Speaker 1 And now, Superhuman Shaq.

Speaker 2 I keep telling them not to say that. I'm no superhuman.
Believe it or not, I struggle with moderate obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA.

Speaker 2 In adults with obesity, moderate to severe OSA is a condition where breathing is interrupted during sleep with loud snoring, choking, gasping for air, and even daytime fatigue.

Speaker 2 Let's just say it can sound a lot like this.

Speaker 6 She'd throw things, wander, and started hoarding. Mom's Alzheimer's was already so hard.

Speaker 6 But then we found out she had something called agitation that may happen with dementia due to Alzheimer's disease. And that was a different kind of difficult.
So we asked her doctor for more help.

Speaker 8 Seeing symptoms like these in a loved one, it could be time to ask their doctor about Rexulti, Rexpiprazole 2 milligrams, the only FDA-approved treatment proven to reduce the symptoms of this condition.

Speaker 8 Rexulte should not be used as an as-needed treatment.

Speaker 8 Elderly people with dementia-related psychosis have increased risk of death or stroke, report fever, stiff muscles, and confusion, which can be life-threatening, or uncontrolled muscle movements, which may be permanent.

Speaker 8 High blood sugar can lead to coma or death. Weight gain, increased cholesterol, unusual urges, dizziness on standing, falls, seizures, trouble swallowing, or sleepiness may occur.

Speaker 8 Learn more about these and other side effects at Rexulte.com. Tap ad for PI.

Speaker 6 I'm glad her doctor recommended Rexulte.

Speaker 8 Talk to your loved one's doctor. Moments matter.

Speaker 10 hey listen let me let me tell you something now Now, we need to, what we need to do, we need to continue to reinvent ourselves. Now, we talk sports, we're not in our season right now, right? Right.

Speaker 10 we can add another dynamic to this huh you got to see the vision long term oh i see the vision huh

Speaker 10 hey either either either i need a twin or you need a twin but it's all okay okay but listen we only can do so much oh joe oh see that see that's that's where you're wrong because there's a lane and there's a space that no one else has touched that we can touch and add that dynamic

Speaker 10 Okay, okay.

Speaker 4 Yeah, you see that.

Speaker 4 Yeah, yeah, I like that.

Speaker 10 I like that. Listen, nightcap.
Listen to me now. Think long term.

Speaker 10 Huh? And listen, under that umbrella of the adventures of Uncle Nocho, it's us doing all type of things ain't nobody else doing.

Speaker 10 Ain't nobody, everybody podcast, they sit there, they talk, and they do whatever. But then another dynamic.

Speaker 10 Nobody's doing that. That's a lane that hadn't been touched.
Like, listen, okay.

Speaker 10 We'll talk about that later.

Speaker 4 Uh,

Speaker 4 Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Dre London joining us in a bit.
But first, Ocho. Yeah.

Speaker 4 The second U.S. Court of Appeals in Manhattan ruled that the NFL can be put on trial over civil claims that Brian Flores and other black coaches coaches face discrimination.

Speaker 4 In February of 2022, Flores sued the NFL and several teams saying the league was rife with racism, particularly in its hiring and promotion of black coaches.

Speaker 4 Other coaches later joined the lawsuit as plaintiffs. Ocho,

Speaker 4 I don't know how close you follow this, but I've always felt the way the NFL did business with this discipline was unfair.

Speaker 4 And God, if you've heard me from CBS, I was on there a decade. I was with

Speaker 4 Fox for seven years.

Speaker 4 And I like to use this analogy. Ocho, if I got a speeding ticket, I shouldn't have to go appeal it to the chief of police because it was his department that gave me the ticket.
Come on, man.

Speaker 4 I've always thought it was unfair. The NFL hands down this punishment.
And if I want to go appeal it, guess who I'll appeal it to? Right. The commissioner.

Speaker 10 Yes, sir.

Speaker 4 Or someone he appointed. How is that fair? It should be an independent body.
That's why they have a court system. That's why they have the post.
They're two separate

Speaker 4 but equal entities.

Speaker 10 Yes, sir.

Speaker 4 So I've always felt this was a very, very unfair practice. They've always been able to hide behind Article 46.
Yes, sir. But you gave commission and he's everything.

Speaker 4 He's everything.

Speaker 4 He's the jury. He's the judge.
He's everything. That is so, so unfair.
Yes, sir.

Speaker 4 Even if you have these broad latitudes of power, I've always felt the commissioner should get out of the punishment business. Let someone else handle that.
Let it be an independent body.

Speaker 4 The NFL and the NFL PA should have an independent body. Right.
Because you're never,

Speaker 4 everybody feels they're going to get an unfair

Speaker 4 hearing. Right.

Speaker 4 I'm appealing to the head of the entity that handed down the punishment.

Speaker 10 But this is the thing, huh? Let's understand the ecosystem and the power and the powers that be when it comes to the NFL. Let's say if it does go to an independent body, do you understand?

Speaker 10 Even with it being an

Speaker 10 independent party, independent body, a separate entity away from the NFL, do you know who

Speaker 10 still controls the power? Do you know how they're going to be swayed still? where justice is still not going to be due, even though it's a different entity?

Speaker 10 Do you understand that?

Speaker 10 Understanding the power structure that you're going up against, the chances of winning are slim to none, whether it comes from the commissioner himself or whether it's a different governing body.

Speaker 4 I do believe I have a better, let me ask you a question. If I get a speeding ticket, do you think I got a better chance of going to the court or going to the chief of police and having him hear it?

Speaker 4 Because think about what happens

Speaker 4 when police officers do something wrong. It's few and far between

Speaker 4 that their own department, I.A.

Speaker 4 Internal affairs, or the governing body that represents the police, the union,

Speaker 4 discipline them. Yes, you're right.
You're right. There's a greater chance that the court, and now you know, look, but uh, the court system has said, you know, hey,

Speaker 4 whoo, that imminent

Speaker 4 hey, hey, uh, hey, any threat, be it real or perceived,

Speaker 4 let that sink in, Ocho. Yeah, real or perceived.

Speaker 4 Yes.

Speaker 4 Woo. Woo.

Speaker 10 You have to understand it. And you know well, for those that don't understand, maybe on the outside looking in, even with this ruling, now being able to be or go to court.

Speaker 4 Oh, they're going to appeal it now.

Speaker 10 Even if they appeal it, you understand the animal and the power structure

Speaker 10 that you're going up against. The machine?

Speaker 10 I have a question, huh?

Speaker 4 Yes.

Speaker 10 In the history,

Speaker 10 in the history of law in general, how many times have the people, even those that have been discriminated against, even those who serve right and deserve justice, how many times is machine lost, huh?

Speaker 4 It doesn't happen often, but you can't get deterred.

Speaker 4 So just imagine if Dr. King would have gotten disturbed, deterred, or all those people that marched in the 50s and the 60s had gotten deterred.

Speaker 4 Rose of Parks, if she had said, you know what, ain't nothing going to change. So let me just go ahead and give my seat up.
You know what?

Speaker 10 I'm glad, I'm glad you just said that, right?

Speaker 10 I'm glad you just said that. So, everything we've been through in the 50s, right? The 60s, all those that sacrifice, yes, we had one that sacrificed even recently, brother Kaepernick.

Speaker 4 Yes,

Speaker 10 yes, standing for something, right? Yes, I have a question for you.

Speaker 4 Yes,

Speaker 10 has anything changed since then?

Speaker 10 In the NFL, no, no, no, not the NFL in general. Just with everyone you just named with 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s,

Speaker 10 happening. Has anything changed yet?

Speaker 4 It doesn't seem like it, Ocho. It seems like if we take a step forward, we take a couple of steps back.

Speaker 10 Okay.

Speaker 4 But

Speaker 4 if you,

Speaker 10 talk to me.

Speaker 4 Think about your grandparents. Yes, sir.
Then your parents was in that same situation and you said ain't nothing changed.

Speaker 4 So I might as well just stay in the same Liberty City, do what they did, and not try my damnedest to improve the situation.

Speaker 4 Where would we be?

Speaker 10 We try our damnedest to improve the situations, right? That's what you could do. Talk to me.
Wait, let me stay with me real quick.

Speaker 10 Now, there was a time in the 50s, in the 60s, where they were able to wear their hoods, huh?

Speaker 4 Yes.

Speaker 10 Daylight, in broad daylight, clear as day, because it was accepted. So now they've gone away from that part.
So the hoods are gone.

Speaker 4 Yes.

Speaker 10 Now they wear robes. Now they hold apples.

Speaker 10 Now

Speaker 10 they have suits and ties on. Now they're in positions of power to where, okay,

Speaker 10 it seems like things have changed or things may be different, but it really hasn't because now they're just in positions of power and controlling everything.

Speaker 4 And that's what they do.

Speaker 10 And that's the way the system is all is to me,

Speaker 10 it's all about understanding the system and being able to fight it, being able to fight it and understanding that

Speaker 10 I'm going to do all I can to try and improve the situations around me. and make some type of impact.

Speaker 10 But the way the ecosystem is built in general, the way it's structured, is built for you to never to win.

Speaker 4 But you have to win.

Speaker 10 They would never allow us to ever get in position to be able to make that change.

Speaker 10 And the ones who do that look like us, that happen to get them and wear the suit and ties too, you got to play by their rules.

Speaker 4 But see what you did? You see what you're saying? So when we get a chance to get in that position,

Speaker 4 do we lift someone up? Or do we kick the ladder and say, I'm up on the top of the roof now, so I'm good. I'm up here.

Speaker 4 I don't want nobody to look like you to join me up here.

Speaker 10 Say me one more time, though. Listen to what I said.

Speaker 10 When they do allow you and put you in positions of power, you have to play their game by their rules. That's why they're even letting you get in that position to begin with.

Speaker 4 Sometimes that's correct, but you have to look at it, Ocho. Think about a system that's been in place for as long as it's had.

Speaker 4 You think you're going to dismantle a system that's been in place for 400 years in 30 years?

Speaker 10 But

Speaker 10 I know one thing, that system that's that's been in place for however long has it been in,

Speaker 10 if they allow you

Speaker 10 to be in that position of power, you better play by their rules. And there's an understanding that you have to do that in order to be there.

Speaker 10 But I mean,

Speaker 10 this is a great topic. You know, I'm not one to really talk about politics and stuff like that, but I can go.
I can go now.

Speaker 4 But

Speaker 4 I love the fact that says nah,

Speaker 4 because they said, because if you go back and look at the ruling he said the judge like ain't no chance that this is fair under no circumstance at all even if he were to appoint someone

Speaker 4 it's still him so you like an arbitrator that he appointed is going to rule against the man that appointed him right you're right you make it make sense now yeah you're right again we go back I got the speeding ticket and I'm going to the, I go to the chief of police.

Speaker 4 Right. Okay, well, guess what? The chief's not going to hear it.
We're going to give it to the corporal. He'll hear it.

Speaker 4 He's still,

Speaker 4 no, no, no, no, no. It needs to be a separate body.
That's why the police do what they do. And then, guess what? Your job is done.
We go into court. Yeah.

Speaker 4 And now we have a whole different body with 12 men and women that's going to determine it. Right.
Yeah. Because if it was left up to the police, they would have a hundred percent.

Speaker 10 Yeah.

Speaker 4 100%.

Speaker 10 Absolutely.

Speaker 10 Absolutely. But just

Speaker 10 in this case, what happened with Brother Flores and other coaches that look like us, minorities

Speaker 10 for that matter, I love

Speaker 10 that they're standing on business in general and they're going to get to in court. But I also do understand the other dynamic of it and understanding who you're fighting against.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 4 Oh, they got a lot of money. They can throw a lot of.

Speaker 10 The funny thing about it,

Speaker 10 the thing about it is not even about the money. It's the power in which they can sway any ruling to make sure they're not at fault.

Speaker 10 Because that fight that they're fighting about, it's still going on today with opportunities not being given to certain individuals that look a certain way. Nothing has changed.

Speaker 10 Also, when it comes to the quarterback position, that's still prevalent in today's game as well.

Speaker 4 Yeah. But the thing is,

Speaker 10 I don't want to dive deep and go into it and go in depth, but there's so many different layers I can peel back

Speaker 10 that I choose not to do. But listen, only a blind man, only a blind man would not understand what I'm talking about.

Speaker 4 No, only a man that choose not to understand what you're talking about.

Speaker 10 Those that can see and don't know and are going to play maybe naive. Devil's advocate.
Yeah, and dumb to the situation when the facts are clear as day that you can see.

Speaker 10 Come on, man. Let's not do that.

Speaker 4 But, hey, the man gets to have his day in court and we'll see what happens. And then, you know, you go from there.
But I can assure you, they're going to appeal this.

Speaker 4 Nevada Supreme Court has ruled in favor of former head raiders, head coach, John Grudin, in his appeal against the NFL.

Speaker 4 Gruden will get discovery and a day in court alleging that Commissioner Roger Goodale and the NFL improperly leaked his email leading to his firing.

Speaker 10 Yeah. And hey.

Speaker 10 Hey, now that's that's another one that's going to be interesting. That's another one that's going to be interesting.

Speaker 4 Well, you can't, you can't appeal. And now,

Speaker 4 they might appeal this to the Supreme Court. Right.

Speaker 1 Everybody knows Shaq, but off camera, he's just a regular guy.

Speaker 2 People never believe me when I say I'm just like them. I take out the trash, do dishes, and I struggle with moderate obstructive sleep apnea or OSA.

Speaker 2 And a lot of adults with obesity also struggle with moderate to severe OSA. You know those scary breathing interruptions during sleep? The loud snoring, choking, and daytime fatigue?

Speaker 2 I knew I had to talk to my doctor. Don't sleep on the symptoms.

Speaker 11 Incoming with the old gays, it's Jessie, Bill, Robert, and Mick with a special bonus episode of Silver Linings with the Old Gays.

Speaker 11 No matter what time of year it is, we know it's important to uplift the spirit of pride, which is relatively easy when Palm Springs celebrates in November.

Speaker 12 The first Pride I went to, it made me feel like I was really part of something.

Speaker 12 People being so joyous in the streets and being themselves.

Speaker 12 We've really come a long way, and I realized I am standing on the shoulders of so many millions of queer people who sacrificed their lives for what we have today.

Speaker 11 Silver Linings with the Old Days is brought to you in partnership with iHeart's Ruby Studio and Veeve Healthcare. Listen on the iHeart radio app or wherever you get your podcasts.

Speaker 13 Hi, I'm Martine Hackett, host of Untold Stories, Life with a Severe Autoimmune Condition, a production from Ruby Studio in partnership with Argenix.

Speaker 13 This season, we're sharing powerful stories of resilience from people living with MG and CIDP.

Speaker 13 Our hope is to inspire, educate, and remind each other that even in the toughest moments, we're not alone. We'll hear from people like Corbin Whittington.

Speaker 13 After being diagnosed with both CIDP and dilated cardiomyopathy, he found incredible strength through community.

Speaker 4 So when we talk community, we're talking about an entire ecosystem surrounding this condition, including, of course, the patients at the center, that are all trying to live life in the moment, live life for the future, but then also create a new new future.

Speaker 7 Hello, hello, this is Malcolm Glabel from Smart Talks with IBM. Today we're diving into a fascinating conversation with Stefano Pallard, head of fan development for Scuderia for REHP.

Speaker 14 Your pronunciation is strongly American. It's more Scuderia Ferrari.

Speaker 7 I'm still working working on rolling my R's, but what I was able to learn from Stefano was the importance of engaging the Tefosi, the Ferrari super fans in the digital age.

Speaker 14 Ferrari fans and super fans want to be part of something, want to belong to something. So they want to be part of a community and ultimately they want to be part of a winning team.

Speaker 7 You've got Ferrari, which has a long

Speaker 15 history, design history.

Speaker 7 And now you're interacting in a kind of digital space. I'm curious how you balance those two traditions.

Speaker 14 When it comes to fan engagement, it's really digital technology and digital channels are being able to create a deeper connection with our fans.

Speaker 4 They might supreme because the Nevada Supreme Court said, nah, no, no, no. He gets the score.
He gets the score. Because, Ocho, you got to realize there's $70 million at stake.

Speaker 4 He had a $10, $100 million deal. They fired him.

Speaker 10 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Well, that's guaranteed, though. You know, when coaches get, when coaches...

Speaker 4 They didn't pay him because they

Speaker 4 cause he got fired for cause.

Speaker 10 So is there a probable cause in getting fired? And that's like a player getting in trouble. Conduct gets him into the team.
We can take that money back. Okay, I didn't know that part.
Yes.

Speaker 10 I didn't know that part. Okay, okay.

Speaker 4 So would I be surprised if

Speaker 4 they went all the way to the Supreme Court? Yes, sir. I absolutely would not.

Speaker 4 The NFL doesn't like to take L's. Right.

Speaker 4 Because remember, you take one, then everybody else feels like, hey, we got him vulnerable. We got him weak.
We can jump on.

Speaker 4 Okay, all it, look how big the giraffe feels. All it takes is for one lion

Speaker 4 to weigh him down, and then here come the rest. Everybody else.
Yes, sir. That's how they get the, unless they catch it napping.
Every once in a while, they'll

Speaker 4 catch one napping. He don't let it get too late in the day.
Yeah. And he's still resting, and they catch him.
But for the most part, one of those big males jump on his back.

Speaker 10 Yeah, it's a wrap.

Speaker 4 That's 400 pounds. Yeah.
And he's like, hey, he can't support that.

Speaker 4 And here he comes. Yeah.
But look,

Speaker 4 the NFL, they've made it very abundantly clear in the

Speaker 4 appellate court against Brian Flores. They're going to appeal.
I can see them appealing this all the way to the Supreme Court.

Speaker 10 He's still the defensive coordinator in Minnesota. Minnesota.

Speaker 4 Okay. Yeah, he absolutely is.
Okay.

Speaker 4 After another joint practice practice fight between the Ravens and the Commanders, the Ravens issued this statement.

Speaker 4 Recognizing the logistical challenges with our team's previous game schedule on different days and the added strain on players heading into a short week, the Ravens and Commanders are mutually agreed to no longer hold joint practices next week.

Speaker 4 Instead, we'll concentrate on preparing for the upcoming preseason matchup.

Speaker 4 Ocho?

Speaker 10 Yeah.

Speaker 4 Damn.

Speaker 10 Yeah, I like it. I like it.
I mean, it is cool, but at times, Uncle, you you get tired of going against yourself. At times, you get tired of going against yourself.

Speaker 10 The funny thing about it is the joint practices, they're going to be scuffles. There have been scuffles in every joint practice, every season, back the date when I was playing.

Speaker 10 I'm sure there were scuffles. Oh, you said you guys didn't have joint practices.
But hell.

Speaker 4 We did. No, we did.
We did.

Speaker 10 Oh, you did? Oh, but hell, if it wasn't a joint practice, hell, you'd be scuffling against each other. Get it all out your system now.

Speaker 10 One thing we haven't seen in a very long time, except a few instances, is us as players actually fighting in a game

Speaker 10 now hell no that cost you money there are a few instances they they don't play i remember one time i i can only count three i can't remember the receiver's name chad you could probably help me out the receiver who got upset at cj cj uh gardner johnson that play oh yeah yeah he took me in the face yes yes and then like when the play was over yeah he got the receiver and then I remember Odell and Josh Norman.

Speaker 4 Yes.

Speaker 10 Now that that was, and the most prevalent and consistent of battles was Mike Evans and Marshawn Lattimore.

Speaker 10 I think Steve Smith got into it with a few people back and forth, but nothing that really came to blows like the ones I just mentioned. Right.
And I cannot forget. From A.J.

Speaker 4 Green and Jalen Ramsey.

Speaker 10 Yep. And Andre Johnson.

Speaker 4 Yeah. And Cortland Sutton.
Courland Finnegan. Courtland Finnegan.

Speaker 4 And

Speaker 10 classic. Atib Khaleb.
Atib, wait, how you say it? Akeeb. Akeeb Thaleib and Michael Crabtree.

Speaker 10 Outside of that, I mean, that's it. It happens very, very, very, very, very,

Speaker 10 it doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

Speaker 4 Normally, but there's a culmination, there's a build-up to it. Yeah.
This is something that happens over years. Yes, yeah.
It ain't just one game. It's a history.
It's a pattern. Right.

Speaker 4 And it's like, okay, enough is enough. Because Dre told us, he's like, man, he had been doing this stuff for some years.
Years, yeah. And it just built up.
And it's just that day, like, you know what?

Speaker 4 I'm going to put my foot down actually i'm gonna put my foot in his ass and so it it was a build up but you know when you enjoy practice you got close proximity because when you fly in you got flying to bwi baltimore washington international airport

Speaker 4 it's 50 60 miles right

Speaker 4 if that

Speaker 4 So, you know, the close proximity, you know, yada, yada, yada. Everybody say we the toughest, we the baddest, and we get it.
Right.

Speaker 4 I just, for me, I, I didn't have that kind of time because I was exerting exerting all my energy and practice i ain't got time to be fighting look hey how we doing this we doing it snap the whistle or snap the after the whistle i just need to know so that way hey i'm clear on how you play it so i can play just like that and i a we're not going to do no shoving or what so how we doing are we protecting each other am i gonna throw your ass over the pile or what we do it i just need to know Because I can do it any kind of way.

Speaker 4 I'm gonna make sure you're not one thing. Hey, karma's got a got a lot better.
Karma used to take years. Oh, yeah.
Sometimes karma instant. Oh, yeah.
Most definitely.

Speaker 4 Like Instacart, you know, you just like, dang, I don't know how I'm going to get this. I got to go to the grocery store.
You can order it now. You can Instacart stuff, I guess.
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 4 Most definitely. And they'll bring you exactly what.
Now, sometimes they bring it to you.

Speaker 4 Yeah, most definitely.

Speaker 4 But

Speaker 4 I guess the Ravens and

Speaker 4 the

Speaker 4 Commanders, they had a joint practice. They were having joint practice and they've just been fighting, huh?

Speaker 4 Damn. Yeah.

Speaker 10 I saw some footage on Twitter today where it was a big scuffle.

Speaker 10 I'm assuming they used something maybe from last year

Speaker 10 because I haven't seen any scuffles of recent. But I mean, this is smaller than the coaches.
You know, prepare for the game, prepare for.

Speaker 4 Because the last thing you want to do is get somebody hurt.

Speaker 10 Yeah, most definitely. Most definitely.

Speaker 4 You get somebody hurt because then somebody gets hurt. And if it's a key player,

Speaker 4 ain't gonna be no more practicing. Yeah, at all.
Because we fight every snap. We fighting.

Speaker 4 Yeah,

Speaker 10 i like it you know look i get it because a lot of times because you know we doing nine on seven the dbs and wide receivers doing one-on-one hey man hey who winning y'all y'all got them right oh man we killing these fools out here yeah and that's what i'm saying hey listen that's what we got from the titans the titans and falcons their joint practice they they they going at it back and forth because one tennessee player said okay they got us today but we gonna get their ass tomorrow exactly if that's the mindset at the end of the day it's all about competing it's all about competing those that have already made the team you want to make sure you look good and be able to put on a show in that joint practice and let them know i'm still him whoever it is and if you're not him i'm trying to make a name for myself right here until i get to do it on sundays at one o'clock If I'm not him, I'm trying to be him.

Speaker 4 But in the meantime, Ocho, you talking about we're going to get the ass back tomorrow. Toach ain't trying to hear that.
He's going to curse me out for the next two hours in meeting.

Speaker 4 Right, right, right, right. So I got to hear his mouth.

Speaker 4 First of all, I had to hear your mouth, how y'all y'all did us at on the practice field and then i got to go to meetings gonna get it from mike i'm gonna get it from the oc i'm gonna get it from my position coach right now bro you're not gonna do that

Speaker 4 and now at one point in time now we might get as a team because i can't control everybody i'm just one of 11.

Speaker 4 but when it comes to my one-on-one matchup right coach ain't gonna do nothing but pat me on my back and say good job son i need that i promise you that I need that.

Speaker 10 Listen, they love

Speaker 4 your coach. You're gonna be needy, gonna have foots in your butt.
Absolutely. Not mine.

Speaker 10 Absolutely. Listen, they call it a team game, huh? Yes.
They call it a team game. They say it functions well.
It functions well when you play as a team.

Speaker 10 But what you fail to realize is when you break it down,

Speaker 10 all it is is 11 players.

Speaker 4 11 individual matchups.

Speaker 10 11 individual matchups. And when each one of you win that matchup,

Speaker 10 it works wonders. It works wonders.
But the funny thing about it is sometimes their weaknesses in that 11,

Speaker 10 week to week. There's always a weakness somewhere.

Speaker 4 Yes.

Speaker 10 So coaches, that's where coaches come to play. I know what this player does well.
I know what he doesn't do well. It's a chess match between coordinators on Sundays.

Speaker 10 How do I hide the weaknesses and put certain players in position to make plays?

Speaker 4 Right.

Speaker 4 But it's even

Speaker 4 in

Speaker 4 Joint practice is scripted because they want to look at certain players. They want to look at certain formations against certain defenses.

Speaker 4 You want to see certain defenses against certain formations so everybody's trying to do everybody a favor now we don't go okay hey 907 a good solid thud pad on pad square up

Speaker 4 just tell this let me know hey you go across the middle a guy's gonna put pads on you now they're not gonna take you to the ground but be be prepared for a collision yeah get yourself used to it okay i'm cool with that Now, if they done told us one thing and all of a sudden you want to be a hero, okay, don't worry about it.

Speaker 4 I'll get you back.

Speaker 10 Yeah, it changes everything.

Speaker 4 You damn right it does, because you're not going to get me. And then go over to the sideline and

Speaker 4 slap high fives.

Speaker 4 Don't worry about it.

Speaker 4 Don't even worry about it, don't you? Don't worry.

Speaker 4 Nah, my bad. Nah, nah.
Nah. Because you guess what? You said my bad.
He said my bad. That's one too many of my bad.
You get one. You don't get two, three, or four.

Speaker 10 Absolutely. Absolutely.
absolutely.

Speaker 4 All right, guys,

Speaker 4 joining us in the chat right now is the New York Giants running back. Last season as a rookie, he ran 192 times, 839 yards, five TDs, and he's back, Tyrone Trump.

Speaker 12 We've really come a long way and I realized I am standing on the shoulders of so many millions of queer people who sacrificed their lives for what we have today.

Speaker 4 So when we talk community, we're talking about an entire ecosystem surrounding this condition, including, of course, the patients at the center that are all trying to live life in the moment, live life for the future, but then also create a new future.

Speaker 7 Hello, hello. This is Malcolm Glabel from Smart Talks with IBM.
Today we're diving into a fascinating conversation with Stefano Pallard, head of fan development for Scuderia Ferrari HP.

Speaker 14 Your pronunciation is strongly American, it's more Scuderia Ferrari.

Speaker 7 I'm still working on rolling my R's, but what I was able to learn from Stefano was the importance of engaging the Tefosi, the Ferrari super fans in the digital age.

Speaker 14 Ferrari fans and super fans want to be part of something, want to belong to something. So they want to be part of a community and ultimately they want to be part of a winning team.

Speaker 7 You've got Ferrari, which has a long history, design history. And now you're interacting in a kind of digital space.
I'm curious how you balance those two traditions.

Speaker 14 When it comes to fan engagement, it's really digital technology and digital channels are being able to create a deeper connection with our fans.

Speaker 4 Tracy Jr.,

Speaker 4 what's up, bro?

Speaker 10 What's good, man? How you doing?

Speaker 4 Man, I'm doing great, man. How are you?

Speaker 10 I'm going to call you TT. I'm going to call you TT because I feel like

Speaker 4 they call you? You want to be called TT?

Speaker 10 TT, Trace, you know, TTJ. You know,

Speaker 10 come on, man.

Speaker 10 Don't call me Tracy. Don't call me Tracy.
Okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 10 I wouldn't do that. So, TT, TC, I have a question.
First off, my first question is, how is training camp going so far? How are your legs holding up? And have you hit that wall yet?

Speaker 10 Have you hit that training camp wall yet? Yeah, I mean, I ain't gonna lie, they've been taking care of us, to be honest. Like, he's been doing a good job, making sure that, like, you know, we

Speaker 10 putting in work, but then also, like, you know, giving us a bowing, you know, here and there, making sure, you know,

Speaker 10 you know, off days, we taking care of, you know, the recovery aspect of everything. But I'm good, you know, camp been good.
Everything been good. The vibes in the locker room is high.
Yeah.

Speaker 10 You got new faces in the locker room. So everything been smooth.
Yeah. So hold on, hold on.
Go ahead,

Speaker 10 I'm feeling good tonight. I'm from the talk.
But listen, I got one more question.

Speaker 10 Your rookie season, for your season, five touchdowns, 900-something yards, on whatever may, however many carries it was. I know you set goals for yourself.

Speaker 10 You had two goals, but obviously, as players going into a season, you have personal goals as well. What would your personal goals be if it's okay with you sharing it with us tonight? Yeah.

Speaker 10 Personal goals for the season. Yeah, I mean, to be honest with you.
So my, my personal goals

Speaker 10 is first and foremost, you got to win. Cause I feel like if you don't win, nothing else matters.
So, but obviously I want to do way better than I did last year.

Speaker 10 Last year was really just, you know, obviously my first year in the league, welcome to the league, all that stuff. But now I feel more confident.

Speaker 10 I feel like, you know, I got the energy behind me, but I also got, you know, the trust behind me as well from the coaching staff and my teammates to go out there and play well.

Speaker 10 I want, you know, 1,500 yards. I want 10 tuds.
And like, I want, I want to be, you know, one of the running backs that people talk about. Like, you know, this is the stuff I pray for.

Speaker 10 You know what I'm saying? I feel like

Speaker 10 for me to say it in front of you guys, but then also like, you know, say it to myself each and every day, you know, that's something that you need to say.

Speaker 10 You know, the power of life and death lies within the tongue. So I got to continue to speak life into my situation for each and every person I'm around.
You know what I'm saying? So,

Speaker 10 yeah,

Speaker 10 that's how I'm, that's how I'm moving right now. Like that.

Speaker 4 speaking into existence we were oh you and i were just talking about uh

Speaker 4 uh uh practice fights when you have you know scrimmages joint joint uh practice scrimmages yeah you know there was a little scuffle yesterday well what what what popped off with you and will mcdonough

Speaker 10 they never really pop off man you mean y'all y'all been there y'all been there how can't get you know it's it's high competition yeah you know it's the best against the best you you know i'm saying i had a good little run he was just finishing the play, and my officer line didn't like that.

Speaker 4 Right.

Speaker 10 You know what I'm saying? So

Speaker 10 that's really what happened. You know, he threw me to the ground.
My official line didn't like they had my back. Yeah.

Speaker 10 It really wasn't nothing. It wasn't nothing crazy, man.
You know, we've seen worse. You know, y'all probably seen worse too.

Speaker 4 Yeah. Hey, let me ask you this.
Oh, go ahead. Go ahead.
Did Brian Blake, because Ocho and I was just talking.

Speaker 4 Okay, when you have a joint practice, okay, coaches go over, look, nine on seven, it's going to be solid thuds.

Speaker 4 We're not taking anybody to the ground, but there's going to be some thudding going on, okay? And 708

Speaker 4 and team, they're not going to take it to the ground, but it's going to be some collisions. So just expect it.
So you go in with a mindset, okay, this is what it's going to be, X, Y, and Z.

Speaker 4 I'm good with that. I'm prepared.
It's when you do something extra is what, because your coach had a conversation with our coach. And this is what they agreed to.

Speaker 4 Now, when you step outside of that scope, I got to check you.

Speaker 10 Yeah. Oh, yeah.
That's exactly what happened, to be honest with you. Dude, yeah, They told me, like, Coach Dave came to me personally.

Speaker 10 He was like, yo, like, we, we know it's tag off, but just be prepared in between the tackle box.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 10 They're going to be able to hit you. So I'm like, okay, okay, cool.
Like, you know, I'm cool with that. Like, in between tackle bottles, you know, that's 10 yards.
You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 10 They're going to hit you. Okay, cool.
But this happened, you know, I'm about to go score. So we 15 yards down the line of screaming.
Like,

Speaker 10 I'm running.

Speaker 10 So that's really why, you know, the scuffling started just because like

Speaker 10 that wasn't the rules. The rules is in between the line of scrimmage, boom, you get 15 yards, you can hit.

Speaker 10 But other than that, like, you know, let me finish my run because I'm just trying to do my job, you know what I'm saying? Finish off a run. But, you know,

Speaker 10 like I said, man, we just, people had my back and they didn't like that. That's all.
Yeah, that's dope. Hey, Jackson, Jackson Dart.

Speaker 10 Oh, yeah. I knew you was going there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. One of y'all was going to go there, but I knew one of y'all was going to go there.
Listen, listen,

Speaker 10 I'm asking, my question question is, is Malik Neighbors having a very, very, very, very good year last year? And I knew him, and

Speaker 10 Malik Neighbors has the talent to be in the top five conversation. We talk about receivers in the NFL.
Yeah.

Speaker 10 How is Jackson Dart looking so far as far as being able to understand the offense, being in command of the offense, and understanding, like, this is a chance?

Speaker 10 that I can be the future for the next decade for this team. Yeah.

Speaker 10 Did you watch that last game?

Speaker 4 Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 10 He oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah as a matter of fact

Speaker 10 there were three quarterbacks that looked really good because we didn't know what we were going to get from them jackson dart was one of them the other yeah george sanders and there was one more uh camera jameis played all four of them played

Speaker 10 it he kicked it off to jameis then dart and then the other guy finished it up yeah but the smallest sympathies we fought we saw from jackson dart it looked good he looked yeah he looked poised very good very calm most of the time most of the time rookie quarterbacks when that pressure and those lights are on they get happy feet they rattled you know their technique is like uh they just they they rushed the ball but he looked really good nah he did i mean to be honest with you it ain't really nothing crazy you know he did he did out there he do that stuff every day in practice to be honest with you like that's that's just how all the the good players that you're around the great players you're around they all do that stuff every single day so it's not like a surprise when they do it on Sundays or Saturdays or whatever.

Speaker 10 So like, yeah, I mean, I feel like he's going, he has the potential to be a really good quarterback. Right.
Right. That he's taken everything

Speaker 10 to his, his, his game to another level, to be honest. Um, when he first got there, obviously it's a lot of information going in, but now like you can see that he's, he's settled down.
Like, and

Speaker 10 yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah.
He dialed in now. Like, you can see some of that college Jackson Dart come out of him because of how calm and relaxed he is in the game.

Speaker 10 And like, he's just out there hooping now. He ain't, he ain't thinking.

Speaker 10 He's just out there playing if that that's that's the funny thing when you get to a point regardless of what position you play you see a running back especially the quarterback position because you have some your plate and at the table coming to the line of scrimmage but when you know everything and what everybody's doing around you and you're comfortable and you add comfortability with confidence yeah it's a done deal.

Speaker 10 The game starts to slow down to you. And when the game starts to slow down to you, you start to look like some of the better quarterbacks in NFL that do it consistently, which is key, week to week.

Speaker 10 I got one more question before you go. I'm feeling good.
Yeah, go ahead. Hey, yeah, man.
I got questions for y'all too.

Speaker 10 Please tell me, what is it like to be around Jameis crazy ass Winston in a locker room? I just need one good Jameis Winston story, please. Hey, he's funny, man.
Have y'all been around him?

Speaker 10 Yeah, for short spurts in New Orleans, you know,

Speaker 10 but I would, but every day, no, that would be a joy. I ain't gonna lie, like, what y'all see online and on Instagram and all these clips y'all see is really like that.
Like,

Speaker 10 I promise you, I promise you, like, I have a million stories. Like, I've only known the man for about five months now.
Right, right.

Speaker 10 He does crazy stuff every day. Like, every day.
Like, he does something crazy. Like, I'll tell you this one story.
We had a UFC fighter come to our practice and

Speaker 10 she gave him some gloves.

Speaker 4 Right.

Speaker 10 Like, signed them and everything. Jameis comes in a locker room and starts like doing UFC like kicks and fights with the gloves on like he's really trying to fight people in the locker room like

Speaker 10 showing us how his kicks and everything like yeah i'm i promise you like he is like i thought i was outgoing person yeah until like i met him like

Speaker 10 he's like literally one of one like he's a great great person he all he like he he's a a very down-to-earth guy Yeah, cool as hell. That's dope.

Speaker 4 Yeah, that's kind of where I was going because I wanted to know the difference between the personality between Russ.

Speaker 4 And because if you look at them, the personalities are very, very different, but they're both very religious men,

Speaker 4 seem to be very, approach their business, go about the work, the task at hand, and get the job done.

Speaker 4 What would you say would be the biggest differences between Russ's personality and Jameis's personality?

Speaker 10 That's a good question.

Speaker 10 I would probably say Jameis goes about his business more

Speaker 10 fluid, I guess you can say. Russ is more like, not really strict, but he just has a certain way of doing things.
Right.

Speaker 10 Jameis is more like goofy, like he is his business, but like he also understands that like, you know, you have to have it.

Speaker 4 You have to have fun while doing it.

Speaker 10 You have to have fun while doing it. You know what I'm saying? Don't get me wrong.
Russ has fun, but like Russ is like on a certain path. Like he does stuff a certain way.
And like,

Speaker 10 I don't know how to explain. He's like, he's not strict.
He's not strict, but he expects things to look a certain way, very disciplined, very structured.

Speaker 10 If I was, if I was to give an analogy

Speaker 10 in comparison to the two, it's like watching Fresh Prince and watching Will Smith and watching Carlton. Yes, yeah.

Speaker 10 I see Russell Wilson as Carlton in a sense, very serious, very business-oriented. You know, he can have fun when necessary.

Speaker 10 And I see Jameis Winston as Will Smith, you know, in the character comparison to the two. Yeah, don't get me wrong.
They both are cool, like, regardless of the situation. But,

Speaker 10 like I said, Jamie just more goofy. Like, he's there to like, he's always going to make you laugh, make you feel good.
Like, even when things are like very tense, he cracks a joke.

Speaker 10 So, like, you feel really good. He breaks the ice.
Yeah, he breaks the ice. So, like, no one, you know, feels like, you know, the coach is getting after you or whatever.

Speaker 10 Like, he makes sure that you understand that, like, At the end of the day, coaches are going to get after you, but you got to move on.

Speaker 10 Like, the next play is is coming up so just continue to move on and russ is the same way like russ is very like i said he's strict but he has a a certain way of doing things very disciplined like first one in last one out like every single day he has his routine of what he does and that's just who russ is and if you've been around him he handles himself like professional like every single day so um yeah they've they're both very good leaders like you said very both very religious men like i i really can't say enough good things about each of them yeah that's dope That's a lot.

Speaker 4 You guys finished dead last in red zone touchdown percentage. You scored the second fewest points in the red zone.

Speaker 10 Dang, that looks a little harsh. I mean, dang,

Speaker 10 you guys finished last in red zone percentage.

Speaker 4 Well, y'all, y'all finished second worst than point scored. So now, I mean, you went dead last.
The other one, you were laughing.

Speaker 4 But okay.

Speaker 4 When you come back on next year, what are you going to do different to make sure you're not in this same spot again?

Speaker 10 Man, to be honest with you, when we get down there, we got to score. Three points is not enough.

Speaker 4 Get your beat.

Speaker 10 Yeah, in this league, three points ain't enough. We got to score tuds.
And I think that really starts with the O-line, obviously, protecting the quarterback.

Speaker 10 Quarterback, you got to do your job, make better decisions, get the ball to your playmakers, running back, receivers, tight ends.

Speaker 10 Get them the ball.

Speaker 10 I think that's the easiest thing in the game. Get the ball to your playmaker.
Let them go to work. And when your playmakers go to work, it makes the whole game easy.

Speaker 4 Where you come in at?

Speaker 4 I didn't hear you mention TT.

Speaker 10 He's a playmaker.

Speaker 4 Oh, you want to run the ball? Okay, we're going to run the ball. Okay, we're going to run the ball.
We're trying to ride ahead of you. Nah, TT.

Speaker 10 What's up? You got to put yourself in that description as a playmaker because you know what you could be? Hell, you could be the goddamn security blanket. You could be.

Speaker 10 You want to be one of the better running backs in the league, right? So you want to know when they game plan and they come into a game, well, God damn, we got to worry about two people.

Speaker 10 We got to worry about malik neighbors or we got to worry about tt

Speaker 10 you coming defenses you in the backfield first and second down all right we got to drop the safety down in the goddamn box they can't do that though they they drop the safety down we're going to throw it over top boom beam so if malik going off boom now we got now we got to go too high and who it's time to work we'll be trying now you got to run them out of that too high Exactly.

Speaker 10 But that's what I'm saying. Like, you're the body of your playmakers.
It makes a lot of things easy, especially for offensive coordinators.

Speaker 10 We got got a lot of good dudes in your locker room that and they all want to win obviously you got your personal stuff that you want to do but like if you all just want to win like it makes a lot of stuff easy like because it's it's it's easier when you're winning when you're losing it's it's hard man like last year it really was it was hard last year just because like obviously you losing and we trying to figure out why we're losing and then you know you got a whole bunch of stuff going on so it was hard but it's way easier when you look when you win it it's fun it's fun to be around people fun to be around coaches fun to be in the locker room everything so fun to be out out and about in the city yeah yeah

Speaker 10 hey being able to show you especially listen we're talking you're playing it you're playing in the biggest market you're playing in the biggest market in the world and when you're winning in that market oh the newspapers are a joy to watch the headlines are a joy to read

Speaker 10 when you lose everything is magnified you don't want to show your face you don't want to deal with the fans

Speaker 10 in a market of that magnitude so man i'm listening i'm i'm i'm i'm hoping i'm hoping y'all do very very well you know we will hey the division you guys are in it ain't no slap oh yeah no it ain't no slap we ain't no slap either though we ain't no slap

Speaker 4 okay that's what i'm talking about that what i'm talking about that's what i'm talking about right now okay

Speaker 10 hey kt have you always have you always been a running back did you play any other position yeah i was gonna say that earlier yeah i was a receiver shoe my whole career my whole college career Really?

Speaker 10 Yeah.

Speaker 10 I turned switched positions my last year because of Coach C. He's a, he's the running back coach at Purdue.

Speaker 4 Okay.

Speaker 10 Yeah. He came in from Miami of Ohio.
He looked at me and he was like, yeah, you're going to be a running back. And I've known Coach C for like my entire life.

Speaker 10 Like I've known him since I was like 15 years old.

Speaker 10 But I wanted to be a receiver.

Speaker 10 I was watching you, Ocho, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 10 Watching Yofen. I was watching Tayvon Austin.
Like I was watching all these cats, you know, go crazy, you know, with the, because I was about, what, five? I was about 5'10, 180.

Speaker 10 You know, I was a slot receiver.

Speaker 10 And then once I got to college, I gained some weight, got to about 200 pounds.

Speaker 4 Right.

Speaker 10 And they was like, yeah, you're going to be a running back.

Speaker 10 So

Speaker 4 everything,

Speaker 10 if you look at, hold on, let me say this real quick, real quick. You look at everything, like from

Speaker 10 all my stat line, from my measurements, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 10 Like I was an average i was an average receiver but then like you switch it to running back you know now i'm running a you know 447 that's that's a fast running back

Speaker 10 i got good hands i can run good routes because i was a receiver so that and you look at everything that you know you compare to the league today hmm now that's that's god God really made all that happen.

Speaker 10 Like, I went through all that, that struggle and that frustration and irritation. And then next thing you know, like all the blessings came out, you know, in 2025.

Speaker 10 It was, it's crazy. Well, listen, now that you just said that, well, you just, you just woke me up a little bit.

Speaker 10 And I want you to understand the importance of not only playing receive at one point, but now playing running back. You understand that's two things you can do very well.

Speaker 10 Because now you don't got to come out on third down. Yeah.
You don't have to come out on third down. So that puts you in the same category.
You can get to this in year two.

Speaker 10 and continue to improve on it. But Christian McCaffrey, great running back.
What else can he do out the backfield? Catch. Catch.
Ladanian Thomason out the backfield and catch.

Speaker 10 You know, so that that makes you a three-down back and that adds value. You know, what happens when you add value and another dynamic to your game that they can't take away from you?

Speaker 10 It also adds dollars. It makes money.
More money, yeah. Hey, okay, stay with me now.

Speaker 10 The more you can do.

Speaker 4 Well, since you're a running back aficionado now, give me your top five running backs of all time.

Speaker 10 Oh,

Speaker 10 of all time.

Speaker 4 All time.

Speaker 10 Of all time.

Speaker 10 Okay.

Speaker 10 Herschel Walker.

Speaker 4 What you know about Big Dog?

Speaker 10 Come on now.

Speaker 10 I used to watch this film. I ain't gonna lie.
I used to watch this film.

Speaker 4 He was hell in college, man.

Speaker 11 Oh, yeah.

Speaker 10 I'm gonna go with...

Speaker 10 Man, I ain't gonna lie.

Speaker 10 There's some dogs.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 10 There's some dogs we talk about running backs.

Speaker 10 Emmett Smith. Gotta to put him in there.

Speaker 10 Is this like rankings? Or is it just like...

Speaker 4 No, just your top five.

Speaker 4 Just your top five. Just your way ranking.

Speaker 10 Yeah, it's your preference.

Speaker 10 LT, LaDane Thompson.

Speaker 10 I love his game. I love how smooth he was.

Speaker 10 And I'm going to put Otis Anderson in there.

Speaker 10 Only because I've watched this film personally.

Speaker 10 and I've seen, obviously, I play for the Giants, but I've also watched this film personally. I like the way he played.

Speaker 4 He was a big bruising back.

Speaker 4 He put that wine up on you.

Speaker 10 Mr Shawn Lynch. Michael Lynch.

Speaker 4 Beast mode.

Speaker 10 Yeah, beast mode. You got to put beast mode.
I was at four. And then my last one.

Speaker 10 I'm going to go bow. Big bow.
Jackson? Yeah. Okay, okay.
That's a good one.

Speaker 4 That's a five or six. I think he might have added one.

Speaker 10 I added one.

Speaker 4 I think you did. But we'll let you have one.
I think I did.

Speaker 10 That was five, huh? That was five.

Speaker 10 You know, he's getting old. He can't.
I don't know.

Speaker 4 You had Herschel Walker. You had Emmett Smith.
LaDanian Tomlinson. Who else he had? Bo Jackson.
Hortense Anderson.

Speaker 10 And Bo Jackson.

Speaker 4 And Bo Jackson. That's five.
You're right. You got five.
Oh, man.

Speaker 4 You just named guys that I saw and you didn't see. Yeah.

Speaker 4 surprised i was surprised i thought you would go a little bit more modern right you left man poe barry man i ain't never seen somebody leave barry sandals off their list no i ain't gonna lie so

Speaker 10 so i was gonna put barry and i put emmon in there but i go i meet that just made me personally this is my personal perfect

Speaker 10 yeah that's your list personal hey matter of fact you know you know who my favorite running backs are and it's not

Speaker 10 it's not the fave it's not the favorites and i'm not talking about all the time i'm talking about run running styles i'm i like running backs in general but i like runners that are very smooth with no herky jerky movements it's just they get the ball and they just they just glide as they run arian foster

Speaker 4 yeah you hey hey what about marshawn lynch hey is he a running back oh that was

Speaker 4 a young man that can't remember damn how you remember your plays i did i did say that i did say that i did say that yeah i did say that who told you you got a wristband

Speaker 4 producer told you that nah hey hey oh joe i never see the

Speaker 4 Like, oh, okay, that's the play we running right there. No, 14.
Okay, that's me.

Speaker 4 Hey,

Speaker 10 I ain't get

Speaker 10 my three smoothest running backs of all time based on

Speaker 4 who we got.

Speaker 10 Running style. Running style.
Okay, four. I'm going to go with Eric Dickerson first.

Speaker 4 Okay.

Speaker 10 Just pretty. Arian Foster.
Okay. I know you've seen Arian Foster run.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 10 Priest Holmes.

Speaker 4 The Priest.

Speaker 10 Priest Holmes and Amon Green. That's a new one.

Speaker 10 That's a new one. Hey, Unk.
Them dudes ran so smooth and it's like they was gliding. And, like, you know how you see some running backs, it's like,

Speaker 10 you know, strong. They run strong.
They're strong. Dog.

Speaker 10 Them four I just named right there, man, it was beautiful.

Speaker 4 I played with Priest one year in his last year in Baltimore. I played with the Priest.

Speaker 10 Yeah, man.

Speaker 10 Amon Green, too. Oh, my goodness.

Speaker 4 You know what I mean? You know,

Speaker 4 you hit downhill.

Speaker 4 And the West Coast system, if you look at the backs of of Arian Foster, he's in the West Coast system. Okay.

Speaker 4 You look at those guys like that, Terrell Davis, it's one cut downhill. It ain't a whole lot, hey, ain't a whole lot of dancing.
Moving, yeah. Hey, say that for Friday night when you're at the club.

Speaker 4 But come Sunday when you're on the field, ain't no dancing. Get your ass downhill.

Speaker 10 Right, right.

Speaker 4 Hey, uh,

Speaker 4 so

Speaker 4 what can we expect from TT? So you said 1,500, 10 tubs, Pro Bowl?

Speaker 10 i mean hey ain't the pro bow like a fan vote

Speaker 4 it's fans coaches and players that a fan vote like what the fan the fans vote count the most count the most i think it's 50 and then players and coaches count 25

Speaker 10 you know

Speaker 10 you can get all you can get all this all these accolades and stuff but like you know i feel like that's fan vote i think once you crack once you crack it one time

Speaker 10 and especially for you it'd be much easier because of the market you play in. You know, the product, it's it product sells itself based on where you're playing.

Speaker 10 So, if you even get close to the numbers that you're talking about getting as far as your goals for this season, you would definitely make it.

Speaker 10 And once you're in, most of the time, they think, oh, it's a popular vote, regardless of whether the fans pick it or not. You probably consistently go if you maintain

Speaker 10 the weekend

Speaker 10 from a stats perspective.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 4 Oh, yeah. Okay.
Okay.

Speaker 10 But yeah,

Speaker 10 that's definitely on my, on my, on my list for sure.

Speaker 4 Where can the chat find you on social media? Where are you on, where are you on eggs? Where are you on IG?

Speaker 10 Oh, sure, on

Speaker 10 X or Twitter, X,

Speaker 10 it was just Tyrone Tracy and then on Instagram, I am underscore T T J X I.

Speaker 10 Shoot, both of y'all buried. I need y'all to follow me too.

Speaker 10 Hey, wait, mate, I got one more question, too, before you go. How do you feel about your Madden rating? And do I need to change anything

Speaker 10 i think i think i think i'm at like a i think i'm at 79 i think what a 79 yeah yeah i think i think i'm i'm not i'm not positive i think in your your rookie year you might have been a 79 based on what you did last year i'm sure it's went up okay

Speaker 10 so so if it's not Higher than a 79, I need to contact you as what I'm hearing. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Just let me know. Just let me know.
Okay.

Speaker 4 Nah, contact us after the first month of the season. Don't contact us after the first game.
After the first month of the season, contact us.

Speaker 10 First month.

Speaker 10 Okay, first month. I got you.

Speaker 10 I got you.

Speaker 4 Hey, man, thanks for joining us, man.

Speaker 4 Tracy Jr.

Speaker 4 Man, I really do. Hey, the number one thing always is health.

Speaker 4 You can't do anything if you're not healthy. You're not available to your ball cup.
So, best of health this season and good luck, bro. All right,

Speaker 4 OJO,

Speaker 4 Jerry Jones continues to believe

Speaker 4 all publicity is good publicity. Jerry said, I do believe that if we're not being looked at, then I'll do my part to get us looked at.

Speaker 4 The beautiful thing for networks, or if you're with streaming companies, is that the NFL is a 365-day a year interest factory. A lot of programming you have to spend as much to promote

Speaker 4 as you do to make it. The Cowboys are a soap opera 365 days a year.
When it gets slow, I'll stir it up.

Speaker 4 Ojo, Jerry said, he be, he be, he be stirring the pot.

Speaker 10 Listen, man, everybody in the chat, I use, I use this, this moniker, I use this phrase, I use this analogy last night. I don't think Jerry Jones understands the product that he owns and controls.

Speaker 10 Frank Lucas,

Speaker 10 an American gangster, he had blue magic, huh?

Speaker 10 Best product out there in the business, in the world.

Speaker 10 You didn't have to do anything to it because it sold itself

Speaker 10 jerry why are you cutting it up you don't need to cut it up in any smaller pieces for it to do what it's going to do without you in the picture it's going to sell itself no matter what the cowboys will always be talked about whether you come out and say something or not because it's the cowboys

Speaker 10 I don't, I don't know, I don't, listen, I don't, he's not in the business of winning. He continues to show us that time and time again.

Speaker 4 He's in the business of making money.

Speaker 10 He's in the business of, you said it, he's in the business of making money. He is great at that.

Speaker 10 And that's just what it is. I feel sorry for the fans.
You know, I feel sorry for the players that are, that, that have to deal with that.

Speaker 10 You know, you want to play for the Cowboys, you want to play for America's team, got a star on the helmet, but it's more of a circus than it is a football team and the one at the top.

Speaker 10 Success on any team, it starts at the top.

Speaker 10 It just trickles on down. But if the circus starts at the top, what do you think the product is going to look like?

Speaker 10 Come on, man. It don't got to be Sunday for me to preach.

Speaker 4 Come on, man. You know what I mean? That's a man.
You know, hey, look.

Speaker 4 The Cowboys, I think I just read today. The Cowboys are worth $12.8 billion.
That's all. The most expensive franchise, not just North America, of all sports franchises.
Basketball, football, baseball,

Speaker 4 these soccer teams, Euro, all that. Nothing.
Yeah. If it's a sports club,

Speaker 4 sports franchise, nothing is more valuable than the Cowboys. Yeah.

Speaker 4 Nothing.

Speaker 10 Hey, the man is in the business of making money. You hear me?

Speaker 4 That's it. Hey, listen, buy it.
And I don't have a problem with that. But don't try to disguise the talk about you care about winning because you don't.
No, because you care about selling tickets.

Speaker 4 You care about keeping interest in your team. not about winning.

Speaker 10 Man, hey,

Speaker 10 actions speak louder than words.

Speaker 10 Actions show otherwise. And based on his actions, it lets us know I'm in the business of lining my pockets and staying the most profitable sports franchise in the world.
That's it.

Speaker 10 And then if he's okay with that, then so be it. But he does set a precedent.

Speaker 10 He sets a precedent to the coaches. He sets a precedent to the players.
And the way he conducts himself when it comes to business.

Speaker 10 But it is what it is. The Cowboys, it's America scene.

Speaker 4 I heard Emmett at this doctor series

Speaker 4 the other night when he was at Netflix and he was talking about

Speaker 4 at some point in time it comes down to the players because that's what we did.

Speaker 4 Emmett, so who are who? I want to know the Emmett Smith,

Speaker 4 the Michael Irvin. Michael Irvin was the leader of the team.
Yes, sir. And then you had Haley.
And you look at the guys that you had. You had Jimmy.

Speaker 4 You had Jimmy.

Speaker 4 and then y'all got deon if you don't get deon y'all not gonna be several if he stays in san francisco guess who winning san francisco

Speaker 4 he's flipped the balance of power yeah

Speaker 4 y'all don't have a level of playoffs i'm sorry you don't

Speaker 4 you don't you look at you look at the defense that they had back then

Speaker 10 boy boy were loaded right They were loaded.

Speaker 4 Boy, but loaded. Look at that offensive line.
They had Big Easy. They had Larry Allen.
They had Nate Newton. I think they still had Step.

Speaker 4 I think Tuiné was still there.

Speaker 4 Man, stop.

Speaker 4 That offensive line y'all got? Troy was probably one of the most accurate quarterbacks, especially for that time.

Speaker 10 Right.

Speaker 2 Different.

Speaker 10 Different.

Speaker 4 But you got to realize, Jimmy wasn't doing all this talking back then either, Odo Emmett.

Speaker 4 Jimmy wasn't having that. That's why he got Jimmy up out of there.

Speaker 12 Yeah,

Speaker 4 he wasn't doing all this talking. I don't know about you, Ocho, but I was in the league.

Speaker 4 I was in the league. And I know it wasn't no 24-hour news cycle, but in press conference, they didn't have no mic, they had no mics in front of Jimmy.
I mean, in front of Jerry.

Speaker 4 The mics were in front of Jimmy, and it drove Jerry crazy.

Speaker 4 Damn,

Speaker 10 that's crazy.

Speaker 4 But I agree with you. The Cowboys' brand is so strong.

Speaker 10 You ain't got to say nothing. Nothing.
We're going to talk about it regardless.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 10 Outlets, analysts, punches, podcasts, people on the street, being in the barbershop.

Speaker 4 I don't remember you.

Speaker 4 You ever hear Mr. Crowd talk?

Speaker 4 Prior to the Super Bowl, I hear him talk at the AFC championship game when they get the trophy.

Speaker 4 or that two at that that that when he getting the trophy so he normally getting trophies when he talking yeah Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 4 Jerry talking to hear himself talk. Like, man, I forgot what my voice hurt.
Like,

Speaker 4 I ain't been on no platform and got no trophy in a long time. So

Speaker 10 you heard what Denzel Washington said.

Speaker 4 What that?

Speaker 10 Opinionaires? Yeah, he knows. I'm talking about the other, you know, he's.

Speaker 4 Oh, he's talking about Jerry.

Speaker 4 Oh, he said, Jerry, about making money.

Speaker 10 That's it.

Speaker 10 That's it.

Speaker 4 That's it.

Speaker 4 I believe you can do two things. I don't believe they have to be mutually exclusive.
I believe you can make money and still win. Yeah.

Speaker 4 Yeah, you can. The Patriots did it for 20 years.
The Chiefs have done it for about a decade now. Right.

Speaker 10 But then, you know, his retort to what you just said would be, well, they made money. They won Super Bowls, but I'm still the most profitable franchise.

Speaker 4 Yeah.

Speaker 10 Would I much rather be number one in that area if I can't be number one on the field?

Speaker 4 Well,

Speaker 4 the Cowboys are America's team when they didn't have Jerry Jones. So what is he talking about?

Speaker 4 hey he didn't name them america's team

Speaker 4 they didn't they had the stadium with the with the with the the the hole in the top so god could watch his team

Speaker 4 he didn't do none of that right

Speaker 4 so this notion that he created this he didn't

Speaker 4 All the teams have exponentially increased. I mean, you could, for what one year's salary or what a quarterback make, you could used to be able to buy a franchise.

Speaker 4 Go back and look at somebody's franchise, what they paid for.

Speaker 4 Now, that was, I mean, that was a boatload of money back then in the earth 70s. And, you know,

Speaker 4 that was a boatload of money. But I'm just saying, and today, you know, they've 10x, 15, 20x their money.
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 4 So

Speaker 4 Jerry probably even 50x his money. But with that being said,

Speaker 4 I don't believe that you have to do all that. Jerry wasn't like this.

Speaker 4 Like I said, Al Davis was his mentor. That's who taught him.
He's Al Davis. Al Davis has always been a maverick, always did things his way.

Speaker 4 And, you know, he's like, I'm moving. I'm going to L.A.
No, you got to get vote. I ain't got to get nothing.
It's my team. I bought it.
I'm moving. And he sued the league to move.
And he sued.

Speaker 4 You just, I'm going back to Oakland. No, you're not.
You got, no, I'm going. Bye.
I'm suing.

Speaker 4 And that's how Jerry is.

Speaker 4 Jerry's like, nah, I'm not going to be a part. I'm going to be a part of the collective bargaining when it comes to,

Speaker 4 excuse me, I'm going to be a part of the revenue sharing when it comes to TV.

Speaker 4 After that, I'm on my own.

Speaker 4 I'm going to do my own independent deals. He has a deal with Pepsi.

Speaker 4 He has his own deals.

Speaker 4 He has his own merchandising deal.

Speaker 4 He's like, no,

Speaker 4 I'll do that revenue sharing when it comes to TV.

Speaker 4 But other than that, because I can do a better job than you.

Speaker 4 Got no problem with that.

Speaker 4 But

Speaker 4 at the end of the day, bro, right now we doing it talking.

Speaker 10 Yeah.

Speaker 4 You ain't collecting no trophies.

Speaker 4 Them other five, and

Speaker 4 they lonely. Yeah.
