Speaker 7 Today we'll be praying with the second and the third glorious mysteries: the ascension and the descent of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost.

Speaker 3 All right, so today we are going to be focusing on praying

Speaker 3 before the Most Holy Trinity.

Speaker 11 And I'm certainly open to you taking this in whatever direction you have found helpful.

Speaker 4 I shared last time about the Holy Trinity being this holy exchange of love

Speaker 7 and that we are called, that we are destined to share in this exchange of love between Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for all eternity.

Speaker 9 Perhaps you're moved to, if you will, sit at the table of the most holy Trinity

Speaker 12 to share in, to be part in this exchange of love that we enter into through baptism

Speaker 11 and incorporation into Christ.

Speaker 3 Trinity, whom I adore,

Speaker 3 help me to forget myself entirely,

Speaker 12 so to establish myself in you,

Speaker 15 unmovable and peaceful,

Speaker 15 as if my soul were already in eternity.

Speaker 3 May nothing be able to trouble my peace or make me leave you, O my unchanging God.
