I had a 15-year-old girl, she was a soccer player, wanted to play on the U.S.

national team, and she was that good.

She fell, broke a bone in her back, and the doctor said, Oh, you can't play soccer for a year.

They came to me, we treated her.

Within a month, she's playing soccer.

That's all time.

What?

Yeah, sensitive.

So, basically, when your testosterone goes down, you start losing your hair.

No, if it goes high, you'll start losing your hair like crazy.

Hormones and all our food, and then now they're trying to put vaccines in animals.

Yeah, what is horrible?

Oh, yeah, yeah, so we call that the sex peptide.

So, that one gives that one boosts your libido for men and women.

Wow.

For men and women.

So women can take this too, which is amazing.

All right, so Rick,

tell me about the Gronkowski trip.

I know that he got injured right after the Super Bowl in Atlanta.

I know you guys were out there.

So tell me about what happened after the game and how you guys kind of got all situated.

Yeah, so I got invited up to Boston for the celebration when they won the Super Bowl, their last Super Bowl.

And I met the whole family.

I met Rob, his dad, his brothers.

And it was amazing.

But Rob is hurt.

He couldn't go out and party and celebrate.

Like, you know, sure.

That's Rob's.

That's the real problem.

Forget the game.

You got to have fun.

He couldn't celebrate winning a Super Bowl as he was in so much pain.

Oh, man.

But

he came to see me.

We became great friends.

And then when Tom Brady called and said, hey, come to Tampa and play.

He said, yeah, I'm ready.

So it was amazing to get Rob out of retirement.

And he goes to Tampa, wins the Super Bowl.

How much nicer is that going to Tampa instead of Boston?

Especially from Atlanta.

That's 30 minutes and three hours.

Yeah, yeah, no, they loved it down there.

That's nice.

All right, so talk us through some of these treatments because I know that before the show, we were talking about, you know, I know you're one of the leaders in some of the most progressive treatments.

I know that your clinic has a lot.

you know, it's basically its finger on the pulse.

We were talking about regenerative care.

We were talking about ED, we were talking about a whole multitude of things.

Tell us what is the newest and best procedures coming out and what you think are some of the least evasive ones that people can do when they come to someone like you.

Yeah, so

I'm totally anti-the current medical system in terms of our system's great for emergencies, but for preventative medicine or chronic care, it's horrible.

You know, all you get is a pill take a pill set on your way yeah it's horrible you know but um you know so we're big on prevention big on longevity people helping people live longer healthier lives and we have specific programs for different people but you know we incorporate stuff that every doctor should be talking to you about fasting you know like everybody should be doing intermittent fasts really why or long fasts for three days or more because i enjoy i enjoy waking up and and going till about 12-1 and eating once or twice a day because when i have three meals i always feel so sluggish and weighed down.

Well, unless you're like an elite athlete and you're burning thousands and thousands of calories a day, you know, you don't need to eat that much, right?

Sure.

And when you rest your body for several hours, your body gets rid of disease cells, like we call those senescent cells, brute disease cells.

And it helps recover.

It helps heal itself.

So it makes total sense that if you eat just once a day or two meals a day, six, eight hours a day, your body can rest and recover.

So that's powerful and it's cheap.

That's why nobody wants to promote it because it doesn't cost anything.

McDonald is cutting back, yes.

No, no, no more three happy meals a day, Sean.

You can only have one.

Yeah, it's insane, right?

And, you know, and we, and also, you know, like for thousands of years, we've known this, right?

Every major religion in the world has fasts and this, yeah, and it makes sense because it heals people, you get better.

And, you know, and if you do a three-day fast for 72 hours with just water, you can reset your whole immune system.

So I was through that.

I want to.

Yeah.

I don't know if I could go three days fast.

If you do it, I'll do it.

Three days.

So hold on.

You can only drink water.

Yeah, yeah water and supplements if you want but like okay you know no no uh carbs no sugar drinks none of that stuff just

i dropped 10 pounds

no seriously but there was some there was some research came out of stanford years ago showing that if you did that long a fast your body will actually reset itself so you should do that what once a month once a year uh two three four times a year you know

everybody's schedule is different but i would highly recommend that for most everybody yeah i've been fasting you know at least one day a week i do it pretty well every day unless i'm traveling somewhere specifically or meeting.

Talk us through what your one meal a day is and normally like what your hours are.

Okay, yeah.

So like usually I won't eat till the afternoon.

Okay.

One, two, three o'clock in the afternoon.

I'll stop eating by eight o'clock at night at the latest.

Right.

And then, you know, when I do eat, so the best, healthiest diet out there, I know there's a lot of controversy on what to eat.

You know, they have this carnivore diet.

I got to hear your take on this.

But if you have a health issue, especially a heart issue, or you've had, you know, you had a heart attack, all my cardiologist friends, heart doctors, they put everybody on a vegan diet.

Shout out to our sponsor today, AG1.

Man, AG1 has been a great product.

Been using it for the past few months now.

Used to have some constipation issues.

It's helped my body feel a lot better.

Every morning I wake up and it's a good start to the day, you know?

Yeah, same thing with me.

I take AG1 in the mornings and at night before I go to bed, especially before working out, bro.

It gives me all the nutrition that I actually need.

I feel really, really good working out, clarity, energized.

I mean, it just helps and then it supports my immune system also.

Yeah, it's got 75 high-quality vitamins.

It's got probiotics, and honestly, it's pretty affordable.

Less than $3 a day to use it.

So less than $3 a day.

Yeah.

I actually like it way better than taking individual vitamins just because, granted, I mean, who wants to take 20 pills?

Rather just pour this in my water, shake it up, drink it, and get on the go.

Yeah, I used to take like 40 pills a day, but this makes it easy.

Yeah, for you, that's a lot, bro.

Yeah, so guys, if you're looking for a simpler, more effective investment for your health, try AG1 and get five free AG1 travel packs and a free one-year supply of vitamin D with your first purchase.

Go to drinkag1.com slash DSH, drinkag1.com slash DSH.

Link will be in the bio.

Thanks, guys.

It's the only one that's been shown to reverse blockages around the heart and actually, you know, repair damage from the heart, from heart disease.

Wow.

But, you know, if you eat,

you know, like 80% plant-based, 20% meat, I think that's a good combo too.

Just make sure everything you get is organic and it's grass-fed, it's natural.

Because the problem is that there's so many pesticides out there now.

It's horrible.

Like even from 10 years,

herbicides everywhere.

Even in the eggs, I mean, hormones and all our food.

And now they're trying to put vaccines in animals.

Yeah, what?

It's horrible.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah.

It's crazy what's happening.

If you look at the difference between an egg that you buy in the supermarket, your regular average white egg, and you go to a farm in the middle of

nowhere, Georgia, you come to one of our farms.

You go pick up an egg and you'll find an egg about this big.

Sometimes it's not even, it's it's not even, it's never white, first of all, it's brown.

Sometimes it's not even brown, sometimes it's blue.

And they're a fraction of the size.

A normal egg is probably like this, like a silver dollar.

A regular egg is

nickel, dime size.

I mean, they're tiny.

Why is that?

They inject it with hormones?

I mean, Nick will tell you more.

They all kind of hormones.

Everything, like, the food industry has gone off the rails in our country.

Like, in Europe, there's so many things that are bad that are allowed in our food.

Like, all these food dyes and color.

Dude, Skittles is banned in the UK.

Really?

You cannot have Skittles because the yellow dye and the red dye are like poison.

Wow.

Yeah, it's horrible.

So, and again, it's unfortunately, money rules the roost, especially in our country.

So if you've got enough money and you can buy your politicians or this or that, you can get what you want, right?

You know, so unfortunately, there's a lot of that.

But in general, you know, organic, anything grass-fed, you know, deep sea fish are great, but be careful of stuff that's too close to the shore because there's poison like mercury and stuff gets dumped in our ocean every day that's horrible for us.

Wow, so uh, yeah,

it's really scary, yeah.

But uh, but the other thing, too, for a lot of people, if you have inflammation, if you people who have disease and pain and inflammation go hand in hand, but um, if you cut down dairy and you cut down gluten, those are things that really help people that have a lot of pain and swelling issues.

It's so funny that when I went to Columbia, the doctors were telling me after I got my treatment, I cannot eat gluten.

I can't have any gluten for 24 to 48 hours because it'll inhibit the effects of my treatments.

And I didn't, I've never heard, no one ever in 30 years of my life in the United States has ever told me, oh yeah, lay off on gluten or dairy for inflammation.

Well, 40% of us have gluten intolerance.

I've got a niece and a cousin that have celiac disease, which if they eat a little bit of gluten, they're sick.

Like,

go to the hospital sick.

And then 80% of us are more lactose intolerant.

So when you eat dairy, it blocks your it can block absorption of food you know minerals vitamins that we need

I feel like part of that is because of the Chemicals that we have here like when I eat okay, so for example if I eat a pizza here if I have one slice of pizza I'll expand and explode my stomach will just swell up the same thing with a beer if I have one beer here

Just it does something to me that my body does not like.

If I go overseas, if I go to Israel, if I go to South America, I go anywhere that's not the state,

I could be eating pastries all day.

In France,

my breakfast was literally a croissant, a little thing of jelly, and a little bit of butter every morning.

I gained no weight.

So

the effects are, I feel like we definitely have a lot of toxins in the foods that we're being fed.

And like you said, when you are

more conscious about what you're eating and putting into your body, And if it is

more on the organic side, it's definitely going to be reflective on your health internally.

And you'll be able to feel a difference.

Whereas if you're pumping in

all these fast foods into you every day, you're going to feel groggy.

You're going to feel like shit.

Your body's going to be weighed down.

It's not cohesive for a healthy lifestyle.

Absolutely.

Yeah.

So we try to address all these things when people come to us.

So that's basic stuff that every doctor should be talking to people about.

Most of them don't even know about it.

It's sad.

Talk to us us about the stuff people don't know, like peptides.

I want to get into that.

Yeah, so we have some amazing treatments that we do.

So peptides are one of the things we can give people or prescribe for people.

They come from a compounded pharmacy that we use, some different ones around the country.

But they have everything from healing.

There's one called BPC 157, which is amazing for healing.

You can do, and it's little baby needles, like an insulin needle that people use for local injections, but you can take capsules of it even.

And that helps with your gut.

So if you have gut issues, stomach problems, the BPC is amazing.

There's other ones that mimic growth hormone.

So, like an HCH, yeah, yeah, yeah.

There's one called CJC, another one called Ipermerellin that we use for that, so it can help you get lean and help you get more muscular, but without the side effects of growth hormone.

So, yeah,

no, no, take the camera off I there's nothing going on over here, and you're gonna, you're gonna love this thing, you'll love this next one.

So, there's one called PT141 and call that the sex peptide.

So, that one gives that one boost your libido for men and women

men and women so women can take this too which is amazing and it just makes them more active it gets people's libido through the roots where are the people going where do you inject this or is it so so

with with that one it can come as a troche which you put into your mouth and it melts in your tongue

but you can inject it too most of it's just in your fat like your stomach fat and stuff and is it all natural or is it synthetically made these are these all come from they're derivatives of hormones so like um hormones have, they're great, but they have a lot of side effects because they do a lot of things in the body.

But these are specifically tailored to specific functions.

And they've been studied for 50, 60 years.

You know, like going back in Europe and Croatia and other countries, they've been working with these since the 1970s.

And they're safe as can be.

But again, you know, Big Pharma hates it because it's cutting into their drugs they've spent millions on and want to make billions off of.

So you can't get these in the U.S.

You can, but you have to go to a doctor like my company, Illuminar Wellness Center, by the way, is my U.S.

company, IWCUSA.com.

But yeah, you have to know.

Obviously, some doctors, your regular family doctor, no way.

You have to go to a doctor that knows something about this.

And

that's my mission.

These treatments have healed me.

I've had my knees treated in the past.

I've had my neck with a bulging disc, my low back where it blew a disc out.

Wow.

All this stuff within a few weeks is cured.

You know,

you feel great.

The pain goes away.

And

it's been probably eight, nine years since some of these treatments I've had.

Crazy.

Yeah,

I've had my whole body treatment.

Forget rehab therapy for six months.

I'm coming to Atlanta, all right?

That's it.

Wow.

But yeah, we've had, you know, and you can do a whole body treatment, which helps heal a bit of everything.

So this.

Sean wants to jump higher.

So just give him a couple of shots in his knees.

We'll just come make a weekend trip.

Well, everybody gets hurt, right?

Like, you know, I treat young athletes, you know, in their teens and guys guys that want to get in the the pro leagues like nfl nba whatever and um they get injured too but the problem is like when we're born we if you're three four five years old you could pretty well heal most most problems within 48 hours if i had a cut down to the bone and i'm four or five years old your body can heal that within 48 hours you don't even have a mark on you wow but by the time you're late teens you've already lost 90 of this healing power in your body wow so if you get a cut it might take you longer to heal now for any of us that are over 20 you know it might take a week to heal you might have a scar you might have a nasty infection all these problems because you just don't have the healing power you did when you were a little kid and so that's why any any of these regenerative treatments can really help you know and it's do you do any like of the preventative treatments uh for the younger athletes or oh absolutely treatments absolutely

our company has specific protocols like i have specific protocols for athletes and we change them every month or every year depending on you know what's new and what's the latest stuff that's out there but um yeah a lot of guys they want to increase their stamina.

They want to increase their strength.

They want to increase, you know, any, you know, decrease their chance of injury.

All these things we can do.

And then when somebody gets injured, we can get them back on the field in a one-tenth of the time it would normally take.

You know, it's crazy.

I had

a 15-year-old girl.

She fell.

She was a soccer player, wanted to play on the U.S.

national team.

She was that good.

She fell, broke a bone in her back, and the doctor said, Oh, you can't play soccer for a year.

And her dad said, No, when she said no, she was crying.

She was so sad.

And they came to me we treated her within a month she's playing soccer

it's just unbelievable and we see these kind of stories every day you know i have guys that come in on with a crutch or a walker and a cane and they can't get around or do anything and they see us and then six months later they're running down my hallway

yeah it's just unbelievable the things that we can do to help people and we try to put you know like this the the the diet and the exercise and the fasting all these things are important we're really big on holistic things like you know yoga meditation all these things help the body.

You know, if you have a positive attitude, it's amazing what the brain and the body can do just from that.

But then these treatments, you know, the peptides, IVs that we do with vitamins.

We have hyperbaric oxygen treatments, which are incredible.

I want to try that.

Yeah, it's amazing.

They help.

They're really hyperbaric is incredible, especially for brain injury.

TBI.

I heard it's just good for inflammation when I was down there.

I did like a

five-day treatment where every morning I was in there for an hour.

And I did,

I don't know.

For me, like the first two days, I didn't really feel anything.

And they told me, you know, it's about consistency.

And by the fourth or fifth day, you kind of just,

when you get out of there, you just kind of feel

refreshed.

It's like taking a really nice bath, but like in fresh air.

I don't know how to exist.

When I go in there, I tell people it makes me feel like I had eight hours of sleep.

Like I go in there for an hour.

I always fall asleep when I'm in the chamber.

And when I get out, I feel, wow, I feel like I had eight hours of sleep.

So it's just a chamber full of oxygen?

It's literally a capsule.

and you they slide you in and then they just start turning oxygen popping and there's there's different protocols for different things so we have a longevity protocol where you kind of intermittent the oxygen on and off and that help it's actually been shown to help your telomeres so telomeres are a marker of your age basically along with other things but um it's a blood test a special test we can do and i mean you there's a study in israel about three years ago showing that if you did hyperbaric oxygen just hyperbaric nothing else it would lengthen your telomere which is is a sign of anti-aging.

So, all the stuff that we do in our offices promote that, promote, you know,

being younger, healthier, stronger.

You know, it's unbelievable.

Wellness, baby.

But the, you know, a lot of pro-athletes, like, especially the NFL, they have so much traumatic brain injury, concussions, everything.

And unfortunately, a lot of them don't know that these treatments are out there that can help them.

The peptides that can help heal the brain.

There's, you know, hyperbaric oxygen, it's just incredible.

There's things we talked about, red light therapy is amazing.

You know, electromagnetic therapy, shockwave, all this stuff.

And then, you know, some of the latest things with exosomes now are just incredible.

You know, so when we put all this together in a specific plan for somebody, it's just a game changer.

People just are new people after a period of time.

So what are exosomes?

So exosomes, this is a cool topic.

So for years, everybody, and we still talk about, if you ask 100 people, have they heard of stem cells?

Probably 90% of people put their hand up.

If you ask them, what's an exosome, maybe one person might put their hand up.

But exosomes, we used to think were just a byproduct of stem cells.

They're small.

They're called secretomes.

So they're a way that stem cells talk to each other.

And we just thought that

they weren't anything special.

But it turns out that they do most of the healing when it comes to injuries and disease.

So now the big thing is using exosomes.

And again,

there's a lot of different exosome companies out there.

I only work with the best stuff in the world.

So when I'm the center we're opening in the Middle East, we're working with some of the top scientists and doctors in the whole planet to open that center up.

Well, it's going to have all the stuff we just talked about.

And the same with the U.S.

We use the best stuff and we're very blessed.

I use the best exosome company on the planet that we work with and they're about to get FD approval for all this stuff that they do.

So it's going to really change things in how the country and how we treat people.

Exciting.

Again, inflammation is the basis of almost every disease, you know, every pain issue that people have, even things like any autoimmune disease, even diseases like conditions like autism.

We're seeing kids that you can actually recover if you use some of the treatments that we do.

Whoa.

So it's pretty incredible what's out there.

The future is exciting because there's all this stuff out there.

And

I just want to show people, hey, we have all this here.

Come talk to us.

We help a lot of people.

Not everybody's a home run, but we help a whole lot of people get really well.

And if we can't help you, we tell you, okay, well, we can't do this, but go do this and then come see us.

whatever.

But I'm very blessed.

We have, you know, I met some of the coolest athletes in every sport around the world.

I met some of the most amazing celebrities.

And but mostly I just want to help everybody.

You know, and I'm one of my goals with our company over time is to develop just a 501, you know, a charity organization so we can go out and give these treatments to everybody.

Unfortunately,

they're not covered by insurance and they're pretty expensive.

But you know, I want to help everybody.

I want to help our veterans who I love that are underserved.

I want to help people that just need these things, you know, families that are suffering.

So this needs to be for everybody, not just elite people.

But it's really cool you're providing them the resources and the ability to just learn, but the accessibility, yeah, you know,

again, it's so sad.

You know, if you look at kids that go to regular school and the lunches they provide these kids, just garbage, you know,

I don't know who approved this or thought this was good, but if you look into it, it's oh, yeah, so-and-so gave a contribution to so-and-so, and that's why they're eating this garbage, you know.

And it's sad, but uh, you know, I was put on this earth to help heal people, make people well, help people be aware that there's options out there.

And, you know, that's what I want to do until I die, you know, is help people, help people get better, help them tell other people that there's other things you can do to get well.

My man, Rick, that's all great.

What's the path to make this affordable?

Is there a way to partner with the insurance company?

Absolutely.

Well, the great thing is a lot of the treatments that we offer currently are pretty reasonable.

The exosomes are pretty pricey.

The peptides are not too bad, but they're still expensive for a lot of people.

But, you know, the hyperbaric treatments are pretty good.

The red light's really inexpensive.

And a lot of the stuff we talked about doesn't cost anything to fast, but people don't know about it.

So I do a lot of free consultations because I want to help people.

And if they don't

come see me ever again, I'm happy because at least I gave them some knowledge and at least they can try to do some stuff if they're serious about it.

But we are working, like I predict in three to five years, a lot of insurances will cover what I do.

It's just, again, been slow because

big pharma and a lot of other industries don't don't like what we're doing because we're actually keeping people from getting sick.

You know, we're the anti-host.

Making a lot of money outside.

Yeah, yeah.

Talk to me about stem cells because both of you guys have gotten them.

My mom tore her meniscus and she wanted to get them, but they were saying she had to go to Mexico or something.

Right.

Why are they so good for you?

Well, they're basically what help our body heal.

So, you know, like when you have an injury, you know, that's part of the healing process, stem cells, exosomes, all this stuff.

And then, and then when you combine it with helping with inflammation, so simple supplements like turmeric, we use a ton of turmeric.

We found the best company called American Turmeric Company in South Georgia that's incredible.

And they're about 10 times stronger than the turmeric you'll buy at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

But we have that on our website too.

So if people want to buy these supplements, you know,

our website is www.iwcusa.com.

But we have supplements that you can order directly from them, not from us, and they'll help you.

Why Why is turmeric so important?

What does it do?

Oh,

it's probably the most powerful anti-inflammatory agent that's natural.

It's something that's grown out of the earth.

And if you use it, prepare it the right way, it's incredible.

It has no side effects

compared to steroid shot or cortisone or prednisone pills.

Like prednisone can help with inflammation over a short period of time, a few days or a week or two.

But then after that, it has so many side effects.

You know, I've seen people get a cortisone shot and develop diabetes.

I've seen them get,

you know, where their bones get weak and their muscles get really weak and they get osteoarthritis accelerated from the shots.

They get just, it's horrible.

You know, it causes osteopenia, osteoporosis.

So

steroids are the worst, but unfortunately, they're given out like candy at most doctor offices.

And even my elite athletes, you know, you see guys that they have an Achilles tendonitis, they'll get a steroid shot from the team doctor.

And oh, wow, all of a sudden they got an Achilles rupture.

Well, duh, the steroid weakened the Achilles tendons so much that are ripped you know but if they would have got a peptide or exosome shot or something you know came to see us they'd have been fine you know so it's uh it's just changing that mentality you know trying to you know not you know and that's one of my goals too is educating physicians because a lot of practitioners want to do good they want to help their patients but they just don't know the stuff's out there you know so there's a there's a lot of them that are open-minded to change into new things.

And so that's what's exciting.

Again, this whole field is going to grow all around the world.

world and I'm trying to help other countries too like some South America and obviously the Middle East that I'm working with change this mentality and try to help people you know try to educate people and doctors and other people about how this these things can help people right are you a fan of this cold plunge trend where people

I do it myself I love it you know I think you see you get this big endorphin rush you know after getting in there you feel great like you have a tub at the house or what do you do well I have the gyms I go to have them you know So I'll work out.

I'll get in the infrared sauna for about 20, 30 minutes, and I'll do the cold plunge either before or after.

But

in our facility we're going to open in Vegas, we'll have one.

We'll have a cold plunge.

We'll have...

I'll try.

I mean, I like cold showers.

Cold plunge just seems so excessive.

It can be.

It's not for everybody because it's pretty, you know, it's intense, you know, especially if you sit.

But after the first couple minutes, it's not that.

Your body, yeah, your body definitely adjusts.

Yeah, but it is.

Cold shower, so again, that's everybody should be doing a cold shower every day.

We talked, I talked about that too, because it's great.

And it's so simple.

It doesn't cost anything.

Yeah, I've been doing it for four months straight, and I feel amazing.

Yeah, yeah.

It's amazing how cold and heat, just little simple things like that.

Wait, but I want to know, are you doing it the cheat way?

Are you heating up the shower and then going cold?

Are you going straight cold?

I do the cheat way.

I do a minute on my face and a minute on my chest.

Nah, see,

I'm a monster.

People call me insane.

But first thing I do, I wake up even before my workout.

I go wake up, I'll go turn on the shower, I'm ice cold, and I'll stand there just as long as I can.

There's just videos of me just,

I want to die.

All right, I feel better now.

I'm good.

I'm okay.

I'm okay.

And we're done.

And then, you know, you walk out of the shower and you just like, you feel like you just smoke crack or something.

Like, you feel high.

I honestly feel high when I like, once I get out of that shower, I just, like I could run through a brick wall.

You look at your body, it's all red.

You're not freezing or anything.

It's really not like, you know, you're coming on.

You're like, oh my God, I'm going to die.

You come out of there and it just feels like you put your body through like a real intense workout.

Like your muscles are all tense.

Everything's up tight.

And then you're nice and loose.

And it's just like,

all right.

Yeah, I love it.

I think it's awesome.

You know, and you combine that with exercise, yoga, all the meditation.

Like, it's unbelievable what you can

flip your script.

I haven't gotten into the meditation and yoga, man.

I feel like there's just way too much stimulation in this world for someone like me me to unplug for like an hour.

It's well, well, just you should try some meditation for 15 minutes every day.

That I'm down with.

Yeah, and you just think positive thoughts.

It's amazing what your body will do.

It's just,

you know, because it's sad.

There's so much negativity out there, but if you kind of just get in a quiet place and just think and think happy, good thoughts, it's unreal.

You know, it's powerful.

Back to the stem cell thing, because I'm really fascinated.

If someone's bald, can stem cells make them grow hair again?

That's a great question.

It definitely can help grow hair.

Like, if you're completely bald, it'd be real expensive to do that to get all these injections.

But

one of my friends, Gordy Grodkowski, Rob's brother, he had a little bit of reseeding hairline.

He won't mind me telling you this, he tells people.

But we did some exosome shots, and now his hair is normal.

Wow.

It's been a few years.

Gordy said that on the podcast.

Wait, so my...

No, he just had a money.

We was talking about that.

The Widow's Peak, remember?

He was talking about getting it done here.

I got a bit of a Widow's Peak.

They did studies on Widow's Peak.

It's the most unattractive feature in a guy.

So you're saying you could fix it?

Absolutely, yeah.

I mean,

is that really a thing?

It's a thing, yeah.

You think of every villain in movies?

They all have widow's peaks.

Like Dracula.

You don't have it.

It's when your top is farther down than right here.

Oh, like the little.

Yeah.

See, I used to do hair surgery years ago, and what we did is we would, this part of your hair, never, you don't lose it because it's not sensitive to testosterone.

But the top of your head is, the follicles follicles are sensitive to testosterone so wait wait so we tend to lose that over time what yeah sensitive so basically when your testosterone goes down you start losing your hair no if it goes high like if you that's the problem if you get too much

supplement like if you take too much test you're you'll start losing your hair like crazy

these follicles are real sensitive to testosterone that makes sense why a lot of bodybuilders are yeah a lot of guys go bald yeah oh yeah they all shave their head or they go because they i never thought about that yeah yeah

so the key is finding the right balance to everything right like some people everybody some people think more is always better no not not always right you you optimize your levels on all your hormones you're great but if you get too much of any of them you cause problems fast enough so

what about people that want to get taller now our growth plates of our bones close when they're early 20s so there's if you're in your late 20s or older there's no way to make you taller okay but if you're a kid growing up sure and that's where you know kids that were short like like Leonel Messi is a great example right one of the best soccer players of all time if not the best.

He got growth hormone shots when he was young because he was so small, apparently.

And

you know, now it's Leonel Messi.

How tall is he?

He must have been way below on the charts for his age.

That's what the issues.

I had a cousin growing up whose mom basically made him take these, like,

these shots every day.

He took like an insulin shot, and then he took some growth hormone shot.

Because

when I say this kid was a pip squeak, I mean, like, I was maybe two years older than him, and I was probably like

five foot maybe

and he was still

three six three seven I mean just tiny 90 pounds couldn't put on weight couldn't do this I didn't see him for a couple years and then all of a sudden we were at some you know family gathering and I'm like I go yo who the is that tall Yao Ming looking in the back

and my aunt goes oh that's your cousin Jesse and Jesse who then like, hey, how you guys doing?

K.

Morgan goes, hey, man, how you doing?

What the?

What are you feeding that thing?

Like,

growth or that's what did it to you?

I go to my aunt and I go, yo, you got any leftover of those pens?

Like, come on, juice me up.

Like, I could have been an all-star linebacker or something, man.

Put three more inches on me, 6'3?

Ooh, golly.

But again, if you take

six.

If you're 6'6, Rick, that's insane.

But if you take it when you're older, the problem is that it grows everything in your body, including your organs, right?

So it can make your liver too big.

It's not like you're not going to be able to do it.

Yeah, it's crazy.

Have you seen that surgery where they take part of your shin and then increase your height by two inches?

Yeah, yeah, that's right.

Stop it, please.

I don't think I kept that one.

Please, stop it.

Please.

Sean, how tall are you?

What?

6'9?

I'm 6'6.

I'm good with my height.

You don't need any more.

You don't need nothing.

Dr.
