CRM was supposed to improve customer relationships.

Instead, it's shorthand for can't resolve much.

Which means you may have sunk a fortune into software that just bounces customer issues around but never actually solves them.

On the ServiceNow AI platform, CRM stands for something better.

With AI built into one platform, customers aren't mired in endless loops of automated indifference.

They get what they need when they need it.

Bad CRM was then.

This is ServiceNow.

Wooden Overcoats has a brand new episode.

It's true, and you can watch it.

That is right.

You can watch it anywhere in the world.

And you don't even need to stay up past your bedtime to do it.

My name is David K.

Barnes, but I know you don't care about that.

You only care about getting your hands on a ticket for Wooden Overcoats Live this coming Sunday, the 7th of September.

It's our 10th anniversary, and we are performing a new feature-length episode, written specially for the occasion.

It's called Rudyard Ruins Everything.

It's about birthdays and funerals and a haunted kettle, and it's happening this Sunday at 7 p.m.

UK time, live on stage at King's Place in London for the London Podcast Festival.

But David, I hear you say, What if I can't get to London?

Answer, you can stream the show on the King's Place website.

But David, how do I do that?

Answer, go to woodenovercoats.com.

On the homepage you'll find a big button that says Rudyard Ruins Everything.

Book your ticket.

Click on that.

Simple as that.

You will find exactly what you need and a streaming ticket will be yours.

But David, 7 PM in the UK is 4 AM in Australia.

Do I really have to stay up all night to watch Wooden Overcoats live?

live?

Answer no.

You do not have to watch the show at the time we perform it.

You can do if you want to, and there will be a live chat room to discuss the show with other Overcoats viewers while it's happening.

But when the show is finished, the stream will be available for you to watch for seven days.

So if when we're performing the show you happen to be busy or sleeping or both, you may rest assured that you can still watch Rudyard Ruins Everything for seven days whenever you want.

All you need to do is book your ticket.

Now we're not the only scripted show performing on Sunday the 7th at the London Podcast Festival.

No, no, no, we've also brought a few of our friends along to do their shows as well.

First up, there's Camlan, a post-apocalyptic drama fused with British folklore and Arfurian legends.

You can see the team performing a brand new prequel episode written by creator Ella Watts.

You'll want to book tickets for that.

In the afternoon, it's Crowley time with him, Tom Crowley, who you'll also know as the voice of Eric Chapman.

He's performing a new comedy sci-fi adventure Lynx Gambit with special guests and live music.

You'll want to book tickets for that too.

And another show celebrating their 10th anniversary is the sci-fi court classic Wolf 359.

And you can join them this Sunday as well for their 10-year reunion panel.

They're reflecting on how they made Wolf 359 and the cast and crew will be flying halfway around the world to do it.

You can book a ticket to see them in the hall, and they'll also be streaming their show as well.

So if you miss your flight to London, you can see them online.

And of course, in the evening, take a trip back to Piffling Vale for Rudyard Ruins Everything, the Wooden Overcoats 10th Anniversary Special.

There may still be a few tickets in the hall if you're very, very quick, but streaming tickets are definitely still on sale.

Remember, you don't need to watch us at 7 o'clock UK time.

You can stream us any time you like for seven days after the show.

Just go to woodenovercoats.com to book your ticket now.

Or go to kingsplace.co.uk and book tickets for everything.

And why not?
