What's up? What's up? Man, what's up?
I'm in the crib, man.
Romello, what's going on, bro? How you doing?
What's up? I'm great. Congratulations on the big win.
Talk to us about this. See, look, everybody heard about, man, they got all these kids out of the portal.
They're going to spend a lot of money.
So, you know, when you spend money, there's an expectation that comes along with money being spent. And I guess you guys can say this is money well spent.
But what was your expectation when the coach brought you guys to your symbol spring ball and you got together for the summer and you're getting ready to start this season?
What was Coach, what was the message that Coach relayed to you guys that resonated so much that you guys find yourself where you are right now?
Man, the first thing Coach said when we got like, when he brought all the transfers in, he was like, man,
everything is going to be built in that locker room. Like, the brotherhood y'all built, that's what's going to take y'all far.
Like, however, y'all, whatever goes on in that locker room, and however y'all treat each other in that locker room, that's what going to take y'all far, the brotherhood that y'all built.
Yeah.
Hey, I don't mean to be disrespectful to BYU, but watching from TV, watching from home, enjoying my cigar with my coffee, was the game as easy as it looked from home as it was to you on the field and then you you're gonna
i'm just i'm just being honest
it looked like they ain't belong at that with y'all at all bro honestly that first quarter they gave us like they best they they best plays like yes that first drive they scored on us they gave us their best plays they had
so after that we adjusted uh
We we
like I said, we adjusted. We figured everything out and we
everything
was on point after that. So
what was was your expectations? Because obviously, there was a lot of hype.
I mean, people started talking about Texas Tech, and Texas Tech hadn't been talked about like this since Patrick Mahome boy was there at quarterback.
And so, now you guys are being talked about, like, okay, let's watch out for this team. This team can make the college football playoffs.
What was your expectations coming into the college football season?
Oh, man, my expectation was to, you know, just
work towards my goals and work towards the team goals. That was get towards the the big tour championship.
And yeah, man, like like you said, like man, they spent so much.
Like people say they spent so much money on it. Well, you know, you got some of it.
Don't pretend like you ain't getting none of it, but they say, they say who they is.
I got a lot of stuff.
I got a little
man like it was a lot of weight on our shoulders, honestly. Like, man, everybody was, man, they spend all this money on this roster.
How are they going going to really play?
Like, how are they going to really play when it come down to them being on the field?
Are they going to live up to the expectations that everybody have, like, have on them? You know what I mean? So, man, that was like, I took it serious. Like, man, I was in a lab daily.
We lived in the lab. All of the transfers that came, man, they just, bro, they different.
They hit the training room different. Like, they.
they live in the training room. They do everything.
Like, everything is different here, man. Like, I done been in a lot of programs and, man, the guys around here, they just take it so much seriously.
Everything is different, man.
They take it much more seriously. Now, you know, we understand what your goals were, you know, from a team perspective,
winning the Big 12 championship from a personal standpoint and what you wanted to accomplish, you know, leading up to
the Big 12 championship and obviously going further.
How many of your personal goals have you achieved so far, you think?
Man, one of my goals was just finishing on the QB this year.
uh last year i you know i had a lot of purchases and got to the qb uh pretty often but like i couldn't finish so right right one of my main goals was to like you know just get the qb down so uh i finished the regular season with probably like eight and a half nine and a half so man that's a that's an accomplishment for me man i'm i'm super blessed i was able to you know get to the queue and actually finish so yeah man that was one of my goals actually finishing this year when i got ramilla where are you from
i'm from dublin Hold on, you're from Lawrence County.
No, I'm from Lawrence.
I got the road from you, boy. You saw Savannah State?
I'm from Glenville, Georgia. I went to Savannah State.
You know, Reedsville, the state, you know, Reedsville State Prison?
I'm south of you. So if you 16, this hit 16, heading towards.
Oh, you was like an hour. Yes, yes.
That's exactly how far I am.
Yeah, that's exactly how far I am. I come up 23.
Hey, I come up 23, hit 16, straight up to the crib, Atlanta. Pass through Jork, pass through Dublin all the time.
West Lawrence.
As a matter of fact, DT, Demarius.
Yeah, baby.
West Lawrence. West Lawrence.
Yeah. Okay, you run the 478.
Yeah, I'm from 078, too. My light and 10th grade year.
Then transferred back to Dublin. Dublin.
So
where were you from before you transferred back?
I went to West Lawrence.
Okay, you went to West Lawrence, then you transferred back to Dublin.
Okay, okay, that's what's up. Yeah,
me too. He's at Dublin.
I'm at Dublin with you.
Hey, let me.
Where you from?
Huh? Where you from? I'm down here in Dade County. I'm from Liberty City.
Okay. Okay.
Yeah. Y'all got some boys from Florida on the team? Uh, we got little, we got little Reggie.
I think he's from the O, he's from Orlando. Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
What made you decide to go to Texas Tech,
man? Honestly, man, I
oh, the NIL, okay, I got you, I got you.
See, it wasn't even like that. I wanted to stay a tech band, man, but man,
I don't want to get into all of that, but it was just, it was, it was bad, man.
Honestly, they said
I didn't like play how they wanted wanted me to play. Wow.
You want to go to Georgia Tech or you want to go to Georgia?
They said they overpaid me.
And
I wasn't good. No, but I was.
Who was that tech last year?
Georgia Tech. Oh.
That was a Georgia Tech. Damn, Romel.
You're smart. You got a good head on you.
Okay.
Love something.
Because DT Bebay went to Tech. Calvin Johnson.
Actually, Roman Reigns went to Georgia Tech.
Yeah, I didn't even know that. Yeah.
So you go to Georgia Tech. You got a little, you know, you get a little something, something.
They break you off a little something, something. And they say, well, hold on.
You ain't living up to what we say. Okay, later for y'all.
I'm finna go somewhere that's going to really appreciate me and go break me off again, but I'm going to take this what y'all gave me.
Amen.
Amen. And
so, what you driving? What you got in Texas? What you driving?
A Lambo. Oh, man,
I wish I had it like y'all, but man, I got a
TRX truck. I just wanted to do it.
We got money.
Nah, it ain't even like that. I got out here in the country and man, I seen all them trucks, and I wanted to get me a truck.
So I'm right around the chart. Okay.
Okay. So, you
outdoors and so you hunting, you fishing? What is that? So, Lubbock, what does that do with Lubbock? What y'all got going on out there?
It ain't too much to do out here, but you know,
ball, man. That's high.
Okay. That's a great place to be here.
I feel like that's good for me. That's what I'm saying.
I feel like that's good. Like, it's good.
Focus. I'm able to lock in more.
I'm able to live in a facility. Like, that's all I got.
That's all I feel like I got here is the facility. That's all I got.
I got here. So, hold on, hold on.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Listen, I know you love the game of football, right? I know you locked in. I know you're trying to achieve your goals, but you got to be able to have some fun, though.
I mean, what you do is
to reset. I mean,
I mean, man, you know, you know, yeah, I reset. Yeah, yeah, we don't, we know.
You ain't gotta say no more. Romello, you ain't gotta say no more.
We know how you reset.
It's some spots,
there's some good spots.
Yeah, but man, I feel like I don't grew out of that. That
already, oh hell, that's right. That's what I'm talking about.
The college life,
okay, okay, okay, okay,
yeah, I got you.
Yeah, yeah, we understand, we understand,
yeah,
That bar life gets old, man.
There's a great chance that you guys are going to probably have a buy.
How often are you going to be able to during the buy? Has Coach told you anything? I guess you guys are just waiting for tomorrow to see how this thing shapes up. Do we get a bye?
Where are we going to play?
What bracket are we going to be in? Will you get a chance to get home? I don't know if you got a chance to get home for Thanksgiving.
Have you gotten a chance to get home or will you get a chance to get home?
Yeah, i got i got a chance to go home uh
uh we all got a chance to go home before uh thanksgiving
we had a little bop on thanksgiving so we got we got to go home right there uh and i think we're gonna have a i definitely think we should be having a bout but we're gonna figure that out at 10 30 in the morning you pick we all
facility yeah so if you get about you gonna go home or you just gonna stay there are you gonna stay there and chill what you gonna do what you gonna do with your your free time
man i i think i'm gonna stay out here man i like that just recover
man yeah there you go all right
ain't nothing wrong with that man

We all got a chance to go home before Thanksgiving. We had a little bottom before Thanksgiving.
So
we got to go home right there.
And I think we're going to have a, I definitely think we should be having a bot, but we're going to figure that out at 10.30 in the morning.

Man, I think I'm gonna stay out here, man. I like that.
Just recover. Recover, man.
Yeah. There you go.
All right. Yeah, ain't nothing wrong with that, man.
Melo, congratulations, man. Great season thus far, but you didn't come this far to come this far.
So you might as well, hey, we in it. We might as well win it.
Any shit off? Any shit off? Facts. Facts.
It's going to take a lot of work, but we're going to get it done.
Absolutely.
16.
So you got 16 solo tackles eight and a half sacks two fourth fumbles uh you started your career uh uh uh at georgia tech 24 25 then you went to use uh no you went to usc first damn you went to auburn too
i went to auburn first damn then i went to usc yeah you got a lot of you got a lot of college gear you got some auburn gear you got some usc gear tech gear Every state. I done been to every
other state. Hey.
Dang. Sometimes, sometimes you got to go.
So you were going to the highest bidder right
yeah yeah man honestly man like man them first few years i just wasn't living right man like you know and uh i was just hopping spot to spot you know trying to change my life and
man i when i was at auburn like i said i was i was young wasn't living right i was just young and dumb right i had to transfer went to usc uh
that probably was one of the worst decisions i ever you had no cali kid you ain't no you ain't no cali kid
yeah yeah It wasn't for me. Like, man, I wasn't used to it.
So went out there, man. I was still living the same lifestyle, man.
Okay, I got you. Oh, I got you.
I got you. Then, boom,
that wasn't good for me. Like I said.
So, boom, I went back to Georgia, Georgia Tech. I was close to family and I was better in myself.
And man, like I said, I didn't want to leave until the
situation. And then, boom, I ended up at Tech.
Totally changed. Totally different person.
That's okay. I got you.
You had a turkey drive in dublin providing a family with free turkeys in the community tell us about that how did this start and what made you wanted to what made you want to do that
oh man i i just like you you got to give back to your people man everybody got to eat like you know i like where i'm from man like you said you know about the 478 man it's It's rough down there.
And man, I just wanted to give back to my people, give back to the community. And, you know, help out, man.
So I wanted to feed families.
You know, look, now
the projections on you are second-round draft pick. Obviously,
you don't want to put too much on that because there's still unfinished business over the next month or so that you need to take care of.
But as you start to prep and you start this journey, because ultimately, you know, hey, I'm sure your lifelong dream was to play in the National Football League, play college ball, and then play in the National Football League so you could really secure your family and help your mom, dad, and family out and, you know, help your community even more when you get more finances so have you have you allowed yourself to think about that what it's going to be like to to hear your name called that you're going to be playing for one of the 32 teams in the nfl
uh yeah i i have i i of course it crossed my mind all the time but man i just be trying to live in the moment man just living the present life and just you know take it day by day and keep stacking days man that's all i could do So, you know, I still got to
go train.
I got a long process. So, man, I've just been taking it day by day and stacking days.
Man, I love that, man. Congratulations on the Big 12 championship.
I believe you guys are going to have one of those four buys. Best of luck.
Stay healthy. And good luck.
Hey, you know, we always, the Georgia boys, you know how we, hey, we stick together.
When them dirty boys drop,
everybody hit the flow because they know what's up. Come on, man.
Come on, man. 478 in the house.
Romello Height. Thank you, man, for joining us.
Congratulations on the season.
Stay healthy and good luck down the road, man.
All right, man. Appreciate you.
Appreciate you, bro.

George, the Athletic Department is heading to court.
They're trying to recoup $390,000 in damages from a former standout defensive end, Damon Wilson, who transferred from the school after his sophomore season. Currently,
the top pass rusher on Missouri's defensive line, Wilson played for Georgia as a freshman and sophomore before transferring to Missouri in January, two weeks after signing a new deal with Georgia Classic City Collectives.
Many schools and collectives have started to include liquidated damages and clauses in their contracts with athletes to protect their investment in players and deter transfers.
Georgia is one of the first programs to publicly try to enforce the clause by filing lawsuit against the player.
Several attorneys who have reviewed the athlete NIL contracts for ESPN in the past say they believe school and their collectives are using liquidated damages clause in bad faith to punish players who break their contract early.
Ocho, I told you. Yeah.
Didn't I tell you this? I said, you get them people money and then jump, jump, jump. I said they're going to do something about this.
Ocho, we just had this conversation.
Yeah, we did. And that's not right.
Now I understand. I understand that.
That's a good thing, huh? That's a good thing.
And honestly, I think if players are going to leave, if you're going to jump ship, get them people their money back.
Get them people their money back so you can't double dip.
It's not no problem. And whatever school you're choosing to go to, they should should make sure they take care of you.
Okay, you know what? If you got to get that 390 back, don't worry about it.
We'll give you what we're giving you, and we'll put that 390 on top of it. If you're really who you say you are, it shouldn't be no problem.
Look, it's kind of like if
there's what they call a buyout: if a coach gets fired, he has years left, they got to pay him. If he wants to leave to go to another college, you got to pay them.
You got to pay the school that you're leaving.
That's how it works.
Here's the thing, Ocho. Normally, in media, if you try to go somewhere else, it's what you call they have a non-compete.
So if you at one of the major networks and
you like, well, I want to go over here. They say, well,
you ain't going to take this money and they'll let you go. But you ain't going to be able to do both.
Or if they fire you, they might have a non-compete written in.
So you get fired one place, you might have a one or two or three year non-compete where you can't go to a rival network. But I agree.
I agree with you.
I think the thing is, if you take their money, just give the money back,
whatever is left, and then you go ahead and move on. But to be able to keep the money
and not fulfill the obligation of playing,
it doesn't seem
right.
No,
that's not ethical. That's not ethical at all.
That is basically stealing. That's scamming.
And I'm glad that colleges, well, Georgia specifically,
is standing up and players should understand, make sure before you get that NIO money, that's exactly where you want to be.
Make sure it's exactly where you want to be, you know, because once they invest in you, they want to return on that investment.
And if you want to up and leave, you have to make sure you understand before you spend them people money, they're going to want it back.
If you choose to up and you choose to uproot yourself and go somewhere else. Yeah, look,
we knew that, oh, you, I told you, I said, ocho, they're going to do something about this. They're not going to just let you take their money and just go somewhere else and go get some more money
two weeks that you and i was having this conversation yeah you're right you're right it was two two weeks ago two weeks two weeks ago exactly you know to date honestly uh it's tough you know i uh
look you you dealing with 17 18 19 years they don't really understand the ramifications of like you know yeah this is the first time they're kind of like making real money ocho they're not really into the job market.
You know, it's not like, you know, I'm playing football, but they're paying me to play. So they don't really understand how contracts and things of that nature work.
Right. But, you know,
hopefully you have representation that reads all the fine print.
I just think the thing is, Ocho, is
they need to do something about these agents. Not what they need to do.
These agents taking 20% of these kids' money, Ocho.
20.
I'm positive.
20 is a high number. 20 is high.
When the NFL, they only take 4%,
3 to 4%.
Right. Yeah,
that don't even sound right. So
whoever getting,
I almost said the wrong word, but whoever... is getting taken advantage of where agent is taking 20% of your money,
that's that's a no-no.
Oh, Joe, Brian Schottenhauer said he will have a conversation with George Pickens about the social media post in which it's since been deleted in response to criticism received from Richard Sherman.
Sherman said Pickens looked uninterested and disengaged during the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions. I know somebody else that said that.
Now, I don't have the luxury of Sherm like watching it because I just got to look at, you know, got to try to look at what I see. Sherman's actually there.
Pickens decided to clap back at Sherman before deleting the post.
This is a team game.
Laugh my tail off. I'm not the only one on the team.
Stop becoming an analyst and talking about one player when he's playing a team game. Lots of ish
has to go right.
Explosive plays. It's funny because I thought former players would know that such as Richard, you know, who Hawk, you know what, Sherman, who between ain't ish without the legion of boom.
We all remember San Francisco, brother. Much love.
Uh,
I bet he got the ninjas.
Uh, don't speak on me unless you know the game of football as a player, not a D-riding fan analyst that acts like double team is not a thing, or certain bracket coverages don't exist.
Knowing you play ball would show me you a leech weirdo.
Now, Twitter, eat this up, Cloud. Uh,
Ocho.
Yeah.
I told you this. I said, Ocho, he drifted and he seemed disinterested.
Chat, did I not say that?
I said that, Ocho.
And when they show, but no, if you watch Sherman, when he showed it, you tell me he was busting his ass, Ocho. Because you told me we weren't going to have this problem.
Chat, Ocho say he had a car.
This is what Ocho said. Hold on, whoa,
Ocho said
he had a call with Young Bull. And I guarantee you, you won't have those issues that he had in Pittsburgh.
That's what Ocho said, chat. Go ahead, Ocho.
Take off.
Now we done had one problem.
We shouldn't have any.
What do you mean?
We shouldn't have any.
What do you mean we got one problem?
One small, a one small. Ocho, you saw the man walking off the damn ball, Ocho.
The ball landed right here. He didn't even stick his hands out.
And you said one?
Oh,
the deep ball. Ocho, the deep ball what about the slant routes that he walked off what about the comeback that they took his ass out of the game for what do you mean one
hold on hold on hold on hold on i got i got i gotta read i gotta register back to the to the cowboys game i i remember i remember a few plays i remember a few plays i know what you're talking about where it doesn't doesn't look like He's coming off the way he should be or running his routes as hard as they should be.
Remember the comeback. I remember the comeback Reed was able to knock down.
Uh, the deep ball fell inside a little bit. He beat, he beat the double coverage.
Oh, the dig route.
What you call the mini dig, huh?
Yeah, the mini dig, he would have had to, he would have hugged, he had to hug that bitch back really friendly.
And the only way to get back to the ball, you have to be coming off the ball hard on that one, too.
Yeah, those three I do remember. So, yeah, yes, you are correct.
You are correct. That's the only ones you remember.
There were more. The ball, he got picked.
Oh,
the bounce off the uh, yeah, the one he was half-assing.
Yeah, the one he was half-assing. Yeah, that one.
Yep, that one. Yep.
Yep, that one. Yeah.
The comeback on the sideline, it was fourth down.
I said that.
Jack started walking towards him. Like, what are you doing?
Oh, Joe,
I get it, bracket coverage. That should mean you should bust your ass even more.
Because what about the time that you're getting the ball and guys are busting their ass for you to lift coverage off of you?
So you can't say because they're bracketing me because they're they're doing this exotic coverage like oh that gives you the leeway to walk the bull jive no
right but you you know what also too you know what i want to say also too and i know pick i know pick probably gonna see this you have to understand is he's such a immense talent and dak knows that the rules don't even count for you there may be two or three players even if you are bracketed knowing what you can do once the ball is thrown your way if it's in the vicinity you can still make that play so for everybody else when they bracketed they know the ball ain't coming but when someone like you is bracketed you know when they playing high and low
oh the ball is did you see philly
what happened in philly
on that deep ball to philly that had him double covered oh yeah that threw it he jumped up and caught it yeah and and that's why in this game in this game you're like man listen we don't care about them doubling you we don't care about you being bracketed niggas he's still gonna throw the ball shoot now you know now you know it's it's still coming.
Especially once goddamn CD went out. Well, we ain't got no choice.
Well, we got to have you. I tell you.
Well, we got, we got to have you.
First of all, Flanoi, look at Flanois coming there hustling, getting it.
My problem is,
is that he's so talented is that Coverage don't dictate how hard I work. You see, he's letting coverage dictate how hard he works, Ocho.
You work hard, okay, double.
I'm going to beat this double coverage because I'm Ocho.
First of all, I don't even see you. I don't even know why you.
I don't even know why you here.
I don't even know why you here.
You can't do that. Coverage doesn't dictate.
The defense doesn't dictate how hard I work.
I get to determine that. If the quarterback doesn't throw me the ball, the quarterback doesn't throw me the ball.
But I'm going to bust it every time because the last thing I want to happen, Ocho, and it always happens like this, when you don't bust it, that's when the ball comes. Ball is coming every time.
But
that's one of the worst feelings, boy. That's one of the worst feelings.
And then everybody's looking at you sideways.
And because he's so, ocho,
bro.
And you hear stories about being late and doing this. And I'm like, bro, do you get it? There's an opportunity for you to make.
Ocho, there's $35, $40 million at stake.
Oh, you're, I promise I'm going to be early to everything.
I ain't missing nothing, oh, Joe. I ain't missing nothing.
Because I'm not going to give them a reason not to want to give me my money or put clauses in there where they can claw back money.
Yeah. That's the last thing that you want somebody to do to put clauses, Ocho.
I got a weight clause. I got a tardiness clause.
I got, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't need none of that.
No, no.
As a professional. I'm going to be pro.
How I go about my business. I'm going to show up on time.
I get it. Sometimes things happen, but things can't happen 10, 15 times a season.
Season. Yeah, you're right.
You're right. I just, man,
it's just, I just hate to see guys that have this kind of talent like he got.
That's your boy. He got, I mean, talking about talent out the yin-yang.
He can high point the ball. He's tremendous run after the catch.
He's a big, he can play through contact. That's what you love about the guy.
He can play through contact.
He's not thrown off easy like people putting hands on him, and off his it gets him off his rhythm. That doesn't bother him
The only person that can start the only person that can cover George Pickens is George Pickens. It's him.
Yeah, that's it
That's it
That's it
George man, you got too much talent. Don't get mad at Sherm because Sherm did his job by pointing out What you were doing.
You said you wanted guys they used to say
ex-athlete says I want guys that played the game. And while you tried to dump on Sherm, Sherm went to the Pro Bowl and was an all-pro in San Fran.
He was.
He was. He was a part of the Legion of Boom.
There ain't no Legion of Boom without Richard Sherman. There's not a Legion of Boom without Cam.
There's not a Legion of Boom.
So all of those, they're not interchangeable.
They made the Legion of Boom. And once they started this, if that was the case, once they started breaking it up, there should be another one in there.
It should have never fell off. But all of them, they worked together.
All I'm saying, bro, you cannot let coverage dictate how hard you work.
And after that performance that you had against the 40, against Kansas City, and the one that you had against Finley, Ocho,
those are just the last two.
The way you have played, bro, you were second and receiving yards.
Yeah, and the funny thing about it is, the funny thing about it is, too, is
now after a game like that,
where you have those issues,
you have those issues where you bracket it and you think the ball is not coming your way because I guarantee you, I guarantee you this.
In practice, in practice, when you're bracketed, especially in the practice, the quarterback makes the right throw. The quarterback makes the right read and the ball doesn't come to you.
So when you get into the game, oh shit, where they bracketing me? Well, fuck it. I know the ball ain't coming.
Shit. The hell it ain't.
The hell it ain't.
Folfin let that thing go because he understands what you can do based on what you did in the past when you were double team. I'm gonna give him a shot.
I'm gonna put it in the area because I know he's the one of the few individuals in the league. Just forget the team in the league that can make that play with two people on him.
And the thing is, Ocho, probably they didn't anticipate this because everybody else has been playing him straight up with the exception of a few coverages. But here's the thing, Ocho.
When teens wanted to get TO off his game, what did they do to him early, Ocho?
Try to frustrate him. Bracket him.
Bracket him and bracket him and beat him up at the line. And so, what? So,
bracket him and beat him up at the line and frustrate him. So, guess what, Ocho? I got Randy Mars.
I got another receiver over there.
All I'm going to do is what we're going to do: we're going to make it really tough on him for the first quarter, the first two quarters, to get a pass. First two quarters, yeah.
Get him off his game. So, now, what are teams gonna do, Ocho?
Put somebody in his face to put somebody over top. Every time.
Every time.
You don't want to do
is to let know what. See, when you let people know what can make you tick, Ocho, they wind you up and make you tick when they want to.
Now I know. Oh!
So you get that little bracket cover. You ain't, we can frustrate you.
You get a little frustrated. You get a little frustrated.
So that's what I'm going to do to you.
Knowing I got help over the top, I'm taking away the slam.
Yeah.
Go ahead. Go over the top.
I got help.
That's all. That's all, Pic.
Don't, don't. Yeah.
Guys, y'all got to stop thinking somebody meet Ryan. Y'all got to stop thinking.
Y'all got to thank somebody. Bro, it's true.
So let me ask you a question is there anything that Sherm said that was not true
now if Sherm says something that wasn't true you have every right to be upset now I want you to tell me the one thing Sherm said when he was pointing out what was going on with what you was doing tell him the lie that he told
right
but you you know what you know what also too
You got to remember, you got to understand the players too, today's players.
They don't see it as critiquing. They don't don't understand that we're anti-most of the,
yeah,
it's considered hating in just a way. And obviously there's a certain way to deliver it, but obviously when the way it's delivered, it can be seen as hate.
I don't think today's player will ever look at it, but you know what? That's so-and-so. He played the game.
Maybe he knows what he's talking about. Maybe he's right.
Maybe I check myself at the door before I react.
How about let me watch film first and go back and see what I look like? So maybe they see something I didn't.
Damn, I was bracketed, but Dak still threw the ball. So that means Dak actually believes in me to be able to make those plays no matter who the fuck is covering me.
Okay, boom. All right, I got this.
I know what I know what to do. Back to the drawing board.
Ocho, Sherm was calm. All Sherm said,
I need you to give me better effort than this.
I need, especially now that CD's out, you're the guy.
Not saying you're not the guy with CD in, but with CD out, Dak is really going to want to lean on you. And you giving him this.
Sherman was as calm as he could be. I know he was, because as players, Ocho, when we see stuff like this, we're seeing.
We're seeing because, come on, bro.
Don't, because you mess it up because they say, see, that's, oh, you see, because that's what they take that and say, that's why we don't give these guys guaranteed contracts.
You see, if we give them that guaranteed money, Ocho, they're going to shut it off on us.
That's what they'll use an isolated incident. They'll forget the 50 guys that's playing hard all the time.
They'll take the one guy that take a game off or a play or two off and use it to
paint a big picture of everybody is like that. And it's not.
Yeah, right. Exactly.
Yeah, you're right. You're right.
Absolutely. And Sherm.
Chad, I tell you,
go watch Sherm and how Sherm was just as calm. Sherm would just explain it.
Look at this route right here. Look at this.
He's not busted inside. This is why the guy's able to, that's
why the guy's able to break up the slant when he's on the left-hand side. This is why the guy was able, because he's not busting it all the way in there and fighting through the ball.
That's why he was able to get it out. He said, throw the deep ball.
Bro, all you had to do was this. And people got upset with Jerry Judy.
I don't think Jerry Judy could have caught that ball.
It's hard for me to believe that pick, knowing whose pick is and seeing the catches that he's made
Ocho, I think the thing
if somebody's
you got me you right
That yeah, that's the approach pick should have taken you know what got cuz you know Ocho you they're playing at the game like Lord have mercy. Boy, I was some bulljob on that play right there, boy.
They gonna kill you. Ooh, Lord, have mercy.
And listen, and you can admit to yourself, too.
You could admit to yourself. You know what? Yeah, that's me.
That's it.
Ocho, there have been some games. I had some great games passing.
They like, man, shop, you balled out today. I said, boy, you wait till y'all see that run blocking.
Boy, I was good and terrible. I said, Lord, have mercy.
Yeah.
But you know it, Ocho. Because you know what? Guess who know you better than you?
You, you know, you better than anybody. We might be like, man, but Pitt know.
That's why he got so upset about it, because you know Sher was right.
That's when we get upset, Ocho. With somebody right and they got us dead to right,
we try to get loud to try to talk.
Bro, you louder than that.
Yeah, you gotta, you gotta fire back and you get defensive.
Hold on, who do the Cowboys play tomorrow? No, the Cowboys don't play tomorrow.
Are they play next Sunday or next Thursday? Next Sunday.
Don't they got the Vikings?
Cowboys
Vikings on Sunday night. They got Vikings on Sunday.
A week from Sunday, they got the Vikings. Okay, okay, okay.
Oh, that's because they just played Thursday, huh? Okay, all right.
Sometimes, Ocho, they get you.
Yeah. Hey, that you right there?
Because remember, Ocho, when they say that sky and the eye, because the sky don't, the eye in the sky, it don't care how much money you you make. As a matter of fact, it doesn't even know.
The eye in the sky doesn't know if you're black or white. All it does is capture what is being pointed at.
So you could go back and say, man, this is what I did. Okay.
Co-put that thing on there and say, is that you right there? What's your number?
Oh, yo, he got a circle. Is that you?
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's me.
So
I asked you in the game, what did you do? You said you did this.
Right.
So tell me, is this what we was coached to do? Is this what we were asked to do?
Right.
Oh, Joe, when they got you, they got you.
Ain't ain't nothing you can do about it. That's what picks are going to have to do.
Pick, because you have to understand.
You're trying to outrun your past.
Got to get that money, baby. Boy, I'm being my best behavior.
Gotta get that money.
We're gonna be a bad business. Gotta get that busy ass.
Oh, Joe, call him up. Say, don't get,
bro, you can't get defensive. You were wrong.
Yeah.
And you know what? He got so many people on the side. Sherm, you're right.
I got to be better than that because I'm a better player than what I displayed on Thursday night.
Not only did I let my teammates down, not only did I let the fans down, I let George Pickens down.
Because when I walk by the mirror, I don't see Cowboys' teammates. I don't see Cowboy fans.
I see George Pickens.
I let that guy down.
The one guy that I can count on.
Even if I can't count on my teammates, I know I should. Even if I can't count on the fans, I know I can count on George Pickens because I know what George Pickens can do.
And I let that guy, that man in the mirror, I let him down.
I would tell my teammates, bro, I'm sorry, I let y'all down.
Ain't no guarantee we would have won the game.
But I damn sure didn't help the cause of us winning.
Yeah.
That's all you got to do, Pick. You better than this.
You are a much better player.
And you are doing so good.
So good.

On this episode, we're unpacking the difference between toxic love and a real bond.
How so many of us were taught to survive love instead of experiencing it. A lot of men think being solid means being silent.
I'm good. I got it.
That's the script we memorize before we even know ourselves. Because somewhere along the line, expression got labeled weakness.
So now we perform composure while we're falling apart.
You'll share your body, but not a conversation, and that's not intimacy. But what if being a man really means you care enough to communicate? Real love isn't loud.
It's consistent.
It's the small things, the small check-ins, the shared accountability, the honesty that feels awkward, but keeps everyone safe. Stop confusing numbness with dependability.
We got to break the cycle and break the pattern.

Cleveland plans to keep quarterback Deshaun
Watson on his roster into the 2026 season. According to Adam Schefter, Watson has not played since Rupture in his Achilles October 20th, 2024, against the Bengal.
He retoured the Achilles shortly thereafter. The Browns believe Watson has contributed to their quarterback room and provided a veteran presence and has had value for their rookie quarterbacks.
As it is, Watson has a salary cap of $81.7 million in 26, which will be the highest in NFL history.
Ocho, check this out. Moving on from Watson would be very costly as the Browns Browns would incur a $135 million
dead cap hit if they released him before June 1st and a $53 million cap hit charge if they were to designate him for a post-June 1st cap casualty.
You know what? That's crazy.
Either way it goes. It's a lose-lose for the Browns.
So what do they do with him next year? I mean, you've been his money already guaranteed.
I might as well get, oh, Joe, let me ask you a question. If you already done paid for the car,
I don't even like this car no more. I'm going to drive it.
It's paid for. I'm going to drive that mobile.
Right.
I got it. I don't pay.
His money guaranteed in 26. 46 million is guaranteed.
Some get on that. Let's see if you can win a game with two for us.
I ain't lying, Ocho.
I mean,
unless they really, really want him back, gone bad. But like you said, he hadn't been a problem.
It hasn't worked out as they'd hoped.
But they say he's been a veteran presence. He's really helped the quarterback locker room.
So
you see him staying
after this year? I do.
I do. That's good.
That's good. That's good.
That's good.
That's good.
Because I think they're going to let Shador. I think they're going to let Shador try to finish out these last five games.
Yes, sir.
Because they're going to have to make a decision. Do we have the quarterback that can take the Cleveland Browns? Look what's in that division.
You got Joe Burrow and you got Lamar Jackson. I think Pittsburgh, I think Aaron Rodgers is going to leave this year.
I think this is his last year. He's like, nah,
I'm not going to win another championship.
I'm not close to winning a championship let me go on home i don't took enough punishment 20 years 21 years however many years he's played i'm about to be 42 years of age i'm good he's done but you still got to compete with lamar jackson and joe burrow and without a quarterback i don't care how good your defense is without a quarterback
you don't have a chance you're not the best defensive player in football and it's not close
and y'all not close to winning that division or winning a playoff game or winning a championship So without a quarterback, you can't compete.
You know what's funny? The Browns would be able to compete even for a championship, too, without having a quarterback if they had a Miles Garrett-type player at each position on defense.
I'm being honest.
How you going to pay him, though?
So you're going to have
every offensive player on a rookie contract making league minimum.
Hey,
that's the only way. And Miles Garrett at every position.
According to Philly reporter Ashlyn Sullivan, the Eagles have installed a positivity rabbit in the locker room. It showed up today, and the offensive line stressed to me they are not sad.
They just wanted a good vibe, bunny.
Ocho, what is this? What the hell?
That's the bunny? Yeah.
In the locker room.
You being serious? Hello? Yeah.
Or is this AI? No, you. Oh, look, I don't know if you can see.
Can you see
those cameras? Can you see the Eagle? Do you see those Super Bowl logos?
I mean...
I think Saquon was talking about it at some point in time.
I don't understand this. Taking up a lot of space, I know that.
A lot, because it looked bigger than hell. Well, hold on.
why
you guys say happy easter here we are in smack dab in december
yeah i think i think it's ai no it's real
happy easter easter was back in april i guess they say y'all laying eggs
that's what they that's what the buddy
that's funny
I mean, I guess to each his own, what they be doing.
You know, they tried, they try. Oh, Joe, you know they try everything, bro.
Oh, Joe, you done been in the locker room with y'all losing. And you know, they try some of everything.
Yeah, all the time.
I know what you're talking about. Try, hey, bro.
You got to break that. People superstitious.
For real, though.
Hey.
If we losing,
hey, I tried. I go touch the bunny every day.
Rub his head and everything.
Man, think I won Winnie Wood?
Oh, Joe, it's time to play a fade presented by prize picks.
All right, Joe Burrow, more than 250, more than 251 passing yards. More.
Yes. What kind of question is that?
Anytime Joe Burrow plays against the Buffalo Bills, he throws for more than 250 yards. That's common sense.
Okay, yeah. Okay, we go.
Cloudy. Okay, and they got Higgins coming back.
Okay, I'm going. And Joey Bolsono is out.
And Bernard is out, isn't he? Yeah. I'm going more.
Even if he was there.
He's not there, so there's that.
Quinceon Judkins,
more than
he's going to have a touchdown, at least one touchdown.
Oh, yeah, of course. Who the Browns play?
They playing the Titans, Uncle. They play the Titans.
J.J. McCarthy, less than 187 passing yards.
Shoot. Who they play? Hey, he's so inconsistent, Uncle.
Ain't no telling what he's going to do. Oh, he's out tomorrow.
India. I thought he was out.
Where they play at?
Minneapolis.
Let me see.
How many yards do Bo Knicks have?
Against the Pepper? No, against
the Commanders.
Hey. 321.
Hey, who the
Broncos play?
Yeah, J.J. McCarthy.
187 yards.
He bad, Ocho. He bad.
Who?
JJ?
Yeah. But see, the problem is
he can have a big day.
All right, we're going to go less. Even though I think Hawkinson could have a big day.
Zach Ertz, more than four receptions. More?
More.
No, he don't get no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
No, no, no, no. He's J.J.
McCarthy. You don't get to go get called by your number when you use some stir-fry.
And you don't get to give yourself that. You don't get to give yourself
a name.
Talking about nine. Bro, you JJ MacArthur.
You JJ.
That is reserved for veteran players. Yeah.
It's some good games tomorrow.
For sure.
Hey, Chicago, Green Bay.
Houston, Kansas.
Be really, really good.
Man, the commanders are going to beat, gonna beat the, you know, what out of the Vikings.
Seattle.
Oh, you know, Bengals, we definitely beating Buffalo. $25 to win $150.
Download the app today. Use code Shannon to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup.
Prize picks.
It's good to be right.
Oh, Cho, per Chris Haynes. During the Clippers lost to the Mavs,
Chris Paul told Kawhi to switch off Clay because he was struggling to keep up. Jeff Van Gundy shut that down immediately.
You might have had leeway in other places to change defensive coverages, but you don't have that leeway here. Video also surfaced of Ty Luke catching Chris Paul talking to his girl.
Ocho?
Yeah. Everybody tried to tell me, whoa, Shutta.
I'm telling you.
You don't get the same privileges every locker room that you go into, especially if you're not that same player able to play at that level.
See, y'all talk about when you don't know basketball, I'm telling you how locker rooms function.
Right. I'm telling you,
you can't take that, say, well, I used to do this, I used to do that. Ocho, when I went to the Baltimore Ravens, I wasn't the same player, and I didn't have the same voice.
I wasn't as outgoing, boisterous. But, you know, I would pull certain guys to the side.
I ain't tell them, don't do this, don't do that, don't listen to the coach.
I don't know why y'all think. Go ahead.
Go ahead, Ocho. What you thinking?
You're right. You're right.
I'm understanding. And I got a better understanding of it, how it works.
Obviously, I would think someone of Chris Paul's caliber, his resume, his accolades, you know, on the court, just having the respect that he does, you know, amongst his peers.
I thought he would have carried a little bit more weight. But now with me talking to other NBA players,
they helped me understand that at that point, you know, and you get to a point in your career where you got to be self-aware.
What you were able to pull off when you were younger and you were that guy, it just doesn't work later on in your career.
So now that I know and I'm hearing it from other players that played the game and were really good at what they do, they understand and they have self-awareness and knowing that, you know what, I can't pull it off right now.
I can't pull it off.
You don't have that. He's not that player.
that can do what he once did.
Jeff Ain Gundy said it so much. I mean, Jeff Ain't saying, you might have had leeway to change that, but you can't do that here.
You're not going to do that here.
And I understand it too. Can you imagine chasing clay ass around off them goddamn screens and picks and having to
try to squeeze through a bowl over the top? Well, you, well, you, your cardio got to be on point, man. Shoot.
Because Clay finna catch and shoot and embarrass you all night. Yeah.
I think, I don't know if it was AI, but there was a clip that was surfaced in the back. T.
Lou said F. Chris Paul, CP, or something.
Something that I just think the thing is that, look,
they brought him there for leadership. Yeah.
Leadership looked different in different places.
The way you led one place, that doesn't necessarily mean you can lead that way at this place. Plus,
that's James Harden. They got a veteran club.
It's not the same as when you were in OKC and you had Shea and you had all those young guns. It's different.
Kawhi is a proven commodity. James Harden has been an MVP.
Zuboss is six, six, seven years, seven, eight years.
They don't have a young team.
So your voice is what is needed from you is different
at a different location. And when you was in Oklahoma.
And you have to understand that. Understand,
I'm not the same CP3.
As a matter of fact, Ocho, he cliff Paul. He ain't Chris Paul.
He clip Paul.
Who was cliff Paul?
State farm agent, the other half.
Hey, that's a good one. He clipped.
That's a good one. And he forgot.
He thought he was Chris. No, bro, you clipped.
Cliff doesn't have the same say, he doesn't have the same leeway, the freedom, the liberties that Chris Paul had.
Yeah, you're right. You're right.
I like that one. That was a good one.
Man.
you know, it had to be bad, Ocho.
The man said this is his last year.
And they did this at 3 a.m. in the morning.
They had a conversation with this man at 3 a.m. in the morning.
Do you know how bad it got to be for your team to call you at 3 a.m.
in the morning and say your services, the little bit of services that you were providing, is no longer needed or wanted?
Yeah.
And
we only get most of the most of the story on surface level. There are more layers that we don't know about that I'm sure that
uh transpired that made it happen that way.
And we we know the beginning and we know the end. All the stuff in between
the good stuff that we don't know about will take will be the
a tall tale on why it why it ended up happening like this at three in the morning. Yeah
Ojo,
Lord, have mercy. A recent study on average sex duration countrywides is as follows.
Look at the board, Ocho. Ecuador,
24 minutes.
So, as y'all can see, United States is two minutes.
Boy, I'm so glad I ain't Pakistani.
I can't even see that, huh? Well, you better open that good eye, you know.
Yeah, it is open.
I just, hey, look at Pakistani.
42 seconds.
That's what Pakistani is. That was the average duration.
It's 42. The United States is two minutes.
Yeah, that's me right there. That's me.
I represent us very well.
Because
it don't take long for me to get in and out.
I'm here by business.
I'm here by business. Hey, oh, Ecuador, you don't say.
Oh, Ecuadoria. That's what they call me.
What Ecuador? Number one, 24 minutes.
Yeah, they ain't got to go.
Ash texted to you. Oh,
there we go. There we go.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Okay. 20 from Ecuador.
Cameroon, 23.
Okay, Cuba, 22.
Jamaica, 17. Yeah,
anything over five minutes, Uncle? Yeah, you can count me out. Because, I mean, what are we doing? What are we trying to accomplish? Yeah, I know what I'm trying to accomplish.
Listen,
I don't have the time. I got places to be.
I got places to be.
I ain't got nowhere to be.
Hey, I got a simple motto. If I take the time to do it, I'm going to take the time to do it right.
Oh, I got you. I feel you.
And I'm going to take the time to do it right under five minutes. So you might be Pakistani.
Yeah, I mean, I'm like, yeah. I mean, that's ridiculous.
I don't even know what y'all do. I don't even know.
I don't even know what's really going on with Pakistan. 20 seconds.
I mean, 42 seconds?
In and out, huh? They ain't even in and out, Ocho.
We don't have no time for foreplay. Listen, we got stuff to tend to.
China, a minute, 24. Turkey, 150.
U.S., two minutes.
So what about all the guys?
What about all the people that go 10 minutes? 15, 20, 30. For the average time.
So let me ask you a question. Think about it, Ocho.
If the average time is 42 seconds,
what about the people that just in, I'll be,
yeah, that
happens. That happens, especially when it comes to excitement.
First person, first time, first encounter. Yeah, the first.
The first time you're excited. Everybody excited.
Everybody is at their crescendo.
Everybody is at the apex.
Their zenith. The denounir.
So you at the highest, you could be like, oh, I can't.
Oh, my goodness.
Yeah.
Yeah. It happens.
I just, to me,
I'm just being honest. For someone like myself, you know,
I've been around the moon. I done seen the stars.
I done climbed mountains higher than Mount Everest. And anything over five minutes, at that point, it becomes performative.
It's as if you're putting on a show. I am.
Yeah, I mean, what you're there to accomplish, it doesn't take 10, 15 minutes.
Because if it takes you that long to get there, then the the person you with you the the faster you learn that individual's body the less of the time you have to be in the damn bedroom i just keep doing curtain calls you know okay you you talk about performative you talking about the art i get a curtain call they keep clapping i keep coming back out
my thing hey you know what on you
hey I'm staying away from Pakistani women. Because
if you can only do 42 seconds, I want no part of that.
Hey, where are you shot? I want no part of that. So let me see here.
That's a good one. Cameroon, 23.
Bolivia, 23. Sudan, 22 and a half, 22.9.
Cuba, 22. Honduras, 21.5.
India,
19 minutes and 34 seconds. Jamaica, 17 minutes.
Senegal, Ghana, Venezuela. South Africa, eight minutes.
Peru, seven minutes. Kenya, six minutes.
Puerto Rico, four minutes. Oh, y'all.
I thought we were going to Puerto Rico.
Hold on, huh? we ain't going to puerto rico no more
hey listen more importantly i mean how did they do this study i mean that that's that's that's more concerning to me how did they do the study how many people were a part of this study um
i mean do you know how many individuals you would have to have to to take into account and and and and deal with to be able to like
assess that everyone in these regions lasts this long.
We know the top 10, there ain't no old chos in
those countries. We know that.
Yeah, I mean, well, well,
I look Ghanaian. I look, I look Senegalese, you know, I look Jamaican.
Um,
nah, I think you look more Bangladeshi, Pakistani.
Okay, that's fine.
I can deal with that. I can deal with that.
Man, damn.
I mean, I give you oh, Ecuador might be a bit much, but now can we find a can we find a happy medium?
Okay, if we say 24 minutes is a bit much, I mean, we got to admit 42 seconds is not enough.
Okay, listen, we got to have balance. You got to have balance.
You have to find somewhere. Okay, Garland.
15 minutes.
Ain't a, man, man.
Ain't nobody got time for all that, bro. Huh? Hey.
Anybody, come on, man.
Listen, you know how long one round is in a boxing fight? You know how long three minutes is?
Do you know how long three of us? I'm talking about a real yes. That's it's long as hell.
But oh, Joe, oh, ain't nobody in the first round because everybody feeling it out. You feeling it out.
Yeah. Oh, so you come in this thorough blow.
You coming in, soon as I say, bang, you just push. No, no, no.
No, not really, not really. But I don't think people understand.
Do you know how long 24 minutes is? Yes. Like,
yes, exactly. That's long as hell.
Like, that's just a little bit of a. I
burns, the cooler it gets.
Yeah, yeah.
See, that's too much, huh? As a matter of fact, what do I, until they came along with electricity, what do all them 18-wheelers burn on?
Diesel. Diesel.
The longer they burn, the cooler they get.
International, Peter Bill.
You're right. I'm still on probation, so I'm being a chat.
Y'all know how I am.
I'm just saying, this is
all the way to 26.
I tell you what.
Anybody in Bangladeshi or Pakistani that watch a night camp,
we got some rose sparks for you.
We got roll sparks for you.
You know what? I'm going to try to break into.
I'm going to try to get my product in those countries.
Okay. Hey, that's a good one.
That's a good one. Help y'all out.
Because this is ridiculous.
42 seconds, it takes you that to get your pants. Get your clothes off, Ocho.
It does, but you don't count that.
You don't count it from the clothes off part.
Yeah, 40. I mean, 42 seconds.
That's between.
Nah.
Nah.
Damn it.
42 seconds, OJo?
Yeah,
that's bad. But five minutes is enough.
It's enough.
I'm timing. I'm going 42 seconds.
That's what the average Pakistani have
sex.
Yeah, that's good.
Yeah?
That's it. We got two sexes left.
Boom. That's it.
You done.
That's all you need right there, huh? Oh, no.
Oh, no. Hey.
Oh, no. Hey, you wake up.
Listen, you wake up in the morning. Both of y'all got to go to work.
Hey, before we leave, in and out.
I like that.
Okay, Ocho, I get that. If that's a, okay, hey, we, hey, we about to go to a party or we about to go to somewhere.
Baby, I ain't, we ain't, baby. We're going to be late.
I get that.
If you want to get a quickie,
right.
But, nah, man.
I mean, listen, every culture is different. Every culture is different.
They got plate.
Oh, Ecuador. Hey, I'm from Ecuador.
So I don't know what they got going on over here.
I just, I just don't, you know, I'm saying, oh, Joe, I just speak American, but I'm Ecuadorian. I speak English, but I'm Ecuadorian.
Okay.
I'm not. I ain't nowhere near.
I ain't got ain't got that kind of time. What you gotta do? What you doing?
I got places to be. I don't too.
I gotta places to be.
God dang it.
That's too much time. Hey, you know what I mean? God dang it.
I mean, I know every, oh, Joe, I get it. Quick as a good.
Quick as a good.
Sometimes. Oh, Joe, but not every time.
No, I'm, I'm, listen.
It's different.
It's different. I mean, that's, I mean, I'm five minutes or less.
That's it.
This ain't the circus. I'm not here to prove no problem.
I get it.
Look, look.
You know, back in the day, you know me, I was tmb y'all know what tmb stays while i don't need to say it i'm still on probation you know i'm like the amusement part amusement part rides don't last but 90 seconds no matter how high they go some of them they go 300 feet go 60 70 miles an hour 90 seconds is all you get give you the thrill of your life
yeah give you something to give you something to talk about
that's it Give you something to talk about, something to write down in your diary. But sometimes
that don't take 24 minutes. But sometimes, I'm like a 100-story building.
I'm stopping on every floor, the elevator. Bing!
Somebody get the holding off, Ocho. That's all I'm saying, Ocho.
That's all I'm saying.
You know, you own a 100-story building,
you got 90 flows, and if somebody
hit every flow in between, hit every flow. See,
that's too much.
That's too much.
That's too much. You just say,
Well, like I said,
anybody from Pakistan or Bangladesh, reach out to Uncanocho. We're going to hook you up.
Get you a little sample. Get a little sample pack.
Get y'all going. Because we got to boost this thing up.
We got to get you over
at least two and a half, three minutes.
If prescribed new sexual health patients get $15 their first order of Rose Sparks on a reoccurring plan, connect with the provider and cfro.co slash nightcap to find out if prescriptions roll sparks are right for you.
They are.
Yeah. All right, Ocho, it's time for our final segment of the evening.
It's time for QA.
QA.
Kimber Norwood Jr. said, Ocho, all I want for Christmas is for you to give Unc his $5,900 so he can buy him a watch or an outfit.
Yeah, I need need a little crime outfit.
I mean, just a little crime outfit. Just a little criminal, little light, a little something criminal.
You know, I got you. Appreciate that, Ocho.
That should be nice. Merry Christmas.
Big Mike 7723, Coach Prime.
Coach Prime pull up Frank Lucas in Cleveland. Don't mess with the blue magic.
Nah, are they playing in Cleveland or are they playing in Tennessee?

Let me know. Like I said, I don't want no packet.
They can put it down like that, make you do that.
Make you drop it off at 42. I don't want that.
Man.
Man, hey, Ocho, you don't
hot dog in the microwave too many, it's going to explode.
You need to tell me that you can't put a hot dog in the microwave for 42 seconds to have it explode. Yeah.
Maybe you have to think, maybe over there they're not as active as we are here in the States.
Maybe they're not as active. So the few times that they do do those horizontal interactions, that's the result.
That's the only thing I can think of.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, but uh
I ain't never been to Pakistan, but
I'm willing to go.
Brendan Crowe, 3403. For Howell State to have all that talent and suck in the red zone speaks volume to coaching.
They has issues with big games. Bro, the man just won a national championship.
If you go back and look, he has one of the best win percentage of all coaches.
How about we give Indiana a little credit? I know, I know, but Indiana is better than what you thought. Because we was wondering, okay, yeah, they're blowing these teams out, but who have they played?
They played Ohio State on a neutral field and they beat them.
You make it seem like,
IU in the red zone?
Yeah, you make it seem like IU didn't get to the red zone. They kicked, what, three, what, kicked, kicked, uh, uh, uh, uh, two-field, kicked two-field goals, missed another.
It works both ways, bro. Ohio State got outplayed today.
Signetti and his team outplayed him. It's okay.
Uh,
Nino Rogers 89. Hey, Uncle Ocho, do you have any ridiculous or funny recruiting stories from when you were in high school?
Damn, I can't remember that. Damn.
High school? No. Right? There ain't nobody recruiting my badass.
El Prey 98. Uh, you should consider interviewing Bill Bellamy or Donnie Simpson.
The story is gold. Now back to regular schedule programming.
Ocho, pay this man $5,900.
I got you. Hey, chat.
Yes.
I got a joke for you. Oh, Lord.
Are we not gonna wait till the end to get the joke? Go ahead, Ocho. Get the joke off.
Nah, it ain't that bad. Hey, chat.
Y'all listening. Yeah, we're listening.
How does a hamburger introduce his girlfriend?
How does a hamburger introduce his girlfriend?
Yep.
Pleased to meet you.
No. How?
Hi. Meet Patty.
Chat.
I did not approve of this message.
Mr. Robinson, 67, 63, 75.
Duke broke the college football playoff now, first time in college football history. Two G5 team making the playoffs that college football right there.
Duke ain't going to the college football. They're not, hold on, do ACC get automatic bid? Yeah.
Not Duke, though. No.
Okay.
Kaleidoscope 1 feeling good tonight. Thanks, Duke.
JMU is in the playoffs as a 12th seed. Go Dukes.
Yeah,
it looks that way.
As your dad, Ocho, how about them dogs? Nate Frazier, that dude, winning the chip this year. You need to start rooting for your home team, uh.
I'm a root for Nate Frazier.
Uh, uh, who,
uh,
dr. Bryant is not a real doctor.
Bro, we having a conversation. Y'all find something.
I mean, is there any guests that you guys have liked? You find something wrong with every guest I got.
I mean, I mean. Oprah didn't always have A-listers.
She had different people. She interviewed Ku Kluck Klan members.
She interviewed this one, murderers.
She interviewed some of all people. Why do you have a problem with who I have on the platform? If Dr.
Brian is not your cup of tea, just fast forward. Just don't even watch that episode.
I thought she was interested. I enjoyed the conversation that we had.
I did. I thoroughly did.
Hopefully, a lot of people enjoyed the conversation, but if they didn't, that's okay.
I'd like to think I've had a very eclectic group of people from
influencers, entertainers, athletes, celebs.
I think I've had over the 150, almost 200 interviews that I've done. I would like to think everybody's not going to like every person that I've interviewed.
No. And that's okay.
But I tried to find a very diverse group of people that can share their story, which she did.
And
I don't get caught in that. My job is not to interrupt.
My job is not to be belligerent and come off as confrontational. That's not what I'm there for.
They come on my platform.
I allow them to tell their story, unedited. I ask if there are any questions that they don't want to talk about, and I move on from there.
She was fine.
But if that's not who y'all guys want to lead to,
it's fine. I'm cool with it.
Maybe you'll like the next guest we have on. If not, maybe the next guest.
OC underscore Lofton. Indiana 1, Georgia 2, Ohio State 3, Texas Tech 4.
Oregon 5, AM 6, Ole Miss 7, Oklahoma 8, Miami, Notre Dame, 9 and 10, Tulane, 11. Jane Madison, 12.
We'll see.
We shall see.
But it definitely doesn't help
Miami. Miami lost to Louisville.
And who else did they lose to? They lost to somebody else that was not very SMU. Yeah, SMU.
SMU.
Yeah.
Ben Frank, 87. T-minus 25 days before Unc Unc get back.
You've been giving us snippets the last few weeks. Keep up the great work, Unky and Ocho.
Yep, 26.
We own. L Prey 98, Unk, add Nate to the Unkin Ocho Adventures.
Now, we're going to, Joe is going to be in a couple of them.
The Florida Man, Unk Ocho, solid interview with Nate Frazier. Should try to interview Kirby and visit UGA practice.
Dev the Dundee 74, hopefully Unc says my name right this time. Love you guys, Uncanocho.
Your favorite RB songs that just never gets old. That always make you feel good, even though it ain't 26.
I mean, most of the songs that I listen to, it's old school.
Love, Train, Confunction.
Send for Me, Atlantic Star,
Lenny Williams. You know I Love You.
I'm just old school like that.
I like,
who is the guy?
LTD used to be lead singer. Jeffrey Osborne.
I listened to Jeffrey Osborne. Jeffrey Osborne?
I've been to old school.
All I listen to is the groove. When I get in my car, it's all groove.
No listener, nothing else. So that's what.
So we, yeah, we on the same path.
I mean, my favorite song obviously lenny williams ltd all those boys jeffrey osbourne uh

Tarnes G, 95, 99. Y'all see that boy Pit Bull tonight? Ocho watched a little bit of it.
I was, you know, try to give you a great show here. I didn't watch Pit Bull.
Vended the Tall.
Georgia just looked like they can out-physical anyone. I really don't see any team in the CFP winning in the trenches.
Indiana be right there. Indiana,
I like Georgia, and Georgia is physical, yes, but Indiana ain't taking a back seat to nobody, bro. You watched them.
Uh-uh. You watched them.
Yep.
Rare Collin, happy holidays, Uncanocho. Is it too soon to get excited about my Panthers with the Bucks playing the Saints tomorrow?
Can't look ahead. You got to take care of this.
Hey, Saints defense can get after you.
Mm-hmm.
And the only problem with the Saints, they ain't got no damn offense.
But see, the thing is, is that we got a couple of tape away. We sack your quarterback, force a turnover, get a pick, block a punt, scoop and score.
Yeah. Level the playing field.
RB caps
bust ditto.
Although this question is quite simple, can you recall a game, whether in high school or college or NFL, where you had the most fun playing and why?
Every game?
I mean, it's hard not to have fun playing this game, ocho.
Yeah, it is. Especially high school.
You know, them the good times, man.
Them the good times.
The difference is, NFL, it's a job. You understand that.
Yeah, you have fun, but
it's still a job. It is a job.
You get paid a king's ransom to play a kid's game. Obviously, and the further you go along, high school was fun.
You know, you get a lot, you know, guys
that you play, that you grew up with. You know, you've been knowing them since kindergarten.
College, you know, to build,
but I always, I always had fun, Ocho, because I really, I really enjoyed doing what I did.
Yeah. And I think that's why I was so successful at it is because I did have fun.
I didn't look at it.
It was a job, but I didn't look at it as that. I did not.

I get a burger, medium, ketchup only. I don't want no cheese.
I don't want no onions. I don't want no lettuce.
I don't want no tomatoes.
Every once in a while, every once in a while, maybe like twice a year, I'll get bacon on it. That's it.
On a cheeseburger? A hamburger. I don't get cheeseburgers.
Yeah, I get it. I get when, you know what I mean? You know me.
You know me with them burgers. Them burgers and hot dogs, but that's me.
That's me. That's why I don't like going.
Oh, I already know what you want. Burger, meat, and bun.
Ash come back with the whole kitchen on her burger.
She got an avocado. She got lettuce.
She got tomatoes. I'm like, well, damn.
Can you taste the meat?

Ash like, man.
I think I'm going to get the burger with you.
The hamburger is $7.
By the time Ash gets done ordering, the burger is $25.
Because it's $1.50 for every topic that you get. And she done got every last one of them.

Honestly.
Honestly. Honestly, no one wants to think about HIV, but there are things that everyone can do to help prevent it.
Things like PrEP.
PrEP stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, and it means routinely taking prescription medicine before you're exposed to HIV to help reduce your chances of getting it.
PrEP can be about 99% effective when taken as prescribed. It doesn't protect against other STIs, though, so be sure to use condoms and other healthy sex practices.
Ask a healthcare provider about all your prevention options and visit findoutaboutprep.com to learn more. Sponsored by Gilead.
