CRM was supposed to improve customer relationships.

Instead, it's shorthand for can't resolve much.

Which means you may have sunk a fortune into software that just bounces customer issues around but never actually solves them.

On the ServiceNow AI platform, CRM stands for something better.

With AI built into one platform, customers aren't mired in endless loops of automated indifference.

They get what they need when they need it.

Bad CRM was then.

This is ServiceNow.

Welcome to an HBO podcast from the HBO late night series, Real Time with Bill Ma.

Hey!

Hi, everybody.

How you doing?

Brett Kavanaugh, the man Trump wants to put on the Supreme Court and his accuser, Christine Ford Blasey.

I don't know what happened in 1982.

Here's what I do know.

Christine Ford Blasey was attacked by someone.

And Brett Kavanaugh will lie about anything.

That's what I do know.

Now, she testified first.

She appeared before the Happy Acres Assisted Living Facility,

otherwise known as the Senate Judiciary Committee.

In Brett Kavanaugh's defense, that was high school and college and law school

and the 90s and yesterday at lunch.

But other than that, he only attacked women when he was drinking, which was always.

But other than that...

This doesn't ring true, this choir boy routine he has.

He went on Fox News this week with his wife and said that he was, he graduated high school, he said, a virgin, and was a virgin for many years after.

And his wife had a look on her face like, that explains a lot.

To prove his innocent, I love this, he saved his calendar.

That alone is psychotic.

I don't know if we need a guy in the Supreme Court who saves a calendar from 1982

to prove that he didn't do it.

Like it's going to say on the calendar, tackle woman at party.

And

But Brett Kavanaugh keeps saying all these accusations.

He says twilight zone.

That's his big code word.

It's twilight zone.

Yeah, everything looks pretty black and white.

So of course

Trump had to weigh in on this.

He said if Republicans nominated George Washington, the Democrats would vote against him.

And then Trump said, Washington had some accusations.

Yeah, but they involved a cherry tree.

He said the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh are all false and a big fat conjob, and who knows more than Trump about women faking things?

He said,

and then one of the people who asked him at his press conference the other day, how does the fact that you, Mr.

President, have all these women accusers affect this decision about Brett Kavanaugh and his accusers.

And Trump said, I was accused by, I think, four women.

Well, actually, it was 13.

14 if you count Ivanka.

And of course, the other big news this week, Bill Cosby is in jail, sentenced,

sentenced to three to ten years for a sexual assault, which at least in our courts is still a thing.

And Cosby's mug shot, the guy who took it, made it purposely blurry.

He said, that's what you look like to women.

So Bill Cosby might die in prison, but if he doesn't, Trump says he'd be a great pick for the Supreme Court.

All right, thanks very much.
