Oh my god, I'm so excited about this episode.
I don't even know where to get started.
Thank you.
Number one, because of my guest.
Hi, Junch.
Thank you so much for doing this.
Thank you for having me.
Welcome to Canon DeLoos.
Thank you.
Yay!
And I already know that you're my kind of girl because you're like, let's have a drink.
Absolutely.
Who are we kidding?
We got coffee, we got lemonade, and cheers.
So this is a super special episode of Canon Daloos live.
First of all, I want to thank the Cosmopolitan for for hosting us.
Yes, and we found
this amazing spot here called the Rabbit Hole.
It's super cozy and cute.
I love it.
I love it.
Let me have a sip of my vodka.
I'm having a long day.
Already?
Already?
Oh, my God.
I remember I came from LA.
Oh, that's right.
You just drove in today.
But I have to say, it's a major honor.
Now, seriously, for a minute, because I love interviewing women that inspire me.
I love women that are strong, that are self-made, that are successful.
And when I found out about you, I was like, I want to meet this chick.
I have a chick crush on her.
I admire her.
And now that you're here in front of me, look, I have goosebumps.
So cute.
I'm not kidding you.
So cute.
Thank you, honey.
Thank you for having me.
Amazing.
So I didn't prepare the...
the questions or anything but I think that you and I have a lot in common that's what I noticed when I saw your story.
I ended up, I never really watched TV a lot, but I decided to watch a few episodes of the show you're in.
We're going to talk about that.
Because I wanted to know your personality.
And I realized you're an immigrant.
I am, yes.
Yeah, me too.
And you lost your whole family.
I did.
I did too.
Amazingly.
Really?
Yes.
And so when I saw your story, I was like, oh my God, we have like the same, we've been, and I think for people that have not been through that many times they don't understand how hard that is that's true you're right you know but I think I think people are empathetic yeah
they may not have that same experience but I think people empathize a lot with us totally but I also think and tell me if you agree a lot of people they see the finished product like oh gentile she's gorgeous she's successful she has this body she has this career but they don't see how much work it goes behind the scenes for you to get to this point.
Absolutely, you're right.
Nobody like you didn't come from a gazillionaire family, you didn't inherit your money.
Can you give us a little bit of the background how you got where you are today?
Well,
I was born into a pretty athlete family, right, before the war.
And when the war happened, I lost my whole family.
We lost our wealth.
Only mother and I survived.
So my mother was very strict, you know, when we came here to the States because I was her only hope of getting what she wanted again or having what she wanted.
The pressure.
Oh yes.
Oh yeah, my mom beat the success into me.
She really did.
I like that.
Yeah, so from that, I had a really good beginning.
My mother was strict, but she instilled so much ethic, you know, so much hard work.
So I knew I was going to survive.
I mean, you know, mom needed me to survive, you know, or it would be success, successful on me.
So,
yeah, so.
And then, okay, so then you lost your mom?
Yes, my mom passed away in 2017.
Mine too?
Really?
Yes.
In May 2017.
Oh my god, January.
I see, I know.
It's like,
I don't know if you believe in energy and karma, and I always believe people meet for a reason.
And when I saw your story and I saw you on the TV show, yes, it's a reality TV show.
But a lot of people are fake.
They're like putting on an act and everything.
And you were so real.
You were so open.
You would literally look at the camera like, this is me and this is what I want and I lost my family.
And I'm like, That's the kind of girl I want to be friends with because I am kind of the same, but it's so hard to meet somebody who's like that like you're totally willing to tell it like it is absolutely well
I mean there there is some editing a little bit to the show but for the most part as far as Murray Million goes we filmed in real time
nine months we filmed so everything was as it happened and there was no script no script now we're gonna get into the the reality show and by the way guys I have another person here we're gonna let him chime in in a little bit it's Nicholas Highlander.
He's a super successful singer in LA.
He flew all the way to Vegas.
He's going to perform here tonight.
So if you guys are watching, listening, please join us tonight at the Virgin Hotel.
It's like a super cool night with a lot of fantastic artists.
If you guys love live music, I'm going to let Nick say hi in a little bit.
But I have a million questions for you.
So that's your background.
Your mom passed away.
But can you talk a little bit how you build your career, how you build everything that you have?
because i like dozens of people sent that question when i told them i was gonna interview they're like ask her ask her how how how
oh god that's a really long story
like in a nutshell
okay so
working working working work very much so roll up the sleeves and work okay i'll try to summarize it right because we're going back you know over 25 years that when i started so i bought my first property at 19 because I knew I did not want you know to to rent forever okay as far as real estate goes so I worked my ass off like I had three jobs when I was like 17 18 saved up every single penny
on my very first property you were that young and you already had that kind of work discipline absolutely remember I told you my mother whipped success into me
she beat me you gotta work you gotta work you gotta work you gotta work
yeah but that's the part that I was telling you People don't see that.
Like they see you on TV or even our social media, because I'm not on TV, but they see the social media, like, oh, she's making aliens.
It's so easy.
Get a job.
They think like we're sitting by the pool drinking champagne all day, right?
I wish that's how it happens.
It would be nice, but it's not that.
That would have been amazing.
No, no, not at all.
So I worked my butt off.
And like I said, this has been going on for, you know, almost 30 years that I worked my ass off to get to where I am now.
but it takes a lot of different things you know discipline hard work you have to be ethical you know everything that I've done in my life as far as my work and success is very ethical you know I knew right and wrong and honestly like if you go down the wrong path or do something wrong you know what's
yes you can maybe make some money for a short time but it's gonna be taken away from you you know so I was I was very straight laced when it came to business
so I mean and how did you learn learn?
Because that's another question that a lot of people ask.
She's a real estate investor.
How did she learn?
Did you just have the skills?
Do you think it was in you?
A part of it, you know, I think where you come from and your upbringing does have a lot to do with what's instilled in you.
So like I said, my parents and my mom was very strict, right?
So I had that, but I also had this desire to learn.
And even to this day,
I keep, you know, I want to to learn more things you know I just don't have the time but you know I have this thirst for knowledge and you know not
necessarily power I don't really have a thirst for power I have a thirst for knowledge but knowledge makes you powerful yeah right yes and it's a good thing to have ambition to want to you know many times it's I'm saying women because I think women are much more criticized than men and I'm gonna ask Nicholas if he agrees when men are ambitious and men have careers and men make money everybody claps their hands when women are the boss
they get like oh my god what a bitch right do you get that a lot um yeah
you know
this way not you know not in front of my not in front of my face
people don't do it in front of my front of my face they might do it behind my back but it is a lot tougher as a woman to be successful because everyone you meet is intimidated yeah right and that's another reason I think maybe I'm not in a relationship now because it's very tough.
Maybe the same thing.
Yeah,
we're gonna get into that.
Tenamana, Tena Mana, Tenamana.
I only have 10 million more questions.
But because so many people ask about how did she build her career, how did she build her career, real estate is a cutthroat business and it's a male-oriented business.
So did you feel, especially in the beginning, that it was really hard for people to take you seriously, for you to get your little foot in there
well okay so in real estate you have a lot of different aspects of real estate you have to decide what part of it you want to go into do you want to be an agent do you want to be a real estate investor do you want to be a builder do you want to be property management do you want to do loans there's so many aspects that you i can't go into one thing right but as as an investor um i knew what i wanted from a very young age right so i saved up up all my money, got into it one property at a time.
And you're going to have to learn.
It's kind of like trial and error, you know?
So
you do it, you learn it, sometimes you succeed and sometimes you don't.
So it's really hard for me to give you a guideline of things.
It's not.
Now I do have on my YouTube channel advice or videos on advice on how to get started with that.
And I'm trying to make more.
Okay, awesome, yeah.
Because believe it or not, a lot of people, when they see a successful woman, it's the first question.
Either they think, oh, it's so easy, or they say, how the hell did you do it?
But like you said, work.
Work.
I get that all the time.
I get haters on my social media.
Just today, a guy wrote, you have 144,000 followers, go work.
And I said,
Mr.
Whatever, who do you think pays my bills?
Oh my God.
Can you believe the guy went through the choke?
Nick, chime in.
Nick, get in here.
Nick, get in here.
Let her.
He's like this super cute, adorable, successful singer, DeAndre Marcelli Bond.
Is there room for me here?
Okay.
Well, I can't vouch as your typical masculine man.
You know, most men think I'm gay, and even women too.
He's married to a gorgeous girl, by the way.
So I can't give a typical man thought.
I mean, I always admired lady with
power.
I mean, I like getting my ass kicked by my wife.
They're giving me a powerful power.
Yeah your wife, yeah, she's a mean, fabulous, hard-working, gorgeous woman.
Yeah, well she's Latino, right?
And she's the boss of you.
Yeah,
I'm her little bitch.
At least you admit it.
Natalie, you're the boss.
No, this is, you know, it makes life easier.
Yeah.
You know, I don't mind being a homedad, too,
but I do admire because especially, I always think that women,
their brain is more effective than men in analysis.
I like that.
Yeah, they can dissect things.
They're very thorough.
A man's mind is very, they think they're more assertive, but they make stupid decisions.
Like Putin and other people, they don't think.
They just go.
And a man, every man,
when he has a boner, the brain, all the blood goes to the downside.
That's so true.
So they can't even think.
So obviously, throughout history, the strongest man is brought down by a solid woman, including Samson and the, you know, all the stories because men, they're like, we're still cavemen, we're still booga boogie.
Listen, here's two powerful, strong women.
Yes.
Yay.
Cheers.
Cheers.
Come still.
This is a serious, happy hour, cat on the loose life from the cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.
That's my kind kind of episode.
Happy hour!
Okay, now that we got that out of the way, you got where you are because you work your ass off.
You didn't marry a rich guy, you didn't inherit everything that you have, you work.
And you work a lot to this day.
Yes.
Well, I work less now because...
But you deserve it.
I deserve it.
Well, I planned it this way.
I really did.
I don't work as hard.
I work smarter.
So I only work maybe two to eight hours a day
I want to learn how to do that I planned it for many many years
but you deserve it you know
okay so now let's get to the nitty-gritty dating okay first question of course we're in Las Vegas I lived in Las Vegas I had a house here like we were saying for many many years but I was married I have some friends in Las Vegas and you know it's a party city it's a city with a lot of tourists so a lot of people ask this question is it really tough dating here?
Yes.
But I think it's self-dating anywhere.
I agree, yeah.
But do you think it's a little tougher here?
Because most people here are tourists or not?
Well, it depends on what you're looking for.
I mean, like if you're looking for a relationship.
Yeah, but I don't, you know, honestly, like, I traveled the world and I have a lot of friends all over the world too that has the same issues.
Really?
Yeah.
So it's not like a Las Vegas issue.
Oh, no, no, not a Las Vegas Vegas issue.
I think it's a personal issue with each person.
Like, I have my issues, and that's the reason I'm still single.
But, you know, I just think it's not the right time.
God is making that perfect man for me, you know, coming from a different planet.
Totally, yeah.
Totally.
I agree with you.
But how is the data?
Nicholas is making like these little faces that I cannot explain what they are.
He's an alien.
So, but
I forgot what I was going to ask.
I was asking about the dating scene in Las Vegas.
Do you meet nice people here?
How is the dating scene?
Is it okay?
It's a mixed bag.
Yeah, okay, so for me,
it's definitely a mixed bag, right?
I'm not that...
Well, I am very selective.
I mean, to rephrase, yeah, very selective, meaning, but I'm not, I don't have a specific type,
really right all my boyfriends have been very different yeah and I was engaged you know
we're gonna talk about that
a couple times and my engagements have been different as well
so oh you were engaged a couple times yeah oh we're gonna talk about that
and I think I was proposed to you know a couple other times but I took it as a joke and I just laughed at her face
because there is this kind of thing in Las Vegas that people get a little drunk and they're like let's go to the wedding chapel and get married.
That's a little dangerous, right?
Right, yeah.
It's something that I probably would do knowing me.
Really?
What?
Because I have this tendency of doing impulsive, crazy things.
Now I'm getting better.
That's great.
Well, I don't know.
That's fun.
Like, getting married is right?
I would need some really, really good drugs.
Yeah, I would need like a lot of alcohol.
Yeah.
Okay, so let's talk about it because you're gay.
The TV show
So let's start from the beginning that the name of the TV show Mary Millions Mary Millions.
I watch this.
I never watch do you watch reality TV Nick?
I hardly watch TV.
Yeah, I hardly watch TV But when I heard about you, I'm like I gotta watch it because I want to get to know and the show is pretty interesting.
Yeah, it's about somebody that has a lot of money dating somebody that has no money.
And my listeners, just as a background, I was married to a gazillionaire for a very long time.
But
when I met him, I wasn't a millionaire, but I was successful.
I had my business, I drove a nice car, I already was a citizen of the United States because a lot of people said, oh, you got your green card through your husband, you're a slut, da-da-da.
So I know from being the poorer side, there is the prejudice.
When you are dating somebody that has so much more money than you, it doesn't matter how honest and nice and kind you are, there is always going to be somebody that's going to say, You're with the person for the money.
So, I know that's why the show, the dynamic of the show, is very interesting.
Because some couples, you look at them and you're like, Yes, it's a bad idea, right?
But some people fall in love for the person, not for the money.
Sure, yeah,
it happens every day.
So, how did you end up on the show?
So, Brian, my boyfriend, at that time, he's the one that submitted us.
Ah, he submitted without so brian let's just explain if you're okay like you can i mean it's public you can go watch it yeah yeah but brian was a construction worker and you were dating him
and so he saw an ad or something for the show i think so i you know he came across the casting for it somehow and submitted us and honestly he didn't even tell me he only told me after they were interested really
did you feel betrayed no no not really.
I mean, when he told me, I was like, oh, well, that's interesting.
Well, okay, well, they're interested.
So, okay.
Alright, now we have to go to that next step.
The interview, the interview, right.
So, I was really, I was scared shit because I'm like, I don't know, I want to do this, you know?
But he's like, you know, it'd be fun, come on.
So, but did you feel like he wanted the attention?
He wanted to be on, because obviously, TV for a lot of people, especially reality shows, it's a big platform to get attention attention and catapult your projects, right?
Did you feel that maybe that's what he wanted to do?
You know, honestly, I didn't know the intention of it.
I mean, I didn't think anything of that nature, but I'm sure it was, you know.
But, you know, I mean, him and I have spent a little bit of time in the past doing like background stuff, you know, on movie shows.
Oh, we've done that.
I mean, not a lot, but.
A little bit.
Yeah, how long were you guys together when you submitted for the show?
Just a few months.
Okay, so you went to the interview and they said we love you guys, come to the show.
Exactly.
When was that?
Oh, that was 2018.
Okay, so it was a few years.
It was just after your mom died.
Yeah, right after.
Okay.
I mean, the casting took about
a couple years, maybe.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, because I turned it down in birth.
Yeah, well, that's right.
Yeah, maybe a year.
I'm sorry.
I mean, it's a long time ago.
Oh, I don't remember.
Okay.
So they come and they literally film your real life in Las Vegas.
Absolutely.
They're asking us like, hey, what are you doing?
What's going on in your life right now?
Tell us at you know different times.
They'll ask him stuff and they'll ask me stuff separately
just to see what was going on and then they would all right I think we'll come to that.
And they filmed your real house, your real time together with him.
Absolutely.
Okay, so for the people that didn't watch the show, they're dating and of course she has this phenomenal mansion, beautiful house in Las Vegas.
And then, this guy, in the beginning, you didn't know where he lived.
I didn't.
See, but that was the beauty of the relationship, right?
And that's why the producers liked it.
Yeah, because we, yeah, we were still getting to know each other, so it was perfect.
But it was bothering you that you're like, I'm dating this guy, he's a construction worker.
Why doesn't he tell me where he lives?
Yeah, yeah, I mean, I didn't press it that much.
Remember, it was a beginning relationship.
Yeah.
That is where you're kind of like, okay.
I'm going to be honest with you, I would have pressed it.
Like, for me,
if I went on two-three dates with a person and we said, you're my boyfriend, I'd be like, I want to know the person losing.
Really?
Really?
Oh, okay, well.
I'm a little personal.
Just me.
Because, like you said, it ends up, turns out that you're hiding something.
Yeah, but you know, there's a timeline of knowing things sometimes.
And I'm okay with that.
Like, I'm really laid back.
I really am.
And maybe a part of me maybe didn't want to know.
Do you know what I mean?
We don't know.
So, since we have a man here, which is rare on my podcast, usually men run away from cat on the loose.
Let me ask your opinion.
You're dating someone.
Do you think there's a timeline until you ask the question?
Say honey, where do you live?
Can I see your house?
Why do only you see my house?
Yeah,
I like to have a little mystery at first.
It brings a thrill because you're not making your judgment based on what where the person lives you know if he's a mansion like
I'll be a gold digger I'll go with her you know or like because now men are becoming it's reversing women are becoming you know we are becoming the boss the boss and now the men the diggers yeah I see it a lot men like from Europe trying to get like passports for women rich women they're becoming toy boys and this
the dawn the supreme of men is declining finally which would mean no wars
because every war in the world was created by a horny man who wants to take over the world.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
And I mean honestly look at us.
We're a prize.
We're a prize.
We're a freaking prize.
We're gorgeous, intelligent, hardworking.
We pay our bills, right?
Absolutely.
I mean we gotta watch our back.
We gotta like do our due diligence for sure.
But this is also the reason I think that a lot of us women are still single, right?
Because now we're
fighting the nature?
I don't know.
Okay, so continuing the story.
This guy was hesitant.
Finally, he takes you to his house and you find out he was living with his parents.
Sorry, I don't want to be disrespectful to anyone, but he was like in his parties.
Oh, that's that's
that's a like even if that's even I'm I'm on the I'm I'm very not conservative when it comes to this, but 40 is crossing the line.
Oh listen, listen, listen, I know there's a story.
So no, I mean, no, he moved back in with his parents to take care of them.
Yeah, honestly, that's also save money.
Okay,
yeah, save money.
Because let's be honest, if you have money,
like
I'm all for taking care of parents, but you can still have your own place, you can pay for a caregiver, you can come a million times a day.
But you know, he's kind of a mama's boy.
But he admitted on the show.
You never date a mama's boy.
I know.
I did, and it was a disaster.
I was finding all this stuff out.
As we were filming,
and he admitted on the show, he's like, I'm not making enough money.
My mom cooks.
My mom does my.
And I'm like, oh my God, this princess deserves a bad like I felt.
I'm sorry.
That was the moment because I wasn't prejudiced about the money part so much.
But when he started, started like, oh, and it's comfortable.
And I'm again, I'm like, this guy is never going to go anywhere.
He's going to jump from his mother washing his underwear to Jentille washing his underwear.
He's not ambitious.
He's not going to...
She deserves better.
That was my opinion.
I'm sorry.
Right.
No, you're right, but you know, that's...
But that's why it made the team, the show.
So
watchable.
It's bingeable.
I was literally like, I had to watch every episode because I was like, please, God tell me she's not gonna marry him please.
You know the best thing I did in my life was when I divorced my mom.
I was tied to her ambivalent board so like my first girlfriend I was like 20
and then when I had a girl I realized that subconsciously my mom was my girlfriend and I was not moving up in life.
I was good in school, everything, but I was mentally captivated in the mommy's womb.
So finally I got
my girlfriend I divorced my mom and then my life changed.
I became a man.
But honestly like the guy in his 40s
I think that's a little much.
Yeah, that's much.
Sure.
I love her face.
She's like, if you guys are not watching now, I'm gonna put the videos as always on my social media because she's this little doll.
She's like, sure.
But I like him.
You liked him.
I did.
I did.
I mean, at the time, the dynamics worked.
I mean, it was okay.
Okay.
Finish your drink.
I'm going to take a two-minute break and we're going to get like spicier.
Because let's be honest, this guy was doing something that was really good
that made you mood up with his shit
for a while, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, he was funny.
Yeah.
He was.
And he was very, like, you know, he cared.
He really did.
He pretended to care very much.
I think he cared, but I mean, I think he liked you.
Yeah.
But I also think it was the convenience factor.
I'm sure there's a lot of different aspects.
And I tell you, one thing that I thought was, I know it's a reality TV show and we want to push the envelope, but I think it was the first episode, one of the first.
He's like, I'm a construction worker, na-na-na.
Of course, he said something like about how you like, he could do anything with his hands and like how she likes my hands and i'm like
you know you gotta have something yeah i mean i hope he was at least in that department i hope he was like top
it was all right
We're gonna be right back.
This is a super special Cat on the Loose live from the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
Thank you, Cosmopolitan, for having us.
I'm only down like half a drink and I'm already getting happy.
We are down the rabbit hole with Gentile Chun.
She's gorgeous.
She's a super successful, self-made entrepreneur and I love
you wanna make my day is when I get to interview successful hard-working women that inspire other women.
Go make your money people.
Go make your own money.
That's how we do it.
Work, work, work, right?
It looks easy because I know we're so freaking gorgeous, but it takes a lot of work to look like this.
We'll be right back.
Okay, we're back with Gentile.
This is probably the most fun episode ever, if not.
Is it?
Yeah, I think so, yeah.
I think the atmosphere, and I think we will hit it all.
Are you sure you're not just charming me?
No, I'm not.
That's one thing about me, and that's probably why I am still single.
I cannot lie.
Oh my god, like you talk too much, you say everything like it is, you put everything on the table.
I don't have that.
That's why I only interview people that I admire, that I like.
Because if I interviewed somebody that I don't like, I would tell them.
Like, to their face.
Yeah, I don't know.
I guess I need to buy filters somewhere.
Diplomacy, right?
There you go.
Yeah, diplomacy.
I was born without that.
No, I don't think so.
I think you're great with everyone.
I think you're great with everyone.
You have that personality.
You sweetheart.
And you're gorgeous.
And your hair is like, we got to get you like a shampoo
contract.
Look at her hair.
Okay.
Yeah.
Oh, it looks good, but it's pretty thin.
I'm working on it.
I love it, mind you.
Anyhow, the blonde and the brunette.
Oh my god, you know, it's going to be a long night.
And by the way, if you guys are in Las Vegas, please join us tonight at the Virgin Hotel starting at 8 p.m.
for a fabulous night of live music with a lot of co-artists, including Nicholas Highlander, who's a a super successful singer in LA and he came here to perform tonight on the virtual country.
He's in here, put your head in here Nicholas.
So guys come to the virginal throw tonight.
Nicholas at the virgin tonight.
8 o'clock.
Yes I am virgin for tonight.
Like a virgin.
Nicholas Virgin.
Okay so anyhow let's continue talking about the reality show because everybody wants to know the dirt, the behind the scenes.
You're dating Brian, he's a construction worker, nothing against construction workers, but you find out he lives with his parents.
And then you continue dating him.
Well, yeah, the show must go on.
Because you were filming?
Sure, that as well.
I mean, I'm going to be honest.
No, please, I love honesty.
So you were in doubt about him, but you wanted to continue doing the show?
Well, remember, all this revelation is starting to come out and you know it gets you know interesting.
yeah
stay in it obviously but yeah well okay i'm gonna i'm gonna say that there were scenes that
were not shown okay like but there were like real crazy fights oh my god that's the ones we want to see yeah i know yeah yeah i didn't see that let's call the producers they should go an episode like behind the scenes dirt
that would be trust me that would be good that would be really good i am going to put all this polls like uh who wants to see behind the scenes dirt.
Yeah.
Yeah, I wish I can see those too.
Would you date a guy that lives with his parents?
Yeah, that would be good.
Honestly, I would not.
I'm sorry.
I think that's like, I think there's some basic things, like have a job, pay your bills.
And I'm not saying be a millionaire.
I'm saying...
You know, pay your bills.
Right.
Well, obviously I
do.
Yeah.
That's why we're here, right?
Yeah, don't, like, if you're like 18 years older,
get the hell out of your parents' house, right?
Yeah, but okay, but all of us, right?
Haven't we been in situations probably in the past where we end up back at our parents' house for whatever reason?
Well, we didn't have that off.
I didn't have that option.
Did you?
I did.
I mean, there's your mom.
Yeah,
in my 20s.
I mean, yeah, I started, you know, I was successful, but there were times when I wanted to get back you know to my mom
but like you said your mom wasn't like oh yeah sweetheart live with me I'm gonna cook for you I'm gonna do your mom was like you need to work you need to make money you need to be successful she was pushing you to do something with your life that's a big difference true true but you come back home sometimes not maybe physically come back home but you go to your parents and you're like hey mom
I need money maybe you know or something.
Can you help me out?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay, so back to Brian.
I have to ask, and I am so sorry.
And a lot of people send that question as well.
What
did you see in that guy?
Was it the sex?
Well, the sex came later because I'm not easy.
Oh, oh, so he went on a girl.
How did you meet?
We met because I hired him to work on one of my properties.
Oh
my god.
Yeah, okay.
So
no,
no, he was so funny.
Like no he had to win me over.
He really did.
Like he worked really hard winning me over during the time that he was working for me.
Did he invite you on like did he ask you on out on date?
Well yeah he tried to you know so the first several times you know working together he was like yeah I'm gonna you know he would joke around like he was so funny.
You have no idea.
Like when he at his best he was so funny.
okay it was that humor that kind of won me over and then he took finally you said okay take me on a date yeah finally after several tries I'm like okay fine we'll go hang out I forgot where we went though honestly please tell me you didn't go to your house on the first date
I think we ended up there
no yeah I think we ended up there you know because we went no but no no no no so he didn't do anything well he did but you know we went to but but Well, we ended up at the house only because my house is so amazing that all my friends end up at my house every single night.
You might end up at my house tonight.
But I have to tell you, when a guy wants to take you on a date, you should let them, like Nicolas said, don't let them see your house right away.
Right, right.
Even like, I know it sounds absurd, but it's the truth.
You never know what the person's intentions are.
And unfortunately, a lot of people see that glamorous lifestyle and like, oh yeah, she's the girl for me you know so you need to be like wine and dine me now well I mean come on I mean the situation didn't call for the normal wine and dining it can be like a cheap bottle of wine it can be a coffee can I'm not saying they need to take you to the Picasso del Raggio but I'm saying let them be the man and take you out before they come see your world right you know and and honestly like I have this issue with dating where guys do ask to guys do ask to like come hang out or see my house usually very quickly.
Yeah, but that night I don't.
Yeah, like no, I'm not going to.
Especially because now it's out there in the public.
Oh yeah, no, no one comes over to the house now.
And by the way, Nicholas is just going like this with his head.
Yes, yes, yeah.
Do you agree, Nick?
Yeah, especially I think
from what I gather, the most virtuous part of a man that a woman can find in a man is a good sense of humor and chivalrousness.
Yeah, his sense of humor, I completely agree, but chivalrousness
as well.
Yeah, no, are you right?
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, so Alibaba, you didn't answer.
So what you saw in him was that he was funny?
That was the main thing.
I mean,
I don't know, there's a lot of other characters.
Come on, was the sex great?
Because he bragged about it.
Was it really fabulous?
Did he brag about that?
He's like, I'm construction work.
I mean, you don't know what his hands can do.
That was like techie guy.
No, he was good with his hands.
You know, I mean, okay.
Yeah, he was good.
He was the handy man.
Absolutely.
You know.
No, no, no, he was.
I mean, was it the hottest sex?
No.
Well, I'm not going to describe it as the hottest sex, but it was hot.
It was hot.
Okay, so you maybe didn't even have sex.
Yes, you did.
You love it.
Yes, you did.
Okay, so after you found out he lived with his parents, na na na na na na na.
You continue dating.
Okay, so the show goes on.
And then he proposes to you.
Yes, he did.
And why are you like, were you in love?
Like, I want to marry this guy, or were you doing it just for the camera?
You know, honestly, I don't know.
Sometimes you just get caught up in the moment.
Yeah.
And it's kind of like, okay, well, all right, let me me just kind of go with it.
Yeah.
And see what.
Yeah, you know, that was 2019, so we're talking about three years ago.
Yeah.
And my memory is not that great and it's still old.
Oh, shut up.
So, yeah, so details, I'm kind of bad with details.
Okay, so, but he proposed, and you said yes.
Then there is the scene that you are going to marry him in a chapel.
And your best friends are there, and they're telling you, don't do this, don't do it.
Was that orchestrated or were you gonna really marry him?
It wasn't orchestrated for sure, but remember there's some editing, okay, in reality.
I know, of course, of course, yeah.
The timing of how everything happened, obviously, might have not been like that in real life,
but that's how it was made to look.
But did you tell him right there and then that you weren't going to marry him?
Yes.
Well, when that
you saw the finale, right?
Ah, yes.
When I ran off.
Yeah, like you guys were in this chat boy.
Yeah.
And you were gonna marry, and then you walked into this room and
you told him you were not gonna do it.
Right, yeah.
Yeah.
And he did not know for real.
No, he didn't.
No, he didn't know.
So you brought the cameras in and you like told him, dude, I'm not marrying you.
Exactly.
What made you change your mind?
I mean, it was kind of everything.
Now, now, you are not drunk.
No, thank God.
Thank God.
No, and by then it was already crunch time, right?
Yeah.
So
yeah, a part of it was
everything coming back to me going, you know, okay, this is it.
Like you're at a chapel now.
Your friends are here.
And my friends are also in my ear and they've been in my ear the whole freaking time.
Thank goodness, by the way.
Sorry.
Yeah, well some people hate my friends for that.
No.
I think it's really hard and painful, but when you love a friend, you don't want that.
You see the mistake.
It's kind of easier to see when you're outside of the situation, yes, and you see it and you want to hold them like, yeah, I think that that's what it's.
I think if the person tells you what you want to hear, they're not a real friend.
I think real friends tell you the truth, even if you don't want to hear it.
That's why I love my friends, and that's why I'm so friends with my friends.
Yeah, you know, because I think they're amazing.
But the public doesn't see it like that, or some of the public doesn't.
But, I mean, so I did what I did.
yeah, and it was just was he pissed?
Oh, yeah, I mean, he was really sad, you know.
I mean,
yeah, he was sad, and he was upset, obviously.
But that day that we filmed, it was a long time.
Like, everyone was there for like, I don't know, seven hours or something like that.
So, it wasn't, it's not like it happened the way you guys see it on TV.
No, I know, it's like it took forever.
I've been, I worked in TV my whole life.
I grew up on sets, and I tell people, and they don't believe it, usually it takes four hours to shoot one scene.
Like a 20-minute scene.
And people think that it takes like half an hour.
It takes four hours, it might take six hours, you know.
Yeah.
It's a long, long shooting day.
It's a long day.
Long and emotional day, actually.
And then you went home.
But a lot of people send this question.
In your situation, you have assets, you're successful, you're welfare.
You wouldn't marry somebody without a pre-nook, would you?
Exactly.
But,
okay, so as far as the show goes, there's other couples that have that issue.
So with us, they didn't want us to bring that up.
Why not?
We talked about it when, you know, and my friends even talked about it, but I think the producers just decided they wanted the couples to be a little bit different.
Okay, but
you told him I want you to sign a pre-no?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
And what did he say?
I don't realize.
I love her.
Yeah.
I mean, we're not, we're not like, it wasn't like specific where okay we're gonna talk about this right now and it's a big deal it was kind of like we just kind of went with it but the day of the wedding you did not have a prenoff no no yeah so I mean you cannot do that right I'm sorry but when I married my husband he said oh will you sign a prenoff and I said absolutely I insist right
because if you're with somebody because you love them and you build something together after the marriage great yeah but I that's just my personal opinion and you guys can chime in I don't see how anybody marrying somebody with so much money thinks that you're entitled to that money if the marriage doesn't work because the marriage could not work right but you know I mean see during filming and stuff like
and also the
the producers kind of not doing that whole cream up thing and not mentioning it anyway
I didn't really think about it to have a conversation because we're so busy with all this other stuff, you know the filming and the scenes and the so I didn't even think about it at that time and remember they were like ah no talk don't talk prenup new home
on camera yeah or any yeah exactly or if we did they they cut it out I hear yeah what do you think about that do you think signing a prenup is fair if one person has a lot more money than the other Nick I want the guy's perspective
he brought the microphone well being a very wealthy affluent man
and all these chicks are chasing me here, I want to see your prenup first.
No, I think it's, see, I think if both parties are starting from their middle class or starting from scratch, there's no point.
I think the companionship should be like equal, like, I'm willing to die.
Will you dodge a bullet for me?
Will you take a bullet?
Same thing financially.
Why is a bullet any different than a dollar?
You know,
so I think we're in it.
If we're committing, we we have to sacrifice something
and it we're making like a covenant so being willing to share that's how strong a relationship must be if you're really commit going that far it's not don't get married but if you're really assertive and you know this is my other half then I think yes but in your situation that's different because there's an ulterior motive
that people have and nowadays both men and women, you know, it's a reputable, it's something that happens more and more often and unfortunately we have to be careful.
So I would say protect it.
Yes.
And they know they should agree, yes.
Totally.
No, yeah.
Like I said, if somebody loves you, it's just my opinion.
I love you.
I don't care about your house.
I don't care about your car.
I don't care about how much money you have in the bank.
Well, I mean, you know, to defend Brian on that, I mean, that's what he was, you know, that's what he was saying.
No, I mean I don't think he had those other motives, but you never know, whatever, right?
Yeah, you never know.
Yeah, so you broke his heart, you didn't get married, and then there was one extra episode that you guys had coffee or something together and he wanted to get back together with you.
And I was very impressed because you were firm.
You were really firm, like usually girls like cave in and you looked him in the eye and you're like, no, we're done, sweetheart.
Yeah,
that was also the show wanting to go into season two.
But you knew you were not gonna go back together with him.
Oh, absolutely not.
I was already starting to see someone else
during that, you know, for season two.
But do you think he wanted to go back together with you, or that was just for TV?
Oh, no, I mean, I don't know.
I mean, maybe he did.
Because, you know, he does have a sincerity about him.
Yes.
Yeah.
You know,
he really did.
But I discovered as we're filming and all this stuff that's happening who he really was as a person.
What do you mean by that?
Ah, you mean like everything?
Yeah, everything that came out.
And, you know, you remember you get to see people in a different light too.
Yeah.
As, you know, as you're working together or as you're doing all these different things.
Now, during the filming, they kept us apart a lot on purpose.
Really?
Right?
Yeah.
Reality.
So it's kind of like we want it to be authentic.
We want it to happen.
So we're not going to plan anything.
Don't talk to each other.
kind of like that so I hear there were a lot of elements of that I hear but I discovered who he was as a person well do you think he was fame hungry
I don't know I mean
maybe I mean I think he liked being in the spotlight yeah yeah there was so you broke up with him did they invite you for a second season with somebody else or that's it
Originally, yes, there was supposed to be someone else that came on season two.
And?
And it didn't happen because that person changed their mind
you were dating someone and you said no yeah only because of the aspect of reality where he couldn't control his image and he knew that a very successful guy actually yeah that see that's the thing and usually successful people don't want to be on reality TV because they don't need it they don't want the fame and they want to prepare the privacy exactly and that's why I turned it down the first time
yeah
do you regret it or was it fun oh I think it's a lot of fun I don't regret it but I think also they didn't make me look that horrible.
They made you look fabulous.
Yeah, I mean, I'm going to be really, really honest with you.
There was nothing they could make you look because you're so real.
You literally look at the camera and you're like, this is what I want.
This is who I am.
I want a relationship.
I want a family.
This is my house.
You didn't like fake to make believe anything.
So you were you.
True.
And I think that shows through.
And that's why I admired you.
I'm like, oh my god, I gotta meet this chick.
I want to be her friend no no you're right
you have a good point there yeah so after the show
you went back to dating how do you meet people in Las Vegas
dating apps no I'm not on any dating apps
I'm just hoping that you know he'll just show up at my door and just knock on my door so okay that but but a lot of people want to know this they send this question have you been on dating apps what do you think about dating apps do you like dating apps do you hate dating apps I have not been on any dating apps ever no ever yeah okay i are my friends are they tell me the good and the bad yeah yeah
yeah and for me i don't know i just i i i'm very old-fashioned right now or i am old fashioned so i just think i'll meet that guy the authentic way somewhere like maybe some friend introduces you to someone absolutely or he might walk by right now yeah or maybe they're emailed
suppose you happen to be into polygamy.
Maybe it's gonna be tonight at the Virgin House.
Maybe.
You just need to put yourself out there and give it up.
That's how I am too now.
I have been on dating apps.
I try dating apps.
I think it's a mixed bag.
A lot of people lie on dating apps.
They're like, oh, yeah, I want a relationship, but they just want like quick sex overnight.
So now I agree.
I decided like I wanted to be organic.
And I do these crazy things.
If you guys guys listen to my podcast, I go on this man diets.
A man diet is like when you take a break from dating, like for a month, two months, two months, and you kind of concentrate on yourself and your project.
And many times, that's when you meet somebody organically.
Exactly.
So, I highly recommend it, girls.
Man diets.
It's good for your mind, good for your body, good for your heart.
Okay, all right, yeah, I'll have to look into that.
Yeah, so we'll chat more.
Maybe you should come to Beverly Hills because maybe your prince is there and we can go out and about.
You never know.
Sounds good to me.
You have an open invitation.
Okay, thank you.
Oh my god, this is awesome.
I really appreciate you coming by.
Thank you.
This is so much fun.
So, okay, before I forget, because there's so many questions that I got for you, I have to ask, because there were so many boys that asked, are you dating someone right now?
No.
No, I'm available.
You're single and ready to mingle?
Yes, I am, yes.
okay so guys i think there were like more than 30 guys
yeah good question oh oh she should dating is she take and what's going on with her is she single and ready to mingle okay but if you're gonna send me like a dm or an email or a text because you know my number is out there my information is out there yeah if you're gonna do that please please send a good photo okay yeah don't lie on photos yeah please yeah i mean don't send the photo from like 10 years ago right right and make it you know uh you know something recent Yeah.
Let me see your like a good photo, not like, you know, have a job, not your dog, not your boat, not your motorcycle.
Not your fish that you fished last weekend.
At least send that.
Now if I don't respond to you, then there's your answer.
Okay, so let's do, we have like a few more minutes left.
Let's do a minor list of the things that like people have to have to date you.
Do you have a few basic qualifications?
Oh, okay.
Like we just said, don't live with your parents, right?
Yeah.
That's like a no-no.
Right, yeah, okay, not now.
Don't live with your parents.
Well, unless it's whatever the situation, just let me know what it is.
But,
okay, so I like to be attracted to that person.
So physically, they do have to look a certain way, right?
Do you have a type?
Like tall, blonde.
Ah,
well, okay, yeah, okay.
Black, white.
Oh, are we going to go there?
Oh, okay.
All right.
Do you have a specific physical type?
I do, I do.
So I've dated mostly mostly Europeans, right?
So my exes have been Greek, Italian, French.
I do like taller men.
Six.
I do chill.
And I never date taller men.
I wear high heels.
Is that okay?
No problem.
No cross dresses.
Oh my God, yes, please, no.
And by the way, did you know the number one lie that men put on their dating profiles on dating apps is the height?
The way.
Way!
When a guy tells you they're 5'8, they're 5'5.
When a guy tells you they're 6', they're like 5'8.
Guys, honestly, stop lying about your height on the freaking dating profile.
When we show up on a date, I'm 5'4.
How tall are you?
5'2.
Yeah, so if I put heels and I'm 5'4 and I have 5-inch heels, and you tell me you're 6' and you're shorter than me, guess what?
You're lying.
You're a lying.
Don't lie about your height.
It's stupid.
But men do that all the time.
Please don't lie.
Now I have dated shorter men than that because it was their personality, right?
Like what's your minimum?
Where would you cut it?
Yeah, that's too much.
5'8 ⁇ , 5'9.
5'8, 5'9?
Oh, that's too short.
Yeah, maybe 5'10.
5'10.
5'11 ⁇ .
You know, right around the 10th.
I mean, 6'6 is nice.
That's like a nice 6'2 I would put at the top.
Oh, yeah, that would be a drink.
6'4 I think is a little too tall most of my exes have been 6'2 6'4 why 6'4
yeah
most of them so you want to be a lot smaller than your guy yeah I like to feel like
to lift you up
yeah I like that
how about muscular beach body heavy husky you know that part might not matter I do like them balanced you know so I mean you don't have to be ultra muscular or ultra athletic but I don't want a huge belly or anything like that right right, like
yeah.
Be in shape, take reasonable care of yourself, you know, because obviously you're a freaking Barbie, you're so tiny, you're gorgeous.
Yeah, of course.
Someone that you know would look
comparable to me.
Now regarding work,
do you want a guy that is super ambitious, super successful?
You know, honestly, I've discovered that if anyone has less than me, it hasn't worked out well because of, you know whatever's in the because of all of these things that we are saying the the entire podcast yeah exactly so i would so let's eliminate construction workers
sorry guys like let's eliminate construction workers there are some that i mean if you're the owner of the construction company yes if you own the construction company yes that's okay so be successful be ambitious but you know that's the funny thing when i say that i want an ambitious guy successful guy i get this backlash You're a girl, digger.
No, I don't want their money.
I pay my bills, but I want a guy that,
yes, that pays their rent, that pays their bills, that can take us to a nice restaurant, have a nice drink.
There's nothing wrong with that.
No, we want a guy that's not intimidated by us.
Bingo.
Yeah.
You just said that.
We want you to be able to stand on your own feet and to be secure.
Yeah.
You know, being with us.
That's it.
Someone that can make you laugh.
Yeah.
Yeah, if you're married to a successful man who's just a boring, like, mundane.
No, I cannot have that either.
Do you want a guy that gives you great sex?
Because to me, that's on the top of my list, to be really honest.
I want to have a hot and heavy sexual life.
Well, you know, size does matter.
It does?
Absolutely, it does.
Okay.
There you go.
I'm alright.
We'll be right back episode.
You have to put that in the description.
No, yeah.
Six foot.
So you want a guy with...
Oh, come on.
This is a sex foot.
This is minimum.
Eight inches minimum, maybe?
And that likes sex food.
And pick up what's the diameter.
Three inch diameter of minimum.
And you want a guy that likes sex.
Yeah, absolutely.
I want a guy.
There you go.
I'm glad.
You know why I'm bringing this up?
Because it's so important.
And I encourage women all the time on my podcast.
It's okay.
Let's normalize that women want to have great sex.
Absolutely.
Fear is not just men.
We're not sluts because we want to have great sex.
Right, right.
No, no, we get like cuckoo and crazy over you if the sex is amazing.
Yes!
But you know, I was dating a guy that was really, really nice.
He had all the requirements.
When we finally went to have sex, he's like, I'm not really into it.
I haven't had sex in so long.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
I'm like, I'm sorry.
I had a lukewarm swarm of sex during my marriage.
I'm not gonna go to that again.
With all the respect, I want hot and heavy.
Oh, yeah.
If I'm going to sleep without having sex, I sleep with my dogs.
Well, yeah, no, I'm into that too, but you know, I'm getting older, so I get tired easily.
So you're going to have to do all the work.
As long as you're okay with it.
90%.
But just the fact that they're going to get to sleep with you, it's such a price.
Right?
Yeah.
Come on.
If you see my bed, like you're there or anything.
Okay, so you guys heard it.
Be hot, be tall, be successful, have a fabulous dick.
That works.
Don't live with your parents.
What else?
Am I asking for too much?
No, no, he's out there.
He's out there.
He's out there.
We deserve it.
You're going to get it.
Yes.
Thank you so much.
This was so much fun.
We're going to go get another drink and then we're going to go to the Virgin Hotel, listen to some music.
This was an amazing episode of Candaloos, and I hope you come back.
Absolutely.
And we'll do our next episode in Beverly Hills.
Okay, that sounds terrific.
This was a great Candles, guys.
Cheers.
And please, if you guys are listening, I am going to put all the videos because she's gorgeous and she's so much fun.
She's my kind of girl on Cat Zamudo and Rio Catandalooz.
And there are some videos already on her Instagram, which is just your name.
What is your Instagram?
Tell my audience.
Janti.chung.
Oh, Jantio.chung.
Can you spell it for the people that don't know?
G-E-N-T-I-L-L-E
dot C
H H U N.
Amazing.
And you know what?
You're super successful.
You're gorgeous on the inside and out.
Congratulations.
You do deserve all the success and all the love in the world.
And I am so happy you've been married, Brian.
Sorry.
Oh, no, Brian.
You deserve it.
Watching this.
Brian, I'm sure you're really nice, but not for her.
Yeah, she deserves it.
We knew.
Bye, guys.
I'll see you soon.
Thanks for joining us.
