Speaker 1 I just beat a head and left a little bit. That's widened out on camera too.

Speaker 2 Are you ready? I don't even know how to get into this, but I'm just like...

Speaker 2 Yeah, like where do you even have to start?

Speaker 1 Right.

Speaker 2 When did your fascination with UFOs and extraterrestrials come?

Speaker 1 When I was about eight or nine, I saw a UFO, pretty close range, broad daylight, and I knew what I had seen. It was extraordinary.
And so it ignited a lifelong interest.

Speaker 2 Do you know how many species there are of ETs?

Speaker 1 The best we can tell, there's at least 69 specific species. They seem to all be working together, but they're very concerned about our hostility.
This planet's in real trouble.

Speaker 1 I have 762 whistleblowers. There have been four people working with me who have been killed.
Oh my gosh. And I was almost killed 16 months ago.
Wow. It's like a mafia.
Right. I mean, these are thugs.

Speaker 1 All the alien abductions and mutilations, those are CIA psyops. How do you control people power? Fear.
You know, fear. This is what they did with 9-11.
Unfortunately, COVID was abused that way. Yes.

Speaker 1 These demagogues and control freaks know how to use fear to control the masses.

Speaker 2 Dr. Stephen Greer, I'm so excited to have you on.
I am legitimately such a big fan of yours. Thank you.
And I really appreciate you coming on and chatting with me today.

Speaker 2 So for people who don't know,

Speaker 2 when did your fascination with science and UFOs and extraterrestrials come?

Speaker 1 Well, at a very young age,

Speaker 1 my uncle helped design the lunar module, landed on the moon the first time.

Speaker 1 And when I was about eight or nine, I saw a UFO, pretty close range, broad daylight.

Speaker 1 And of course my parents said, ah, you know, as a kid,

Speaker 1 what do they know? Kids, when they tell you something, listen.

Speaker 1 And I knew what I was saying. It was extraordinary.

Speaker 1 And so it ignited a lifelong interest. So I began studying it even as a little kid.
But I'm a trauma doctor, emergency, ER, all that.

Speaker 1 But I became more and more interested in as I got older because of

Speaker 1 a strange thing that happened when I was 17. I had a near-death experience.
I almost died. Oh, wow.

Speaker 1 But as a result, I had this consciousness experience. And that consciousness experience led to me understanding,

Speaker 1 strangely, the nature of interstellar communications and life. And six months later, I had an extraordinary contact experience up on a mountain in North Carolina

Speaker 1 with one of these civilizations. So a lot of people, I don't talk about that, but that's really how it started.
Wow. So I was 18 when that happened.
It was in October 1973.

Speaker 2 And did you tell your parents about that experience?

Speaker 1 Yes, and by then they kind of understood that this was real and there was more coming out even way back then in the media about it. Right.
But I didn't know what to do with it.

Speaker 1 You know, so I just went through my normal career and had four kids and a golden retriever and a medical career. And then I started an organization in 1990.

Speaker 1 to research this, but also to establish what we call CE5 contact, which is when humans initiate contact with non-human civilizations using a set of protocols. And we actually have an app.

Speaker 1 It's called CE5 Contact.

Speaker 2 I'm excited you're going to show me that at some point.

Speaker 1 Yes, anyone can get it, use it, and it,

Speaker 1 you know, I was on the Demi Lovato, we took her out in the desert, and we had the most amazing experiences with it. But that led to something very strange.

Speaker 1 In 1992, on a beach in Florida near Pensacola,

Speaker 1 we were doing this protocol, and we were kind of vectoring in these E.T. craft and four appeared in the sky.
Wow. One of them ended up on the front page of the Pensacola paper,

Speaker 1 which we did not expect. But that led me to another thing that happened.
About a year later, President Clinton got elected President of the United States in 92, but took office in 93.

Speaker 1 And someone very close on his team, a friend of his, had followed what we were doing and

Speaker 1 wanted me to brief the administration and the CI director for the president. I get a FedEx.
Now, you have to understand, I'm a young doctor. I've never been in the government, don't want to be.

Speaker 1 And I get this FedEx that says, you're going to be the first person to brief this administration and the CI director on this problem. Right.
And I thought, this cannot be true.

Speaker 1 I thought it was just a spy master trying to pick my brain because of stuff I had collected and intelligence and information and stuff from Northrop Grumman, my uncle's company.

Speaker 1 And it turned out, and this was the tipping point for me,

Speaker 1 is

Speaker 1 I realized that there was an unconstitutional, shadowy government running things that was fascist and corrupt.

Speaker 2 You just learned that in 92.

Speaker 1 In 93. Or 93.
Yeah, but by firsthand, because I'm now sitting with the head of the CIA, who's being threatened and told he doesn't have access to those projects.

Speaker 1 The President of the United States was threatened and told he didn't have access. So my whole life at that point went, wait, wait, why are they keeping this secret? Right.

Speaker 1 And so within about six months, people came to me who were in those covert illegal programs and said, here's why. And the technology of how these things fly.

Speaker 1 And I'm going to give you a book that has a lot of that in it. I can't wait.

Speaker 1 It would get us off oil. and gas and coal, nuclear power instantly, which means the environmental crisis, poverty around the world is solvable, has been solved already.

Speaker 1 But people who have hundreds of trillions of dollars in assets don't want that to happen.

Speaker 1 So a handful of people who are these uber oligarch folks, they're keeping the world in a state of, I call it, sort of unknown slavery.

Speaker 1 And we're not only destroying the planet, we're also keeping billions of people in poverty unnecessarily.

Speaker 1 So when I realized that as a young doctor, I devoted myself to being a doctor and trying to support a family and doing this.

Speaker 1 So by day and night, I'm an ER doc, and then I'm flying up to DC and Europe and briefing world leaders on this issue. So it's a bit

Speaker 1 weird. No, yeah, it was like through the looking glass.
Well, Alice in Wonderland. So there we are.
Exactly. So it really was through the looking glass.

Speaker 2 And since 93, you've been briefing U.S. presidents on

Speaker 1 their senior people and people on their team who I give the briefing document, like the one I'm going to give you.

Speaker 2 But don't you think that's insane that, like you just said, you've never worked in the government before. You are an ER doctor by trade, and somehow this sort of falls into your lap.

Speaker 2 It's almost as if it's destined for you.

Speaker 1 Well, I don't know. Probably, perhaps

Speaker 1 spiritually, I would say, yeah. Right.
But at the same time, I sort of look at it,

Speaker 1 I'm the last point on the F train. Like you're...
Fucked, excuse my language. Yeah.

Speaker 1 Because if I get called in to brief Senate Intelligence Committee people, it's because they've knocked on every door and they're all closed to them.

Speaker 1 So as a private civilian institute, I actually have more intelligence, information, data, cases than the legal United States government. Now this is what I just said is a fact.

Speaker 1 So more than the president, more than the Senate Intelligence Committee, and I'm going to give you a tip of the iceberg of it here, but that is something that should be of concern to anyone in democracy.

Speaker 1 That you have something this powerful with technologies that powerful in the hands of unelected, unappointed folks, not just here but around the world.

Speaker 1 So that is dangerous to our democracy, but it's also hurting the future of humanity. So I left my medical career a few years ago to fix this problem.
And we're making really good progress right now.

Speaker 1 We'll see where it goes. So I think this year may be the inflection point where all this comes out.
That's what I think.

Speaker 2 I watched part of the documentary.

Speaker 1 The battle for disclosure is the one that just came out. Yes.
I think today it comes out on Prime and Amazon Prime and Tubi and all those.

Speaker 2 Yeah, I watched some of it last night and it's fascinating. But my question is,

Speaker 2 and I don't want to wish anything bad, but how are you able to say what you say and for lack of a better term, get away with it?

Speaker 1 Well, two things. Very good question.
Smart.

Speaker 1 Number one,

Speaker 1 these programs are illegal. So like my assistant sent over today a document that is top secret,

Speaker 1 has not been declassified, but it belongs to the organization that's running programs illegally and unconstitutionally. Therefore, they can't use the National Security Act laws to suppress it.

Speaker 1 And they can't prosecute me. Wow.
Now, there have been physical threats, blackmail physical threats. There have been four people working with me who have been killed.
Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 1 I was almost killed 16 months ago. Seriously, critically injured.

Speaker 2 Well, thank God you're here. Yeah.
So here I am. And I also feel like maybe the more vocal you are,

Speaker 2 they would have some balls of steel to do something like this.

Speaker 1 Well, here's the problem.

Speaker 1 I was so naive. So it's 1991.
I have this old CIA guy approach me.

Speaker 1 He's like probably 80. years old.
He says, Dr.

Speaker 1 Greer, here, if you're going to work on this, you've got to have millions of people know who you are or they'll just cut you down and you'll be the tree that fell in the woods nobody ever knew fell and I went really so some things were done to get me on there used to be an old CNN anchor or interviewer named Larry King yes so he had a show Larry King live and he did a special with me

Speaker 1 yeah yeah yeah he was a fascinating guy and

Speaker 1 but that was 1994

Speaker 1 And of course, it's kind of disruptive for a medical doctor to kind of step out on something this controversial back then.

Speaker 1 Now it's being talked about by the Senate and the House and the New York Times. But at that time, it was like, you're nuts if you're talking about UFOs, right?

Speaker 1 So it was kind of difficult for me to make that decision, too, because I said, well, I'm risking my medical license here.

Speaker 1 But it turned out I got no pushback medically at all.

Speaker 2 Well, I also thought that was fascinating in the documentary, The National Inquirer aspect, because it really does make a good point that it's this tabloid-y type of magazine, and they would publicize stuff about UFOs, but it's sort of some people believe it, but it's like, oh, it's it's the Inquirer, so you sort of get away with it.

Speaker 1 It gets dismissed, too. Yeah, it reduces its credibility.
So, the way the intelligence community has worked on this is that they will have what are called NOx, non-official cover.

Speaker 1 It'll be an editor at this network or this newspaper, and they will refuse to cover the facts on this, but they will divert it to a tabloid like National Inquirer because it is inherently discrediting.

Speaker 1 Right. Right.
I mean,

Speaker 1 I'm not trying to put down the National Inquirer, but

Speaker 1 it's the kind of magazine that shows an alien with three heads having sex with Hillary Clinton and just nonsense. And so that immediately discredits something that is a very serious case, actually.

Speaker 1 So by association, it's neutralized. Right.
Very clever. Very clever.

Speaker 1 So I've learned all the tricks of the intelligence community on this issue over 35 years years of hard knocks and seeing how they do it and why they do it, right?

Speaker 1 So, that's to me, that's been the big learning curve over the last 30-some years of my life: figuring out who's holding these secrets, why.

Speaker 1 The why is much harder to figure out than the what. Right.
Okay.

Speaker 1 And the other part of it, that when I first started, I didn't know this. That about 80% of the ones you see, like the footage on CNN and all the news media of our Navy jets chasing that Tic-Tac

Speaker 1 thing,

Speaker 1 that,

Speaker 1 35 years ago, I would have thought that was an extraterrestrial vehicle or alien or something. It turns out it came from the Lockheed Skunk Works out here in the high desert.

Speaker 1 I know who makes it. I know where they're made.

Speaker 1 Now,

Speaker 1 that part of the secret is the biggest part, not the ET part.

Speaker 1 Because if that gets disclosed honestly, it means we're never going to have to need to burn fossil fuels again or have even solar panels or things that really won't do the trick.

Speaker 1 It'll be something that would be much smaller than this table that would run this building out of what's called the zero-point energy field, which we can discuss what that is. And it would have

Speaker 1 no impact on the environment negatively, and it would also have zero cost for energy, none. So you're talking about free energy.
Right.

Speaker 1 And that is not an urban myth. That's true.

Speaker 1 But it also means you're stepping on some very big gorilla's toes. Yes.
Right.

Speaker 1 So that then hits off all the national security alarm bells because if you disclose that the UFOs are real, that we've reverse engineered the ET ones, we have man-made ones flying around that most people misidentify

Speaker 1 as alien or ET, then, but when you unpack this, then you go, wow, we could have a beautiful new world. We could have a world for my children, your children,

Speaker 1 or grandchildren, I have 12 grandchildren,

Speaker 1 that would have no pollution or poverty within 15 to 20 years. And if we don't make this change happen, where are we going? I mean, we're facing, I think, an extinction-level event.

Speaker 2 But do you think that, like, knowing all of this and knowing

Speaker 2 just how much big money is behind it, that this will ever get, will ever have full transparency?

Speaker 1 I think we will.

Speaker 1 I think there is great sympathy for that that's bipartisan, nonpartisan, both in the Congress, the Senate and the House of people I'm meeting with, but also with people in the administration that's just come in.

Speaker 1 On the record, I'm completely nonpartisan.

Speaker 1 However, there are people who are coming in to this administration that are aware of the issue.

Speaker 1 and are aware what the Senate Intelligence and Armed Services Committee are trying to do to get amnesty in place to protect the whistleblowers we have. I have 762 whistleblowers.
It's a huge number.

Speaker 1 Huge number.

Speaker 1 And,

Speaker 1 you know, some of them are

Speaker 1 redacted in the briefing document I'm going to give you because they don't want to be known publicly.

Speaker 1 And a number of them, as soon as they reached out to me, were either blackmailed or threatened to have their families killed. Wow.

Speaker 1 And so the other part of what we're recommending, I have five executive orders that I've provided to the White House that we need.

Speaker 3 All right, let's be real. Have you ever had a dentist try and have a full-on conversation with you while your mouth is wide open, filled with tools? Like, hey, how was your weekend? Uh, oh, really?

Speaker 1 That's great.

Speaker 3 Or maybe you've tried to see a therapist, but the only openings are at 2 p.m. on a Wednesday because, you know, who needs a job? Or how about this one?

Speaker 3 Your dermatologist takes one look at you and says, So have you ever considered Botox? Like, ma'am, can I live? Look, finding the right doctor shouldn't feel like online dating.

Speaker 3 Endless searching, bad options, and way too many red flags. And that's why you need ZocDoc.

Speaker 3 ZocDoc is a free app and website where you can find high quality in-network doctors and instantly book an appointment.

Speaker 3 No phone tag, no six-month wait lists, and no driving 90 minutes just because one doctor takes your insurance. You can search for doctors across every specialty.

Speaker 3 mental health, dental health, primary care to urgent care, you name it. Plus, you can filter by insurance, location, and patient reviews so you can actually get a doctor who fits your needs.

Speaker 3 And the best part, most appointments happen within 24 to 72 hours, some even the same day.

Speaker 3 I recently had a dental emergency and I was able to see a provider right down the street from my office within five hours, thanks to ZocDoc. So stop putting off the doctor's appointments.

Speaker 3 Go to zocdoc.com/slash chloe and find the right doctor today. That's z-oc-d-oc-c.com/slash Chloe.
SOC DOC, because you deserve better than a six-month wait list and unsolicited Botox recommendations.

Speaker 2 Didn't the government, they've admitted that there's ETs, UFOs, all of that. So

Speaker 2 wouldn't they not be at risk if they told their side of the story now?

Speaker 1 No, because there's not the OPSECs, operational security in place. We call them OPSECs.
So let's say that you're a Delta Force guy, right? And you're working this issue at a remote site in the desert.

Speaker 1 You have all this evidence that you're taking. And it's the group I'm working with right now.

Speaker 1 They will kill your family and you, or they're afraid they could set up

Speaker 1 a law enforcement sting operation and put them in prison. What I'm hoping is that

Speaker 1 we can get certain executive orders through.

Speaker 1 And one of the ones that most people don't realize we're working on is standing up a law enforcement team, which we've already briefed, and I can't say more than that. Okay.

Speaker 1 That would be authorized to move on these illegal projects, both here and abroad. Wow.

Speaker 1 Both corporate and governmental, and get them under control and stand down the weapon systems. So a lot of people have heard this, oh, well, we have crash retrievals of

Speaker 1 UFOs that we've studied and reverse engineered and turned them into new technology. That's true.
Right. Now.

Speaker 2 But there is the cover-up about the air balloon.

Speaker 1 Well, of course, they always have a deep voice. Yeah, they do it.
It's just the rigueur. They just make up something, you know.
I mean, or they'll hire someone at Harvard who's a professor.

Speaker 2 And I'm assuming everyone knows about the UFO crash, Roswell in 1947.

Speaker 1 1947, yes. And there were three that went down, actually.
I've talked to I before they passed away,

Speaker 1 in the mid-90s, I talked to three men who were actually there. Wow.
Now they're all passed away now. But we have their testimony, and it's in our book.

Speaker 1 We have a book called Unacknowledged that goes with the documentary of Unacknowledged.

Speaker 2 Oh, I have to read that. Yeah.
But in, just for anybody who doesn't know, the crash site, the government said it was a weather modification balloon that they retrieved.

Speaker 2 And then even there's military people that came out back in the 70s and admitted that it was, in fact,

Speaker 2 UFOs. Yes.

Speaker 1 Yes. Right.

Speaker 1 Three of them. Actually, one was blown the smithereens.
But see, they didn't just come in there and crash in a thunderstorm. That's a myth.

Speaker 1 What we have developed all the way back to Nikola Tesla,

Speaker 1 he had what are called scalar electromagnetic systems. A scalar, you know, the light we're looking at is a waveform.

Speaker 1 But a scalar signal is a point that goes out in a straight line. So it's multiple the speeds of light velocity.
Wow. Yep.
And those have been weaponized. Uh-huh.
Okay.

Speaker 1 And those are what we're targeting the non-human, the ET craft with, and knocking them down. About 16 months ago, September of

Speaker 1 2023, I was at two black sites out in the desert west east of here.

Speaker 1 And at each of those sites, we target and down one or two ET vehicles craft every year.

Speaker 2 Wow. Oh, every year.
Yeah, every year.

Speaker 1 So it's dangerous because those civilizations are completely non-hostile. They're closer to Gandhi than to anything else because they have not struck back.

Speaker 1 But

Speaker 1 we're still using technologies that we've studied from those sources to target them. And so at a certain point, you know,

Speaker 1 how far will that largesse extend?

Speaker 2 Like how much can they stand?

Speaker 1 And how much will they tolerate? Right. All right.

Speaker 1 Because 1947 is not 2025. There has been a technology curve that has actually gone like this in terms of our reverse engineering of those techs.

Speaker 1 And I know the whole constellation of what they are because I've debriefed the physicists and the scientists that have worked in that area. And many of them are whistleblowers, geniuses.

Speaker 1 But

Speaker 1 when you take a group that isn't being overseen by the people or the people's representative, and they have that kind of technological power, they can make all kinds of mischief.

Speaker 1 And that is an existential threat to not only our democracy and America, but to the entire world's safety and security.

Speaker 1 So I'm very concerned about that in terms of world peace, because this organization has the ability to create wars, set them up, keep them burning.

Speaker 1 What Eisenhower called the military-industrial complex, right? That's what we're talking about. But it's not overseen by the president or the Congress.

Speaker 2 I've seen a lot of documentaries even like about atomic bombs or whatever.

Speaker 2 And it's crazy how little information the presidents of the United States actually know until they need to know, which is fascinating to me.

Speaker 1 I'm trying to fix that. Good.

Speaker 2 Speaking of species, do you, because

Speaker 2 you just said that they're, they're not harmful. They're, you know, almost like Gandhi, or, but how many, if you know, or do you know, how many species there are of ETs?

Speaker 1 Well, I've debriefed a number of folks who have been on these retrieval teams and people who have been at the storage facilities that are scattered around the United States, not only Nellis Air Force Base, but Fort Wachuca in Arizona, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

Speaker 1 And the best we can tell, there's at least 69

Speaker 1 specific species that have been documented. One of the men who was on a crash retrieval team way back in the 60s, he passed away not long ago, Sergeant Stone.

Speaker 1 And we have his testimony in our books and videos, but also in our archive. We just released a few months ago the Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive, dpiarchive.com.

Speaker 1 Anyone can go there and for free look at all the evidence we've collected. It's open to the public.
So there it is. People ask where it is.
I said, there it is, everything. Right.

Speaker 1 More than is in the president's briefing document. So I think that, you know, when you look at that, you say, well,

Speaker 1 they seem to all be working together in various aspects of the mission to planet Earth, let's call it.

Speaker 1 None of them are hostile, but they're very concerned about our hostility. And let me tell you why.

Speaker 2 Amongst each other.

Speaker 1 Yeah, as a group,

Speaker 1 the ET civilizations are very concerned of... the direction we're going in.

Speaker 1 So once we detonated the first atomic bomb, that's when it all started. It was not a coincidence that those UFOs over Roswell were there.

Speaker 1 In 1947, it was the only place on planet Earth that had atomic weapons stored.

Speaker 2 It was in 1945.

Speaker 1 We detonated the first one.

Speaker 2 Right, in New Mexico.

Speaker 1 Yep, in White Sands. Right.
And then, of course, we used it in World War II in Japan, Hiroshima, Nakasaki.

Speaker 1 But the only place in the world that had those weapons was Roswell Army Air Base in Roswell, New Mexico. And that's why they were there.
Right. Why?

Speaker 1 Well, when we detonate an atomic, or worse, a thermonuclear hydrogen bomb, it sends out, everyone's heard of an electromagnetic pulse that goes out and can shut down your power grid.

Speaker 1 What people don't know is that embedded within the EMP electromagnetic pulse is this scalar signal that tears through space-time and disrupts interstellar communications and travel.

Speaker 1 So this is why it was almost like this magnet that said, whoa, this planet's in real trouble.

Speaker 1 That's why there was such this huge increase in these sightings in the 40s, 50s, and 60s.

Speaker 2 That makes so much sense. I mean, I didn't think of it like that, but that does make so much sense.

Speaker 1 Well, you have to understand the physics of those bombs and what they do

Speaker 1 and why that would be of great concern to other civilizations out there.

Speaker 1 Anything that begins to indicate, A, we could be a problem. And then, you know, 10 years later, we have Sputnik.
So we're starting to go into space. We have atomic bombs.

Speaker 1 We're using these and testing them above ground, which is destroying the Earth and radiation and cancer rate skyrocketing.

Speaker 1 At the same time, we haven't transitioned to free energy technologies and we're destroying the biosphere at the same time that we're still engaged in all this warfare.

Speaker 1 So looking at it through the eyes of a non-human from out there that's already achieved what Michikaku calls a level one civilization, meaning that we're peaceful and living in harmony with the environment and the Earth.

Speaker 1 And we're not a level one, we're level zero currently, right now as of 2025.

Speaker 1 You would have to be concerned that we're gonna we're if we stay on this path, it's catastrophic. So that's why.

Speaker 2 Well, hasn't there been, correct me if I'm wrong, documented

Speaker 2 is it atomic bombs or missiles that were going to space and they were intercepted by UFOs or shot down? Correct.

Speaker 1 We have several witnesses to that. Right.
We were also going to lob a nuclear missile onto the moon, and that's covert.

Speaker 1 And that was intercepted.

Speaker 2 But what is the answer? Like, how does the government or whomever is covering up all of this? What do they say?

Speaker 1 Well, I mean, first of all, they don't have to say anything because they have disinformation people out there lying. Right.
Right. You're right.
And people in the payroll. Yeah.
So

Speaker 1 when people ask me about the government, I go, which government? Yes. Right?

Speaker 1 Because, you know, Senator Inouye, who is the Democrat senior senator from Hawaii, back there in Iran-Contra,

Speaker 1 I have this videotape of him saying there's a shadowy secret government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own funding mechanism that's above the law and free from the law itself.

Speaker 1 I'm almost quoting word for word. You can look it up.

Speaker 1 And you know, think about that. Now, that was 40 years ago, Iran-Contra, but it existed.
It began to evolve in the 50s.

Speaker 1 And so such an organization doesn't really care about the main government, what we elect and appoint.

Speaker 1 Now are there people in the main government that are, let's call it, operatives for that organization? Yes. Do I know who they are?

Speaker 1 Quite a few of them.

Speaker 1 And this is why we're recommending the other part of the executive order.

Speaker 1 for the President and also for Congress to refer to the Department of Justice, is a criminal investigation and subsequent arrest for treason for those people. And we know who they are.

Speaker 1 This is hardball. Right.

Speaker 1 What I'm trying to do is, from sources, from hundreds of whistleblowers, get enough granular, specific information to hand off to those folks so they can then effectively get this organization under control.

Speaker 1 And it isn't going to be, I can't do it as a private citizen, right? You can't.

Speaker 1 But what we can do, everyone listening, write to your members of Congress, your senators, and to the White House, whether you voted for them or not is irrelevant.

Speaker 1 It's the office of the presidency that matters, right?

Speaker 1 And so go out there and express that you want these executive orders done and that you want this matter disclosed peacefully.

Speaker 1 Because I think this could be like the Orange Revolution or the nonviolent revolutions in Eastern Europe after the Soviet Union fell.

Speaker 1 I think if we do this correctly and give a pathway out for people, because I know some of the senior folks in that corrupt organization, they want to come out, but they don't want to go to prison.

Speaker 1 They don't want all their assets seized under RICO, racketeering influence, corrupt organization laws. And that's a reasonable, I mean, it's terrible what they've done, and they regret it.
Right.

Speaker 1 But, you know, an eye for an eye is going to leave the whole world blind, Chloe. I mean, at some point, we're going to have to forgive.
give and forget the past and move forward.

Speaker 1 But it isn't going to happen by just kumbaya.

Speaker 2 Right. But especially if it's coming from an educational perspective, too.
If they're doing it to help,

Speaker 2 then we should be forgiving of that.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 they're very skilled folks in

Speaker 1 those programs. My uncle was not.
My uncle was Northrop Grumman. He wasn't involved in that in a Northrop Grumman, but I know people who are.

Speaker 1 And those special programs or projects at Lockheed Skunk Works and Northrop Grumman and Raytheon and EGNG and SAIC and Booze, and we know where they all are.

Speaker 1 Those need to be brought to bear to benefit humanity, and they can be. So instead of targeting these ET craft, we could set up a system globally where we're making peaceful contact with them.

Speaker 1 In other words, what we're doing with CE5 contact as sort of citizen ambassadors from humans to these people.

Speaker 1 So that's, you know, that's what Demi really liked the idea, where you're a citizen diplomat from Earth to other.

Speaker 1 And anyone can do that. And it's amazing the sightings and the things that have happened.
If you look at that. How did you know that you could do that?

Speaker 1 Well, that came from that experience when I was 18. Got it.
When I had this contact experience.

Speaker 2 And you were able to create an app where anybody essentially can do that. Yes.

Speaker 1 The CE5 contact app. It's a whole training program.
And it takes you through all the steps of it. And it has to do with some really avant-garde concepts in

Speaker 1 consciousness and what's called non-locality or quantum entanglement. So we think of space and time as a straight line, but it isn't.

Speaker 1 So the cosmos is actually a quantum conscious hologram and it's all interconnected. It's called entangled.
It's all interconnected.

Speaker 1 The ultimate level of entanglement or non-locality where you can be omnipresent is field consciousness.

Speaker 1 Now most people think they're talking about your individual awareness, but I'm talking about that deep state

Speaker 1 where the deeper aspect of our own, how it is that we are conscious, the faculty of being awake, that's been proven scientifically to actually not be bound by space or time, which is why the CIA had a 30-year program of people who would do a type of meditation and would spy on the Soviet Union.

Speaker 1 It's called remote viewing. I know a lot of those guys.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 that is something that I discovered at my near-death experience. I had that sort of samadhi experience, or it's beautiful.
But when I had the experience, it was amazing.

Speaker 1 And then, so I, this is going to date me.

Speaker 1 So I decided

Speaker 1 I wanted to learn how to get to that state without dying. So I learned meditation.
So I took a meditation class. And I started having these amazing experiences without having a near-death experience.

Speaker 1 So when I had that contact experience, I was up on a 5,000-foot mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountains, beautiful, crystal clear day in October 73,

Speaker 1 and I meditated, but just before I closed my eyes, it was getting late near sunset, the same UFO I saw when I was eight or nine appeared. Oh, my gosh.
Like it'd come back. I went, oh, hi.

Speaker 1 And then it just winked out and vanished. It was there for a moment or so, and then it didn't fly off, just dematerialized.
Wow. Beautiful.

Speaker 1 And crystal clear weather and cold, kind of chilly in October up there at that altitude. So I sat and I meditated.
And at the end of it,

Speaker 1 I was in this deep, quiet state. It was almost like the near-death experience, but I stood up and I had this most beautiful thought that just came into me.

Speaker 1 I said, Behold, what a beautiful universe God has made. And with that, I went exactly into that state when I died.
Wow. And I looked over the edge of the mountain.
There was a glow.

Speaker 1 And it was this craft had come back. Oh, my gosh.
And there was an ET that was, I thought it was a deer. I'm an 18-year-old boy.

Speaker 1 Okay, so it's on its legs standing, and it's probably about five feet tall, had deer-like eyes, and it touched me on my right shoulder this firmly. Wow.
And I had a ski jacket on, it indented.

Speaker 1 And with that, I sort of poof, dematerialized onto this craft. And I thought it was about 30, 40 minutes.
It turned out it was three or four hours. Oh, wow.

Speaker 1 And because you're in another dimension, space-time. And we meditated, and I sort of created this CE5 contact system.

Speaker 1 Wow. But I didn't know what to do with it.
I'm 18. I started experimenting with it.
UFOs come in all the time. You didn't believe what happened.

Speaker 1 But I said, well, I don't know why I should be doing this. So it sort of stayed dormant from 1973 until 1990 when I started the organization to do this.

Speaker 1 So the whole disclosure project, you know, the term is being used by New York Times, everywhere else, disclosure. I kind of coined the term disclosure project in the the late 1990s.

Speaker 1 And that was never the intent of what I got involved with.

Speaker 1 I really was more interested in making contact with these civilizations, creating sort of a liaison between humans and non-human people, I call them people,

Speaker 1 and trying to figure out why they're here and what do they want, how we can work together, that sort of thing.

Speaker 1 But because the protocol of the CE5 contact was successful, the intelligence community came in on me, right? Because they didn't want me doing this.

Speaker 1 The bad guys,

Speaker 1 not the white hats thought it was cool, you know.

Speaker 1 But the ones who are, you want to control this.

Speaker 1 So I always tell people, this is one of the greatest way an average person can seize control of this, is to do this CE5 contact yourself with three or four people and see what happens. But.

Speaker 1 You have to do it carefully. I mean, we always tell the ETs, be aware that there are weapon systems that might blow you out of the sky.
Right. Okay.
Because those are fully operational.

Speaker 1 And that's one of the executive orders that I've drafted. I'll show you the document off camera.
Okay. It's a one-page.

Speaker 1 Anything you do for

Speaker 1 chairman of a committee or the president is one stage.

Speaker 2 I would love to see that.

Speaker 2 I know you have four daughters and a wife. Do any of them share either your passion? Have they had any experiences?

Speaker 2 Because I wonder, the reason why I'm asking that and not to pry about your family, family, but

Speaker 2 I feel like it's sort of

Speaker 2 there's no way to say, like, you are, of course, chosen.

Speaker 2 And like for you to not be in the government, have nothing to do with this, and look at your positioning, where you are, all the information you have.

Speaker 2 Yes, I know you worked incredibly hard, but you were chosen for this. Because how else would all of this be coming to you in the way that it does?

Speaker 1 Well, I don't know. I think many are called, but few choose to answer the call.
I think that it's a misinterpretation. I don't view myself as special or chosen, but I think

Speaker 1 I had a certain stubbornness and will and perseverance to do what I know is right.

Speaker 1 And I have to say, my biggest disappointment in 30 years, 35 years of doing this, is leaders we have who have the ability to actually do things I can never do.

Speaker 1 that don't have the courage of their convictions because it is dangerous.

Speaker 1 But our leaders, here's the problem. Let's say you're chairman of a Senate committee or House or you're in the Oval Office or whatever.

Speaker 1 You know, you're not accustomed to taking that kind of personal risk.

Speaker 1 And we know for a fact that there are key people who have been killed in public life on this.

Speaker 1 Jack Kennedy, President Kennedy, 100% we know, was killed over this issue. No way.
Yes.

Speaker 2 Please

Speaker 2 divulge if you can.

Speaker 1 Sure. I'll tell you everything.
Well, I know everything on that. Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 Oh wait, real quick, because I know, and I don't know when this is supposed to happen, but President Trump said he's going to

Speaker 1 release all the files they have access to. So let me put a qualifier in here.

Speaker 2 Ah, I know what you're going to say now.

Speaker 1 Yeah.

Speaker 1 So,

Speaker 1 you know, the way this works is there are documents that are top secret that the President or a CIA director could access, right, with clearance.

Speaker 1 And then there's the black hole of Calcutta, you know, this black hole that they put things in that you cannot penetrate, even if you're the president.

Speaker 1 So what I'm going to be curious to see is if all those files that come out

Speaker 1 actually have the essence of this. So President Kennedy was going to get to the bottom of this, right? Because he's a very strong-willed guy.
He was the president of the United States.

Speaker 1 And they said, so he said, yes, I am. This cabal of sociopaths said, no, you're not.

Speaker 1 And he kept pushing and pushing. And they eventually just decided it'd be easier if they assassinated him.

Speaker 1 Because going through the review process was an executive order to dissolve the CIA.

Speaker 1 And

Speaker 1 now

Speaker 1 RFK Jr. has spoken about this.
And I know Mr. Kennedy.
And

Speaker 1 we've met and discussed this problem. I always remind people, we have a 1950 declassified Canadian top secret document.

Speaker 1 It's called the Wilbur-Smith document, if you look it up in the briefing document here.

Speaker 1 And in that document, it states, number one,

Speaker 1 it used to be called Flying Saucers. Flying Saucers are real.
Number two, there's a high-profile team, but very secret. headed up by Dr.

Speaker 1 Vannevar Bush, who developed the atomic bomb, studying the modus operandi, meaning the technology of how these craft work.

Speaker 1 Now this is a 1950 document and it said that it is the most secret issue in the United States government exceeding the secrecy around the development of the hydrogen bomb. Wow.

Speaker 1 Now imagine the hydrogen bomb was detonated in 1952 and we're working on the ultimate doomsday weapon. This issue is more secret.

Speaker 1 So fast forward to someone like Jack Kennedy wanting to disclose this and they go, no you're not.

Speaker 1 I tell people, you know, this is why the courage courage needed by our leaders to deal with this is extraordinary, and we just have to hope and pray they find it.

Speaker 2 I think also with the track record of everyone who's willing to come forward, and everyone miraculously ends up deceased, people

Speaker 1 don't feel comfortable coming forward. Well, or worse.
I mean, you know,

Speaker 1 there were worse things than death, Chloe. I mean,

Speaker 1 I have a top secret witness who was operational out at the northern Nevada test range, not Nellis or Area 51, going way north where we used to detonate the,

Speaker 1 it was a test range for hydrogen bombs where we detonated. And there's a helo base, helicopter base out there, Delta Force.

Speaker 1 And he was assigned to that and he would be dispatched to retrieve these craft when they'd go down.

Speaker 1 Now, the first couple of retrievals he did were man-made ones, the triangular ones that are made by Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.

Speaker 1 Then he advanced to retrieve an extraterrestrial one that had been stunned, didn't crash, it was intact.

Speaker 1 And there were two living ETs that came out of it and communicated with him telepathically, actually,

Speaker 1 which is how they communicate commonly.

Speaker 1 Very advanced and very high IQ, 450 IQs, and top of our skills, 200.

Speaker 1 this man became just absolutely disgusted with what we were doing and knew that these were very good people, these ET people.

Speaker 1 Because, you know, all the alien abductions and mutilations, those are CIA psyops.

Speaker 1 We're doing that.

Speaker 2 I was going to say that to you. Why? Who does it? Why is the government or

Speaker 2 the press? I'm so confused on who's even doing this at this point.

Speaker 2 But why is the messaging that

Speaker 2 it's going to be an alien takeover, that they're abducting us? I mean, why is that what we want out there? Not we, but.

Speaker 1 Power. Power.
How do you control people? Power. Fear.
You know, fear. This is what they did with 9-11.
Right. All right.
Unfortunately, COVID was abused that way. Yes.

Speaker 1 Unfortunately, this issue is the ultimate card to play. But don't you think now that's what they're trying to do?

Speaker 1 This organization wants to have sort of a militaristic totalitarian regime. And if people are terrified of something out there,

Speaker 1 What people do, Benjamin Franklin warned against it, is that if you're willing to give up your freedom for security, you shall have neither.

Speaker 1 But that is the game being played. So they stage all this scary stuff.
And of course, Hollywood is replete with terrifying alien movies. And I always laugh because I go, yeah, you're so advanced.

Speaker 1 In the 40s, we had vacuum tubes and didn't even have computers. And these are interstellar civilizations.
And if they were hostile, We would have been done. Right.
I mean, it'd be over, over, baby.

Speaker 1 Yeah. Right? And that ain't going to to happen.
So I used to, you know, get a clue, but it, it, humans like to be, they like horror movies and they like to be frightened.

Speaker 1 And to an extent, I think people are easily manipulated through fear. Yes.
And then fear shuts off your spiritual faculties and your intellect because fear overrides them.

Speaker 1 So these demagogues and control freaks know how to use fear to control the masses. And this would be, that's what they've been doing on the subject.

Speaker 1 And I would say most people who hear of this issue immediately think of all the abductions and mutilations. Yes.

Speaker 1 And so speaking of which, this witness who saw this craft land or was hit out in the northern Nevada test range, I can't say his name yet, but he

Speaker 1 ended up, when he vowed to leave that program, He was abducted or attempted to be abducted.

Speaker 1 But when he kicked it, this thing came at him, he kicked it, and it split open what looked like skin, but it was actually a lining. And inside were integrated circuits and fiber optics.

Speaker 1 And it was a man-made alien. So I know the physicists who've worked on that.
Most of the ones you hear about, the grays and the this and this reptilian, those are our hours. We're making these.

Speaker 1 But for what purpose? Scaring people. That's it's it's a psychological warfare operation.

Speaker 2 Do you think that's why there's been all of the more recent sightings?

Speaker 2 Do you think that is more of our government trying to, like all the stuff that was happening on the East Coast not too long ago? The drones. The drones.

Speaker 1 Yeah, that was a psyop. Got it.
Totally.

Speaker 1 But the average person who sees a movie, goes to a UFO conference, Googles this on the Internet, they're going to get one part information and ten parts disinformation. Right.

Speaker 1 Because that's how it's structured. And I'm shadow banned all the time, and search algorithms take me out.

Speaker 1 Because the fact is, the Powers of B do not want the truth out about their nasty little games. And that's how they trick people.
So this military witness went through an attempted abduction.

Speaker 1 But fast forward to last year, and I'm setting up...

Speaker 2 But by a government

Speaker 2 created E.T. because real E.T.
is...

Speaker 1 It was totally...

Speaker 1 And he knew that after he hit it, and it split open this part of its chest and abdomen. It was full of wires and stuff.

Speaker 1 So one of the problems is that kind of stagecraft, it's called,

Speaker 1 intelligence community, is very convincing to the

Speaker 1 uninformed person, which most people are uninformed by this. And it would be very easy to gaslight and confuse a general or a president or a congressman with this kind of material as well.

Speaker 1 which is a battle I'm always fighting because there's we try to go in with an expose of the truth and information and then these disinformation people come in with false information about this.

Speaker 1 So it's a battle. That's the battle for disclosure.
People should look at this new documentary. It's called Battle for Disclosure.
It's fun.

Speaker 2 Oh, it is fun. It's really, really

Speaker 2 interesting.

Speaker 1 Yeah, it was done very quickly because we wanted to get this out in advance of what's happening this year. But

Speaker 2 I also think that, I mean, we saw with COVID, we did see with 9-11 and so many other events that a lot of people, they don't want to question the government.

Speaker 2 They just, if there's fear involved, they want to be told what to do. And the government's going to protect them and protect and keep them safe and guide them in the right direction.

Speaker 2 But I also think that we've seen that that's not the case.

Speaker 1 And the abuses that happen. Yes.

Speaker 2 And especially the abuse of power.

Speaker 2 And I

Speaker 2 feel like how you said you think so. Maybe this year is the year that a lot will change.

Speaker 2 I do think that more people are comfortable questioning the government, questioning so many people, you know, refuse to take the COVID jab or things like that.

Speaker 1 People should question everything. Yes.

Speaker 2 I agree. But it's wild when I talk about UFOs or aliens, ETs.
So many people think I'm crazy.

Speaker 1 They're like, you know, that's not real.

Speaker 2 I'm like, well, you also know the government, if I don't believe everything they said, but they did admit that these things are real.

Speaker 1 Sure.

Speaker 2 But it was, of course, done in the height of COVID when they released that information. They cover it up with so many things.

Speaker 2 It's, I don't know, I don't know why more people aren't willing to believe it. And like you said, if aliens were here with the intent to hurt, they would have done it already.

Speaker 1 Oh, God. Yeah.
I mean, if you had a little bit of insight into the level of what that technology is capable of,

Speaker 1 yeah, I mean, it would be checkmate. Right.
But they're not. I mean, obviously, they're concerned more about our hostility, right? I mean, I flip that around.

Speaker 1 look through their eyes, the eyes of these non-human civilizations.

Speaker 1 we are really off the rails. I mean, you know, in terms of how we're living on the planet.

Speaker 1 We're cannibalizing the planet unnecessarily because we have technologies that could replace everything damaging the environment. We have half the population of the world in terrible poverty.

Speaker 1 We have endless wars always coming and going.

Speaker 2 I mean, people always think that such I am a conspiracy theorist. I believe that anything's possible.

Speaker 2 When, you know, you hear so many people have either found a cure for cancer and then they end up dead or they have a cure for there could be so many alternatives that people have found and those people miraculously always end up somehow they've disappeared and there's no body or they are dead.

Speaker 2 But why don't people

Speaker 2 maybe that's fear that they don't want to look more into that or deeper into that.

Speaker 1 Aaron Powell, well, I think also it's social conditioning through media.

Speaker 1 And, you know, if the media is corrupt, you know, we did was a whole section of the briefing materials on how this, and this is CIA documents, how they've infiltrated media to spin the story or control the narrative.

Speaker 1 Yes. And that happens all the time.
And I have had. I think we've all learned that.
Yes. And it's true in Hollywood.
It's true in media here and abroad.

Speaker 2 I do think it's really disheartening for people to come to the realization that the president isn't really in control.

Speaker 2 There's so much misinformation. There's so many secret societies, if you will.

Speaker 2 And I think that's really hard for people like the general public to accept. And that's probably why so much of this does get brushed under the rug

Speaker 1 because they don't want to swallow that pill. Well, you know what? I had someone say to me as a young doctor, he said,

Speaker 1 you know, the truth is less believable than the fiction everyone believes. So and so he said that.
That's that. The truth.

Speaker 1 And the truth hides itself. It's sort of the truth hides itself because it's almost like a bridge too far.

Speaker 1 And so the strangest things are true, but it also means that for the average man on the street,

Speaker 1 it's hard. One of the biggest problems with this subject is, I call it, the death of the fourth estate.

Speaker 1 The fourth estate's the media. The free press.

Speaker 1 So in a democracy, you have to have a free and unfettered press. But if big corporate interests have corrupted the media to blacklist a certain subject,

Speaker 1 where is your democracy now? Where is your freedom?

Speaker 1 Right? We have a great illustration. Can I get this for you?

Speaker 2 Yes, please.

Speaker 1 This is, now this is just available. It's an illustrated history.

Speaker 1 It's full color. So there are 200 pages.
These are all crash retrievals where they've crashed. And

Speaker 1 every crash retrieval in here

Speaker 1 is a named military witness.

Speaker 2 No way. Yes.
So is this really how the crafts look?

Speaker 1 Yeah. I'm going to assign it to Chloe.

Speaker 2 Please do. It's with the K.

Speaker 1 I know it is. Okay.

Speaker 1 So that's that one. And now this is

Speaker 1 the presidential and government briefing document that's. This is fascinating.
Now, full disclosure, we've had to redact

Speaker 1 a certain amount of it that are sensitive names and information that would not be wise to make, but anyone on Earth can now get this from our site. Wow.

Speaker 1 And there's a hard copy version that is available now. We just couldn't ship it here in time.
I'm so excited. I'm going to sign this for you, too.

Speaker 2 Thank you.

Speaker 1 But you know what most people don't think about? They don't think about the fact that there have been some of the smartest minds of the last 80 years studying this advanced extraterrestrial material.

Speaker 1 and systems. And there have been massive breakthroughs, and it's all kept secret.
I mean, we're talking things not just for energy generation and transportation but also

Speaker 1 for medical healing. I was in an underground lab where the technologies were extant

Speaker 1 and existing in 1998 or so that you could regrow a limb that had been cut off or regrow a spinal cord. And as a trauma doctor, I go, wow.

Speaker 1 But the physics behind those healing technologies are very much related to the energy generation physics. That would mean you're terminating $800 trillion worth of oil and gas and public utilities.
So

Speaker 1 the whole world could be transformed. The reason I left my medical career, and I have such passion about this, I've sort of seen the future of what a beautiful planet and what humanity can be.

Speaker 1 And we should be there already. And a couple years ago, we released a film called The Lost Century.
There's a whole century of lost spiritual, social evolution, technological evolution.

Speaker 1 And I'm very passionate about the fact that it isn't going to happen from the top down. It's going to happen from we the people up.

Speaker 2 Well, honestly, this, I can talk to you for maybe five more hours.

Speaker 1 Indeed,

Speaker 2 I could. I love this.
But this has been so incredible.

Speaker 2 I'm so honored that you have taken the time to sit and chat with me today and share just a smidge of the knowledge that you have about this because it is so

Speaker 2 so exciting and i think that the public does need to know yes it's gonna happen it is gonna happen it is sad how much of it is money driven as to why people don't know things but that's you know the root of all evil yes i was just gonna say that yes and i can't wait to call my mom and my sisters after this because i was telling them that i was having you on they were like this is right up your alley and but they all cannot wait oh that'd be great well someday i hope we can meet them yeah oh my gosh well thank you so much.

Speaker 1 You're welcome. Thank you.
