This is the Russell Brunson Show. What's up, everybody? Welcome back to the show.
I've got an exciting episode for you guys today. We've got two of our new partners that we've worked with for the last year preparing something amazing for you guys.
In fact, we are going to be doing a launch later on this week. In fact, before we even get into this content at all or introduce our guests or anything, you guys should write this down.
If you write down clickfunnelsdropshipping.com, that is the link. We're doing a live training this week.
We're going to be walking you guys through how to do ClickFunnels dropshipping. But today I wanted to introduce you to some of our partners on this project.

They've built an amazingly cool company.

It's a company we saw from afar for a long time.

And then about a year, year and a half ago, I think, we reached out to them, started working

on integrating with ClickFunnels because we really thought that what they do makes what

we do creates an insanely cool opportunity for everybody on the ClickFunnels platform.

And now all the work is done.

And now we're just starting to let the world know about what's happening. And for those who don't know, the company is called Zendrop.
And it's a company that works with companies over in China and other places to source products. They have like over a million and a half or 2 million products in their database.
And it now integrates into ClickFunnels. You can launch a store literally overnight, which is really exciting.
And so I want to introduce you to the founders of that company, our partners in this, Jared and Brad. How are you guys doing today? Doing great.
We've been excited for this partnership for a long time, and it's been a long time coming. We've put a tremendous amount of time and energy into the integration, so we're super excited to share it with everyone.
Yeah, I'm excited too. And I want to, I want to, um, uh, I'd love to step back before we kind of go deep into software, but just so people understand you guys background, because I don't know how many years ago, but prior to like first time I ever saw, I saw you, Jared, I think everyone online was like, you were teaching people e-commerce and new stuff like that.
And now I don't feel like I see your face out as much as far as like teaching this stuff, but you're actually doing this and you build this entire company. I love to hear the backstory about how you got the education and why you guys transitioned and build out this amazingly cool company you have now.
Yeah, absolutely. You know, I discovered the e-commerce space over 10 years ago, just kind of got lucky.
I found a hoverboard back before anyone had ever seen hoverboards. Everyone asked me where where do you get it? And I had some guy in China that could make them.
And I started passing out business cards to everyone that asked me about it. And they would go to the website and they would buy one.
And it was cool because I would just get sales overnight. Long story short, ended up going out to China to the Canton Fair and importing a bunch of products and warehousing them and selling them to retail stores and on Shopify and on Amazon and on all the different platforms you can imagine.
And it was pretty exhausting dealing with inventory, dealing with suppliers. And then dropshipping kind of popped up.
Loved the concept that you can sell products without ever seeing or touching them. Built a dropshipping store.
It took off literally like rapid fire, zero to $2 million in 60 days, over $10 million the first year. And it was a really amazing business model that you can systematize.
You could put people in place and really build a business that you're not working in, you know, you're building.

And I got to a point where it didn't really take much of my time. And it was, it was just a cash flow machine.
And after some time, you know, really was passionate about the model, started teaching. You know, we built a program called Ecom Hacks, where we would help people start dropshipping businesses.

And that also kind of took off like a wildfire

really quickly. We ended up getting up to almost $20 million a year on our education business.
And it was kind of an interesting place because, you know, both Brad and I would kind of like to be behind the scenes. And, you know, my face was on all the ads and people would wreck it.
And it was kind of like, you know, it was, it was cool, but really didn't know what I want to do long-term. And then we, we realized in our program, you know, we're, we're sharing AliExpress.
If you want to fulfill, you go to AliExpress. We're sending thousands of people to AliExpress to fulfill their products.
And we thought, well, if we can build a fulfillment platform that our community can use, first of all, I don't have to be the face of it anymore.

We can build something much bigger than the education business that we had.

And our community can use this tool and it can grow.

And that's where Zendrop was born.

Back when I was dropshipping, I had a Chinese supplier that sent out 7,000 fake tracking codes and I had no recourse.

and I'm talking 7,000 orders and

Thank you. You know, back when I was dropshipping, I had a Chinese supplier that sent out 7,000 fake tracking codes and I had no recourse.
And I'm talking 7,000 orders that people paid $50 for, that I paid for the ads and the cost of goods. It was a half a million dollar loss overnight.
So when we brought Zendrop to the community, we thought we're solving a big problem for people. They can build a business.
They can trust us. And yeah, we launched Zendrop a little over six years ago.
And we've had over 3 million people sign up to it to date. And it's been a pretty wild ride.
It's crazy. Just to add on to that real quick, the reason that we created Zendrop was because all the reasons that Jerry just mentioned, but we were also running our own dropshipping stores at the time and had a great solution with a partner in china so we thought why don't we connect the community that we have to our partner in china through a software platform and then it kind of like snowballed from there so cool i was thinking like how similar it is to my story right like first i was building funnels i have a ton of success that i started coaching a lot of funnels and then the problem everyone has like i don't understand how to like hire programmers to funnels.
I'm like, oh, we'll build ClickFunnels. So it's like the same progression that you guys went through, same thing that we went through, which I think is really cool.
It's kind of the perfect business model, right? You help people to, you create demand, teach them the stuff and then give them the fulfillment. Now, I don't know, again, for me, what you guys do is like such a black box.
Like I look at, there's like the front end of Zendrop and then, you know, there on the backside, there's like, how many, how many products do you guys have in a database right now? Or is there a number, I don't know if these are the number associated, but somehow you're tied into like all of China. It feels like, how many, how many, uh, products you guys have back there? We have millions of products in the catalog, but the cool thing is, like you said, we have access to essentially every single product that's out there that is available and is able to be drop shipped.
So able to be drop shipped just means like it's a reasonable enough size. We can't drop ship a couch, right, because we're shipping stuff on airplanes, but we have access to essentially everything.
Right. So if you want to sell, if you have an idea for a product that you want to sell, you don't see it on the platform, we could source it for you.

And then you don't have to actually buy any inventory before you start selling it, which is the really cool part. Yeah, I think it's funny because one of my sons is, he's like my entrepreneurial, one kid that's very entrepreneurial and like he's driven, he's always trying to do stuff.
And like, he's the one that always says, dad, I want to do dropshipping. I do dropshipping, shipping click funnels he literally asked me like a dozen times and i was like well not i mean i think you can but not really and we always had this thing and so we first started working with you guys i was like aiden guess what we have click funnels drop shipping and he was so excited so we actually as a test before this with him um like uh about a month ago or so um because i wanted to say can my son actually do this we went and set uh, he picked a market he wanted to go into, which was, I can't remember some car, some things.
We did the car thing. And then, uh, it's cool.
Cause he said the click funnel store and then he logged in to Zen drop and then behind the scenes, he's logging there and it's like, start searching for things like, Hey car, whatever, and car this, and it starts pulling up all this database of all this stuff, which, uh, is really cool. First time I'd actually seen it was working with him on it.
He's, then it adds that product directly to his ClickFunnels store. And within, you know, an hour he had the store with, I think 50 or 60 different products and SKUs that were already done.
And it was just such a cool, it was crazy. Cause in the past, I remember, man, I got started in this game, trying to figure out drop shipping.
I remember buying lists of people you could drop ship from, and then probably same process. You guys would call them on the phone and try to understand things.
And then like all the issues and the problems and stuff. And you guys literally cut out that whole step.
And it seems like what you guys created, I can't even understand the operational side to be able to source that many products and stuff. How did you figure out how to solve that problem? Because that seems like in my head, the problem that seems would be the hardest to solve.
You know what I mean? Yeah. Well, I mean, the, it was, it was a huge problem for us in the beginning until we realized that we, we need to streamline the process.
So we used to have a marketplace of suppliers on a platform, like similar to AliExpress, where we had like lots of different Chinese suppliers that were sourcing stuff and shipping stuff. And really we thought like, if we create a dynamic, we'll get the cheapest prices and we'll get the best shipping.
But it really actually created just way more problems than it did solve problems. Because if something goes wrong, then you don't know who to contact.
And if something, we just had so many processes that we had to build to, to actually streamline the process and make it easy and simple because it can become very complicated, very fast. We actually started with an entire marketplace of suppliers and then kind of narrowed it down to the best option that we had and built and streamlined a bunch of these processes and solved a bunch of these problems that exist as opposed to just kind of shipping the orders out from anywhere, from anyone who said, yeah, we'll ship it for the lowest price.
Yeah. And the way it used to work is with the marketplace of suppliers, they would list their products.
We would add a markup on the product, right? So we'd make a little margin and then the supplier would ship it out to the end customer. And like Brad said, when there was an order issue, which, you know, if you're doing hundreds of orders, you're going to have issues.
That's just the name of the game. Occasionally there's issues.
But trying to solve the issues with all these different types of suppliers, then they have to go to the manufacturers. It would sometimes take days or even weeks to solve a problem for someone.
We formed a joint venture partnership with a singular company out in China that has a sourcing team, a shipping team, a quality control team. Actually, you can look at our video on YouTube and it's actually, it's me going to our facility in China and showing how it all works in the backend.
So basically when someone wants to sell something, our team, if it's not on the catalog, they'll go source it within 24 hours. And then since we're going direct to the manufacturers, we could offer the lowest prices.
And if there's any kind of issue, we have all the processes in place to be able to solve things quickly. So like Brad said, we went from having a bunch of suppliers to kind of building our own system going direct to manufacturers.
And it's been a much better system that way. Well, the cool thing, I think you kind of mentioned it, but when you pitched it to me initially, I was really excited.
Cause I asked you, I'm like, I'm like, you know, how many products you have in your catalog? You're walking through that. And you're like, but the reality is like, if you see an ad that's like someone's crushing with a product, you're like, just come in here, submit it.
And we'll have it within 24 or 48 or whatever it was um which was crazy because i i just keep thinking about that like how many offers you see like in your news feed that start blowing up i see my kids all the time at tiktok my kids always are like wanting to buy whatever the thing is you know they don't have they don't have their own credit card yet so i get to see all these things that they want to buy and i'm like holy cow like every one of these things i literally could message you guys and it would be in there and they can start selling, as opposed to buying things they could first off buy a whole cell through themselves, but number two, then they could start a business with everything that got them excited about the thing which is insane. Do you ever get one of those ads that makes you go why am I even seeing this? Not long ago, I kept getting served ads for these super fancy chef grade pots and pans, like premium artisan cookware, and I'm sitting here thinking you guys, I barely even know how to boil water properly.
I'm more of a protein bar and a podcast guy. Now I'm not knocking the product.
It just wasn't meant for me. And the real problem is that the company probably paid good money to show me that ad.
And that's why I always tell marketers that relevance is everything. And that's where LinkedIn ads comes in.
This isn't your average ad platform. It's a network of over a billion professionals.
And targeting options are insane. You can target the exact buyers by job title, industry, company size, role, seniority, even skills and company revenue.
That means your message gets in front of the right people, not someone who thinks instant ramen is gourmet dining. Now, if you're serious about B2B marketing and not just throwing spaghetti at the wall, hoping it'll stick, then you've got to be on LinkedIn.
And here's the best part. LinkedIn will give you $100 credit on your next campaign, so you can see it in action.
Just go to linkedin.com slash clicks. That's linkedin.com slash C-L-I-C-K-S.

If you've been following me for any amount of time, you know I always talk about as you're growing and scaling your company, the most important thing is finding the who, not the how.

Who is the person that can help you drive more traffic?

Who is the person that could be your CEO?

Who is the person that could build your funnels?

Understanding the who will dramatically speed up the growing and the scaling of your company.

Now, the best place to find the who's who can help you with your vision is Indeed.

When it comes to hiring the right who's, Indeed is all you need.

Indeed gives you the ability to stop struggling to get your job posts seen on other sites because Indeed's got a sponsored job listing where you can stand out in front of your dream

Thank you. When it comes to hiring the right who's, Indeed is all you need.
Indeed gives you the ability to stop struggling to get your job post seen on other sites because Indeed's got a sponsored job listing where you can stand out in front of your dream hires. With these sponsored jobs, your post jumps to the top of the page for your relevant candidates.
That means your funnel builder is going to see it. That means the person driving traffic to your funnels is going to see it.
It means your new CEO or CMO or whatever you're looking for is going to see the exact ad for your business as soon as they open up Indeed. And that makes a huge difference.
In fact, according to Indeed, data-sponsored jobs posted directly on Indeed have 45% more applications than non-sponsored jobs. One of the things I love about Indeed is it makes hiring so fast.
You can post the job and within minutes, you're getting applications who are coming in looking to become the who inside of your business. Prior to that, I was often posting my help-wanted ads on Facebook and Instagram and then getting tons and tons of responses from unqualified people who had no idea what they were doing.
Whereas Indeed, again, they're only being seen by the exact person I'm looking to hire. Now with Indeed sponsored jobs, there's no monthly subscriptions.
There's no long-term contracts. You only pay for results.
You may be wondering how fast is Indeed? Well, in the minute I've been talking to you so far, 23 hires were made on Indeed across the Indeed network. So there's no longer need to wait any longer.
You can speed up your hiring right now by going to Indeed. And listeners of the show get a $75 sponsored job credit to get your job more visible by going to Indeed.com slash clicks.
Just go to Indeed.com slash C-L-I-C-K-S right now and support our show by saying you heard about Indeed on this podcast. Indeed.com slash clicks.
Terms and conditions apply. Are you hiring? Indeed is all you need.
That's honestly the best, like the best part about dropshipping is like, you know, when someone creates an online business or a brand, they're limited to the product or product line of what they started, right? If you start a dog brand, you're limited to, and if you're buying inventory, you're limited to trying to market the product that you have. So you got to try a bunch of creative angles.
You got to try a bunch of price points. You got to try to make it work.
With dropshipping, you can start wide. So you can test, you know, back when I was full-time dropshipping, we were testing a hundred products a week.
So we had a system, a spreadsheet with all the products we want to test. The media buyer would run a certain amount of dollars to each one.
We would look at cost per click, cost per add to cart, cost per purchase. And then based on that data, we would scale things and we would find winning products every week.
So if you could find a product with a bad creative and a bad landing page and it's profitable, you know that you can enhance it and scale it. So it allows you to shoot wide.
And then it also allows you to be very nimble. Like you said, if you're scrolling on social media and you see an ad that has hundreds of thousands or millions of views, a bunch of comments, you can tell people are buying this product.
You can literally start selling that product within five minutes. You open up your ClickFunnels account, your Zendrop account, you search for the product.
If it's not on there, which most of the time it would be if it's trending, we source it within 24 hours. So sometimes less than 24 hours, you can start selling essentially and ride these trends right away.
So it gives you unlimited opportunities, right? It gives you millions of different products that you can sell to billions of different people. It's almost like impossible to lose as long as you keep trying type thing.
So exciting. Just so everyone who's listening knows, again, this week we're doing a live training.
So if they go and register, if you go to clickfunnelsdropshipping.com, there's a webinar registration page. Go register there and then come on.
We're going to spend an hour or two going deep and showing you guys. It would be cool.
We'll be showing you guys the videos of us actually doing it and finding the product and creating a store and to see how simple and how easy it is.

Also during that training at the end, I'm going to show you guys like, maybe you're

not interested in commerce, but you're like, I understand there's a big opportunity.

I'm going to show you guys a really cool hack where you can make a lot of money with e-commerce

without ever selling e-commerce.

So there's a little thing that you can learn also on the training, which will be really

fun.

Next thing I want, before I'm going to, I'm going to groove you guys more on some strategy

or stuff in a minute.

But one of the things that you guys added recently to the training, which will be really fun. Next thing I want, before I'm going to, I'm going to grill you guys more on some strategy or stuff in a minute.
But one other thing that you guys added recently to the platform, I'd love to discuss because this is going to be a huge, a huge deal for a lot of people as well. Use your entire print on demand section.
Now we, excuse me, I lose my voice. People can do a print on demand shirts and hats, all kinds of stuff.
We talked a little about that part of the app as well now. Yeah.
I mean, super cool addition because I'm probably able to source anything that you find is going through social media that you want to sell. If you have an idea that you want to sell, or even if you have an existing business and you want to just add stuff to test drop shipping is a great option, but print on demand allows you to do that with really almost like unlimited capabilities, right? Because you're

only limited by what you can design on a screen because you can create any image or any use any text and print that on a beach towel or a bucket cap or a shirt or anything else on the print on demand catalog and use it to ride the different trends that are that are trending through, whether it be politics or something in the news or a meme that's going viral,

you can use that trend that's happening in culture and ride it to build a huge business. And you can do it with a few clicks.
Yeah. And the combination of print on demand, drop shipping products, info businesses, there's so many things you can do.
Like if you have, you know, an info business that you're running on ClickFunnels, you know, maybe it's teaching moms how to get their babies to sleep better, you know, and you're and you come up with something creative, like a funny T-shirt. You can get a customer on the front end, you know, a $20 customer, and maybe you're breaking even or making a small profit and you're building your email list.
So now you're getting unlimited free leads to sell your info product to. Or maybe there's a trending product and you want to upsell a T-shirt.
You can do both of those things. But the cool thing is it's low ticket.
It's a massive audience you can reach. And your community understands the value of a list and the value of a community in and of itself.
So it's a really cool way to profitably build a community with unlimited ideas. So it's like one of those things where someone doesn't know what to do.
You just got to show up every day, come up with new ideas, try new things, you're going to crack the code. And the cool thing is with dropshipping and print on demand and all the stuff we're talking about is it's virtually unlimitedly scalable, right? Like I've had products that we're testing, we're spending a hundred, 200 bucks a day, and we're making a big return on it, getting that up to spending $50,000 a day, right? So it's like, you can actually make a lot of money when you find something that works.
It's not a slow and steady game in the dropshipping world. It's an aggressive testing and aggressive scaling game.
And you can make substantial amounts of money. If when you find those combinations of things, there's a guy in my inner circle, he's a multiple time to call a club winner and his business is really fascinating.
He, testing, uh, funny viral t-shirts. He found, he found a t-shirt that was converting and then he had his designers make a new version of it.
He launched that and that t-shirt blew up as well as one went viral. He sold hundreds of thousands of these t-shirts.
Um, and it was in the barbecue niche. And then, uh, after he had this huge following, he's like, I have, you know, two or 300,000 customers who bought a t-shirt I'm barbecuing.
He's like, what do I know about these people? They like barbecuing. So then he created an e-commerce store where he sold those things.
They look like Wolverine claws. They shred meat apart.
And they have these hot mitt things and these big old shot needles that you put your barbecue sauce inside of your meat and you can shoot it into the middle of the meat. All sorts of stuff and built a huge multi-m multi-million dollar year business of just all these e-commerce products, but led with a viral t-shirt.
I think that it's an interesting thing when you're testing markets, like that model is so simple. It's just test t-shirts.
If you can get traction on a t-shirt inside of a market, then what are all the other things you can sell those people? And obviously they can log into Zen Drop, like, okay, barbecue stuff. And all of a sudden there's, you know, 500 different products they can do and that fast, they can build out a whole store behind a viral t-shirt.
And so there's so many fun ways. Like I'm excited for this training to like show people just all the ideas and the ways and things that people are doing things that we're doing because it really speeds things up.
And like you said, if you're in the info product game, you can also, um, you can have like the way it works is you go to Zen drop, you find the product and you import it in your ClickFunnels account. It becomes a product inside your ClickFunnels account.
So you can say like, all right, I want to sell my course and I want to bundle with my t-shirt and order form bump. I'm going to do a hat and then upsell number one is going to be my course.
Upsell number two is going to be, um, I don't know, tennis paddles or whatever, whatever, like whatever the e-com thing that makes sense in your funnel. Like it's that simple to go through and be building something.
Now you've got physical products and digital products going back and forth and back and forth. And I look at some of the biggest brands in our space.
Like if you look at some of Perry Belcher's brands, like what he built in the, in the, um, the survival niche, it was, it was physical front end products along with digital courses. And that blend of the two is what built that business, you know, his survival business into the size that it was at its peak.
And so, um, anyway, I think there's, there's a lot of just fun ways when you start understanding the power in this. And it's nice because, you know, an info game to create another course, to create the next thing, you know, you know, if you're like, I need a $97 upsell, you gotta go create a course.
Like that can take somebody two or three weeks. Whereas it's like, let's go find this bundle, a bunch of stuff together, make a $97 offer, find some physical products.
And in 15 minutes, you you've got that done So there's a lot of speed to execution that you can do when you start bundling info with digital as well. Yeah.
On the bundle note, within Zendrop too, let's say you're selling a survival course and you want to give people a bundle of eight different products. Maybe it's Rope or whatever survival products there are? You can create a bundle in your Zendrop account.
And when someone buys that bundle, we package them all in the same package and ship them out together too. So you can create really any kind of package of offers.
And it will also come with your branding inside the package. So when you have Zendrop Plus account, which I'm sure ClickFunnels members are going to get access to, you can upload an image or use our template of a custom thank you insert on nice, beautiful white cardstock that comes in your package.
so it really is uh you know it it feels like a personalized like you you have this you know

inventory and you're shipping it out and it comes with a thank you letter um in the package and you

can customize that however you want to. So that's a really cool touch too.
That's awesome. Um, very cool.
Okay. So again, once again, everybody, we're gonna be doing a live training this week.
Make sure you go register click funnels, drop shipping.com. So you do not miss it.
Uh, when we're deep in this kind of stuff. All right.
For the last 10 or 15 minutes or so, I want to, I want to talk want to talk about strategy obviously you guys have been doing you know you ran your own drop shipping stores trained people for a long time the last six years been focusing on doing this for other people i know that for people with shopify stores of last years you guys have built literally hundreds of thousands maybe millions of stores at this point um for those who want to come into this world who don't have a product yet they want to start with the store we walk people through the psychology they should be thinking through like is it do you go and find a store and have list a million products like is if you're walmart or do you niche down like what's what's the strategy that the best people are doing to come and like use the new click funnel store integration along with zendrop to be able to build a business quickly and do it correctly the first time i i can kick this one off i'm going to start out by this um not with the strategy you should use, but the strategy you shouldn't use. Because most people that want to start a business, who want to become an entrepreneur, they want to try to perfect everything before they start actually doing things.
They want to open their website, get their bank account, their LLC, get all the stuff set up right, make sure their website looks great, make sure their landing page is perfect, make sure their photos are great. That's kind of the opposite mindset you want to have when you're starting a new dropshipping business.
We all have limited amounts of energy we could spend on things per day. And if you're spending it all and trying to perfect something, and then you go and test it and it doesn't work, you just spent a bunch of energy on something that didn't work.
And you might go try it again and then it doesn't work again. You might go try it again.
But you're taking a long time to only try a few things and eventually you're going to give up. The way I like to look at it and what I've always done and the people that have succeeded that I've seen the way they do it is they spend their energy on trying a lot of things with no perfectionism whatsoever.
So, you know, grab 10 products, use the photos that are from Zendrop. Don't customize anything.
Don't worry about your landing pages. Use whatever creatives you need and run traffic and look for things that might work.
And then when something starts working, then put your energy into perfecting it. So I like to look at it as you're kind of throwing a bunch of stuff at the wall to see what sticks.
And then when something sticks, you scale it. So just want to reiterate, like most people, when they get started, they try to perfect things.
I say, do the opposite. With the beautiful thing about dropshipping is you can go run ads for 20 different products today without having to perfect anything.
So the strategy is really broad testing of products, looking at data that might indicate that either it's already profitable or it'll indicate the possibility of profitability. Maybe you're looking at your cost per click metrics.
Maybe you spent $50 and you got 15 people to add the product to the shopping cart. You didn't get any sales, but that tells a story.
It says, hey, people clicked this ad. They went to my store.
They added it to their cart. Maybe they didn't buy because the price was too high.
Let's try testing a lower price point. So it's throw a bunch of stuff at the wall, look at the data, see what's working, and then iterate.
That's kind of the highest level of strategy I would start with. What makes a great pair of glasses? At Warby Parker, it's all the invisible extras without the extra cost.
Their designer quality frames start at $95, including prescription lenses, plus scratch-resistant, smudge-resistant, and anti-reflective coatings, and UV protection, and free adjustments for life. To find your next pair of glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses, or to find the Warby Parker store nearest you, head over to warbyparker.com.
That's warbyparker.com. Your snacking routine can get a little dull.
Time for a light and fit remix. Like a crunchy storm of graham cookies, caramel pearls, and dark chocolate, showering down into a smooth, creamy yogurt.
Enjoy three light and fit remix varieties with craveable flavors and up to 120 calories and 10 grams of protein per 4.5 ounce serving see remixyogurt.com yeah i couldn't agree more with that uh it's almost like the analogy i can think of that's best is like you're putting like your you have a destination that you want to get to and you're using google maps and it knows where you're starting but it doesn't it doesn't tell you when to turn left or right until you take action so like you don't have the roadmap until you start taking massive action. And then the next kind of step in the path illuminates.
And then you can follow that step. So everyone we see that sees success in this space, and I'm sure yours too, Russell, is a massive action taker.
It's take action, learn from it, iterate on it, take the next step. And you don't really kind of get shown the next step until you take that action and learning.
And for someone who's sitting there that's like, cool, but like action takes money, like I need to run ads. And that's not actually true.
I think a really great strategy and a lot of a strategy that we see working a lot that right now is test a ton of creatives organically and see which one kind of over indexes on engagement and reach and things like that organically without spending a dollar just making the creatives. You can even make them yourselves.
You have your friends make them. You can do it very cheaply on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, create some UGC content and see which ones kind of over index and do well.
And then you'll probably get a couple of sales organically through there and you'll start to get some, some income and then you can put some ad spend behind it. So I think if someone's like trying to start from zero, that would be the best advice I have.
Yeah. I didn't think like a talk right now.
We've got, um, I had a kid at our last event, Luke Collins. He's a, uh, 17, maybe 18 year old kid now.
And he, he does tick tock and he sells baseball cards and he just shows his hands like playing with them. He doesn't show his face.
He's just talking, showing his hands. And he's built a huge following on tick tock.
And like, that's how he's built his whole business. Right.
And it's like similar concept. Like people can go and like, you don't have to even buy the product.
You could buy the product, get it. And then just make a video of you and hands playing with it, post it on tick tock and see what happens.
Right. And then do another one and another one, just testing a bunch of stuff.
Some of our best ads for my books and stuff are literally doing boomerangs. Instagram will drop the book down a stairway and it flies back in your hand.
That's one of our highest converting ads. It took three seconds to make on boomerang.
Grab the product, drop it downstairs and then boomerang it back in your hand and run that on TikTok and see. You might get three, four, 5,000 views off it.
And then you get one or two sales and then you then you have some data and it's like, cool, let's turn this now into a paid ad or whatever that thing might be. But yeah, it's, it's a simple thing to test that even, you know, the fear, I think a lot of people get e-commerce cause they have the fear of like not wanting to show their face as well.
It's like my kids, why they're so interested in e-commerce cause like dad, I want to do what you do. I don't want to, I don't want to be on social media, but they want the money from it.
I'm like, cool. Just show your hands.
Just like show your hands doing the thing. And like that literally is working.

And again, Luke in our program is a good example of a teenager doing well over six figures a year with his hands on TikTok showing baseball cards.

You know, it's just, it's, it's really interesting.

Yeah.

I love that.

I mean, when you think about like building a successful e-commerce dropshipping business, like it's really a numbers game and you got to think about it this way.

Like, and these numbers aren't exact but this is kind of like the mental model that i would look at it is like you know for every 10 to 20 products you test you're going to find one that gets traction and for every five to 10 products that get traction you're going going to find one winner. A winner being, you know, it makes you 10, 20,000 plus dollars.
And for every few winners you find, you're going to find a mega winner. And a mega winner could make you hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars.
So if you're just testing a lot of products, if you make it a goal, and you can systematize this stuff too, right? You can have like a VA or two that's just, they're taking product criteria or they're going in Zendrop for a trending product section. They're pulling all the products and you have someone that's adding them all to your store.
You have someone else that's running ads based on your own criteria. It's like, all right, spend $20 on a broad ad on these 20 products.
If we get one ad to cart, you keep the ad going. If you get no ad to carts, you kill it, right? So you build a system.
And we have these systems that we can share in more detail in Zendrop Academy. And I'm sure we're going to be sharing a lot more of this stuff on the training.
But it's a numbers game, right? So you're testing 10 products or 20, you find a winner. A winner means it's making sales, it's getting traction.
And then for every few winners you get, you're going to find a mega winner. So it's just a numbers game.
It's just test, test, test, and just keep moving forward. Literally the only reason people fail in this space is because they give up too early.
Like we talked about early, I used to have thousands and thousands of coaching students in our group coaching program. And it was funny because we would know very early on if someone was going to be successful or not based on how they showed up to their first call.
If they showed up excited, even if they weren't very smart and didn't have much technical knowledge, they were likely going to do well because they had the excitement that would keep them going. And then you could get the smartest person in the world that studied all the books, that knows all the tactics, but they were skeptical or scared.
Those people would usually fail because they would give up after a few, oh, I knew it wouldn't work,

or I'm waiting for it to not work as opposed to I can't wait to find it. So keep in mind that there's millions of products and billions of people, and there are infinite combinations

of things that can work. You need to find them, and it's just a numbers game.
So that's the

highest level strategy I think that would make the most sense to understand right now for beginners.

And then the fact is, even though there's millions of products, it's not a finite marketplace. You see somebody who's got an offer that's popping off.
Next fidget spinner comes out. You go, submit it to you guys, and a couple days later, you can sell the same fidget spinners and you can be rocking and rolling just as fast as everybody else, which is insane.
It's really exciting. Yeah.
Transparently, my first winning dropshipping ad and product was – it was a product that I had imported originally and I built a brand and I was selling it for a lot more money. It was like a high-end version of this product.
And then I was like, let me test dropshipping this for like half the price. And I literally just ripped a video off YouTube, which I don't think you're allowed to do, but I did it anyway.
And I uploaded it into Facebook and I lowered the price, right? So I was originally selling the product for 80 bucks and getting like a 40, $50 CPA after cost of goods. I was making like 10, 20 bucks per sale.
Cool. When I started drop shipping it, I started selling it for 35 bucks.
The average customer was buying two of them. So I'm getting $70 per order.
My cost of goods were 20, but I was acquiring customers for $5. So now I'm making 50, $55 per sale at scale.
It was a prime example of price makes a difference. Creative makes a difference.
So when I started selling the product, half the price, it wasn't that we got twice as many purchases. We got five times as many purchases.
So it's just, it's just a matter of testing things. And I kind of got lucky on that one, but it scaled.
I made millions of dollars on that product, which was pretty crazy. So cool.
I'm excited to share with you this stuff. So it's going to be really cool.
So a couple of things to note, a lot of people don't know this, but as you guys know, obviously inside of ClickFunnels, a new platform over the last four years, we developed a store like similar to Shopify. Like you can run, you have a store just like that inside your ClickFunnels account.
So if you're an active ClickFunnels member, you already have the software you need to run and build a store. Like that's done.
It's finished. It's in there.
And during the training, we're going to show you how to then then connect that to Zen drop. And then from there you start importing all these products into your ClickFunnels account and you can literally launch these stores in minutes, which is really exciting.
And then from there, um, obviously those of you guys who gone through the one funnel way training with the OFA, uh, in their trade teaching you guys how to build front end funnels for your store. And like, it's the same principle.
Like you build a store, let's say you pitch, you pick a market, like let's say it's survival, right? And you build a store with all the best survival products and you find the best selling ones. You pull them out, you build a front end funnel.
And like that one, two punch is how you grow and scale a business really quickly. And again, then throw in an info products and your course, like it becomes a really, a really solid business fast.
We're going to show you those things during the live training. I'm going to give you guys some like practical examples of people doing this.
So you can see it, you can model it. Also, when you go to clickfunnelsdropshipping.com, I think we have three or four stores there that we pre-built for you.
I pre-built you a survival store, pre-built you a couple other stores. And we'll give you this for free as well when you register, just so you can start out of the gate with a pre-built store that's done.
And then from there, you can add stuff, you can change things. If you wanna launch your own T-shirt store, your own hat store, all that stuff you can do with a few clicks inside of when you do the integration between a click funnels, then drop and learn how simple it is to use.
So I'm pumped to show it off to you guys. And so if you haven't got your free ticket, I go to click funnels, drop shipping.com.
Don't miss the live training. It's going to be a lot of fun and kind of going through what you guys can do now with drop shipping because of this integration that we, that we now have live.
So anyway,

that's all I have.

Anything else you guys want to say on your side before we,

before we jump off and get prepped for the,

for the event later on this week?

No,

I really appreciate it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Last thing I'll say is this partnership really unlocks a tremendous amount of new opportunities for people that have,

that have not existed before.

So I'm excited to see all the new incredible businesses that get started from this and um see all the work that we've put in pay off and you know give people opportunities so i'm super excited and we're we're grateful and appreciative uh of everything so far so thank you very much yeah it's gonna be awesome and then one last thing you guys this is like one of the bonuses i'm saving i wasn't gonna tell you but i got excited but during the the the webinar this'm gonna show you as one of the things, this is for people who like, maybe like, maybe I don't really want to do e-commerce, but I'm still trying to find out the right way to make money. I'm gonna show you guys a really cool way where you can literally build e-commerce stores, uh, inside of click funnels and Zen drop and make money by giving those two people.
And we'll show you guys that some stuff there as well. Uh, but you gotta be on the webinar to find out that as well.
So make sure you go and register right now at clickfunnelsdropshipping.com. Obviously, I've been seeing the emails and everything flying this whole week.
So we should have a ton of people registered. It's gonna be a lot of, it's gonna be fun.
Make sure you show up early. Last webinar we did, I think we had like 20-something thousand people registered and it crashed and it took us 45 minutes to get the thing back up and running.
And so that could happen again. So make sure you register.
Make sure you show up on time. Do not be late.

It's going to be a lot of fun.

There's going to be a lot of people

registered for this one

because I know we're promoting it hard

on our side.

I know Zen Drop team is as well.

So there's going to be a lot of people there.

Make sure you show up early.

Do not miss it.

And we're going to go through

some really cool things with you guys.

And it's going to be awesome.

So anyway, Brad, Jared,

appreciate you guys.

Thank you for all the work

on your guys' side

and excited to share this with the world

here later on this week.

So that's all we got. Thanks, you guys.
And clickFunnelsDropShipping.com. Go get your ticket now.
Hey, this is Russell. I had a really cool offer for you right now.
Shortly after we launched ClickFunnels, I remember asking some of our top two Combo Club Award winners, what would they do if they had everything taken away from it? They lost their name, their brand, their email list, their traffic, everything. All they had was a ClickFunnels account and internet connection for 30 days.
What would they do over the next 30 days to get back on top? I asked over 102 Common Club winners and from that 30 people wrote me back and gave me very detailed step-by-step battle plans. Day number one, they would do this.
Day number two, they would do this. And by the time the 30 days was done, they'd be back on top with a very successful business.
Do you want to know what these people wrote? If so, I took all of these 30 battle plans and I put them inside of one book that you can get free at 30days.com. All you got to do is go to 30days.com and go get a free copy of this book.
We'll ship it out to you, discover the shipping handling. And when you get it in the mailbox, you have a chance to go through and look at all of these detailed step-by-step blueprints.
All you got to do is find one of these blueprints that you'll like, follow it step-by-step,

and when you're done,

you will have your own online business done

and launched and live.

So go get a free copy of one of my favorite books

we've ever created at 30days.com.

Again, that's 30days.com.
