Speaker 25 Coach Prime made a very interesting admission on his We Got Time Today podcast. Time was asked about habits

Speaker 25 and it took a turn for the response. I've never in my life pleasure myself.
God is my witness in Jesus' name. I'm telling you the gods are the truth.
My next statement is going to sound arrogant.

Speaker 25 Never had to.

Speaker 25 I'm with time on that one.

Speaker 27 You ain't never had to. Nope.

Speaker 27 Well, well, I'm listening.

Speaker 25 I even that song when I say I touch myself when nobody's around me.

Speaker 25 Yeah.

Speaker 25 I know

Speaker 25 anybody else when I think about you.

Speaker 25 Now, that ain't me.

Speaker 27 Can I tell you something? Yeah.

Speaker 27 Chat, and we, we family fellas. I don't know if y'all have done this before, but Unc, and I listen,

Speaker 27 I'm not ashamed, but sometimes in my younger days, when I would know I would be going to see somebody or I would know someone would be coming to me,

Speaker 27 I would have to do that. and hurry me get one out the way to ensure that I last longer.

Speaker 25 No.

Speaker 25 Yeah,

Speaker 27 I'm just telling you, it was a tactic.

Speaker 27 It was a strategy that I used, and it worked to make sure, to ensure that, you know, I wasn't, you know, two minutes or three minutes or where it might have been if I went in there fresh.

Speaker 27 So I got one out the way. So when she came in, I was able to show her.

Speaker 25 Nah, the person,

Speaker 25 oh, no, oh, no. The won't bark to make you show out.

Speaker 27 I'm talking about, I'm talking about way back in 94 and 95.

Speaker 25 No, Ocho,

Speaker 25 you go get this.

Speaker 25 Hey, you'll get this hot dog. You're going to get this hot dog in the microwave two minutes.
It's exploding.

Speaker 25 I'm sorry.

Speaker 27 You done hit it with the Bernie Mac?

Speaker 27 If you don't, hey, if you don't get mad when I get here, if you don't get yours when I get mad, you fresh out of you know what with me.

Speaker 25 Hey, 100 meter dash,

Speaker 25 you same boat, Tyson Tyson Gay,

Speaker 25 Johan Blake, Justin Gatlin.

Speaker 27 You ain't got nothing to prove, huh?

Speaker 25 It's a race to the finish. Ryan Koogler's latest film, Sinners, just hit theaters today and it's already making waves.
A certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes currently at 98% approval.

Speaker 25 Kugler reunites with Michael B. Jordan.
Michael B. Jordan plays Twin Brothers, Smoke and Stack.
This movie gave us horror,

Speaker 25 history, action, comedy, and musical. I don't think I've ever seen a movie like this before, Ocho.
Ocho, I watched the movie. I know you watched it also.

Speaker 25 It started out a little slow, but once it got going,

Speaker 25 Ryan did his thing on this one. He did his thing on this one.
And I'm not the biggest horror movie, horror movie type of a guy. Oh, y'all.

Speaker 25 I mean, look, I've seen all the Halloweens and the Friday the 13th and the nightmare on Elm Street. I've seen those, but I, you know, I saw Carrie when it first came out.
I saw the omen.

Speaker 27 Hey, you remember Carrie?

Speaker 25 Yeah, I remember Carrie.

Speaker 25 Yeah. But Ocho,

Speaker 25 he did, Michael B. Jordan did his thing.
I've always been a big Del Rolindo fan. So I'm,

Speaker 25 what's the, what's the big dude? What was Cornbread? What's Cornbread's real name?

Speaker 25 Miller, his last name, Miller. The big dude.

Speaker 27 I know you're talking about. I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know

Speaker 25 his name. But hey, if you get a chance, check it out.
Smoking Stack Come Back Home,

Speaker 25 you know.

Speaker 25 Oh, Omar, Omar, Omar, Ben Samil, Omar, yeah. Okay, yeah,

Speaker 25 they leave, they come back,

Speaker 25 but boy, what they come back to,

Speaker 25 they wasn't looking for that,

Speaker 27 not at all. Listen, and I hate, I hate to be a spoiler.
A lot of people, they complain about on Twitter, on X and Instagram when people go watch movies and you saw it first.

Speaker 27 And I don't want to be one to spoil a movie for anybody, but I need you to go see it. I need you to go see it so you have a better understanding on what Koogler has done with this masterpiece.

Speaker 27 Back there, they got 90, 90% on Rotten Tomatoes. And you know how hard it is to get a high percent rating to do the movie on Rotten Tomatoes? That lets you know he put his foot.
in this movie.

Speaker 27 Michael B. Jordan was phenomenal.

Speaker 25 Yes. Haley Steinfeld.
Like I said, I'm like, okay,

Speaker 25 where are they going with this? You know,

Speaker 25 Smoking Stack Come Back. I forget.
What's the guy's name? He goes to church and he got the broken get.

Speaker 25 But anyway, so

Speaker 25 I'm, you know, I'm all over the place. Okay.
I'm like here and I'm like here. I'm

Speaker 25 you gotta pay.

Speaker 27 You gotta pay attention too now. You gotta pay attention.
You got to pay attention because

Speaker 25 it shows up with the guitar. It's a day after.

Speaker 25 So

Speaker 27 yeah, don't tell too much now.

Speaker 28 Don't tell too much.

Speaker 25 Don't tell too much. So, you got to go back.
You know, they get a

Speaker 25 smoke and stack. They play good money.
Hey, but Spoke Smoke smoke the dude. They tried to steal the money off the truck.
They tried to steal off the truck and she caught it.

Speaker 25 He let him get down there. He shot one.
Wow, shot him in the act, shot him in his tail.

Speaker 25 And then hit the other dude in the D.

Speaker 25 But hey,

Speaker 25 Ryan, you did your thing.

Speaker 25 You know, and I've always been a fan of his.

Speaker 25 Michael B. Jordan,

Speaker 25 I like Michael B. Jordan.
Fruitvale Station.

Speaker 25 Oscar Grant.

Speaker 25 He played that man. Michael B.
Jordan played that. Oh, he played.

Speaker 25 He played it. He played that role.
You know, obviously, you see him in Creed and you remember him in

Speaker 25 Black Panther.

Speaker 25 But Michael B. Jordan, you know what? It kind of reminds you of a young Spike Lee Denzel.

Speaker 25 You know, a lot of, you know, Spike Lee was.

Speaker 25 Everything they did together, the chemistry was perfect. Yes.

Speaker 27 Because you know what you're getting. Koogler, nobody getting out of Michael Jordan, Michael B.
George. And he always puts him in the best positions to highlight his strength.
Yes.

Speaker 27 He cuts a fool every time.

Speaker 25 Ain't nobody told y'all half the movie. Take y'all's ass to see the movie, cheap asses.

Speaker 25 Ain't nobody told y'all half the movie. Y'all don't know nothing.
Y'all don't know no characters. All y'all know is smoking stack.

Speaker 25 that's why i tried not to say much and they're gonna talk about man you tell us the movie man y'all don't know nothing

Speaker 25 y'all don't remember nothing

Speaker 25 how the movie started out then

Speaker 25 exactly

Speaker 25 what happened

Speaker 25 Nah, but like I said, man, it's been a while. Oh, I was a big, I was a big, big movie fan.
When I say I was a guy, I go to the movies. Now, I bet y'all ain't nobody.

Speaker 25 I've seen six movies in one day.

Speaker 25 That's the record. That's the the most movies i've done now i was routine see two but i saw six i went to the movie at about 10 50 and i didn't get home to after midnight

Speaker 25 wait when was this 199 1996.

Speaker 27 so i can i tell you can i ask you can i tell you if i'm gonna ask you if you did this did you pay for one movie i pay for one movie

Speaker 27 and then and then wait and then go in the next one Okay, okay.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 27 I'm just making sure I don't feel bad because I did that as well. I never forget.
I'm not sure if we have any people in the chat.

Speaker 27 Remember the Omni? The Omni Hotel, the movie theater you right there

Speaker 27 by the Miami Harold Center?

Speaker 28 Hey,

Speaker 27 I am one who also did that, paid for one ticket and waited to go into another theater to see another one.

Speaker 25 Yeah. Cut it with nobody would have believed that.

Speaker 1 Come on, bro.

Speaker 25 Y'all if you think I stuck in here? Yeah, I did.

Speaker 25 Hey, do they still have dollar movies? I remember you, hey, y'all remember, chat, y'all remember the dollar movies?

Speaker 27 It's 2025, huh? You know, it ain't no dollar movies.

Speaker 25 Okay, well, okay, what about, what about, like, like, okay, like the old movie. So maybe like $3 then.

Speaker 25 How much is a matinee?

Speaker 27 About $12, maybe.

Speaker 25 Chad, how much is a matinee? $10.

Speaker 25 Yeah, while you're bulljabbing, but I want to go to the movie, though, because I hadn't been to the movie since. maybe pandemic.
I think I've been one time.

Speaker 25 Pandemic messed up everything. It did.

Speaker 27 It started to get not just a movie, Uncle You got to go to Cinemistro.

Speaker 25 Oh, I go to Sina Bistro, okay, okay, okay. I go to iPick, too.
I pick,

Speaker 25 yeah, got the reclining chairs. They used to give you hot popcorn to charge your ass for that, and a blanket and a pillow.

Speaker 25 But hey,

Speaker 25 just because they give you a blanket and a pillow, people don't bring y'all ass in there with pajamas. Really,

Speaker 25 y'all doing too much. Come on now,

Speaker 27 hey, man, that uh, that Sinned Bistro in Miami, I think is it Dolphin Mall?

Speaker 28 Yeah, by Dolphin Mall, um,

Speaker 25 oh my God, the food.

Speaker 27 I've been there one time, man. They bring you the popcorn, like you just said.
I think it might have been Calamari. No, it was popcorn.
Maybe it was popcorn and calamari.

Speaker 25 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. They had the thick and steak with the stick.
They said the matinee is like between five and seven dollars.

Speaker 28 Hey, what? Hey, what? What?

Speaker 27 We're at.

Speaker 25 Matine, how much a matinee cost, y'all?

Speaker 27 Nah, five and seven dollars. It's 2025.

Speaker 28 They tripping.

Speaker 25 And I tell you what, I got a cutoff time. I can't see no late movie.
Nine o'clock, 10 o'clock, no midnight movie. Because you know I didn't have the midnight show.

Speaker 25 Like a lot of times, the Marvel movies, they'll start at midnight on Thursday. Man, I ain't going up in no movie at no damn midnight.
Man, I'm going to sleep.

Speaker 27 You'll be sleep. Yep.

Speaker 25 No, hey, give me a good, hey.

Speaker 25 Ocho.

Speaker 25 Is it the correct way to go about it, do you go to the movie and go to dinner, or do you go to dinner and then go to the movie no you go you go to the movie first see you go you go to the movie the movie's your the movie is your main course

Speaker 27 your main course in a sense and then dinner is okay let's talk about the movie so it gives you something to talk about at dinner on top of whatever topics you also want to discuss yeah a lot of people a lot of you know

Speaker 25 used to be the thing you take a lady to dinner I mean, take her to the movies, but you know, now women don't like to go to the movie because it's like, it's all dark. You can't talk.

Speaker 25 I was like, okay, you're right. You're right.

Speaker 25 You're right.

Speaker 27 You know what's funny?

Speaker 28 Anything,

Speaker 27 I'm trying to think how you say it. Coffee dates, they don't like.
Movie dates, they don't like. Anything where

Speaker 27 conversation is to be had,

Speaker 25 they don't like. No.

Speaker 25 Yeah, if listen.

Speaker 25 I can't do dinner in a movie. Because if I get dinner and you go to the movie, you're going to be watching it by yourself.
The only thing I'm watching is the back of my eyelids. Sleep? Yes, sir.

Speaker 25 Yeah, I tried it one time. You know, I'm like, you know, it's the cup, like, oh, let's go to the movie.
Let's go to dinner and go to the movie. Okay.

Speaker 25 Hey, the lights are.

Speaker 25 Popcorn is not something that's silent.

Speaker 29 Right.

Speaker 25 The same thing as chips. How do you eat chips? So what am I supposed to do? Just put the chip in my mouth and let it melt?

Speaker 27 Hold on. He shouldn't have been able to hear you eating popcorn if the movie's playing anyway.

So what's the steps now? Okay, it's a couple of days away from WrestleMania.

Speaker 25 Are you doing anything different? Are you eating anything different? You're making sure you get your rest.

Speaker 25 What are you going through? I'm locked in.

Speaker 28 It's WrestleMania. So WrestleMania is our Super Bowl.
So yeah, I'm dieting. Listen, my body is full of water, grilled chicken, broccoli.

Speaker 28 I'm over here like working out. I'm big and strong right now.

Speaker 25 Dang, Ocho, show him bigger than yours, Ocho. Put your arms down, Ocho.

Speaker 27 You know,

Speaker 27 A B,

Speaker 27 can I call you B B? I got to get it.

Speaker 28 Yeah, that's good. It's good.

Speaker 27 Okay, now I understand when it comes to wrestling. Now, I'm known historically for my bad diet and still being able to play at a high level, eating McDonald's only.

Speaker 27 Is your diet strict are you uh vegetarian vegan or i don't know some of these other names or do you do you have cheat meals no i have cheat meals so i'm i'm somebody i'm somebody who

Speaker 28 i don't like to i i'm moderation right like i don't like to like cut anything out if i want it i have it in moderation but when it's wrestlemania i lock in i i pretty much i tried to have cheat meals so i'm ready for sunday i'm on night two wrestlemania and after sunday after i defeat eo and rhea and i take that title i'm i'm gonna I'm going to be in McDonald's probably the next day.

Speaker 25 So tell me about the triple, so, so Bianca, tell us about the triple threat match.

Speaker 28 Yeah, so I have a title match. I'm in a triple threat match.
I'm going against Rhea Ripley. And right now, our WWE women's champion is EO Sky.
So it's a triple threat.

Speaker 28 And whoever gets the first pin wins. So at this point, I won Elimination Chamber.
I'm supposed to be going to WrestleMania.

Speaker 28 I was supposed to be facing

Speaker 28 EO Sky. And it's just been a bunch of shenanigans.
Like, my path path to WrestleMania has been crazy. I ended up being a special guest referee.
And so now it's a triple threat.

Speaker 28 So that's why I'm going up against it WrestleMania.

Speaker 25 Okay. Now, hold on.
What happened? You, Jade, and Naomi, y'all were cool.

Speaker 25 Jade, my girl, what, hold on. Now, hey, if this a beef, I don't know.
I'm about to come down there, Bianca, something now. What really going on?

Speaker 28 It's crazy right now. WrestleMania season, it gets crazy and it breaks my heart.
Yeah.

Speaker 28 You know,

Speaker 28 so much has happened in the year. Last WrestleMania, you had the big three.
You had me, Jade, and Naomi. We were having a tag match.
Jade and I, we were in a tag team together.

Speaker 28 We did amazing things. We put the tag team division on the map.
And then it's just a lot happened.

Speaker 28 You know, Jay got taken out and Naomi stepped in so that I wouldn't have to relinquish that title because I felt like we put so much hard work into it.

Speaker 28 And so the whole time we were trying to figure out who took Jade out and come to find out

Speaker 28 it was Naomi.

Speaker 25 what

Speaker 28 it was naomi

Speaker 28 trifling good for nothing trust me i was just as confused as everybody else jay came back i thought she was coming back i listen i done been loud and wrong the whole time i've i've been attacking other girls thinking they the ones that did it making enemies jay came back i think she i'm thinking she coming for live she started beating up naomi i'm like what is going on so yeah good at this point i feel like i'm i'm now stuck in the middle uh

Speaker 28 You know, Jade, I don't think she trusted me right now. And I'm like,

Speaker 28 I'm confused. So right now, I feel like we're trying to get through WrestleMania.
Jade has a match with Naomi, which breaks my heart. I have a triple threat match.

Speaker 28 And I think we're just trying to get through WrestleMania. And then, you know, maybe we'll revisit that and try to figure all that out.

Speaker 28 It's crazy.

Speaker 27 Hey, you know what?

Speaker 27 Speaking of WrestleMania, listen, you've created some historic, historic moments at WrestleMania, obviously.

Speaker 27 And looking back, if you're able to look back, what's your favorite WrestleMania memory moment so far?

Speaker 28 I mean, I definitely have to go with main event in WrestleMania with Sasha Banks.

Speaker 28 We made history. We were the first two black women to main event in WrestleMania.
It was coming right off of the pandemic, so it was a crazy time in the world.

Speaker 28 I was a rookie my very first year. I found myself in a main event in WrestleMania.
I won the SmackDown title. We won an SB off of that match.

Speaker 28 So we got recognized in the world of sports, which I'm all all about because I've been an athlete my whole life.

Speaker 28 So, and ever since that moment, like it's just changed the whole trajectory of my career and it's been uphill since then.

Speaker 28 But that's, that's the memory that's always going to stick with me because it was more than just about having a wrestling match, you know, like it was about inspiring generations to come and being representation.

Speaker 28 So that's definitely like the moment that sticks with me.

Speaker 29 Right. Hey, Bianca, I want to ask a question.
This is Joe.

Speaker 29 What's your regimen as far as working out? I see you cut up over there.

Speaker 29 How you stay toned? What you doing? Yoga, Pilates?

Speaker 28 What's the secret?

Speaker 1 I don't.

Speaker 25 Cut up like a battle.

Speaker 28 Listen, I don't do yoga and Pilates because I can't sit still.

Speaker 28 I'm a girl who

Speaker 28 I live very heavyweight. I do a lot of circuit training, but I live very heavyweight.
I do a lot of circuit training, like CrossFit type of training, but I can't sit still.

Speaker 28 I can't get with the yoga and Pilates.

Speaker 29 That CrossFit, it's not a lot of rest in there. It's just like

Speaker 29 constant moving, huh?

Speaker 28 Yeah, to me, it's like the best thing to do that kind of simulates wrestling because it's full body movements and it's just like circuit training. Yeah.

Speaker 25 So you more of a hit, you more of a hit type of workout. You like high intensity and you like to keep it going.
So I'm going to do this for an hour. I know I'm going to burn maximum calories.

Speaker 25 I'm getting full body because look, everybody ain't got time to, I'm going to hit tests and tries. I'm going to hit back and buy.
I'm going to hit hamstring today. I'm going to hit squad tomorrow.

Speaker 25 I'm going to do, you know, I'm trying to get into A.

Speaker 25 I got

Speaker 25 a small amount of time. I'm going to get in the gym.
I'm going to kill it all. I'm hitting back, shoulders, abs, hamstrings, glucose.
We're going to do squads and kill.

Speaker 28 Full body workout. I mean, we travel a lot.
So like we, we always have to try to find whatever gym might be a hotel gym, whatever gym is on the corner that day.

Speaker 28 Like, So we have to try to like adjust to what we're doing. So I'm always trying to get the best workout in.

Speaker 28 I'm always a hit girl i'm not doing cardio listen to hit and i love the pillow time like i stay on the pillow time that's the only way i can do cardio on it on a machine yeah really

Speaker 28 but when you let me ask you this when you work out do you have do you like listen to music or do you just i do i do i do but my my playlist is like all over the place i i be

Speaker 28 I'd be having like Meg and Cardi and then next thing you know, it's Kirk Franklin. Like I listen.

Speaker 28 I listen to a lot of gospel music when I work out because I'll be going through it. I'm like Lord just Jesus take the wheel help me get through this because

Speaker 28 when people be asking me can I come work out with you I'd be like I don't think you want to do that because I'll be I'll be getting it in

Speaker 27 what different sports did you did you play?

Speaker 28 So I started out with it with track and field and gymnastics. So those are like my two bases, which I feel like is

Speaker 28 my foundation, track and field and gymnastics. And I did those sports majority of my life.
I played basketball as well.

Speaker 28 But I'm sorry.

Speaker 28 I mean,

Speaker 28 I was good on defense.

Speaker 28 I got the rebounds.

Speaker 27 Listen,

Speaker 27 I say that to ask, like, what sports you played growing up?

Speaker 28 And I just want to know at what point was a transition for you really where you realized, you know, a wrestling is is my calling and not the other sports that i play as a as a yeah that didn't happen until i was an adult i was 27 so i went to college and ran track i went to um university south conditions texas a m and university of tennessee i ran track

Speaker 28 and after

Speaker 28 after college i was like i've been an athlete my whole life i i have to do something so that's when i found crossfit right And I realized like my whole life, I've been grinding and trying to get a scholarship and working so hard.

Speaker 28 I was forgetting to have fun when I was working, when i was playing sports so crossford i was like okay i'm having fun i'm gonna make it some of my own outfits i was going out there in tutus i was turning flips and then doing the power clean and press and grabbing the microphone and talking to the audience and mark henry who's a wwe hall of famer he saw a video of me he's like you're basically a wrestler you you you're basically wearing a wrestling gear you're talking to the audience and um

Speaker 28 I didn't really watch wrestling growing up. My brother watched it.
So I would watch it here and there with him. So I was just somebody who didn't know much about the business.
So he got me a tryout.

Speaker 28 And

Speaker 28 I did two tryouts, got hired, had no idea what I was doing. And then I completely fell in love with it.
So I love meeting people who always say, like, I don't watch wrestling.

Speaker 28 That's, that's not for me. Or I haven't watched it since back in the day.
And I'm like, listen, that used to be me. Just come to a show, just watch and you're going to fall in love.

Speaker 28 So much has changed. And so I feel like it's my soulmate.
Like, I think of it as like my husband.

Speaker 28 Like, once wrestling came into my life, i'm like where have you been this whole time this is what i've been looking for

Speaker 25 wow

Speaker 25 now you know jay played college basketball also so one-on-one who who

Speaker 28 listen we did um

Speaker 28 hot ones and we had to play basketball and she whooped me she whooped me

Speaker 28 i call myself the est

Speaker 28 but she she whooped me in basketball yeah she

Speaker 25 know she's she she's real athletic i've seen her work out a couple times she used to train with the trainer that trained me um when i retired.

Speaker 25 No, she, she, she's, y'all work out, have y'all worked out this year?

Speaker 28 We haven't. Every time we went on, we would go on the road, we would try to get together and work out.

Speaker 28 Well, actually, one time we did work out, but we actually read our mouths more than we worked out. So

Speaker 25 that didn't go well.

Speaker 25 Here's the thing. Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton got a little personal with their comments.

Speaker 25 Do you think they crossed the line? You say, oh, don't worry about it. When I get y'all ass in that ring, we'll settle this.

Speaker 28 Listen, in wrestling, you never know what's going to happen. That's what's really cool about wrestling.
That's what makes it entertaining.

Speaker 28 You never know when like lines are being blurred or when they're not being blurred.

Speaker 28 And, you know, I think that with what happened in the ring, it caused a lot of conversation online and it brought more eyes to what's about to happen.

Speaker 28 And all I can say is I feel like a lot more people are going to be tuned in to what's going to be happening at WrestleMania.

Speaker 28 And whatever beef they got inside and outside the ring, they're going to settle that at WrestleMania. And we all going to be locked in watching.

Speaker 25 That's what I like. I like that.

Speaker 25 You got something, Joe?

Speaker 29 I'm gonna be tuned in. I want to see what they're talking about, see what they got going on.

Speaker 28 Exactly.

Speaker 27 I got what I got, I got one more question. I got one more.

Speaker 27 If you could have a dream match with any WWE legend, past or present, who would you choose?

Speaker 28 I will have to go with,

Speaker 28 oh, it's hard to pick one.

Speaker 25 Um,

Speaker 28 Beth.

Speaker 28 You know, Trish,

Speaker 28 she she just came in and like had a couple of matches. She still can throw down in that ring.
She gets down.

Speaker 28 But for me, I think it would be Beth Phoenix.

Speaker 28 Just because she was like one of the first ones that I watched. And I saw her pick up two girls on her shoulders.
And I'm like,

Speaker 28 yeah. And I'm like, I want to do that.
Like, I want to do that. Beth Phoenix and Jazz.
Those would be my top two.

Speaker 25 Okay.

Speaker 27 I like it. I like it.

Speaker 25 We saw you recently return to your high school to donate hurdles. You mentioned that you played it.
You ran track at University of South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A ⁇ M.

Speaker 25 Curtis Fry, the head coach at Texas, at South Carolina. I think is it McKenna now? Because he used to be at LSU.
Now he's at Texas A ⁇ M, Chris.

Speaker 28 Oh, I'm not sure. When I was there, it was Coach Anderson at Texas A ⁇ M.

Speaker 25 Okay.

Speaker 25 Yeah.

Speaker 25 So what... What was your fondest memory of high school? I mean, because obviously you were very athletic.
You had to be one of the most popular girls at that school.

Speaker 28 I was, you know what i was popular but not because i had a lot of friends um i was actually very quiet and reserved into myself into myself in high school i had like a very select group of friends like my best friend to this day was my best friend when i was like eight years old even through high school oh

Speaker 28 that's awesome but it's i was so locked in with track like where everybody else was at parties i was on the track running.

Speaker 28 I was waking up in the morning doing, I would do a thousand abs every morning and like 300 push-ups every morning.

Speaker 28 and i i was i was focused in high school but um i think my best it's crazy my best memories were on the track with the track team like we we we were

Speaker 28 like my group of friends that was like the first lesson of like women empowerment for me because we really stuck together. We really pushed each other.

Speaker 28 And we trained hard. Like we were still friends to this day.
And then I think like my high school, I think like football games, like my high school, the band mimicked the HBCU type of band.

Speaker 25 Oh, yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 28 And I was a,

Speaker 28 yeah, I was a cheerleader and I played basketball. And so like we were like my cheering team, we were like the Clovers.

Speaker 28 So we were more of a step team. And like I would, I would play basketball with the girls.

Speaker 28 And then after the game, I would go in a locker room and switch over from my basketball uniform into my chili uniform. And then I would go out and then cheer for the boys and flip down the court.

Speaker 25 Damn. Yeah.

Speaker 28 So those are like my fondest memories. It all like revolved around like sports and stuff.

Speaker 25 I can honestly say in all my life,

Speaker 25 I've been, look,

Speaker 25 I was in 4-H. I was raised on a farm.
I've been to the county fair. I ain't never heard no bitch like that.

Speaker 25 I'm a hooper

Speaker 25 for the women. And then I would go change out.
I would get my chili.

Speaker 25 I'm on top of the pyramid. Go, guys.

Speaker 28 I was on the bottom of the pyramid. I was the base.

Speaker 25 The base.

Speaker 25 Yeah.

Speaker 27 Hey, hearing the story, hearing your stories about track, it resonates with me so well because obviously my daughter runs track right now for University of Kentucky. And she's a sophomore.

Speaker 27 And her friend, her whole core group, her nucleus is actually those that run track with her because there's nobody really outside of that.

Speaker 27 And that's really dope.

Speaker 28 Yeah, man. I always feel like women in sports, we learn our best lessons.

Speaker 28 Whether you go and become an Olympian or a professional athlete or not, you learn so many lessons when it comes to sports, and you get so many friends that become lifelong friends.

Speaker 28 So I'm happy she's having a great experience.

Speaker 25 But you know, you said track. Go ahead, go ahead, John.

Speaker 29 What about your

Speaker 29 athletic ability? Which, which parent does it come from? It comes from your mom or your dad?

Speaker 28 From both. From both.
My mama said she was fast. And...

Speaker 28 She ran track? She said, well, no, you know what? Neither one of them actually played sports in high school, but they both said that they were both athletic.

Speaker 29 We ain't got no footage?

Speaker 28 No,

Speaker 28 I just take their word for it, you know? But

Speaker 28 I have to believe it because I got it from somewhere. i think i think i got it from both of them

Speaker 25 bianca uh there's nothing easy about track practice because it's you you have to do the work and you're only going to get in what you you're only going to get out what you put in because that's a really low sport it's a really individual sport because can't nobody help you

Speaker 28 i always say track is we were just talking about this um with my parents over the weekend track is one of the hardest sports out there and we were saying how you train so hard and like say, for instance, say you run the 100 and you, you, you train for 10 seconds, 11 seconds.

Speaker 28 And it's not, you don't get, you don't get immediate, immediate gratification. And for instance, for like, like basketball, even if you lose the game,

Speaker 28 you still score points, you score buckets. So you get that immediate gratification.
Football, you might score a touchdown. Track, it's...

Speaker 28 that gun goes off you cross the finish line that's it and a lot of times you hardly if you're if you're like the top top top you you win a lot right but if you're not you hardly ever really win and track like that's crazy to think about like you trained all these years you trained all these days you hardly ever really win you're just you're you're you're you're going against yourself you're you're going against your own time that's why like if you a track athlete when they have a track meet and you ask them like oh did you win you're like it doesn't matter if i won you should ask like did you beat your pr because it's always you against yourself yeah and it's it's it's a very very hard sport physically and mentally

Speaker 25 i for the people that they didn't watch first take we had you on first take stephen a and i and molly and you you was talking to tell us about the the outfits that you wear you make all of your own costumes yeah everything that you see her wear in the ring guys She does yeah, I make everything.

Speaker 28 All of my gear, I make it. Most of it, I make it from scratch.
Some of it, if I run out of time, I'll customize it. But for the most part, I make it.

Speaker 28 And I've never taken a sewing class a day in my life. I've learned everything

Speaker 28 through YouTube, trial and video videos.

Speaker 28 Yep, trial.

Speaker 25 Let me get on YouTube right now. I'm going to find me something that I can do.

Speaker 28 You can.

Speaker 27 Wait, you serious?

Speaker 27 You never learned how to sew, but you can do things from watching.

Speaker 28 Yeah, I went on YouTube.

Speaker 25 Oh, I took home X. So I do know how to sew a little bit.
I made a teacher. I made a shirt.

Speaker 28 See? Yeah.

Speaker 28 See?

Speaker 28 It's just in trial and error. It takes dedication and time, but I make everything.
It's cool because

Speaker 28 when I watch my, like, the video game, the gear that I'm wearing,

Speaker 28 I made that. My action figures, I made that.

Speaker 28 But it's rough because I just, I don't have a lot of time. So a lot of time I'm sewing in like the airports.
I'm sewing in my hotel room.

Speaker 28 It's crazy, but I keep pushing myself and I'm excited about my WrestleMania, my WrestleMania gear this year.

Speaker 28 bianca do would you like to would you like to do movies would you i mean i can see you as an action yeah yeah yeah i did i was in bail air the last season um and that was really really cool that was my first experience of like being in in an actual show but i would love it i mean technically what we do in in in wrestling with storylines it's it's acting you know and i look at people like rock john cena batista they've all really uh set that that that that blueprint and now with us going with netflix i feel like it's just going to open the door more and more so i'm i'm excited for the future i would love to to be in movies

Speaker 28 can we expect another season of love in uh w i i mean i hope so and i'm waiting to to hear back it's it's funny though because i was somebody who was always like i would never do reality tv like it's not for me it's

Speaker 28 and then i learned to never say never so uh

Speaker 28 you know the opportunity presented itself. And we're like, okay, let's just, let's not try to be perfect.
Let's just be real. Let's just be us and see where it goes.

Speaker 28 And we really wanted to open, like, pull that curtain back and show people what it's like to be like a WWE superstar and be a spouse at the same time and balance that lifestyle. So I think we like,

Speaker 28 we.

Speaker 28 We spoon-fed the first season. So it would be really cool to do a second season and show more of our life outside of wrestling.

Speaker 25 For those that don't know, Bianca's husband is a WWE

Speaker 25 participant, also.

Speaker 28 So, how did you guys met in WWE? So, when I say WWE, like, completely changed my life, it completely changed my life.

Speaker 25 It gave me a whole you're not supposed to mess with somebody at work, Bianca.

Speaker 28 So, so, funny story,

Speaker 28 funny story.

Speaker 25 Um,

Speaker 28 yes, yes, that was the rule, and

Speaker 28 and even rule break Mark Henry literally, oh gosh mark henry the one who got me into wwe

Speaker 28 uh so when i first got into wwe i saw i saw him and he got injured really bad and uh he went away for a couple of months but i was like oh that's a beautiful man keep him from me and they did it so a couple months later

Speaker 28 he came back and i was like oh okay so this is what we doing and uh we just like immediately clicked and

Speaker 28 we just like never left each other's side. And then Mark Henry came to the to the performance center, which is where we train.
When we first get in WWE, he pulls me aside.

Speaker 28 He's like talking to me about like, what do you want to do? And, you know, who do you want to be in the ring? And he's like, and, you know, whatever you do, don't date anybody in a business.

Speaker 28 And I'm just like, uh-oh.

Speaker 28 And I was like, okay.

Speaker 28 And I'm like, oh, no, this is. What do I do now? Yeah.
So

Speaker 28 when he found out we were dating and, you know, we were getting married i think once he found out we were getting married he was like

Speaker 28 okay cool but yeah we we we just broke all the rules

Speaker 25 well congratulations wrestlemania 41 is this friday and saturday check it out on peacock at 7 p.m eastern uh on peacock wrestlemania 41 friday and saturday 7 p.m eastern on peacock anything else you want do you promoting anything you got any supplements Anything that

Speaker 25 you want to promote?

Speaker 28 I'm just here to promote WrestleMania right now. I'm going to be on night two, but WWE, we're taking over Vegas.
It's a whole week long of events.

Speaker 28 We have WWE World with autograph signings and meet and greets. And we have SmackDown on Friday, Hall of Fame Friday night, WrestleMania night one, WrestleMania night two.

Speaker 28 We have Raw Monday, NXT Tuesday. My match is night two.
I'm having a match, triple threat versus EO Sky, Rhea Ripley.

Speaker 28 I'm going after WWE Women's World title, and I'm walking out of WrestleMania as champion because you can't spell WrestleMania without EST. I'm going undefeated at WrestleMania.

Speaker 27 I like it.

Speaker 25 I love that.

Speaker 28 Thank you.

Speaker 25 Thank you for joining us, Bianca. Best of luck, continued success.
Congratulations on everything that you've accomplished. Much more to be accomplished.
Thank you for joining us.

Speaker 25 Good luck at WrestleMania. Bring the title home.
And when you get that title, come back and tell us. I got you.

Speaker 28 Thank you for having me.

Speaker 25 I dare you. You're very, very welcome.

Speaker 28 See you.

Speaker 25 Miss Bianca Belair.

Speaker 25 Man, that was, she's unbelievable.

Speaker 25 We had on a couple of, about a month ago. She was on first take.
And so she's just, her personality, Ocho and Joe, she's just, I mean, you can see she's so bubbly. You can see why.

Speaker 25 People gravitate towards her. Her personality is infectious.

Speaker 25 You can tell she's very passionate about what she does. That's why she's good at it.
You heard what she says? I did a thousand sit-ups every morning. I made sure I did 300 push-ups.
I did this.

Speaker 25 I did that. You see, person that's motivated, they're going to be motivated in all things.

Speaker 27 You got to have bridge.

Speaker 25 You got to have it. And those are the people that you want to surround yourself with.
Those are the people that you want to be in business with. You want on your team.

Speaker 25 You want very self-motivated people. I don't need to motivate you with money because guess what? When you get enough of it, then what's the stimulus? I don't want to motivate you by fear.
