But only after some time. After like

Speaker 1 You see also the visual effects on the one that's like the more like rareware. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 run through the notes quickly. So, what's changing? There's hero page UI has been innovated.
I think

Speaker 1 minor changes there. HUD UI has been innovated.
I mean, the main core gameplay one, the one that you're seeing now, the one when you're in the game, I guess, a little bit more cleaner.

Speaker 1 Not that, like, I don't, I don't see functional changes. Per recycling before and after is changed and this is kind of one of those changes.
So let me read through the patch notes.

Speaker 1 We reworked the place of the perk recycling screens. Yes, there were two of them and it was annoying.
Now

Speaker 1 perks are highlighted on the left and the rest that will be discarded are grouped separately on the right. Tapping a perk moves it between the key discard piles.

Speaker 1 And tapping recycling recycle dumps everything currently

Speaker 1 sweet tower tokens for your tour blah blah blah blah blah some small quality of life fixes like being able to see when the next key perk slot opens up and seeing a breakdown of the recycle amount

Speaker 1 yeah uh

Speaker 1 wait so when i when i tried to recycle the perks i couldn't even see properly like what what those perks are uh until i just kind of

Speaker 1 ho held my my finger on top of the perk just to see so you need to tap and wait and hold the

Speaker 1 finger, which was really

Speaker 1 unusual.

Speaker 1 I just found it

Speaker 1 by accident.

Speaker 1 Tower upgrades in pre-alpha 2. Your floor performance and recycling perks earn pass points, which rewarded you with chests.

Speaker 1 That was a stopgap measure that was always intended to change.

Speaker 1 Going forward, floor performance will still earn pass points for chests, but the recycled perks will generate tower tokens, a currency that levels up your account so that over time you can access to features and upgrades that help you

Speaker 1 your journey up the tower and where you're experiencing the tower. Some examples are upgrades of the tower.
Yeah, so if I understand correctly,

Speaker 1 tower upgrades are basically like features that you slowly upgrade as you go in progress.

Speaker 1 It's almost like a trophy road. Yeah, I I like Trophy Road.
I think Monopoly Go has this setup where the stronger you get, the more features the game unlocks.

Speaker 1 It's not like...

Speaker 1 I will show you. Well, I'm not sure

Speaker 1 if you can see the whole progression, but it's not. It's not Tower Forge, by the way.

Speaker 1 Tower upgrades. I know, I know.
It's two different things. Yeah.

Speaker 1 So... Phoenix feathers increase the max number of Phoenix feathers you can carry between the floors.
And yes, this means you now start with none.

Speaker 1 Forge unlocks the tower forge where you can generate new perks with gold. TikTok trials, daily quests that you can complete for extra rewards while journeying up the tower.

Speaker 1 And what more to be revealed soon.

Speaker 1 Yeah, I guess we'll talk about the forge and its update when we'll actually see the forge screen. Not now, because that's I think that's the first meta feature that they added here.

Speaker 1 Yeah. Because

Speaker 1 first two tests we just get the bare bone game that was, I mean, bare bone is.

Speaker 1 Pre-roll now. Meta roll now.

Speaker 1 I don't think that much changed. I played it, I think, first on Saturday Saturday for like 10 minutes, and I was surprisingly annoyed.
I didn't know why,

Speaker 1 but then I started playing again. I was like, ah, it's actually, actually quite fun.
The problem is when I hold my phone, I almost, it's just like I can fry egg on that phone.

Speaker 1 Yeah, I read it already that a lot of people are complaining that it's over.

Speaker 1 It's just, it's, it's like, fuck, I can really like, I can, I can make my breakfast for sure easily and it really drains the battery so I played for for I think like 20 minutes as one session and then I think it was like 30 or 40 percent of battery gone

Speaker 1 it that's just like come on guys you can do better you can do way better I know it's alpha like it's unoptimized probably but still yeah but still exactly

Speaker 1 that's a part of the experience it's unreal engine probably that's that's one of the because it's not there anyway it is it is you were trying to to load the sk the the the game and it it said on your on your uh um pc that it's unreal engine yeah yeah it's unreal engine

Speaker 1 so that's the problem okay this is what this is one of the first because most of supercell games if i understand is in their proprietary engine so

Speaker 1 yeah unreal is not more heavy but of course you can do much more like

Speaker 1 yeah beautiful stuff in it let's say

Speaker 1 also there's the this part that i'm gonna show you hopefully secret room secret rooms, yeah.

Speaker 1 That was there before, no? That was there before, but now

Speaker 1 it's really hidden in all of these levels.

Speaker 1 So you need to find it. And it's not that easy to find, actually, because it was easier before, but now at least

Speaker 1 I can.

Speaker 1 You're getting random perks and random primary breaks. Yes, exactly.

Speaker 1 What are the bots doing, by the way, in the meantime?

Speaker 1 I tried to find the other two, but I mean, for the sake of time and everything. Ah, fuck.

Speaker 1 yeah so this is the new system that they added called tower forge i guess the one that's like metagame based one the tower forge is where new perks are made for your next climb up to tower by spending gold you craft a random perk from those available this means players will end up with different pools of available perks on their journey.

Speaker 1 The forge has multiple levels. Each level gives access to subset of perks.
By acquiring tower tokens you can unlock higher levels of forge and more perks.

Speaker 1 Perks are classified as great, super, mega and ultra.

Speaker 1 Because although perks are not created equal all perks are awesome. Awesome.
Lastly, some perks will only drop in specific tower environments so be sure to find them while you're on those floors.

Speaker 1 Of course since the game only has two environments this isn't a big deal right now, but we'll hope it will become an interesting tactic choice once we start introducing a lot more environments into the game.

Speaker 1 You're constantly refining, adding, and removing and breaking things. The tower wasn't built in a day.

Speaker 1 let's just go to a tester on how this works. So, if I understand, this is the these are the perks that you brought from the previous floor to the next floor, yes? No, no, no, no, no.

Speaker 1 These are the ones that I built or forged. so I couldn't find these before I forged them.
So, all of these eight,

Speaker 1 as soon as I forged them, I could find them in the floors. So, that's why I have this pool of perks that you can find exactly, exactly.

Speaker 1 So, that's why it's like a deck of cards, pretty much, pretty much. So, if you don't have,

Speaker 1 yeah, if you don't have these perks before, you can't find them, basically. Yeah, easy as that.
So, this is

Speaker 1 some default perks if you don't have this.

Speaker 1 What happens if you click on forge?

Speaker 1 Nothing, because I'm going to forge level two to forge more perks, which is in one thou one hundred

If you go to the forge thing, this was one by one unlocked or like how should I imagine the screen where I was just forging.

Speaker 1 But these guys don't have recipes yet, which is like, you know, collect two perks and use into weapon, whatever. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 But it's like typical rogue light mechanics. That's that's that's like

Speaker 1 this perk is just fucking terrible because it consumes two random perks to generate a random level three perk. But I had a level three perk and it consumed

Speaker 1 yeah, yeah, which can be, but it was

Speaker 1 good.

Speaker 1 Or at least what's the, I don't know what the color represents. The purple was what rare, I guess.
