Hey everybody, it's Alden here.

And this American Life's Seth Lynde.

Uh

yeah, and Seth Lynde.

Um happy May the Spaith, everybody.

Happy May the Spaith, y'all.

Yeah.

As Seth would say.

As I, Seth Lynn, would say.

Hold on a second.

Are you actually Seth?

100%.

I'm Seth Lynn.

Seth middle name Lynn.

You don't even know your middle name?

Okay.

All right.

Hold on.

I see what's happening here.

We got a voice filter.

There's no voice filter.

I'm

big boy, Seth Lynn.

I am.

Oh.

Hi, Alden.

It's Mujan.

Oh, hey, Mujan.

I'm glad you're here, too.

Yes, thank you.

You don't have to pretend to be Seth, you know, to make an announcement on the feed.

Seth is like more of a bigger announcement.

Like more people, if they listen to his deep, deep voice, like respect it more compared to my little voice.

And I know this is a big announcement, so I really wanted to like up my game.

Like,

I'll up it by being Seth Lynn.

No, no.

Mujan, you're you, and that's enough.

Okay.

Thanks, Zelda.

You're right, though.

We do actually have some big announcements for all of you this May the Spaith.

May the Spaith, obviously, for those of you who don't know, it's May the 8th, but

should we explain this to people who don't know?

If you know, you know.

Yeah, Yeah, if you know, you know.

And if you don't know, honestly, that's brain space you could probably be using for better things.

So, yeah, we do have some awesome announcements.

Mujan, would you like to announce the first thing?

Okay, this is a pretty cool one.

We're very excited about this for

an official audio selection of the Tribeca Festival,

which is a big festival run by Robert De Niro, as far as we know.

Ever heard of it?

We will not be meeting Robert De Niro, but our our show is an official selection.

We actually finished episode one of the Young Old Derf Chronicles ahead of schedule specifically to submit it for Tribeca.

Yes.

And it's going to be heard for the first time ever by the Tribeca judges.

So we're super excited about that.

Yeah.

Now, the episode won't be played in its entirety at the screening.

It's actually a two-minute trailer that we've put together.

The episode is only for the judges.

But if you happen to be in town, if you happen to be coming to Tribeca anyway, obviously we'd love to see you.

It'll be a great event with a lot of other cool shows and interviews with the creators of those shows.

And that's going to be on June 11th at 2.30 p.m.

Right.

We'll put more information about all the tickets and everything on our website and in our social media.

And on the Tribeca Festival website as well.

Now, listen, we're not going to ask you to travel across the country or across the world to come see a two-minute trailer.

But we do have a couple additional announcements that might pique your interest.

Yes.

And Alden, why why don't we make them in descending date order, ending with the biggest of them all?

Great.

That's a great idea.

Go ahead, Mujahide.

So first you got June 11th.

That's the Tribeca show.

Right.

Okay.

And then on June 8th, Sunday, June 8th, we're going to be having a show at UCB, not as...

members of Zix, but as members of Zix who aren't doing Zick stuff, doing a very fun show

to honor podcasts called the We Have a Podcast Show.

It's an improvised parody podcast show where we're going to create a new, brand new podcast on stage, kind of satirizing everything you know about podcasts, featuring us and some of our other podcast friends.

Yeah, and also, if you haven't been to New York or haven't been to UCB in a while, this is at their new space on 14th Street.

They just had their grand opening.

It's a really cool space.

So we are really excited to be back in the UCB doing a show with old friends and new friends.

So again, that's June 8th, 7 p.m.

Sunday.

Tickets are available at UCB's website or on our website.

And so, Mujan, let's continue with our descending chronology here.

And this one, I think this is the big one.

I think we need to do a drum roll for this one.

Descending order.

So, on June 7th.

Day before.

Day before, for those of you keeping score.

And this one is a classic Mission to Zix live episode featuring the entire crew.

That's going to be at 1.30 p.m.

at Caveat in Manhattan.

And of course, it will be complete with live sound design by Shane O'Connell, special guests of plenty, weird trivia with even weirder prizes, and all sorts of other stuff.

And of course, since it's during the day, we'll also have plenty of time afterwards to hang out with you.

So come on down.

That one's going to be super fun.

All seven of us are in town for Tribeca.

So we will be there at the show at Caveat on Saturday.

And we really hope to see you there.

It's going to be a blast.

Yeah.

Of course, it will be a brand new episode.

Is it going to be a sequel?

No.

Post-finale, pre-finale, random season?

Who knows?

Come Come find out.

And not only that, for both the improv show and the UCB show, you could also live stream it.

So if you happen to be in New York, you can get a live stream ticket and you can watch it from the comfort of your home.

Yeah.

So come say hi in person or

on the internet and it's going to be great.

I can't wait to do another live show.

It's been so long.

So I really hope to see you guys there.

Yeah.

Uh-oh, wait.

Alden, I think there's a knock at the door.

I think somebody's here.

Oh, okay.

Well, yeah, who is it?

Open the door.

Hey, yo, yo, boy.

Where is me, Winston?

Oh.

Wow, wow, Winston.

That's so weird.

You sound just like Seth did a little bit ago.

It's Winston.

Okay.

I can't wait to be at these shows as Winston Knoll, because as I always say, as Winston Knoll, I'm pop-pop-pop-pop.

Wow, I don't think I've ever heard Winston say that even a single time.

But actually, Winston, since you're here, why don't you tell us all some facts about yourself so we can get to know you a little better?

Sure.

I'm seven foot nine.

Okay, that doesn't sound right.

I own a farm in upstate Nebraska.

I I don't, do they call that Abstracts?

I got three pigs, six kids, eight jobs, and uh.

This is Winston from the show.

Are you sure?

My job is to joke.

Oh, okay.

Now, that is actually true.

That's actually true, uh, biographically, about Winston.

That was hard.

That was back to Mujan.

That was a hard one.

Wow.

I was trying to channel what Winston would be, and I'm not sure if I quite got it right.

That's pretty close.

That's pretty close.

Okay.

Pretty close.

Well, solid gold bits, just like this one, and more coming at you June 7th and 8th.

We really hope to see you there in person or online.

Yes.

We can't wait.

And happy May the Space.

Yeah, and may the Space Space be with you.

Be with you.

Youth.

Always.

Yes.

Okay, that's it.

Thanks.

Bye.

Super.
