maybe you can leave and maybe you can't, depending on.

you know, where your metrics are in terms of how you're obeying the government, whether you're doing the right things, whether you're responsible with your carbon footprint, whatever excuses they want to make to make sure that they can control you.

Now, if you've obeyed and been a good citizen of the state, then you can have a little bit more freedom.

But the same sort of thing is actually coming to us because this is a move into authoritarianism.

This is an autocratic move that's happening right now.

And it's purposeful and it's strategic.

And so, what you have to see is that all of these things between travel, between education, between your ability just to have freedom of mobility,

it's all part of the same thing.

The digital passports that they've been talking about for COVID, that's what this is, right?

Well, it's part of it.

I believe some of it, like in China, is on WeChat or whatever the app is that they use there.

So if people press against the idea of a digital passport for health reasons or for whatever else, then they've always got a plan B.

Like how Larry Fink is now saying, well, ESG is getting a bad name, so we're going to call it conscientious capitalism or conscientious economics.

Just change the name, change the system, but do and implement the same thing.

Yesterday, John Solomon from justthenews.com, he's the editor-in-chief and CEO, used to be with the Wall Street Journal, New York Times.

He is a really great journalist who has not compromised his journalistic values.

He said yesterday that he was going through the Hunter Biden laptop and he found a phone number.

Here's what he said.

Well, I'll tell a story.

I've never told this story before.

Only my editors at the Hill knew this back in 2019.

I early on got some documents from the Hunter Biden laptop.

By the way, before it was turned over from the FBI, there had been some documents that law enforcement had gotten through other means.

And one of those documents got leaked to me, and it had a cell phone number that Hunter Biden was paid for.

So I figured, oh, this is my chance.

Maybe I can, I've been trying to get fair comment from Hunter Biden.

So I'm going to call the cell phone.

So I called the cell phone, and guess who picked up the phone?

Oh, boy.

Joe Biden.

Joe?

Joe Biden.

What?

Boy, was he shocked when

he picked up the phone and found out it was meeting me hunter pretty quickly?

So I really want to ask John what the context was of that phone number in the email.

We talked to John Solomon about that and so much more as Hunter goes under oath today for a deposition.

Great to be with you, Glenn.

Thanks for having me.

So you announced yesterday that you had found an email and it had Joe Biden's phone number on it.

Tell me, in what context was this email?

Yeah, so it was something that before the laptop became public, even before the FBI had the laptop, there had been some earlier records seized during the investigation of Devin Archer.

These are, Devin Archer was Hunter Biden's business partner, and he was convicted of fleecing a tribe.

He may become a very important witness soon to Congressman James Comer's investigation, the House Oversight Committee investigation of the Bidens.

And so there are these records that show phone numbers that were associated with Hunter Biden that were gathered during the search warrants and subpoenas and things, and they end up into court records.

And so as I was starting my reporting, right after I wrote the famous story story about Joe Biden

threatening the Ukraine president, saying if you don't fire the prosecutor, who, by the way, was investigating his son, I'm going to take your billion dollars in aid away.

About a month into that, and I'm trying to get fair comment from Hunter Biden.

I really care about his side of the story, too, right?

I don't want a one-sided story.

And so he hasn't, through his lawyers, engaged me in any constructive way.

And so I'm going through these records, and I see this phone number that's associated with Hunter Biden.

That's a different number than the one I have.

It appeared to be a bill, a credit card that he was paying through

his

businesses.

And so I called the phone number.

This is probably in this, I can't remember, it's May, June, sometime in the spring of 2019 when I was at the Hill.

And I was hoping Hunter Biden would pick up.

And he got an answer.

I got excited.

Then I heard the voice.

I'm like, wait a second, that's not Hunter Biden's voice.

That's Joe Biden.

And then I said, Mr.

Vice President, and he said, I can't talk right now.

And he hung up the phone on me.

And that's really all it was.

Is it a gigantic moment?

No.

Later, we found out through the laptop.

When we did get it, we authenticated the laptop that there was a cell phone that Hunter Biden paid for that is described as a Joe Biden cell phone.

I think that's the one that probably Peter Schweitzer and others talk about.

Is it a major scandal?

No.

Does it show that the finances and the lifestyles of Hunter Biden and Joe Biden are intertwined?

Absolutely.

And it's something that the president keeps trying to deny that is

obviously true.

Joe Biden owed his son money.

How do we know that?

There's an email from Eric Schwerin that says, your dad owes you so much money, he wants to sign over his Delaware tax refund to you.

That occurred in 2010 when Joe Biden was the vice president.

He owed his son money.

That means his son and his businesses were underwriting the vice president.

We know of bills that were identified in emails.

So the phone call and him picking up just accentuates a story that we now have been able to corroborate: that the finances, the business interests of Hunter Biden and Joe Biden did intersect.

They are sometimes commingled.

And no matter how many times Joe Biden denies it, it isn't true.

So what does that mean?

Is it illegal for a son of the president to

pay for the phone and the housing and some of the house bills if you're president of the United States?

It's a great question, right?

Obviously, I'm sure every family has people who help other family members from time to time.

It isn't always considered income.

At the time I called Joe Biden, he wasn't vice president or president.

He was in his diaspora period, the first time he'd been out of political office.

So even if,

given that he was in office, it wouldn't really matter that much that he had a phone that his son paid for.

Where it becomes so concerning, and where James Comer and where the bank records are all leading, is there is a question of whether Joe Biden was doing favorable things as vice president because he had so much sway over the Obama foreign policy that it was helping his son's clients.

And therefore, if he was helping his son's clients and then his son took some of that revenue to under, you know, to pay the bills of Joe Biden.

The idea that a Russia or a Ukraine or a China was underwriting Joe Biden's lifestyle becomes real, becomes compromising.

And I think that that's the question that among many that James Comer has to answer for the American people.

Joe Biden has not given us many honest answers about his relationship with

Hunter Biden and his business associates.

Nearly every statement he's made to us has been debunked over the years, including the famous laptop and so many others.

So I hope that we can get these answers for the American people before the next election.

And I think James Comer is determined, based on what I've seen from his work, to do that.

And I think one of the big people that we were going to, if we hear from Devin Archer, the longtime business partner of Hunter Biden, there are negotiations.

Yeah, he's about to go to jail.

He hasn't gone yet.

He's been sentenced to jail.

He hasn't gone yet.

But if he can cooperate along with the FBI informant and all the other things that we're getting, we're going to get answers.

We're going to get the truth and get to the bottom of this.

And I think we're at that moment.

My understanding is that Devin Archer could testify or be interviewed as early as next month.

Wow.

So the information that you had,

did the Hill kill the story?

Did you

not try to write the story?

What happened?

Yeah, but listen,

at the time.

at the time, it was just an effort by me to be a good journalist and try to get fair comment from the Bidens.

I cared about their side of the story just like I care about everyone's.

It didn't become more important until later when we realized that there are these

cell phone bills in the laptop where they're being identified as Hunter Biden's paying a cell phone bill for his dad.

And therefore, you start this question of, well, we're foreigners through Hunter Biden subsidizing Joe Biden's lifestyle.

We don't have a complete answer.

We certainly have some good indications of that that may have been going on.

So it's more relevant now.

At the time, it was just an effort to get fair comment.

And Joe Biden picked up the phone.

And at that time, Hunter Biden was living with his father.

We knew that because I had staked out the home.

So I knew Hunter Biden was living in the cottage.

That's the very cottage that the IRS wanted to raid.

They met probable cause for a search warrant.

And the U.S.

Justice Department under Joe Biden turned them down.

I'm sorry, under Donald Trump turned them down in 2020.

But the

at the time, it just was an effort at fair comment.

It has a little more meaning today, but there are far more serious things that we should be worried about in the public domain right now about Joe Biden.

Starting with, you know, Joe Biden still says, I didn't meet with any of Hunter Biden's business partners, despite all we know.

But one of Joe Biden's best friends, one of the family's closest associates, a guy named Rob Walker, he told the FBI, and in FBI 302, this is a story I just wrote a few days ago, yes, Joe Biden did meet with the Chinese.

No matter what he says, he met with him.

I attended the meeting.

He was there.

He sat with Hunter Biden and these Chinese business people in 2017 at a time when the Biden family was squeezing these Chinese businessmen to pay them money.

So at some point, Joe Biden is going to run out of people accusing him of lying.

And the people that are now affirming this are business associates and family friends.

Joe Biden just hasn't been able to give us the truth.

He had problems back when he ran for president decades ago, plagiarizing and doing things.

And today, he isn't telling us the truth about what the evidence shows about his relationship with his son's business partners.

So, John, most people, they'll say they don't care.

And I think what they mean when they say that is, I'm not listening to it.

I'm not paying attention because nothing's going to be done.

So why should I worry about any of this or learn about any of this?

Do you see the tides changing on this?

I do.

As far as consequences.

Yeah, let's start with something I just see personally to myself.

When I wrote the original Hunter Biden stories in 2019, shortly after we really started to get traction on these stories, I was suddenly derided as a conspiracy theorist.

I had a 30-year history of almost every major journalism orbit you can think of, certainly a lot of them.

Worked for all the mainstream media, Washington Post, AP, had a sterling record, and suddenly I was a conspiracy theorist and nobody knew where I got my information from.

The truth of the matter is the Justice Department knows where I got my information from because they have my notes now.

And they learned that I got it from the FBI.

They know that now.

I wish my profession would go look at that because they'd realize I was really solid back in 19.

But now all those members of the media are coming to me.

Mainstream news organizations day in and day out are coming to me and saying, hey, we didn't get this right.

Can you help us get on the track?

I think that's a good sign.

And I've been willing to do that if I sense that they're honest in their pursuit.

I worked with CBS News on the IRS whistleblower story.

We've kind of broke that together.

It was kind of a quiet partnership.

But we're doing those sort of things.

I think the fact that the mainstream media is starting to turn treat this

seriously is a good sign that maybe people in general realize there was something more serious here that we got bamboozled into not believing,

the 51 intelligence analysts and others.

So, if people are willing to learn the facts, then they can make a more informed decision.

Do I think we're going to have a prosecution of Joe Biden?

No, no one thinks that, right?

But we went into 2020 thinking that all these things about, well, not we, but many people went into 2020 because Joe Biden told them, saying there's nothing here there.

This is a Republican conspiracy theory.

And we now learned we were lied to.

We can make a more informed decision for every American voter.

The judge and jury for the accountability for Joe Biden, I think, will be the American people and how they vote in 2024.

Okay, so John, last question.

What do you expect today from the testimony of

Hunter Biden?

And what

you've got to answer.

Were you the guy that signed this document?

Were you the guy that came to the shop?

Did you drop off the laptop?

Why were you lying about it?

If that's the case, why did you bring the laptop in?

Is there anything on the laptop that's not true?

Hunter Biden has danced on this issue and gotten away from the media today.

He'll be under oath.

You won't be able to do that with this deposition.

Well, find out how much he knew

that it was true that his father, his father's campaign, and all of their accolades in the media and the Democratic establishment knew were lies when they told it to us.

We now know that they knew

the letter by the 51 Intelligence Analyst was just a lie.

It was a political ploy.

They knew they had no evidence.

We now know from the reporting I did, the FBI authenticated that laptop in 2019.

They knew it was Hunter Biden's.

How many other lies did the Biden machinery impose on the American people just to win the presidency?

We may get some insight from that, from Hunter Biden's deposition today.

We have a birthright as well

Our government's job is to

But Joe Biden, like Esau, despises that birthright and has sold it for a mess of pottage.

Joe and his family abused our trust.

So far, we know $5 million through Biden's bank records.

Many people believe it could be today as much as $40 million.

Now to most Americans that seems like a lot of money.

But to Joe Biden, 40 million is a pittance.

Joe Biden deals in the billions, hundreds of billions, the trillions.

He passes bills and budgets.

He deals in numbers so grand we can't even comprehend them.

Something amazing is happening here in St.

George at our museum.

I want to bring in a friend of mine who honestly is a guy I want to be more like when I grow up.

His name is Jakob Buwins.

In that display, you show that 366,000 African slaves made it to North America.

The lie is that they all came here.

Most went to Brazil.

We have half a million women and children in America today in sexual slavery.

So we're doing each year the amount of slavery that was accumulated over a 300-year period.

This document is a slave trade document, very much like you would find on the ships when they brought the slaves over.

The only difference is this document was confiscated February 2023.

This is a modern-day slave trade document where, and it's ironic the boldness, this is Coyote Yadina, and he even recognizes himself as Coyote Yadina, keeps record of ninyas, niños, children, boys and girls, that he's bringing across the border.

and how much they owe him.

$2,500 per kid.

The kid owes this debt.

The only way the child is going to pay the debt is by selling their body.

And he goes through this document over and over, Glenn.

And they've got quite the accounting system.

They, I argue, the cartel, this is trafficker Arielle, and this is his numbers.

This child could only pay $55 of the

$2,500 debt.

We then learn later that the cartel adds an interest on the debt, 30% per month.

So if they they

owe $2,500 and they can't pay it back, they sell their body for $50 at a time.

They'll never be out of debt.

And unfortunately, we have a government that's lying to the American people.

We've got to hold them accountable because they say they've lost 85,000 children.

We argue they've lost a quarter million children.

So it's in handwriting, and they go through that document child by child, name evil, name by name.

And this is 2023.

So the slavery we thought we abolished has taken a new form and it's rearing a new head, and unfortunately, it is aided and abetted by the President.

10 states now getting rid of the sex offender registries, California leading the charge, comprehensive sex in the classroom, district attorneys not prosecuting child sex crimes, they're pleading it down to minor cases, not making it into court, 144 sex crimes against the Biden family alone in the Marco Polo report.

Then you add an open border and you're telling the cartel, sure, bring children, bring fentanyl in the kids' backpacks.

There's no health and human services on the border.

Biden just canceled the DNA swap program.

Now we can't even track a kid.

If we rescue her in Maine, we can triangulate, yes, she came through Eagle Pass.

Who did she come with?

The guy that said he was her father.

We have DNA.

We can build a case.

They're ghost children.

Now we have a thing called recycled children that the cartel is doing.

You have more military age men, 20 to 35 year old men, that's coming across the border than children are available.

Because when you cross with a child in arms, you get favorable treatment.

They'll give you one.

BlackRock will help you.

They'll say, we'll give you safety.

Just give us your freedom.

So what we saw yesterday, riveting, we're standing at a table and I'm talking about human trafficking, sexual slavery of children in America.

And we had 10 children in a two-day period come to the table.

I'm talking about under 15 that said, can you help me?

I'm addicted to pornography.

I didn't know pornography feeds human trafficking.

We had a girl bring her dad and said, can you help my dad?

And the father goes, hey, listen, my wife doesn't know, but I do struggle with pornography.

The daughter found out and she said, dad, you can't be a reason why children are being trafficked.

You can't leave here.

You can't.

We have five more days.

You can't go home.

This is so important.

What you're doing is just remarkable.

It's got cool.

If it's Glenn, you set the table, you pulled me to your office, and I'm so humbled.
