Speaker 3
Since then, Cuervo has stayed true to its roots. The same family, the same land, the same passion.
Cuervo. So, enjoy the tequila that started it all.
Cuervo. Cuervo.
The tequila that invented tequila.
Speaker 3 Brooksimo, Quervo.com, please drink responsibly. Cuervo.

Speaker 3 That is Loud Rong Day!
Speaker 3 I was loud wrong this weekend. Loud! What is today's date? Let's mark it as an official holiday.
Speaker 3 It is the 13th of November. Yeah, your day.
Speaker 3 How do we make this like a holiday? So, and on this day every year, because of how wrong I was about Notre Dame, Miami, I will not be able to say anyone else is wrong about anything. So loud.
Speaker 3 Even if like OJ Simpson did that today,
Speaker 3
I would never be able to say anyone was wrong. So wrong.
Garrett, put it on the poll. What's better? Great sex or Dan being loud wrong?
Speaker 3
Do you have the self-discipline to do that? Oh, yeah, that's fine. I will go the entire show today.
In fact, you pointed out I'll take fines every time I mention that anyone's wrong about anything.
Speaker 3 I could say whatever I want. You can't point out that I'm wrong.
Speaker 3 Anyone? Not even us, like anyone in the nation. Like, what if Sugats is factually wrong about something?
Speaker 5 It doesn't matter. You can't point it out.
Speaker 3 Yeah, someone else will have have to jump on that.
Speaker 3 I am the most wrong.
Speaker 3 We need to go through today's show because I'd forgotten it was Dan Isloud Wrong Day. We don't celebrate that around here.
Speaker 6 A lot of fines, Dan. There's going to be a lot of fines when we get the report.
Speaker 3 The last two minute reports. All right, let's find out what I said everybody was wrong about.
Speaker 3 And I'm going to hand out cash at the end of the show because I did not know we were celebrating Dan Islow Wrong Day.
Speaker 3 By the way, the cash goes directly to me as the owner of the Fine Bucket Plus Loss, which I am boycotting.
Speaker 2 You definitely said I was wrong multiple times for playing whistles at the wrong time.
Speaker 3
Yeah, let's get Ethan on that. Let's find out what it is that I owe because, and let's try and remake the money back on selling Dan is wrong shirts for Juju.
I won't get that money either.
Speaker 3
Juju will get that money. Make it a fashion statement.
I didn't think I said that many people were wrong today. Nobody reminded me that today was Dan is loud wrong day.
Nobody reminded me.
Speaker 3
Thank you for doing that. We're wrong.
Three hours late.
Speaker 3 Not as wrong as you. Tread lightly.
Speaker 3 Find out what it is that I owe over the entirety of the show.
Speaker 3 Can you guys tell me, update me on this, okay? Because you know that I love boxing and have always
Speaker 3 talked about boxing here, even while nobody else wants to talk about boxing.
Speaker 3 And I've lamented over the last few years, but yet I can't deny it, that Jake Paul has taken over the pay-per-view game and made celebrity boxing a thing, a ridiculous thing,
Speaker 3 where
Speaker 3 most people listening to this, I'm assuming, don't care that Francis Nganu has to go from being legitimate heavyweight champion of UFC, what should be a distinguished title, to following the Jake Paul plan of circus freak fights in order to make real money in boxing because Jake Ball has somehow come over to boxing and jerry-rigged the game so that he gets the eyeballs, he gets the audience, and he was going to fight Tank Johnson, and I thought he was going to lose that fight.
Speaker 3
I thought it was going to... Tank Davis.
Tank Davis, excuse me.
Speaker 3 That is a fine.
Speaker 6 And I can't. Yeah.
Speaker 3 Okay.
Speaker 3 Josel Melee. Yeah.
Speaker 3 I'm going to owe so much money at the end of today's show. We listened back.
Speaker 1 You owe $20 to Roy, $14. No, no, no.
Speaker 3 Stay confident. You got your bars crittended.
Speaker 6 Tony's going to hold a metal log by the end of this.
Speaker 3
I thought he was going to lose a fight. Tank wasn't going to fight at 132 pounds, right? He was going to gain weight for that fight.
As much as he could.
Speaker 3 I was going to say, how much can you gain on that frame?
Speaker 3 I thought he was going to lose that fight because that's the most legitimate boxer he's faced, even though he has him by 100 pounds. And there are reasons for weight divisions in fighting.
Speaker 3 But Jake Paul can't fight Anthony Joshua. Like he should not fight Anthony Joshua.
Speaker 3 That is going in there to get knocked out. That is
Speaker 3
a legitimate heavyweight fighter and somebody worthy of the heavyweight crown. And if Jake Paul fights him, he's going to get harmed.
He's going in to get knocked out.
Speaker 3 Is that a real thing? Is he to go from fighting tank to fighting Anthony Joshua? He's going to go up a hundred pounds in, oh, I'm going to actually fight a real fighter.
Speaker 3 Yeah, and obviously there's been a lot of people that have had their name thrown in, whether they've liked it or not, between the Tank Davis fight falling off. Then there was Nate Diaz.
Speaker 3 It was like, oh, is he going to fight? And then it was Francis Nganu, and then Francis Gano's like, I'm not going to fight him. And then all of a sudden, they've settled that Anthony Joshua.
Speaker 3 But if you look back, Anthony Joshua starched Francis Nganu. And if you look at Francis Nganu versus Jake Paul, and you're like, that fight wouldn't have been fair either.
Speaker 3
So now look at the discrepancy between Tank Davis, who's 5'6, 140 pounds, to Anthony Joshua, who's 6'4 ⁇ , 260 pounds. A transit of property.
You know about that? I know about transit of property.
Speaker 1 I like it. I use it as a tool sometimes.
Speaker 3 Guys, just I know that Tony does the MMA and the combat sports for us around here, but fighting Nate Diaz would be one kind of fight and would be in keeping with some of the silliness that he's done with Anderson, Silva, and other people.
Speaker 3 He'd probably beat Nate Diaz. Yeah, yeah, but he's he's fighting someone who is a striker and is good at boxing in MMA.
Speaker 3 But Anthony Johnson,
Speaker 3 Anthony Joshua is a whole nother level of expertise. And
Speaker 3 size. They fought.
Speaker 3 Unanimous decision for Jake Paul over Nathiaz.
Speaker 3
Anthony Joshua is a heavyweight fighter worthy of the heavyweight crown. Jake Paul should not be stepping into a ring with that person.
How real is that, Tony?
Speaker 3 Because the first time I heard that before it is that they moved to Tank who was 100 pounds lighter, the first I heard of that, I said Jake Paul can't and shouldn't do that.
Speaker 3 That is dangerous in a way that is not responsible. It was kind of the same situation with like Mike Tyson and Jake Paul where I was like, all right, is Mike going to get hurt here?
Speaker 3 Because Jake is a legitimate, strong boxer and has like a really good right hook. And it's like, Mike is 60 years old.
Speaker 3 Now we move that to the upper echelon of Anthony Joshua's a world-class world champion boxer who has massive cinder blocks for hands and Jake Paul's never fought somebody with that kind of power.
Speaker 3 So when you talk about transitive property, yeah, you could take a shot from Tank Davis, but when you're taking a shot from Anthony Joshua, completely differently.
Speaker 3
And I am in on this fight, by the way. Anthony Joshua, by the way.
I want to see this. Okay, but is it real, though? Because he was supposed to fight Tank this week, was he not?
Speaker 3 Last week is when that fight was supposed to be. It's supposed to be here, right? It was supposed to be across the street, yes.
Speaker 3 And that fight also had circus properties to it because you're still talking about a hundred-pound weight difference.
Speaker 3 Yeah, there's always a circus property when you have Jake Paul involved because you never know who he's going to fight because he's not going to fight a guy who's in his division who's a legitimate boxer.
Speaker 3 But everything seems to point out from Uncrowned Yahoo Sports Aerials product.
Speaker 3
The Netflix boxing match is in the works for December. So it's like a legitimate thing where the wheels are greased and moving towards a big payday for Anthony Joshua.
You have my interest.
Speaker 3 Like, I'm going to watch to see Jake Paul get knocked out because I don't. Look, I don't know what to do.
Speaker 3
You guys tell me what I should do with this as gambling is something that is in baseball, in basketball. And awesome.
You're getting into
Speaker 3
corrupt thinking that things aren't real types of games. You can influence in UFC a real fight.
And I saw Conor McGregor be carried around by Floyd Mayweather, a defensive fighter for eight fights.
Speaker 3 Anybody who has watched boxing knows that that's Floyd just carrying someone around around in order to keep a payday going.
Speaker 3 If Anthony Joshua does not extinguish Jake Paul in a round, I'm going to immediately assume that's fixed.
Speaker 3 Jake Paul cannot stay in a ring with Anthony Joshua, who's actually hunting him, unless Anthony Joshua's
Speaker 3 in on carrying him around. Anthony
Speaker 3 mentioned the kill shot Tyson had. Yeah, obviously Tyson, who also has cinder blocks for hand, albeit a little bit older hands, but he had the kill shot on Jake Paul and it didn't happen, right?
Speaker 1 But don't we also assume that Tyron Woodley took a dive?
Speaker 3 Maybe.
Speaker 2 I believe, Dan, weren't you here, though, before the Jake Paul-Tyson fight saying Tyson was going to destroy him?
Speaker 2 Yes, I know that Joshua is not 60.
Speaker 3 Okay, but listen to what it is.
Speaker 3 Listen to what it is, though, that what Tony is saying, because you are correct on Dan is loud wrong day. I did say that Mike Tyson was going to kill Jake Paul.
Speaker 3 And if Mike Tyson had thrown the punch that he would have at any point in his previous 60 years, he would have killed Jake Paul and did not, chose not to kill Jake Paul.
Speaker 3 because I have to wonder when you get into the circus elements of this, honest to God, what requirement, you talk about professional trolls and Gilbert Arenas, what requirement does Jake Paul have to adhere to any of boxing's integrities and have a fight with a Mike Tyson who's 60 years old and they both have the understanding.
Speaker 3 And Mike, if there's any spot where you can kill me, don't. Like, what responsibility does Jake Paul to have to put on a fair fight when his chief governance is entertainment?
Speaker 3 So then, are we just saying it's wrestling at this point?
Speaker 1 Well, I mean, it's a crime if it's not.
Speaker 1 Like, if he's
Speaker 3 reconciling,
Speaker 3
that's correct. It's a crime.
It's illegal. But what responsibility does he have to be responsible about legality? We were just talking about
Speaker 3 Gilbert Arenas.
Speaker 3 If you're running boxing, you're Jake Paul, and you're an internet sensation, what real responsibility do you have to fight for by the rules when you can just throw up your hands and say, isn't isn't it all entertainment?
Speaker 3 It's just all meant to be fun, right? You're just paying me for the view. You're not paying me for the integrity of the view.
Speaker 8 So a couple of questions.
Speaker 6 Number one,
Speaker 6 his fights are sanctioned? Are they sanctioned by any boxing committee?
Speaker 1 Yes, they're not.
Speaker 3 He's ranked. He's ranked, but boxing is, but I mean, boxing is the dirtiest, okay? Where there is a dollar, there's a license.
Speaker 6 Sure, sure. Okay, so then my next question is, is wrestling ever on the on the Vegas books?
Speaker 8 Can you bet on who's going to win WrestleMania?
Speaker 1 Yes, but it's one of those like prop bets where there's there's a limit, usually like $500, the max you could bet on a match.
Speaker 3
And a ton of books refuse to take it. Yeah.
But you also don't know what the script is, right? So unless you're.
Speaker 1 Well, but some people do and there's no way to prove, hey, do you know what I'm saying?
Speaker 3 Can we examine, though, what Jake Paul's responsibilities are here in the dirtiest game that you're arriving at and you're now changing it? You're the money. Boxing has always been corrupt.
Speaker 3
Boxing is one of the few sports that has judges. You can contaminate judges.
Boxing is one of the few sports where you can have a fixed fight because you just get in bed with one fighter.
Speaker 3 What responsibility does influencer Jake Paul have to play by the rules? I think he has a massive one, right? Because it's not about just his fight that's on the card.
Speaker 3 He's putting up, and he's done a great job of lifting up women's boxing in a way with Amanda Serrano, Katie Taylor, legitimate all-world boxers that are females.
Speaker 1 I think he helped Francis Nagano get paid too, right?
Speaker 3 Also, in a weird setup way, too.
Speaker 3 But when you look at what he's doing for the people that are up and coming in boxing ranks, especially women, If you're looking at top-down saying the fight is fixed at the top, then is the fight fixed for Amanda Serrano?
Speaker 3 Is the fight fixed for Katie Taylor? Are fights? But are fights that are legitimate fights fixed?
Speaker 3 My question to you guys is, couldn't he rationalize any bad behavior and file it under, hey, I'm an influencer providing opportunities. I'm an entertainer.
Speaker 3 Like, I shouldn't be doing the illegal thing.
Speaker 3 Am I not a rule? breaker?
Speaker 6 But it's cool up until the point, like I said, if people are gambling on it, if it's without limits as it is in wrestling, then it becomes a problem.
Speaker 6 But whose responsibility is it to report to the gambling houses that, hey, this is theater, this isn't...
Speaker 3 I mean,
Speaker 3 if I were to talk to anybody in boxing who has some real knowledge about what boxing is, they would tell Jake Paul that it's irresponsible to get into the ring with Anthony Joshua.
Speaker 3 Like, it's not, that, that is not, never mind, prudent, that's not something someone of his expertise or his skill level should be doing with his life, whether he's a ranked fighter or not.
Speaker 3
Unless it's not real. Clean it up.
Unless it's not real.
Speaker 3 But if you look at across the ring and you're looking out and saying, all right, this guy has fought Vladimir Klitschko, Andrew Rees twice, Usuk twice, and Ganu, Dubois. Those are murderers.
Speaker 3
Those are legitimate killers in boxing. And Jake Paul has not had that resume.
So Ganu is not, though. And Ganu is not.
Speaker 3 Nobody's got nuclear power in his hands, Dan, which I don't think anybody that Jake Paul has fought has had that threat.
Speaker 3 I believe that if you got on here, they would be dismissed as curmudgeon, but if you got on here, anybody who actually covers boxing, they would tell you that there's not a way for Jake Paul to win that fight that isn't fixed.
Speaker 3 It's not even he can hit with one lucky punch. Like that there is no circumstance under which the skill level and the experience level of Jake Paul should be in a ring with Anthony Joshua.
Speaker 3 To go from Nate
Speaker 3 to go from a Diaz brother or spent MMA fighters, whatever, didn't he fight Uriah Faber, whatever,
Speaker 3 whoever the strikers are that he has fought, that he has beaten all of them.
Speaker 8 This is a whole nother game.
Speaker 3 I just think, I believe that this. The crowd is being
Speaker 3 taken advantage of in making this about the entertainment as opposed to the expertise.
Speaker 1
You don't think it's so much more interesting. Like, I know you're going into it wanting to see Anthony Joshua knock out Jake Paul.
Yeah, all right, knock out Jake Paul.
Speaker 1 You don't think it's so much more interesting if Jake Paul knocks him out?
Speaker 3
Yes, of course. Yeah, that's what I'm rooting for.
I want Jake Paul to win.

Speaker 3 Don Lebatard. What is the worst part of the life? Stugats.
Speaker 2 The worst part of the life of life.
Speaker 3 This is the Don Lebatar show with the Stugats.
Speaker 3 Chris, let's go ahead and start the running audit. All the time Stan was wrong.
Speaker 2 Dan said the entire group was wrong for being concerned about Charles Barkley's weight.
Speaker 3 Now lay out and we'll keep the thread going.
Speaker 3 How much do I owe Perfect? Don't ask him any questions. Just let him do his thing.
Speaker 2 Dan said Mike was wrong for wanting to go to the dentech bucket as early as he did.
Speaker 3 Keep talking, boxing, and then spackle. Point being that
Speaker 3 these two guys are going to get you to watch on Netflix in December.
Speaker 3
That's the point and period of the most important part of eyeballs. Oh, I want to watch Jake Paul do the impossible.
I want to watch Jake Paul get knocked out. That's all I'm saying.
Speaker 3
No, it's going to do numbers. It is going to do numbers.
It's a good choice by him to fight someone of this. Much better, much better choice than Javante.
Speaker 3 But you're legitimately going in terms of whatever the management of Jake Paul's, both entertainment and economic. You got to get Chris Base.
Speaker 2 Dan said Zaszlo and Ethan eat too much cream cheese.
Speaker 3
I just heard. Okay.
I mean, there.
Speaker 3
Don't react to him. Just keep it moving.
That's our bet. That's ballet.
Speaker 3 You got to stop chewing on SCLS football.
Speaker 3 You got to stop.
Speaker 3 I got to do what? I got to do what?
Speaker 3 I got to do what? Are you telling me I'm wrong?
Speaker 3 Add that to the list.
Speaker 3 Tony, you're going from
Speaker 3
I'm going to make all of this a curiosity. I'm going to do all of this to this is the end game.
There is no place after this to go. Once he's fighting Anthony Joshua, he's this is the end.
Speaker 3
I thought Jake Paul was going to milk this for as long as he could. Let's make it weight disparities.
Let's make it spent fighters. You're going to the top of the food chain.
Speaker 3
You're fighting one of the best heavyweight fighters, and you're fighting giant power. Unless he beats him.
It can't be on the up and up, says.
Speaker 3 Like there's this is not, what would be, what are the betting odds on this? Tell me what the betting odds are on this fight. This is, this can't be close betting odds.
Speaker 3 Jake Paul has to be somebody who's an overwhelming betting underdog.
Speaker 2 Dan said Amin was wrong for referencing Ethan.
Speaker 3 Is each fine $5?
Speaker 3
Yes, paid directly to me in perpetuity. Jake Paul opened as a plus 550 underdog, minus 1,000 for Anthony Joshua.
So, yes,
Speaker 3 this is the pinnacle, Dan. Like, there is no, we've reached the last stop in the road.
Speaker 3
How did we go from Nate Diaz and somebody 100 pounds lighter? We went from Nate Robinson during COVID. That's what we went to.
That's where it started.
Speaker 3 Five years later, we're looking at a former heavyweight champion and a guy who is an absolute killer.
Speaker 1 Isn't the answer easy how we went from that to Anthony Joshua? Because Anthony Joshua is going to bring in a lot more money. Yes.
Speaker 3 That's how we got it. And that's why it's a win because Javante Davis, yes, is a good name.
Speaker 1 I wouldn't have watched Tank Davis.
Speaker 3
I do not care. But now you hear Anthony Joshua, who, again, 60.
Check that out.
Speaker 3 Oh, but
Speaker 3 what I guess the part that I'm asking you guys about is in the management,
Speaker 3 these things have been happening in boxing forever, okay? Some great white hope appears and becomes the thing that is lifted to the top of the sport because it makes money. It's a breath butter.
Speaker 3 Jake Paul has been to this point fighting matchups that are curiosities, okay? They are curiosities because he's taking spent fighters or different weight classes. It's a freak show.
Speaker 3 He's a better fighter than you thought he was, but only because he began against Nate Robinson.
Speaker 3 There is no such thing as a story in the history of boxing that goes from fighting Nate Robinson to having this particular fight.
Speaker 3 It doesn't exist in the history of the sport where Anthony Joshua is the guy you're fighting. It's no longer a curiosity.
Speaker 3 You're getting into a fight with a killer that everyone except for two or three men in the world would be a betting underdog against.
Speaker 3 There are literally only two or three people in the world who can step into the ring with Anthony Joshua. You're going to the top of the food chain.
Speaker 3 It's just fast-forwarding what I thought was meant to be milked for five more years.
Speaker 2 Dan said David answered the wrong question when talking about MLB gambling.
Speaker 3
Maybe this is the end game. But I didn't know we were there yet, did you? Like when we're talking.
No, I didn't know. He has already lost.
Speaker 3 So like the armor has already been dinged a little bit because he's not going to have this perfect record, like a la, you know, Floyd Mayweather.
Speaker 3
But this was always supposed to be a freak show until all of a sudden the freak show ended. It was like, oh, wait a second, I can fight a legitimate boxer.
Oh, I can get close.
Speaker 3
Oh, I can fight Tommy Fury and lose a little bit and then come back. Oh, I can fight Tank Davis.
Wait a second. I can fight Anthony Joshua and end this whole thing.
And
Speaker 3 what I'm looking at right now, reports are Anthony Joshua's payday is upwards of $70 million.
Speaker 3 So like that is a massive payday. Everybody get, everybody eats, everybody's happy, and this whole thing goes away.
Speaker 1
Maybe this is the end game. And don't forget, his brother just recently retired from boxing.
Like, he's not boxing again. He's full-time WWE now.
Speaker 1 So maybe Jake Paul's near that spot as well, where he's done with boxing.
Speaker 2 Dan tried to correct Zaslow by saying Norman Powell said bad loss and not really bad loss.
Speaker 3 Give me a total at the end of the segment. And are you guys agreeing that it's being
Speaker 3 paid to Tony? Of course.
Speaker 3
I thought these were $5 each. And I think Tony agreed.
I think they were $20 each. I think what, you know what? I'll do you a solid.
How about this?
Speaker 3
How about you roll over whatever it is that you're going to pay me in perpetuity, of course. You roll that over to the bet on Sunday.
Okay. You add that to the pot on Sunday.
Everybody.
Speaker 3 Everybody's so high, Solid.
Speaker 1 Everybody eats.
Speaker 3
Everybody's happy. $20 each.
Very high.
Speaker 2 Dan tried to correct Mike when he said 79 is the mic.
Speaker 6 The
Speaker 3
$70 million payday. that Anthony Joshua is getting is not a payday that he could get against anybody else.
That's crazy for me to say that the sport has been so upended
Speaker 3 by this person bringing eyeballs and circus eyeballs to it.
Speaker 3 Can you find for me the most Anthony Joshua has been paid for a fight just so that I can like think about the absurdity of what it is that you're talking about?
Speaker 3 That a circus freak has come over, an influencer, has come over to boxing, turned it on its head. So now it's not just that Nganu's making more money fighting the freak shows than it would be in MMA.
Speaker 3 It's also that Jake Paul is bringing the real boxing fighters more money than they would get from fighting the other heavyweights.
Speaker 1 It looks like he earned 60 million in his fight against Andy Ruiz in 19.
Speaker 3
That's another find that I'll add. It's Andy Ruiz.
46 million. What's the
Speaker 3 Anthony? Whatever.
Speaker 3 I want to give 20 bucks back. No, that's for the whole pot, though.
Speaker 3
50 million for his fight against Francis Nganu. 46 million for his fight against Andy Ruiz.
So not as big as a purse that he would fight for fighting. All right, he's shook.
Speaker 3
All right, Roy. Oh, that's a fumble.
Roy, come in.
Speaker 3 I mean,
Speaker 3
that's a bad player. Get over here, Roy.
He said, Blad. Don't know the coaches on coach.
I tell you when to play.
Speaker 3
I tell you which place to run. You told me to run up.
Are you talking? Get out of here.
Speaker 2 Tony said blad.
Speaker 3 Minor ball. Unreal.
Speaker 3 Unreal.
Speaker 3 Unreal.
Speaker 2 Back throw Roy.
Speaker 3 Unreal.
Speaker 3 Out of here.
Speaker 3 Coachable.
Speaker 3 I mean, I believe that we aired yesterday on yesterday's show. I believe I owe the audience an apology, and I believe that it's not something that I can necessarily put back in the tube.
Speaker 3 But when I came in here today, Mike Fuentes ends up being the guy who says, I was not shocked or surprised by what happened at the end of the last episode of the chair company. That's crazy.
Speaker 3
I just believe, well, but this is where I'm apologizing. So yes, spoiler alert.
It's not a spoiler. But look, by.
Saying this a surprise is definitely a spoiler. Yes.
Speaker 3 What we did is we ruined for some people the surprise that would have been at the end of the chair company because of how we talked about it, even though we talked about it yesterday in disguised terms.
Speaker 1 Dan, I could watch it again. And I'm still going to be surprised.
Speaker 3 But we lessen the surprise. I mean, am I wrong? We lessen the surprise for some.
Speaker 6 Look, I'm not shocked or surprised that Mike Fuentes said he wasn't shocked or surprised. I think you have to really gauge your audience here where the source is coming from.
Speaker 1 I mean, that's an incredible world that Fuentes lives in where that is not shocking to him.
Speaker 3 He just yawned. It's like, oh, is that it? Come on, man.
Speaker 6 That thing was ridiculous. By the way, I would like to apologize to the audience as well because I aired that yesterday was a very special day.
Speaker 6 November 12th is the day that Doc Brown sends Marty back to the future.
Speaker 3
You look like Doc Brown. Mike Ryan looks like he has aged into being Doc Brown at the end of Back to the Future.
You do.
Speaker 6 You need to go back to 2015 and get a whole overhaul.
Speaker 3
I believe we got this wrong, Zaz. I believe that for some members of the audience, by over-talking the surprise ending, we end up ruining or at least diluting part of the surprise.
Okay, it doesn't...
Speaker 1 Okay, so they know that there's a surprise, but... It doesn't matter in a million years.
Speaker 1
They wouldn't know what the surprise is. You're still going to be super.
You've never seen anything like it on cable or network television. You're going to be shocked.
Speaker 3 It's obscene.
Speaker 8 Dan, do you remember?
Speaker 6 Do you remember when the Sixth Sense came out, and everyone except for me? Because I figured out within five minutes of watching the movie that Bruce Willis was dead?
Speaker 3 But I'm just saying,
Speaker 3
I knew it. But everybody else, hold on.
How'd you know it? Hold on. I'm about to say he's wrong, Dan.
Hold on.
Speaker 3 Why is he talking? Why is he talking? You're benched.
Speaker 3 So,
Speaker 3 when that movie, how'd you know?
Speaker 6 When that movie came out, because it's obvious he doesn't interact with anybody
Speaker 3 It's so obvious go watch it spoiler alert.
Speaker 6 But anyways Dan when that movie came out what made it such a sensation that people went to the theater to watch it was everyone said you'll never guess the twist at the end.
Speaker 6
They told us there was a twist at the end. This one before people knew that M.
Night Shyamalan was a hack, right?
Speaker 6 They told us there's a twist at the end and everyone rushed into theaters to see it and nobody walked away and said oh you ruined it for telling me there's a twist at the end. That's right.
Speaker 3 That's right.
Speaker 6 The twist at the end of that episode of chair company is so bonkers and outside of the realm of what anyone.
Speaker 1 It's not even a twist.
Speaker 3 It's not even a twist. It's not a twist.
Speaker 1 It's just an obscene thing.
Speaker 3 No, no, no.
Speaker 3
Just enough. Yeah, enough.
Fuentes wasn't surprising. Put it on the poll at Lebertard show.
Is M. Night Shyamalan a hack? Because that is not.
Speaker 3 Yes.
Speaker 3 Put it on the poll.
Speaker 3
I just remember when M. Night Shyamalan was on the cover of, I believe, Time magazine, This is the Future of Filmmaking.
Oh, God.
Speaker 3
Was that real? Yes. No.
Yes.
Speaker 3 For sure. No.
Speaker 3 Yes, go ahead and look it up.
Speaker 3 In fact, find for me what it is the headline on that story was because he was introduced by the magazine industry as someone who was going to change the entirety of the game. And
Speaker 3
the magazine industry. You know what I mean? Uh-oh.
Dan's wrong again.
Speaker 3 Oh.
Speaker 3 Clarify for him.
Speaker 6 Sorry, Dan. It was Newsweek, not Time Magazine, and the headline was The Next Spielberg.
Speaker 3 That's $20.
Speaker 3 Is
Speaker 6 Hollywood's hottest new storyteller, M. Night Shyamalan?
Speaker 3 I mean, the next Spielberg is not, he's the future. It's not a hack.
Speaker 8 It's Newsweek, not Time Magazine.
Speaker 1 Spielberg never would have made a movie where the wind kills you.
Speaker 3
$20 more. Try to correct you after you corrected him.
Put it on the poll at Lebatard Show. Would Spielberg ever make a movie where the wind kills you at Lebetard Show?
Speaker 7 You know how most home security systems wait until after something bad happens? Just like a goalie just standing there until the puck's already in the net. That's reactive.
Speaker 7 SimplySafe, on the other hand, well, that's Sergey Pabronski and Net, it's reactive protection.
Speaker 7 The new active guard outdoor protection uses AI-powered cameras and real monitoring agents who spot trouble before it happens.
Speaker 7 If someone's looking around, they'll talk to them, hit the lights, sound the alarm, even call the cops, all before anything gets through. That's a shutout-level defense.

Folks, the leaves are turning. The weather's getting a little chillier.
That means the football games are more important. That means football time should be Miller time.
Speaker 3 Game day hits different with a Miller light in your hand. From jaw-dropping touchdowns to fantasy heartbreaks, my fantasy season's over already, but you know what makes that better? Miller time!
Speaker 3
It's the beer that's been there for every moment. 50 years of great taste, simple ingredients, and that iconic golden color you can spot from across the room.
And here's the kicker.
Speaker 3 It's just 96 calories, 3.2 carbs per 12 ounces. The original light beer since 1975 and still hitting different five decades later.
Speaker 3
So whatever your game day looks like, remember Miller time is always a good time. Miller Light, great taste, 96 calories.
Go to MillerLight.com slash stand to find delivery options near you.

Speaker 3
When I think about the holidays, I think about the little moments with my dog, Roma. The ones that make the season feel special.
Pull little elf ears on her. You know the deal.
Speaker 3
Take some selfies, posted for people that probably seen it too much. I love my dog.
That's what I'm trying to get at. That's why I'm joining Chewy Claws, who's out here making pets' wishes come true.
Speaker 3 From November 4th through December 24th, you can share your pet's wish at chewy.com slash chewyclaws. It might come true and it helps others too.
Speaker 3 Every wish triggers a donation of five meals to shelters and rescues across the country. And if you share your pet's wish through the Chewy app, they'll double that donation.
Speaker 3
That's 10 meals for pets in need just for participating. I've been using Chewy for years, legitimately.
They've made my life easier for me and my dog Roma.
Speaker 3 Food, toys, meds, all of it shows up fast, no stress. And being part of something like Chewy Claws, where a small thing like a wish can make a real impact, that's the kind of stuff I care about.
Speaker 3
Every pet deserves a wish come true. Send your pet's wish to chewy.com/slash chewyclaws, it might become a reality.
Plus, your wish means Chewy will donate five meals to pets in need.
Speaker 3 Don Lebatard, Glorious Captain Sloppy, Stugats. Is this Chum Bucket? This is the Don Lebatar Show with the Stugats.
Speaker 3
M Night Shanalan was viewed as the future of filmmaking. It wasn't just Newsweek, correct? Like, I'm not...
Newsweek. That's another one.
No, Rome.
Speaker 3 Why'd they make Frankenstein sexy as f ⁇ ?
Speaker 3
Have you seen Frankenstein Daniel? I saw it. It was an odd choice.
I'm going to tell you something. He's hot.
Speaker 6 Look, like I said, it's a good movie. It's a good movie, but there was a part of me that rolled my eyes and sighed deeply when the monster says, hold on.
Speaker 3
Now let me tell you my side of the story. I'm like, what? He was just grunting and ripping people in half.
And then he's like,
Speaker 3 wait a second. He said, what?
Speaker 3 Allow me to explain myself. There's been,
Speaker 3
it hasn't been out that long. You're going to ruin Frankenstein's.
How does the creature have an accent?
Speaker 6 Just like, look, he could have saved a lot of time and trouble. He said, hey, guys, by the way, like, he's that eloquent.
Speaker 3 I mean, they've been having this decades-long battle. It's Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, right?
Speaker 3
We all know this source material. It's a monster.
So they're all just like blood feuding, traveling the entire world trying to kill one another, and all it took was like one conversation.
Speaker 3 Wait, no, you thought that? No, I'm so... Oh, beg your pardon.
Speaker 3 How could I be so confused? Can you guys look up for me, please? I was about to look it up. The casting on Frankenstein was a late-minute change,
Speaker 3 last-minute change.
Speaker 3 I don't think it was supposed to be sexy. I think the original casting would have made it something different, and then they had to, in the last nine weeks, totally change who Frankenstein was.
Speaker 3 He replaced Andrew Garfield. Oh, that would have been
Speaker 3
skinny. How could he be? He's too skinny.
Put up Andrew Garfield when you get a second so people can see who it is that Mike was getting ready to say is sexy as F.
Speaker 3
Spider-Man. He's kind of, he's a good-looking man.
He's a good-looking man. I honestly, Alordi was a much better casting because he's tall.
He's huge. Yeah.
He's Nate from Euphoria.
Speaker 3 Your headset's beginning to bother me with how clankity it is.
Speaker 8 I love it.
Speaker 3 Are you saying it's wrong about that?
Speaker 3
It's just beginning to bother me. Is that the same as being wrong? You're saying it's clankity.
I don't think it's clankity.
Speaker 3 Mike Ryan has been yelling at anyone who will listen.
Speaker 3
He's allowed to talk. Coach, there was eight in the box.
He called a run play. Back to the bench.
Speaker 3 Mike Ryan has been yelling at anybody who will listen that Notre Dame is bullsh ⁇ . He's just saying they should have bullshit on their helmet.
Speaker 3 It is bullsh ⁇ .
Speaker 3
Hold on a second. No, wrong.
I'll just go. My play now.
Did you see what Petin Arduzi said? This is a question for everybody. Dan, did you see what Pat Narduzi said?
Speaker 3
Petin Arduzi was asked, how is this game against Notre Dame? College Game Day is going to Pittsburgh for this game. It's a huge game.
CFP implications. Let's go ahead and run video.
Speaker 10 Do you feel like this is a must-win for this team when it comes to
Speaker 5
it? Absolutely not. You know, it is not an ACC game.
I'm glad you brought that up. It's not an ACC game.
You know, I gladly get beat 103 or 110 to 10
Speaker 5
in that game. They could put 100 up on us.
As long as we win the next two two after that, but our focus is on
Speaker 5 Notre Dame and
Speaker 5 getting as many wins as we can.
Speaker 3 Our focus is on Notre Dame at the end, trying to clean it up. No, your focus is on Georgia Tech and Miami.
Speaker 1 He would gladly lose 103-0.
Speaker 3 That's why it's bull that Notre Dame is not in a conference. Forget the fact that they could risk everything by playing in a conference championship and it'd be held against them if they lose.
Speaker 3
Winning in a conference game is hard. Winning in a conference road game is really hard.
People who play their non-conference games, when they lose, they often say, at least it wasn't in conference.
Speaker 1 Do you think teams and coaches are going into some games against Notre Dame this year, not taking it as serious as others is what you're saying?
Speaker 3
He just told. No, it's not what I'm saying.
It's what the coach of the Pittsburgh Panthers just said.
Speaker 3 When have you ever heard a coach say, I don't care if we lose 100 to 3?
Speaker 3 It's bull that they're not in a conference and that that logic is not applied. That is not something that is afforded to any other teams in the CFP.
Speaker 3 It doesn't matter what happens on the field against this opponent.
Speaker 6 The other little headline on Newsweek was, After Tobacco, the new war on big fat.
Speaker 1 Dan, are you okay?
Speaker 3
Tony just whispered in my ear while Mike was talking. It is clankety.
Like, you can't stop hearing that you're going to get away from. We got this coordination and a little schism.
A little schism.
Speaker 3 Let me tell you what.
Speaker 3
You're fined. Whoa.
Yeah.
Speaker 3 All the fine money, that's going to Roy now.
Speaker 3 Whoa.
Speaker 3 Does he get to decide that? I don't know.
Speaker 3 Why do you get to decide that you get that money? Why does he get to decide that you don't get that money? Because out of the dentec bucket last week, I pulled fine bucket plus loss.
Speaker 3
So that's the team. Okay, but let me explain it, Coach.
Give me a second. Give me a second, coach.
Give me a second. I like me.
Speaker 3 Give me a second, coach. So the money that you owe to me in perpetuity, by the way, needs to be put into
Speaker 3
a bag that gets put into the bet for this weekend, right? So I'm making sure everybody eats that. And it's not a selfish thing.
I want to enjoy it with my fellow teammates.
Speaker 3 I'm not agreeing to $20 per wrong fine, but I do want to know, Roy, Roy, I trust you.
Speaker 3 Can you gather
Speaker 3 what my fines have to be? So we throw this on top of whatever it is that Nick Wright is going to give the shipping container if the Chiefs win by more than 3.5
Speaker 3 on Sunday over the Broncos. We have pivoted as a show from me betting against Nick Wright to me being afraid of all things Chiefs.
Speaker 3 And now the bet is the shipping container can make a little more than $5,000 on Sunday if the Chiefs beat the Broncos by more than three and a half.
Speaker 3 And they will be doing a live watch party so that you can watch how it is that they feel about everything that's happening there.
Speaker 3 The University of Miami in football beat Notre Dame and has lost four games in two seasons by a combined 18 points.
Speaker 3 It is kind of crazy to think that you lose four times in this particular version of college football where there are a lot of two lost teams and it's hard to win in conference games and it's hard to win in conference games on the road, that Miami would be two years of relevant but have four losses by such a small amount that because they were favorites in all four of the games, we'll keep them
Speaker 3 possibly and maybe probably out of the postseason both years while Notre Dame gets in having lost to Miami and also having two losses.
Speaker 3 But in retrospect, what's happened with Notre Dame Dame is absolutely what everybody thought would happen, which is by losing twice in close games against Miami and Texas AM, everyone thinks those teams are good.
Speaker 3 And now those teams have proven to be good, except for Miami's not good enough to make the playoffs, but beating Miami is good enough to get you in the playoffs. That's amazing to watch happen.
Speaker 3 But not beating Miami gets you into the playoffs, and beating Miami gets Miami out of the playoffs. I mean, look, you play who's scheduled.
Speaker 3 As an independent, they have full control over who's scheduled and oftentimes scheduled is held against a team. It's why Miami in part was held out last year of the CFP.
Speaker 3
Notre Dame's getting fat off of beating bad teams. I know they have a USC victory.
That's their ranked win. That looks good.
Speaker 3
They have three wins over three teams that are combined 0-18 in conference play. Cellar dwellers.
So
Speaker 3 if you look at their performances, the best thing that happened to them was that the losses happened early on. And you want to talk about losing his favorites.
Speaker 3 They were a road fave at Miami. They were a home fave against Texas A ⁇ M.
Speaker 3 It is really annoying. The headset and the gum combination makes it even more.
Speaker 8 It looks like so much liquid in his mouth.
Speaker 3 I told you, this is a hard punishment. The problem is, Mike, I don't think
Speaker 3 there's not a more impressive loss anywhere in the country than now, in retrospect, than Notre Dame losing to Texas AM. Like,
Speaker 3 that's the best loss anybody in the country's got because
Speaker 3
everybody knows, oh, that's one of the good teams. Texas A ⁇ M drags everybody.
They kept it close against Texas AM. I don't know what a good loss is.
All losses are bad.
Speaker 3 Miami's had two years of close losses.
Speaker 3 I'm telling you what a good loss is. Lose to Texas A ⁇ M by
Speaker 3
lose by a point. Lose by a point to Texas A ⁇ M.
Lose by a point to Ohio State. Those are good losses, right? No, I mean, I'm not here arguing that Notre Dame should miss a playoff.
Speaker 3 If they handle their business, we'll see what the lay of the land is. I'm just here to tell you, as Bull coming up on two minutes,
Speaker 3 Put it on the poll at Lebatard show. Should Notre Dame have the poop emoji on their helmet?
Speaker 3 Yes or no?
Speaker 3
Now, we haven't had enough, Mike. Now we've got to do press conference, Mike.
Are you going to age any more than you've already aged over the course of the show?
Speaker 3
As much as you've aged me over the course of the show with a show that was just pure distraction from start to finish. All right.
I thought we finished wrong. That's what we preach.
Speaker 3
A little squabble on the sideline, cleaned it up there. I like the accountability.
Tony's one of the players that we're developing, and he's still learning the game, you know.
Speaker 3 But I thought we did well. We moved on there.
Speaker 3 All in all, good, solid performance from the team today.
Speaker 3
Good win. Yep.
I'll open it up to questions.
Speaker 6 Coach, Coach. What happened on the sidelines between you and Tony today?
Speaker 3
Again, miscommunication. You like his fire.
You like his competitive spirit.
Speaker 3
And he's eager. He's a player that we have high hopes for.
And we cleaned it up. We have a good locker room.
And I thought Roy did well in his place. All right.
Coach, coach, coach, coach.
Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 Your star player was rattled in the fourth quarter, racking up a ton of penalties. What did you see there? You know,
Speaker 3 Dan Lebetard has been a really good player for us over the years.
Speaker 3 And we trust him with the ball in his hands, even though whenever he talks for extended periods of times, we're like, okay,
Speaker 3 when is he going to mention white supremacy? It's always a little dicey there.
Speaker 3 Yeah, nervous laughter.
Speaker 3 But, you know, his name is on the show for a reason. We love Dan, and he got us over the line today.
Speaker 6 Coach, goach, goach, go, go.
Speaker 3 How many gabes? Yeah, what? You got one? No, I'm just saying, coach. Okay, okay.
Speaker 3 I got one, coach.
Speaker 3 You don't have one? All you had in your game was coach.
Speaker 1 Has that ever happened in a press conference?
Speaker 3 Coach, coach, coach, coach.
Speaker 3 You got to go with.
Speaker 6 He already asked my question.
Speaker 3
It took you guys a while to run some hurricane play calls. What was the thinking behind that decision? You know, that wasn't the plan.
That's what the defense showed us.
Speaker 3 And I wasn't too happy about that because i i like to get in groove do some early playoff uh early miami hurricane so i've no doubt but i think the uh look we still got the dub and we got there in the end coach coach do you have any explanation for why chris cody decided to play this sound while you were talking
Speaker 3 he's a bit of a wild card yeah he's an argument guy what kind of judgment is that from your uh ep coach i like that guy
Speaker 3 that's not what i wanted
Speaker 3
Now is a good time to remember where Tequila's story truly began. In 1795, Cuervo invented tequila.
Cuervo.
Speaker 3 What are you doing here? Cuervo. Anytime someone says Cuervo, I show up.
Speaker 3 Well, I do know that to be true, but even during ad reads, like Cuervo, I think you could lay out, especially for one of our great partners. Sweet, delicious Cuervo.
Speaker 3
Since then, Cuervo has stayed true to its roots. The same family, the same land, the same passion.
Cuervo. So, enjoy the tequila that started it all.
Speaker 7 Cuervo.
