Thank you for the invitation. Absolutely.
Could you explain to the audience what an Arcturian ambassador is and what you do?

With great pleasure. So what I mean is that I represent one of the most ancient enlightened intergalactic civilizations known as the Arcturians.

And so I'm an E.T.

soul who has returned to the planet and I have chosen to embody a hybrid human form to represent the voice of the Arcturian, especially in a time of such profound planetary changes and the ascension timeline.

So I'm playing a role as an ambassadorial liaison between not only the Octurians but also other intergalactic groups.

I work in conjunction with many other interstellar councils such as the Andromedans, the High Council of Syrians, the Pleiadians, working also with those from the Venusian and Taurus and others.

So I'm also a liaison for the Galactic Federation of World Alliances, and especially the council that is responsible to monitor the progress, the changes on the planet and in the solar system.

So we're here really much on behalf of the spiritual hierarchy monitored by the masters of light and they're the ones who've been monitoring the solar system progress and the the earth and everything that enters into the solar system.

So I chose to be an ambassador. I have done that multiple of times but the time is where the earth is right now.

We felt it was very important to have a direct voice and boots on the ground has much more influence than remaining into my original octarian self.

And this is partially just a quick summary of the purpose of being here as a point of liaison known as as an ambassador. Wow.
So these ambassadors have been around throughout history.

Indeed, indeed.

If you look at the earth history even in the time of when Atlantis or the first cycle of Atlantis came through, I remember that I was there as well as a point of liaison with other delegates in the form again as an Octarian.

This is who I am. This is how I choose to serve source consciousness in this lifetime.

But this time instead of retaining my original ET form,

which we could have still communicate, but I would be unable to be in your studio right now, I chose to be more the embodiment of the species I want to represent and be of service of.

And being able to connect with you, to say, just remember that making contact with your intergalactic brothers and sisters, it is available to you now.

It just allows us to show you the pathway of remembrance, how we can work the mechanism of making contact. It's so much more available that it's been led to believe.

And this is why I prefer to chose that way to be here and says, let's make contact directly from the planet, directly right here. We're not out there, we're right here with you.

And to be able to see what can we do to helping humanity and human beings and all life on this planet to regain this original celestial conscious self rather than these personality form that people embody and then they forget about who they are.

So that's the goal. When do you see that potentially happening when we are become one?

And that's a great question because unity is the base of everything. Right now what we see is the greatest obstacle to the growth of humanity is fear.

Fear is what is maintaining human beings in a constant state of polarization and duality.

And that duality is also retracting you in a state of instinctual responses or reactions, whether it's your mind, whether it's

what feeds you, it's more like primal energy or survival. That is what we came to say.
There's no need to abide by these very old 3D structures anymore.

So to your point, Sean, it's been ongoing for generations.

Every generation of soul or starseed or ancient soul who have returned to the planet have contributed constantly to the awakening of humanity.

And just the last five years alone, if you look at the last five years, there's been a propel of moving forward into consciousness and the proof, one of the proof is this conversation right now.

Maybe five, six years ago, may have been as possible. Today, the doorway of curiosity, expansion, possibility is open again so we can have those dialogues together again.

Yeah, I don't think I would have had this conversation five years ago.

That's why I'm picking up on my feeling it. People would have put us in a psych ward.

You know?

I get it, believe me. I'm very patient, monitoring the movement and doing my work and unfolding.

The thing that's the beauty is that my ambassadorial role as representing a very ancient and enlightened intergalactic group consciousness is I have to learn to have patience, to feel the pulse.

Where are we on the planet? What is accepted? If you look at just let's make a reference back in the 80s for example, right?

In the 80s disclosure or making contact was mostly through T V shows, movie signs for you know sci-fi like ETs or a movie like Cocoon or the Series V or you know Star Wars coming up at the end of 70s, moving into the 80s.

That was a way to Generation X to really say, hey, there's something much more to us. There's a great movement here on the planet and in the multiverses.

And this is a way of those who were in contact creating really

fantastic sci-fi movie in a way to open the field.

Now how far we have gone, look how far overall the consciousness of humanity has grown just from that standpoint in time, right, from the 80s up to today.

And welcoming the other generation like yourself that says, okay, I'm going to receive the call and I'm going to open the field and and creating this fantastic podcast that reached the heart and souls of millions and says, can we bring something else?

And here we are today, you and I sitting with each other.

And you may not see them, but I can tell you I can feel them. My delegation is here.
So this studio here is surrounded.

by beings, interdimensional beings, who are very excited and joyful to see that potential unfolding right now. now.
Wow.

So when you say delegation, is that something everyone has or what exactly is that?

Of course, allow me to bring clarification. So when I speak in terms of my delegation, it's a group of Octurian experts and understanding human consciousness that are assigned to me for my mission.

So I'm getting a lot of support. I am in constant telepathic communications with them, including my Octurian guides.
I am also in communication with the entire group consciousness.

Octurans, we communicate with each other through soul essence.

They can be right here communicating with you and I can still hear them talking to me in terms of thought forms, the exchange with them who we are and this way I become the vessel, the communicator that can bring into 3D linguistic field or comprehensive English language.

So I can tell you, okay,

this is what we would like to say. This is why I'm here.
Part of the reason why I'm here physically. Very interesting.

So, do you think it's your subconscious that can hear them in the background?

It's a great question because I know the subconscious can play a part for everyone to tune in. In my part, I'm genetically engineered to be in a natural exchange.

So, think of it as a very complex system of fiber optics,

very advanced technology that constantly I receive transmission and I also am a receiver, so transmitter and receiver. So, they transmit constantly

what would you call a thought form, a form or a code that contains instructions, imagery, feelings, emotions, word, and sometimes it would say concept, they will speak to me as concept so I can translate that.

But it's in real time, like I'm speaking with you and I they communicate with me at the same time. Wow.
Yes. It's almost like a form of channeling, right?

It's beyond channeling, and that's a good point.

So channeling has been put in place to help other intergalactic intergalactic groups like the Pleiadian for example communicating with earth people or people who are communicating with their star families.

It's communicating to them through thought forms, yes, it's a form of telepathy.

However, the caveat about channeling is that there is also the human filtering components, like emotional component, fear, programming, mental thoughts or all of these mental programs that can interfere or interpret or dilute the quality of the message.

So it really channeling has been effective up to a point. Well, I have no need to channel because even though to you I look very human and that's what's the idea.
I am very much an octurne being.

I'm an ET consciousness speaking with you right now, but just in this form.

How many of the ambassadors are there right now on the Earth?

Great question. So there are different emissaries and different ambassadors representing different groups.

So for example, there may be many emissaries representing different groups like many Syrians on the planet or from Orions or from Alpha Century.

So there will be many of them depending on their mission and what generational timeline they return to the planet.

So that way there are many in a sense, but in terms of Arcturian I know that I was selected. In reality I volunteered for the task.

Because of my years, thousands of years of experience into telecommunications and interstellar communications, I look relatively young from a human perspective here, but I am thousands and thousands of years old.

We are very ancient beings, guardians. Wow.
And do you recall all those past life memories too? I recall only what served the past to serve my purpose and my mission here.

See, here's the thing about Arcturians:

we are extremely benevolent and we are a master at what we do.

So, because we are millions of years old, we understand how to, let's just say, adapt to the needs of a species on the break of such a profound stage of evolution, like human beings are in a state of huge opportunity, potential, and expansion.

So what I need to retain or remember is really much to support what I'm come to do. And then of course the memories are here.
I'm still coexisting with my Octurian self.

So when I return to the ship, I can see myself... That's the thing is I see myself as an Octurian as much as I recognize this hybrid human form.

And I understand that it's only a fractal of the infinite part of my being that is serving on the planet right now. Wow, because there's multiple timelines happening right now, right?

Can you repeat that? There's multiple timelines happening right now, so you're actually in many places.

Yes, we are in many places. This Octurian, we are coexisting with you, but outside of your time-space frame of reality.

In other words, is that we're never bound by your 3D linear way of looking at time. We're coexisting outside of that time frame.

So we have the ability ability to perceive a multitude of timeline unfolding all together, but in the now. So we can see potential future, potential directions, past, present, all of it.

In reality, it's all coexisting now. So yes, we can do that.

That's just a remembering of who you are. Because every being in the multiverses come from source consciousness, number one, as eternal being.

Number three, so to speak, you are multi-dimensional being so multitude aspect of you or fragment of you also coexist with you into your now so for example have you ever had a place where there's a deja vu yeah right you go like I know I've been here and you talk to your friend you go like look this is too familiar I can feel it I can see myself that's because at that moment you tune in into a fragment or a memory of yourself in that timeline and that that timeline is returning into your now now you're recognizing into your conscious field and it becomes a real-time memory for you but this is that's the beauty of it Sean itself we are returning to that point this is why we need to release ourselves of the illusion of linear time you were never a flat 3D being

ever you are this amazing ologram of multi-dimensional consciousness of pure potential. This is why the releasing of the fear is so important and being able to understand really

We have the living knowledge and allowing us to guide you in that sense and then we can talk about multi-dimensional motionality and multi-timelines and travel in the multiverses.

Everything is available to you at your fingertip.

I wonder how time was viewed in Atlantis, because here obviously they teach us linear time, our whole lives, it's ingrained into us.

But do you remember how they viewed time in Atlantis and ancient civilizations? That's a great question too. So it depends on what timeline we are tuning in.

So if you look back either in Lemuria and Atlantis and the early inceptions, in a time where living in complete vibrational harmony with the multiverse, having communications with a multitude of intergalactic beings, masters of light, mastery of crystal and healing, the temple, understanding the fabric of light, sound, vibration, relations to frequencies, were part of the day-to-day life.

So to your question is that the concept of time as you perceive it now was non-existent.

It was more, think of it as universal time, where everything is in unity, consciousness, and everybody is of service to others and how it serves the highest and the greatest good of all, never in this great competitive energy of who's the highest and the fittest.

This is a concept that's been introduced after the descending when the de-evolution of the timeline took place and then the DNA, of course the human DNA, got also retracted based from a 12 strand down to one double elix.

And this is part of the construct of that linear time. In reality, Sean,

the construct of the linear time was originally created by the founder races for the purpose of soul coming from everywhere across the multiverses to understand and experience what limitation in physicality feels like.

It's about understanding the lesson, understanding the lower me.

and returning into our higher self and now you can integrate those two points almost like folding time onto yourself the lower self returning with the higher self reintegrate in unity.

And this is who you are.

But over time, because of many other factors, many, many souls got trapped into the will of incarnation and the illusion of time, forgetting that you're still abiding as universal laws and universal time.

And

time is a construct. It's a projection of realities based on perception.
It really is. Yeah, souls trapped.
That's an interesting concept. So a lot of souls are trapped in this loop, you're saying.

Yes, and that's nothing new. It's been there for thousands of years.
And this is something we also see in the galactic archives.

Just the history of Orion invasions and the conflict going on as many souls got trapped into the duality energy.

And the only way for the soul to learn to reintegrate those duality experience was through reincarnation.

So many souls from Orion came through the reincarnation cycle and has returned to the planet, Earth, as you know her here, or Mother Gaia, and have been moving through many, many cycles, or what we call soul time cycles, in many, many incarnations.

See, I have none of those memories because I have very, very few physical incarnation on this planet. I have a few, but not that many.
But we do understand it with just looking at a galactic archive.

It's all encoded there. Interesting.

How does does the reincarnation process work from your experience?

Well, what we see is that soul who needs to either clear resolve understanding some karmic implications, they choose with a council, the council of time or guardians will assign beautiful beings of majestic beauty.

Are those angels?

Well, angel is a term that you may recognize, but they're beyond. They serve they serve the one, they serve the source creation.

and they always guide the souls to see what will be the next best incarnation, whether in a physical form, what planet, what solar system, what density that will propel the soul to fulfill the best, the lessons known as the soul blueprint.

So the more you are taking the time every day in your daily life to cultivate, meditate, connect, ask your heart, how can I be of service to the light, how can I be in service to the highest good of everyone?

You're allowing yourself to listen to your soul language and start to remember through creative endeavors, inspirations, dream state, deja vu, synchronicity about what is it that your soul blueprint contains in this lifetime and say, I'm going to fulfill that.

and then I'm going to be able to move forward beyond

the reincarnation wheel and move into higher octaves.

What about returning to be formless, just pure consciousness? I remember some of

even the intergalactic beings, we move beyond our identity as an Octurian or a Pleiadian or a Venusian. Souls continue to evolve.
Wow. Yes.
So it keeps going. It is, it's infinite.

It's ultimately it's to returning that source infinite that we all part of. Prime creator, all there is, source infinite.

and it's learning it's about growth about soul development it's about gaining more light it really is and you start to really feel how much more you you're gaining with the wisdom then you move into the octave think of it as when a child starts kindergarten you know

you move into first grade by the time you reach fifth grade you go wow i learned so much i learned to write to speak you know i am more conscious you know cognitive about myself I'm much more aware of my environment.

And then you graduate from it. You're not going to stay in elementary school all your life.
You need to graduate. You have grown past the learning of what that stage of learning was about.

Then you move into high school and you discover a whole different level of how managing your time. Social dynamics.
right?

complexity of subject, your brain, your connectors, your neural pathways start to develop in new ways. And then when you graduate, you can feel you reach a certain level of new maturity.

And that maturity continue when you go to, if you continue to, college or trade school or all of it.

But you feel I use this analogy to portray what we're seeing in terms of thousands of years of evolution on the planet.

And right now, you human beings and the earth is truly, you are at a breaking point of a huge evolution, a timeline. The evolution of timeline is very potent.

This is why there's so many talk about whether you know a comet in the sky or is there a UFO coming in. Atlas three I, right? Yes, this is just a very, very ancient interstellar object called a comet.

It contains the imprint and the vibrational

history or the vibrational imprints of thousands and millions of years of history. history.

So of course it has an impact, but we have to be mindful that we preventing ourselves from the trap of creating what's called control disclosure or manipulation or creating, you know, speculation that can lead to false ET invasions and whether it's going to create two branches in human behavior.

Branch number one, what's called the joy of the savior complex.

Oh, that's going to come to save us and bring the frequency we need, whether it's lyrics and then the speculation about what ET races are behind it. Or

branch number two into the fear, and then the fear is opening the door to vulnerability on a subconscious level to allow authority to come in and project what has never been there to in the first place and create what's called false narrative.

And those narratives are very much designed to help you fear the most natural heritage the human race has. And that heritage is your galactic origins.
So imagine you're fearing an aspect of yourself.

Yeah. And that's why there's this

third interstellar most

ancient comet in history, reported in history of human race, observed by many.

Yes, it has a significance in the sense of can you tune in to the vibrational content and the frequency of an object has traveled for millions of years.

That is significant, not a story or the speculation around it.

So we have to be mindful about what direction, what narrative are we sustaining, whether you're a spiritual leader or podcast host or someone who is online constantly and want to see what's the latest feed, that's about discernment.

And so we're here, the enlightened intergalactic group like ourselves, we're here to walk with you in the path of conscious awakening, the organic part,

as opposed to the forced, fearful, controlled narrative and speculations. This is what it's very important to feel like where are we?

What shoes? What timeline are you choosing? Right.

Yeah, there is a lot of controlled narratives. Exactly.

And, you know, and of course, organizations like NASA and UN creating a project like, I think it's called Project Blue Beam, that may potentially utilize holographic projection.

They already did in Miami. Well, imagine that.
But again, utilizing this projection to create a narrative, a control narrative about a beautiful, very ancient phenomenon that is natural and organic.

And this is why... you know, I'm very mindful that when I give interviews, all of this, I really

very never gonna feed that speculation.

And those who are in power, I say, if you're utilizing your gifts, your training, your abilities to feed speculation and false narrative, you're no longer being of service. That's service to self.

Wow. It really is.
If you tune about it, being of service

to others is are you inspiring others to step into their power and be the best of who they can be and being able to, how could I say that, decode or demystify something that is natural and yet empowering, or are you going to

jump on the

boat or the train because it's going to make you popular and get you telling people what they want to hear?

No longer of service at that point. Yeah, you got to be careful because if you live with service to self, you're going to reincarnate.

Do it all over again. Well, the karmic lesson are still there to learn.
Again, it's all about reintegrating from a point of polarization into unity.

And we, the octernes, we have learned from that long stage of evolution. We have reached a state of enlightenment, unity, consciousness, and mastery over thousands and thousands of years.

So I feel it. I have great compassion, Sean, because I'm here on a planet.
I feel the human emotion. I understand the journey.
But I'm also representing something magnificent, ancient.

They said, allow us to show you what living knowledge and wisdom is truly about.

So, you can feel the emotion, but do you have human emotion today? Oh, and Spade, I feel them so much. So, you're an empath? I am very much so an empath.
I am a multi-dimensional empath.

That means that whether I talk to a human being, whether a Syrian being comes to me, or an angelic being, or even a consciousness of Gaia, the planet, because she talks to me,

or even an elemental, I have the ability to project myself into their conscious field and understand, feel

and recognize what reality is happening for this being.

So I am very much of an impact, yes. Are the elementals still around? I haven't ever talked to one, but...

The elementals are still around, and I'm pleased you bring them up because

the message I received about two weeks ago from my Octarian delegation said that we need to return to reconnect from the heart and higher conscious state with the elemental. It feels like

there's been a bit of a struggle because of the change and then the thing is that when something like the three eye atlas have been redirecting so much all kind of attention and diversion that people are redirecting their energy there and they're depleting the coexistence, the collaboration with nature, with the elementals.

And we are on a very decisive point on the planet. And especially as we move into the winter solstice, December, moving into the new, the next phase of the Cosmic Gateway of 2026,

you need to decide as a nation, as a species,

what synergy are you going to really co-create? You're going to go into the fear-based synergy with the olographic projection and still recognizing E.T. as invaders and all of this?

Or are you going to embrace your universal aspect of you with your cosmic origin the galactics who wants to return and take your rightful place among the stars so to speak and finally being able to repraise

completely return to the space of remembrance you need to remember the full spectrum of who you are as opposed to operating from

automatic program of the mind or the reptilian brain and all these lower instinctual energies and be intermingled and cut into a web of control narrative and directions to steer the most of the population in a way.

Some souls may have to learn from these karmic lessons and they will be allowed to evolve on a soul level in their own time. But we encourage everyone to really step forward into your heart wisdom.

You need to return to living by the essentials, living with the elementals, nature, living with peace with the animal kingdom, reverence for all life, Sean, it is the path, reverence for all life.

As an ambassador who have traveled the multiverses over thousands of years, one thing is we always honor the species we interact with. It is honoring life in all shape and forms.

So you're about to turn.

How did you know? Just the way you were talking. Of course.
But it's just the thing is when you start to tune into life you have to really

feel that everything is consciousness everything contained the source consciousness codes within themselves even those who feel lust we can guide them but you have to have an open mind and open heart and a curiosity the flexibility and the adaptability to accept that invitation

Well, vegetables, I just found out, they're living too, right? Right. Trees and grass and everything flowers has a life force energy.

So when you honor, let's say, the vegetables you eat and everything. Look how

the reflection of how the animals have been treated on the planet, like farm or for industry.

You can tell that there's a huge disconnect from the profoundness of honoring life.

Look at the Aboriginal tribes, the indigenous tribe around the world. You may say, well, back in the days, the tribe will go hunt for the deer or an animal.
But

the honor behind it, they were honoring the soul. It was done in a way that was only contributing to what they need the most.
Never for wastes or mass production.

Cows, animals, pigs are not cars into

mass production or creating furnitures or creating a mass you know, object. You have to think about it hurts yourself.
You have to be mindful of recurring a paradigm of pain, suffering, and fear.

Of course it does, because you are interconnected to the ecosystem of the planet.

Everything that happening on the planet, no matter it's in Africa or in the middle of the Pacific or here in America, we are all interconnected. This is what's called a great living ecosystem of life.

If you start to really tuning in and understand and living by it, you're changing the face of the planet. Your world, we ascend, your consciousness, we return to the point of universal being.

You are returning to be a cosmic citizen as opposed to

a 3D being

living and influenced by a construct that has toned down all of your faculties, the pineal gland, whether it's your DNA, your codons, your empathic abilities, your telepathic communications, ability to heal yourself, being able to communicate with each other by what's called soul-essence transfer.

All of this. This is part of what we see, part of the new reality coming in.

It's a potential, and we who represent the enlightened ones in terms of your galactic brother and sisters, this is what we're here to supporting you with.

So releasing how this mass production of fear and all these other lower instinctual energies, even sensational stories, ask yourself, reveal with the truth behind it, what is behind this atlas.

Connect to the comet. It has a consciousness too.
It doesn't mean it's a vessel with reptilian and grace or lyrans and all of it.

It contains the energy, the history maybe of hundreds and hundreds of intergalactic groups as opposed to narrow down to one or two or three. Why? Think of it, if an

object of such capacity has been traveling around the multiverses for according to the scientists, potentially millions, if not billions of years, you have to think that the encoding in terms of imprint, frequencies, light, emanation, and even the energy of everything it has remembered along the way, of course it will impact the solar system.

I mean, in the way that it's been projected. Yeah, right now they're trying to have us all in fear about it, right? Precisely.
So why fearing your own self?

So I like to ask those authority, what is it you're fearing the most about human beings? That's because you see something in them.

If I fear you, it's because I see something in you that I feel there may be a lack in me or I feel like I have a lack in myself, therefore I must control it before it's been taken away.

So there's a lack either a fear of losing control, losing existence, losing whatever they're holding on to. It's no longer at that point now.

There's too many ancient souls, star seeds, and intergalactic very enlightened ones who have returned to help. This is a time of reascension, not devolution.

Yeah, it does seem like a lot of older souls have returned recently, right? Yes, well, for many generations.

It's just that if you look at the role of each generational timelines, that's what we call them. A generational timeline is an era where souls come back and reincarnate.

Let's say the 1930s, the 40s, the 50s, all the way to the millennia and all of it.

Each generational timelines timelines has called forth many ancient souls representing the frequencies of many groups throughout

how many planets and star system and galaxy, you have no idea.

They have come and each of these generational timelines has played a role to help to either stabilize the planet, heal the wounds, whether it's going to World War II, whether it is to liberate the soul stuck in the phantom matrix, whether it is to change the grits of the planet, whether it's to help you to advance the consciousness, whether it is to reintroduce the concept that you are galactic royalty.

You go like galactic royalty, why is that?

That's because if you look at the decoding the language of your DNA, you carry within you so many history through archives to whether it's the Orions, whether it's the Lyrans, whether the founder races, whether it's the Guardians, whether it's your point of true origins.

So asking yourself about who am I will no longer be on the mind because you'll know exactly who you are.

Wow. It really is profound if you really tune in.
Those are more than just spiritual work. It's becoming placeholder of new frequencies of reality.

In addition to be the founder of the Octrain university for living knowledge and soul development we have events every month we're going to be at a new living expo in april 2026 and i'm going to be part of a major film called kaya saga we are finally going to be filming next year in ireland or canary island wow and kaya is the story of a very ancient greek amazon warrior who is abducted by a group of advanced intergalactic beings and her journey through many journeys through space and different forms of cultural interactions and how she evolves.

So, we're going to film next year, and I'm also the vice president of the Kaya Productions. So, we're very excited to see that we finally have the green light.

And we have a six-time Amy Award director who's going to direct the film, the first film of the Kaya series. So, that's part of the the big project we have also right now.

My husband and I, Peter Benson, in collaboration with Neil Gore at Portal 2 Ascension, we're going to have our first official conscious UFO conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, called the Next Generation UFO Conference.

It is scheduled for October of 2026. Nice.

And like whether it's a comet, whether it's a orb of light, whether it's a dream you have, whether it's your own beautiful connection and you experience is it true? Is it valid? Yes, it is.

It's about understanding the release of the mind control and being able to take your true power. And we're going to continue to be here with you.
