So today I am bringing in not one, but two incredible guests to talk about such an important subject, not just for men, but I think for all of us women who love our partners and who love to have a healthy, happy sexual life, the penis. And I joke that it's the trophy because I truly believe and and the experts that I'm bringing in agree with me, that it really affects how men feel about themselves, their self-esteem, their life, their energy, if their penis is working properly or not.
So this is a very interesting conversation with these two experts.
The first one, William Moore, the founder of Dallas-based Biohacking Clinic Advanced U and the visionary mind behind Fai Lofil, the leading network for non-surgical penile girth enhancement. And he explains to us everything about that and who is a candidate for penile enhancement.
My next guest, Dr. Fenwa
Milhouse, is a very successful board-certified urologist. She was also on the super fun TLC
show, Doctor Down Below. So she also helps us and talks about ED, other treatments other than
Viagra, what are the options, what you should do to seek help very very important conversation not just for guys but for women as well because if you have a partner suffering from any kind of sexual issues maybe this episode is going to help you encourage them to seek help and go for it i hope you guys enjoy and DeLuz is gratefully sponsored by a local, wonderful Los Angeles business, gold standard builders, a design and construction company, licensed general contractors, a passionate team delivering great service, quality and fair pricing. Fenwell, welcome to Cat on the Loose. It's such an honor and pleasure to have you here.
Yeah, it is my pleasure to be here. I'm so excited to talk to you.
And it's an honor to be on your board. It's an honor and pleasure to have you here.
Yeah, it is my pleasure to be here. I'm so
excited to talk to you and it's an honor to be on your day. It's an honor to have you.
I'm a huge fan of your work and I love when I see women kicking ass, especially in fields where they are not, quote unquote, expected to be at. So let's talk about that first and foremost, you are a urologist, which I'm sure most people think like it should be a man, a guy doctor, right? How did you end up doing that? Absolutely.
Definitely in a man's field. I'm not going to bore you too much, But basically, I found out what urology was when I first started medical school.
And when I first started medical school, I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do. I found out what a urologist was.
In fact, somebody told the urology and I had to Google it. And when I Googled it, I saw men and I saw like older white men, you know, being like poor men, bi men.
And so I immediately cropped it off my list. I thought, okay, well, what is a black woman and black girl like me going to do in this type of field? Didn't think about it at all.
And it wasn't until a full year later, about a year and a half later, and we were getting prepared to be given a lecture by urologists in our second year class. And I was actually getting my backpack and stuff and I was ready to go because, I mean, it was already popped off my list.
I was going to skip out on this lecture and go like get a drink or something or study early. And I was getting, as I was like getting my stuff and my backpack ready to go.
I remember this moment we gave it yesterday. I was getting my stuff ready.
And in walks the lecturer. And it's a black woman.
And it's a urologist. And she gets introduced.
This is Dr. Westney, urology, an interim chair of the department here at the University of Texas.
And I was like, who is this urologist? And why does she she look like me and i didn't know they made them
like this and i'm suddenly was staring at this badass woman in my like i immediately thought she was a badass because she was again in this field that was dominant dominated by men and and she was a double minority being black female woman and i immediately sat my butt back down because I was, A, not going to be the only Black person
leaving the class with this Black lecture.
But also because I immediately was drawn to her and I wanted to know everything about why she became a urologist.
And that is where the story begins.
And that is how I became this urologist you've seen here.
It really was representation, that kind of fear being in love it. Amazing.
Congratulations. Now, I am not a doctor, I'm not an expert, but I've been doing Cat on the Loose for four years now.
And one question that I have that really, I don't understand it, it blows my mind, is why do you think, or maybe you disagree with me, I feel there is still so much stigma. Like when we try to talk about sex, when we try to talk about sexual health, when we try to talk openly about the subjects, about penis, because these things are so important to our overall well-being.
It's still such taboo. People cringe.
They are embarrassed. They're embarrassed of seeking help.
At least that's my perspective from my work. Do you feel that as well? That 100% people don't even say the word.
And part of it is because we don't know the words. We are not taught this.
We, you know, we aren't taught the proper anatomic parts. But another part of it is there is a, like, dirtiness to penis, vagina.
You know, and some of that comes from historically attaching shame to some of these things. Like, in medicine, there's a nerve called the pudendomir nerve.
Actually, in Latin, it means shame. From the beginning of time, if you will, shame was associated with our genitalia.
You know what I'm saying? Isn't that awful? It's weird. It's awful.
It's weird. Think about it.
It is actually weird. Why is this part of our body attached to shame? It has a purpose.
It has a purpose. You know what I'm saying? So how do you dismystify that as a doctor, because I know a lot of people listen to the podcast and I have a big male audience and I have male friends that they want to seek help, but they're embarrassed, they're ashamed, like you just said.
So anybody out there listening, whatever their issue is, as a doctor, what is your message to this audience that never saw urologists before or is embarrassed to seek help? Whatever issues they're having, like your show says, with the area down there., number one, you are not alone. I guarantee you what you are dealing with is actually far more common than you probably think it is.
Now, common doesn't make it normal. That's the second message is let's not normalize things just because they're common.
Just because you're older doesn't mean you have to live with a leaky bladder and pads just because you're older doesn't mean you have to live and no one should have to live with painful sex or difficulty you know engaging in sex if that's what they want to do so let's um normalize these things in the fact that let's normalize the conversation, but let's not make
it like an exception and accept it as normal. And that there is help.
There's a lot of lack
of information about what we can do to help some of these things. And quality of life is life.
Just because we're not curing cancer necessarily, and we do cure cancer, but just because
Thank you. these things and quality of life is life just because we're not curing cancer necessarily and we do cure cancer but just because one of the things we do our quality of life just because it's not here it doesn't mean we're not impacting life in a significant way it's every day we're making your quality of life better oh my god yeah you said super important things because i personally think having a healthy sex life is a huge part of overall health, aging well, having energy.
I'm a big advocate for that.
And I keep pounding and pounding and pounding on the podcast that it's not a shameful thing for us to talk about sex, especially men, because I know for guys, it's like such a big deal. So I want to ask you, I think it's one of the top issues that a lot of men have, right? Erectile dysfunction, like not being able to get it out.
And so the number one question the guys send me is a lot, many times when they do go to the doctor, the first thing the doctor does is like, okay, they write a prescription for whatever, Viagra, any similar pill. And a lot of these guys say, but I don't want to take it because it has side effects.
It gives me a headache. I don't feel well, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And then they feel frustrated because they think that this is the only solution to ED. So the question they send me that I'm not equipped to answer, and I'm sure you are, is are there other options if they see a doctor such as yourself other than just giving them a prescription? What? Ask me when I back up and say, really a good urologist or or good specialist in your medical condition isn't just getting your prescription in five minutes.
Really, a good physician is taking a health inventory.
Do you smoke?
Do you see a doctor at 1C?
Or do you exercise?
How is your blood pressure?
What's your cholesterol?
What is your desire?
Do you like the portion you have?
Like all of these things, because I am screening for other medical problems that could be caused. That could be a major factor
for the erectile dysfunction, right? I'm also thinking about the context that sex is having,
because maybe it's psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Maybe the situation isn't conducive to you getting
a healthy erection. Maybe you have relationship issues.
Maybe you have body image issues. Men can
have body image issues.
Maybe you have
Thank you. Maybe the situation isn't conducive to you getting a healthy erection.
Maybe you have relationship issues. Maybe you have body image issues.
Men can have body image issues. Maybe you have performance anxiety.
Maybe you're depressed. These are all things that a good specialist is going to be in inventory.
So there's that. And then also, absolutely, there are multiple options for erectile dysfunction.
Pills are certainly not the only. They may be the most well-known and the most utilized, but there is a plethora of things in our toolbox.
And now with erectile dysfunction, the exciting part is a lot of the stuff that we have known and tried and true are treatment options where you're doing something to get an artificial blood in this direction, where take this pill, do this pump, give this injection. But now we're looking more at restorative options, meaning what can we do to get the penis to have a natural, stimulate its own natural blood flow without having to take something when you want to have sex? So there are options.
That's the great news. So I think the number one thing is if you are having this issue, don't stop having sex and think like, oh, my sex life is over.
She's shaking her head. No, I agree.
Go seek a wonderful doctor such as Dr. Femlin.
You know what? Like, we are not dead. And I think a lot of people, while I'm old, I'm middle-aged, trying and you know what like we are not dead i see and i think a lot of people while i'm old i'm middle-aged i'm you know i see people with numbers like 40s and 50s like well i'm getting old i'm like oh you got 40 years to live you don't live the right without an important part of human you know um behavior if you want to and't, if it truly does not matter to you at all, kudos.
And that should not be shame do there. But by and large, the average
person wants to have that. And they shouldn't hang that up.
Even like 78 year olds, 80 plus
year olds. I saw a man who was like, I have a right without dysfunction.
And I think he was
used to other doctors dismissing it. Like, why do you care? And I'm like, yeah, you're not dead.
You know, I know. I love that you're saying that because I agree.
When I hear a 50-something-year-old guy or early 60s frustrated telling me, that's it, you know, it's too complicated. I'm like, come on, you know, go seek help help don't stop having sex maybe they're not gonna have the same stamina as when they were 20 but you're right you know guys should be able to do it way into their 70s which leads me to my next question which is very controversial at least here in california the lives the same where you are because of the testosterone treatment.
Here, a lot of, and of course,
it has all this insurance crap involved. I don't want to get into that, but a lot of doctors,
yeah, you go to a clinic there, you know, there are these fancy clinics that specialize in
testosterone. You show up, they give you testosterone.
But if you go to your doctor,
many doctors here in California, they tell you,
no, I'm against it. It causes too many medical issues.
I'm not going to give it to you. So
believe it or not, it's a big deal here in California. So a lot of guys take it, they go
to the clinics and they pay a lot of money. And a lot of guys are very afraid of trying it because
of what they hear from their
doctors what is your opinion when it comes to testosterone treatment um i don't think it has been needed utilized almost a century okay um and believe it or not in men and we know a lot of stuff about the softball treatment. I don't know exactly where all
of the
kind of fear
came from. There have been
more recently really good
quality studies
that have shown testosterone
to be by and large states.
Now, we're talking about testosterone replacement
therapy that's done to get you
in a normal physiologic range, meaning we're not talking about juicing up and getting and performance-advancing type of levels. Okay, that's not even like, you know, not the level we're talking about.
We're talking about more physiologic levels. We also know that untreated low testosterone in men is associated with increased risk of depression and actually decrease life expectancies.
We believe the same things are also true in women. Okay.
We know that testosterone, we talked about like misconception. So we want misconception to testosterone is inn harmful.
Done correctly, testosterone is actually probably more beneficial for your long-term health. Okay.
When it's appropriately dosed to the appropriate patient and monitor. Okay.
And you're saying that for men and women? Men and women. Okay.
Men and women. Amazing.
Yeah. Men and women.
These clinics, they will easily give you testosterone, whether they monitor it well, a big fat question mark. Now, the other thing I was going to say that's another conception is that testosterone is for men.
It's a male hormone, male hormone, testosterone, female hormone, estradiol. We have it all like, it's way more complicated than that.
In fact, women make more testosterone than estrogen in our body.
Our bodies naturally have more testosterone than estrogen.
Okay.
Yes.
Testosterone is extremely important.
We know for both men and women for brain function, for bone function, for muscle function. And it's the key hormone for sexual desire.
Okay, sexual desire. And so it can be safely done.
Now it's not FDA approved for women. It is FDA approved for men.
Not FDA approved for women. I foresee that in the future, it will become FDA approved for women.
There will be an FDA approved product.
But for now, it's off label, which doesn't make it necessarily harmful. Again, when dose appropriately and monitored select.
So I think the first step and probably the most important is to seek help with someone that you really, really trust. Correct? Correct.
Correct. Yeah, I mean, a um way to know is that somebody who's like trustworthy at sinsies they'll be able to explain the pros and cons to you you know what i'm saying they won't get defensive at your questions they will be able to back up things with um all the evidence-based studies if you you know it's necessary they are trying to they are monitoring you if you're going to somebody that's never monitoring you that may that's the red flag you see that thing and so and they present you with different options you know it's not all one size one-size-fits-all type of plug-in play.
Right, but all very important information. Now, before I let you go, let's talk about the show on TLC for Amina, Doctor Down Below, right? Doctor Down Below.
It's such a cute show. How did it...
Tell us how you ended up there? Thank you. Thank you.
I'm really proud of the one episode. I'll tell you about one later.
But yeah. So that was organic, Kat.
Like totally doing my thing. And I will say I started my social media presence, if you will, because no one knows what we do.
Like patients don't know what we do. Other doctors or colleagues that are not in urology don't know what we do.
So like, why don't you just like tell people what we do? I love what I do. And I wanted to destigmatize the things that we did.
But I also found myself in media because of a black woman, I realized the powers that were in patient, right? I talked to you about my story, how became a neurologist and I was like to whom much is given much is required and so I'm just doing my thing um and I do my thing on social media by being myself like that's what is best how I work and I call myself your favorite neurologist because I'm I I speak to the people I'll their language. I'm not afraid to say dick.
I'm not afraid to say UFFY. But see, I guess I am afraid.
I can say any of your wongs here. I'm not afraid to make myself the butt of the joke in a way to help not joke about a patient, but to bring levity to things so we can talk about them and not feel shame.
And so a talent agent found me on my Instagram. I think you'd make a great TV show, doctor.
And I thought it was a scam. And I was like, do you know what I do all day? Like I look at penises and vaginas.
Like how is this going to be on TV? Oh, don't worry. We'll figure it out.
We can blur. It's like to blur.
And then it was a bunch of interviews on Zoom because it was a pandemic. It was around the pandemic.
It was a bunch of like back and forth. I wouldn't hear from months.
And then it's out of nowhere. Like, oh, okay, we want to film this and that.
It was a total of almost two-year process between that first introduction DM that I thought was a scam to, hey, this is the pilot that's airing. And what you saw that aired back last year was such a great production.
I was watching it for the first time with everybody else, and I thought, they did a really freaking good job of displaying my true personality and showing how I am both compassionate, but also relatable. And how these patients that you saw on that show are real patients.
These are not make-believe. They're real.
The things they were going through are real. The emotions that they displayed are 100% real.
And you know what? I think it's one of the most important shows that should be on TV, like you said, because it's one of my dreams that me as a communicator and you as a doctor, that we can dismissify, like you said, this subject, make it mainstream, make people talk about it, seek help, because it's just absurd that everybody's like so ashamed. Like you said, like it's something dirty and it's not something dirty.
It's something amazing and healthy and a beautiful part of our lives. And I have to say, you do an amazing job on your social media.
I'm having, she has the cutest face now. I'm having so much fun because yeah, you are so organic, you're so natural.
And I'm like you. I think it's the only way to do it is be ourselves.
And I learn a lot from your videos. So if you guys are listening, go check out her Instagram because you put a lot of important content, but in a way that people like me, people who are not doctors can really understand and educate ourselves.
So you're doing an amazing job. I like teasing and like blessing and smiling.
Thank you. Thank you.
It is a labor of love. I love what I do.
Everything I do, all my content is like from me directly. Everybody, people like that, like me, me, me, me.
Like I do it all. And I do that and I still take care of Faith in full time.
So I thank you. It is very encouraging to always hear when somebody feels like what I'm doing speaks to them, help them feel, you know, more comfortable speaking about their body, hear about what they're going through and, and, and, and just feel empowering.
Um, that like, that is the, the biggest, I think thing I want to leave behind is to empower individuals. Like you said, to not feel the shame and not feel this, um, um, this lonely about what they're doing.
I love that. Thank you so much.
I really hope they, they, back over and over and over. And also, guys, if you're listening, try to find it on TLC.
I'm not sure where. Dr.

Oh, amazing. I love that.
So I have so many questions to ask you because the subject of biohacking has been in the news a lot lately. Since you founded this fantastic biohacking clinic, before we focus on male health and sexual illness.
Can you explain to the people listening in a nutshell, for those who don't really understand what it is or what that means, what is biohacking and how does a biohacking clinic can help someone? In a nutshell, biohacking is used to make people feel better, perform better, and look better. But feel better and perform better are the two primary components of, in my opinion, biohacking.
And everything that we do in a biohacking clinic really relates to reducing inflammation, increasing mitochondrial activity, which produces more ATP for your body, to make your body function better and, as I said before, live longer. So we're using modalities that you can't get at a typical gym or that you can't do at your home to actually increase your longevity.
I love that. I actually started just a few months ago trying to biohack my life.
I'm really into wellness. I'm really, the more I age, the more I want to, you know, just age well and live longer, a healthier lifestyle.
And I think it's fascinating. And it's just a really, really, really broad spectrum.
So today, I want to focus specifically on male wellness and sexual health, because I know your clinic treats a lot of that, correct? Exactly. We do.
We have a huge male clientele, especially for the male enhancement side. And then our biohacking is about 50-50.
Okay, that's amazing. So I know to a lot of people, it's still taboo.
I know that because I get a lot of messages from men from all over the world. They have issues in this area.
They have issues in the sexual area at their age. Maybe they can't perform well or their partners are complaining, whatever it is.
But they're embarrassed when it comes to seeking help. So if anybody out there is listening that is not your patient yet or never heard of a
clinic that can help them, what would be the first step or maybe a word of encouragement that you would tell someone that never seeked help before? Well, first of all, everyone that's on my team that answers questions about malenhancement or penicillin enhancement, they're all guys and they've all had the procedure. So you're not speaking to someone who's not of your same sex and you're not speaking to someone who has just heard about the procedure or they've been trained on how to speak about the procedure, but they've actually had the procedure.
And so that's what really makes bowel feel special is that if you wanted to call another provider for pain or breath adjustment, you're most likely going to call the clinic and you're most likely going to get a female on the phone. It's not always easy for a man to ask these initial questions to a female.
And most likely, that person's not going to be as well trained to answer the questions because they have to answer questions on a lot of different procedures. And so they can't really specialize in answering questions about GARTH enhancement.
And our people that answer the questions do specialize, and they only answer questions about GARTH enhancement day in and day out. And so the easiest way to get one of these guys on the phone, or actually, I'm sorry, the easiest way to get, the easiest way to communicate with one of these guys is via text, because we have found that people are much more open to having a texting conversation than they are actually having a phone conversation in the very beginning.
So if you go to our website, and I know that you don't mind if I plug it. No, no, it's going to be on the episode, actually, because we are here to learn together.
And this is really a platform. I encourage people, yeah, to seek help and go for it.
So yeah, tell us your website. Yeah, so if you get our website, which is FowlPhil, P-H-A-L-L-O-F-I-L-L.com, you're going to immediately see a way to text us.
And so you can send a direct text message. And generally within just a few minutes, you're going to get a response from one of our live agents.
We don't have any AI or anything like that. It's all going to be from a person.
There is a text message that is an automatic text message that says, thank you for contacting us. We'll be with you you shortly but then whenever someone does come on as a live person that has had the procedure okay but let's rewind the story a little bit because a lot of most people don't know what fellow feel is before we get to fellow feel like i said uh because i even have friends okay i have a lot of male friends they feel they to have better sex, or they feel they want to perform better in bed, or they feel I cannot get an erection, therefore my sex life is over.
These are usually the top complaints that I hear from men out there, but they don't know the solution, or they're frustrated, or they go to the doctor, and the doctor is like, here, take Viagra and go home. And they're like, I don't like you.
And a lot of guys actually get sick if they take Viagra. They don't feel well.
So they don't know that there are other solutions. Right.
Now, many solutions here. Exactly.
So this is what I want to start the story from the beginning for the people that don't know that you exist and the people that don't even know what fellow fuel is. So they call your clinic and they say, hi, I don't even know if fellow fuel is the solution for me.
What is it? Because not everybody's a candidate. So is every guy a candidate for male girth enhancement? How does it work? How do you know who is a good candidate for that or not? Generally, there are no bad candidates for the volatile girth enhancement.
The only people who we would turn away would be someone who had a bleeding disorder or they were taking blood thinners or they had some reconstructive surgery as a child or as an adult or they've had to have reconstruction to that urethra for an injury or something like that but generally we don't have to turn down clients who want to make their penises larger it's it's pretty easy for most people so that's that's not usually a concern whenever someone begins to to communicate with us or they text with us most people are going to be a candidate for thalafil. Some are better candidates than others, but we can generally work with anyone.
So is this a solution for those guys that cannot get an erection or keep an erection, you know, longer? It's not. So this is just an aesthetic procedure that's made to increase the girth of the penis to make the man feel better about himself with boost of self-confidence or quote-unquote big dick energy yeah it's okay that i said that on the show it's one million percent okay yes so um so we we like the energy that men it's good whenever they whenever they all of a sudden perceive themselves better in the mirror in the mornings.
It changes their day. It changes their outlook of life.
Their relationships are better, not only with their partners, but just with their friends because they have the better self-confidence. They get promotions at work.
They invent new products. They open up new companies.
So many things can happen when a man perceives himself different in the morning. But, but that foul fill is just for girth enhancement and it's not for length enhancement.
It does look like from our photographs on our website that the penis is longer. It's actually just heavier.
And so it's hanging better because of the weight and the dermal filler can't really shrink. So it's kind of building scaffolding, if you will, in the penis.
But the erectile does not change, just the girth. But it does make you more of a shower rather than a grower.
So when it comes to erectile dysfunction, our performance, we can use some biohacking techniques to be able to increase the performance of sexual medicine. So we have a few different things we can choose from.
One is stem cells or exosomes that can be directly into the corpora of the penis that will increase blood flow and help heal and rejuvenate the tissue. That's a great way of rejuvenating or erectile dysfunction for performance.
And oftentimes you might have heard of something called the P-SHOT, which is platelet-rich plasma that's injected into the corpora. But this is a technique that uses stem cells or exosomes that come from a newborn baby.
And so the growth factors are more public in what we can get from an adult. And then we have extracorporeal shockwave therapy, which is basically sound.
And it penetrates through the penis and it can loosen up plaque and can allow better blood flow. And I tell people it's sort of like having thunder.
And when it hits your windows, it makes the windows vibrate.
The sound can cause movement.
And so we can actually free up some blood flow in the penis by using this acoustic sound therapy. And then the third way that I think is fantastic because it does many things to the rest of your body is hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
So you're putting it in a hyperbaric chamber and you're breathing 95 to 100% oxygen and the pressure pushes this oxygen to all of your hypoxic tissue, such as your penis or your brain, and it can even help you have better hair growth. Jay Leno used the hyperbaric oxygen therapy whenever he had the face burn from his car accident.
So it's FDA cleared for soft tissue wounds and for wound healing, diabetic wounds, but it's a, it's a great procedure. So those three combination is a great way to do correction of erectile dysfunction without taking oral medications.
I love that. And I think that's amazing.
And so two questions. The first one is a lot of men, when they hear all of that, they're like, oh, my God, it probably hurts.
I don't want to do it. So the first question is, does it hurt? And the second question is, they say, oh, I'm going to do all of that.
And it costs so much money. And does it really, really work? Or how many times do I have to do it? Is it something that they have to do constantly? Is it long term? Or is it just a few treatments? Well, as far as any type of procedure that's for reversing aging or for rejuvenation, generally we do a series of treatments.
So if it's acoustic sound therapy, maybe we do six. And then every 12 to 18 months, you may need to come back and do six more because we're not stopping your body from aging.
We're just slowly making changes to reverse aging or longevity, but you're going to continue to age. So we're going to have to continuously do some type of maintenance for these type of
procedures. So it's not painful.
Acoustic sound therapy really feels like one of those back massagers that vibrates really fast, but it's not a vibration. It's sound therapy, but it feels a lot like a back massager.
So no one's going to have any issues with pain from acoustic sound therapy. The exosomes injection, we stick you with a needle into the corpora of your penis four or five times.
But we put a topical number cream on and generally people talk to me right through it about whatever's going on with their lives. And so they're not clenching the table.
It's not something somebody should dread. Let's be honest.
Most most men are very afraid of needles especially you're talking about needles near their penis they don't want to hear about it well you know when i'm doing foul feel which is my girl that has a procedure generally i ask men when they get finished with the procedure on a scale of one to ten one being the easiest most pain-free, and ten being the most painful that they can imagine, I generally get a two. And that's with the girth enhancement because we use Lodicane and we have a great technique that's very easy for the patient.
The exosomes injection is actually even easier. So it's not something that they should dread.
And then the hyperbaric oxygen therapy session is very relaxing. There's, you know, that's my favorite place to take a nap.
So those... That sounds like it's something good for women as well, right? Oh, gosh.
Yeah, we stay booked. We have surgeons send us women who have just had facelifts and they've had breast implant surgery because it's so good for the scars.
It's so good for reducing swelling. But just the ability to make the body produce more ATP, to reduce inflammation, to push oxygen through the body, to get it to all of your organs and your brain and all of your tissues.
Anyone, male or female, can do this procedure. And we have about a 50-50 split of men and women that are doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but it's something that can be specifically used for men for helping them have better blood flow in the penis, but it's also going to help many other aspects of their health.
I love that because you know what? I see so many guys and I did episodes about that in the past. Nowadays, in their late 40s, I mean, meaning they're not old, right? In their early 50s.
And they're like, oh my God, I can't get it up. My sex life is dwindling.
I don't have the same performance that I did before. And I'm like, you need to seek help because sex is healthy.
You should be having great, amazing sex. And then they complain because they go to their usual doctor and nine out of 10 doctors, they go and they write a prescription of Viagra or similar, you know, they're like, here, take the pill.
Like I was saying in the beginning, and a lot of guys don't feel well when they take viagra they literally i don't know some guys say their head burn they have headaches some guys have palpitation i had a an ex-boyfriend that literally didn't want to have sex because yeah he started having like his head started burning burning burning. Like he felt so sick that then, of course, it wasn't worth having sex.
So it's amazing that you're putting this natural biohacking ideas out there because, you know, it's so much better to go the natural route. And I think everybody deserves to be able to have an amazing sex life.
And it's so important to talk about it. It is.
And very few people do. You know, it's still such taboo for men.
And I'm happy to, when I meet people like you, and when I see clinics like yours, because I know you have a lot of clients, but I also know there is thousands and thousands of guys out there that don't know where to go for help. And then they stay home and their relationship suffers.
And like you were saying, their self-esteem suffers because they don't know where to go for help. So here it is, guys.
There are like many, many options out there. And it's definitely a great idea to seek help.
Right, Bill? Great point. Great point.
I'm so glad that you said that because I think I feel the same way. I think that every man or woman deserves to have the best sex life until the absolute last moment of their lives.
I think it's a very important part of my life, and I don't ever want to see it dwindle. And at age 40, 40% of men are already experiencing erectile dysfunction.
And so you can't really wait, or you shouldn't wait until you experience problems. I believe that you should start doing some healthy things for your penis and your studies before you begin to see erectile dysfunction.
There are things that we can do to keep it healthy. So we shouldn't ignore the penis, I think, as much as we do.
Yeah, it should be. We shouldn't be embarrassed to talk about it.
This is what I really try to do with my audience. We need to normalize these conversations because we are in a culture when we talk about having healthy sexual lives and we talk about penis, when we talk about vagina.
These are super natural and the healthiest things we could possibly be doing for our lives. And we are labeled as perverts or doing something wrong when it's the exact opposite, right? We should be having these conversations more and more and more.
I really, I'm so glad that you, people like you and yourself are opening the door to have these conversations because I see things when men come in to me for birth enhancement. And so I'm going to give you a couple of examples.
If I sit down to do a consultation with a man, oftentimes the very first thing that he says is I've never had any complaints. And so it's almost as if society looks down upon men who need help with erections or with size.
But yet women can sit down almost with their pastor at the dining room table and talk about breast enhancement or breast enlargement and talk about what surgeon is the best to use. But men can't have these conversations.
It's almost like it demastelizes a man or they lose their virility if they all of a sudden need to have help. But we all are going to have to have help.
And most men want to have a larger size penis, even if they have a normal, already slightly larger than normal size penis, they still would like to have a larger penis. And sometimes it's really necessary.
It's not just about aesthetics, but sometimes it's necessary after their wife has maybe had two or three vaginal births. Things change.
And as you said, we all deserve to have good sex. But when the walls of the vagina are are not touching the penis neither one of them are having a great sex life and i've had so many men tell us exactly what this has done to make them reconnect with their spouses or partners um because they went for years after childbirth and did not enjoy sex and now all of a sudden sudden, after 20 to 25 years of marriage, they're having the best sex of their lives.
You know, this is such a good point, even if it's just for vanity. Because like you said, women, if we have small boobs, we're like, oh, I'm going to get a bigger boob.
Or I'm going to do my hair. I'm going to do extensions.
I'm going to do my makeup. You know, you do whatever the hell it is.
And I'm a huge advocate for that, by the way, because I always say the world sees us from the outside in. And I think whatever in the world it is that you have to do to make yourself feel great, like you were saying for men, I believe that the dick, I always say that is like a trophy.
Guys feel amazing when their dick works well, well or like you said when it's big and powerful and i know when they're not having great sex or when the dick can function properly it it messes with their self-esteem i know that in in 99.9 percent of men and so yeah like you said even if it's even if it works amazingly well if they want to have a bigger girls, like you said, even if it works amazingly well, if they want to have a bigger girth, like you said, or if there is a procedure that they can do, who are we to judge? Why not? Since women, we are always seeking new ways to make ourselves feel better about our images. It's just something that we don't talk about.
I'm going to steal from you what you just said about a man's trophy because I've never had it presented to me that way. And I love what you just said about it's their trophy because it really is their trophy.
And speaking of your trophy, like it's crazy to me that people will go and have these auto-proven girth enhancement procedures you know by providers in the u.s that are doing things that are shady under the table with silicone implants or injecting liquid silicone into the body or whether they travel down to mexico and they do something that's also just as shady or under the table but you only have one penis and you should take care of that penis because it's to a man is one of the most important things in his life. Yes.
And to the women and to the women or the men in your life, whoever you choose to sleep with as well to your partner. So yeah, you should take care of it for you and you should take care of it for your partner.
And I'm all for it. So when I heard about you and I heard about your clinic, I'm going to say the name of your clinic, by the way, it's called Advanced U.
And you do a lot of amazing biohacking procedures, which I'm really into. And the procedure, again, guys, it's fellow feel for GERS enhancement.
If anybody wants to know more, how long does it last?
So we tell patients that it will last about three to four years, but we think that they're going to get more longevity out of it. The most we've seen someone lose over the course of 12 months has been about a quarter of an inch, and most men don't even lose that.
But one treatment increases the girt by one quarter of an inch. So if you do one treatment every 12 months, you will maintain that quarter of an inch that you may lose over the course of 12 months.
So you do the procedure, you do the series of treatments. It's usually three to four, sometimes five sessions, depending on how girthy you want to be.
And then one treatment every 12 months will for sure maintain it. And if you just never did anything else again, probably three to four years.
I love it. And for you guys out there listening, like you said, through your website, they can get a text if they don't feel comfortable talking to someone on the phone, correct? That's correct.
And you guys are major experts in the field. There are a lot of options, like you said, if anybody doesn't want to take Viagra, which I know a lot of people don't want to take, so there is no reason to stay home living a sexless life.
I agree. There's many things to try before you go down the road of medication.
And the doctors that you go see, I mean, they have so much on them. They get to see you for five to seven minutes.
And so they don't get to put their thinking hat on and try and figure out what's the best thing to do and try. They just know that I've got this medication, I can call this in, and then this will sometimes make sex better.
But it also has lots of side effects, such as the blurred vision and the headaches. The headaches and the blurred vision is what got me i tried it before i just can't take it because of my head is pounding and i don't want to have sex after i've taken it yeah so um there's definitely other things to explore yeah i'm i'm definitely i don't like taking medication myself for many reasons and i I always try, whatever I feel, I try to, like I said, I try to biohack my life.
I always try to find natural remedies and usually always works better for sure. I am so happy that we connected.
