The body has the power to heal itself if we don't overburden it.

If we allow the body to do its job, it has the power to heal itself.

It doesn't have to get sick at all.

We were not meant to get sick.

We make ourselves sick because the mind has the power over the body and there are thoughts in our subconscious that make us sick.

Hi guys, Megan is here today.

Thanks for coming on.

My pleasure.

Out here in Los Angeles.

Yes.

You're out here a lot, right?

I live here.

Oh, you live here?

I live between LA and Dubai, but yes, so it was, yeah, I'm glad you were here because you were supposed to interview me in Vegas, and I'm like, how is that going to happen?

Yeah, you're not in Vegas all.

No.

I don't blame you.

LA is hard to beat.

Vegas is harder.

Yeah, Vegas is nice.

Really?

I can only do Vegas for 24 hours max.

What?

Like 23 hours.

I got to be gone by the 24th hour.

Wow.

You're like disgusted by it.

It's just, it's just, I am very sensitive to energy, right?

And Vegas is just full of energy.

People, people, everywhere you go, like there's this, a lot of crowds.

And yeah, I am sensitive to

other people's energy.

There's 2,000 deaths a year on the Vegas Strip.

Really?

So you're probably feeling all the negative energy.

Yes, I do.

There's a lot of suicides.

Yes.

Oh, I didn't even know that.

Yeah.

There's a suicide every day because people gamble and then jump off or...

kill themselves.

I think for me, the energy that bothers me about Vegas is there's a whole industry around women really

using their sexuality to create income

and

that energy feels heavy on my heart because I feel like

it comes from lack of self-worth yeah because I feel like in the end of the day no woman would like to showcase her beautiful bare body for money

unless it's out of survival right so I feel like I'm meeting a lot of people who are on survival and women are my weakness

so that is what is hard for me to watch that's definitely in Vegas but that's also just only fans too right all the online girls as well yeah like I can't even I decided to to block that that thing exists you know wow yes I've never seen a woman with such a strong stance against it yes it's interesting to me yes and it's not against it it's as a woman, the deeper I went into my own spiritual journey, I realized that a woman's body is a temple.

And don't get me wrong, I was on the cover of Maxim magazine in my lingerie on Sunset Boulevard on a billboard.

Okay, so I've been there.

And

the entertainment industry makes you want to look sexy and attractive and appealing to men, right?

But then through the entertainment industry, I met a lot of spiritual people like Deepak Chopra.

And then I started to dig deeper into spirituality and learn about it.

And then

the more I went deep within myself and found my self-worth and my value, I felt like, oh my God, my body parts, my,

you know,

sexy parts are basically very sacred.

It's...

A woman's womb is the closest to God because it has the ability to create another human being, which is something that only God can do.

So, women are the conduit between the earthy realm and God.

And when you realize that, you start to become more protective of your own body and your energy and who you allow in your energetic aura.

And

then I realized that all of the women and girls that I see that are using their bodies to make money in a sexual way, they are all suffering from lack of self-worth.

And I've been there.

And that touches,

that's my weakness, that's my vulnerability.

And then I, and I want to do something to change that, to help that.

But in the meantime, while I'm figuring out how I can help women, you know,

have more self-worth, it's hard for me to.

Yeah.

I love that.

That's a powerful mission.

Yeah.

Thanks for sharing that.

Yeah, I'm very spiritual.

I've been with one woman my whole life.

Wow.

So that's super sacred for me, like the physical stuff.

I love it.

Yeah.

I love it.

But that's a

rare thing for someone in my situation.

We were talking about it earlier.

I see a lot of my friends, you know, chasing girls and just hookup culture.

It's pretty common in people in their 20s and college and stuff.

I think if you think about it, in every religion or every spiritual platform, there is a specific emphasis on sex.

And I was wondering why.

It's because, like,

intimacy is about exchanging energy.

When two people are intimate with one another, they are getting each other's energy.

They're transferring

the energy from one to the other.

And therefore, they're transferring the blocks they have, any darkness they're having, any bad karmas they're having, their generational traumas they're having.

And when you see people going from one person to another, one is it's like too much pollution.

Yeah.

You have a mixture of all these energies.

then people are not even living in their own energies.

Like everybody you see outside, the energy they're carrying is a mixture of the energy of all the people they have been intimate with.

And therefore, you see a lot of people in mental distress, and they're not even feeling good.

And they don't even know if those feelings are theirs, if the thoughts are theirs, or if it's something they've picked up from another person they were intimate with.

Wow.

Because, yeah, there's people that have slept with hundreds

of people.

And they're carrying hundreds of blocks, karmas, negative karmas, and negative energies that all of those hundred people had.

Wow.

Yeah.

Yeah, that's scary.

They don't think about that when they're out there sleeping around.

Yeah.

So every time you are physically intimate with someone, think of it as if they have, they're carrying a black rock and you're basically grabbing their black rock and putting it on your own shoulders.

If you keep doing that with 100 people, after a while, you're going to be buried under 100 different black rocks.

I could see it.

My friend got some Reiki healing done and he's in the adult industry so he slept with a lot of women but um there was eight souls that came up wow those eight souls were eight deceased people that he slept with in the past wow isn't that crazy so the energy stays with us

even when they pass like it it just latches onto your body correct it's so crazy i got some reiki healing done last week How was it?

It was cool.

Have you ever tried it?

I've never done Reiki.

Really?

Yes.

I loved it.

Yeah.

I was really sore after.

He didn't even touch me anywhere.

And I was sore.

Oh, wow.

That's how I knew it worked.

Wow.

That's incredible.

That's incredible.

Well, here's the thing.

It sounds like you have a lovely woman that you've been with for seven years.

So it's kind of like your duty or your responsibility to cleanse your energetic aura because whatever you're carrying, you're also transferring it to her.

Absolutely.

Transferring to her, transferring to the kids.

If we have kids one day,

so I'm very health conscious physically and spiritually.

Love that.

We need more men like

Well, a lot of men focus on the physical, right?

Like being physically healthy, working out and stuff, but they neglect the spiritual side.

Yes.

And some even think you're crazy for talking about it.

Well,

let's say, um,

I agree.

I still do come across people who think I'm like woo-boo to be talking about the spiritual world.

But here's the thing: I feel like the new earth, in the new earth, we have no choice but to transcend to the spiritual realm.

Because otherwise, the

material world is becoming so dense and so stressful starting from the pandemic that it's almost unbearable to not

understand the world of spirituality and to understand that we are in the world, but not like of the world.

And yeah, so I think that's why this podcast is so valuable because we want for all the people out there who think that we are out of our minds to talk about spirituality to just become a little more curious, to look deeper into it, and to learn about it scientifically.

We have

credible

scientists like Dr.

Deepak

Chopra, Dr.

Joe Dispenza.

And then if you look into their works, it's all about quantum physics and proving that spirituality and energy, they do exist.

Right.

Yeah, it's becoming more accepted now.

Yeah, it was definitely woo-woo growing up to even I remember talking about astral projection in high school and I would get bullied.

Oh my, how did you know about astral projection in high school?

I just stumbled across it and I was on the track and field team when we were on a run.

I told everyone about it.

They all laughed at me, you know?

Wow.

Were your parents spiritual?

No, I didn't even tell them.

I was ashamed to tell them.

And then you just stumbled upon like some what?

It was a YouTube video about it.

It might have been a Joe Rogan episode or something because a lot of people speak the truth on Joe Rogan.

But yeah, it was so frowned upon back then.

Wow, because for me, I'm Persian and the Persian culture and the Indian culture and Turkish culture, which my heritage is also Turkish.

We grew up with energy.

My both great-great-grandfathers were medical doctors, but they were in fact energy healers.

They had to get their medical degree just so people would take them seriously, but they were energy healers.

So when I was growing up understanding gemstones and the energy of gemstones and healing and the power of energy so when I moved to America I was surprised that the Western world is not open

to the topic of quantum energy they're the total opposite yes and I cut myself off of it for a decade because it was hard for me to embrace my heritage, my background, because think about it.

I moved to

like

some, like maybe five, six years after 9-11 happened.

I don't remember how many years after, but it was after 9-11.

And being from Iran or those countries, we were almost like we were

being treated as we were all criminals.

I remember being ashamed of my passport.

I remember like going through security checks at different airports and I was just shaking because every single security point I had to walk through, I would be pulled to the side and I would have to wait for hours and hours for an extra layer of like security check.

Right.

So just because I was born in a country, there was this preconceived notion that I'm the baddie.

And when I first moved to America, I didn't want to be the baddie anymore.

I wanted to walk into every room and just be treated as who I am

without

where I'm from, what my country represents, what the government in my country represents.

Like, why do I have to carry that baggage, right?

So I cut myself off of my roots,

which was

the field of energy, which was the world of spirituality, which was the East, the beautiful Eastern world, the ancient Persian civilization and Indian civilization and Turkish civilization.

And those were the 10 years where I was the maxim girl and I was like,

I was just any girl.

And I realized that by

not, by wanting to cut myself off my roots, I just became any and every girl.

I was no longer me.

And then after 10 years, I realized that it's okay to carry a baggage that belongs to me versus no baggage, but not belonging to anywhere.

Wow.

What a story.

Yeah, it's cool to see the mindset of yourself because you see these cover girls and you don't know what they're going through, right?

Yeah.

A lot of them are fighting some insecurities and trauma growing up.

Yeah.

And wow, it's really impressive what you've been through.

For real.

Yeah, I gravitate towards the Eastern medicine stuff, the holistic stuff.

I try not to take pills.

I was on Xanax for a little bit, had a near-death experience with withdrawal, had a seizure.

So I try to heal as naturally as possible these days.

Wonderful.

I love that.

Yeah.

Good.

I mean, mean, Western medicine is great for like if you need a surgery or got in a car accident, but not for preventing disease and all that.

Well, the body has the power to heal itself if we don't overburden it.

If we allow the body to do its job, it has the power to heal itself.

It doesn't have to get sick at all.

We were not meant to get sick.

As the great Dolores Cannon, who is a pioneer in the field of quantum physics, she always says, we are not supposed to get sick.

We make ourselves sick because the mind has the power over

the body.

And there are thoughts in our subconscious that make us sick.

And I am living proof of that.

For those 10 years that I was cut off my roots, I was suffering from a severe immune system disorder where my immune system was inactive, meaning that if I were to catch any cold or any bacteria, it would not, my immune system wouldn't protect me and I would be sick for months on antibiotics, on different injections, immunoglobulin injections.

So I spent 10 years of my life dealing with that issue, right?

From one doctor to another and there were these injections that I had to take every two weeks.

And when I met Dr.

Deepak Chopra and I and he started talking about mind over body and then reading about how we're not supposed to get sick,

I decided to go to India and study at an ashram and really

immerse myself into the world of meditation, which I was not

into at all.

So

I went to the ashram and

we started mantra chanting and mantra chanting, the way it works is raises your energy frequency.

And when

you raise your energy frequency to a level where there is only health, all the dis-eases they go away wow and the mantra chanting that was being done by all the monks at the ashram raised my energy frequency to a level that I had a full out-of-body experience I was able to tap into my subconscious mind and I I don't know if I say I felt it I heard it I saw that in my subconscious mind I am saying to myself that I can't protect myself

and therefore my immune system is listening to that thought in my subconscious mind, and my immune system is not protecting me because the body has no choice but to obey the mind.

And

when you can tap, when you tap into your subconscious, you also have the ability to rewire your subconscious.

So, right there, and then I'm like, oh my god, so this was it?

No, no, no, no, I'm totally capable of protecting myself.

And in that very moment, I knew my immune system was healed.

Wow.

Once the ritual was done, which was now two years ago, so

I stopped all medications.

I have not been sick once, totally healthy.

I have my blood test results that it shows the before and after, and the immune system component that wasn't active before is now fully active.

Beautiful.

Yes.

All from mantra chanting.

Off of mantra chanting.

Yeah, the power of sound and vibration.

Correct.

It's all about your frequency.

We're all frequencies.

So if we are sick, it means we are vibrating at the frequency of a disease.

If we are unhappy, it means that we are vibrating at the frequency of unhappiness.

So by raising our energy frequency,

we have the power to heal and cure everything.

And mantra chanting in India for me,

And that's not something I was familiar with or even comfortable with, right?

So when I remember when all the monks started mantra chanting,

I was just looking around and I'm like, how did I end up here?

But Dr.

Deepak Chopra has hooked me up with this incredible scientist, PhD, who was explaining what was happening to me scientifically.

And he said, they are raising the quantum energy of the location.

So because you are in this location, your energy will be raised because location has energy.

Have you ever noticed sometimes you walk into a room and you just don't feel good?

Yeah.

And it's just a beautiful room or a beautiful house, but you just don't feel good.

It's because the energy of the location is not good.

Or the frequency of the location is good.

Yeah, I never thought of it like that, but you're right, though.

When I walk into like a powerful church, it feels different.

Yes.

Yeah, that's so cool.

That's why energy has to be protected.

Like when I went to this ashram, I remember going through one tunnel after another.

And

the priest was just unlocking one door after another.

And I'm like, what?

Where are we going?

And they're like, we're protecting the energy.

And once once i stepped into the place i understood it because i stepped in and i felt the lightest i've ever felt in my whole life um

and the same thing applies to people sometimes you meet someone and they're lovely and they're nice but you feel their heaviness right um

and

When I was at the ashram and I understood the importance of maintaining the energy frequency of a location and being protective of your living space, your office space, or wherever it is, making sure the energy frequency of the place, you keep it high, then I understood how important it is for me to keep the energy frequency of my body high by protecting my body.

And if I'm allowing anyone's energy close to me or into my aura, I have to make sure that they're vibrating at the same level as I'm vibrating, which goes back to

people who are okay with casual hookups.

While I'm not here to give any advice, I would like to raise awareness that getting close to people and getting intimate with people is not just about physical pleasure.

It's about combining energies.

So pick who you want to combine energies with.

Great advice.

Well said.

What are some other ways to protect your energy and your environment as well?

I do mantra chanting.

And I do daily meditations.

I work with fantastic energy healers to cleanse my aura.

I am in the PR industry, right?

So I meet many, many people every day.

A lot of stress, right?

Sometimes I come home and I feel

a certain heaviness or a certain thought that I know it's not mine.

And then I know immediately, oh, I picked it up from somebody else.

This was their thought.

This was their emotion.

And then I just like how you shower at the end of every day.

You have to do the same thing with your energy.

Energy hygiene is very important.

Like you wake up in the morning, you go out, you get pollution, you get dust and you get dirty and you have to wash yourself.

Same thing applies to the energy.

So every night when I take a shower, I imagine a white light coming all the way from my crown chakra, all the way down to my root chakra and cleansing my aura and giving all the

heavy energies, negative energies, whether they're mine or somebody else's, to up above the creator and down to the earth.

I love that.

Yeah, people don't think about energy cleansing.

Yeah, it's very important.

Very important.

Energy hygiene.

Yeah, I can, having done 1,200 interviews now, I could pick up on people's feels now, I think.

So you have to do energy like cleanse every night.

Yeah, because I'm meeting a lot of people.

Yeah, energy hygiene is more important than physical hygiene.

Really?

Yes, absolutely.

Because your energy, so basically the way it works, we have four bodies, the spiritual body, the mental body, the emotional body, and the physical body.

Right.

And it goes from the spiritual body down to the physical body.

So your spiritual body is what dictates to your mental body.

Your mental body dictates to your emotional body and your emotional body dictates your physical body.

So you got to cleanse the spiritual body so everything else is cleansed.

Wow.

So that's like the top of the funnel.

Correct.

Interesting.

Yeah, I think mental is tied to physical for sure.

Yes.

Yeah, I think what you said earlier about manifesting disease, I think it starts in the mind.

Yes.

I've seen it so many times.

It happened with me.

I used to get sick every month, similar to you.

And my spiritual health wasn't good at the time.

Correct.

And there must have been a subconscious belief that was not allowing you to vibrate at a high frequency.

And you were matching the frequency of disease, which is in fact this ease, meaning that's something that is taking away your ease.

Yep.

And now I have been sick in two years.

Wow.

Stop listening to binaural beats.

Wow.

Amazing.

Amazing.

I stopped listening to hip-hop and rap.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I'm very...

Very aware of what I listen to these days because there's frequencies in a lot of music.

Absolutely.

And the power of words.

Words have energy.

When you listen to a song, the lyrics, what lyrics are you listening to?

Whatever it is that you're listening to, whatever gets into your ear becomes your reality.

Yep.

So.

Yeah, be very careful.

That's why even television and Netflix and stuff, I'm kind of picky with that.

We got to be careful what we listen to.

We become what we listen to.

Absolutely.

Are you still modeling?

Yes, I am, but it comes from a different place.

This time is not about my self-worth.

In the past, I was modeling to feel good enough about myself because I had this

understanding that if I'm being picked as a model, it means I'm beautiful.

And if they like me, it means I'm attractive.

Now it comes from if I believe in a product and I would like to raise awareness about it and I like the energy behind it, I would love to share that message.

Now it comes to my purpose because my purpose is all about my throat chakra.

It's speaking.

I am a microphone

for the messages coming from above and I have to be very protective of that because if I don't do my job right and if I use this microphone for anything that is not for my highest good, it will take away my happiness.

So right now, if I model and when I model, it's not because I need to get anyone's approval.

It's because I want to use my microphone to raise awareness about something I believe in.

That's a unique spot to be in as a model.

I feel like most of them do it for that physical nature, right?

But I hope that changes soon.

I hope no girl ever models to get validation from the outside.

I hope no girl would want to be a model because she is suffering from lack of self-worth.

I hope every girl who is a model is doing it because they would like to raise awareness about what they believe in.

Not because they need somebody else's approval on their beauty or the fact that they look great.

A lot of girls measure their value on that, though, right?

Their physical beauty.

Yes.

So we need to change that narrative.

Yes.

Yes.

In general, us women as a collective psyche, we

inherited

this, the lack of self-worth issue that we're all dealing with in different levels.

And my mission is to help change that narrative.

I've personally been through it.

I know how it feels.

And it's been a long journey for me to find my self-worth.

And I know the before and after.

I love it.

The same way that I saw the before and after on my blood test results for my immune system, I know the before and after of having self-worth versus not having self-worth.

So yeah, I'd like to change that.

That's my mission.

Yeah, it's a great feeling just being authentic, right?

Going to bed at night knowing you're yourself, you know, putting on a show.

Yeah.

Yes.

And I'm still, it's so interesting.

Still at times I have to remind myself, am I being authentic?

Or am I putting on a mask?

And most of the times I have to stop myself from wanting to put the mask on.

I'm just so conditioned to have the mask that I have to actively just pull it off.

As soon as I'm about to put it on, I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, we're not going with the mask.

It doesn't feel good.

Yeah.

I can relate to that too.

Yeah.

I feel for these women, man, they're getting physical procedures done because they're insecure.

Yeah.

Right.

And they're spending tons of money.

Yes.

And it's like never ending once you start getting one, you get more.

Yes.

I I like the natural beauty.

I'm, well, the more I'm talking to men and I'm interviewing men, I'm understanding that men actually do like natural beauty.

But somehow women are under this false impression that we need to mess with ourselves to get the male attention and to make sure we're loved and to make sure we...

look beautiful.

And, you know, again, even this, deep down, it stems from the fact that we don't feel beautiful deep inside.

We don't like what we see in the mirror.

I spoke to over 8,000 women and I asked them, what is the first thing they think about when they look in the mirror?

And they all said, it's either about an acne, like acne or a mole or a wrinkle or, oh my God, I'm losing hair.

Look at my eyelid.

I have not heard one single woman say, wow, when I look in the mirror, I say, look at how beautiful I am.

Look at how stunning I am.

Like I'm glowing.

Not even one woman.

So basically, from the time we open our eyes, we bully ourselves.

We use the mirror to bully ourselves and to tell ourselves how much work we need to do to look good enough.

Yeah.

But that good enough is never good enough if it doesn't come from within.

Wow.

I didn't know that about women.

That's interesting.

That's probably why the beauty industry does so well.

Yes.

I mean, it's one of the most profitable industries.

For us women,

for us women, mirrors are our biggest bully.

So we use the mirror to bully ourselves.

Yeah.

I'm not a woman, obviously, but I hated looking in the mirror growing up.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I thought I was hideous.

Wow.

Yeah.

So I think it's with guys, too.

Wow.

Okay.

Interesting.

So we're all suffering from the same disease.

Yeah.

I think because of like social media and like comparing yourself to celebrities and movies and stuff, you want to look better.

Or I think perhaps this is the human condition that we've all come to the earth with to learn and graduate from.

Because to me, earth is a school.

It's earth school.

Actually, it's earth university, to be honest.

And we are here to learn certain lessons and pass them and go to the next level.

So it's exactly like every lesson you have to learn at university.

If you don't pass the first time, you have to take it again and again and again and over and over until you pass it.

And some people, they leave this earth, they die without being able to pass their tests.

And then they have to come back in another form and go through the same thing again.

So every obstacle we come across in this life is a lesson.

And if we understand what the lesson is, and the sooner we can pass the lesson, the sooner we can feel free and in bliss.

And I think one of the things that I'm understanding, I'm still, I'm creating a focus group about this issue on how, like, if there are, if there's anyone out there in this world who looks at herself or himself in the the mirror and admires like themselves i haven't come across anybody yet um but it sounds like this is a universal lesson for all of us wow so we all are in this together and we should help each other pass this lesson so we end the suffering yeah there's more than just physical appearance right oh yes yeah i'm i'm sapiosexual actually Oh, wow, interesting.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So being like you're attracted to people who are very intelligent and smart, yes.

And that's just not on a dating level.

It's overall like with friends and stuff too.

Yes.

I need to be able to have high-level conversations with you or else I go crazy.

So what do you do when you go crazy?

I just distance myself.

If I feel like it's not a productive conversation, I won't really engage, you know.

But just something to point out here.

Sometimes, sometimes.

Your lessons are in dealing with those people who can't have an intelligent conversation with you.

Sometimes your lesson is in dealing with someone who is driving you crazy.

And by learning how to not drive yourself crazy, you will free yourself of a lot of other sufferings you're dealing with.

I could see that.

So always keep the door open.

If someone's coming your way and they're driving you crazy, just understand that, okay, why is the universe sending me this person?

What is the universe trying to tell me?

Because the universe is constantly communicating with us.

Through every person we meet, through every place we go, the universe is trying to say something to us.

And if something is triggering us, the universe is trying to bring our attention to the matter and say, hey, you need to deal with this.

Because

the universe whispers at first when it's trying to communicate something with us.

If we don't listen, it has to shake us up a little harder.

If we don't listen, it has to go even harder, knock harder, knock harder.

Until sometimes if we keep not listening, it has to shake us up to our core.

So it's in our best interest to listen at the first whisper.

And what is that whisper?

That whisper is the trigger.

When you feel triggered by something, the universe is whispering something.

So rather than suppressing it by distancing yourself, go deeper into it.

Thank you for that advice.

Think to yourself, what is it that is triggering me?

Why am I being triggered about not being able to have a deep conversation with this person?

What is it there that I need to work on?

Yeah, there's probably something there.

Yeah, like you said, though, some people, it takes a near-death experience before they realize what the universe is trying to tell them.

Yes.

You know, and then they start changing things.

Yes.

But I'd like to get to that before.

But I see that with a lot of people.

I've had on a lot of people that have had near-death experiences and then they'll turn their life around.

Yes.

Or like a death in the family or something.

Correct.

Yeah.

What are you working on next?

Well, at the moment, my most exciting project is Mind Valley, a platform.

It's the largest personal development platform globally.

And it's all about creating courses to help humanity.

And I'm very proud to be a part of this project and to help humanity.

And we are hosting an event in Dubai, January 10th to 12th called Future Human.

Future Human Dubai, which is going to be all about understanding AI, understanding how to be a conscious parent, how to be a conscious lover, how to be a conscious entrepreneur.

And it's all about elevating human consciousness, but as a festival, so we are celebrating the fact that we are, that humanity is elevating its consciousness level.

And I'm very excited about it.

So I'm working on that.

And I'm working on another platform called Raise Your Frequency, which is based on my personal experience in India.

And yeah, my hands are full at the moment.

And I'm very grateful.

And I hope that

I can stay true to my authentic self as much as I can and

like serve the highest purpose that I have come to this earth to serve and make other people happy.

I love it.

That's so beautiful.

We'll link everything below in the description so people can check it out.

Perfect.

Thanks for coming on.

Thank you so much.

So lovely to meet you.

Yeah, to meet you.

See you guys next time.
