Did I mention I need poster board for my science fair, lunch for my field trip, and unlined note cards for my history pois tomorrow?
Or were they lined?
Anyway, Uber Eats has like all the back-to-school stuff on there.
So come on, let's order now on Uber Eats and get up to 40% off.

Not all group chats are the same, just like not all Adams are the same.
Adam Brody, for example, uses WhatsApp to plan his grandma's birthday using video calls, polls to choose a gift, and HD photos to document a family moment to remember.
All in one group chat.
Makes grandma's birthday her best one yet.
But Adam Scott group messages with an app that isn't WhatsApp.
And so the photo invite came through so blurry, he never even knew about the party.
Yeah, grandma still won't talk to me.
It's time for WhatsApp.
Message privately with everyone.
uh you have one of the best players in the league but with jordan love making 55 million a year michael parson making 47 uh million a year how will they build a strong enough roster but they have a strong roster already they do have you seen have you seen the the the packers offense are y'all tripping have y'all been paying attention to football
let's please remember and understand this is the perfect time where you don't have a high salary at the receiver position you don't have any high salaries at the skill position on the other side the ball either.
Super high.
You got rid of Alexander?
Yeah.
So you're good.
So
you got, and plus you got two bookends.
Remember we had a
Rashawn Gary.
Yeah.
So you got him on one side.
You got Micah on the other side.
So now you got a tandem that can go hunt the quarterback.
Jordan Love, all you got to do is get him a lead.
That's it.
Get him a lead and turn them loose.
Yeah.
That's the way the Broncos won the Super Bowl.
They get a lead and then they unleash DeBarkersware and they unleash Von Millow your ass.
Yep.
That's it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's what they did.
Everybody else flying around.
Yep.
The Green Bear Packers have a very, very, very, very good receiving core.
Very good receiving core.
Understand this is a passing league right now.
You got some boys over there and they can go.
They can go.
Listen.
For me, I like the Packers doing this because they're going for it right now.
I'm not waiting.
But if you force me, Ocho,
they're not better than the Eagles.
No.
Healthy, healthy Matthew Stafford, they're not better than the Rams.
With Puka, with Kyron Williams, with Devontae Adams,
Matthew Stafford, and you got Verse, and you got that Bonnie pass rush for the light.
They're not
for me.
I'm just saying to me.
You can disagree with it, but I think the Eagles and the Rams are better than the Packers.
That is just my opinion.
I don't think so.
Not with the addition of Micah.
Not with the addition of Micah.
I put the Eagles and the Packers
before the Rams.
No,
I put the Eagles.
I've got the Eagles one.
I got the Rams two.
I'm not so sure.
I want to see the Commanders.
But I think the Commanders are going to be really good.
Oh, yeah.
I think Von's going to have a resurgence.
I think Vaughn's going to have a resurgence there.
Let's see what Lattimore did.
Lattimore, the last couple of years, Ocho, his play has slipped a little.
No, his play has slipped a lot.
Yeah, a little bit.
A little bit.
Listen, for one, he was coming back.
He was coming off injury last year.
He had to get his feet back wet, get back acclimated to getting into a groove of the game.
So he was always one step behind.
He was always one step behind.
This year, he's coming in
a lot healthier.
So I'm looking forward to him doing great things for them defensively.
So he should should get back to to playing the kind of football we know he can play and we're used to seeing him play so i i think we're gonna be all right in that division the quarterbacks hey caleb williams got to go hunting jerry goff you got to go hunting uh uh jj mccarthy you got to go hunting
now the thing that i do like like he does see and plus the weather michael's gonna have to adjust michael's not used to playing in cold he's cold in green may hey i told you it's cold penn state man penn state it's cold up there now Man, by the time it gets cold, season over.
You got to realize they just season over in November.
Oh, you're damn.
And then they go to play at the Rosemold.
Right, right, right.
So, right.
Hey, Green Bay,
you practicing outside, Ocho.
Oh, yeah.
Chicago, outside, Ocho.
Oh, yeah.
I like it.
So, look,
look,
it gets cold in Dallas and in Philly, you know.
Washington.
I don't know if anybody, I don't know if y'all been to Wisconsin.
Yeah.
I don't know if you've ever been to Lambeau Field.
I've been there.
But that ain't a place you want to be in November, December, or January.
Trust me.
My brother played there for several years.
I played there.
I visited there.
I played there.
Man, that cold ain't, hey, man,
that's that wet, heavy cold.
I'm talking about that, that got heavy moisture.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, Joe, I'm talking about, you know, the sun.
I was so cold there, the sun rose with an overcoat on.
Oh, Joe.
I'm talking about cold like that.
Yeah,
it's the kind of cold that makes you think about your occupation.
Yeah, you like, but do I really want to do this?
Do I really want to play NFL football?
That's how cold it gets in Green Bay.
I love it, though.
Boy, I love me some cold, boy.
You got my hand right here.
Hey,
anything below 30 degrees, count me in.
Count me in.
No,
I want 85.
I want 85 and sunny.
Uh-uh.
I love that cold, boy.
I don't know what it is about that cold.
I don't.
I love it.
Yeah.
Hey, hey, you remember in April?
What that weather was like when we was out there in April at the draft?
You like, ooh,
ooh.
Oh, yeah.
It had a
little spike to it.
Yeah.
That is April.
Yeah.
I mean, hey, rest your soul, Prince, when Prince says sometimes it snows in April.
I'm like, that's a song or is it real?
Micah announces the number that he's going to wear.
He's going to wear the number one.
It is
the first Packer to wear that number since Curly Lambeau, former head coach.
Hey, that's live.
Lambeau Field is named after.
The Lombardi trophy is named after Vince Lombardi.
I'm surprised.
Hold on.
Somebody got number 11.
He couldn't.
Yeah, Reed.
Yeah, Jay Reed.
Okay.
Jay Reed got 11.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know, no, no, no, no.
Jay Reed, you can't get, you can't get Curly Curly Lambert.
Rest his soul, you can't get that number, man.
You got to, you got to be really, you got to be, no, you got to be Jamar Chase or Justin Jefferson, somebody like that to ask for that number.
Right.
All right.

Can you please confirm?
Is this your dad?
Please confirm.
I have never, ever, ever run into a friend's parent on any dating app, at any party.
Good thing you and your friends don't go cruising together, right?
They might have had a very different experience to you wishing you and

What happens when Delta Airlines sends four creators around the world to find out what is the true power of travel?
I think it helped me sort of like get grounded.
I think I unlocked some like childhood dream.
Turn my stress into excitement.
Take that gratitude from those experiences into your daily life.
That's why Jimma Speg, host of the Psychology of Your 20s, sat down with Dr.
Henry Ting, Delta's chief health and wellness officer, an instrumental voice behind this travel experiment.
I love that the dream trip versus, you know, the around the corner trip both had very similar mental and social perks and benefits.
Oh, yeah, very much so.
On both trips, their emotional well-being and social well-being went through the roof.
Find out more about how travel can support well-being on this special episode of the Psychology of Your 20s, presented by Delta.
Fly and live better.
Listen wherever you get your podcasts.
Yeah.
I'm just going to keep it.
Oh, Cho.
Yo.
Eight months' time.
Dallas' two biggest superstars have been traded.
Luca Doncic, Michael Parsons, have left the city because the owners don't want to pay.
The Luca situation, I mean, you're talking about 350 million, Ocho.
That's what you're looking at.
350.
350.
They're like, ah,
350.
I know he's 26, but
his off-the-field habits, look,
play it like that.
Yeah.
I bring if he's going to give me 30.
He's going to give me 30, 10, and 8.
I got a little pony keg for him when he come out to practice for him.
That's exactly what he's going to give you every time.
But I still don't understand it.
But I think still there's some deeper issues to it that we don't know about that haven't come out.
Because that just didn't make any sense to me.
It just didn't.
Hell, the Micah one didn't make any sense either.
But I knew, I knew knowing Micah,
even if I didn't know him personally, hearing the owner say some of the things that Jerry Jones said out loud, there's no way I'm playing for that again.
I'm not stepping on the field for you.
I'm not fighting for you.
Not having.
The big payday resulted in Micah Parsons being able to retire his mother, Sharice Parsons, from work.
He posted a video of him celebrating with her on his Instagram story, writing that moment when mama never got to go to work again.
Watch this, Ocho.
That's dope.
That's dope, that's one of the greatest feelings in the world.
One of the greatest feelings in the world.
Obviously, my grandmother was a little different once I made it.
Obviously, I didn't get that kind of money once I got drafted.
I remember telling grandma, I say, baby, we finally made it.
You can move out of Liberty City.
You don't have to be here anymore.
And my grandma, you know how they are.
They setting their ways on.
They say, boy, I am not going nowhere.
You know how long this house has been here?
This house was passed down to me from my mama.
And from my mom, my mom's mom passed.
I ain't going nowhere.
I appreciate you.
I'm glad you made it.
I made a lot of sacrifices for you to get to where you are now.
I say, I know you did.
That's why I want to repay you.
Get your nice place, get your nice car.
Now, I take some on four wheels.
that's what my grandma talk i'll take some on four wheels gene but i'm not getting no house i'm i will be here
my grandma ain't never learned how to drive ain't want to learn how to drive she go and get on that passenger seat
come on uh tell you how to drive don't you need to put your blank on granny you ain't never had no driver's life so how you know what i'm doing wrong right right how fast you going over there what difference does it make you ain't got no break over there right
but uh you're right oh cho them old people they get hey you know I told a story like, oh Joe, I would give my grandmother, I would come home, give my grandmother $2,500.
She said, she's sending Libby up there with $50.
Libby, go pay on that bill.
Pay on the bill?
Granny, just pay it off.
Ocho, she owe $100.
She done got $100 worth of grocery over the course of a couple of weeks or something like that.
She sent Libby up there with a little piece of 50.
Here, Libby, put something on it.
Here, Libby, go pay this thing off.
Hey, oh man.
I don't know why old people like that.
Oh, yo, the mere fact that she was still putting stuff on credit.
Credit, yeah.
That's how them old people are wired.
We got to take, we have to have one of my uncles to come take my grandma fishing to put a refrigerator, put a washer and dryer.
Libby, don't bother them boys.
That's their money, Libby.
Don't bother them boys with that.
You got to scoop water out of the washer to get it because
it won't spin.
The water won't come out.
You got got to scoop the water up out of there yeah
the refrigerate the refrigerator it's 72 degrees
they put oh joe she'd have had my she'd have had my sister go to the hardware store and buy a cooler so buy go get ice from the convenience store and then put the stuff on the cooler the refrigerator don't work
oh man but that's how them that's how them old people think ojo yeah and my libby don't bother them boys they libby we okay Yeah.
I was some good days, man.
That's a great feeling.
Congratulations, Micah.
Sharice, enjoy retirement.
Enjoy retirement.
Kick your feet up.
And guess what?
Son, I'm coming to see you every weekend.
Yeah.
Coming to see you every weekend.
And make sure I have a suite, too, because I don't want to sit outside in the cold.
Oh, yeah.
But I think the thing is, Ocho, like.
If he had gotten his money, I don't know.
She might not want to leave.
He's from Harrisburg.
So I don't know if she still lives in Harrisburg or she she wants to move to Dallas and be close.
But hey, wherever you want, mama, whatever you want.
I'm going to get you a nice little house that,
you know,
you don't need nothing, mama, no three, four million dollars.
Get you a nice little crib.
Have somebody come in once a week, clean this thing for you, mom.
Hey, don't you worry about anything.
Get you, hey, go set this thing out for you, mom.
Take a load off your feet.
New Cowboys defensive tackle, Kenny Clark, had no idea he was going to be traded from Green Bay to Dallas as part of the Michael Parsons deal.
I was shocked, but once Jerry and all those guys called me, Shoddy and everybody, I just felt wanted.
It's a blessing.
I'm appreciative of it.
No nonsense.
You're going to get a dog, somebody that's all about, that's all, just all about football.
I'm here to ball.
I'm here to be my, to be my best self.
I feel like when I'm my best self, there's nobody messing with me.
That's what I bring to the table.
I'm here to play my ass off.
I like it.
I like it.
Saying all the right things.
Yes.
And all the right things.
Like you said, he can play.
Oh, yeah.
Kenny Clark can go now.
I just made the whole comments about they make me feel wanted.
Obviously, well, if you heard, if you heard some of the things the guy who owns the team over there said, of course.
That ain't what he said about the guy that he treated that you got traded for.
He didn't make him feel wanted.
Listen, hey, anytime you get something new, you get a new little toy, you know, of course.
You know, you always
make it feel like it's something.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know, new relationship.
You know how that goes.
You know how that goes.
Yeah, he, he, she's bad at you.
Yeah, yeah, you know, You know what I'm saying?
You get right, you're born.
Yeah.
What you think?
I know.
That's how the Cowboys looking at Kenny Clark right now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We got, we, hey, nice.
Got us one.
But the guy that you shipped out,
you need to make him feel like the way y'all make Kenny Clark.
The question is, if I were to ask Michael Parson, oh, last eight months, did they make you feel wanted?
Because you could have have done, you could have signed, you could have done something after year three.
Yeah, you didn't.
Now, it was going to be virtually impossible to sign DAC, CD, and
where you got that.
Yo, you got DAC and CD.
And then, guess what?
Now I try to get Micah.
Well, it's you get them early.
Get them early.
Yeah.
Because late.
And you get to, oh, I'm going to give him the highest contract.
Man, 40 and a half?
Highest what?
Stop lying.
Yeah.
Hey, that's what, yeah, I mean, you ain't got no state income tax, but you know what?
47,
I'm good.
Yeah.
I get Okasavby a little cut.
Whatever you got, whatever you need.
The NFL is lifting their media ban on Tom Brady, and he will now be allowed to attend production meeting with coaches and teams.
Unfair advantage for the Raiders, Ocho, or is it a big deal?
It's not a big deal at all.
Not a big deal at all.
Obviously, I mean, there's really nothing Tom is going to do.
You know, being in that position to be able to attend those meetings like that, it's no harm, no foul.
I mean, no harm, no foul.
I like it.
I mean,
what is Tom going to do in general?
What is he going to do?
Advantageous for Tom or the Raiders in any way, shape, form, or fashion.
It's not.
It absolutely is.
So what are they going to, so what the coach, what y'all talk about, when they ask you, when you win those production meetings, what do they ask you?
Do you think any of the teams that he's going to cover, do you think the Raiders are going to play him?
Yeah, probably.
Are those any teams that he's going to cover on Sunday?
Will they play the Raiders?
Yeah, they do.
Do you think he could pass any information back to the offensive or defensive coaches for the Raiders?
I have a question, Don.
Is there anything Tom Brady can say that they don't already see on film that's going to help them on Sunday when the whistle blows in between those lines?
No.
Yeah.
Tom Brady, Tom Brady here and the coaches say, this is what we like to do in this dial and distance.
That doesn't mean you're going to be able to stop it because even if they do tell Tom Brady that the tendencies and what they like to do is already on film.
Let me ask you this:
if you didn't gain an unfair advantage,
why did they give the defensive captain the radio signal?
So, why don't anybody signal in plays anymore?
If they didn't, nobody gained an advantage by taping the signals.
Why did the defensive guy got a helmet?
If that was the case,
why did they put that thing in the quarterback's helmet?
If nobody got gained an advantage by anything, yeah.
I mean, I'm just telling you, me and my thought process is just because Tom Brady knows what other teams are doing and those teams might play the Raiders, that still doesn't put the Raiders in an advantageous situation just because of what another team has said they like to do.
Because whatever they do like to do is already on film.
Whatever they tell Tom in those production meetings is already on film.
So you don't, so one of the greatest minds that ever played a quarterback position,
he can't add nothing.
He can't add nothing, no, because the greatest mind that played the position, he doesn't play anymore.
He doesn't need to play, he doesn't play anymore.
What you need to do
with that's the case, and everybody would look to
everybody like that.
So, so, in other words, if that's the case, why are you out there helping those receivers?
You can't play anymore.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
This is me.
I can, I can, I can show them how to.
You want to help everybody with their diet?
You want to help with their workout?
I got, I got my certificate, my uh, my certification as a, as a nutritionist.
That's
that program, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, matter of fact, Micah hit me.
He, I, Micah, gonna be my third client.
Damn, pretty soon you might not even, you know, want to work on night, Cap.
You're gonna have all the
meal preps.
I'm gonna always be here because all the meal prep stuff I do, I do in the morning and afternoon.
Okay, yeah.
Let me ask you a question, Ocho.
How would you feel getting interviewed by Tom Brady?
So, you, you a player coming in and you know, you go into production meeting, you all be there.
It's gonna be straight jokes.
It's going to be straight jokes.
The same way I am with you.
The same man with Prime.
It's the same way I am with Tom.
It's the same way I am with Bill Belichick.
It's the same way I am with Roger Cadill.
It doesn't matter who's sitting in front of me.
You still get the same o-cho.
Them jokes is going to fly.
You might try to be serious.
I'm going to find a way to wiggle around the seriousness.
Yeah.
everything lighthearted.
Yeah.
Always.
I mean, it's just like anything.
When you you went in there and you, I mean,
to see all those guys that you grew up watching and listening to, yes, sir.
The great, you know, the John Madden and the Pat Someralls and, you know, the Dick Ginbergs and
the Chris Collinsworth.
And, you know, you like, man.
Man, I'm like,
and, you know, all those, man, it's like,
gee.
But man, that guy, man,
we ain't have no guy like Tom that's sitting sitting down talking to.
We had some quarterbacks, and they were in the hall of fame, but that's the guy.
Yeah,
that is the guy.
But that'd be really cool.
Christian McCaffrey played only four games last season, Ocho, because of injuries.
He had a league leading 339 touches in 2023 and has
1,871 touches in his eight seasons.
That's not a whole lot.
That's a little over 220.
That's a little over 225, about 240, which
that ain't a whole lot of touches.
Right.
But I guess
he's on a little smaller side.
205, that's a lot of touches for 205.
But Kyle Shanahan, the 49ers, aren't worried about any of that.
I like to watch how the guy moves and how he's out there.
I see Kristen looking the same as he's always looked.
So I don't really think about his age when it comes to that case.
Now, if he started looking different, then I'd probably start questioning some of the things.
Then I'd probably be looking at how old he is or look at that 30 thing.
But Kristen gives us no reason to think that he came in healthy this year.
He's had a hell of an offseason, and he's got a hell of a training camp.
I believe that's going to lead to a hell of a year.
Yeah, I like it.
I agree.
Yeah, I mean, I agree too, as long as he stays healthy.
I agree.
Normally, when he misses a seasonal choke, he comes back and he raises hell.
He gave you that work.
Now, obviously,
Christian McCaffrey is extremely, extremely skilled.
So when his decline will look different than anyone else's decline, you know,
when they lose a step.
But for him, I'm excited.
I think as he goes, the rest of that team goes as well, because they don't have, to me, a viable number one option as a receiving threat.
Yes.
That pressure off of Purdy.
So I think
in itself is going to have to be carried on the shoulders of goddamn C-Mac.
He's going to have to be that workhorse.
He's going to have to be that workload to get them boys going.
Yeah, Kyle's going to have to be on this.
He's going to have to be on his A-game calling plays because, like you said, they don't really have a,
we'll see if what, once IU get back, how he looks,
you know,
Pierce all, we'll see how he does.
They signed D-Rob,
but I think he's going to be out the first three games.
They signed Sky Moore.
All right.
Time to break down the stats from this week's major games.
Mike, let's talk about switching up the lineup.

What happens when Delta Airlines sends four creators around the world to find out what is the true power of travel?
I think it helped me sort of like get grounded.
I think I unlocked some like childhood dreams.
Turn my stress into excitement.
Take that gratitude from those experiences into your daily life.
That's why Jimma Speg, host of the psychology of your 20s, sat down with Dr.
Henry Tang, Delta's chief health and wellness officer, an instrumental voice behind this travel experiment.
I love that the train trip versus, you know, the around the corner trip both had very similar mental and social perks and benefits.
Oh, yeah, very much so.
On both trips, their emotional well-being and social well-being went through the roof find out more about how travel can support well-being on this special episode of the psychology of your 20s presented by delta fly and live better listen wherever you get your podcasts
you know he had an okay rookie season but hadn't been able to to recapture what he did his rookie season at kansas city uh turned into a pretty good return up so we we're gonna see we're gonna see early on but kyle i think kyle's gonna have to have one of his better seasons calling plays on Joe.
Jawan Jennings, is Jawan Jennings still there?
Yeah, he's there.
I don't think he got the contract extension that he was looking for.
Yeah.
Damn.
But they got a lot of money tied up.
They got a lot of money tied up in Purdy.
They got a lot of money tied up in Christian McCaffrey.
They got a lot of money turning up in Trent Williams.
They got a lot of money tied up
in Fred Warner.
So the other corner, I forget his name.
They got a lot of money tied up.
So they got some money tied up.
Oh, Kittle.
They got money tied up in Kittle.
He's
the highest paid tight end.
So
you can only play so many guys, Ocho.
Yeah, you're right.
But
hopefully, C.
Mac can stay healthy.
I want to see him healthy.
Married, got a new.
I think.
She's had the baby, right?
His wife.
She's had the baby.
Christian McCaffrey's wife.
I think she's had the baby.
Goddamn frog, man, making all that damn noise, man.
Yep, must have heard, heard, also.
Okay.
The frog in the house?
Nah, I can hear him outside, man.
Sound like a goddamn opera, man.
Yeah.
They're mating.
The arrival of Cam Ward has created some optimism about the future, what the future holds for the Titans, according to Calvin Ridley.
I can feel something in me.
It was like, this kid is good, and I got to be good.
I can't fall behind.
I got to be a help.
I got to be a big help because it's time to dominate.
Yeah.
I like it.
I like it.
Listen, listen,
when a quarterback, when you get a quarterback like Cam Wood, they come in there and he's throwing them dots at you.
You know, when you're running short, whether you're running immediately, you're going deep and he's putting them balls in the bucket on you like that.
And you got a chance to experience that not only through training camp, but hell, goddamn OTAs.
And then you say, well, hold on.
I got me one.
I ain't had nothing like this outside of when I was in Atlanta.
I had
with Matt Ryan, but now I got this boy Cam.
What?
Man, stop playing, man.
Man, you remember that last year he was in Atlanta Ocho?
That was that was going to be that one.
Yeah, because that joke will stop on the dime.
To be a big receiver and to get in and out of breaks like that.
Yeah.
Hey, like you said, hey, he routed your ass up.
Quick in a hurry.
Quick and in a hurry.
Yeah, I mean, he complete.
Can run the tree, can high point the ball, great in and out of breaks, run after the catch.
I love Cavalry.
Hey, hey, you know, Alabama had a run now.
Right now, LSU, LSU kind of dominated, LSU and Ohio State dominating the receiver market.
Alabama might be third, but there was a time when you know they would, they would real high up.
But right now, they ain't nobody messing with LSU.
LSU got it right now.
LSU running away with it right now.
They got one, two, and then
you got probably like
eight, nine.
Yeah, whoever you think Brian Thomas Jr.
and uh and neighbors are.
Yeah, they
run the right way.
Yeah, baby.
Maybe when when Jeremiah Smith come out, it'll probably
bring Ohio State a little closer to competing.
Yeah, yeah, with LSU.
But right now, LSU, hands down, 90.
Hey, because you're getting Chase and Jenna about to go into their primes.
Yeah.
They're about to go into their prime.
They're They're going to dominate for a little while longer.
The Jazz GM Darren Moogie believes Justin Fields can be the next late blooming franchise quarterback, much like Baker Mayfield or Sam Darno.
I do believe Justin can be one of those guys.
I've seen progress during camp and look forward to seeing the progress throughout the season as they all come together.
Obviously, it's the third stop in three years with three different coordinators and a lot of moving parts.
So
it does take time.
But I like where he's at.
I look forward to watching the progress, OJo,
of the course of four years.
He's played for three different head coaches and offensive coordinators.
I kind of like what he said, but obviously the Baker Mayfield situation, you understand the type of team he's around for him to be able to, to have the resurgence that he's had when he was at Cleveland, you know, before he was at Cleveland, before he was with the Panthers.
The team around him, you know, they have a team around him that he can work with.
It's the right situation.
It just makes sense.
For Justin Field, he also can be that quarterback as well.
But you guys have to make sure you continue to put the pieces around him.
He has some right now.
He had, you know, the Brees Halls and the Garrett Wilsons and Lazard and some of the other people you have, but you have to continue to build around him and play to his strengths.
Yep.
I agree.
That's it.
And you can get exactly the situation that you're talking about when you buy into making sure your quarterback has all the tools necessary to succeed.
You want me to win this war?
Just give me the, just give me the tools.
That's all I need.
Just give me the tools.
You want me to win?
Give me the tools.
Hey, don't sit out there with a musket.
Give me some drones.
I need drones now.
Hey, I don't need no cannons.
I don't need no cannonballs.
I need drones.
I need stuff with GPS tracking.
I need that high-grade
U.S.
military.
Yeah.
So
I agree with you, Ocho.
You know, it's tough.
Head coach, different head coach, different systems year after year after year after year.
You just want to get somewhere and feel comfortable.
It's kind of like, you know, it's kind of like he's been living in a hotel.
You know, bro, I want to get someplace I can call home.
Yeah.
I just want to hear one, I just want to hear the same voice.
Can I hear the same voice for two years in a row?
Three years in a row?
Can I do that?
Same voice.
Same system.
Man, that show be nice.
I like it.
We'll see what he does.
Oh, Joe.
Tensor tensions were high at the U.S.
Open.
Taylor townsend defeated lathe yelena ostopinko oh townseated uh the 25th ranked ostopinko 7561 after the match ostapinko confronted townsend as they shook hands at the net while exiting the court townsend spoke about it said it's competition people get upset when they lose some people say bad things she told me i have no class no education
what happens when we get outside the u.s
Okay, that was okay.
I like that.
I like that.
That's spicy talk.
That's spicy talk.
Now, from
what I understand and what I know about the situation, she's already beaten her outside of the U.S., if I'm not mistaken, huh?
I did my homework.
So based on what she said and her comeback after losing at the U.S.
Open, it didn't make any sense because I've already beat you outside the U.S.
And
you just have to understand on how to lose better
gracefully at sportsmanship and lose gracefully.
You know, that's all.
That's all.
But this is good for the sport, huh?
This is good for the sport.
Obviously, everything when it comes to tennis is always about sportsmanship and those shaking hands and being nice.
Let's have a little controversy.
Let's have a controversy.
So, those who don't watch the sport, well, hell, Taylor Townsend got into it with somebody.
Well, I want to see what this young lady is all about.
Well, if you don't watch the sport, you don't know who Taylor Townsend or Yelene assists.
But you're going to know because it's on the news.
Because they had some type of shit.
And it's going to attract viewers to watch tennis.
You know, obviously, you and I, we both watch the game of tennis.
So
now i don't watch it as much as i used to now that serena stepped away from the game right venus has stepped away from the game i used to watch tennis a lot lot lot lot lot but this was way back when they had you know um when uh stephanie graff and monica sellers and all those were that were really really involved yeah uh
gabriella sepatini you know and then you know when serena came onto the scene and stozier and and clim kleisters and uh
and and uh martina hingis Lindsey Davenport, you know,
Capriotti.
And then she came with all this thing talking about, well, oh, Joe, what you're supposed to do, if you get one, if the ball hits the net and it bounces over, you're supposed to hold your racket up.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
That wasn't supposed to happen.
Oh, and you know, normally when you're warming up, you start at the back, you know, the baseline, and then you go to volley.
Taylor, I guess she said Taylor started with the volleys first.
Man, stop it.
That ain't why you lost?
Yeah, those must be unwritten rules in the game of the day.
They are.
No, because you see it a lot of time.
If somebody hit the net and the ball goes over, you hold your record up and say, I'm sorry, my bad.
My bad.
And, you know, like.
And, you know, you warm up from the baseline, but then, you know, as you come in and so forth and so on.
Bro, okay.
So that's the right you.
So that's why you lost.
because she didn't acknowledge like oh i'm sorry my bad that that was what you should have won that point i didn't she didn't do that or because i i volley first instead of you know play i was at the net instead of baseline that's why you lost so that's why you lost no not at all no it wasn't stop that and then you're gonna talk hold on And then you're gonna talk about you have no class, no education.
Like I said, I don't know if she knows the stereotypes that surround Americans.
So I don't know if there's a whole lot of black Latvians.
So don't start me lying, Ocho.
I ain't finna sit here and say, man, she should have known.
You don't know what you don't know.
Right.
So she probably did.
I mean, but you have to be careful.
That's why you have to be careful how you talk to people that's not native to your country or you're not in your country.
Because you don't know.
Oh, absolutely.
That's that's offensive.
Absolutely.
There's a racial undertone.
So she probably didn't even know.
Shit, she know.
Well, it's 2025.
She know.
Obviously, certain people feel they're superior to those in this case than Miss Townsend, which is why the words that came out of your mouth is what was said.
It's common sense, you know, exactly what you're saying.
No class, no education,
you understand the undertone and what that means, yeah.
Come on, now come on,
I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, Ocho.
I want to give it a double double double bounce.
We give the benefit of the doubt.
Hell, hell, nah, hell, no, we know exactly what we said, we know exactly what we said.
Okay, yeah,
yeah, so you just you have to, you have to be, you have to be mindful of how you talk to people in their country.
I mean,
I wouldn't go to
Roland Garrett.
So
I wouldn't go to the Aussie Open and say something, you know, that, because I don't know
what's disrespectful.
Something that we might think is innocent.
But I do know if I say somebody doesn't have class, they don't have any education, it don't matter what color you are.
It don't matter what country you're in.
And what language you say that in, it's defensive everywhere everywhere you go but if you say that to the if
in miss ostapinko's case right she said what she said being her color her complexion her race and she said that to miss townsend and her being her race yeah yeah yeah
got me man
but taylor said hey i let my racket do the talking that's it
That's it.
I let my racket do the talking.
All that other shit.
As a matter of fact, you should have told her I see you at the next tournament.
yeah.
And you say something like that again, this racket gonna be a toothpick because I'm gonna beat it to a toothpick side.
You
stop that.
It ain't gonna be no,
hey, Taylor, like, you know what?
I got a child.
I think she got a child.
Didn't she just have a child recently?
Yeah.
So she's like, Look, I ain't got time.
I'm gonna be a, I'm gonna be a positive role model for my child.
Right.
And me getting into it, she held it very well because she pointing all in the girl, all in the face.
Where they do that at?
They do that in Lafayette, yeah, yeah, yeah,
we don't do that, man.
You know how women nobody finna let you just put their finger,
even if it's competition.
Ain't nobody finna just let you, especially tennis.
I bet you wouldn't have did that to be old ring, she would have done that arena.
Oh, they would play with ring, nah,
got big ring.
Tell her, hey, don't you talk to me.
You already cost me a point with a bull journey call.
Don't you talk to me?
I get a ring, ring.
Get her, Rena.
Rita, don't talk to me.
They were cheating, Rena.
Lionsgate is holding a screening of the long walk where you have to.
I'm going.
Where you have to walk three miles an hour or faster on a treadmill for the entire movie.
Theaters have been retrofitted with treadmills.
If you stop, you'll be escorted out of the theater and can't watch the rest of the film.
Nah, hell no.
Because I like that.
I like that.
You want to go?
No, hell no.
When I go to a movie, I want to sit down and walk.
The name of the movie is called The Long Walk.
So ain't no movie on the show?
It's a movie on the screen, right?
Yeah, the movie on the screen.
But in order to watch the movie, we need you exercising and actually walking.
Walking.
Three miles an hour.
Will you walk with me while I sit there and eat my nachos?
Nah, you can walk and eat your nachos.
It's a gradual walk.
Three miles an hour is comfortable.
That's a good thing.
Three miles an hour is fast.
That's a good pace.
Oh, Joe.
Good pace.
Three miles an hour for probably like 70 to 90 minutes.
Yeah, that's a good pace.
Please, I ain't trying to walk, man.
Man, you know, man, listen, man,
that ain't nothing.
Three miles an hour, at least, it said at least.
Yeah, that no, I think it's interesting.
I think it's fun.
What about the long sit-down?
Where'd that movie at?
And
that's why we're obese.
That's what I'm going for.
I'm going to the movie.
What's in the movie now, Jordan?
Ain't something in the movie now that I want to see?
Yes.
Highest to lowest.
Oh, yeah.
That's about to be on, what you call them?
That's about to be streamed.
Yeah, on the fifth.
You ain't seen it yet?
This is going to be a movie.
I ain't been to watch no Harry Potter.
Who?
Oh.
But he got a Harry Potter.
I said, no,
I ain't into that kind of stuff.
There's got to be something, huh?
You like Harry Potter?
I mean, I've seen a couple of them, but that ain't my thing.
Oh, no, I ain't never seen it.
I was just curious.
I ain't never seen him either.
Huh?
Oh, no.
Superman?
I don't even know if I've seen one of them since Crystal Reeves.
Oh, no.
When is Spider-Man coming out?
They needed a Spider-Man.
I watched Spider-Man.
Oh, wow.
Or the Hulk.
I'm going to watch Spider-Man.
Ain't Marvel Lee got no movies coming out damn what the hero moves the marvel movies any anything with the joker anything with the joker i'm going to the movie theater
anything with the joker i'm going to the movie theater after that heath leather after that heath ledger performance yeah anything
and joaquin phoenix i'm going to the theater anything with them two i'm going well obviously heath ledger passing on but if if joaquin phoenix is playing a joker I'm there.
I don't care.
I like Bang.
Oh, yeah, Bang.
You in charge.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That was dope.
That was dope.
Hey, who played Bang?
What actor is that again?
Hardy.
Tom Hardy.
Okay, okay, okay.
Okay.
A Michigan mother gave birth in a McDonald's parking lot on August 11th.
And to honor the Golden Archer's entrance to the world, the family now calls her MacTilly.
When that girl get older, when she get old enough, she changing her name, call me Mac Tilly.
Nah, not really.
Matter of fact, you know, as you get older and you go get the junior high, you get to high school and she get to college,
her name gonna be Tilly.
You know, they're gonna take the, they're gonna take the makeup.
Just call her Mac Tilly.
That's not a real name, on your oh, okay, okay, my bad.
I like that.
That's a good nickname, McTilly.
Huh?
They changed it to Mac Tilly.
Lord, have mercy.
And
her name will be Tilly.
Do you understand the privilege?
Do you understand the privilege it is to be born in the McDonald's parking lot?
Do you understand what that means?
I prefer the hospital.
Not only to eat the food, but to be born in the parking lot in the vicinity of those fries or those burgers of that smell, that aroma.
Please, I kind of like the
Listerine and hospital smells for me.
Nah, nah.
Pine saw on the floor.
That's the kind of smell I was going for.
Nah, but I think, oh, Joe,
like in 2020, man, ain't nobody naming no Merriams, no Harriet, no Mac.
You know, everybody getting these,
like, these modern names now.
Right, man, absolutely.
Names come with the times, huh?
Names come with the time.
We need to go back to what people have three, two, and three
first names.
Oh, yeah.
Mary Joseph.
Mary Joseph.
I mean,
like the 50s and 60s, everybody's name was
long as hell.
But you know, the thing is, oh, you're me and my brother don't have a nickname and don't have a middle name.
No, nope, you got a middle name, yeah.
Chad Javon Johnson.
No, me and my brother.
My mom gave my sister a middle name, but she didn't give us one.
Oh, so, yeah,
I always wanted a middle name.
You think it's too late for me to get a middle name now?
You go time to the courthouse.
I don't call the number $20.
Here, call me.
What my middle name is going to be?
Huh?
What my middle name is gonna be?
Stacks.
No.
They got a stack.
Stevie Jackson Stacks.
Okay, okay.
What's my middle name?
Chad, what's my middle?
What'll be a good middle name for me?
LaBernius.
That's a good question.
Hell no.
Themore?
No.
No.
How you gonna have Shannon Lamont?
Shannon Lamont Sharp?
Nah.
Guess what?
A middle name don't even fit me.
When you think about it.
I've gone so long, I mean, 57 years and not have a middle name.
I ain't got no middle name.
Oh, well.
I guess.
Oh, Joe, the age-o's question, who should pay on a first date has been reignited.
A 28-year-old woman took to Reddit to share her dating experience saying, we got burgers, fries to share.
I ordered to cover the tip oh I offered to cover the tip since he paid for the meal he accepted and everything seemed fine until the next morning this morning I woke up to a Venmo request for $3.25
with a note half the fries
hold on so okay I'm confused he just wanted his money back he was trying to split everything down the middle then huh yes okay he offered to pay he offered to pay for the meal okay she left the tip okay they agreed right then she get a venmo and she got a venmo request the next morning for 325 with a note half the fries
man y'all doing too much yeah y'all just y'all just y'all just want y'all just want something for us to talk about yeah they they they they doing a little
come on now ain't nobody come on no i i can see ocho if it was a 200 meal right say okay we're gonna split it
but for fries you got to go half on fries bro you might need hey, you need to get out of the dating market.
See,
that's why I'm so glad to be out of the game, man.
So I don't have to play these games.
I don't have to deal with those problems.
I have to
do those issues.
It just, it's unfortunate.
It's unfortunate.
Everybody, there's always a discourse on 50-50 and going 80.
I'm like, my goodness.
Like, it's ridiculous.
It's ridiculous.
It's the dating pool, as most people say, it has piss in it.
I don't know why they say that.
I think they just try to date
with with
unrealistic expectations in general.
And nobody wants to act their wage.
Nobody wants to act their wage, let alone date within their bracket.
They always want
this.
Man, y'all be going with the old names, man.
Oh, they still going with the names?
Yeah.
They talk about Lamont.
They talk about Bucky.
I see that.
I like that Shannon Cleophys.
Cleophas.
That's that old school.
Roosevelt.
I like that.
I like that Roosevelt.
That Roosevelt is perfect.
Hell no.
According to the New York Times best-selling author and CEO, if you give these three kiss of death answers to a question asked by a hiring manager, you're doomed.
Saying, I want to start my own business someday.
Saying you value work-life balance, saying you were let go as part of a company's recent layoffs.
I've never had any of those problems.
If you working for someone, you could have work-life balance.
You don't have a lot of
doing your own thing, ain't no work-life balance.
No.
You can't have work-life balance.
Now, once you get to Jeff Bezos level, or you get to Elon Musk level, or you get to, but ask them, did they have work-life balance in the beginning?
Or you get Bill Gates or Steve Baumer some of these wealthy guys they might have work-life balance now right and the the the objective is is to like do what you do what you have to until you can do what you want to right so there will become a time if you if everything works out in your favor you can get that balance but not in the beginning if you're starting your own thing yeah i mean because most of the time if you work for somebody else oh joe
You know, hey, you get Saturdays and Sundays off.
Unless, you know, you're working in the sports field.
Now, people kill me.
They get into the sports field and talk about, man, we got to work holidays.
Yeah, sports events happen on holidays.
Right.
It happens on weekends.
You're going to be away from your family.
I'm going to tell kids, okay, now you, man, I want to do it.
Really?
That's what you want to do?
You do realize when sporting events take place, right?
Yeah.
You do realize, I say, are you okay being away from your family on Christmas?
on Thanksgiving to cover said events and do things like, are you okay with that?
Yeah.
Well, you know, you know, I I come from a family.
I'll say, okay, well, no, no, you're not, because you tell me where you come from.
Good luck telling your boss, you know, you're in the sports business talking about, no, you know, I can't work holidays.
Yeah, okay.
All right.
That's what I'm saying up today.
Okay, let me know how that turns up for you.
All right, Ojo.
Time for our final segment of the evening.
It's time for Q and A.
I'm ready for tomorrow's show.
That's what I'm ready for.
I know I'm jumping the gun, but Texas and Ohio State play tomorrow, but I'm ready.
Kimberly Norwood Jr.
said, Uncle My question is, how many sacks will Micah have when they play Dallas week four?
Six.
Well, you know, they're going to try to say, but he doesn't play the run, so they're going to try to run the ball at him, Ocho, to try to slow him down.
And the thing is, Micah's going to be hype because he wants to prove, say, hey, guess what y'all?
He's going to be on one now.
Cowboys, you better be on your best behavior.
You better be on your best behavior.
It's too late now.
It's too late.
All that stuff Jerry said to him, all that going to the media.
Oh, we got better.
Man, Michael might have 10 sacks that damn game.
I'm going to say 2.5.
Aaron Owens said, trading Michael is wild, but if you feel like you have to trade him, you have to get Lucas Van Ness and an extra pick as well dallas most definitely lost this trade
well there's nobody no there's nobody you could trade for that would make the trade equivalent because no one else is giving up a player in their goddamn prime at 26 years old who's one of the top three at their position so they were gonna lose this trade no matter what
no matter how
no matter what you get for it because those first round picks you do have ain't no telling who you're gonna get and ain't no telling promising that they're gonna gonna turn out to be what you think.
Right.
So let's, we have to see who they draft and what those picks turn into.
Now, Jerry said, look, we got two first-round draft picks.
Who'd to say we don't package those and go get somebody else?
That's what Jerry said.
I'm just telling what Jerry said.
That's what he said now.
If it's a lie, he told it.
Just talking.
Lonzi underscore XO.
Is it safe to say that Michael Parsons is a phenomenal player, but Aiden Hutchinson still has an edge over him statistically?
What edge?
What edge would that be?
I don't know.
Your guy's coming off a serious injury.
Now, he got a skill rod in his plate.
He says, hey, his heel, it ain't going no place.
He is a phenomenal.
He has a motor.
Yeah.
No denying that.
He was on his plate.
Hell, he was about to be a defensive player of the year before he ended up breaking his leg.
But
Micah has done something that only Reggie Wack can say.
At least 12 and a half sacks the first four years of the NFL.
Anytime you're in a category with Reggie, you're pretty good.
Doing something right.
You're doing pretty good.
James Anderson said, Parsons and Cooper, double-gap blitz coming.
They ain't going to have the blitz.
They got Rashawn Gary on one side.
They got Mike on the other.
You got to do nothing.
Just send for.
Hey, that's it.
Send for a
DTs.
Hey, just collapse the pocket.
Push them to us.
OG underscore Thanos, what's up, Uncanocho?
Which trade will have more impact on their teams?
Mavish trading away Luca and Dallas,
excuse me, Mavs trading away Luca or Dallas trading, or the Cowboys trading away Micah.
Look, I'm always going to take the guy that got the ball in his hands.
So Luca?
That's what I said.
Which would impact more?
Trading a quarterback or trading, you know,
a defensive guy?
No, quarterback.
He got the ball.
And I think the thing is, I don't believe Micah wanted to be traded.
Well, he wanted to be traded once they were once they tried to make him play on that fifth year option.
Yeah.
Micah wanted to be traded.
Luca had no idea.
I'm talking about zero.
Luca did not want to leave Dallas.
He did not.
That would be almost the equivalent of them trading Joe Burrow out of the blue or trading somebody like that.
You know what I'm saying, Ocho?
Right, right.
Like, what the hell?
You said you got a guy in his prime and you trading?
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
Players like this at this age that are this good,
this rarely happens.
Rarely happens, Uncle.
Yes, fans NJ said Jerry declines Micah, did not Uncle surprised Liga's in five
undecided.
Said, if somebody said to me, Wait until you get outside the U.S., I would have taken that as a threat and then said, Let's handle it right here.
That boy, K.S.
Perr said, got a middle name for you, Unc, Shannon Bartholomew.
Ah, Bartholomew.
That's a good one.
What's your colleague used to call me that autumn in Wardrobe used to call me Bartholomew?
And my wife called me Pierced at the Colorado game like I did watch the same game she did.
Yeah.
East Coast Camp said Prime needs to let Officer Coordinator go.
In fact, send him to the transfer portal.
yeah that
yeah that was oh that was
they left a lot to be desired tonight ocho on both sides of the ball but i was really really disappointed with the uh the defense giving up 320 yards rushing on 47 attempts three touchdowns quarterback put you know put you up by seven late the ball game with a 45 yard run yeah that was not good
