Speaker 2 Overlooking.

Speaker 7 I mean, that little, is that the hustle behind you? Nah, it's, I don't know what it is. It's 20,000 a month, though.

Speaker 7 Oh, Lord.

Speaker 8 Yeah.

Speaker 7 Hey, hold on, hold on. I'm in New York.
I'm in my pond. I'm in New York.

Speaker 7 Oh, okay. How much you said it is a month?

Speaker 7 2012? 20,000. I mean, we just, it comes with our furniture and stuff.

Speaker 7 That's a backdrop. that's probably green screen.
No, it ain't no, it ain't no green screen.

Speaker 7 Can I ask you a question? Hey, get up and walk back to get up there and walk back. I don't walk around in my apartment like that.
Okay, that's what I thought. It's green.
I don't want to.

Speaker 7 If somebody break in my house, you're gonna like you feel me. I just how do you mean somebody's gonna break in your house if you pay twenty thousand dollars a month for a place in New York?

Speaker 7 That got they got guard. I'm saying, but I'm because I got two of them, so it's ten thousand a month.
So I'm just a 20, I'll just sum it up. What you mean, you got two?

Speaker 7 No, my mama lived next door.

Speaker 7 What's funny?

Speaker 7 Hey, yeah. Hey, hey, hey, what that connect with that hundred dollars that you owe me? What's up, huh? Sean,

Speaker 7 what's up, huh?

Speaker 7 What's up?

Speaker 7 Hey, I know, Marco, man. Where that hundred dollars?

Speaker 7 Why are you calling him all that y'all the same age?

Speaker 7 Why are you just saying, why you ain't never asked him that? Why are you calling him uncle like to make him feel? Hey, why you, why are you ignoring me? Where's the hundred dollars you owe me

Speaker 7 micho i don't want to i don't listen i don't want to have to put no hands on you but all i gotta do is call harrison don't let me get harrison on him

Speaker 2 who

Speaker 7 you know what i'm talking about was that andy harrison what's name uh who james harrison yeah who's about to and you just sit there and let him watch you didn't do nothing you was smiling the whole time you didn't get you knew you i'm the promoter no but i'm saying you did you you seen he was scared and you just watched it go back and forth no ultra ain't scared you see you see who you seen

Speaker 7 He's a big dude.

Speaker 7 I'm scared. I don't care about nobody being big, man.
Listen, you'll see. Hold on, stay with me real quick.
You'll see when we fight Super Bowl week, we'll see who's scared.

Speaker 7 I know, but you ain't be scared to get beat up.

Speaker 7 Who gets beat up? No, you scared of Louis. I mean, I wouldn't fight him.

Speaker 7 Why? Because I just get you somebody. I protect myself.
You see, I'm in it. I'm, you see, where I live, I live in good environments.
I work hard for myself.

Speaker 7 I work hard too, but you can't just let you can't just let people because they big. You're not supposed to be scared or something.

Speaker 7 You don't cuss anyone, do y'all?

Speaker 7 Well,

Speaker 7 what you gonna say? You scared as hell?

Speaker 7 I was just no, I was saying, you know, I don't do that cussing shit. It's cool,

Speaker 7 man. Mark, let me ask you this.

Speaker 7 Were you funny growing up, or did you stumble into comedy? Were you a class clown, or did you prank people?

Speaker 7 How did you stumble? How did you come into this role that you are now? Well, in school, well, I'm just Lesky.

Speaker 7 So,

Speaker 7 wait, you what

Speaker 7 you what dysleskic? I'm a struggle

Speaker 7 You gotta wear with words like ocho.

Speaker 7 What's funny?

Speaker 7 Hey, and you can spell it.

Speaker 7 I'm not

Speaker 7 Okay, so you was dyslexic and then what happened? My bad. I was just struggling in school.
And just,

Speaker 7 you know, once people pick on you for not being able to read a spell, you got to find your way to get out of it. So I used to just try to find a humor.

Speaker 7 You know,

Speaker 7 y'all ever heard of popcorn reading?

Speaker 7 Uh-uh. Popcorn reading is where you like read and somebody pick you to read.

Speaker 7 So, like, I used to get me to read. So, like, a lot of people used to pick on me and pick me.
So, did you, did you, did you get a diploma? Did you get a certificate, participation award?

Speaker 7 So, what happened? Yeah, it was what it was five students in the classroom and a dog, two teachers, Miss Collins.

Speaker 7 Well, we were on here to speak our truth for what? Yeah, for sure. I know.

Speaker 7 Go ahead, my bad. My bad.
What's the best? I'm just in what school did you did? Y'all all graduate? Did y'all all go to like school? How many people was in your classroom?

Speaker 2 Yeah.

Speaker 7 I mean, I was in a full class. What's a full class? What's a full class?

Speaker 7 42, 42 students.

Speaker 7 But I changed. I changed classes.
How many of your teachers focus on you with 42 students?

Speaker 7 I mean, it's a professor. That's what happened at university.
We have four students in our classroom because we can get like the teachers focused on the...

Speaker 7 the main people did you stay in that same classroom the whole day or did you change classes at any point in time during the day i stayed in the the same classroom we had two teachers so they they wrote

Speaker 7 interesting why you say that

Speaker 7 well i mean normally i mean most most when you say normally what do you mean by that because i like normally most students they change classes unless you know there are some deficiencies what does that mean i don't know what that word means That means that, you know, you're deficient in certain things and they don't want you to get lost between changing classes.

Speaker 7 so they just keep they just keep you

Speaker 7 let me ask you a question did the teacher meet you when the school bus pull up did the teacher meet you there and walk you to class and then walk you back to the school bus or did you

Speaker 7 i was the only one i rode my bus oh i stayed in club huh i was i stayed in clubleaf apartments in kansas city so i was only and that's because i lived in a project so okay i i was i got selected to go to that school.

Speaker 7 That's what my mama told me. I was selected.
How many recesses and how many lunches did you have in a day?

Speaker 7 We had one, and then we had a dog walk. Dog walk is where you get to walk the dog.
Oh, okay.

Speaker 7 So what was

Speaker 7 no

Speaker 7 at home,

Speaker 7 not in school.

Speaker 7 What was your favorite subject? Lunch,

Speaker 7 nap time?

Speaker 7 I mean,

Speaker 7 I mean, you know,

Speaker 7 school was just, you know, it was fine. I graduated.

Speaker 7 You did? Yeah.

Speaker 7 With a diploma or a certificate?

Speaker 7 It was both. It was, it was in a plastic.

Speaker 7 It was a plastic. It was,

Speaker 7 what's that called? Leminated. It was lemonated.
Oh.

Speaker 7 But you know, you have to have it laminated. They don't hand it to you laminated.
No, they hand it lemonated with us. And you open it up and they say, congratulations, Marco Summers.

Speaker 7 You have completed high school diploma.

Speaker 7 Oh, that's dope. Oh, you ain't go to college? I know, I ain't got no college.
You know, college ain't for everybody.

Speaker 7 Right. You know, that's the school with the fact that you've been able to.
I know y'all only went to college because y'all was good at sports.

Speaker 7 Everybody on here, let's be real, everybody on here ain't that smart.

Speaker 7 Well, hold on, wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. That's that's a fact.
Listen, I am good at reading.

Speaker 7 I can read that one thing, especially I got, I could read a Harry Potter book in a day. So that's one thing that I am good at.

Speaker 7 A Harry Potter in a day. So that's one thing a lot of people, I can't, I am good at reading.

Speaker 7 Oh, okay. Okay.

Speaker 7 I have a question. How did you go from trolling in Walmart to interviewing rappers and celebrities on couches?

Speaker 7 Like that, that's that's tremendous for someone that didn't go to college, for someone that didn't go to to college.

Speaker 7 Okay, okay, okay, you ain't got to add all that. Like, I know.

Speaker 7 Okay, I'm, my bad, my bad. Okay.
I'm just,

Speaker 7 how did you go from? I mean, I believe, uh, because at COVID time, it was like the city was shut down. So I was out and I got, you know, I was interviewing people on the streets, like, you know,

Speaker 7 and I was like, always paid them for their advice. Like, how did they feel about COVID? So.
I was the only one working during COVID, like Tom still doing, you know, so that was one big thing.

Speaker 7 So, and then, you know, with me being able to talk to like people out on the streets, it was just like opening the door that I was good at communication. So, and then,

Speaker 7 you know, just getting a chance to talk to a few underground rappers and then it started going up and up, you know, and there you go. See, I like that.

Speaker 7 I like that you just said that. $20,000 a month, this condo I worked hard for.

Speaker 7 At what moment, at what moment or what celebrity was your breakthrough where it was like, you know what, what I have going on and what I'm doing right now just might be bigger than just internet funny where it's where it's taking off to the point where you can afford a twenty thousand dollar a month condo yeah the one i'm in right now right

Speaker 7 yeah yeah

Speaker 7 all right uh well talking to getting to sit down with nikki minaj that kind of like open

Speaker 7 oh that took that that blew it was a little scared you know like she's a good person i was just scared you know talking to her but no hold up niki minaj sit down with you and she won't sit down with me shannon you know how you are it's kind of hard sitting down with you you know how you are when you sit down because you

Speaker 7 shana you you warm people up and then you just like you you you hit them with it like and then you act like oh

Speaker 7 already know it so like one thing i do no but you really good at manipulating the situation which you're great at what you do right because everybody love you for it everybody watch your interviews but you're really good at willing somebody in you could be a detective on the show

Speaker 7 yeah if 50 cent is watching this he needs to put you on power as a cop it will be really cool

Speaker 7 i like that i like i like that hey listen bro your interviews like that real live that you got on what's that you wearing

Speaker 7 that is what is it real

Speaker 7 yeah it's real what i'm saying let me see the tag

Speaker 7 i know where you got that from

Speaker 7 no no yeah louis vuitton and bal harmony

Speaker 7 But you save money, though.

Speaker 7 It's not because you cheap.

Speaker 7 Listen,

Speaker 7 i don't think you understand it's 2025 and i'm i'm in a season of ocho this year i'm spending all year long okay well why you ain't paying on his money

Speaker 7 yeah that's why you pay my hundred dollars why you

Speaker 7 know you owe him five thousand dollars why you ain't pay him but you owe me a hundred let me get my hundred ain't talk that's little money

Speaker 7 it ain't little money it's the principal i said you need to go

Speaker 7 get your money so that's that's what we need to talk about

Speaker 7 okay how about we do this When you pay me my 100, I pay Uncle's money. I put me in the midst of that fire, yeah.
I mean, I don't think that really has anything to do with it, Ocho.

Speaker 7 One should not have anything to do with the other.

Speaker 7 Listen, the fact that I didn't even know he was coming on here, but he owed me money, and I ain't seen him since I let him. You know what? I've never seen a bald-headed homeless person.

Speaker 7 Y'all do really good for y'all community.

Speaker 7 No, I'm just saying, no, I said I never seen like all bald head men do really good. We can't, yeah, Shannon.
Have you ever seen a bald head dude black like doing bad

Speaker 7 oh yeah i see what you mean every bald head dude michael jordan everybody that's bald headed or is always like they good yeah steve harvey

Speaker 7 uh

Speaker 7 okay yeah you're okay i don't mad

Speaker 7 i'm just saying everybody that's bald headed they ain't got shit to worry about they they stretched out their head wave brothers yeah

Speaker 7 yeah you're right hey are you you mad no you know i want to get married but i see like it just seemed like it's a lot of papers to read and stuff i'm not really a reading type of of dude.

Speaker 2 Yeah.

Speaker 2 But,

Speaker 7 but, but, along, did you just have, didn't you just have a little one?

Speaker 7 Yeah, I did, yeah. But me, that was, you know, you know how that goes, you know.
No, tell me. Wait, you had a baby.
You know how that goes. Why are we talking about?

Speaker 7 Why are you saying, wait, you're not, you're not a virgin? No, no, no, I ain't a virgin.

Speaker 7 Why they, why they say that? I'm in this shit. Because I don't be speaking on shit, you know?

Speaker 7 Okay, I may be. Probably I need to go live so they know I'll be doing my thing, you know? There you go.
There you go, Marco. That was uncalled for.

Speaker 7 That was a low blow, bro. Well, I'm just saying, no, it ain't nothing to do with you.
I'm talking to him.

Speaker 7 No, you talk about me.

Speaker 7 I mean, if you're a beef, just shoot fit, no weird.

Speaker 11 Run a business and not thinking about radio? Think again. Because more people are listening to the radio and iHeart today than they were 20 years ago.

Speaker 11 And only iHeart Broadcast Radio connects with more Americans than TV, digital, social, any other media. Even twice as many teens than TikTok.
And that reach means everything.

Speaker 11 Just think about the universal marketing formula. The number of consumers who hear your message times the response rate equals the results.
Now, let's get those results growing for your business.

Speaker 11 Radio's here now more than ever, and iHeart's leading the way. Think radio can help your business? Think iHeart.

Speaker 14 If one of us wins, would we all win?

Speaker 15 I'm Ashley Reitfeld and I'm the host of the Women's Skateboarding Podcast. Good luck with that.

Speaker 15 Good luck with that is a skateboarding podcast that is part cultural record, part news brief, mostly group therapy, and a place to talk about the past, present, and future of women and gender expansive skateboarding.

Speaker 15 This week, me and my co-hosts Nora Vasconcelos and Alex White, we have Babiana Delfina on the show, a professional skateboarder from Florida whose grip was forged in a family of athletes.

Speaker 15 Tune in to hear how she broke into the boys club, what it takes to be pro, and why just being grateful you're here shouldn't be the price of entry.

Speaker 14 Maybe the industry thinks that we just started skating five years ago, because that's when they maybe started paying attention.

Speaker 15 It's a no-fluff conversation about putting in the years, stacking clips and receipts, and still having to prove your worth while the industry catches up.

Speaker 13 You break down the door, sick, now like hold the door for everyone.

Speaker 15 We created good luck with that because we want to share our experience of existing in an industry that wasn't always built for everyone.

Speaker 15 So listen to good luck with that on iHeartRadio apps, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Speaker 16 For 25 years, I've explored what it means to heal, not just for myself, but alongside others.

Speaker 10 I'm Mike DeLaRocha. This is Sacred Lessons, a space for reflection, growth, and collective healing.

Speaker 17 What do you tell men that are hurting right now?

Speaker 18 Everything's gonna be okay on the other side, you know, just push through it.

Speaker 8 And, you know, ironically, the root of the word spirit is breath.

Speaker 2 Wow.

Speaker 8 Which is why one of the most revolutionary acts that we can do as people is just breathe.

Speaker 2 Next to the wound is their gifts.

Speaker 17 You can't even find your gifts unless you go through the wound. That's the hard thing.
You think, well, I'm going to get my gifts. I don't want to go through all that.

Speaker 17 You got to go through the wounds you left.

Speaker 19 listening to other people's near-death experiences and that's all they say in conclusion love is the answer listen to sacred lessons as part of the mykutura podcast network available on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.

Speaker 7 Hey, hey, congratulations, though. You got a little girl, a little boys.

Speaker 7 I'm

Speaker 7 both.

Speaker 7 Oh, you guys.

Speaker 7 You know, I just genders. You can't just let.
I'm gonna let her decide or him, whatever. I'm gonna let them decide.

Speaker 7 Okay.

Speaker 7 Hey, I want to interview Bobby. Can you make that happen? I definitely can, but don't start no shit.
You feel me? Please, can I?

Speaker 7 How am I gonna start? I'm saying, you know, what you do. Look at your shirt, the joker.
Like, you, you know, who you are. You wear your like, oh, it's all in your face.
Like,

Speaker 7 hey, who is Bobby? Uh, Bobby Optoff.

Speaker 7 Yes. Oh, ain't you? ain't you and Bobby dating? No, no, don't do that.

Speaker 7 I'm just saying, I saw the chemistry. The chemistry y'all had together.
No, we're a date. That's a friend.
She's a friend of mine. But I feel like

Speaker 7 I saw the chemistry. I know what friend means.
What kind of friend? What are we talking about? Look who's talking. Because are you in a relationship or not?

Speaker 7 Yes. Me?

Speaker 7 Yeah, my girl right here. Okay.
With respect. Yeah.

Speaker 7 Okay.

Speaker 7 I didn't know. I'm trying to figure out what you getting at talking about.
I'm like a detective. Say I ask a question and I'll be surprised.

Speaker 7 I don't know what they're going to say. You'll be like when you, when you interview people, are you not surprised at some of the answers that they say?

Speaker 7 But the clickbait, I feel like people, you're really good at throwing somebody miss into it. Like you just asked some shit about somebody that has nothing to do with it.

Speaker 7 Like, you know what I'm saying? Just prime example, you just be like.

Speaker 7 I was about to say something, but it is going to, somebody can clip it and then it's going to sound like a bad thing. I mean, if I'm asking,

Speaker 7 let's just say for the sake of argument, let's just say I'm i'm sitting down and i'm talking to michael jordan okay let's say can i give you example all right let's throw fat joe in there this hypothetically hypothetically hyper hypothetically speaking right yes we're using fat joe which is this is off uh not real you like and you sitting down talking to little kim you're like so what do you think about fat joe herpes do you feel like he should do something about it and then fat joe caught a stray you're giving people strays And then it'll get clipped.

Speaker 7 Fat Joe's herpes get talked by little Kim. And then Fat Joe's like, What's going on? Why am I getting tagged in it? No, I ask, I say, Hey, Lil' Kim, what is Fat Joe like?

Speaker 7 What was it like to be in the studio with Fat Joe? What was it like to be around

Speaker 7 Puffy or Biggie? Rest his soul. I don't know.
No, no, you're that's one. No, you don't do that.
You have a specific topic which you're good with.

Speaker 7 That's why you have a very successful podcast because you know how to clip people because you talk about Fat Joe Herpes. Can you say Fat Joe Herpes, real quick? No, Fat Joe was good.

Speaker 7 Fat Joe was good. Fat Joe was unbelievable.

Speaker 7 I mean, he talked. I asked Fat Joe questions.
He answered the question. He talked about his son,

Speaker 7 his special needs son. Yeah, but I'm just saying, no, we're just throwing that in.
No, we're not talking about on that interview. I just threw a name up there, right?

Speaker 7 No, but I'm saying, but see, that last part that you said was going to get clicks that Shadow Sharp says this about Fat Joe. Says what about Fat Joe?

Speaker 7 That you said what you said about Fat Joe. I don't know what I said.

Speaker 7 What people try to get, what people say is that I ask a question. Yes, I ask the questions, but I don't know the answers to the questions.
That's why I'm asking.

Speaker 7 I ask questions that I think that people, if my fans that are watching or listening, if they were in those shoes, they would ask those very questions. No, no, nothing here.

Speaker 7 Chad, do you agree?

Speaker 7 I mean,

Speaker 7 I kind of agree. The point of having certain interviews

Speaker 7 or to ask the questions that people want to know the answers to. And probably if they were in Unk's shoes, those are the questions that they would ask, knowing that that's what the people are.

Speaker 7 No, they're not bad questions. They're good questions because they're very successful.

Speaker 7 but some people feel like they caught a stray so for instance if somebody's trying to get out of that situation you'll bring it back up like damn that's what it is so that's where some people like damn he brought it back up so that's where things can get like tricky so so what about you break what about you sharing dms you bringing that up

Speaker 7 Somebody called a straight. Somebody text you something in confidentiality and you showing that.
What about that?

Speaker 7 What'd that say? Who who is that

Speaker 7 that dm i'm reading the chat it says why is marco the sexiest person on this live thank you

Speaker 7 no no no that's not what that dm say who is that from marco so good looking thank y'all i'm reading the comments marco is so beautiful

Speaker 7 hey chat

Speaker 7 i'm asking the question though if if honestly we all went out publicly and we was all single do y'all feel like we take the money of fame away who look better on here let's be real

Speaker 7 i mean like honestly like for real scale of one to ten, scale of one to ten, what you rate yourself, scale of one to ten.

Speaker 7 I'm gonna get my player.

Speaker 7 You're a 9.8 on what scale? A 20?

Speaker 7 No, one through 10, right?

Speaker 7 Oh, no, Marco. Oh, no.
I was talking about a scale. I wonder if you got big muscles.
Like, let's take away the muscles.

Speaker 7 Well, damn. All right.

Speaker 7 Well, you will put me on a zip. I mean,

Speaker 7 hey, no, I'm Marco. Scale of one to ten, what you rate yourself? I mean, mean, honestly, okay, all right, 7.5.

Speaker 7 7.5? I mean, before with a haircut after. I mean, you know, I'm not.

Speaker 7 Who's asking? You?

Speaker 7 Nah, I'm not saying that.

Speaker 7 You're not my type.

Speaker 7 Listen, I mean, life is all about confidence.

Speaker 7 I'm just saying, you're not my type. Let's get that out the way.

Speaker 7 What you trying to say? I just, you're not my type.

Speaker 7 But here's the thing. If we all went out, everybody knows who each of us are.
But let's say, Let's take away the fame. Let's take it away.
Like.

Speaker 7 Hold on. Hold on.
Let me get this right. We're going to take away the fame and we're going to walk down the street as is.
I'm as muscular as I am now. My personality is the same.

Speaker 7 The only thing you take away is the fame. But your people skills are not good.

Speaker 7 Man, please. You just said, I get people to open up.
Okay, you do, but it's because people are scared of you. You are aggressive.
Look at that. You see, you talk with her.
You are aggressive.

Speaker 7 Like, I will be scared. Like, see, the only thing that saves you, you have a beautiful smile.
Let's talk about it. But if you have that, you are aggressive.

Speaker 7 Like, damn, what else you want to think about? You were cutting my head off, too? No, it ain't that. Like, you look at Chad, okay, Chad, bald-headed.
Some women like bald-headed people.

Speaker 7 You know what I'm saying? Whoa, whoa, all, all women, all women, all women. And listen, my personality wins.

Speaker 7 But you just look like you know how to tell women what they want to hear. So people are going to begin as a cat person.
Again, you just have, you know how to work your, you know how to talk.

Speaker 7 You know how to communicate. Yeah, I'm well you got a kid so you know how to do something i mean yeah but again i just know how to dm

Speaker 7 and you and you be posting it people be catching straight they talk to you in confidentiality you posted a dm

Speaker 7 i mean okay who is the dm i still don't know who the dm we're gonna talk about no we're gonna talk about usher

Speaker 7 all right okay hey you know what I wanted to ask you something too. You've had Offset, G Herbo, Boosie.
I mean, stars like Lala on the couch. Shout out to Lala.
Shout out to Lala.

Speaker 7 Hey, who's your dream interview that you've yet to do? I say,

Speaker 7 and I think, hey, I think Chris Tucker will be dope. Dave Chappelle.

Speaker 2 Ooh.

Speaker 7 Okay, you got Chris Tucker?

Speaker 7 I have. He's one of my first ones.

Speaker 7 But I knew Tuck.

Speaker 7 What about Dave Chappelle? Why you ain't got Day Chappelle yet? Because he don't want to catch a stray? Nah,

Speaker 7 I'm going to have him on the show. Eventually, I will.

Speaker 7 That's a good one.

Speaker 7 I got a list of people. I got like five people that I think in 2023.
Let me ask you a question. If you could interview Michael Jackson, what was something that you could ask him right now?

Speaker 7 Like, live, what would you ask Michael Jackson?

Speaker 7 What would I ask Michael?

Speaker 7 That's a good one there, boy.

Speaker 7 Probably, why wasn't Thriller enough?

Speaker 7 Break that down.

Speaker 7 Because he drove himself crazy trying to replicate Thriller.

Speaker 7 Because Thriller, you have to understand that was Haley's comet.

Speaker 7 Most people only see one Haley's comment. He had Thriller.
100, you know, at the time, 35 million hard copies sold.

Speaker 7 But everything that came after that, even though it was doing diamond, which is 10, how many artists now, and you know the music industry, how many artists now would kill to have a

Speaker 7 diamond album?

Speaker 7 Hard copies

Speaker 7 had it.

Speaker 7 Bad was a diamond. Dangerous, but it was a thriller.

Speaker 7 And so he made himself,

Speaker 7 you know,

Speaker 7 it's like a pitcher throwing a perfect game. And then he's like, he has one hitter that he has, two hitters, he has the ERA, but he's like, it's not a perfect game.

Speaker 7 He still might.

Speaker 7 Just because he didn't replicate Thriller again, did anybody think less of him?

Speaker 7 Right. I mean, Prince, Prince, do you think less of Prince? Because can we compare this to football as in, like, let's say, let's take this in football terms, like getting

Speaker 7 the football ring. Like, let's say

Speaker 7 Holmes is Michael Jackson.

Speaker 7 He wants more. Yes.

Speaker 7 But here's the thing: no, you have to take it. You have to take it as an individual.
So let's just say, for the sake of argument, he goes to the Super Bowl, he wins, and he throws for 300 yards.

Speaker 7 Now, the next two Super Bowl, he throws for 150, and he's like, oh, my gosh.

Speaker 7 Right. Those are great performances.

Speaker 7 They were in the biggest stage.

Speaker 7 So I'm look, I knew I off the wall. I think, you know, as far as like musically, me personally, I like off the wall better than not commercially.

Speaker 7 Thrill is the biggest album commercially, but you go back and look at Michael's Off the Wall.

Speaker 7 Right. It's a masterpiece.

Speaker 7 But that's not what he thought.

Speaker 7 So another thing, I feel like you're the only person that can get 50 Cent Ja Ru to sit down because you make that happen.

Speaker 7 No, I'm just saying, I really feel like you can sit them two down and also bow out little Romeo because people feel like it was beef between them two.

Speaker 7 If you can get them two to sit down, that would be huge.

Speaker 7 I don't think there's beef between. I think the thing is, look, they're the natural comparison.
They were young teenage guys.

Speaker 7 But we need to hear them talk, but that's the thing because you get them two down and talk to them to get the history behind that.

Speaker 7 I can try.

Speaker 7 I'm working on another beef that I'm trying to patch up. Who is that?

Speaker 7 I ain't telling.

Speaker 7 Hey, Marco,

Speaker 7 if you had the opportunity to host something like SNL, would you do it? Oh, you got to read a teleprompter and reading is not mine, fundamental.

Speaker 7 And not your style.

Speaker 7 You know, don't say,

Speaker 7 don't do that.

Speaker 7 Don't do that. I ain't do nothing.

Speaker 7 You can't read it. No, I can read.
I told y'all I couldn't read a Harry Potter book in a day. So it's just, I read what I want to read.
You feel me? What I'm into.

Speaker 7 So you can't read a teleprompter. They just got to slow it down.

Speaker 7 How slow are we talking?

Speaker 7 Me, just as in skill and in school.

Speaker 7 No, I mean, how slow does the teleprompter need to do for you to be able to be on SNL?

Speaker 7 Probably about like 3.5.

Speaker 7 I just made that up. Yeah.

Speaker 7 Because normally it's like 28, 30, 33, something like that. Yeah.

Speaker 7 Will you feel like, do you feel like

Speaker 7 you'll be able to host? Would you take the BET awards if they told you to host it?

Speaker 7 Maybe.

Speaker 7 What do you mean, maybe?

Speaker 7 But see, a lot of times,

Speaker 7 I look at stuff as lifelong goals for me. That's never being a host of

Speaker 7 something like that, SNL, BET, that ain't never been. No, no, no.
We're talking about BT. If BT said we want you to host these the hip-hop awards.

Speaker 7 Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on, hold on.
Me, Unk, and Ocho to host the hip-hop awards. Oh, no, no, I'm not, no, not you.

Speaker 7 If they ask you, if they ask you to host the BT Awards, hip-hop awards, do you feel like that's something that you do where it's kind of like some jobs ain't for everybody?

Speaker 7 Yeah, but I'm not, I'm not like hip-hop, though. That's what I'm saying.
So you feel like you have to be, like, understand everything, you know? yeah

Speaker 7 right

Speaker 7 that's why that's why we would do it together it would be perfect but you're not hip-hop either

Speaker 7 all right

Speaker 7 like you wouldn't consider like as a nfl hip-hop player let's talk about it

Speaker 7 i am not you are of a pop you that you wasn't even born you ain't you know you're not a hip-hop type of person you don't like you're not hip-hop don't nobody think of hip-hop and think of chad like oh chad you're not hip-hop right Hold on, hold on.

Speaker 7 When you think of me as a football player, what do you think? I can just like some, you know what I'm saying? Like

Speaker 7 salsa dancing. Like, I can see you just more of relaxed.
Like, you want to be scarfed, smoke the cigar, like more calm.

Speaker 7 Like, you're calm, but like, you, like, you're not, you're not with, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 7 Listen, when I, when I think of, when I think of hip-hop, right, when I think of our culture, like, I was,

Speaker 7 I was future before future. Does that make sense? Yeah.
Now, I'm just old. I'm just older now.

Speaker 7 Let's say this.

Speaker 7 All right,

Speaker 7 when you think of hip-hop, name three artists, hip-hop, this overall, that's part of hip-hop. Go ahead,

Speaker 7 like Drake, Kenrick. No, no, no, no.
We're talking about Joe Tom. Was you, were you? What?

Speaker 7 Oh, but

Speaker 7 are you 72? 72, right?

Speaker 7 68.

Speaker 7 Okay.

Speaker 7 You know,

Speaker 7 I came up in the era. I came up, Rockham, KRS1, ll cool j

Speaker 7 big daddy kane i came up in that era exactly okay so chat name hip-hop three artists when you say hip-hop

Speaker 7 my uh things that oh see that's what i'm saying it's not just not in you i'm saying my time right through my time you knew what i asked you why'd you uh like you know you're not hip-hop

Speaker 7 what time i'm saying what is it what what introduced you as a kid going through middle school what is hip-hop to you who is like introduced you to hip-hop

Speaker 7 see that's what i'm saying

Speaker 7 no

Speaker 7 man let me finish man

Speaker 7 trick daddy i'm obviously i'm i'm from miami trick daddy trina and rock you just said my do you see onk how you went and you went through it new like he went through

Speaker 7 he went from new york he hit two

Speaker 7 you just

Speaker 7 and you just said in when i was in middle school i just told you when i was in middle school i get it you're talking about where you're from like hip-hop is worldwide again it like he said he went from kr So, in middle school, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.

Speaker 7 When you was in middle school, you were listening to hip-hop worldwide. I was listening to worldwide.
Snoop Dogg, let's say Snoop Dogg introduced. Like, I grew up on him, right? Yeah.

Speaker 7 Y'all know Pat Pat?

Speaker 7 Because you know, well, like, actually, it's the Sugar Hill gang in 1979, and that really kind of jumped it off. And then you had, you know, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five.

Speaker 7 You had KR was one, you had Rock Him, and then you had the NWA, you had the

Speaker 7 public enemies, you had the LL Cool J made it cool. LL Cool J was a cool rapper.
He could talk about getting the ladies and seducing the ladies.

Speaker 7 And he wasn't always talking about smashing and smoking, drinking, smoking lean, smoking weed and drinking lean. LL made it cool.
LL was a cool rapper. He made it fun.

Speaker 2 Right.

Speaker 7 So, yeah, but let me tell you what. The Espies.
Oh, Shanna, okay,

Speaker 7 if ESP and ask reached out and asked you about now.

Speaker 7 Now you're talking about something that Unc can get his teeth into.

Speaker 7 Hold on.

Speaker 7 Now, when you talk about them calling you, now you're going to suggest I do it it with you, or are you going to do it by yourself? Ocho, I was just telling, I was just playing. Oh, no, but

Speaker 7 are you going to do it by yourself or with him? Be it like the world is watching.

Speaker 2 What are you going to do?

Speaker 7 Yeah, what you going to do?

Speaker 7 I'm not. Look, that

Speaker 7 guys, see, those things interest you, Ocho. Those don't interest me.
No, look, listen. Are you going to answer the question you just said to ask me? We speak a hypothetical.

Speaker 7 Yeah, we're going to go.

Speaker 7 Me, I really only do things that I'm passionate about, Marco. If anybody that anybody that knows Shannon, that's why I'm normally successful at the things that I do

Speaker 7 because I'm really passionate about doing it. And if I'm not passionate about it, I don't do it.
I don't have a whole lot of hobbies because there's not a whole lot of things I'm passionate about.

Speaker 7 Can you get Eminem on your podcast? Can you talk to him? Like, that will be big.

Speaker 7 A lot of people I can talk to will be big. Yeah.

Speaker 7 Hey, Marco,

Speaker 7 why don't you interview me?

Speaker 7 Me. You heard what he's saying.
I don't know artist me.

Speaker 7 I don't know who me is. I never heard of that artist.

Speaker 7 Can you interview Chad Johnson? I mean, what is it? You know, like, you're a cool dude, but you're not. I don't, you're not my type.
I don't want to, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 7 I don't want to sit down and talk to you.

Speaker 7 I'm saying we good. Like, you're a great person.

Speaker 7 You don't think, you don't think that would be funny? It ain't about funny. It's just about

Speaker 7 funny.

Speaker 7 It's not about funny. Man, get me Bobby.
You doing all this talking. Tell Bobby I want to sit down with Bobby.
Let me call Bobby right now while we live. Hold on.

Speaker 7 Hey. Hey, why you call her? You know what this is?

Speaker 7 You know what that is? That's that thing that be on TikTok, the TikTok shop.

Speaker 7 Nah, yeah. You ever talk about that?

Speaker 7 I really don't need that. I ain't that old.

Speaker 7 She don't even answer your call.

Speaker 7 Yeah, you know, shit be happening.

Now let's get those results growing for your business.

Speaker 11 Radio's here now more than ever, and iHeart's leading the way. Think radio can help your business? Think iHeart.

Speaker 11 Streaming, podcasting, and radio, where the reach is real. Let us show you at iHeartAdvertising.com.
That's iHeartAdvertising.com.

Speaker 12 Or call 844-844-iHeart.

Speaker 11 One more time, just call 844-844-iHeart and get radio working for you.

Speaker 14 If one of us wins, would we all win?

Speaker 15 I'm Ashley Reitfeld, and I'm the host of the Women's Skateboarding Podcast. Good luck with that.

Speaker 15 Good luck with that is a skateboarding podcast that is part cultural record, part news brief, mostly group therapy, and a place to talk about the past, present, and future of women and gender expansive skateboarding.

Speaker 15 This week, me and my co-hosts, Nora Vasconcelos and Alex White, we have Babiana Delfina on the show, a professional skateboarder from Florida whose grip was forged in a family of athletes.

Speaker 15 Tune in to hear how she broke into the boys' club, what it takes to be pro, and why just being grateful you're here shouldn't be the price of entry.

Speaker 14 Maybe the industry thinks that we just started skating five years ago because that's when they maybe started paying attention.

Speaker 15 So listen to good luck with that on iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Speaker 16 For 25 years, I've explored what it means to heal, not just for myself, but alongside others.

Speaker 10 I'm Mike De La Rocha. This is Sacred Lessons, a space for reflection, growth, and collective healing.
What do you tell men that are hurting right now?

Speaker 18 Everything's gonna be okay on the other side, you know, just push through it.

Speaker 8 And, you know, ironically, the root of the word spirit is breath.

Speaker 19 Wow.

Speaker 20 Listening to other people's near-death experiences.

Speaker 2 And that's all they say.

Speaker 20 In conclusion, love is the answer.

Speaker 19 Listen to Sacred Lessons as part of the My Gutura Podcast Network. Available on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Speaker 21 Hey, y'all, it's me, your man MG Marcus Grant.

Speaker 6 And I'm LaQuan Jones.

Speaker 22 If you're looking to win your fantasy football league, you need to tune in to the NFL Fantasy Football Podcast.

Speaker 21 It's right there in the name. Every week, Florio, LQ, and I bring you the latest news from around the league.

Speaker 22 We break down every matchup, give you our analysis and advice so you know who to start, sit, drop, and trade to bring that championship trophy home.

Speaker 2 I just want to remind everyone how good Rashi Rice was last season.

Speaker 22 In his three healthy games, he was the wide receiver two in fantasy.

Speaker 2 I think Rashi Rice just goes off this week.

Speaker 24 The Chiefs come on a flip pass to Rice their side.

Speaker 2 Touchdown.

Speaker 23 Ramondre Stevens is my sleeper this week. This is a matchup where I think I can slide in Stevens into my flex position and he could deliver double-digit points this week.

Speaker 25 Drake takes the snap. Hands it up.
Ramondre running it right and running into the end zone. Touchdown.

Speaker 21 It's never too late to turn your fantasy season around.

Speaker 22 Subscribe to the NFL Fantasy Football Podcast on the iHeartRadio app Apple podcast or wherever you get your podcasts

Speaker 7 no now what did that pill do for you you said that y'all really be taking them pills

Speaker 7 yeah bro what does it do well you never took that what you mean what it do

Speaker 7 what you needed to know you know what it do No, I'm saying what it, I'm saying, do it like standard.

Speaker 7 Have you ever taken an energy drink? Have you ever drank energy drink? I drunk, yeah, 28 black. I have.
Okay, so

Speaker 7 it gives you a little boost, right?

Speaker 7 Okay, there you go. Well, what happened? What if she don't miss a boost?

Speaker 7 This ain't for her. It's for you.

Speaker 7 Hey, she's gonna like it. She's gonna like, oh, but here's the thing, Marco.

Speaker 7 You're gonna always, because if you don't do it all the time, she's gonna say, hey, I want you to bring that PP you had the first time we got together. But then that's when you become addicted.

Speaker 7 And now I got to pop pills every time. That's exactly what I'm giving her.
What you just said.

Speaker 7 addicted.

Speaker 7 Hey, but I'm saying, why don't you get with somebody your age? And you don't need to pop them. Whoa, whoa, what are we gonna do? Go to the doctor, visit together.

Speaker 7 Hell, I want somebody my age for. Right.
See, we're gonna be great. You're right, Marco.
And you just take them like this, right? And put them on your tongue.

Speaker 7 And you listen to that. Why are you doing that with all of us on here, though?

Speaker 7 Why you popping up?

Speaker 7 He might got something in the wings, Marco. Damn.

Speaker 7 Let that man live. I'm popping it.
I'm popping.

Speaker 7 If it's

Speaker 7 party full of dudes and that, you pop it like this. Like, it's just nothing but guys in here.
Like, no, you ain't going to do that right now. I ain't over there.
I'm going upstairs and going to man.

Speaker 7 I don't know what else y'all got going on. I ain't got nothing to do with me.
I'm at home. But I'm saying, all right.
I'm saying, but you ain't got to be, yeah. Like, I'm only.

Speaker 7 Hey, hey, tell us about, tell us about your facial journey.

Speaker 7 You've been posting that on TikTok. You've been telling about your journey.

Speaker 7 Oh, yeah, it's just when you, I feel like being in the industry, sometimes when you accept yourself, sometimes people find things to pull away from you.

Speaker 7 And that's what brings out insecurity of people. But once you know you're dealing with something, you got it.
And you know, it's a problem. You can work on it yourself.

Speaker 7 But sometimes I feel like when you get in here, people pick on you and call it out. And it can make people like feel insecure and they don't know what to do.

Speaker 7 But once you accept it and you be okay with it, like, I know this is what I'm dealing with, just it becomes a journey. But sometimes people hide it because people pick on you about it.

Speaker 7 So that's one thing that. Don't nobody ever, you know, tell you how to do it because nobody knows that you're going to be who you are.

Speaker 7 Like we don't just pick like you didn't know you'll be like, like, to probably the fifth, 58th best tight end in a row. You don't know that.
But, whatever, but whatever.

Speaker 7 But here's the thing,

Speaker 7 let me ask you a question. So, when you were growing up, obviously, kids can be very, very cruel.
They made fun of your skin. Right.

Speaker 7 But

Speaker 7 so, at this age, now you finally decided, so, okay, you got some money. You can go get it treated.

Speaker 7 So, did they tell you that they're going to be able to treat it and you'll be able to smooth your skin out? And you won't know that you had this? I think it's when you have acne?

Speaker 7 It's like acne and eczema. So it's all that, you know?

Speaker 7 Yeah, because my, you know,

Speaker 7 my mama was burnt and she had me. So I came out of that.
So that's where the acne came from. That ain't got nothing to do with it.

Speaker 7 That's not a genetic trait. Okay.
Well, I don't know. That's what my brother told me.
But okay, so.

Speaker 7 More importantly, what I was trying to say is just something become a journey when you don't hide it.

Speaker 7 And I feel like being an entertainer, some people, you can use makeup all the time and you can use filters, but you know, you just got to be truth to yourself and also show people because people can look up to you and take the same route.

Speaker 7 So sometimes never hide your journey. That's what I learned.
Just let it be that, you know? So let me basically quickly. So how many, how many treatments did they tell you that it's going to take?

Speaker 7 Or is it going to be an ongoing process?

Speaker 7 It's the ongoing thing. It's going to, it's going to be a while, but, you know, and also eating, I didn't know.

Speaker 7 Like growing up on food stamps and stuff, we got a lot of snacks and my mama never really took us to the doctor.

Speaker 7 so all we did was just eat snacks all day but some people don't know they child everybody can't eat the same so the stuff i was eating correct making me weak you're making it worse yeah yeah so again we just from the hood and when you're from that sometimes you got to learn a lot of stuff i was on a podcast and i recently said like a woman showed me how to love myself more because when you grow up without a daddy and your mom is just like working all the time, nobody there to show you that.

Speaker 7 So with that being said,

Speaker 7 I said a woman showed me how to like properly take a shower and people like oh you don't know how to take a shower i'm like no it's not that but nobody was never there my mama just wash your ass and get out and my daddy wasn't there but when you get with somebody they show you properly how to do it this way it starts to show you to a man that's why i said women are the best thing that you can introduce to your life or who whatever your partner is whatever you love you know i'm saying wherever they come from they can show you a new step so that's why it's always good to date somebody that's you know, on another level that can improve you, not just with money, not just with what they got, but what they can bring to you.

Speaker 7 But teaching you how to take a shower, don't say now. We're gonna get quick.

Speaker 7 I'm just saying, you didn't have to say that again.

Speaker 7 I know, I'm not saying that.

Speaker 7 Like, we get so before you became friendly, Marco, you was dirty, Marco. I mean, I necessarily dirty, it was just like, you know, I was just, I was rough, funky, Marco.
No, I was just rough.

Speaker 7 Like, Shannon, let's be real. You, who told you how to take a bath? Was your daddy and mama there? No, uh, my sister, she's eight years older than me.

Speaker 7 She don't know how to wash like a man, so you was funky too. That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 No, bro, no, bro bro look i grew up i grew up in a different situation i didn't have a shower so i grew up taking a bath on a tub but you know she told me how to you know lavender up and right around here and right around here and go around your neck getting all that up but did you use two rags or one rag

Speaker 7 back in the day i only had one rag that's not cool

Speaker 7 bro so you use you use two rags

Speaker 7 you we didn't we barely look bro bro i was happy to have a tub to be able to take a shower when we had we had to dip well water so bro slow down I'm okay.

Speaker 7 Hold on, why you use two rags? What the other one for? Your ass.

Speaker 7 Oh, so

Speaker 7 you, you, you use a different rag for okay. You don't do that's what I'm saying.
We got to do that. So tonight, use two rags.

Speaker 7 Yeah, we, I use two. I mean, I sometimes I use a like a loofah.
I have one of those

Speaker 7 little things, you know,

Speaker 7 not a loofah. A loofah? What do they call them?

Speaker 7 A loofah.

Speaker 7 Yeah, the little sponge thing. That's a loofah.
Yeah, I got one of those. I got one of those little like cloths that I use for my body.
Then I use that thing for my face.

Speaker 7 Well, can I ask y'all a question? What's a proper way? And it's like talking to men out there that's dealing with it. A proper way for a guy to leave a woman that's in love with him?

Speaker 7 Because I feel like guys don't know how to break up with women. Yeah, it ain't no proper way.

Speaker 7 The proper way to leave. Yeah.

Speaker 7 I mean, it's no it's not when a woman love you it's hard it's different from a man to leave a woman because they leave us in the quickness right yes

Speaker 7 well it's always easy it's easier for the person that wants to break up it's not because they're invested see if you if somebody want if you if you're not ready to get out oh you're now we talk about this a lot funny mark marco is that when

Speaker 7 somebody wants the relationship and somebody wants out the person that doesn't want out is the one that hurts the most even though the person that wants out hurts a little, but it's not the same as that person that really don't want you to go.

Speaker 7 So it's hard. The more you're invested in something, the harder it is to let it go.

Speaker 7 Who you trying to leave? No, it's not me. I just want to speak for the man that's out there, that's listening, you know?

Speaker 7 So,

Speaker 7 that was that. It was a chat.
It was a chat question.

Speaker 7 So, you try to leave somebody? I know, no, no, you know, you know, I got a somebody left you? No, I got a relationship with God. We is still in there.
We doing good.

Speaker 7 No, he's about to leave you. No, it's you.
You say you can't read. No, I'm decent.

Speaker 7 I read what I need to read. Thanks.

Speaker 7 Dr. Pimple Popper.
They like to mash blackheads. All right, but if me and you went one-on-one to get girls, guess who walking out with them? Boy stop it.

Speaker 7 Boy stop.

Speaker 7 Don't do that.

Speaker 7 Who walking out with them?

Speaker 7 Like, you know what I'm saying? Just personality skills and just what, like. Nah, bro.

Speaker 7 You're not going to bring money into that.

Speaker 7 I'm past that. First of all, I'm past that stage.
If you'd have caught me in my 20s, if you caught me in my 20s or early 30s,

Speaker 7 I could have made it a good thing. Who looked better between me and him?

Speaker 7 I'm a grandfather, bro. I'm a grandfather.
It doesn't matter. I could get what I get.
Who looked better between me and him?

Speaker 7 Really, dude? What? He's the only one in here.

Speaker 7 Oh, Lord, have mercy. Oh, bro.

Speaker 7 Marco,

Speaker 7 I'm just a granddad. I'm about to be 57.

Speaker 7 And you don't look like it. I know.

Speaker 7 I ain't trying to get no girls. Now, I'm trying to find somebody that's not.

Speaker 7 I'm just saying, I have a great appearance. I have a nice sex appeal, and I'm letting you know in this room if it came.

Speaker 7 Did you leave it at home?

Speaker 7 I'm at home right now. Oh, damn.
