Hi guys, happy Tuesday.

I am so excited because I'm here with a super special guest, Ayla Adams from The Naked News.

Hi, Ayla.

Hi.

Thank you for having me.

Thank you so much for doing this with us via Zoom.

You're in Canada, right?

Yes.

I hope I get to meet you in person when you come down to Miami.

Yes, please do.

Come to that event that I invited you to in Orlando.

That's a done deal.

So, I mean, I want to jump right on it.

I told people that listen to my podcast, those of you guys that don't know, you've got to Google it, Naked News.

Basically, it is news that you guys tell completely naked, correct?

Correct.

So the program's been around since 1999.

I've been there since 2009, but it's exactly that.

It's a full news program with sports, entertainment, and of course the news.

I also write a naked workout segment called flex appeal so it's just a super fun show i love it that is amazing so how did you get into this

well as i said i'm i auditioned in 2009 so i had just finished college and i had already done some nude modeling and stuff like as soon as i turned 18 i like took my clothes off immediately

and I went to school for fashion.

I wanted to be a buyer for film and then I ended up in a job where I don't even wear clothes.

So,

yeah, so they just offered me like a salary and a job with benefits.

And it was just a really good opportunity at the time.

And here I am over 10 years later.

Unbelievable.

So, all right, so a few questions there.

You said you started, you were super young, right?

Because you're still really young.

Did you get it?

I'm only 33 now.

Yeah, so you said you started taking your clothes off.

Obviously, you're super comfortable with nudity.

I always was as well.

I've gotten, and I never did anything completely naked, so I super admire you.

First of all, I want to make that clear.

I think it's amazing.

But the question is, did you get a lot of backlash from your family, friends when you started doing it?

Not at all.

My mom actually appeared on Naked News.

And I interviewed her while I was naked and she was naked.

Oh my God, that is so cool.

So she had, she had always wanted to do Playboy when she was younger, but back in the day it wasn't as easily accessible as it is now.

Like you couldn't just message them on Instagram or whatever.

Like that was

in the 70s and 80s when she could have done it.

But yeah, so she did the interview and it was a lot of fun.

The fans loved it.

And yeah, so my family has always been super supportive.

I haven't got my grandma on the show yet, but here's hoping.

that is amazing so obviously you come from a super liberal supporting family

and how about your friends like people that knew you did you get a lot of backlash did you get a lot of negative critics or it was also always a positive experience the only like negative critics that I got were just like

people online I guess every now and then but all of my friends if anything they said that I've changed their views about about nudity, so they're a lot more comfortable being naked now just because they see how normal it is.

Yeah, I think you make it

exactly.

I think to me, that's the amazing thing.

I told you, my late husband used to love it, and it's God's honest truth.

And I think it's ridiculous that some women say, Oh my god, I would be pissed if he's watching naked chicks.

I think it's ridiculous.

I was always like, Yeah, that's so cute, they're gorgeous.

Who doesn't like looking at beautiful girls?

But I think a lot of women feel bothered by it do you agree

oh for sure but again you come from clearly a european background so europeans have a completely different view about nudity than uh people in north america so that should definitely change so even though it's legal to be topless in the streets in ontario

many women do not take advantage of that just because

just because of men yeah

they're afraid well and also i think a lot of women women are afraid of

how are people gonna look at us?

What are they gonna say about us, right?

It happens to me all the time, and like I said, I've never even done anything completely naked.

The most I've done is like super sexy photos, and it's unbelievable.

I don't know if it's because I live in the United States, and I think, like you said, it's not such an open-minded culture, but I get tons and tons of messages telling me, Oh, it's way too sexy.

Oh, I can't believe you're showing so much.

And I'm like, I'm not even showing my boobs.

Sometimes I like doing sexy pigs.

No, I know.

And look, I agree.

I don't care.

It just amazes me how many people have like comments when a woman starts showing their body.

I actually think it's, you know, more power to you, more power to whoever the hell wants to show their body.

Yeah, to me,

having

being naked promotes like a healthy lifestyle i think like you're totally accepting of your body exactly how it is then that's the best way to be i feel i could not agree with you more now do you think you're not married right you you have a boyfriend yes yeah so how long have you been with your boyfriend

It's relatively new and normally when I do interviews or podcasts podcasts or anything, I always say that I'm single.

But I decided today that I would admit that I do have a lawyer.

And we met during COVID.

So it's still relatively new.

But yes, I'm very happy.

Well, congratulations.

But so before him,

did you feel men treat you differently because of what you do?

100%.

That was always one of the most difficult things about being in this kind of industry is

finding a guy who's not jealous, is secure enough with themselves, who respects you as well.

That was always my biggest struggle to find guys like that.

It's exactly the same with me.

I think the biggest problem I have with dating, and I always tell men that, and tell me if it's the same for you.

Right before I date them, I tell them, this is what I do.

I have a podcast.

I talk about sex, blah, blah, blah.

i work on my instagram i need a guy who is super secure and feels good about himself and they're like in the beginning they all tell me oh yes it's me i don't mind it

and then after a while i realize that it really bothers them yes yeah even more so when you're naked for a living like you have to yeah find a guy who's completely secure like my boyfriend doesn't have any social media so i think that really makes a big difference because I used to get into fights with one of my ex-boyfriends about my social media lobby.

But you're posting something too sexy.

I'm like, this is my job.

Like it doesn't concern you.

Oh my, it's so funny you said that because that's exactly what I always tell men that date me.

They need to understand the difference between our jobs and what we do and our private lives.

And yeah, everything I post is like jobs.

it's things I'm promoting, the podcast that are other brands.

And it's funny that a lot of men don't understand that,

yeah, I don't get it either.

But then again, women are more confident and powerful than ever.

I agree, but so I agree with that.

But do you also think that now, because we are more confident than ever and we feel independent and we work and do whatever the hell we want, a lot of men feel even more intimidated by women like us?

yeah.

But it's time for those men to get on board.

Like

you're getting left behind.

So we're moving ahead of you.

We, a lot of women don't even need men anymore.

They've got huge vibrators, there's artificial intimidation.

Like, women don't need men.

Men need women more than women need men.

But I love men.

I would never want to be without women.

So I just think that those kind of men who are intimidated by powerful women just need to get over themselves and

yeah, just accept that it's happening.

Yeah, I love you.

You're amazing.

The way I see it, I think your job really empowers women, even the women that don't want to be naked.

I'm not saying that everybody has your personality.

It's tough to be on camera.

You need to be so insanely comfortable about your body.

And obviously, you're gorgeous.

But I'm saying that just by looking at what you do, I think you're just sending a message that women can do whatever the hell they want.

They can be whatever the hell they want.

And by the way, they should show their bodies as much as they want.

So if there are girls out there listening to you, they're like, oh my God,

I would never do that.

Even like taking a sexy picture, I hear that all the time from girls.

Oh, but I'm fat and my belly is not perfect and I have cellulite.

What would you say to girls out there?

Start working out.

If you think you're fat and you have cellulite, it's time for you to work out.

Like exercise gives you endorphins.

Endorphins make you feel good.

So if you start exercising, you're no longer going to feel fat.

Your cellulite is probably going to go away and you're just going to feel better about yourself in general.

I will always promote exercise as the key to a better life.

I could not agree with you more.

So your show,

you actually do a naked, completely naked workout.

Yeah, so it's called Flex Appeal.

And I've done every workout you can imagine naked.

The hardest part now, since I've been writing it for so long, is coming up with new workouts that look good naked because obviously not everything is flattering naked with your boobs flying everywhere.

Oh my god.

That is so funny.

Where can people see that?

So it's at nakednews.com.

It's the show's online and pay-per-view.

I also have a fan site where I do weekly naked workouts at tempted.com slash profile/slash ayla adams.

You can check that out as well.

But yeah, there's

many different archived workouts on the site at Naked News.

Oh my god, that is so cool.

I definitely got to try that.

It's an incentive to work out and do something fun and get more in touch with your body.

I know that I probably wouldn't have stayed in such great shape over the years had it not been for these naked workouts because I'm always seeing myself on camera.

I'm always checking myself.

And yeah, so I think that the naked workouts have really been great for me

I'm gonna try that and then I'll let you know how I feel about it I don't know if I can do it and look at my body in the mirror at the same time

No, I agree.

I'm game for that.

I think it's all about move, move, move, keep moving.

It keeps us young.

It keeps us going.

It's good for your body.

It's good for your soul.

It's good for everything.

So how many times a week do you do the naked news

i'm there well i was there monday to friday but i just moved out of the city so now i'm just there a couple of times a week because i'm about 40 minutes away from the studio now so i have to take a step back because i bought a house far away from the studio but it's a good thing yes you live in where you live in toronto right canada yes i'm just about 40 minutes outside of toronto now

amazing so guys if you want to look at her work uh nakednews.com right they don't have Instagram, do they?

I didn't find it.

No, our Instagram got shut down three times.

So we just had to pick it up.

I wondered why, you know, sometimes they censor the silliest shit.

Yeah.

Yesterday, I...

Yeah, we've got a Twitter account and a Snapchat account.

That's why, because I was like, where the hell is their Instagram?

You know, it's fun you said that because I, like I said, I never post naked.

At the most, I do a few daring sexy photos.

So yesterday, in your honor, I don't know if you saw saw my post, I did like,

but I was hiding my boobs, I wasn't even showing my boobs.

And Instagram took the post down

in the morning.

They sent me a message, like, oh, we think you're soliciting sex.

So, yeah, it's infringing our guidelines.

And then they said, well, you can appeal.

And so I appealed.

And I was like, what the hell are you talking about?

It's about a podcast.

And by the way, I'm like, it's a tribute to Britney Spears.

Yeah, it was almost exactly like Britain.

Exactly.

Yeah.

And so then after half an hour, they were like, oh, okay, sorry.

And they put the picture back.

But I'm

but, but you know, I'm thinking, like, what a bunch of hypocrites.

Like, seriously, there is so much worse crap.

And this is the thing that bothers me.

Most of the time, these things happen when there are posts of women.

You know, men.

I prefer Twitter.

Exactly.

Like men,

they can post anything they want.

If you look, they're like stripper clubs with posts of strippers inviting men to go there.

No, seriously.

I was just doing one because I have a really good friend from Dubai in Las Vegas today with his wife.

And he was like, oh, we want to go to a stripper club.

And I said, you guys got to go to the, I think it's called Doll House or Girl House.

I forgot.

It's Floyd Mayweather's club there.

And yeah, it's super cool.

It's like very high-end if you like to do that with your partner and then I went to look at their Instagram and sure enough there's like 10 million videos of girls, you know semi-naked half naked showing their entire ass a lot very erotic much more than what we do much more erotic and it's actually a place where people do spend money for sex yeah yeah who knows how they're keeping their accounts alive but yeah i just that try not to post too much sexy stuff but i of course have had many posts taken down.

Yeah, well, your posts are super well-behaved.

I like the non-well-behaved on Twitter.

I gotta, yeah, I gotta follow you on Twitter.

I don't use my Twitter much.

I gotta follow that.

But on Instagram, you're probably being, you know, non-naked because you're afraid they're gonna take your account down, right?

Of course, of course.

I would be naked on any social media.

Hopefully a new social media will get started that

promotes nudity more.

Yeah, maybe you guys should do the naked new social media.

That's a good idea.

I would love to come up with a new platform.

There you go.

Yeah, so that's a good idea.

You guys can talk about it.

I'm game for it.

And actually, I gotta ask you another question.

You're super young, but

I'm not as young as you are.

I'm in my 40s, although I do feel super young.

I feel like I'm aging well.

Like you said, I take care of my body.

I inspire myself on J-Lo.

I think she's amazing.

And the older she gets, gets the more she shows her body oh it's crazy i've had people tell me believe it or not the past few years oh my god you're getting older cover up cover up once i turned 40 people like stop this and when they told me that

it was kind of like a trigger to make me do even sexier things and push the envelope Because I'm like, no, it's the opposite.

Now I'm going to show more.

I'm going to do whatever the hell I want.

I'm going to be out there because life is short.

And I think women of all ages should show their bodies.

How do you feel about that?

I completely agree with that.

Like the other day it was my granny's 82nd birthday.

Wow.

And one of my, and I put a little post on Snapchat being like, oh, I wonder what my boobs will look like when I'm 82.

And he was like, that's going to be, and one of my fans reached out to me and said, that's going to be 2070 when you are 82 and what your boobs will look like in 2070.

I was like, wow, I'm going to take as many naked photos as I can so I have something to look back at when I'm 82.

But of course, if I'm still getting naked at 82, that would be great as well.

Which you probably will.

I hope so, because I definitely love the nudist lifestyle.

Yes.

It's so fun to go to a nudist resort and just be out naked, just hanging out with other nudists.

Nudists are the coolest people ever.

Why do you think so many people have such a problem with the subject and such a problem with nudity in general.

Do you think it's cultural?

Do you think it's prejudice?

For sure, cultural,

just all those things.

It's just the individual person who just has a problem with themselves.

It's a problem with themselves.

It's not the problem with other people.

When somebody hates on somebody else, it's a problem with that person who's hating.

Yeah, I couldn't.

They're just literally jealous.

They wish that they would be able to be comfortable naked, but they have whatever's hindering them from doing that.

So, yeah, it's just their own problems yeah i think you're right absolutely so what do you say to the critics do you get a lot of negative criticism from men or or more from girls not not really from online i rarely get trolls only because i think that people see on my social media that i never interact with trolls so some people will message back and clap back and respond and whatever that's what those people are looking for they're looking for your

attention so if i ever see some sort of comment that says slut or something i'm gonna respond but i rare get the comments anyway yeah i i usually do respond but i respond with love like if somebody says something really nasty to me i'm like okay love you have a wonderful day i wish you a great life

yeah they want a negative reaction and you're giving them

exactly that's what i do but but maybe you are right maybe it's better to like just ignore it because i think it's so fun ignore it or respond the way that you're yeah and i think i always tell people there are over 800 million Instagram accounts in the world.

If you don't like what I do, if you don't like what you do, just freaking go look at somebody else, but you don't have to be nasty and call us names.

And

I get a lot of positive.

I get more positive than negative, but I get tons of trolls and negative comments as well.

Do you?

No, not really.

You're lucky.

Again,

it's because I just don't

interact.

I don't respond with that.

Probably.

You're probably right.

I would love to meet your mom.

Do you have a picture of your mom on your social media?

Uh, she hasn't done anything for a while.

She did do like a sexy naked photo shoot for her boyfriend a couple of years ago.

Uh, so yeah, she would, I don't think she would come on the show again,

but maybe she's like, um, how old is she now?

I think she's 54 now.

But you guys are proof that you can be comfortable, and sexy, and happy, and naked at at any age.

Yeah.

That is so amazing.

So what would you say to a girl out there that sees your work, that actually likes being naked, that is interested in this line of work, but is a little intimidated or maybe someone that doesn't have such a supportive family as yourself?

Well, there have been girls on the show that haven't had that support from family and they just did what they wanted to do anyway.

You can't stop, you can't allow other people to prevent you from living the way that you want to live.

So, I would tell them to just come and audition, see if it's for you, and if your family is going to disown you for it, well, maybe you need a new family.

Maybe it's better to be happy and be accepted, whatever way you are, whatever you do, right?

Yeah.

So, what were you doing before Naked News?

Were you doing naked modeling?

Yeah, I did

naked workout video and naked cooking show.

I did lots of naked modeling.

So the naked news was just the natural trifecta for me after the naked workout video and naked cooking show.

But

I started getting naked news now.

And then I started at Naked News even younger.

So I didn't even have a lot of time to build up another.

career really this this has been my career for so many years this is it obviously you're doing super super great at it

you're amazing now before i let you go how did you meet your boyfriend

we met on bumble really that was gonna be my next question did you meet on dating app yes

we met on bumble i swiped right on him i love bumble because it gives women the power so it prevents a lot of the the creeps from messaging you so yeah i messaged him on bumble and we just hit it off right away but i really think that the guy not having social media makes a huge difference yeah i had guys that i dated that didn't have social media and as funny as it is it kind of was bad for me because they were like so private I was dating one guy that I really liked and he in the beginning said, I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine.

And then he was so private when he looked at mine, he thought I was like too exposed.

Oh, I guess because you're like talking about him on the podcast, too.

So, it's not for everybody, but I told, yeah, I told my boyfriend today that I was gonna tell this podcast that I have a boyfriend.

Are you worried that you're not gonna get as many fans?

I'm like,

people don't want to file,

yeah.

I don't think I hope nobody's like, you know, that bad they're gonna stop following because you have a freaking boyfriend.

You deserve to be happy and have a personal life.

I'm excited to say that because you know, I'm super jaded about dating apps.

I talk about it all the time on this podcast, but because of a friend we have in common that I'm not gonna say his name because he's my secret sexy

guest,

he told me like two weeks ago, he said, You gotta try bumble, you gotta try bumble because maybe there are nicer people there.

I've been dabbling on it the past two weeks, I haven't gone on any dates yet because I'm on a man diet.

I don't know if you know that, I've been on a man diet

for three months.

I haven't really tried any others other than Bumble and Tinder, but I would always recommend Bumble only because, like, first of all, the creator of it is like a billionaire genius.

Yeah.

Oh, so smart.

And I just like that app in general just because I like being the man.

Like, you have to make the first move.

You have to say hello first, right?

Yeah.

Yeah.

And if you do

reach out to guys, one of the biggest complaints that I've heard from men about women on the app is that women don't put the effort into coming up with a cute, like, fun opening line.

Oh, really?

It'll just be like a hey or what's up or how's it going kind of thing.

Like put an effort into

coming up with a nice opening line like you would want a man to do.

Yeah, that's a good suggestion because I honestly don't do it.

I'm gonna, I usually just, the ones that I've tried, I'm just like, hi, how are you?

Happy Friday.

Yeah, maybe I need to put a little more effort into it.

That's the biggest complaint that I hear from guys is that women are just saying, hey, and then

they're supposed to be the ones that are continuing the conversation.

So make the effort to be the guy.

Yeah,

make the effort.

I love that advice.

I do think it has a little nicer people than Tinder from what I've been looking at.

And hopefully, I'll find a nice date in there, but I'll definitely let you guys know.

So far.

Also, if a guy's on an app like Bumble, he's probably not

intimidated by women because he's allowing an app for women to message him first.

So true.

He's already into

female empowerment.

Yeah, yeah, that's what we need.

Female empowerment.

We need some strong men with great personalities that are not intimidated.

But yeah, we definitely need men like your boyfriend who are not intimidated by what we do, who are all about women empowerment, who like sexy women.

And by the way,

our work does not mean we are sluts or whores or we're like everybody every night it has nothing to do with that nudity sexy pictures we have the right to do all of that and still want a nice healthy relationship right

yeah of course like your job isn't who you are it's a job yeah excellent pay the bills tell you buy

yes

I love you.

When you come to Miami, please, let's do another episode when we're together.

I can't wait to meet you in person.

I know I'm going to get like 10 million questions for you, so it would be a huge pleasure if you come back.

Of course, I love Miami.

I haven't been there in years, but I like going to 11.

I'm smart.

Yes.

Let's do it.

You're my guest.

And we'll bring our mutual friend, of course.

Done.

Oh, yeah, for sure.

Tell my listeners your Instagram, please, in case they want to follow your work and see your sexy nude workouts.

So I'm at Flexapeeler on Instagram, F-L-E-X-A-P-E-E-L-E-R, like peeling the clothes off at Flexafeeler on Twitter.

I'm at Flexafeeler on Snapchat.

You can also follow me on Naked News.

And you can check out my fan site, tempt.com/slash profile/slash/Kayla Adams.

Amel, whoa, amazing.

Thank you so much.

You're the sweetest thing in the world.

You're gorgeous inside and out.

And honestly, as a woman, I am super proud and honored to have you here.

And I think your work is amazing.

Congratulations!

Kudos to you!

Thank you so much for empowering girls out there.

I really, really appreciate it.

And she's frozen.

Thank God it froze at the very, very end.

I hope to get you naked soon.

Oh, you're back.

You got it.

Thank you so much.

I hope to get you naked soon, too.

Yeah, maybe when you're in town, we'll have a few drinks

and then I'm pretty sure I can do it.

I'm game.

I like being naked.

I'll start the naked workouts like right now.

Yeah, I love it.

See you soon, Ayla Adams.

Thank you so much.

It was such a huge pleasure.

Bye-bye.

This is Cat on the Loose, guys.

I'll see you again on Friday.

Thank you.
