Speaker 2 I guess I consider myself a food.

Speaker 2 What made you branch off from the?

Speaker 2 I think just the fact that I felt like I could give more value and I just had more to say than just talking about food.

Speaker 2 There's just, you know, you just get that feeling, it's that intuition of like, nah, like, I know I can do more and do, you know, do, I could just do more and offer more. Yeah.
So that's what I did.

Speaker 2 All right, guys, got Daniel Leo on today, one of the top Vegas influencers. Thanks for coming on, man.
Thank you, man. Thanks for having me.

Speaker 2 Yeah, I've been seeing your content for years, but lately you've really been blowing up, right? Yeah, thank you, man. Non-stop views.

Speaker 2 Do you know how many views you're getting on a monthly basis right now? Anywhere between 8 to 12 million per month right now.

Speaker 2 That's really impressive because there's only 2 million people that live in Vegas. Yeah.
So it's good. So you're hitting pretty much everyone that lives here.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 How do you, I guess, center your content? Is there like a schedule or do you plan out where you're going to go?

Speaker 2 No, not too much ahead of time. I think it's really off the cuff.

Speaker 2 So on a weekly basis, I probably have like one or two where I'm like, okay, I schedule it out or whatever.

Speaker 2 But on a daily basis, when it comes to like news feeds and like updates in Vegas, it's like off the cuff. It's like, you know, as it happens.

Speaker 2 Yeah, because there's a lot of new developments coming, right? A lot of new businesses starting up around here. Yep, exactly.

Speaker 2 So I just have the system knocked down and I just, you know, it's tailored and I just, you know, crank it out. Yeah.
So you've been covering the new neighborhood developments? I have, yeah.

Speaker 2 Just everything new coming to Vegas right now.

Speaker 2 So just what's been going on in the arts district, all all the new developments out there, and just the fact that people are not going to be able to live down there.

Speaker 2 I think there's a plan now after Midtown breaks ground,

Speaker 2 after the Midtown development breaks ground. I believe there's going to be said to be 5,000 new residents

Speaker 2 in that area. And right now there's less than 1,000.
Damn. So,

Speaker 2 yeah, it's going to be a completely new neighborhood. I think it's needed because real estate's pretty pricey out here now, right? Yeah.
Compared to how it used to be, at least.

Speaker 2 Yeah, it's kind of a natural transition. I think you just have more of a downtown chord now more than ever.
You've got the neighborhoods like Symphony Park popping up.

Speaker 2 That's like what I called like brickle. It's like Vegas' version, I guess you would say of brickle.
A little bit more boutique than the brickle. And it's all centered around

Speaker 2 like music instruments and like classical music. So like in terms of the theming, so you have like cello tower, you've got you've got the art museum down there.

Speaker 2 You've got, you know, it's all, it's just a very tailored, posh feeling neighborhood. Yeah.
You kind of see where it's going. Like if you go down there right now, you could kind of get the vibe.

Speaker 2 But what it's going to be in like five to 10 years, it's going to be completely different than you imagine. I could see that.
I've been to some museums out there, actually. Yeah.

Speaker 2 I went to the haunted one. Have you been to that one? Oh, the haunted museum.
Yeah. That's over by the Arts District.
But yeah, I've done that. The Zach Bagans.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 Dude, someone followed me after there. Are you serious? Yeah.
So I went at, it's crazy. So I went after, I went during COVID.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 Not during COVID, before COVID. At the time, I was working on the strip.

Speaker 2 And

Speaker 2 I was working as a food runner. And I remember I went to the museum, like, whatever it was, a few nights before.

Speaker 2 After I started getting this fucking anxiety feeling out of nowhere, just like hits me out of nowhere. I was having a great day.
I'm like, fuck, like, felt choked up.

Speaker 2 And I'm like, and it popped in my head right away. I went to that damn museum and I got a glimpse of whatever that doll was in there.
There was a lot of weird stuff in there. Yeah.

Speaker 2 I haven't been in there.

Speaker 2 since then but whatever it was uh because there's that one part you're not supposed to look at you're supposed to to call jerk was that the doll i think i think it was the doll yeah

Speaker 2 and i went twice so the first time i went on shrooms terrible idea bro yeah terrible idea i don't know what followed me home but weird stuff was happening and then i went last week but i brought my psychic this time yeah to kind of protect me she said that place was just riddled with spirits and hauntings it feels it feels real as fuck when you walk in there like

Speaker 2 have you ever been to like a haunted museum or like something like a little sketchy like they're like okay it's like you know it is what it is but when you go into there it's like i mean you kind of in the shit you feel it in your body like certain rooms you walk in your chest tightens up yeah like you're really in the yeah so shout out to that museum i also went to the mob museum i don't know where that is but that was a fun one have you been there yeah mob museum is really cool yeah i'm fascinated with the mob so yeah super underrated too in terms of a museum and the layout i think it gets

Speaker 2 We kind of, we know the mob museum if you've been there and people that go, they kind of know.

Speaker 2 But I think just from an outsider looking in that's never been there, you kind of underestimate because it's just in that building. But it's really cool.

Speaker 2 Yeah, what's your uh, what's your favorite museum in Vegas? I like the Titanic one too. The Titanic one's cool.
Um,

Speaker 2 I don't know. I mean, the Discovery Kids Museum is actually pretty cool.
We used to bring uh, the kid over there, I haven't seen that one yet. Yeah, that's in Symphony Park.

Speaker 2 Okay, so that's really cool. It's kind of like the one of the anchors for that neighborhood right now.
So, that's what I love about Vegas, though.

Speaker 2 People just assume it's about parties, but there's a lot to do here. There's museums, there's other activities.

Speaker 2 I did puppy yoga yesterday. That's, yeah, that's fucking insane.
Yeah. So it's just...
Where was that at? It was in the hood. I don't know.
It was in the hood? Yeah.

Speaker 2 I don't remember the street, but it was in the hood. I pulled up.
I'm like, kind of feel unsafe being here. But as soon as you get in, it's fine.
Just a bunch of yoga mats.

Speaker 2 There's like 10 puppies running around. And it's a brilliant business model because not only are you paying to do the yoga, but they upsell you with the puppies.
Wow.

Speaker 2 So you can adopt a puppy after the class. But it's brilliant because you form a bond with them during the class.
Yeah. Because it's like an hour yoga class.

Speaker 2 So by the end of the class, two people adopted dogs that i was there and it's a thousand dollars that's and we got one as well that's amazing and where else do they have that you know they're they're starting in multiple cities actually are they so it's a there's a few companies just in a bunch of major cities right now that is really cool yeah you should try it yeah yeah i might have to i'll connect i was the only guy there yeah yeah it was 20 girls so wow i know my uh the girls have been asking for another dog maybe that would be a good idea yeah so you got a dog right now yeah we have a little chihuahua we got her about like a year and a half ago you like chihuahuas Chihuahuas?

Speaker 2 Yeah. Well, she's cute.
She's not like a feisty chihuahua. She's a creative.
Her name's Penny. That's a good name.
I've only met feisty chihuahuas. Really? Yeah, I've never met a sweet one.

Speaker 2 Yeah, you got to meet Penny. Penny's like really sweet.
You trained her well then because they're protective usually. Yeah, it was my first dog.

Speaker 2 So fiance definitely took up with that and kind of like led the way. But yeah, you know, she's, it's great.
That's cool. She's awesome.
What are you most excited about coming to Vegas?

Speaker 2 For me, it's H Mart. H-Mart? H-Mart is going to be fucking dope.
I'm stoked. It's like years in the making, too.
I feel like people have been asking for that since I moved here, basically.

Speaker 2 There's been rumors for years. Yeah.
It's finally coming, though. April 26th or something, right?

Speaker 2 I believe it's April 26th, yeah. Yes.
I have to check the date again, but yeah. One week, and I will, I might be their opening day.
Yeah, it might have to.

Speaker 2 It'll be packed, so maybe I'll wait a day, but. Yeah, I'm excited for Aldi, too.
Aldi will be pretty cool. Aldi's, they're from Florida, right? I think they are from Florida.

Speaker 2 I grew up with them in Chicago. Okay.
So I had them, I had them in Chicago.

Speaker 2 you kind of underestimate because it's aldi you're not you're not thinking twice about because it's right by you but when you don't have one you're like i want a aldi what are they known for what's good there it's like um i i believe it's like german grocery so it's kind of like um it's kind of like kind of like a trader joe's okay

Speaker 2 i i think of it brand-wise it's like if ikea and trader joe's had a baby interesting that's how i think so it's like furniture and groceries not furniture and groceries i just think from a brand perspective aldi kind of reminds me of a ikea

Speaker 2 but the shopping experience is very much like a trader joe's i can see that so but more i think more cheaper i think probably more geared towards like the middle class yeah so like lower like yeah middle class check it out i'm also pumped for that in and out come to the strip yeah

Speaker 2 what is it 10 000 square feet something huge yeah over 10 000 square feet i think with the i think the indoor is 8 000 square feet and the outdoor is 2500.

Speaker 2 that's gonna be a blast overlooking the strip it's gonna be sick yeah I can't wait. How do you feel about the strip? Because I know locals usually don't like it.

Speaker 2 So before I came to Vegas, I had this idea that

Speaker 2 you just had this vision, like you want to be a local, right? Like learning how to be a local, I think, was my thing. I was like, I need to learn how to be a local.
So I'm going to say fuck the strip.

Speaker 2 Right.

Speaker 2 But,

Speaker 2 and I stayed away from it at first, but I think just because of how

Speaker 2 because I shoot a lot on the strip too, and it's kind of incorporated, you kind of just take the strip for what it is, I think.

Speaker 2 So I don't have any hatred or disdain towards the strip like most locals do.

Speaker 2 I'm the same way. I think it's obviously super expensive.
Yeah. But if you're just going there to have fun with that mindset,

Speaker 2 you can make a good night out of it. No, it's true.
Yeah. And it's well, especially in the workflow.
So I mean, you have to accept it for what it is. I mean,

Speaker 2 I don't know. I'm not from Orlando, but I...
Assume people in Orlando don't hate Disney World. It's just you assume Disney World's there and it just is what it is.

Speaker 2 Yeah, because it's bringing your real estate value up. It's actually helping you indirectly.
Right, exactly. Yeah.
I like it though. I like the old strip too, actually.
Yeah, downtown. Yeah.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 I think it's always interesting over there. Yeah, downtown's awesome.
You never know what you'll see there. Yeah.
I know. That's where I used to hang out a lot before I like settled down.

Speaker 2 It was a lot of fucking random Tuesday, Wednesday nights on Fremont Street and just cheap drinks and having a good time. Yeah, Fremont's a blast.
The nerd bar is fun. Nerd bar.

Speaker 2 I went to an Asian food festival there like a couple months ago. Yeah.
Did you go to that one? I didn't go. I was out of town.
Okay. But yeah, Dream Asia Food Fest.

Speaker 2 Yeah, that was at the event center, right? Yeah. Right by circa.
Yeah. Vegas had some good food festivals, man.
I want to go to that pizza one next year. Yeah.
Pizza Fest is amazing.

Speaker 2 I went two years ago.

Speaker 2 It's awesome. Did you get to eat a lot of pizza or just work? Yeah, everything.
Yeah. You kind of like, you go in, and I think it's kind of, it's kind of like,

Speaker 2 you know, like the unlimited wine.

Speaker 2 Like, like, have you ever been to like a wine festival? No, that sounds cool. It's kind of similar.
You go in, you pay a fee. It's like whatever.
I don't know what, I don't remember.

Speaker 2 It was $150 or something. But you go in and

Speaker 2 you just get to try all the pizza kind of unlimited. I would love that, dude.
It's awesome, dude. Dave Portnoy should go there from Barstool.
Yeah. Oh, my God.

Speaker 2 Just like do a whole, you could do a whole fucking series there if you wanted. That'd be super viral.
Yeah, I'm at a conference out here probably once a week. Yeah.
There's so many.

Speaker 2 Yeah, conferences too. And being in the media industry, we get the media pass.
So it's just really convenient. We get some behind-the-scenes stuff.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 There's just so many many industries now in Vegas and just, I don't know, Vegas is changing for sure. Yeah.
How long have you been here? I've been here since 2017. 2017.
So what, eight years?

Speaker 2 Yeah, about eight years. Yeah.
Yeah, that's a lot of change. Yeah.
Yeah. Late, yeah, late 2017.

Speaker 2 So yeah, kind of work before things started kicking off, but had my eyes on Vegas and kind of was became kind of obsessed and nerdy about Vegas back in like 2014, 2015. So you planned on moving here?

Speaker 2 I planned on moving here, yeah. Wow.
was unplanned. I just came here.
What was the reason that you came? LA during COVID was boring. Yeah.
And not safe. And

Speaker 2 oh, you came here during COVID? Yeah. Yeah.
Drove here during COVID and stayed at the MGM. Yeah.
And then eventually found a spot. But that COVID phase was madness.
Everyone was moving here. Yeah.

Speaker 2 You remember that? Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2 Like you had to, if you wanted to get a house, you had to offer more. than it was listed for yeah even for renting yeah it's insane we were locked in because we were renting at the time, but

Speaker 2 where we were renting,

Speaker 2 we were locked in. But yeah, we didn't have to go through all that, thankfully.
But yeah.

Speaker 2 I mean, we might get another boom when the NBA comes, when MLB comes. Oh, yeah.
And I think Vegas is turning into more of a luxury market than ever now.

Speaker 2 There's just more of a demand for luxury out here with not only the Hollywood studios coming, but the evolution of downtown and a real downtown coming. Yeah.

Speaker 2 Like, like I'm talking about like Symphony Park. Like, it's just Vegas, like I said, Vegas is changing.
Absolutely. You said you used to work on the strip? Used to work on the strip.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 What were you doing out there? I was a food runner. It was the first job I could get.
So when I first moved to Vegas, before I moved to Vegas, I was doing construction. And

Speaker 2 the thing about doing construction and what I was doing in Chicago is that you would get unemployment benefits in the offseason. So I moved to Vegas in that offseason.

Speaker 2 So I had like probably like a four or five month, it was like a four or five month window for me to find a job.

Speaker 2 So

Speaker 2 what I wasn't living on much, but I was living on enough at the time. So

Speaker 2 I applied to probably like 200 or 300 jobs. Jeez.
And the only, because I had no college or nothing, man. So it was like the only experience, well, the only thing I could get was a food runner.

Speaker 2 So I was a food runner at the Luxor in the buffet that just shut down. Oh my gosh.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 That's humble beginnings to say that. At the Luxor.
Actually, the Luxor was the first hotel I ever stayed in in Vegas. No shit.
And I thought it was insane. When I was like, I think I was 21.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 I was like, this is crazy. But now that I live here, I realize it's like one of the lower end hotels.
Yeah. You know? No, yeah.
And the buffet is gone now. That was kind of like,

Speaker 2 it was a bittersweet, but it's like, damn, it's like the place that I worked at when I moved to Vegas is now like gone.

Speaker 2 So a lot of buffets closed down because of COVID. Yeah.
Luxor was one of them, right? No, no, Luxer just closed down. Oh, it just closed down? Yeah.
Maybe like two weeks ago. Oh, wow.

Speaker 2 I wonder if that lasted. That's crazy.
It's just a loss leader. So buffets are lost leaders at this point.
Really? Yeah. So you think the Wynn and the Caesars Buffet, they're lost leaders?

Speaker 2 Because those buffets are packed.

Speaker 2 Maybe not. Maybe a few.
I think it's just a tradition in Vegas to think, you know, from the executive level, like, oh, it's a loss leader.

Speaker 2 So, so I think I would say maybe the lower end buffets, but the higher end buffets, I'm sure they turned something. Yeah.
Dude, Bacchanal and

Speaker 2 the Wynn one is really good, too. Yeah.
I have to look. I'm not sure.
That's interesting, though. Yeah.
So I used to love buffets. So Vegas was like the perfect spot for that.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 The Aria Buffet was fucking great too. Aria Buffet.
Is that still open? No, it's gone. It's now a food hall, I think, now, but it was, that's a really underrated buffet.
I never tried that one.

Speaker 2 It was, it was good. It was, it wasn't as good as a Bakken hull or a win, but it's like kind of like that next tier down.
Yeah. So it seems like there's a food hall like emergence too going on.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 What's your favorite food hall? Oh, that's tough. There's, there's an Asian one, Chongdom or something.

Speaker 2 Yeah. Yeah.
That one's pretty good.

Speaker 2 But I just, I don't know if Chinatown's considered a food hall, but I'm in Chinatown like twice a week. Yes.
Yeah. It's awesome.
Any plaza you pick there, you'll find something good. Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2 Starting from Golden Tiki going all the way back, you're always going to find some fucking amazing foods. Yeah, some bangers.
It's hard to find parking these days there, man. Yeah.
Oh, my God. Yeah.

Speaker 2 It's a nightmare. Yeah.
But what's your favorite food haul?

Speaker 2 Probably a Durango. Durango.
I just really love the, I think I'm a sucker for the aesthetic and the layout of what they did at Durango.

Speaker 2 That one's good. It's good, though.
You got Herves. You got Prince Street.
Is that Durango? Yeah, that's Durango. Herves, Prince Street.
And there's that one restaurant. I forget the name.

Speaker 2 You've got a handful. You got the Hawaiian restaurant.

Speaker 2 You've got the Noodles. You've got...
uh even like Fiorella, the Italian spot, it's really good. You've got Nielsen's Frozen Custard.
Love that. Nielsen's.
Yeah. Are you a big foodie?

Speaker 2 Yeah, I'd say so. A lot of your content is food related, right? Yeah.
Initially, it was a lot of food. And I think it's kind of changed, but I think I'm, I guess I consider myself a foodie.

Speaker 2 What made you branch off from that?

Speaker 2 I think just the fact that I felt like I could give more value and I just had more to say than just talking about food. There's just, you know, you just get that feeling.

Speaker 2 It's that intuition of like, nah, like I, I know I can do more and do, you know, do, I could just do more and offer more. Yeah.
So that's what I did.

Speaker 2 I went through that phase too, where I was going to restaurants and posting and, you know, doing all that. Yeah.
But I kind of got over it. Yeah.
It was like a little six month phase. Yeah.

Speaker 2 I know for me, I think I stuck to it for like a good year and a half. And I still do post about food.
Don't get me wrong. Like food is a part of culture.
Yeah. But just.

Speaker 2 I think I kind of started posting before all the big developments started kicking off.

Speaker 2 Like it's like something intuitively was telling me like, start covering more bigger things in Vegas because you know you could offer more.

Speaker 2 And it seems like more things just started happening and being announced and it just never stopped. Well, that's smart because you carved your own lane.
No one was really doing that. Right.

Speaker 2 Everyone was doing food or whatever, something else. Yep, exactly.
That's cool. Are you collaborative with the other Vegas influencers? Do you work a lot with them?

Speaker 2 Yeah, I'd say like there's a lot of great friendships that we have. That's cool.
So it's a, it's a very tight-knit community. It's like a small family.

Speaker 2 So kind of, and I mean, they were a family before I even came into the picture, but a lot of these people have known each other for years yeah so

Speaker 2 and they're open i mean there's always new ones coming in i don't pop up in the media events as much as i used to but every time i go now there's like new faces so it's like really cool and refreshing to see that's cool but you still see all them all them same people that you kind of like

Speaker 2 they say came up with so that's cool yeah no beefs or rivalries no

Speaker 2 no i wouldn't say so That's cool. Other cities, that's definitely a thing, but Vegas seems pretty.
Vegas is a small kind of world, you know? Yeah. You You run into the same people.

Speaker 2 Yeah, no, definitely. I think the beefs are definitely more isolated.
It's never like a big thing. It's always, I don't know.
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2 It's, we're blessed to have the, have the influencer community that we have in Vegas, I think, for sure. Yeah.
What's the, oh, God.

Speaker 2 No, I was saying, yeah, because in other cities, like you're saying, it's just not as tight-knit. Oh, yeah.
Especially L.A. Yeah.
Oh, yeah. And L.A., yeah.

Speaker 2 What's the next big thing you're working on?

Speaker 2 I got some things I can't announce, but definitely working on at least two two big things so but for right now it's just it's the content so we might see you in a movie or something i don't know you might i don't know okay i don't know mark wahlberg's out here yeah that would be crazy he started a studio yeah yeah with he's uh

Speaker 2 i think they're saying he's gonna get some type of executive role or some type of thing at some seat at the table for sony wow that would be really cool that's huge yeah so it just seems like a lot of new jobs are coming to vegas yeah other than hospitality yeah i know what you're talking about the studios popping You've got Warner Brothers and you got the Summerlin Studios thing happening with Warner Brothers and Sony.

Speaker 2 Now you have,

Speaker 2 fuck, I just covered that the independent one that's going to come now. That's going to be kind of intertwined with UNLV.
So I didn't see that one. Yeah.
Yeah. I just covered it.

Speaker 2 So MBS, so MBS Group, it's like, I think the world's largest.

Speaker 2 Like global, I don't know if it's the world's largest or the like biggest global operator for movie studios and film studios is now going to come to Vegas and work on the project that was going to be the Warner Studio.

Speaker 2 Okay. So Warner jumped off the

Speaker 2 jumped off and joined with Sony. And now this other one's coming in to work on the work with Bercher on the independent studio.

Speaker 2 So there's going to be a lot of technological innovation there. It's just going to, it's going to be different.
It's going to be more geared towards,

Speaker 2 I think more geared towards the locals, more geared towards the independents, more geared towards like building a foundation than bringing in the big A-list celebrities. Love that.
So, you need both.

Speaker 2 Yeah. So, you need both these days.
Yeah. I agree.
Do you spend more time in Henderson or Summerlin?

Speaker 2 It's streaky. It's definitely streaky.
I find what's really interesting is I'll go to Henderson and I'll spend like three or four days in Henderson for whatever reason.

Speaker 2 I just end up in Henderson and then I'll spend three or four days in Summerlin. It's not planned.
It just kind of happens that way. So that's a political answer.

Speaker 2 Yeah. I, um, if you're asking, if you're asking me why I like are you asking me like what I prefer like where I'd rather hang out I guess

Speaker 2 I really like the higher-end areas of Henderson. I love like Seven Hills and Dragon Ridge.
Dragon Ridge and McDonald Ranch and all that. But then downtown Summerlin is really cool at the same time.

Speaker 2 And just what's going on in downtown, what's going on. to build Summerlin is really cool.
Bowley Village is pretty cool. Yeah, yeah, Tivoli's awesome.
Yeah, that's tough. I lean towards Summerlin.

Speaker 2 I might be biased since I I live there. Yeah.
But I lived in Henderson before, and I went to probably every single restaurant on Southeastern you could think of, and I just got bored. Yeah.

Speaker 2 Literally every single restaurant multiple times. Yeah.
Well, in the southwest over there, too, there's a lot of really good restaurants that have been popping up over the last few years. Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2 It's like a big, they're calling that like Chinatown 2.0 right there. So like 215 in Eastern.
Damn. I got to check that out.
Yeah. You have all.

Speaker 2 You've been over there probably, but all the,

Speaker 2 damn, I'm trying to think. There's a lot of really good Asian restaurants over there.

Speaker 2 Maybe, is that where the boba spot is and the the fish dessert spots yeah oh somi somi and like that whole plaza and that okay so yeah i've been there yeah there's a curry spot there hot and juicy is there yep hot and juicy is damn good dude yeah

Speaker 2 the hot and juicy the the only one that the one that i love to go to that i prefer is always going to be the one in chinatown though that's the best one that's the best one to me that's good to know because there's like five of them yeah i always go to the one in chinatown it's always it smacks

Speaker 2 that's the og yeah i'm on a fast right now. You got me thinking about food.

Speaker 2 Juice fast or what? Water. A water fast.

Speaker 2 Oh, shit. Have you done that before? Yeah.
I've done,

Speaker 2 the longest ass I did was a 15-day juice fast. Holy crap.
Yeah, just green and red juice, like on and off.

Speaker 2 How many pounds did you lose? Lost 10. Okay.
Yeah. It's pretty good.
Between 10 and 12. And I kept it off too.
So I was happy with that. So I thought it was real good.
15 days is no joke. Dude, yeah.

Speaker 2 What was the toughest part of it?

Speaker 2 Was it the first few days or did you kind kind of it was the first few days i think like the first two days yeah and then by the third i think just you get bored after like the seventh day just like okay i want to taste some food now you know

Speaker 2 it's food is more than just food it's like an experience it's like fun right when you're with people yeah but you're purging out the that's the thing about fasting too is like you're like that need or craving for food and that boredom is also you purging out just all that fucking bullshit that you had in your system so absolutely so you're big on health

Speaker 2 Definitely grown more into it now. I think it just balances me out with everything going.
I think, I think being a foodie kind of cranked it up to me more.

Speaker 2 And I'm like, damn, I got to balance it out a little bit. I got to.
No seed oils. No seed oils.
Yeah. I mean, yeah, we have a big thing in our house too.

Speaker 2 Like me and the girls, we always like, like, watch the labels. So, yeah.
You have to these days. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
We do our best. Right.

Speaker 2 So I will say Vegas needs another good gym because I go to Lifetime. Yeah.
And it's packed. You're waiting on machines.
Yeah. At both locations.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 I go to LVAC right now, which has been fine for me.

Speaker 2 I used to go there and that one was packed too. Yeah.
I know. It depends on what time you go.
The one on Southeastern. Oh, my gosh.
Oh, yeah. Oh, that one gets fucking packed.

Speaker 2 I quit after a month. Yeah.
Yeah. I usually go to the one either on Sahara or Flamingo because I hoop a lot too.
Oh, they got hoops there? No, no, I hoop at Tarkanian sometimes. Oh, okay.

Speaker 2 So you got to hit me up. Yeah, dude.
I love balling. Yeah, I fucking, yeah, I'm there like like probably three days a week.
Okay. Are you in the league there or just playing pickup?

Speaker 2 No, I just do pickup. I used to do the leagues, but I think just with my schedule, it's hard to like stay good to a league.
Yeah, yeah. Well, hit me up, man.
I'm 10 minutes from there. I'll play.

Speaker 2 Yeah, for sure. I'm in the lifetime leagues.
Oh, yeah? Yeah. Basketball is important for me.
Yeah. I know.
It balances everything out.

Speaker 2 Just like childhood shit, you know, like you have to keep some of that. with you, I think.
Yeah. I want to be 62 and have fucked up, you know, just fucked up knees or just be old and bitter.

Speaker 2 Like, I want to be, you know, you you want to be like that 45, 50-year-old dude that's like in shape, right?

Speaker 2 So health is like the new flex these days. Yeah, healthy.

Speaker 2 Oh, yeah. Like that to me is, it shows a lot about someone if they're in really good shape.
Yeah. Yeah.
I like working with people like that. Yeah.

Speaker 2 Well, dude, where can where can people find you and keep up with you?
