Speaker 1 Can we talk a little bit about Good Job Games though? Because

Speaker 1 I did a newsletter recently on the most biggest up-and-coming games in Turkey, I guess, from the third generation.

Speaker 1 And I just want to say that it really looks to me that Good Job Games is the founders foundry of Turkey right now. Because out of the list of seven companies, pretty much four of them had

Speaker 1 one or two founding members from Good Job Games, which usually is a signal that a studio studio really knows how to do stuff when that many people can like make a successful company afterwards, right?

Speaker 1 crafting realms, lifts us to the highs. Two and a half gamers, talking smack.
Slow hockey sick, got your back. Ads are beautiful, they like the way.
Click it fast, don't delay. Uh-huh.

Speaker 1 Uh-huh.

Speaker 1 Uh-huh.

Speaker 1 Uh-huh.

Speaker 1 Uh-huh.

Speaker 1 Uh-huh.

Speaker 1 Hello, hello,

Speaker 1 dear listeners. Welcome.
My name is Mateja Antcharic. I'm Felix Broberg.
And I'm Jakubremir.

Speaker 1 And we are your hosts. And this is the best mobile gaming show in the gaming industry.
So thank you very much for tuning in.

Speaker 1 Because today we are talking about another game because it's scaling quite nicely. And that game name is Match Villains.

Speaker 1 aka Auto Transylvania from Vish

Speaker 1 or from Temo. I don't know.
I don't know anymore. I don't know anymore.
But

Speaker 1 it's developed by our. Well, I can't say friends, but by GoodJob games.

Speaker 1 I admire GoodJob games. Yeah, yeah.
I would call myself a GoodJob admirer. Is that like, yeah?

Speaker 1 I guess, yeah,

Speaker 1 we admire companies who

Speaker 1 do interesting stuff. So, good.

Speaker 1 How does the game look like? Well,

Speaker 1 you know how.

Speaker 1 It's basically a royal bench, but with a lot of trust money

Speaker 1 from Tamu. Thank you very much for listening.
See you next week. See you next week.

Speaker 1 Because the UA is the same, gameplay is the same, I guess.

Speaker 1 But the interesting part is like they're actually growing nice. Yeah, they're growing nicely.
So there must be something,

Speaker 1 something. something

Speaker 1 okay yeah so

Speaker 1 look at the charts oh yeah let's go let's go number side so there's a nice uh hockey stick here

Speaker 1 that's just

Speaker 1 no hockey stick that's just growth it's just growth yeah it's like step-by-step growth

Speaker 1 growth

Speaker 1 growth stick um yeah so this has been launched in april last year and now seems to achieve scale of something like 50k a day ip already and downloads downloads-wise, even though it looks like it's scaling, it's still very small volume because

Speaker 1 it's

Speaker 1 man.

Speaker 1 Let me finish the sentence. It's very small volume because it's US users and the CPI is very high because it's 92% US.

Speaker 1 That's why it looks like small volume, but it's actually a quite big chunk of money to get this traffic. So that's there.
Very true. Yeah.
So if you only just multiply it by, let's say, 30.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 Then you can get

Speaker 1 that daily spend. Yeah.
And that's the minimum range. That's the minimum range.
Yeah. So just saying as usual.

Speaker 1 But nevertheless, here is the game.

Speaker 1 As usual, I played until level 50 or level 50 over it with these puzzlers. That's like usually when the whole feature set manifests itself.
You know what's my problem?

Speaker 1 Like every time I see something else than the Royal Match or Royal Kingdom, it feels ugly. I mean, I'm used to

Speaker 1 seeing something. Yeah, yeah, it's like, this is nice, but it's not it.
It's like, it's not it. The UA videos, high polish, but this is like the elements, the

Speaker 1 box right there on the right. And

Speaker 1 I don't know. And I don't want to discount anything, but it's just there's certain expectations.

Speaker 1 Thank you very much, Dream Games.

Speaker 1 Like, that's the benchmark.

Speaker 1 Yeah, it is, like it is these days. And yeah, keep in mind it already took over Candy Crush is the biggest match 3 game on the market already.

Speaker 1 But anyway, it still doesn't mean that this is not possible, but it's very hard, as you could see in our Match 3 market review episode, where we

Speaker 1 review pretty much the whole market. And in the last two years, there wasn't a single game that was able to do more than 40 million,

Speaker 1 which was what was the one? Chrome chrome valley customs was it or something like that

Speaker 1 maybe i think was the one but like it's let's just say the market is very hard to kind of go into and like do something with

Speaker 1 anyway yes back back to the gameplay so if you look into the actual game it is basically a royal match like i didn't saw any giant iteration yet on the surface uh that was the streak mechanic that you saw there uh falling down with like the additional boosters.

Speaker 1 Yeah, you have your usual like boosters that you are using there. You have

Speaker 1 objectives. You have your friendly

Speaker 1 Mr. Vampire from Temo, which we'll get to in a moment.
And yeah, there's the usual streaks mechanic, events mechanic, and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 I'll get to the differences in a second regarding like what are the actual differences. but yeah, standard bread and butter, like within the core.
Like, I don't think so. There's anything there.

Speaker 1 Um, so let gets to the to the streak mechanic. Um, they have streaks, it's called skydrop and gives you these kind of

Speaker 1 similar to no, no, it's they have the spin spinning thingy in in match in Royal Match, and it's basically the same.

Speaker 1 Maybe,

Speaker 1 maybe,

Speaker 1 So that's there.

Speaker 1 There's the Lucky Shot event, which is currently running. And then there's the Thunderfun, which is you collecting...

Speaker 1 Using basically the fifth booster,

Speaker 1 the disco sphere. And then you collect points into it and get into the leaderboard.

Speaker 1 Yeah, if you look at it from the first surface level, what you already can see is that they just have less stuff running.

Speaker 1 That was also my kind of initial idea when I was reviewing the game is that they just have less features, which means they'll probably add new features, but they're definitely not matching the Royal Match feature set yet.

Speaker 1 Yeah, because because by level fifty, as you see here on the left side, the Royal Match already throws all its kind of mumbo jumbo at you, which means there are at least three events running at a time.

Speaker 1 And it means at a time. Not saying that there can be more.
Yeah. There's the Battle Pass mechanic that that's just kinda unlocks very fast.

Speaker 1 Then there's the offer offers being thrown at you you pretty much immediately on the main screen. And they also have the area chest because they have like visual progression in between.

Speaker 1 These guys don't have visual progression. It's more close to something like Doom Plus, where they just change the image every X levels.
But it's a good job, games.

Speaker 1 Like they started scaling this in January, right? So most likely they're gonna add it, right? Yeah, probably, of course.

Speaker 1 They're gonna go and do the feature set as these guys have.

Speaker 1 On the plus side, they have the Teams mechanic, which is great. Again, very bread and butter, like nothing really to it.

Speaker 1 Yeah, nothing new in the shop. There's the leaderboard.
Like, you could see the UI is basically the same.

Speaker 1 So, yeah, that's not much to it.

Speaker 1 Exactly the same as different icons.

Speaker 1 The thing is that they don't have the collectible album, also, which is again missing features. But it's like a game that's on the path to become Royal Match robust feature set.
So that's there.

Speaker 1 But

Speaker 1 one giant, but

Speaker 1 they have one thing which they also took from royal match and iterated

Speaker 1 and it's this uh

Speaker 1 hope i can show you

Speaker 1 because otherwise i will be forced to play until level or maybe i won't so so what royal match does is that royal match every 10 levels gives you this level of you saving the king which you found in the creatives which in their case are called heists, and we need to find a different video.

Speaker 1 And the heist mechanic, it's like the whole story of a game where these like characters from that looks like from Hotel Transylvania are actually villains and they're like doing heists, stealing money and whatever, whatever.

Speaker 1 Like you see here, yeah, they're just like literally robbing a bank here.

Speaker 1 Just play, just play the

Speaker 1 video. So you get this big heist thing where Collect requires colors to open the safe, which is doesn't really seem to be like

Speaker 1 that big of a difference than normal level because Royal Match literally puts the king animation on top where he's being kind of killed by acid or whatever something or burn in fire, you need to save him.

Speaker 1 There's a timer, there's pretty much unlimited moves or whatever. It's more of a like this kind of very streamlined, relaxing, oh not relaxing, but like funny level.

Speaker 1 These guys, they basically, as you saw there, they have this safe that you need to kind of fulfill. It's basically another level design mechanic.

Speaker 1 And that's it. Like, it's a safe that hides money.
So once you kind of fulfill the colors that are required to open the safe, there's money under it, and you need to collect the money as goals.

Speaker 1 So it's not even a bonus objective, like it's part of the level, basically.

Speaker 1 And that's it. And I'm guessing they're using this in the creatives.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 yeah, thank you very much for listening.

Speaker 1 Can we talk a little bit about Good Job Games though? Because

Speaker 1 I did a newsletter recently on the biggest up-and-coming games in Turkey, I guess, from the third generation.

Speaker 1 And I just want to say that it really looks to me that Good Job Games is the founders foundry of Turkey right now.

Speaker 1 Because out of the list of seven companies, pretty much four of them had one or two founding members from Good Job Games, which usually is a signal that a studio studio really knows how to do stuff when that many people can make a successful company afterwards, right?

Speaker 1 Would you say it's a new peak?

Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah. Kind of.
Maybe.

Speaker 1 We'll know and we'll know in four years, right? But yeah, I think it's very much looks like that as well, right? And I think that's what the Turkish market does really well, right?

Speaker 1 Like, whereas some other gaming markets has kind of stagnated in bringing in new companies, Turkey's kind of on its third or fourth iteration now, founders. So yeah

Speaker 1 also you know like they they had zen match and then they sold it to one active

Speaker 1 yeah so

Speaker 1 they know they excited they know what they're doing they know what they're doing

Speaker 1 okay um so looking at the numbers it's basically we have downloads wise there was swing star in twenty eighteen

Speaker 1 i mean

Speaker 1 which i guess it's it was one of those like swinging games if i understand correctly

Speaker 1 no shit,

Speaker 1 if it's called Swing Star, I guess it's like it's not

Speaker 1 that was a hyper-casual try to do this. You know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 1 Stickman, whatever, yeah, yeah, stickman, swing, spider-man, whatever, something fancy. Okay, so they jump on it and

Speaker 1 they jump on it, nice, of course. They jump on it.
Oh, geez. It's weird.

Speaker 1 And then

Speaker 1 now,

Speaker 1 regarding the portfolio, so there's Wander Blast and there's Match Williams in the IP category. Yeah.
Which Wander Blast, my guess will be... It's the same thing.

Speaker 1 It's another blaster.

Speaker 1 Or is it a switcher? It's the same thing.

Speaker 1 No, it's a Blaster. It's not a Switcher.
This is a Blast game. It's click to match.

Speaker 1 Not Match 3. Big difference, man.
It's the same thing. I know, I know, I know.

Speaker 1 Yeah,

Speaker 1 and this is doing what?

Speaker 1 This is doing 10k a day. Yeah.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 it seems

Speaker 1 scaled up recently, but yeah, to that 10k a day.

Speaker 1 And that's it, pretty much.

Speaker 1 I want to see creatives. I want to see heist creatives.
Yeah, that man, the thing could be, and now that I look at it,

Speaker 1 the thing could be that they basically had this game

Speaker 1 and then they reskin it

Speaker 1 into our

Speaker 1 hotel. Oh, no, sorry, that's different core.
So they had to do something.

Speaker 1 Okay, they killed it.

Speaker 1 You just said it. Yeah.
They kind of risking it.

Speaker 1 Two different games. Yeah.

Speaker 1 I want to see heist creators.

Speaker 1 Okay.

Speaker 1 Every man dreams about being in a heist.

Speaker 1 Ever since I played the last GTA game, you know, you're like, I can't wait to see you. Every man?

Speaker 1 Of course.

Speaker 1 There's like one game on the market that does this fantasy. It's called Payday, and that's it.
Yeah. GTA.

Speaker 1 I'm going to start with what you love the most, Felix. Basically?

Speaker 1 Oh, well, you said essentially like million times in the triple lots episode but it's not that it's a great hook

Speaker 1 blasting coins with hydro like thing oh here we go

Speaker 1 here we go

Speaker 1 yeah

Speaker 1 who's the other guy coming there police

Speaker 1 police it's police ever seen this with double huh yeah it's police i could see this royal match doing this with an assassin, right? Yeah.

Speaker 1 You know, whoops. Where's this?

Speaker 1 And, I mean,

Speaker 1 we have all three

Speaker 1 characters. Characters swimming in money and drowning in money, actually.
Drowning in money.

Speaker 1 So

Speaker 1 there you go. Okay, anyway.
So let me just go. So they're using the cookie cutter creatives from Royal Match concepts.

Speaker 1 Yeah, pretty much. I mean, it's just Royal Match.

Speaker 1 And that's it, just in different

Speaker 1 styles. So if you go here,

Speaker 1 again,

Speaker 1 this is the one, right?

Speaker 1 Just one bit long. Again, same thing.
Here we have a playable. They're good creatives, though, right? It's very polished, actually.
I was almost pretty.

Speaker 1 It's not a complete copy, you know, like when we were compared to, let's say, the

Speaker 1 solid thing with Yeti, it was much more kind of a closer. These guys took, like, you know, there's a second guy in the video, basically, the policeman, and so on.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 I mean, actually, the

Speaker 1 this is kind of slightly different, but you see it, see what it's up on the top, man, snake, yeah, snake, dragon snake, whatever.

Speaker 1 Man, does the guy have vampire teeth or do I dreaming it?

Speaker 1 I can't, I can't really zoom

Speaker 1 in here, but he has the vampire cloak, yeah, here's the cloak.

Speaker 1 Yes. Here's the vampire cloak.
So I don't know, man.

Speaker 1 It's pretty. Yeah, the quality of the video is pretty good.
Yeah, honestly. And it's not Wi-Fi.
It's different, but it's kind of the same concept, but it looks like it's right. Exactly.

Speaker 1 It's still fully animated, fully CG.

Speaker 1 Yeah, let's see. Okay.

Speaker 1 Okay, this is just the end card. It's going to be the same and play blend card as well.
And guess what? It's all uploading. Bullshit.
Oh,

Speaker 1 actually,

Speaker 1 actually, we are. I can play this.
Awesome.

Speaker 1 So, that I mean, I can make a game with like, you know,

Speaker 1 minions and just make them red.

Speaker 1 I mean, you can, I guess. You know what? I mean,

Speaker 1 you can do whatever you want in mobile. There's no mobile, please.

Speaker 1 Ooh.

Speaker 1 Okay. So I guess they listen to your advice, right? You need playables on uploading.
That's one thing I know. Yeah, exactly.
And it's like it's third, fourth, playable, it's only playables.

Speaker 1 And then all of this, again, this. And look, they're 145 pages of creatives, it's not actually bad.
And I'm, yeah, I can see like how and why they are skill.

Speaker 1 They're scaling all this like the creative starts with the

Speaker 1 auto Transylvania guy saying, ooh, shiny. I mean, and look, even this, even this icon is from

Speaker 1 by the way, no Wi-Fi. Yeah, no Wi-Fi, no ads.
There are also all of these.

Speaker 1 Wait a second.

Speaker 1 This game.

Speaker 1 This is from

Speaker 1 their other game, Wonderblast. The Wonder Blast, okay.
Yeah, I guess. It's like a nightmare scenario.
It's just like a like. Oh, here.

Speaker 1 I mean, whoever is this. So, an actual vampire promoting the game.

Speaker 1 You fucking mean bitch.

Speaker 1 Seriously, you are so mean.

Speaker 1 You are so mean.

Speaker 1 Yeah, but

Speaker 1 I can see what you're talking about.

Speaker 1 Anyway, like, so we have this. So, we have the UGC.

Speaker 1 We have.

Speaker 1 Is that Piranha?

Speaker 1 Oh, I like that. Yeah, Piranas.
That's new. Yeah.
And

Speaker 1 there's a lot of effort put into the Royal Match concept.

Speaker 1 I've never seen these.

Speaker 1 Yeah, and

Speaker 1 different angles, right?

Speaker 1 Different angles, different death scenarios, different weapons.

Speaker 1 You think that's Royal Match books are copyrighted?

Speaker 1 I mean, the thing is, Raw Match is already on the market for some time. So they've tested, and I was talking about it in the match 3 episode, like they've tested so many different variations.

Speaker 1 Like they came to this. So they have millions of ads tested.
These guys are quite new. So, I mean, apparently, this is something that's working.
And

Speaker 1 I don't blame them.

Speaker 1 They have it in the game. And they have it in here.
I mean, the game is still its heist. So I guess the theme

Speaker 1 makes sense.

Speaker 1 And it's like all one minute long, and everything.

Speaker 1 But it's like you need to kind of try and innovate on these concepts. So you try to kill three characters instead of one.

Speaker 1 Crashed by money. Because it looks different, but you can see the elements.
If we hadn't gone through the episodes like we did, right? I'd never seen that this is the same, same but different.

Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah, exactly. It is definitely the same, same, but different.

Speaker 1 Yeah, but also like the

Speaker 1 actual polish is something that's really I mean blew my mind because

Speaker 1 I wasn't expecting something like this. What do you think the peak is on this? Like, what's the limit, or is that like this could scale for? I mean, it seems like there's

Speaker 1 how much it can scale regarding daily revenue. Ah, exactly.
Okay.

Speaker 1 What is it at now? It's like 50k per day. 50k per day?

Speaker 1 Yeah, I think so. Just to get a comparison.
It's 50k. A Royal Kingdom is currently around 3 million.
400. No, 400.

Speaker 1 per day. Yeah.

Speaker 1 Interesting. And Royal Match is

Speaker 1 3 million plus, right? Four. Four.

Speaker 1 Wow.

Speaker 1 Easy. So I think

Speaker 1 this could be like 150 maximum.

Speaker 1 And I'm just closing my two eyes, not that I'm just, you know,

Speaker 1 expert in assuming the level of Istanbul,

Speaker 1 but still,

Speaker 1 we need to be careful.

Speaker 1 But like, see, it's

Speaker 1 it's all like

Speaker 1 quite creative. It's the same, it's the same creative, but different hook, and they have shit on them.

Speaker 1 And exactly like you said, like the policeman just going there, it's it's not snake, but it's still near-death experience, right? It's like the vibe is similar,

Speaker 1 right? Look, there you go. It's gonna be interesting to see if Royal Match copies a bunch of this stuff, because that would be the ultimate testament that is really working, right?

Speaker 1 I mean,

Speaker 1 the thing is, like,

Speaker 1 what can you do with these

Speaker 1 types of games, right?

Speaker 1 So you can do all like save, whoever, or heist,

Speaker 1 then

Speaker 1 what else? You can do freezing families

Speaker 1 or freezing, I don't know, vampires.

Speaker 1 I guess

Speaker 1 you can

Speaker 1 do

Speaker 1 pin puzzle. Yeah, pull the pin, basically.

Speaker 1 The main character kind of reminds me of PlayRix's main character, right? Like,

Speaker 1 man, man, if you close both of us,

Speaker 1 he's the vampire guy from the hotel in Lenny.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 And like, what else? What else can you do? So,

Speaker 1 let's think together. Let's think together.
Like, what What else would you try in Creative? Since this is the, you can't really use

Speaker 1 the gameplay that much only in this combination because Royal Match kind of does it. So let's try

Speaker 1 to do it as well. But then, yeah, pull the pin.
AI, I would say, like when I see the

Speaker 1 static image here.

Speaker 1 I don't think so. That's AI.

Speaker 1 I mean, it's not, but it's kind of an animated because we can do AI. Do you think Einstein or all this like IQ shit would work here?

Speaker 1 Yeah, I think that's

Speaker 1 not a bad idea.

Speaker 1 I would say you know what could work

Speaker 1 is the

Speaker 1 angry customers that we saw with

Speaker 1 the one that travel down.

Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 And all the tile games. I think that could work.
And now, I mean, look, you have all the sorting games out there killing it.

Speaker 1 So, why not borrow any conveyor belts from goods? Kind of. Goods puzzle.
Yeah, yeah, exactly. Conveyor belts from good source goods sort, or just like a classic,

Speaker 1 this 3D color sorting that we see with color on sort

Speaker 1 from grand games. But I'm super, super surprised that I haven't seen the safe level anywhere.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 It's not here.

Speaker 1 I think this is the closest to the safe.

Speaker 1 This is not safe at all, man. Like, come on.
This is just some random mechanic they have there with generators.

Speaker 1 I said this is the closest.

Speaker 1 I just closed my third eye for this.

Speaker 1 Okay, but this is this is

Speaker 1 actually gameplay. Everything else that's out there, like, this is closest you can get.

Speaker 1 I know, but like, I would expect that they would have some like heist team creative, and then like you actually opening a safe or like the guys opening a safe, or like I don't something with it as they have it like every 10 10 level.

Speaker 1 But look, it's all

Speaker 1 March, so let's let's go to January, maybe. That's where they started scaling.
I would say we see we see the same thing all over again. Yes, yes,

Speaker 1 maybe.

Speaker 1 Okay, so it's all a lot of UGC. This might be actually a real person.

Speaker 1 Fine.

Speaker 1 Why is she filming in her car? Why not? I know. It's like they always do that.
I don't know. It's really popular.
Like with a pool day episode, where we're talking about always in the car.

Speaker 1 It's like Americans love people in their cars.

Speaker 1 It's because it's better, better noise cancellation. It's just whatever.
It's

Speaker 1 wait a second. Scary face.
Yeah, scary face.

Speaker 1 Oh, yeah, there we go. I showed my mom.
She's already a level 500.

Speaker 1 Could be.

Speaker 1 I'm super good. Okay.
This is the best game ever. Yeah.
But this is also copying Royal Match.

Speaker 1 They started doing doing these, like, yeah, yes,

Speaker 1 yes, pretty much.

Speaker 1 So, this is as much height as they can. They have this opening with the gem.
That's basically it. Yeah,

Speaker 1 and then let's try to look at December

Speaker 1 because why not?

Speaker 1 What else? Yeah, I'm trying to find like what is the

Speaker 1 evolution.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 Whoa.

Speaker 1 This guy looks like AI.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 Yeah, he doesn't move, right? His head doesn't move. Yeah,

Speaker 1 it's scary.

Speaker 1 It's too still.

Speaker 1 Like, you see my head right now. I'm talking.
I'm kind of moving, right? Like, this guy, he's not moving. You see? Yeah, yeah.
Like, I'm not AI. At least I don't think I'm AI.
But, you know, like

Speaker 1 you never know. But I do learn like AI.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 Of course. Okay, it's the same thing.
Same thing. Yeah, same thing all over again.
Look, it's just.

Speaker 1 So, but the thing is.

Speaker 1 Go right to the beginning of the launch of the game.

Speaker 1 Which is.

Speaker 1 Which is something like tell me tell me what it is.

Speaker 1 Switch our

Speaker 1 May.

Speaker 1 No.

Speaker 1 June.

Speaker 1 Yes, June. Unity.
Ooh, use a lot of Unity. Oh, wow.
Why?

Speaker 1 Oh, there you go. Something else.
CoinDozer.

Speaker 1 Okay.

Speaker 1 It's even April is the launch month.

Speaker 1 Yeah, but they don't. Yeah, there's nothing in yeah, no creatives in even in May.
Bank of Villa. You see, this is not as polished.
Yeah, yeah, it just got much more polished later. Yeah,

Speaker 1 coins are. See, the coins are 2D here, actually.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 It's coin dozer.

Speaker 1 Yeah, it's coin dozer.

Speaker 1 Which is an interesting concept.

Speaker 1 Here we go. We have a okay.

Speaker 1 Much worse.

Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah, much worse. And like all these, I think it started late 2024.
This still looks like a soft launch. And you know what you need to do in soft flash.
Ah, here you go.

Speaker 1 It's already better.

Speaker 1 But still bank of villains. Yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 So

Speaker 1 what do we, you know, what do we want them to do?

Speaker 1 Complete the feature set. Complete the feature set, yeah.
Add collectible album or whatever metagame progression that is cookie cutter because they're doing cookie cutter stuff anyway.

Speaker 1 So they need to do it.

Speaker 1 And I would really

Speaker 1 like to. Or maybe we don't know something that they don't know.
They know is that why do they have the high stink so kind of focused in the game where they're not using in the creatives?

Speaker 1 But like that, the save doesn't really

Speaker 1 mean it.

Speaker 1 It's not

Speaker 1 saving the king where you're not burning him. It's just like you copy.

Speaker 1 Okay, that's true. He has half of the concept, but still looks like it's working.

Speaker 1 It's probably working, yeah.

Speaker 1 So,

Speaker 1 do you know when

Speaker 1 did they start scaling? What's the what's the day in January,

Speaker 1 November 2024? Yeah, November, but scaling is like 3,000 hours a day,

Speaker 1 so growing, growing, maybe, January,

Speaker 1 yeah, maybe,

Speaker 1 maybe they they have a party for for scaling UA. I don't know.

Speaker 1 Because, you know, today's episode is brought to you by PVX Partners, the simplest and the most effective credit line for marketing.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 I think

Speaker 1 if we just go to November

Speaker 1 and start looking into the credits, we will see the same thing.

Speaker 1 Yeah,

Speaker 1 the guy that doesn't move.

Speaker 1 The guy that doesn't move. Okay, anyway.

Speaker 1 I think we were kind of done in here done here. Yeah, we're done.

Speaker 1 Pretty much. Because there's nothing else in here besides uploading.

Speaker 1 And they're running Molocom Integral. Okay, Applaven, Facebook, Unity.
Okay, there we go. But oh, we can actually we can check this one.

Speaker 1 The new new thing, which is the alcohol, basically.

Speaker 1 If we go last six months, okay. So, yeah, you'll see they started kind of scaling

Speaker 1 in

Speaker 1 October-ish, but still, majority of it is just uploading. And then

Speaker 1 a little bit of lift of Molocho Unity.

Speaker 1 Okay.

Speaker 1 Okay, that's it.

Speaker 1 That's it from my end. A lot of interesting creatives and interesting things.
So they are scaling like crazy, but they could do way more.

Speaker 1 And we'll keep an eye on it.

Speaker 1 Check it out on review radar. Until they get sued or not.

Speaker 1 Or not. Yeah, or not.
We'll see. I don't think that's going to.
I mean. If they didn't get sued until now, probably no.
Exactly. I guess these guys know what they're doing.

Speaker 1 Like, pretty much riding the edge of what's possible and what's not possible with the IP.

Speaker 1 stuff there.

Speaker 1 Yeah, go ahead. No, no, I was just going to say, like, how much budget do do you think you need to actually scale a game like this if you're going out for CPIs like this?

Speaker 1 Like, what do you actually think they have money in the bank, or do you think they take, like, they get investment? Like, how does this work?

Speaker 1 I mean, they sold Zenmatch.

Speaker 1 I'm pretty sure

Speaker 1 they have some money left.

Speaker 1 Yeah, you need quite a lot of money. I mean, we talked about it with Ritsky from PVX Partners.
Either you have the money in your bank account.

Speaker 1 I mean, this is a little bit dangerous because you need to, I mean,

Speaker 1 I think they're aiming to get the money back in two years. I mean, as every match regame, which is big enough, they should kind of aim there.

Speaker 1 So you need a lot of money to actually be safe

Speaker 1 because you won't see the money in the next two years,

Speaker 1 which sucks. So yeah, they need to be front-loaded with cash or they have a partner.
Yeah, and the Royal Kingdom probably wasn't the best kind of occurrence that could happen to them. Yeah.

Speaker 1 Most probably, no. Most probably, no.
Anyway, Matthew, where are you going to be next week? I'm going to be GDC. Oh, wait a second.
Wait a second. It's actually this episode is live when I am GDC.

Speaker 1 So if you're running around, this is going to go Monday. So come to our party on Tuesday.
It's

Speaker 1 March 17, 18, 18, 18, 17 is actually Monday. So it's March 18.
It's with Moloco, Singular, us,

Speaker 1 and

Speaker 1 Mobile Action.

Speaker 1 So, yeah, see you there. And if you happen to see me, please

Speaker 1 talk to me. Talk to me.
Talk to me. And tell Matthias to get to the point.
Yeah, talk to me.

Speaker 1 I was just thinking about

Speaker 1 if I actually have time to actually talk to

Speaker 1 anyone anymore. Anyway, thank you much.
Bye-bye. Yeah, see you next time.
