Speaker 5 Do you know the symptoms of moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea or OSA in adults with obesity?

Speaker 6 They may be happening to you without you knowing.

Speaker 7 If anyone has ever said you snored loudly or if you spend your days fighting off excessive tiredness, irritability, and concentration issues, it may be due to OSA.

Speaker 11 OSA is a serious condition where your airway partially or completely collapses during sleep, which may cause breathing interruptions and oxygen deprivation.

The Buccaneers waived Dasman Watson, the former Gator rookie, listed at 449 pounds with the Bucs.

Speaker 15 He weighed 464 at the school's pro day and lost 25 to 30 pounds before the draft, but he didn't get a chance to practice with the team because he didn't lose enough weight.

Speaker 15 He spent training camp on the non-football injury list.

Speaker 15 Are the Bucs giving up up with Big Dez too soon, OJo?

Speaker 16 You know, I don't know what's going on with that situation, but obviously you drafted a player in hopes that he can contribute to your offense. I thought he would contribute to the offense.

Speaker 16 I would have loved to see Big Dez Watson sitting there next to Vitaveia in that goddamn, that goddamn A gap, you know, nine.

Speaker 16 I'm just being honest, you know, being stuffing the run game,

Speaker 16 being able to help that defense. Obviously, I'm not sure what happened.

Speaker 16 Why would you draft a player like that and then think he's going to lose the amount of weight that you want him to lose in such a short amount of time that you have there, especially coming in training camp?

Speaker 16 I would have liked for him to allow him to play and see how he plays at the size he's at now. But I think also the NFL and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers also were protecting themselves.

Speaker 16 They were protecting themselves. But he played at that size at Florida.
He played at that size at Florida.

Speaker 16 So I understand what you guys are trying to do for safety reasons, but it's how he played in Florida. So, why draft him if you're not going to allow him to play the game of football?

Speaker 16 Why not let him finish out his childhood dream? Why even put it? Why didn't you put him through the ringer like that? It confuses me, but I'm hoping. I'm hoping they bring him back.

Speaker 16 That the chance they might bring him back. I don't, I don't know.
I don't know how that works, but uh, bringing him back, allowing him to continue, continue to try to find ways to lose weight. And

Speaker 16 hopefully, I'm hoping he's

Speaker 16 he's a big fella, huh? He's always been big. He's played for a very long time.
So, why you get to the NFL and you know what you got before you got it?

Speaker 16 And then you get him there, and then you want him to, you know, like he can't lose no weight doing what he's doing.

Speaker 15 Yeah, they got the man walking the field.

Speaker 16 That's not gonna do nothing.

Speaker 15 Uh, they got the man moving the dummies and stuff like that. He might need to get on that Serena, get that Roe GLP.

Speaker 16 Serena, who, huh?

Speaker 15 That, that, that, hey, he might have to take the shot, Ocho. But then

Speaker 15 you take away from what his power. He's, ocho, he's six foot five.
Yeah.

Speaker 16 Big boy.

Speaker 15 That is a big, ocho. I don't care.
He not going to get, he only going to get so small

Speaker 15 through diet and exercise.

Speaker 15 He's, I mean, six five? How small? He's not going to be, you're not going to get him to 350.

Speaker 15 Because if you get him to 350, he can't play football because you take it all his his strength hold on if he's hold on if he's how much vita van weigh huh

Speaker 15 vita van probably 350.

Speaker 16 so he but he's 365 destiny washing what 365

Speaker 15 450.

Speaker 16 oh

Speaker 15 yes he was 500 when he got to florida they got to what they got him down he was 464 at his pro day he's 449 right now damn

Speaker 15 so he's 450 pounds oh joe okay you only gonna lose so much weight can he get the the 350 though at 6'5?

Speaker 16 You get 350? No,

Speaker 15 yeah, but he don't want the way that he would have to get the 350, he don't want either one of them.

Speaker 16 What Ozempic, or you can't do that, huh? Is that illegal? That's not illegal. That's not legal for NFL players, is it?

Speaker 16 I mean, take Ozempic and then hit the weight room and

Speaker 15 turn the fat into muscle.

Speaker 16 Is that possible?

Speaker 15 Exempic eats your muscle. Ah.

Speaker 15 That's why they look like that.

Speaker 16 God, man, I don't like that, man.

Speaker 15 And it's not coming back. Once you strip that muscle, you use those drugs.
Ozempic, those,

Speaker 15 what do they call them? What is a Zempic, Majoro,

Speaker 15 Trizepatide?

Speaker 15 I guess that's the name, but that muscle is not coming back. Once you strip that muscle away, it ain't coming back.

Speaker 16 Man, that bothers me, though.

Speaker 16 That bothers me. Like, I'm like, almost, almost the tears.
Like, this is my brother or something, you know? Like, how you

Speaker 15 because he seems so happy. We had him on Ocho.
He seemed so happy, like, man, I'll do whatever it takes, you know, whatever they want me to get down to. Oh, Joe, he's only gonna get down so small.

Speaker 15 He's six foot five. He's not, I could see Ocho if he was six foot 450.
He's a ginormous man. Yeah.

Speaker 16 I don't get it. Why Why did you draft him? What did you think was going to happen? A goddamn mini, a miracle? A miracle in that short amount of time from April to drafting him now before the season?

Speaker 16 How much weight did you expect him to lose in such a short amount of time, especially if you're not allowing him to play?

Speaker 16 If you're on the field practicing, you're going to lose weight running and doing some of the things that include football activities.

Speaker 16 I mean, man,

Speaker 16 I hope they bring you back. I hope they bring her back.

Speaker 16 I hope they bring her back and put him on some type of program to continue helping him lose weight to where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers see fit to allow him to get on the field and be able to contribute and help.

Speaker 15 Man, it's just,

Speaker 15 I don't know, I don't know. Like I said, I don't know.

Speaker 15 That'll be something that his team doctor or the NFL medical staff, whether or not you can take those type of drugs, thoseimpics, the Magiano, the Trizepatide, something of that nature.

Speaker 15 I don't know if you can or can't. but look at the people that's on those drugs.
Look at the women and look at the men and look at their musculature. Look at their muscle tone.

Speaker 15 If you don't think it strips the muscle, go look and see.

Speaker 16 And once you strip that muscle too, it ain't no way to build that back up, huh?

Speaker 15 No.

Speaker 15 Look, look, go look at people that's on those drugs. You can tell.

Speaker 15 You can tell. There is no um, there is no texture to the muscle.

Speaker 15 It's kind of like, oh, Joe, you know, as we age, a lot of people, as you age, you lose,

Speaker 15 not only do you lose elasticity, but you lose that texture.

Speaker 15 It's like sometimes, like, when people like eat vegan, when they become vegan or vegetarian,

Speaker 15 that animal protein is what gives you that.

Speaker 16 Yeah.

Speaker 15 You take those shots. Look at people, look at those celebrities, look at the women, look at the men that take those shots.

Speaker 15 And you tell me, do you believe an NFL player can take those shots and be competitive on the football field?

Speaker 15 And that's it curbs your appetite. Okay, if it curbs your appetite, you're not hungry.
How do you build muscle?

Speaker 15 How do you build muscle if you have no appetite?

Speaker 15 Go ask the bodybuilders, how do you grow people talk about

Speaker 15 an elephant he only eats grass yeah but he eats 300 pounds of it

Speaker 15 elephant i mean a whale it eats so much krill yes yeah i don't want i get it so if you're not eating i want you guys in the chat to tell me how do you build muscle if you're not eating if you have no appetite

Speaker 15 And if you force yourself to eat, it makes you nauseous. If you overeat, it makes you nauseous.

Speaker 15 He's a big man.

Speaker 15 He's a giant.

Speaker 15 I think Gibson might have been the largest guy, the offensive lineman that played at Detroit. He might have been the largest man.
He's the largest man that I've ever seen in the NFL.

Speaker 15 I think he's like 380. So he's 70 pounds heavier than the heaviest guy that's ever played in the NFL.

Speaker 16 Gilbert Brown.

Speaker 15 Gilbert wasn't big as Gibson. What's Aaron Gibson? I think he's from University of Wisconsin.

Speaker 15 They got me sound like a Wisconsinite. Wisconsin.

Speaker 15 How big was Gibson?

Speaker 15 Helly bigger than Fridge. 100 pounds bigger than Fridge.

Speaker 16 Man, the Fridge was big, too, boy.

Speaker 15 Yes!

Speaker 15 Aaron Gibson was 375.

Speaker 15 So he's 75 pounds heavier than the heaviest man that's ever played in the NFL.

Speaker 16 Now,

Speaker 16 it's...

Speaker 15 yes.

Speaker 15 And Gibson was 6'6.

Speaker 15 So he's an inch shorter, but almost 80 pounds heavier.

Speaker 16 Hey, they got to be a weighto, huh? They got to be a weight. Technology is technology.

Speaker 15 But here's the thing, Ocho. What is the weight that you can get him down to?

Speaker 15 I don't know. Me and Ocho, you do realize

Speaker 15 men 400, let's say sumo wrestlers. Sumo wrestlers,

Speaker 15 Cona Hana, Aki Bono.

Speaker 15 But what are they doing, Ocho? They three, four seconds, and it's over. That's it, yeah.

Speaker 16 Well, hell, shoot. D-tackle, three, four seconds of play, and it's over.

Speaker 15 How many plays he going to be able to give you, though?

Speaker 16 Oh, that sucks. That sucks.
You knew, you knew, you knew, you knew.

Speaker 16 You knew it was a project.

Speaker 16 Similar to

Speaker 16 Anthony Richardson's situation with the Colts.

Speaker 15 I agree, on the project.

Speaker 16 You understood what you were getting from him at Florida. You watched film.

Speaker 16 You gave him a chance. You gave him in.
You brought him in. You gave him an opportunity.
But you're giving up on the project too soon.

Speaker 16 I trust that Buccaneers organization is going to bring him back and do right by young bull. I guarantee you.
I can feel it. I can feel it.
They're going to do right by him.

Speaker 16 They're going to bring him back.

Speaker 15 For all you people. Um, I just Google, uh, yes, ozimpic, semaglutide, can lead to muscle loss as a side effect of significant weight loss.
So, all you

Speaker 15 calm down because everybody thinks they're a doctor. See, the thing is, with me, OJo, before I really talk about stuff, I like to read right, right? You know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 15 Semagglutide, the Majorino, the trizepatide,

Speaker 16 you know, your stuff now.

Speaker 15 Ocho, in order for you to lose weight, that's the thing. Bodybuilders, what do they do? They get really bad.

Speaker 16 I do, I do.

Speaker 15 And then they strip it down, but they have to lose some muscle. That's why you try to add as much muscle as you possibly can.

Speaker 15 So when you strip it down, there's still enough there and people can see it.

Speaker 15 Yeah.

Speaker 15 But y'all want to be so right. Shanna, you don't know.
No, I don't know everything. But what I talk about, I like to research about to have a general understanding.

Speaker 15 I've talked to a lot of people about about these drugs and the side effects of these drugs.

Speaker 15 To ask a man that's been, he's like, I've been big all my life.

Speaker 15 Oh, Joe, he probably was, he probably was a 10, 11, 12 pound, 13 pound baby.

Speaker 16 Damn.

Speaker 15 So, with that being said, you're asking a man, okay, he was at one point in time, oh Joe, he was 500 pounds.

Speaker 15 500.

Speaker 15 Let's just say, for the sake of argument, you get him all the way down to 300.

Speaker 16 Okay, now we're talking.

Speaker 15 But you've taken away what made him who he was, that strength.

Speaker 16 Damn, man.

Speaker 16 Some got to give.

Speaker 16 Some got to give. And I hope.

Speaker 15 I was sad too. And I normally

Speaker 15 try to stay out of my emotions when it comes to guys and try not to get detached. But I like the dude.
I mean, I could see, I could see when we had him on, Ocho, he was so excited.

Speaker 15 He was so excited, man. I go, I'm going to get an opportunity to live out my dream to play in the NFL.
I say, well, so, what did they tell you?

Speaker 15 They said they hadn't told me to wait, but I'll do whatever they asked me to do. And I believe he did.

Speaker 15 But at some point in time, Ocho, when you that size, you have to eat a certain amount of food just to be able to function.

Speaker 16 Yeah.

Speaker 16 Yeah.

Speaker 15 He got to breathe. He got to get up.
got to, he got to be alert. So you have to eat a certain amount of calories.

Speaker 16 Damn, man.

Speaker 15 Theoretically, you're supposed to be able to eat 10, 10,

Speaker 15 what is it?

Speaker 15 10 calories per body pound

Speaker 15 and be functioning. And so me, I can eat 2,500 calories.
And if I don't do a whole lot,

Speaker 15 I can function. Now, just think if I were to do cardio, I do 30 minutes, I do our cardio I'm gonna have to increase that or I'm going to lose weight

Speaker 15 So if he could eat 10 calves per body pound Ocho he could eat over 4,000 calories

Speaker 15 Do you know what 4,000 calories do to the average man? First of all, if you eat nutrition, you couldn't eat at all. You'd have to eat around the clock.

Speaker 15 Now, see, I'm not telling what somebody told you. You're talking to somebody that's actually eating around the clock.

Speaker 15 That said his alarm that when I go to bed in two and a half hours, I'm going to wake my black ass up and go in the kitchen and eat. And guess what, Ocho?

Speaker 15 After I eat, I'm going to go back to bed and I'm going to sit it again for another two and a half to three hours and get my black ass up again and go eat.

Speaker 16 Okay, we on the same, we on the same type of regimen.

Speaker 15 To eat that amount of, see, now, if you eating burgers and you eat fried food like that, it ain't nothing to get no calories. You get to get 3,000, 4,000 calories.

Speaker 15 But when you eating chicken, turkey, ground beef, lean cuts, you getting broccoli, you getting carrots, you getting rice, it is a beat to eat that amount of food.

Speaker 15 I'm not telling you what somebody told me. I'm telling you what I know.
I'm talking about from first-hand experience.

Speaker 15 When Ocho and I talk to you about football-related stuff, we're not talking second-hand stuff. We're not talking about what somebody told us.

Speaker 15 We're talking about what we tell you, what we know, what we lived.

Speaker 15 So now I know

Speaker 15 everybody on the internet now, they're a coach, they're a general manager, they're a professional athlete, they're a lawyer, they're a banker, they were something

Speaker 15 Whatever you were, that's what you were. But I'm telling you

Speaker 15 what this medicine and the people that I've talked to, and I know people that have taken it, and their bodies are not the same.

Speaker 15 Now, you're asking a man that's 450 pounds.

Speaker 15 I feel bad. And I don't normally feel bad because, Ocho, it's not, it's it,

Speaker 15 and I hate using the term fair because everybody's dream is not going to come. The gift that they want to give to themselves is not going to become a reality.
It's not going to come to fruition.

Speaker 15 But it was something about him

Speaker 15 that made me like, damn, I sure hope this kid can get his weight down. I was thinking if he got it down under 430,

Speaker 15 but Ocho,

Speaker 15 do you understand? Like, it doesn't take much to lose. I mean, because a lot of it's waterways.

Speaker 15 Once you get past that initial water bait, and probably he got like 30, because that's why it was easy for him to go to from 500 to four.

Speaker 15 I think he played 470, and then he waved the combine at his pro day at 464, and now he's 449.

Speaker 15 Now you got to get to the nuts and bolts of him.

Speaker 15 That's a B.

Speaker 16 That's a B. Damn, man.

Speaker 15 I mean, you would literally, I mean, you'd literally have to starve him.

Speaker 15 You literally have to starve him, Ocho.

Speaker 15 And he couldn't play.

Speaker 15 Couldn't.

Speaker 16 I'm optimistic. I think they're going to bring him back, huh?

Speaker 15 I'm not saying they won't. Normally, I like to see guys get to at least the last cut.

Speaker 15 Because

Speaker 15 they're more apt to bring him, you know what I'm saying, Ocho. And he made it to the last cut.
But the thing is, Ocho, he didn't play in any any games

Speaker 15 but

Speaker 15 and this is why i agree with you it's like bro you know he was a project you know he was huge what made you think you're going to be how much what you thought you was going to be normally when people lose 100 pounds it takes them a year or 50 pounds or 75 pounds it takes them a year not no damn six weeks

Speaker 15 I mean, you lose, you lose, you lose

Speaker 15 50, 60, 70 pounds in six weeks. You either on crack or you got AIDS.

Speaker 15 I'm sorry, but I'm not trying to be funny, guys, but I'm just saying to lose that kind of weight in that amount of time, there's something seriously wrong,

Speaker 15 and there's nothing wrong with him, he's just a big man.

Speaker 15 Other than that, there's nothing wrong with him, Ocho. He's a big man, and we understand the risk of somebody his size in the sun in Tampa.
We understand that, Ojo. It's hot, boy.

Speaker 15 Yes,

Speaker 15 and I'm glad now because

Speaker 15 back when you and I was growing up, they had his ass out there running gases

Speaker 15 and suicides. Oh,

Speaker 16 they're going to get that weight up off of him.

Speaker 16 They're going to get it up off of him. But now, obviously, the NFL are protecting themselves after being sued a few times.
The Tampa Bea Buccaneers, obviously protecting themselves

Speaker 16 as well, not wanting any issue.

Speaker 15 No, you don't want that. You don't want that, don't you? But I just don't know in the amount of time that they gave him, how much weight did they think he was going to lose.

Speaker 15 That's my only thing. I appreciate them giving him the opportunity.

Speaker 15 But how much weight a man his size, and let's say they went to camp in the middle of July, and here we are damn near at the end of August. So let's just say five weeks.
How much weight did you?

Speaker 15 He lost 15 pounds. I think that's good.

Speaker 16 It is.

Speaker 15 Hell, normally they say if you can lose a pound, what is a pound a week, Jordan? I think you lose a pound a week. That's great.

Speaker 15 He lost three pounds a week.

Speaker 15 he'd be back yeah he'd be back but but oh you oh you have to eat so much to just to live yeah

Speaker 15 you gotta he has to drink a certain amount of water just to live

Speaker 15 he's not he's not a normal man He's not a normal man that's walking around 200 pounds, 185 pounds, or whatever you, whatever the size of a normal man is. He's twice the size of an average man.

Speaker 16 You got to find that happy medium.

Speaker 15 you got to get yes but but how but but but that well okay what's the medium i don't know yeah so because in order to get the weight off you got to do a certain a certain level of exercise

Speaker 15 you got to do a certain level of weight training

Speaker 15 and you have to eat obviously you have to be on a caloric deficit so if it's 10 calories per body pounds theoretically he could eat 4 600 pounds Well, obviously, you got to keep him way up under that, but you got to gradually back him down.

Speaker 15 You can't say, okay, you can't eat but 3,000 calories.

Speaker 16 And I think you'll be able to do it. You'll be able to do it because he wants his bad.
He wants his bad.

Speaker 15 Well, you're going to have to give, you're going to have to give him a year.

Speaker 15 Which is why I like the, which is why, but I like the fact if he's there.

Speaker 15 Because remember, oh Joe, when they used to they used to suspend you

Speaker 15 suspend players and they wouldn't let you come to the facility. They wouldn't let you be around the players.
But what they found out, That drove them further and further away.

Speaker 15 Now you forced them into even worse habits. If they had a habit, they're not, can't be around their teammates.
Now they do more destructive things.

Speaker 15 So

Speaker 15 in order for them to get him in the kind of shape that they want, they feel that he can help them,

Speaker 15 they would literally need to have him around

Speaker 15 and says, okay, or send him to the Duke Medical Clinic. I think they have a weight loss center up there.
Send him somewhere and says, okay, son, we're going to give you a year.

Speaker 15 You need to get the X number. don't, whatever number is, but I'm saying

Speaker 15 that's the only way.

Speaker 16 I think it's going to happen. And

Speaker 16 I hope this doesn't discourage him either. I hope he sees this, you know, and some of the stuff that

Speaker 16 we've been saying tonight. And I please,

Speaker 16 Brother Desmond, don't allow this to discourage you, but only make you stronger. Give you a little bit of motivation.
Give you a little bit of motivation, you know.

Speaker 16 Damn, man, it's crazy.

Speaker 15 Yeah,

Speaker 15 he's a big L Joe, he's a big man

Speaker 15 big man i mean

Speaker 15 i mean i'm i used to could eat ojo i used to eat a lot i can't eat like i used to no

Speaker 15 but i'm also damn near 60.

Speaker 15 he 23

Speaker 15 24 do you know how much you could eat when you were in your 20s

Speaker 16 yeah

Speaker 15 man i take down a whole buffet

Speaker 15 you don't come here no more

Speaker 15 die. You said buffet.
You say $20. I can eat as much as I want.

Speaker 16 You eat up all the people.

Speaker 15 It's tough, man. It's tough.
Come on, Dez. You can do it, bro.
You can do it. How bad do you want to be on an NFL team?

Speaker 15 How bad do you want to put that uniform on and go out there on that field and make a tackle?

Speaker 15 I don't care, Dez. I would love for you to have a long career, but if you can just put that uniform on one time and go out there and have them call your name because you made a tackle.

Speaker 15 Come on, Daz. Nightcap, we're rooting for absence.

Speaker 15 Hey, I'm Frank, and I have Hydrodonatus Superativa. HS.
Before starting Cosintics, I was so uncomfortable with my symptoms. Like, not being able to sleep on white sheets or wear white clothes.

Speaker 15 Now I can appreciate the little things.

Speaker 19 Cosentix Sekukinumab is prescribed for adults with moderate to severe hydrotinitis suprativa, HS. Don't use if allergic to Cosentics.

Speaker 15 Amari Cooper is returning to the Raiders, Ocho, on a one-year deal. Cooper 31, returns to the organization that drafted him with the fourth overall pick in 2015.

Speaker 15 He's signing a one-year deal of $3.5 million. The contract carries a $6 million value with

Speaker 15 $500,000 per game roster bonus and $2 million available in incentives. The new Cooper signing comes just hours after Jacoby Myers requested a trade

Speaker 15 out of Las Vegas after two sides were unable to negotiate a new contract.

Speaker 15 Oh, Joe, you like Cooper?

Speaker 16 Going back to the ranking. Absolutely.
You got to understand the connection that's down there, that Florida connection that's down there in Las Vegas right now.

Speaker 16 You got Geno Smith, Miramar Patriot quarterback. You got Amari Cooper, superstar, legendary Dave Heidi, Miami Northwestern, with Teddy Bridgewater win, huh? Teddy Bridgewater.

Speaker 16 I mean, listen, legendary wire received from Miami Northwestern. That Florida connection, they're gonna do they're gonna work magic.

Speaker 16 Obviously, you had Brock Bowers, who's gonna probably get the bulk of the.

Speaker 15 I think he went to IMG, did Brock Bowers,

Speaker 15 yeah, he did.

Speaker 15 I think he did, isn't he from Florida?

Speaker 16 Yeah,

Speaker 16 I don't know. I don't know.
I know one thing. Gino is going to get that ball to goddamn coop.

Speaker 15 He from Cali, Napa.

Speaker 15 He from Cali. Okay, you heard me?

Speaker 16 I say Gino Smith is going to get Coop that goddamn ball. I know that.

Speaker 15 Well, hell,

Speaker 15 if Jacoby Myers is unhappy in that play, he ain't got no choice. It's either Cooper Brock Bauer.

Speaker 16 Yeah, but

Speaker 16 I think, you know, I understand Jacoby's frustration. Frustration.

Speaker 16 I totally get it. But the way you value yourself, the way you see and value yourself, the teams don't see you like that.

Speaker 16 Because as soon as the headlines hit about you want to trade, you see how fast they made that call.

Speaker 16 You see how fast they made that call? Oh, that's what you want to do?

Speaker 15 Okay, bet.

Speaker 15 Hold my bit. Oh, Joe.
They already, hey, they already got about four or five receivers lined up because they say, okay, in case this goes sideways. Yeah.

Speaker 15 Yeah.

Speaker 16 and they bringing in a good one now. They've been cooperating, ain't no goddamn slouch.
Amari Cooper was at one time one of the better rock runners in the NFL. I'm talking about top five.

Speaker 16 I ain't talking about no slouch. I'm talking about up there with Devontae, up there with Devontae Adams with the Hunter Winfoles.
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 16 Up there.

Speaker 16 What? Well, he could put him up and put him down like no other now.

Speaker 15 Man, I can't even believe, man. Dude, been in the league for like 11 years.
Oh, Chuck.

Speaker 16 Coop. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 16 A good 11, too. I don't know why Jerry let him go.

Speaker 16 Jerry was tripping.

Speaker 15 I like this deal. I like this deal for Coop.
I'm surprised that he was available this long. Maybe the asking price was a little higher than what teams wanted to play.

Speaker 15 Plus, Ocho, you know, when you get 30, man, they'd be looking at you funny. I don't care what type of numbers you put up because I remember them having the same conversation about Devontae Adams.

Speaker 15 Man, he done slowed, man, the man just had 100 damn catches, but you know, he ain't breaking away like he once did. Bro, stop it.
30 is not, 30 is, you're not over the heel.

Speaker 15 But they've convinced, they've convinced, they have convinced themselves. They've convinced their fan base that if once a guy reaches 30, unless he's a quarterback,

Speaker 15 his his best years are behind him.

Speaker 15 Only the quarterback will they say his best years are in front of him once he reaches the age of 30. Everybody else,

Speaker 16 yeah, that's how they do you.

Speaker 16 That's how they do you.

Speaker 16 That is how they do you.

Speaker 16 It's gonna be some nice magic over there in Vegas, though, bro. I can see it now.

Speaker 16 Touchdown Geno Smith to Amari Cooper for 72 yards.

Speaker 16 Oh, yeah.

Speaker 16 Old Dade County connection.

Speaker 15 Texas running back Joe Mixon won't be activated from non-football injury list by Tuesday's deadline, making him ineligible to play at least the first four weeks of the season, Ocho, due to an ankle injury.

Speaker 15 Mixon, who had an ankle injury, will be moved to the reserve non-football injury list. Did he hurt the ankle in practice, or this was something coming off the offseason?

Speaker 16 Yeah, that's a good question.

Speaker 16 Did he have surgery? Did he have surgery or no? Or just he got hurt early in camp?

Speaker 15 Must have got hurt in camp.

Speaker 16 Wait, hey, listen, you know, they got brother Chubb over there too. Now

Speaker 16 they got brother Chubb over there too. Now, they're not going to miss a beat at that position.

Speaker 16 They're not going to miss a beat at that position depending on how

Speaker 16 much better Nick Chubb is feeling after reconstructive surgery of that knee. Chubb gonna tote that thing.

Speaker 15 Damn.

Speaker 15 He said he didn't. He had the practice during training camp and he's been battling it this offseason.
Why didn't he have surgery? Was it not?

Speaker 15 Was it still from that hip drop tackle? Because remember, OJ, he got hip drop tackle last year.

Speaker 16 I don't know. I don't know if it's from that, but Chubb,

Speaker 16 Nikki Chubb, let's go, boy.

Speaker 15 You got to carry the load.

Speaker 15 I mean, I hear some reports say he doesn't look the same. He ain't cutting.
The burst is not there. Then others say he looks fine.
So I don't know what to say.

Speaker 15 Without us being there, Ocho, to see it for our own eyes, it's hard to know what's real and what's not.

Speaker 16 Unless you're able to see it. Because

Speaker 16 they report any goddamn thing.

Speaker 15 Yeah,

Speaker 15 I definitely need to see for myself to get a like, okay.

Speaker 15 Well,

Speaker 15 three-year-old ghost chubby, he'd have got through that. He'd have got through that crack.

Speaker 15 I mean, obviously, you're going to have some wear and tear. I mean, you're a running back.
Absolutely.

Speaker 15 I mean, maybe one of the best thing to happen to Saquon is that he got injured that year. And

Speaker 15 he was able not to have 300 hits on his damn body.

Speaker 15 Today, Dak

Speaker 15 told reporters that the team's offense will provide some fireworks, and they've been saving their best stuff for the regular season. An exciting offense.
We've kept it vanilla for a reason.

Speaker 15 Excited about getting out there and putting it all on display next Thursday. Ocho, are you expecting fireworks

Speaker 15 from the Cowboys offense?

Speaker 16 I told you that. That's the only exciting thing to watch.
That is the only exciting thing to watch. Come, what, nine days from now, eight, seven days from now, whatever it may be.

Speaker 16 I'm tuning in to see the Dallas Cowboys offense, mainly George Pickens.

Speaker 16 They're going to put up numbers. Dakin' going to put up numbers.
He's going to put up numbers through the air. That's not the problem.
That's never been the problem.

Speaker 16 The problem is on the other side of the ball.

Speaker 16 That's the problem. And not only that, you ain't got your best player on your team.
The owner don't even want to pay him.

Speaker 16 But if there's anything.

Speaker 16 As a Cowboy fan, I know I have some of y'all in the chat. If you're a football fan in general, even if you're not a fan of the Cowboys, hey, are you going to be tuned in Thursday night?

Speaker 16 Because I want to see Cegelamb and George Picken go crazy, you know, and then A.J. Brown and Devontae Smith on the other side of the ball go crazy.
We already know what Saquon is going to do.

Speaker 16 The goddamn Cowboys ain't got no defense. He might go for goddamn 200.

Speaker 16 Especially if Six ain't playing. If Sticks ain't playing, ain't no telling Saquon might have 300 to open the season.

Speaker 15 Well,

Speaker 15 who going to guard them receivers? Because I don't know.

Speaker 15 Is Diggs going to be able to start the season?

Speaker 16 Well, that's a good question. I'm not sure.
I'm not sure.

Speaker 16 I'm not sure.

Speaker 15 Because that offensive line, good luck. Hey.

Speaker 16 Hey.

Speaker 15 Dickerson, look, we don't know the extent of Dickerson. He said he was going to try, Landon, was going to try to get back.
We don't know if he's going to make it all the way back.

Speaker 15 But boy, them tackles, My Lotta and Lane Johnson. They ain't to be M with.

Speaker 15 You better be on your best behavior.

Speaker 16 It's going gonna take heaven and hell

Speaker 15 that bag.

Speaker 16 Hey, it's gonna take heaven

Speaker 16 down on it trying to get Brian and Boyd.

Speaker 15 Oh, yeah, my lot of what six, eight, three, forty.

Speaker 16 Stupid.

Speaker 15 Lane Johnson is

Speaker 15 angular.

Speaker 15 He's not a whole lot of bricks in his back pocket, but boy, would that you kick out that he locked down

Speaker 16 and don't and don't listen, don't let him get hands on you first.

Speaker 15 Oh, yeah.

Speaker 15 Trayvon Digg doesn't feel he has any limitations after training on his own, pushing for week one return. He did pass his physical, so hopefully they gave him 500 bands back.

Speaker 16 Give it, man. We talk about Jerry, man.

Speaker 16 He don't care. But I'm, hey, listen, that game is going to be exciting.
I'm just, I think about it.

Speaker 15 Oh, it's going to do a crazy number. It's going to do, I can see that game doing 30, 30, 35.

Speaker 16 I mean, we talked talk about number i'm talking about i'm talking about the players keon mitchell cee d lamb cooper dejaun

Speaker 16 george pickens

Speaker 16 i mean i mean oh man oh that's it's gonna be fireworks it's definitely gonna be fireworks and i like the words that dak had used you know the fireworks gonna be you know offensively i don't know if they're going to win the game boy boy look here kept quarterbacks don't be saying nothing

Speaker 15 how many how many times we'd have heard dak say this about this offense well offense they always put up number nine.

Speaker 15 Yeah, for the other team, them pick sixes.

Speaker 15 We gonna see.

Speaker 15 I see better now here. We gonna see.
Because the Eagles ain't no slopes.

Speaker 15 And I don't think Fangio, I don't think Fangio is gonna let that defense have a hangover, talk about what they did to the Super Bowl and all that other stuff. Because that ain't got nothing to do.

Speaker 15 That's not what we did in the Super Bowl. Ain't gonna help us win opening night.
And guess what, Ocho? We went open tonight. We got 10 days before we play another game.
Hey, I see you boys.

Speaker 15 Hey, you know what?

Speaker 16 Y'all take three days off.

Speaker 15 I'll see you guys on. I'll see you guys on Monday.

Speaker 15 Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday. I'll see you on the chill.

Speaker 16 Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 15 I see you, money, get your one. Uh, you run in.
Hey, off Tuesday, back at this thing. Hold on, hold on, huh.

Speaker 16 Where are they playing at?

Speaker 15 In Philly. Oh, yeah.

Speaker 16 Okay.

Speaker 16 Okay.

Speaker 16 Oh, that's going to be rough.

Speaker 16 Yeah. That's going to be rough.

Speaker 15 It's a rivalry game and it's a division game.

Speaker 16 The start of the season off.

Speaker 16 Football is back, baby.

Speaker 15 Back.

Speaker 15 Welcome back. Welcome back.
Welcome back. That's welcome back, Carter.
You don't remember that before you talked about it.

Speaker 16 You're about welcome back, Carter. Come on, man.

Speaker 15 Georgia Tech DB Clayton Powell Lee has some interesting comments about

Speaker 15 Coach Prime's team. Let's take a listen to what he says.

Speaker 20 Everybody says it's a different experience, but I've experienced some crazy stadiums since being here. So, just knowing that, not trying to over-hype it, honestly, like it's another game.

Speaker 20 I know they bring out celebrities, they do all this crazy stuff, but we're playing football. None of them playing, they can hype up all they want to, but you want to feel not them.

Speaker 15 Exactly, like, come on,

Speaker 20 so yeah, just playing fast, like, not dwelling on that type of stuff. Like, that's all I can say.

Speaker 16 I like it,

Speaker 15 I like it.

Speaker 16 So, now now

Speaker 16 you're talking like that. I'm tuned in

Speaker 16 because I'm trying to see what you are. I'm trying to see what type of time you're on.
If you really like that, young bull. You feel me? I like, I like that.

Speaker 16 I like the bravado.

Speaker 16 You know, oh, they have all types of celebrities and they all got the whole hype train, but the people that's on the sideline ain't out there on the field and they really can't do nothing.

Speaker 16 They can't help you. I like it.
He's talking

Speaker 15 and guess what? We're going to be live Friday night

Speaker 16 after the game.

Speaker 16 I can't wait.

Speaker 15 So guess what? Come in and

Speaker 15 get your first actions of what happened in the game. Ocho, and I'm going to break it down and tell you what happened, why it happened, how it happened, and when it happened.
Give me.

Speaker 15 That's what I'm going to do. Give me a little bit of my homework on buddy.

Speaker 16 Man, what number is he? He played DB for Georgia Tech, right?

Speaker 15 What number is he? Yep.

Speaker 16 Oh, no. Oh, number five.
Oh, he's wearing a single digit too? Okay, he, hey, he probably, he must be like that

Speaker 15 he been a lot

Speaker 15 single digit number you you supposed to be

Speaker 16 any single digit number you supposed to be that boy dog yeah you got to be him so hold on uh travis hunter's going now now there's a receiver that's making a lot of noise and a lot of waves over there in colorado right now they say they got another with travis hunter

Speaker 16 hey so i'm a five

Speaker 16 A five.

Speaker 16 I'm going to call you by your name when I see you play.

Speaker 16 Five, I'm watching. I'm trying to see what you on.
What type of time you on?

Speaker 15 I'm on that.

Speaker 16 Name matching mouth. You know, I wish you nothing but the best.
I wish you luck, twin.

Speaker 16 Yeah.

Speaker 16 Boy, we're talking spicy, huh?

Speaker 15 Oh, man, I missed that. I missed those days.

Speaker 16 Oh, man. Oh, man.

Speaker 15 But I think for me, Ocho, I miss college more than I miss the pros because of the intimacy of it. Because the fans are like right there on you.
You know, those small black HBCUs, they write their own.

Speaker 15 And, you know, they talking reckless. The fans talking reckless.

Speaker 15 Like, boy,

Speaker 15 nothing, nothing today, sharp. I'm leaving with more catches than I came with.
That's all I know. What you talking?

Speaker 15 All I know is I promise you, I'm going to have more catches, more yards, and more touchdowns than when I came.

Speaker 15 All that other stuff.

Speaker 16 really hey what's it what's his last name Seton

Speaker 15 uh

Speaker 15 Clayton Powell

Speaker 15 Powell Lee yeah

Speaker 16 I'm going to watch some film with him from last year

Speaker 16 I'm going to watch some film yeah I'm excited now

Speaker 15 Clayton Powell

Speaker 15 if I go back I don't want to go back play the NFL I want to be like 18 19 go back and play college football boy but listen, if I could rewind time,

Speaker 16 if I can,

Speaker 15 but I want to know what I know now.

Speaker 16 Okay, same, same. With what I know now, I would love to rewind time.

Speaker 16 Listen, I don't want to go to no power five. I don't want to go to no power five.

Speaker 15 I want to go to Famu.

Speaker 15 I'm going to some. Yeah, I want to go.

Speaker 16 I want to go to Famu. Matter of fact, I want to play football and I want to play in the band.

Speaker 16 I know it don't make no sense. I have a love and infatuation.
What if what instrument you gonna be i'm gonna be the drum major what you talk about oh lord

Speaker 16 man give it to hey ask dr white about me ask shelvey chipmun about me i would be the drum major at fam you right now if i could with your football uniform on no no no i'm saying i'll switch i'll switch how the hell you think you think you beyonce you're gonna be quick changing and jumping and out of holes like people

Speaker 16 i'm gonna be that boy i'm gonna be that boy at fam

Speaker 15 Yeah,

Speaker 15 I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go.

Speaker 16 Listen, you know, the band started walking down with five minutes left in the second quarter.

Speaker 15 Yeah, yeah. Yeah.
So

Speaker 15 what if you on offense?

Speaker 16 Hey, listen,

Speaker 16 we're gonna let the other team go first.

Speaker 16 We're gonna let the other team let their band go first.

Speaker 15 That only happens if you on the if you're at home. If you on the road, you don't get to talk about, oh, y'all go first.
They're not going first. They're going to let you go.

Speaker 15 They're going to wait for me.

Speaker 16 They're going to wait for me to get undressed. Hey, what that's hey, listen, I know I play a lot.

Speaker 16 Uncle Jesus Christ, I wish I had my grades together coming out of high school because I would have been at fam. There's a reason I had to go to Langston.

Speaker 16 I couldn't even get into fam. Langston was one of the few schools that actually accepted me with the badass grades I had growing up.

Speaker 16 There's a reason, fam, you made me an ambassador because I've been showing love to the school

Speaker 16 since 1992. I just never had the opportunity to go there, but my love and passion for the school is still there because that's where I always wanted to be.
You know?

Speaker 16 So just if I, if hypothetically speaking, if I can go back and had eligibility, oh, man, please, I'm going to play that fan, man.

Speaker 15 Man, I average 300 yards a game.

Speaker 15 Right now?

Speaker 16 But what you know now?

Speaker 15 Yeah. With ease.

Speaker 16 With ease.

Speaker 16 With ease.

Speaker 15 Shit, I had, we played nine games. I had three, 200, three, 200-yard games and nine games my senior year.

Speaker 15 Yeah, if to know what I know now,

Speaker 15 understanding routes and concepts. Yeah, I average 300 yards.
Oh, I'll be the first receiver with 2,000-yard receiver for sure. 1,000%.

Speaker 15 Meanwhile, this is what Coach Prime is saying about his squad. Oh, Cho, let's take a listen to what he had to say.

Speaker 1 This is Sophie Cunningham from Show Me Something.

Speaker 15 and if you're online and you have online classes and you don't have a shirt on or you got a white beat on or you have some stupid on that causes distraction or you walk around during that online session it's going to be a problem we good with that guys now

Speaker 16 i love it i love it i love because what he's talking hey listen what he's talking about it has nothing to do with football

Speaker 16 it has nothing to do with the game of football you're going to have to conduct yourself like this in the real world but why not start now

Speaker 16 why not start now if you don't make it to the nfl

Speaker 16 whatever corporation whatever entity you work for you're not going to be able to go in there with no goddamn you ain't going to be wearing no slides

Speaker 15 you're going to be wearing no hood

Speaker 15 i love this yeah because he's preparing these young men for life life.

Speaker 15 Now, in football, Ocho, guess what you can do in football? You can go to meeting with what? Slides. Guess what else you go with? A hoodie.
Guess what, Ocho? Headphones. You can do all that.

Speaker 15 But

Speaker 15 everybody that's in that meeting room ain't going to be in an NFL meeting room where you can wear hoodies, where you can wear slides.

Speaker 16 Wear your earphones. Everything Prime is teaching them young fellas right now, it all comes down to one thing.

Speaker 16 discipline.

Speaker 16 Yep. Discipline.

Speaker 16 The one thing that's going to carry you in life forever, regardless of what you try to do, whether you make it to the NFL, whether it's the corporate world, or whatever respective craft you choose and are passionate about.

Speaker 16 If you have discipline, you're going to succeed no matter what it is you decide to do.

Speaker 15 Yeah. Always.

Speaker 15 Man, oh, Joe, I ain't never worse sweats. My brother used to come down there and say, man, this is how y'all go to class? Stars jeans, eyes on you.

Speaker 16 You was fresh.

Speaker 16 You was fresh?

Speaker 15 Every Friday, I wore slacks and a college shirt. Sometimes I wore a jacket, had a brief.

Speaker 16 Yes,

Speaker 16 I see you.

Speaker 15 Absolutely.

Speaker 15 Oh, Joe, because we know we left, we played Saturday. So a lot of times we were leaving Saturday morning.
I mean, Friday mornings.

Speaker 15 If we didn't leave. at eight at like nine o'clock oh i'm going to the eight o'clock class okay okay oh

Speaker 15 Green and yellow.

Speaker 16 Come on, man. I use Niagara.

Speaker 15 Had a fade die.

Speaker 15 Then my junior year, Curry's. There's a dry cleaner called Curry.
Developed a friendship with the guy. As a matter of fact, he and his wife used to come visit me when I played in Denver.

Speaker 15 He and his wife would come stay with me, would come stay. He would stay at the house.
His wife, when his wife came, they stayed at the hotel.

Speaker 15 But when he came, he would sleep in the spare bedroom downstairs.

Speaker 15 John, John Curry is his name. If you're from Savannah, y'all know Curry Cleaners because they got one.
Um,

Speaker 15 what is that on Applecorn? Is that Applecorn? Duran's kidaway.

Speaker 15 I forget, I forget where it's been many, many years ago. But oh, Joe, I was super

Speaker 15 because the thing is, go to class. Hey, you know, I'm taking all these government classes, these law classes.
I'm a lawyer,

Speaker 15 you can't go in there, you know, any kind of way.

Speaker 16 You got to be, you can be, you got to be nice.

Speaker 15 Turn when I turn in my turn paper. I need to slack.
I I need you to see me in some slacks. I need you to see me in a college shirt.

Speaker 16 Listen, I'd never forget. I obviously never been to Oklahoma.
I get to Lincolnshun University.

Speaker 16 You got people from Stillwater, you got people from Oklahoma, you got people from, you know, Houston, you got people from Dallas at the school.

Speaker 16 And during that time, I learned about, boom, starching the jeans.

Speaker 16 We ain't really starched our jeans down in the middle.

Speaker 16 Them people down there in Oklahoma and Texas, when it came to starching them jeans, I talk about sharp to the T.

Speaker 15 You could barely get in about that.

Speaker 16 You could probably stand, you could, you can, and you can stand them up on their own.

Speaker 16 I never forget the names. The quarterback T-Money in

Speaker 16 Wayland Jones at Langston.

Speaker 16 Big Shep, Big Shep. I don't know you at, baby.
I love you. I love you.
If

Speaker 16 you happen to see this,

Speaker 16 them jeans with the boots, they had the high, the high polo boots with the strap on on the front. You ever had a pair of them?

Speaker 15 Yeah.

Speaker 15 Uh-uh.

Speaker 16 Man, but them boys, them boys were so sharp with them polo boots on. And

Speaker 16 I never forget it.

Speaker 16 I had me a little Niagara. I used to go to the little club used to have right there called 33 with my little star jeans.
He used to go, fuck Miami, what you doing with them things on like that?

Speaker 15 Oh Joe. And then we didn't have no money.
We put flour and water. That's then we, that's how we made start.

Speaker 16 Oh, flower.

Speaker 16 Wait a minute.

Speaker 15 I know you didn't. I know you didn't.
Mary Porter didn't see. Hey, Mary Porter didn't send me unprepared.

Speaker 16 Flower and water.

Speaker 15 Yes.

Speaker 15 A little flower and water. You make your book get you right.

Speaker 16 I ain't know that.

Speaker 15 I know you did. Okay.
But that's that whole seat, that whole country seat. Country secret.
Courage cleaners on 1310 East Duran Avenue. As a matter of fact, they had a little

Speaker 15 alteration shop. It'd be about five black ladies in there.
Oh, Joe, I used to go there. I dropped my clothes off.
I would go over there and just talk to them ladies for hours.

Speaker 16 Damn, man.

Speaker 15 Even when I went to the league and came back my first three years, I stayed in Savannah. Then I was like, man, I got to get up out of Savannah.

Speaker 15 I got to move. I got to go somewhere a little bigger.
But I would go, I would drop my clothes off. I would stay over there with them ladies and talk to them ladies for hours.

Speaker 16 Oh, man.

Speaker 15 All right, got to go. You just got here.
Just got here. I've been here for an hour.
Two hours.

Speaker 15 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Oh, I was cleaning up.

Speaker 15 My brother say, man, dude, anybody, I never wore a

Speaker 15 sweatsuit to class.

Speaker 15 Always jeans, Isa shirt, polo,

Speaker 15 always crease jeans. Friday, always collar shirt.

Speaker 16 Always. Hold on, so you missed the cross color era, huh? You ain't had no cross-colors,

Speaker 16 nah. What? Hold on, what about the Jabots? We had the Jabots,

Speaker 15 they had Jabot, they had

Speaker 15 Calvin Klein, they had Lee, they had Levi's, they had

Speaker 15 Sergey Rigoletto was kind of like when I was in high school.

Speaker 15 Yeah, but they had the Jabot was like, kind of like, I was in the league.

Speaker 16 Okay, you were in the league. Man, listen, at Langston, there's a huge community of

Speaker 16 students from Chicago.

Speaker 16 They had every colour of your bows, man. I'd never forget.
Oh, man.

Speaker 16 It was a time. It was the time.

Speaker 15 And you know what? It just came out when I got to college, like my sophomore year, Tommy Hill figure.

Speaker 16 Oh, Tommy. Hey, Tommy and Polo says here in Miami was big, boy.
The little sets with the shorts with a little polo with a three-button shirt.

Speaker 15 Yep.

Speaker 16 Oh, that was the days.

Speaker 15 But I was sharp. I was sharp.
Sharp. That hey, no pun intended, but your boy was

Speaker 16 Damn, I remember

Speaker 15 Ocho. Gilly called you out for being a glizzy gap gladiator.
He wrote, One thing Ocho gonna do is he's gonna be a glizzy gladiator everywhere he goes. Check this out.

Speaker 16 What do you got? What do you got? He got me eat hot dog

Speaker 15 Man, get it crazy.

Speaker 16 Oh, you eat me with the hot dogs in my pocket.

Speaker 15 That's a CU, isn't it?

Speaker 16 Hey,

Speaker 16 one thing I'm going to do, huh? Like, I know, listen, the times and the eras me in that, they said, oh, Glizzies, who eating hot dogs?

Speaker 16 and man i don't care nothing about that but wherever i go i go to any sporting event baseball basketball football soccer games i'm getting my two hot dogs a small popcorn and a coke with no ice i don't care who sees me eating my hot dogs i'm eating my two hot dogs you act like that was dry did you have ketchup i don't know no ponderments on i eat everything

Speaker 16 i eat everything plain because i don't put nothing on you know what when i eat eat. So I don't need nothing on my hot dog.
You hear me?

Speaker 16 Yeah. Listen, I eat everything plain as is.
All the condiments I need, they come within my system.

Speaker 16 Yeah.

Speaker 15 Yeah, I ain't had no. Look, it's not that I had no glizzy, all that stuff.
I just haven't eaten a hot dog in probably two.

Speaker 16 You don't know what you're missing.

Speaker 16 I tell you no lie. You don't know what you're missing.
And sometimes, you know what? Sometimes if it's too many people around, I break the hot dog off, right? And I shake it like some some dice,

Speaker 16 and then I just throw it in my mouth real quick, you know.

Speaker 15 I want some now, you know, now you got me thinking, I want some nachos. I might go to the movie just to get some nachos.

Speaker 16 Did you see?

Speaker 15 Um, uh, higher thing, my I saw Michael walking into the

Speaker 15 eating nachos.

Speaker 16 Hold on, the new movie.

Speaker 15 Oh, you talking about Lawrence, I saw it, man.

Speaker 16 It was good. You saw it?

Speaker 16 I haven't seen it. Yeah, listen, I went, I went to the movie theater

Speaker 16 with the missus, had two hot dogs, and a small popcorn and my Coke.

Speaker 16 Lowe's was good. It was good.

Speaker 15 How much popcorn cost at the movies now?

Speaker 16 Oh, that's a good question, huh? That's a good question.

Speaker 16 I was treated to the movie, so I'm not sure what the price is. That's a good question.
It shouldn't be that much, though.

Speaker 15 Because

Speaker 15 I normally get like, I get a, I get like a Diet Coke or an icy popcorn and Twizzlers.

Speaker 16 Twizzlers?

Speaker 16 Oh, man, you tripping, man. Listen, you could at least say raisinettes.
Twizzler?

Speaker 15 Man, don't be no damn raisinettin no raisonettes

Speaker 16 hell man you man you ain't you ain't living right man you ain't living right and what's the point of going to the movies and you and and getting twizzlers nobody eats

Speaker 16 if i will if i go if i gonna get if i gonna get like candy candy it'll probably be reese's pieces okay okay i can live with that i can live with that i can live with that but not no twizzlers twizzlers nasty it's like eating candle wax

Speaker 15 I'm trying to think,

Speaker 15 I think last time I went to the movies, is popcorn more than $7, $6, $5?

Speaker 16 It ain't that bad. You just got to go to the matinee.
Go to the matinee.

Speaker 15 Because I think last time I went, I think popcorn was like $5, $6. It's more than that?

Speaker 15 $12?

Speaker 15 $20 for who? For what?

Speaker 15 For popcorn? Now you got to go to the matinee.

Speaker 16 Uncle price is not the same at the matinee. And Nico, you know, you can.

Speaker 15 They still have dollar. Hold up.
They still have a dollar matinee.

Speaker 16 No, I don't know about a dollar, but you can use your AARP card.

Speaker 16 I do. Yeah, use your AARP card.

Speaker 15 How much is a matinee now?

Speaker 16 I mean, for me, I use my AARP card, so it was like it was like it's like ten dollars

Speaker 15 because I used to go to uh, what's that? Uh, uh,

Speaker 15 I pick. Oh, that movie was like $22.

Speaker 16 Now, see, you go into IPIC, of course, you're gonna have to pay for the amenities in what you're about to get. That's different.

Speaker 16 I go right, I go right here off of Sheridan, I go right here off of Sheridan, or I go right here by Primrose Lakes Mall,

Speaker 16 it's an AMC right there. Oh,

Speaker 15 But they got those nice chairs, huh?

Speaker 16 Yeah, you lean back.

Speaker 15 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 16 That's what I told you.

Speaker 16 See, I'm not in there. I'm trying to get in and get out.

Speaker 15 You ever been to the movie theater where they got them shared? Those chairs like give you 3D and they be moving like when they move.

Speaker 16 They got it over here in

Speaker 16 the Spanish area, though. I forgot the name of it, huh?

Speaker 15 Damn, I gotta go to the movie, man. I have ojo.
I think I've been to one movie since COVID.

Speaker 16 What you saw?

Speaker 15 Shit, don't start me lying.

Speaker 16 Hey, anybody in the chat that's from Miami? What's the name of the mall?

Speaker 16 In the Spanish area, by Mall of Americas.

Speaker 16 Damn, they got together.

Speaker 15 I'm going to the movie. I'm going to the movies.
I got to go to the movie. My off day.

Speaker 15 Oh, damn.

Speaker 15 I got to get a haircut.

Speaker 16 You got to go see highest the lowest, though, huh? It's real good.

Speaker 15 I'll check it out.

Speaker 15 Because I want to get.

Speaker 15 i'm trying to think what i'm gonna get when i go to the movies man i ain't been to the movies so long

Speaker 15 damn man i used to love the movies

Speaker 15 i'm talking about love ocho you know i once saw six movies in one day

Speaker 16 wait wait hold on that mean you never you never left the theater you just went from one i did yeah yeah i remember those days i got i went there i got to the movie about 11 and i got home about 12 31 dolphin mall that's it dolphin mall okay yeah i've done that a long time ago long

Speaker 15 but i used to see two uh two

Speaker 16 only two is max two is max for me because i gotta i gotta get back home hey on this king boulevard where you have the uh the movie theater it's called the

Speaker 15 yeah

Speaker 16 two movies max i pay for one i'll stay go to another one by that time i gotta get back home

Speaker 15 i paid for one and i saw the other for free

Speaker 15 oh there was some good days back in the day there was the days oh joe there was the days man i missed that i missed being able to go to the movies and you know i'm the only one in there because i would you know i'm i'm the only one in there like like if uh uh like during the season me and burns that was our thing monday or tuesday we're gonna go to the movies man what you doing man let's go to the movies i'll meet you up there i had some good days

Speaker 15 man i missed those times

Speaker 15 Powerball jackpot jumps to 750 million, the 10th largest ever. The next drawing is Monday night.
That's tonight.

Speaker 16 hey you know what i probably i probably won too

Speaker 15 you heard me i listen i damn i need to tell i need to tell my sister uh in atlanta because they don't have the they don't have the drawings out here listen i think i probably won i could

Speaker 16 hey i'm gonna tell you what i'm gonna i'm gonna tell you what what i'm gonna do with my winnings

Speaker 16 i'm gonna tell you what i'm gonna do with my winnings

Speaker 15 what you gonna do first if you won 750 million oh you know how much is that if you take a lump sum in florida

Speaker 15 because it varies because if you take California, you got to pay state tax. Some states have state tax.
So if you took a lump sum, $750 million to Florida.

Speaker 16 I'm going to tell you what I'm going to do with mine right now.

Speaker 16 How much it is? It's probably four and some change. Watch.

Speaker 15 $350.

Speaker 16 Nah, it's four.

Speaker 15 $390. $3.90?

Speaker 16 Okay, boom. That's perfect.
So, boom, let's say. Hypothetically speaking, well, I'm probably going to win anyway.
So I didn't check my numbers yet.

Speaker 16 But the first, my first thing is I'm going to be minority owner and player for Napoli, my favorite team in Italy, right? Then I'm going to buy into the Dolphins as well.

Speaker 16 Minority, a huge stake in the Dolphins.

Speaker 15 You're not going to buy no huge stake in the Dolphins?

Speaker 15 Yeah.

Speaker 15 No?

Speaker 15 How much, how much, what percentage? The Dolphins are valued at about like 67 billion. So 10% is 700 million.

Speaker 16 I don't know.

Speaker 16 So you must be going to talk about a minority you must be talking about a two percent that's fine that's fine just so i can walk with it like i like i'm part of it then then

Speaker 16 and then for those for those i have kids from i'm gonna give them a huge chunk right then

Speaker 16 give them a huge chunk those i have kids from then they gone they grown now what about the ones that's grown oh no the moms no regardless they every they finna get them a nice huge chunk then the kids They finna come move with me.

Speaker 16 I'm gonna move the kids with me. Give the mothers a break.
Listen, y'all, boom, y'all done a hell of a job. Y'all go out there, enjoy yourself.
Have you some fun? Bing.

Speaker 16 Me and the kids, we're going to start a show.

Speaker 16 We're just me and the kids, we're going to start our own show.

Speaker 16 And boom, that's, that's pretty much it.

Speaker 16 Yeah, I think, I think that's a great idea. And then, you know, you know, how I'm a philanthropist, and I love, I love to get back.
Obviously, I'm going to get back.

Speaker 16 I'm not, I'm not going to announce it. I think my tips, you know, how I tip, I tip $1,000 every month, so I'm going to add a zero to all my tips.

Speaker 15 Well,

Speaker 15 the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to get me and my financial people, make sure we all

Speaker 15 then

Speaker 15 got an endowment for Savannah State.

Speaker 15 Then all the kids.

Speaker 15 My brother, I'm going to go ahead and break him off.

Speaker 15 Because like

Speaker 15 when it's time for me to go ahead and meet the maker, I don't want to have to give nothing away.

Speaker 15 Everything going to be already taken care of way way before the end.

Speaker 15 So nobody ain't going to be griping about nothing, about this. Everybody going to be done

Speaker 15 got what they're going to get.

Speaker 15 Then I say, you know what, Ocho? Ocho, we had a great run.

Speaker 15 Leaving? But

Speaker 15 it's time for me to hand it off to you.

Speaker 15 It's the Ocho and Joe show. Oh, man.

Speaker 15 Hey, I got two days a week for you. Okay, okay, okay.

Speaker 15 I got two days a week for you. I'll let let you pick the two days I'm old, but hey,

Speaker 15 but hey, I would be fading in and out. You know, I'm on the beach and getting crappy, crappy internet service.

Speaker 15 I'll be fading in and out.

Speaker 15 I'm moving somewhere. I need me like 50 acres.

Speaker 15 I'm going to have me about 10 dogs. I'm going to have...
raccoons, possums, many cows, many goats, many horses. That's what I like.

Speaker 15 I like it.

Speaker 16 That's fun.

Speaker 16 That's fun.

Speaker 15 I like it. I like it.

Speaker 15 And that's it, Ojo.

Speaker 15 That's it.

Speaker 16 Actually,

Speaker 16 and then like

Speaker 16 my responsibilities and my overhead, it's so small.

Speaker 16 It's so small. It's me, my kids, and those I have kids from.

Speaker 16 And that's, that's it.

Speaker 16 My immediate family, my my brother my two brothers that's it my mom is gone my grandma's gone you know i have my small nucleus of of friends you know they they know you know they they good oh yeah you know bucket i get bucket i get bucket like 15.

Speaker 15 i get burns about 15.

Speaker 16 yeah we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna be straight we're gonna be straight

Speaker 15 yeah yeah

Speaker 15 ash you know

Speaker 15 ash you could be uh you could be ceo or shea shape

Speaker 16 a matter of fact, when I win, when I win, George,

Speaker 15 you could be VP, you could be whatever you want to be.

Speaker 16 Matter of fact,

Speaker 16 when I win the parable or the Mega Millions, I'm going to pay your $5,900 too.

Speaker 15 That would be awful nice of you. Do we have $750 billion to give me $5,900?

Speaker 15 Thank you. I really, really appreciate that.

Speaker 15 Chad, y'all hear this man. This man said, you know what? When I win $750 billion, I'm going to pay your $5,900.
Well, damn. Oh.

Speaker 16 Hell, nah.

Speaker 15 That's the only thing I really hate about

Speaker 15 being out here. Ocho, Dick, you can't buy no lottery and no plant, no powder stuff.

Speaker 16 No, oh,

Speaker 16 oh, oh, I know why. I know why.
I know why.

Speaker 15 Yeah.

Speaker 16 Damn.

Speaker 15 Oh, that was good. That was funny.

Speaker 15 All right. Ocho, time flew by.
It's time for our final segment of the heat. It's time for Q.
Tonight was good, boy.

Speaker 16 God damn, that was good.

Speaker 16 You know what's funny? Hey, chat, watch. I'm gonna check the numbers because I played.
No, I don't, I don't, I don't really gamble or play, but I took a chance.

Speaker 16 I'm telling you, when I check these numbers tonight, I guarantee I won that powerball. Watch.
What?

Speaker 15 I sure hope you won.

Speaker 16 I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm telling you now.

Speaker 15 Ocho, they posed somebody posed a great question.

Speaker 15 Nick Marr says, Who gets paid first? Micah from Jerry or Unk from Ocho?

Speaker 15 Micah. Micah, go get paid for Unk

Speaker 16 as long as I owe you. Just know you never go broke.
You never go broke. As long as I owe you,

Speaker 15 oh Cho, uh, Jamal the singer said, Ocho, when you get that money, send Marvin South 40,000 so he can let us out this church. We still in here.

Speaker 16 Hey, I forgot all about that. That's a good,

Speaker 15 yeah. Oh, I forgot.
Yeah, my uncle.

Speaker 15 I got an uncle that's a pastor, so I'm gonna break his church, birch, break the church off. Okay, okay.

Speaker 15 Aarono is Jalen Hurst is too low in the NFL top 100. He should have been at least no lower than 12, in my opinion.
I didn't see it, so they had the top.

Speaker 15 So, what are they?

Speaker 15 15.

Speaker 15 So you look at Saquon,

Speaker 15 Lamar,

Speaker 15 28, 19, and 22. Jalen Erk is 19.
Oh.

Speaker 15 Well, that's what his peers voted about. I mean,

Speaker 15 y'all say y'all want peers to vote. The peers vote, then you say that's too low.

Speaker 15 You say play when the media does it, the media don't know what they're talking about. So

Speaker 15 I don't know.

Speaker 15 Uh,

Speaker 15 Vin Hoffman, Tyreek is still best receiver in the NFL. Revenge coming.

Speaker 16 Yeah, I can see that.

Speaker 16 As long as Tua stays upright, as long as Tua stays upright, Tyreek is gonna pick up exactly where he left off before Tua got hurt in the previous two seasons when Tua was healthy.

Speaker 16 I can see that happen because Tyreek is not slowing down anytime soon.

Speaker 15 Uh,

Speaker 15 English Bank says, I watch you consistently. Deshaun not playing like you sharp stradamas, but he's already running full speed and throwing.
Love y'all. Keep rocking.

Speaker 15 I still don't believe he's playing this year.

Speaker 15 That boy,

Speaker 15 whatever your name is, bro. I know about Bill of Belowers too.

Speaker 15 Just finished buying my wife's Kidra tickets to Colorado versus Georgia Tech game for her birthday that passed yesterday and paying for my daughter's first preschool tuition. Yeah.

Speaker 15 They add up. They add up.
I mean, tuition and this and that.

Speaker 15 But you're doing a great job. She's going to love you.
She gets to go to Colorado, Georgia Tech.

Speaker 15 Rose TV once said, How is it going through Baltimore? And Lamar never been to the bowl.

Speaker 15 All I know is

Speaker 15 Lamar is 7-1 against the Bengals. Let him know.

Speaker 15 All I know is Lamar is 7-1 against the Bengals.

Speaker 15 I don't know about that, but I know he's 7-1.

Speaker 15 I know that.

Speaker 15 What y'all do? Y'all with sight.

Speaker 16 We've been there. Y'all ain't been there.
Y'all ain't been there.

Speaker 15 The Ravens went twice.

Speaker 16 We talk about now. We talk about now.

Speaker 15 We talk about

Speaker 15 now.

Speaker 15 Yeah.

Speaker 15 I'm a fledgled says, Ocho won't eat Twizzles, but eat feet. True?

Speaker 16 Yes. And whoever that is just said that, the fact that you don't partake in sucking of the feet not eating sucking of the feet using ice

Speaker 16 whipped cream

Speaker 16 hot syrup like what i mean how are you living how are you living if you're not using all the all the uh amenities that you have at your disposal in the kitchen huh come on man hey buy my tutorial buy my tutorial on youtube on how to you know have some fun fun and spice it up.

Speaker 15 Yeah, put it on Patreon and get it off here. Do Logante, glad Trey got his money, but oh Joe, that defense is cooked.
The bingos gonna be on Galveston Beach in February, like Charles Barkley say.

Speaker 16 Y'all will see.

Speaker 16 Y'all will see.

Speaker 15 Tyler Hamilton,

Speaker 15 you and my pops played one another. I guess that's what he said.
Millard Hob Milton.

Speaker 15 I'm trying to think

Speaker 15 Millard Hamilton that's his name Tyler Hamilton Tyler Hamilton

Speaker 15 name doesn't sound familiar

Speaker 15 Joe X Black Unk to your point about eating to build muscle my powerlifting coach Ben told me you gotta

Speaker 15 to get big

Speaker 15 You do.

Speaker 15 That's how you grow

Speaker 15 Pat Dubbed, when you going to have Leo on nightcap, man, I don't even know, man. Look, I don't even know if Leo's still alive, man.

Speaker 15 But you know what?

Speaker 16 Hey, that story was funny as hell, boy.

Speaker 15 I need to get high C on here.

Speaker 15 One of my teammates, they were from the same hometown, Sandersville, High C.

Speaker 15 High C would know where he's at. Maybe Big Daddy might, a Ford might know.

Speaker 15 I'm going to call. I'm going to get in touch with him.
Leo ain't got no equipment. I don't even know if he got a phone, but

Speaker 15 I don't even know if he got a phone, but I tell you what,

Speaker 15 I'm going to find him. I'm going to find him.
If he's alive and well, I'll find him.

Speaker 15 Hurrah Kiffle.

Speaker 15 Will you ever consider Ocho as a Hall of Fame where players gotten with less? Check the numbers and put some respect on it.

Speaker 15 I don't decide.

Speaker 16 I ain't got no vote. Okay, got no vote.
I decide.

Speaker 15 That's why I put my own jacket on.

Speaker 16 I decided. I inducted myself.
One-on-one.

Speaker 15 Deshaun Allen says, what's up, Uncle Nocho? My question is, which game was it you realized it's time to hang the cleats up?

Speaker 15 I was going to come back and play year 15. I was in some of the best, and I know people say this all the time, Ocho, but I was in phenomenal shape.
I took a picture.

Speaker 15 It's on my wall, but I was, I'm talking about, I was peeled. I was.

Speaker 15 Too I was going I was gonna probably report to camp because as a matter of fact

Speaker 15 They had camp. They started camp that Wednesday.
I did the photo shoot that Friday. So I was about 227.
I was 227-ish.

Speaker 15 I'm talking about, look here,

Speaker 15 like a Clinton email, waste disappeared.

Speaker 15 Gone, Ocho.

Speaker 15 So I was going to come back for year 15 until CBS asked me would I be interested in being on the panel around the desk.

Speaker 15 But

Speaker 15 even in year 14, Ocho, what I started to notice,

Speaker 15 I couldn't do it like I once could. I could have that monster game,

Speaker 15 but then the next two to three games going to be so-so.

Speaker 15 I just couldn't put it together back to back to back like I once could. And I was like, damn.
I mean,

Speaker 15 I felt fine. I really did, Ocho.
And I looked fine, but that body, man, it just wouldn't respond like I wanted like I needed it to.

Speaker 15 And then once you come to the realization,

Speaker 15 is there anything that I could do to change people's perception of Shannon?

Speaker 15 Some was going to like me, some weren't. I had all the economy.
I had Pro Bowls, had all pros, I had Super Bowls. I was the all-decade first.

Speaker 15 So, so what? So if I caught another 50 passes, if I caught another 800 yards, if if I had another 10 touchdowns, if I won another Super Bowl, that wasn't going to change anybody.

Speaker 15 They wasn't going to think I was any better because I had four Super Bowls instead of three.

Speaker 15 I had 1150 catch seasons, which was a record at the time. So, if I had another with 12, they think I was better now because I had 12 instead of 11? No.

Speaker 15 Then, once you start looking at it like that, OJo, for me,

Speaker 15 that was good.

Speaker 15 That was good.

Speaker 15 And it just, it just got, you know,

Speaker 15 they, you know, I just got tired of, man, hey, come on, get in here, study. Come on, guys.
Come on, man. Let's practice.

Speaker 15 It had started. I had started to phase out.

Speaker 15 Guys started to tune you out.

Speaker 15 They didn't take it serious enough for me. Ocho, I'm, man, you know, when it comes to the job, the work at hand, look, play A.

Speaker 15 I like to play too.

Speaker 15 Honestly, honestly, honestly, no one wants to think about HIV, but there are things that everyone can do to help prevent it. Things like PrEP.

Speaker 15 PrEP stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, and it means routinely taking prescription medicine before you're exposed to HIV to help reduce your chances of getting it.

Speaker 15 PrEP can be about 99% effective when taken as prescribed. It doesn't protect against other STIs, though, so be sure to use condoms and other healthy sex practices.

Speaker 15 Ask a healthcare provider about all your prevention options and visit findoutaboutprep.com to learn more. Sponsored by Gilead.
