Yeah, man.
You know, it's almost insane because, like, I did everything to chase my dreams.
You know, talking about ridiculous amounts of work.
I worked even at one point for Grant Cardone.
I mean, the amount of skills that I put in, the amount of work that I put in to get where I am is insane.
So what?
We work and then we work and then we work and then work for what?

Ladies and gentlemen, all the way from Seattle, we got Isaac Global here today.
How's it going?
Dude, doing f ⁇ ing amazing.
Winning.
What's going on?
Dude, not much.
We just met, but I love your energy, man.
Yo, right back at you, man.
Solid for sure.
Yeah, dude.
We were just talking about both of us are sober right now.
So was that a big part of your life back in the day?
Oh, bro.
Drinking was the biggest f ⁇ ing thing of my life.
Yeah.
You know, first of all, like growing up in a pretty hostile home, home, you know, that's all you would see.
Dad drinking, mom drinking.
Mom's amazing, but dad's f for sure.
You know?
Got to dive into that.
Woo!
That's a deep one, man.
That's a deep one.
Damn.
So you kind of saw that as a kid and became, were you like an alcoholic or was it just more casual?
I think everybody's a bit of a f ⁇ ing alcoholic.
Because, I mean, ask anybody right now to stop drinking for a month.
You see what happens.
Right, right.
Yeah, yeah.
November, sober November.
No, you can't f ⁇ ing do two weeks, bro.
Everybody's a bit of a f ⁇ ing alcoholic.
That's the truth.
Yeah.
And I realized that, like, when I actually wanted to try it, I kept kept failing.
One day, two days, weekends, hot girl texts you.
Well, friends, hey, it's a game.
I threw a shot.
Why can't I say no?
Yeah.
It's insane.
It's like she's so deeply
hypnotized by media that it's important to do this thing.
It's almost impossible to run away.
Yeah.
You don't even realize it.
That was me with
for a while, too.
Don't even get me started, man.
Oh, man.
So when did you finally get out of that stuff?
I mean, there was a moment sometime last year, around October, and I got really deep in like the party life.
Right.
I had made a substantial amount of money.
You know, what do they sell you online?
They say the girls, the boats, the cars, the party.
Yeah.
That's all you fing work for, right?
That's all you fing work for.
And I got to that.
But there was never a no.
And around October, I looked around.
I'm surrounded by a bunch of people.
And I'm like, they're all fing fake.
And at that moment, I exploded, man.
I paid the bill for the bottles.
It was like seven, eight grand.
I went home and I made a decision.
Would have to change.
And that's what happened, man.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah, because you said you had everything, but you felt miserable.
Yeah, man.
You know, it's almost insane.
Because, like, I did everything to chase my dreams.
Right.
So I left my home,
left my daughter, which is in Florida.
You know, talking about ridiculous amounts of work.
I worked even at one point for Grant Cardone.
Wow.
Right.
I was the sales manager.
I mean, the amount of skills that I put in, the amount of work that I put in to get where I am is insane.
Yeah.
I mean, my girlfriend sees it right now.
It's all I do is work.
So what?
We work and then we work and then we work and then work for what?
To be surrounded by a bunch of
not like real s.
That's true, man.
And then for what?
And then, so you you drop the like the devils of poverty.
You drop the devils of self-doubt.
You drop the devils of, you know, uh n not having abundance, scarcity.
And you replace them with addiction,
addiction, uh, stimulation addiction it doesn't stop it's like you don't win yeah it's like putting a band-aid on right yeah it doesn't actually fix the problem absolutely um so you mentioned you left your kid yeah what was that like it was rough man put it like this i got i got divorced at 23 24.
oh so you're married young yeah absolutely Absolutely, man.
Got divorced around 24, 25.
She's like, leave the f ⁇ ing house.
And I had no money.
So imagine like going from a house, a kid, the dog, the whole thing to living in a hostel.
I'm driving a Chrysler Sebring, Walmart seat covers, little hole inside.
I got no money.
So I start calling everybody.
I need a house.
I need a place to stay.
I need a place to stay.
I end up getting a favor from a friend that had a hostel.
So imagine going from a house to the love, the warmth, and all to living in a hostel.
Wow.
I got Christy having sex on top.
I got Jeremy
doing
on the left.
And I'm right here with my suit and writing my goals.
I'm going to get out of this.
You know how much anger I had?
I felt like a f ⁇ ing loser.
but there was one thing in my head: is that I use anger always to my benefit, I don't use it to destroy me.
I'm like, I'm gonna get the out of here no matter what.
Right,
it happened to be, I had an opportunity in Hawaii, Hawaii, yeah.
You ever seen the Wolf of Wall Street?
Yeah, same
classic, bro.
Dude, same.
I had a friend hit me up.
We were sitting on the balcony.
He goes, How much you making?
I'm like, to be honest, I haven't eaten a week.
Dude, at that point, I was eating ketchup packets.
Oh, God.
Have you ever eaten a ketchup packet?
I actually have as a kid.
No.
Yeah, from Burger King.
That's what I did.
You just eat those shit, man.
Yeah, for fun?
Yeah, for fun.
Okay, no, I did it for like preservation.
Yeah, that's different.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like, that shit is rough.
So
he hits me up.
He goes, you're hungry.
I see your sale.
I've never been lazy in my life.
He goes, what if I told you you could sell a product and get 30% commission?
It was like a beauty product.
Like, 30% commission.
Just like Wolf of Wall Street.
You're telling me,
you show me your paycheck.
I quit my job right right now.
Same thing.
Like 30% commission?
He was at 30% commission.
You're like, you tell me if I sell 10 grand, you'll give me three.
He said, if you sell 10 grand, I'll make you the manager.
Bro, I sold 30.
Damn.
And how long?
Right away.
Damn.
Right away.
I didn't even know anything about the park.
All I knew is I was hungry.
I had skills.
I had hunger.
And now I had a product that could actually pay me.
Dog, I sold everybody and everything.
Wow.
At one point, I'm going to sold the fing table.
I'm like, you want to buy the table?
It's special.
And I'm talking about overnight, man.
We went from Burger King, eating the f ⁇ ing ketchup packets, sleeping on
a bunk bed.
Hey, here's a ticket to Hawaii.
I'm going to make you manager of all my salons, percentages.
Boom.
Overnight.
That's impressive.
So the customers were coming to you.
Yep.
And you were selling in person.
Yep.
So how did you develop those sales skills?
My whole life.
My whole life.
So I understood at a very young age that I didn't want to be a doctor.
I didn't want to be a lawyer.
I actually went to college.
I almost had a full ride.
Wow.
Yeah.
I asked
the teacher like, how much you make?
He said $74,000.
I I said, I quit.
And that was it.
That was it.
I mean, no way that's going to teach me about life.
I don't want this life.
I knew the only thing I had is my balls, my word, and the ability to talk.
So I invested a lot of time and a lot of training and every penny I had into sales trading.
Yeah.
Actually, at one point, I had $1,070 in my pocket.
And I hired a sales coach for $1,000.
Jeez.
Yeah.
So that means every day of that month, I was surviving on $2
a day,
three $4 I skipped meals But I understood if I knew how to sell I would never be in that situation again.
That's crazy.
Would you say a big part of your success is your risk tolerance?
I got big balls
Dude, I don't mind losing.
I'll tell you what because Sean, let's be real.
What's the worst thing that's gonna happen?
And I tell myself that all the time.
I'm gonna go back to a bunk bed.
I'm cool with that, baby.
I'll go back to a bunk bed.
Even right now.
Bro, right now, I just built a company that was making four and a half million.
Basically, in the last seven months, I transitioned over everything into Wolfpack.
Wow.
Are you interested in coming on the Digital Social Hour podcast as a guest?
Well, click the application link below in the description of this video.
We are always looking for cool stories, cool entrepreneurs to talk to about business and life.
Click the application link below, and here's the episode, guys.
Burning cash like crazy.
I mean, if the business that I had, anybody that would have it would just hang out.
Yeah, what was that business?
Construction.
Wow.
So anybody that would have my business would sit back, have some kids, get the picket fence, the poodle, and they'd be good.
I want more and I'm willing to put it all on the line every fing time because I'm not afraid.
I feel that.
What's the worst?
Some ketchup?
Let's dive into Wolfpack Elites.
What's that about?
Basically, it's everything that I learned over the last decade.
And I give it to people.
So I've had many change, many changes in my life, right?
From broke to money, to money to being lost in the sauce, right?
And then just putting that all together and then helping people do the same.
So, actually, most of my customers today, they're top performers.
So, I have producers, DJs,
CEOs.
They all got lost at one point.
There is a certain high of going from broke to money.
It's a high, bro.
It is.
You know, right, you're super successful right now.
Yeah.
Remember when nobody knew you?
Oh, yeah.
That high
of the hustle every day doing podcasts and you get one like, that's a high, homie.
Yeah, yeah.
That's only you and I can know.
The nine to five can't understand that.
The sheep, they don't understand this.
The high of wolves, we like the hunt.
But when you get it, what's next?
Right.
So yeah, okay, you're going to go from 400K to 500k, 500k to a million, a million.
It's all the same.
Your favorite car costs six grand.
Your best apartment costs 15 grand a month at most.
And at that price, you can buy any girl you want.
Yeah.
So what do you get?
What's next?
Most people get lost in party.
They get lost in dr ⁇ s.
They get lost in fake friends,
fake handshakes.
My job is to take you out of that
and get you another high, another purpose, another reason to
live.
Once I, it's called the law of subtraction.
You ever heard of it?
Law of subtraction?
Yeah.
Is that like minimizing everything?
Basically, the way to success is to remove, not add.
Right.
So basically, you're kicking your business, you're kicking your life, you're kicking in everything.
But then you start adding a bunch of of
adding friends, adding habits, adding a bunch of weird that you never did on the way to the rise.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
My job's to remove all that shit, get you back to the barren bones.
Kind of like if I put you in prison, back in like the Navy SEALs in the Sahara, nothing left, just you.
And I take all your extra energy, boom, we put it towards a real purpose.
I love that, dude, because there's a lot of people in that situation where they make some money, they sell a company,
and now what?
Now what?
Party?
That's not the answer.
Right.
Which, look,
we deserve it a little bit.
Right.
We made it.
But it gets very dark.
People get carried away.
People get carried away.
You start loving people that don't love you back.
Yeah.
And it's fast, man.
What's that second purpose you're helping them find usually?
What does that entail?
Because it's not money-related.
No.
Everybody's really f ⁇ ing different, man.
Yeah.
Some guys, it's like, dude, I want to find the love of my life.
I'm like, good, then you can't be a f ⁇ ing bunch of hoes.
It's not possible, man you know and then some people it's I want to be you know with family some people it's hey I want to grow some people it's actually growing the business to that next level they're stuck at 500k to a million I want more well dude let's do more yeah you ain't gonna find that client at the club trust me homie it ain't there yeah people always ask why I don't go to clubs and they say the networking's good but what's been your experience with that
dude I love when you try to talk to me and tell me that you can find networking at clubs I've been at the biggest bottles
My birthday, I think we spent in total like $84,000.
Damn.
In the f ⁇ ing party.
There is no networking at the club.
There is cokeheads and cheap hoes with a lot of miles.
That's it.
You want to f ⁇ ing network.
You go to places to network.
You go chill out at the most expensive restaurants.
You can network there.
You go to the golf course.
You can network there.
You pay people.
I've paid people 20K just to become their friends.
Damn.
That way I get invited to their house.
Bro, I don't care if you're
Muslim, you're Jewish, whatever.
Go pay for like a super expensive charity dinner to the opposite religion, but you know, there's one there that you need to meet.
That's called networking.
Buy a supercar and now you're invited to the clubs.
I just bought my first car literally two days ago.
Hell yeah.
And I held back so long because I was never big on cars, to be honest.
But then I saw the networking, all the car meets, all the opportunities my friends were getting from just having a car.
It's like having a watch.
Fact.
And I was like, dude, it's a business write-off.
It's over 6,000 pounds.
This is such a win-win.
Why don't I do it?
100%,
man.
And that money that you spend, most people spend at a club.
Yeah.
I know at a club, you spend four or five grand a weekend.
Easy.
A little table?
Easy.
A Lambo costs five, six grand.
Yeah.
So what the f?
Yeah, for sure.
Getting that car was a good move.
Hell yeah.
Congratulations.
G-Wagon.
Woo!
My man.
Let's go.
How many cars you got?
Just two, man.
I feel like you don't need more than people get crazy.
You know, Wes Wes Watson?
Wes, he's my coach.
He has like,
yeah, he's a solid dude, but he goes wild with those cars.
So, so I just bought a GT43.
It's an AMG.
Nice.
And I'm looking at the Ferrari now.
He's like, Isaac, you got to get more cars.
I said, why?
He goes, because if you only got one or two, you actually got to take care of it.
I said, that's hilarious.
That's some next-level thinking right there.
That's nothing.
I paid 15 grand to go to his mastermind.
People are like, oh, you paid 15 grand for a day and a half?
I'm like, bro, I got exposed to information, to people, a lifestyle I never thought would be possible.
It's worth it.
Now my mind, it's called the law of exposure.
Once you're exposed to something, you can't unexpose yourself.
Easy.
Dude, investing in masterminds and coaching, best ROI ever for me as well.
100%.
It's look, stock up and down.
Real estate, so slow, gradual movement.
Yourself, perpetual.
Yeah.
Compounding effect.
It's insane.
It's insane because it's easy to get comfortable.
It's so easy.
You know what I mean?
If you're not around people doing better than you, you can just stay there your whole life yeah and you'll still think you're the big dog yeah every single time easily especially when i was in jersey no one was doing out there yep is there a good scene in uh seattle entrepreneur scene seattle's the same thing it's uh there's a very select few people and we all pretty much hang out i feel that yep i gotta get out there man what made you move out there construction oh it's big out there yep damn same thing man i built this uh the beauty company in hawaii right before everything shut down and i had a name in the industry i don't know how hey you're isaac yep i heard you can build incredible people yep why don't you fly out to seattle train my company i'll pay you anything done wow that's why i'm always big on like one of the things on the wolf pack is keep your word
your word is everything it is everything you start people you start lying start doing behind their back you will never have random opportunities You need to keep your word.
It's the most important thing in life, especially as a man.
Yeah, karma, right?
Karma.
Energy.
Are you big on energies?
Huge on energy yeah same raising your frequency dude i'll do burpees in the whole day just to raise my frequency absolutely yeah
i'm all about raising frequencies man dude that's why i'll watch like tv i stopped music tv dude we were just i was just talking about this with my girlfriend like we'll listen to like the lyrics first make sure that it's solid and then we'll listen to it yeah no i won't even listen to like rapper hip-hop anymore i'm i'm about to get there because it's too much like sex and
you this and yeah i'm like my life is so good i don't need that in my head you don't know what it's doing to your subconscious it's really like impacting me man because then i like when i watch certain stuff i'll dream about it right and i'm like wow this is right in my brain right now big fact for sure dude you know it's tv same thing like i'll watch a good movie maybe
but second i do if it there's too much killing there's too much screaming the next day is a little
for sure why do i need that yeah no i'm super selective with what i watch these days it's really just podcasts audiobooks and you feel better right feel amazing dude right that's what it's about again law of subtraction.
Yeah.
I have every one of my one-on-one clients, or even like the general group clients, the first thing they do is do an audit.
I have them audit all their friends.
Who's good and who's an enemy?
Wow.
Have you ever looked up the word friend?
No.
So, friend originally Latin comes from the word love, which is important.
But friend basically has two main factors in Webster's dictionary.
I look up all the words.
One of them is a person that supports.
And the second definition is one that doesn't bring you down.
Wow.
So, like,
I have all my clients look around and say, hey, based on that definition, it was actually a friend.
Usually, Sean, they walk out with like two friends.
Damn.
They have to exit everybody out.
Two friends.
Well, to be honest, I only consider probably having two or three real friends in my life.
Yes, same man.
And that's that
I get to do real soon.
And it's just the more you level up, the more right?
You stop watching TV, stop doing this, stop doing that.
Who the f else is aligned?
Yeah, how many?
Very few, dude.
I mean, just look at it, man.
76% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.
42% are overweight.
That means the majority of the in your phone are fed.
Those numbers are way too high, man.
That's scary.
It is, man.
Man.
I wonder if it was like that when we were kids.
I feel like it's getting worse.
It is getting worse, man.
But it's good for guys like us.
Yeah.
I'm big on competition, man.
I'm big on, like half my family's viking right that's dope it is dope i'm big on like hey if you're gonna lose i'm gonna eat your plate no problem that's actually the saying of the wolf pack if you're not in the wolf pack you're on the menu yeah so eat what you eat what you man yeah that's why we're in america right people out here taking credit for for stuff they're not even you know they're not even yeah so how many people are you coaching in there right now we're we just crossed a hundred damn yeah that's impressive hell yeah man in a little less than uh eight months that's really cool is it like a mastermind or is it a we have masterminds
We have our own app where we communicate, kind of like our own little Instagram.
Share photos, meetups, masterminds, weekly coaching calls.
My one-on-one clients, they're all on Voxer with me.
That means anything that happens during the day, they hit me up.
Isaac, my girlfriend got me mad.
What's up?
Isaac, I'm in with a client.
These are the figures.
Can you look over the contract?
Anything that happens, I'm up and down.
I'm sorry.
My girlfriend's pissing me off.
I'm with them 24-7.
Oh, so you're coaching them not just in business.
Yeah, no, business, mindset, discipline, character, fitness.
All my my ripped yeah they're all ripped so fitness is big for you huge man huge how many days a week seven seven yeah i don't this no days off yeah because those are my anchors right so i have five non-negotiables it's workout it's macros like counting your your macros it's reading with the intent to distribute it's staying sober it's working out wow so you're even advising other people to stay sober Yeah, dude, absolutely f ⁇ ing, man.
Especially if you're not where you want to be.
Why the f ⁇ are you drinking that?
That's something you don't see guys coaching at all.
I'm so adamant about it.
I had a motherfucking join.
He paid, he was like on the 10K program.
And he's like, well, you know, I don't know if maybe I can drink maybe once in a while.
I mean, how much you got in your bank account?
He tells me.
I'm like, so you got this much.
You fat as f ⁇ and drive a car.
Why the f you drinking exactly?
I'll be so blunt in that group.
It's crazy.
I say words that, you know, would usually get me banned.
You know.
That's funny, man.
i keep it real man we need more more real people yeah i'll tell you that right here or in your face no problem i think it's good to be honest yeah dude people don't like it but you know sometimes you just got to be brutally honest dude a participation trophy yeah that's all it is today it's sensitivity and and fluff and hugs and like i'm all about love i'm all about love and self-care and taking care of yourself and people you love but you're not gonna get better if i'm not blunt yeah i'm not yeah i think if the honesty is coming from a good place like you're trying to help these people yeah man they should
listen to it because you're coming from a good place.
I'm coming from a great place.
My dad was the opposite.
He was just beat our for no reason.
Just punch in that mouth just to show us he was dominant.
You know, I said, I'm going to do the opposite, man.
A man should be powerful.
100%.
You should have that power when you come in a room, right?
Yeah.
But it comes from a place of love.
Every fing time.
For sure.
Do you still talk to him or did you just cut him off?
Absolutely not, man.
Wow.
Yeah, no, no, I cut off it.
Bro, I'll cut cut off anybody that's not aligned with my purpose.
Damn.
That includes family.
It's not because we have the same blood, buddy.
Wow.
That I got to talk to you.
I got a purpose.
I'm put on this world for a reason.
It's either you're with me or you're on my menu.
That's it.
Yeah, that happened with my dad, dude.
He got physically beat up, too.
Really?
And he never forgave his dad his whole life.
Yeah, second you see your mom hiding in a closet.
It does something to you.
Yeah.
You know, it just taught me that as a man, I need to be the the protector and the provider all the time.
So what I would do is I would run away to the library and just read.
Right.
I would like, I'm like, I don't want to be like my dad.
So I got to find other role models.
So I got big into like John D.
Rockefeller, got big into Trump, got big into the Rothschilds.
I don't know why I just did.
And I just started consuming massive amounts of information.
Like, good, now I need to know what I need to do.
Then I got big into boxing and martial arts.
That way I can protect my mom and protect myself.
Nice.
That had to be the thing.
I'm like, I I have to protect my family.
Yeah.
But as you get older, your family becomes bigger.
It becomes the world and all your clients are the people you serve, you know?
Yeah.
Damn, that's crazy, man.
So you've always been interested in learning.
Yeah, that was my outlet.
That was my outlet.
I didn't have a rich dad.
Just give me money and say, hey, go travel to Europe for six months.
You know, we actually came from France originally.
My mom wanted us to have a good education.
So she was the lunch lady.
So I would be surrounded by a bunch of rich kids who were like, I had a kid one time tell me, Hey, Isaac, I can't be your friend because you're not rich.
Wow.
And in my head, I said, I'm a f you up one day.
I'll fing your girlfriend.
Yep, absolutely.
That guy's my.
Oh, man.
I got a big thing with revenge, man.
I think revenge is healthy.
Wow.
Let's dive into that because some people would argue the opposite.
Yeah.
Why do you think it's healthy?
I think it's healthy.
I think everybody should have an enemy.
100%.
I make everybody in the wolf pack find their enemy.
Wow.
Tell me there's something in this world that doesn't move you more than the m try to take you down.
Think about, I don't know, a family that says, hey, you couldn't do it.
Yeah.
That girl in school that said, hey, you were fat.
I can't date you.
You know, that bad breakup.
A boss that told you you'd never f ⁇ ing make it.
You got to find an enemy.
Whatever gets you emotional, whatever makes you kind of cringe.
For a while, it was my dad.
Now today I look at like industry leaders.
I visualize them.
I'm like, I'm going to take you down.
But you've got to find an enemy.
Now, as far as revenge, if somebody fucks you, you need to fuck them back.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
No, I agree, man, because when I was first starting out, I had a lot of haters, a lot of enemies.
Isn't that crazy?
And now it's not as many.
Now it's more love.
I need to find them.
Like, I really have to zone in and find them now.
But back then, they were just rampant.
It's out of nowhere, man.
Yeah.
Anytime you want to do something good.
Right.
There's like pushback, then there's hate, then there's acceptance, and then there's love every single time.
Yeah.
I'll agree though.
I know Dana White does it.
I know Dave Portnoy has like bottles of people and he writes down their names
whenever they
up, he opens a bottle and celebrates.
Yeah, so there's levels to it for sure.
Yeah, yeah, I got my little black book in my head, you know.
How many people?
Just six.
Okay.
Damn, talking you that so quick.
Yeah, I know.
I got them in my head, bro, and they will go down.
I don't know if it, that I'm actually going to take them down.
Yeah.
But maybe they'll just become my client.
And that'd be a flex, too.
I would be and I'm good with that, but I will beat you in every single way.
That's cool.
Yeah, what are your future plans right now?
What's getting you going these days?
More
just
more.
I can't.
So I took all last year to like remove my vices.
I wake up at 3 a.m.
every day.
Damn.
Yeah, seven days a week.
I don't.
When do you sleep?
Mm.
Depends.
Whenever I do.
But 10, 11 is usually like the main time.
So you only sleep in four or five hours?
Usually.
Is that enough?
Yeah.
Wow.
Bro, let me tell you something.
When my wife was pregnant, she looked at me.
She said, I'm pregnant.
At that point, I'm broke as f.
They forget broke, like super broke.
Yeah.
But I'm old school, so I don't accept money from my in-laws.
Okay.
By the way, if you're a man, you don't accept money from your in-laws.
You're a if you do.
People do that.
Oh my god.
Wait, so when you have a kid, people just send you money?
I didn't.
Yeah, you know, like in-laws support you, they try to help you out.
Okay, yeah, I wouldn't accept money.
That's that.
That's your house.
Yeah.
So I was super broke.
And within a matter of like hours, I made a decision.
I'm like, okay, her card will never decline.
That was my decision.
Simple.
I would work 18, 19 hour days between three jobs, driving Uber, whatever I could do.
It's a little bit of
whatever I could do.
So today when like I got to work and sleep in a beautiful apartment,
money in my bank account and a comfortable bed.
I got money in the refrigerator.
I'm not drinking ketchup.
I got abs.
Life is good.
I drive a sick car.
I do what the f ⁇ I want.
Yeah, no, I'm excited to get up.
And so when I hear talking about, hey, they sleep in, are you out of your mind?
I'm punching their jaw.
Are you sleeping in for what, homie?
Like, why are you sleeping in?
Your life sucks.
And even if it doesn't, it's not where you want to be.
Yeah.
I think everybody has an inner voice.
And you got to listen to that.
Well, let me let me punch back at that because inner voice, a lot of people have a negative inner voice.
Oh, that's deep.
You know what I mean?
That's deep.
So two things.
One, self-talk's important.
I literally tell myself I'm sexy like four times a day.
No problem.
I'll tell myself I'm the man a hundred times a day.
It's important.
Especially guys.
We don't have girlfriends to tell us we're special.
I don't know.
I've never had my friend tell.
Have you ever had your homie call you and tell you you're special?
Not my homie.
My girl, maybe, but years in, years in.
Yeah.
It's not like a day one thing.
Right, but your homies won't ever call you and say, Sean, you're special.
No.
That's kind of gay.
It's kind of gay.
Yeah.
So as guys, it's already tough.
So if we're not going to compliment ourselves, who?
You know, so it's important to do that.
Negative self-talk, you got to f ⁇ .
You got to check that.
I think you got two thoughts.
You got your first thought and you got your response to it.
That first negative self-talk,
it happens.
What you say right after, that's what's in your control.
Right.
Facts.
Yeah.
Some people will let it come and then they'll not respond to it.
Yeah.
Or like I'll walk into a room, man, I'm nervous.
And they're like, tough f ⁇ .
I'm making this room my bs.
Right.
Boom.
Bam.
Real quick.
Yeah, I like that.
Did you have confidence issues as a kid or was it always
this confident?
If I'm going to be vulnerable, I guess.
But I was always cocky
because I kind of had to.
In my home, I had to be so strong because my dad was so violent.
Right.
And I never wanted to give him the pleasure.
So I would see my mom hide.
I'd see my little brother hide.
And I'd
you hit me again.
Let's go.
Hit me again.
No problem.
Oh, you were fighting back?
Oh, yeah.
Wow.
And the stronger I got, then at one point I just took his down.
It was great.
You know, just a nice little parry.
Yeah.
But so at the beginning, I guess, yeah, I guess there was a confidence issue, but I would never show it.
I think anybody that doesn't keep their word, I think anybody that does not do things that are aligned with their purpose has confidence.
issues.
And if you don't believe me, just think of like a day where like you had a perfect morning.
You woke up, you did your meditation, you worked out, your f ⁇ ed a girlfriend, you ate some food, you closed the deal.
How do you feel by 12?
Amazing.
F ⁇ ing amazing.
Your confidence is up to f ⁇ ing wazoo.
Switch it around.
You woke up late.
You did some f ⁇ ing f ⁇ .
You lazy and then you f ⁇ ing.
You missed the deal.
How do you feel by 12?
Bad.
Exactly.
You're in complete control of your confidence.
Yeah.
By your actions.
By your f ⁇ ing actions.
I love that.
Hell yeah.
Isaac, it's been super fun, man.
Dude, I love your messaging.
Where can people find more about you and your programs?
Best is Instagram at IsaacP.
Global.
And of course, you can do the same thing.
All right.
Thanks for coming on, man.
Killed it.
My pleasure.
Yeah, let's get it.
Thanks for watching, guys.
As always, I'll see you tomorrow.
Yep.
