I don't any uh i don't see any uh golden robins and golden goblins it's right here oh good good i was nervous you were nervous it's always the best one it is and we can start and it's is that a pearl yes the thing Wow. We need also the sound because it's so satisfying.

You can't really sustain all the games that's the thing that's their signature thing satisfying physics basically that's their signature creative concept because they know this works and I know I was talking to their team and their listeners and it took them quite a while to figure it out, obviously.

because what I've also figured out,
they're almost the same company as well.

I don't remember what was, I think they have a stake. What was the relationship? I think they have a stake in AppConto I think they have a stake in AppConto I would guess so because I had these two creatives where it was exactly the same creative which one was the Idle Umbra and one was Township and then the guys in the comments said like hey well maybe it's because it's there it's the same company but it okay but it's yeah if i wanted to copy is this a good way of like is this a good way of not getting people to copy you is it really hard to get this physics right like because they have this i don't think so it's that hard man it's just like it takes a lot of effort within your current pipeline that if you already have it you can do it if.
If you don't have it, you can do it. You need to also think how much effort you need to put into the building, the first one.
And the thing is, the first one, it's not always the winner immediately. And then again, that's the million dollar question question is if you actually go and iterate and how long you iterate until you find the winner every company asks me this like how many iterations should we do but it's a lottery isn't it it is because you have a winner and then you iterate and it flops.
Then you iterate again, it flops. And then you iterate again, different thing, and it's performing better.
In this way, it's a lottery. But I usually say it's almost like with soft launching, right? If you can't get free builds out, if you can't get better numbers after free builds out, then it's kind of really hard to see if you can actually make it.
It's the same thing with iterations. I don't like to put a lot of effort into iterations because you can iterate until fucking forever.
Iterate, you mean follow the same concept? Same concept, slightly. Not slightly, but some slightly but some changes do many different concepts exactly but the thing is but that's the key for winning lottery take as much lottery tickets as possible so what I'm going to come back to this because it's one minute long creative so they have always the first part, which is new, which is this.

Anyway, so you have this first part and then you have this meat of the creative and then there's the ending and the call to action which I always talk about is the anatomy of the best performing creative but in terms of the hook I always was thinking about it in terms of whiteout survival you you use a hook for one or two seconds and then you move to the meet but here these guys they're using the 30 or 20 second best performing video and then just trying to change the first kind of 15 to 20 seconds so then you have the the the first creative which is the new and then you have the best performing evergreen concept and suddenly you have one minute long video which is suitable for which channel guys?
