Speaker 4 This is the Russell Brunson Show.
Speaker 4 What's up, everybody? Welcome back to the show. I've got an exciting episode for you guys today.
Speaker 4 We've got two of our new partners that we worked with for the last year preparing something amazing for you guys.
Speaker 4 In fact, we are going to be doing a launch later on this week.
Speaker 4 In fact, before we even get into this content at all or introduce our guests or anything, you guys should write this down. If you write down clickfunnelsdropshipping.com, that is the link.
Speaker 4
We're doing a live training this week. We're going to be walking you guys through how to do ClickFunnels drop shipping.
But today, I want to introduce you to some of our partners on this project.
Speaker 4 They've built an amazingly cool company. It's a company we saw from afar for a long time.
Speaker 4 And then, about a year, year and a half ago, I think we reached out to them, started working on integrating with ClickFunnels because we really thought that what they do makes what we do creates an insanely cool opportunity for everybody on the ClickFunnels platform.
Speaker 4 And now, all the work is done, and now we're just starting to let the world know about what's happening.
Speaker 4 And for those who don't know, the company is called Zendrop, and it's a company that works with companies over in China and other places to source products.
Speaker 4 I think they have like over a million and a half or two million products in their database.
Speaker 4 And it now integrates into ClickFunnels where you can launch a store literally overnight, which is really exciting.
Speaker 4 And so I want to introduce you to the founders of that company, our partners in this, Jared and Brad. How are you guys doing today?
Speaker 5 Doing great.
Speaker 5 We've been excited for this partnership for a long time, and it's been a long time coming. We've put a tremendous amount of time and energy into the integration.
Speaker 5 So we're super excited to share it with everyone.
Speaker 4 Yeah, I'm excited too. And I want to,
Speaker 4 I'd love to step back before we kind of go deep into software, but just so people understand your guys' background, because I don't know how many years ago, but prior to like the first time I ever saw you, Jared, I think Everwell and I was like, you were teaching people e-commerce and new stuff like that.
Speaker 4 And now
Speaker 4 I don't feel like I see your face out there much as far as like teaching this stuff, but you're actually doing this and you build this entire company.
Speaker 4 I love hearing the backstory about how you got the education, then why you guys transitioned and built out this amazingly cool company you have now.
Speaker 5 Yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 5 You know, i i discovered the e-commerce space uh over 10 years ago just kind of got lucky um i found a hoverboard back before anyone had ever seen hoverboards and everyone asked me where you know where do you get it and i had some guy in china that could make them and i uh i started passing out business cards to everyone that you know asked me about it and they would go to the website and they would buy one and it was cool because i would just get sales overnight um long story short ended up going out to china to the canton fair and importing a bunch of products and warehousing them and and selling them to retail stores and on Shopify and on Amazon and on all the different platforms you can imagine.
Speaker 5 And it was pretty exhausting dealing with inventory, dealing with suppliers.
Speaker 5 And then dropshipping kind of popped up.
Speaker 5 Loved the concept that you can sell products without ever seeing or touching them. Built the dropshipping store.
Speaker 5 It took off literally like rapid fire, zero to $2 million in 60 days, over $10 million the first year. And it was a really amazing business model that you can systematize.
Speaker 5
You could put people in place and really build a business that you're not working in, you know, you're building. And I got to a point where it didn't really take much of my time.
And
Speaker 5 it was just a cash flow machine. And after some time, you know, really was passionate about the model, started teaching.
Speaker 5 You know, we built a program called Ecom Hacks where we would help people start dropshipping businesses. And that also kind of took off like wildfire,
Speaker 5 you know, really quickly. We ended up getting up to almost $20 million a year on our education business.
Speaker 5 And it was kind of an interesting place because, you know, both Brad and I, we kind of like to be behind the scenes. And, you know, my face was on all the ads and people would recognize.
Speaker 5 And it was kind of like, you know,
Speaker 5
it was cool, but. really didn't know what I wanted to do long term.
And then we realized in our program, you know, we're sharing AliExpress. If you want to fulfill, you go to AliExpress.
Speaker 5 We're sending thousands of people to AliExpress to fulfill their products.
Speaker 5 And we thought, well, if we can build a fulfillment platform that our community can use, first of all, I don't have to be the face of it anymore.
Speaker 5
We can build something much bigger than the education business that we had. And our community can use this tool and it can grow.
And that's where Zendrop was born.
Speaker 5 You know, back when I was dropshipping, I had a Chinese supplier that sent out 7,000 fake tracking codes and I had no recourse.
Speaker 5 And I'm talking 7,000 orders that people paid $50 for that I paid for the ads and the cost of goods. It was a half a million dollar loss overnight.
Speaker 5
So when we brought Zendrop to the community, we thought we're solving a big problem for people. They can build a business, they can trust us.
And yeah,
Speaker 5
we launched Zendrop six, a little over six years ago. And, you know, we've had over 3 million people sign up to it to date.
And it's been a pretty wild ride. It's crazy.
Speaker 5 just to add on to that real quick the the reason that we created zendrop was because all the reasons that jared just mentioned but we were also running our own drop shipping stores at the time and had a great solution with a partner in china so we thought why don't we connect the community that we have to our partner in china through a software platform and then it kind of like snowballed from there So cool.
Speaker 4 I was thinking how similar it is to my story, right? Like first I was building funnels, having tons of success. Then I started coaching people how to build funnels.
Speaker 4 And then the problem everyone had is like, I don't understand how to hire programmers to build funnels.
Speaker 4 I'm like, oh we'll build click funnels so it's like the same the same progression that you guys went through same thing that that we went through um which i think is really really cool it's kind of the the perfect business model right you help people to you you create the demand teach them the stuff and then give them the the fulfillment um now i don't know again
Speaker 4 for me what you guys do is like such a black box like i look at there's like the front end of zendrop and then you know there on the back side
Speaker 4 There's like how many how many products you guys have in a database right now? Is there a number?
Speaker 5 I don't know if there's a number associated, but somehow you're tied into like all of china it feels like like how many how many uh products you guys have back there well we have millions of products in the catalog but the cool thing is like you said we have access to essentially every single product that's out there that is available and is able to be drop shipped so able to be drop shipped just means like it's a reasonable enough size we can't drop ship a couch right because we're shipping stuff on airplanes But we have access to essentially everything, right?
Speaker 5 So if you want to sell, if you have an idea for a product that you want to sell, you don't see it on the platform we could source it for you and then you don't have to actually buy any inventory before you start selling it which is the really cool part
Speaker 4 yeah i think it's funny because um one of my sons is he's like my entrepreneurial one kid that's very entrepreneurial and like he's driven he's always trying to do stuff and like he's the one always going dad i want to do drop shipping i do drop shipping click funnels he literally asked me like a dozen times and i was like well not i mean i think you can but not really and we always had this thing and so when first i worked with you guys i was like hey guess what we're gonna have click funnels drop shipping and he was so excited.
Speaker 4 So we actually, as a test before this, with him, like about a month ago or so, because I wanted to say, can my son actually do this?
Speaker 4 So we went and set up, he picked a market he wanted to go into, which was, I can't remember, some car something. We did the car thing.
Speaker 4 And then it's cool because you set the ClickFunnels store and then he logged in to Zendrop.
Speaker 4 And then behind the scenes, or he's logged in there and starts searching for things like, hey, car, whatever, and car, this, and it starts pulling up all this database of all the stuff, which is really cool.
Speaker 4 First time I'd actually seen it was working with him on it. He's clicking a button, then it adds that product directly to his ClickFunnels store.
Speaker 4 And within, you know, an hour, he had this store with, I think, 50 or 60 different products and SKUs that were already done. And it was just such a cool thing.
Speaker 4 It was crazy because in the past, I remember,
Speaker 4 man, when I got started in this game, trying to figure out drop shipping, I remember buying lists of people you could drop ship from.
Speaker 4 And then probably the same process you guys would call them on the phone and try to understand things. And then...
Speaker 4 like all the issues and the problems and stuff and you guys literally cut out that whole step.
Speaker 4 And it seems like what you guys created, I can't even understand the operational side to be able to source that many products and stuff um
Speaker 4 how like how did you figure out how to solve that problem because that seemed like in my head the problem that seems would be the the hardest to solve you know what i mean yeah well i mean the
Speaker 5 it was a huge problem for us in the beginning um until we realized that we we need to streamline the process so we used to have a marketplace of suppliers on a platform like similar to aliexpress where we had like lots of different Chinese suppliers that were sourcing stuff and shipping stuff and where we thought like if we create a marketplace dynamic, we'll get the cheapest prices and we'll get the best shipping.
Speaker 5 But it really actually created just way more problems than it did solve problems. Because if something goes wrong, then you don't know who to contact.
Speaker 5 And if something, it just had so many processes that we had to build to actually streamline the process and make it easy and simple, because
Speaker 5 it can become very complicated very fast.
Speaker 5 So we actually started with an entire marketplace of suppliers and then kind of narrowed it down to the best option that we had and built and streamlined a bunch of these processes and solved a bunch of these problems that exist, as opposed to just kind of shipping the orders out from anywhere from anyone who said, yeah, we'll ship it for the lowest price.
Speaker 5
Yeah. And the way it used to work is with the marketplace of suppliers, they would list their products.
We would add a markup on the product, right?
Speaker 5 So we'd make a little margin and then the supplier would ship it out to the end customer.
Speaker 5
And like Brad said, when there was an order issue, which, you know, if you're doing hundreds of orders, you're going to have issues. It's just the name of the game.
Occasionally, there's issues.
Speaker 5 But trying to solve the issues with all these different types of suppliers, then they have to go to the manufacturers. It would sometimes take days or even weeks to solve a problem for someone.
Speaker 5 We formed a joint venture partnership with a singular company out in China that has a sourcing team, a shipping team, a quality control team.
Speaker 5 Actually, you can look at our video on YouTube, and it's actually, it's me going to our facility in China and showing how it all works in the back end.
Speaker 5 So basically, when someone wants to sell something, our team, if it's not on the catalog, they'll go source it within 24 hours.
Speaker 5 And then since we're going direct to the manufacturers, we could offer the lowest prices. And if there's any kind of issue, we have all the processes in place to be able to solve things quickly.
Speaker 5 like Brad said, we went from having a bunch of suppliers to kind of building our own system going direct to manufacturers. And it's been a much better system that way.
Speaker 4 Well, the cool thing, I think you kind of mentioned it, but when you pitched it to me initially,
Speaker 4 I was really excited. Because I asked, I'm like, I'm like, you know, how many products you have in your catalog, you're walking through that.
Speaker 4 And you're like, but the reality is like, if you see an ad that's like someone's crushing with a product, you're like, just come in here, submit it, and we'll have it within 24, 40, or whatever it was,
Speaker 4 which was crazy because I just keep thinking about that. Like, how many offers you see
Speaker 4 in your newsfeed that start blowing up? I see my kids all the time on TikTok.
Speaker 4 My kids always are like wanting to buy whatever the thing is, you know, they don't have, they don't have their own credit card yet, so I get to see all these things that they want to buy.
Speaker 4 And I'm like, holy cow, like every one of these things, I literally could message you guys and it would be in there and they can start selling as opposed to like buying thing.
Speaker 4 They could, they could first off, buy a wholesale through themselves. But number two, then they could start a business with everything that got them excited about the thing,
Speaker 4 which is insane.

Speaker 5 That's honestly the best, like the best part about dropshipping is like, you know, when someone creates an online business or a brand, they're limited to the product or product line of what they started, right?
Speaker 5 If you start a dog brand, you're limited to, and if you're buying inventory, you're limited to trying to market the product that you have. So you got to try a bunch of creative angles.
Speaker 5
You got to try a bunch of price points. You got to try to make it work.
With dropshipping, you can start wide.
Speaker 5 So you can test, you know, back when I was full-time dropshipping, we were testing 100 products a week. So we had a system, a spreadsheet with all the products we want to test.
Speaker 5 The media buyer would run a certain amount of dollars to each one. We would look at cost per click, cost per add to cart, cost per purchase.
Speaker 5 And then based on that data, we would scale things and we would find winning products every week.
Speaker 5 So if you could find a product with a bad creative and a bad landing page and it's profitable, you know that you can enhance it and scale it. So it allows you to shoot wide.
Speaker 5 And then it also allows you to be very nimble.
Speaker 5 Like you said, if you're scrolling on social media and you see an ad that has, you know, hundreds of thousands or millions of views, a bunch of comments, you can tell people are buying this product.
Speaker 5 You could literally start selling that product within five minutes. You open up your ClickFunnels account, your Zendrop account, you search for the product.
Speaker 5 If it's not on there, which most of the time it would be if it's trending, we source it within 24 hours. So sometimes less than 24 hours.
Speaker 5 You can start selling essentially and ride these trends right away. So it gives you unlimited opportunities, right?
Speaker 5 It gives you millions of different products that you can sell to billions of different people. It's almost like impossible to lose as long as you keep trying type thing.
Speaker 4 So exciting. Just so everyone who's listening knows, again, this week we're doing a live trading.
Speaker 4 So if they go and register, if you go to clickfunnelsdropshipping.com, there's a webinar registration page. Go register there and then come on.
Speaker 4 We're going to spend, you know, an hour or two going deep and showing you guys, like, we'll be cool.
Speaker 4 I'll be, we'll be showing you guys the videos of us actually doing it and finding the product and creating a store and you'll see how simple and how easy it is um also during that trading at the end i'm going to show you guys like maybe you're not interested in commerce but you're like i understand there's a big opportunity here i'm going to show you guys a really cool hack where you can make a lot of money with e-commerce without ever selling e-commerce so there's a little uh thing that you can learn also on the the trading which will be really fun um next thing i want before i'm gonna i'm gonna grill you guys more on some strategy here stuff in a minute but one other thing that you guys added recently to the platform i love you to discuss because this is going to be a huge a huge deal for a lot of people as well is your entire print on demand section now?
Speaker 4
Excuse me, I lose my voice. People are going to do print-on-demand shirts and hats, all that kind of stuff.
We talk a little about that part of the app as well now.
Speaker 5 Yeah, I mean, super cool addition because on top of being able to source anything that you find going through social media that you want to sell, if you have an idea that you want to sell, or even if you have an existing business and you want to just add stuff to test, dropshipping is a great option.
Speaker 5 But print-on-demand allows you to do that with really almost like unlimited capabilities, right because you're only limited by what you can design on a screen because you can create any image or any use any text and print that on a beach towel or a bucket cap or a shirt or anything else on the print on demand catalog and use it to ride the different trends that are that are trending through
Speaker 5 whether it be politics or something in the news or a meme that's going viral you can use that trend that's happening in culture and ride it to build a huge business and you can do it with a few clicks.
Speaker 5 Yeah. And the combination of print on demand, drop shipping products, info businesses, there's so many things you can do.
Speaker 5 Like if you have, you know, an info business that you're running on ClickFunnels, you know, maybe it's teaching moms how to get their babies to sleep better, you know, and you're, and you come up with something creative, like a funny t-shirt, you can get a customer on the front end.
Speaker 5 you know a 20 customer and maybe you're breaking even or making a small profit and you're building your email list so now you're getting unlimited free leads to sell your info product to.
Speaker 5 Or maybe there's a trending product
Speaker 5
and you want to upsell a t-shirt. You can do both of those things.
But the cool thing is it's low ticket. It's a massive audience you can reach.
And
Speaker 5 your community understands the value of a list and the value of a community in and of itself. So it's a really cool way to profitably build a community with unlimited ideas.
Speaker 5 So it's like one of those things where someone doesn't know what to do.
Speaker 5 You just got to show up every day, come up with new ideas, try new things. You're going to crack the code.
Speaker 5 And the cool thing is with dropshipping and print on demand and all the stuff we're talking about is it's, it's virtually unlimitedly scalable, right?
Speaker 5 Like I've had products that we're testing, we're spending 100, 200 bucks a day, and we're making a big return on it.
Speaker 5 getting that up to spending $50,000 a day, right?
Speaker 5 So it's like, you can actually make a lot of money when you find something that works it's not a slow and steady game in the drop shipping world it's an aggressive testing and aggressive scaling game and you can make substantial amounts of money if when you find those combinations of things there's a guy in my inner circle he's a multiple time two column club winner and his business is really fascinating he uh
Speaker 4 he he basically was testing uh funny viral t-shirts he found he found a t-shirt that was converting and then he had his designers make a new version of it he launched that and that t-shirt blew up as well as ones that went viral.
Speaker 4 He sold, I don't know hundreds of thousands of these t-shirts, and it was in the barbecue niche.
Speaker 4 And then after he had this huge following, he's like, I have two or three hundred thousand customers who bought a t-shirt on barbecuing. He's like, what do I know about these people?
Speaker 4
Like, they like barbecuing. So then he created an e-commerce store where he sold those things.
They look like Wolverine claws. They shred meat apart.
Speaker 4 And they have these hot mitt things and like these big old shot needles that you like put them that you put
Speaker 4 your barbecue sauce inside of your meat and you can shoot into the middle of the meat like all sorts of stuff and built a huge multi-multi-million dollar business um of just all these e-commerce products but led with the viral t-shirt i think that it's an interesting thing when you're testing markets like that model is so simple it's just test t-shirts and if you can get traction on a t-shirt inside of a market then what are all the other things you can sell those people and obviously they can log into zendrop be like hey barbecue stuff and also there's you know 500 different products they can do and that fast they can build out a whole store behind uh a viral t-shirt and so there's so many fun ways like i'm excited for this training to like show people just all the ideas and the ways and things that people are doing things that we're doing because um it really speeds things up.
Speaker 4 And like you said, if you're in the info product game, you can also,
Speaker 4 you can have, like the way it works is you go to Zendrop, you find the product, then you import it into your ClickFunnels account, and it becomes a product inside your ClickFunnels account.
Speaker 4
So you can say like, all right, I want to sell my course and I want to bundle it with my t-shirt. In the order form bump, I'm going to do a hat.
And then upsell number one is going to be my course.
Speaker 4 Upsell number two is going to be,
Speaker 4 I don't know, tennis paddles or whatever, whatever, like whatever the hecon thing that makes sense in your funnel. Like it's that simple to go through and be building something.
Speaker 4 Now you've got physical products and digital products going back and and forth and back and forth. I look at some of the biggest brands in our space.
Speaker 4 Like if you look at some of Perry Belcher's brands, like what he built in the survival niche,
Speaker 4 it was physical front-end products along with digital courses. And that blend of the two is what built that business, you know, his survival business into the size that it was at its peak.
Speaker 4 And so anyway, I think there's a lot of just fun ways when you start understanding the power in this.
Speaker 4 And it's nice because, you know, in the info game, to create another course, to create the next thing, you know,
Speaker 4 if you're like, I need a $97 upsell, you got to go create a course. Like, that can take somebody two or three weeks.
Speaker 4 Whereas it's like, let's go find, let's bundle a bunch of stuff together, make a $97 offer, find some physical products, and in 15 minutes, you've got that done.
Speaker 4 So there's a lot of speed to execution that you can do when you start bundling info with digital as well.
Speaker 5 Yeah,
Speaker 5 just a note on the bundle note within Zendrop, too. Like, let's say you're selling a survival course and you want to give people a bundle of
Speaker 5 eight different products. Maybe it's, you know, rope or whatever, whatever survival products there are, right?
Speaker 5 You can create a bundle in your Zendrop account, and when someone buys that bundle, we package them all in the same package and ship them out together, too.
Speaker 5 So, you can create really any kind of package of offers.
Speaker 5 And it will also come with your branding inside the package.
Speaker 5 So, um, when you know, when you have a Zendrop plus account, which I'm sure um, ClickFunnels members are going to get access to, um, you know, we actually take a, you can upload an image or use our template of a custom thank you insert on nice, beautiful white cardstock that comes in your package.
Speaker 5 So it really is, you know,
Speaker 5 it feels like a personalized, like you have this, you know, inventory and you're shipping it out and it comes with a thank you letter in the package and you can customize that however you want to.
Speaker 5 So that's a really cool touch too.
Speaker 4 That's awesome.
Speaker 4
Very cool. Okay.
So again, once again, everybody, we're going to be doing a live training this week.
Speaker 4 Make sure you go register at clickfunnelsdropshipping.com so you do not miss it when we're deep in this kind of stuff. All right, for the last 10 or 15 minutes or so, I want to talk about strategy.
Speaker 4 Obviously, you guys have been doing, you know, you ran your own drop shipping stores, trained people for a long time. The last six years have been focusing on doing this for other people.
Speaker 4 And I know that for people with Shopify storage over the last years, you guys have built literally hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of stores at this point.
Speaker 4 For those who want to come into this world, who don't have a product yet, they want to start with the store. Will you walk people through the psychology we should be thinking through?
Speaker 4 Like, is it, do you go and find a store and have at list a million products? Like, as if you're Walmart or do you niche down?
Speaker 4 Or like, what's the strategy that the best people are doing to come and like use the new ClickFunnel store integration integration along with Zendrop to be able to build a business quickly and do it correctly the first time?
Speaker 5 I can kick this one off. I'm going to start out by
Speaker 5 not with the strategy you should use, but the strategy you shouldn't use.
Speaker 5 Because most people that want to start a business, who want to become an entrepreneur, they want to try to perfect everything before they start actually doing things, right?
Speaker 5
They want to open their, you know, open their website, get their bank account, their LLC, get all the stuff set up right. Make sure their website looks great.
Make sure their landing page is perfect.
Speaker 5 Make sure their photos are great.
Speaker 5 That's kind of the opposite mindset you want to have when you're starting a new dropshipping business.
Speaker 5 We all have limited amounts of energy we could spend on things per day.
Speaker 5 And if you're spending it all on trying to perfect something and then you go and test it and it doesn't work, you just spent a bunch of energy on something that didn't work.
Speaker 5
And you might go try it again. And then it doesn't work again.
You might go try it again. But you're taking a long time to only try a few things.
And eventually you're going to give up.
Speaker 5 The way I like to look at it and what I've always done and the people that have succeeded that I've seen, the way they do it is they spend their energy on trying a lot of things with no perfectionism whatsoever.
Speaker 5
So, you know, grab 10 products, use the photos that are from Zendrop. Don't customize anything.
Don't worry about your landing pages. Use whatever creatives you need and run traffic.
Speaker 5 and look for things that might work. And then when something starts working, then put your energy into perfecting it.
Speaker 5 So I like to look at it as you're kind of throwing a bunch of stuff at the wall to see what sticks. And then when something sticks, you scale it.
Speaker 5
So just want to reiterate, like most people, when they get started, they try to perfect things. I say do the opposite.
With the beautiful thing about dropshipping is
Speaker 5 you can go run ads for 20 different products today without having to perfect anything.
Speaker 5 So the strategy is really broad testing of products, looking at data data that might indicate that you have either it's already profitable or it'll indicate the possibility of profitability, right?
Speaker 5 Maybe you're looking at your cost per click metrics.
Speaker 5
Maybe you spent $50 and you got 15 people to add the product to the shopping cart, but you didn't get any sales. But that tells a story.
It says, hey, people clicked this ad. They went to my store.
Speaker 5 They added it to their cart.
Speaker 5
Maybe they didn't buy because the price was too high. Let's try testing a lower price point.
So it's throw a bunch of stuff at the wall, look at the data, see what's working, and then iterate.
Speaker 5 That's kind of the highest level of strategy I would start with.
Speaker 6 Ah, the sounds of an Etsy holiday.
Speaker 6

Speaker 5 Yeah, I couldn't agree more with that.
Speaker 5 It's almost like the analogy I can think of at its best is like you're putting like your, you have a destination that you want to get to, and you're using Google Maps and it knows where you're starting, but it doesn't, it doesn't tell you when to turn left or right until you take action.
Speaker 5 So like, you don't have the roadmap until you start taking massive action. And then the next kind of step in the path illuminates and then you can follow that step.
Speaker 5 So like everyone we see that sees success in this space, and I'm sure yours, Sue Russell, is a massive action taker. It's take action, learn from it, iterate on it, take the next step.
Speaker 5 And you don't really kind of get shown the next step until you take that action and learning. And for someone who's sitting there that's like, cool, but like action takes money.
Speaker 5 Like I need to run ads. And like you, that's not actually true.
Speaker 5 I think a really great strategy and a lot of a strategy that we see working a lot right now is test a ton of creatives organically and see which one kind of over-indexes on engagement and reach and things like that organically without spending a dollar, just making the creatives.
Speaker 5 You could even make them yourselves. You could have your friends make them.
Speaker 5 You could do it very cheaply on platforms like upwork and fiverr um create some ugc content and see which ones kind of over index and do well and then you'll probably get a couple of sales organically through there and you'll start to get some some income and then you can put some ad spend behind it so i think if someone's like trying to start from zero that would be the best advice i have Yeah, I think like TikTok right now, we've got, I had a kid at our last event, Luke Collins, he's a 17, maybe 18-year-old kid now.
Speaker 4 And he does TikTok and he sells baseball cards and he just shows his hands like playing with them he doesn't show his face he's just talking showing his hands and he's built a huge following on tick tock and like that's how he's built his whole business right it's like similar concept like people can go and like you don't have to even buy the product you could buy the product get it and then just make a video of you in hands playing with it post on tick tock and see what happens right and then do another one another one just testing a bunch of stuff some of our best ads for like my books and stuff are literally like doing boomerangs like Instagram, like we'll drop the book down a stairway and it flies back in your hand.
Speaker 4 Like that's one of our highest converting ads took three three seconds to make on boomerang.
Speaker 4 Like, grab the product, you know, drop it downstairs and then boomerang back in your hand, like run that on TikTok and see. You might get three, four, 5,000 views off it.
Speaker 4 And then, yeah, then you get one or two sales and now you have some data. And then it's like, cool, let's turn this now into a paid ad or whatever that thing might be.
Speaker 4 But yeah, it's, it's a simple thing to test without even, you know, the fear. I think a lot of people get e-commerce because they have the fear of like not wanting to show their face as well.
Speaker 4 It's like my kids, why they're so interested in e-commerce because like, dad, I want to do what you do. I don't want to, I don't want to be on social media, but they want the money from it.
Speaker 4
I'm like, cool, just show your hands. Just like show your hands doing the thing.
And like, like, that literally is working.
Speaker 4 And again, Luke in our program is a good example of a teenager doing well over six figures a year with his hands on TikTok, showing baseball cards. You know, it's just, it's, it's really interesting.
Speaker 5
Yeah, I, I love that. I mean, when you think about like building a successful e-commerce drop shipping business, like it's really a numbers game.
And you got to think about it this way.
Speaker 5 Like, and these numbers aren't exact, but this is kind of like the mental model that I would look at it. It's like,
Speaker 5 you know, for every 10 to 20 products you test, you're going to find one that gets traction.
Speaker 5 And for every five to 10 products that get traction, you're going to find one winner. A winner being, you know, it makes you 10, 20,000 plus dollars.
Speaker 5 And for every few winners you find, you're going to find a mega winner. And a mega winner could make you hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars.
Speaker 5 So if you're just testing a lot of products, if you make it a goal, and you can systematize this stuff too, right? You can have VA, like a VA or two that's just, you know,
Speaker 5 they're taking product criteria or they're going in Zendrop to our trending product section. They're pulling all the products and you have someone that's adding them all to your store.
Speaker 5
You have someone else that's running ads based on your own criteria. It's like, all right, spend $20 on a broad ad on these 20 products.
If we get one ad to cart, you keep the ad going.
Speaker 5 If you get no ad to carts, you kill it, right? So you build a system. And we have these systems that we can share in more detail in Zendrop Academy.
Speaker 5 And I'm sure we're going to be sharing a lot more of this stuff on the training.
Speaker 5 But it's a numbers game, right? So you're testing 10 products or 20, you find a winner. A winner means it's making sales, it's getting traction.
Speaker 5
And then for every few winners you get, you're going to find a mega winner. So it's just a numbers game.
It's just test, test, test, and just keep moving forward.
Speaker 5 The re literally, the only reason people fail in this space is because they give up too early.
Speaker 5 Like we talked about earlier, like I, you know, I used to have thousands and thousands of coaching students in our group coaching program.
Speaker 5 And it was funny because we would know very early on if someone was going to be successful or not based on how they showed up to their first call.
Speaker 5 If they showed up excited, even if they weren't very smart and didn't have much technical knowledge, they were likely going to do well because they had the excitement that would keep them going.
Speaker 5 And then you could get the smartest person in the world that studied all the books, that knows all the tactics, but they were skeptical or scared.
Speaker 5 Those people would usually fail because they would give up after a few, oh, I knew it wouldn't work.
Speaker 5 I'm waiting for it to not work as opposed to I can't wait to find it. So keep in mind that there's millions of products and billions of people, and there are,
Speaker 5
you know, infinite combinations of things that can work. You need to find them.
And it's just a numbers game.
Speaker 5 So that's the highest level of strategy I think that it would make the most sense to understand right now for beginners.
Speaker 4 And the fact is
Speaker 4 just like, even though there's millions of products, it's not a finite marketplace. Like you see somebody who's got an offer that's popping off.
Speaker 4 you literally next fidget spinner comes out like you go submit it to you guys and a couple days later that you can sell the same fidget spinners and you can be rocking and rolling just as fast as everybody else which is insane.
Speaker 4 It's really exciting. Yeah.
Speaker 5 Transparently, my first winning dropshipping ad and product was, it was a product that I had imported originally and I built a brand and I was selling it for a lot more money.
Speaker 5
It was like, it was like a high-end version of this product. And then I was like, let me test dropshipping this for like half the price.
And I literally just ripped a video off YouTube.
Speaker 5 which I don't think you're allowed to do, but I did it anyway. And I uploaded it into Facebook and I lowered the price, right?
Speaker 5
So I was originally selling the product for 80 bucks and getting like a 40, $50 CPA after cost of goods. I was making like 10, 20 bucks per sale.
Cool.
Speaker 5
When I started drop shipping it, I started selling it for 35 bucks. The average customer was buying two of them.
So I'm getting $70 per order.
Speaker 5 My cost of goods were 20, but I was acquiring customers for $5.
Speaker 5 So now I'm making $50, $55 per sale. at scale.
Speaker 5 It was just the, it was a prime example of price makes a difference, creative makes a difference when i started selling the product half the price it wasn't that we got twice as many purchases we got five times as many purchases so it's just it's just a matter of testing things and i kind of got lucky on that one but it scaled i made millions of dollars on that product which was pretty crazy so cool i'm excited to share everybody this stuff so um
Speaker 4 it's gonna be really cool so a couple things to note a lot of people don't know this but uh as you guys know obviously inside of click funnels a new platform uh over the last four years we developed a store like similar to shopify like you can run you have a store just like that inside your ClickFunnels account.
Speaker 4 So if you're an active ClickFunnels member, you already have the software you need to run and build a store. That's done, it's finished, it's in there.
Speaker 4 And during the training, we're going to show you how to then connect that to Zendrop. And then from there, you start importing all these products into your ClickFunnels account.
Speaker 4 And you can literally launch these stores in minutes, which is really exciting.
Speaker 4 And then from there, obviously, those of you guys who've gone through OneFunnel Way training with the OFA in their trade teaching us how to build front-end funnels for your store.
Speaker 4 And like, it's the same principle. Like, you build a store, let's say you pick a market, like, let's say it's survival, right?
Speaker 4 And you build a store with all the best survival products, and you find the best-selling ones, you pull them out, you build a front-end funnel, and like that one-two punch is how you grow and scale a business really quickly.
Speaker 4 And again, then throw in an info products. And your course, like it becomes a really
Speaker 4
solid business fast. We're going to show you those things during the live training.
I'm going to give you guys some like practical examples of people doing this so you can see it, you can model it.
Speaker 4 Also, when you go to clickfunnelsdropshipping.com, I think we have three or four stores there that we pre-built for you.
Speaker 4 Like I pre-built you a survival story, pre-built you a couple other stores, and we'll give you this for free as well when you register, just so you can like start out the gate with a pre-built store that's done and then from there you can add stuff you can change things if you want to launch your own t-shirt store your own hat store like all that stuff you can do like with a few clicks inside of when you do the integration between uh click funnels and then drop and learn how simple it is to use so i'm pumped to show it off to you guys uh and so if you haven't got your free ticket go to clickfunnelstrop shipping.com don't miss the live training uh it's going to be a lot of fun and kind of going through uh what you guys can do now with drop shipping because of this uh integration that we uh that we now have live so uh anyway that's all I have.
Speaker 4 Avails you guys want to say on your side before we jump off and get prepped for the event later on this week?

Speaker 5 Yeah. Last thing I'll say is this partnership really unlocks a tremendous amount of new opportunities for people that have that have not existed before.
Speaker 5 So I'm excited to see all the new incredible businesses that get started from this and see all the work that we've put in pay off and you know, give people opportunities.
Speaker 5 So I'm super excited and we're grateful and appreciative everything so far. So, thank you very much.
Speaker 4 Yeah, it's going to be awesome. And then, one last thing, you guys, this is like one of the bonuses I'm saving.
Speaker 4 I wasn't going to tell you, but I got excited, but during the webinar this week, I'm going to show you guys one of the things.
Speaker 4 This is for people who like maybe, like, maybe I don't really want to do e-commerce, but I'm still trying to find out the right way to make money.
Speaker 4 I'm going to show you guys a really cool way where you can literally build e-commerce stores inside of ClickFunnels and Zendrop and make money by giving those to people.
Speaker 4 And we'll show you guys that, some stuff there as well. But you got to be on the webinar to find out that as well.
Speaker 4 So, make sure you go and register right now at clickfunnels dropshipping.com obviously you've been seeing the emails and everything flying this whole week so we should have a ton of people registered it's going to be a lot of uh it's going to be fun make sure you show up early last webinar we did i think we had like 20 something thousand people registered and it crashed and it took us 45 minutes to get this the thing back up and running um so that could happen again so make sure you register make sure you show up on time do not be late um it's gonna be a lot of fun there's gonna be a lot of people registered for this one uh because i know we're promoting it hard on our side i know uh zendrop team is as well so there's gonna be a lot of people here make sure you show up early do not miss it and we're gonna go through some really cool things with you guys and it's gonna be awesome so anyway brad jared appreciate you guys thank you for all the work on your guys side and excited to share this with the world uh here later on this week so that's all we got thanks you guys and clickfunnels drop shipping.com go get your ticket now
Speaker 4 hey this is russell i had a really cool offer for you right now um shortly after we launched click funnels i remember asking some of our top two comic club award winners what would they do if they had everything taken away from it they lost their name their brand their email list their traffic everything and all they had was a ClickFunnels account and internet connection for 30 days.
Speaker 4 What would they do over the next 30 days to get back on top? I asked over 100 Tucomic Club winners and from that, 30 people wrote me back and gave me very detailed step-by-step battle plans.
Speaker 4
Day number one, they would do this. Day number two, they would do this.
And by the time the 30 days was done, they'd be back on top with a very successful business.
Speaker 4 Do you want to know what these people wrote? If so, I took all of these 30 battle plans and I put them inside of one book that you can get free at 30days.com.
Speaker 4 All you got to do is go to 30days.com and go get a free copy of this book.
Speaker 4 We'll ship it out to you, discover the shipping handling, and when you get it in the mailbox, you have a chance to go through and look at all of these detailed step-by-step blueprints.
Speaker 4 All you got to do is find one of these blueprints that you like, follow it step-by-step, and when you're done, you will have your own online business done and launched and live.
