Speaker 3 What's going on, everybody? Welcome back to another exciting episode of the Vile Files. I am your host, Nick.
I got the household with me. We got Mary, Sierra.

Speaker 3 Are you here? Technically, yeah. Yeah, he is.

Speaker 3 Never really know, sweet boy, Justin.

Speaker 3 Leia is also here. We do have Susie here.
Hello, hello. We had so much fun with Susie the other day that we're like, you want to come back sometimes? And she's like, sure.
Yeah. We'd love it.

Speaker 3 We're going to be doing some fun things with Susie going forward. Also, like, well, we'll get into it briefly, but your ex,

Speaker 3 Jeremy.

Speaker 3 Oh, gosh.

Speaker 3 I definitely say that with a lot of sarcasm because nothing cringes me more than when people on this show, The Bachelor, refer to other people as their ex because they did whatever the fuck on a TV show.

Speaker 3 A conversation.

Speaker 3 Or even more.

Speaker 3 A date, yeah. A date or a fantasy suite.

Speaker 3 Even, honestly,

Speaker 3 I know. Yes, 100%.
Let me tell you, I have strong feelings about that. Anyway,

Speaker 3 as you can see, Natalie is not with us. There's no really easy way to talk about this.
So I'll share a little bit. Sadly,

Speaker 3 Natalie and I are experiencing. well, I don't know.
See, it's even me.

Speaker 3 You are.

Speaker 3 Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage. It is her third this year, our third this year.
It's, I know, there's no really good way to say it fucking sucks.

Speaker 3 And so she's obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally. You know, we experienced it the first time, but you know, you don't really know how to talk about it.

Speaker 3 But we want to be vulnerable with you guys. And obviously, Natalie's such a big part of the show, my partner in life and on the show and my co-host.

Speaker 3 And obviously obviously, when she's not here, people notice. And so we certainly wanted to at least be open with you guys.

Speaker 3 But yeah, it's definitely a little bit of a scary time just because, you know, for those people who have experienced something like this, you know, when it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that while terrible, this is something that can happen.

Speaker 3 And everyone's just like, not freaky, you know, don't, don't freak out.

Speaker 3 There's nothing wrong. This sadly can be a part of this process.
And then it happened the second time.

Speaker 3 And, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, you know, the first and foremost being river and, you know, minus like some morning sickness and things like that.

Speaker 3 We were, you know, we were very lucky to have a very, yeah, fairly easy pregnancy, you know, both with just obviously just river, you know, just like.

Speaker 3 Really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing.

Speaker 3 And despite what's going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our, you know, a future ability to grow our family.

Speaker 3 But right now, obviously, there's a little bit of uneasiness with, it's not, it's, it's far less normal

Speaker 3 to have two and three back to back. And so now, now we're kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves.

Speaker 3 And it's like this weird thing of like, you want them to find something, but you don't want them to find something because if they find something, you know, you don't know what that means.

Speaker 3 We're in this kind of very uncharted territory of, of fact-finding, which

Speaker 3 sucks. And obviously what Natalie's going through is, you very un you know, I think all women out there who have experienced this, I've had a front row seat.

Speaker 3 You know, certainly I'm experiencing it. It's just very different

Speaker 3 for Natalie, who at the moment when we find out we're pregnant or when we find out she's pregnant, there's an immediate bond and a connection that I think is very unique for mothers.

Speaker 3 And then obviously, like, you know, I think for the dads out there, you really just, you're, you're trying to strike this balance between being,

Speaker 3 you know, grieving yourself, but also just keeping

Speaker 3 life together and keeping the family going and like you know it's it's tough because again like back when we we shared uh the first time it really it's just like you and i get it like for the people who've never experienced it it's it's not it's

Speaker 3 not that everyone cares but no it's it's not the same you know and i think for people who do experience it there's a tragedy there that makes you feel very alone.

Speaker 3 And I think obviously that's something Natalie is going through right now.

Speaker 3 Anyway, I don't want to spend too much time on it. I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys because I know I don't want you, I know she wasn't there yesterday.
People started to notice.

Speaker 3 We're already getting messages with like a lot of concern. So overall, Natalie is doing okay physically and healing and she's okay in that respect.

Speaker 3 And emotionally, we're just, we're currently dealing with that.

Speaker 3 This whole like experience obviously has been very difficult. And this one in particular,

Speaker 3 for those of you who listened, you guys know that as a family we had the stomach flu. And then even before that, Nally, you know, talked about having pukes before.

Speaker 3 And at the time, obviously, we weren't ready to talk about it. We didn't want to announce it because of obvious.

Speaker 3 But when you're pregnant,

Speaker 3 as is oft, you know, women who know this and when Nally experienced morning sickness her first pregnancy, like the one thing that's is always the like,

Speaker 3 but it's a really good sign because like when you have these symptoms, it's usually they tell you it's a sign of the, you know, it's a healthy pregnancy. Your hormones are changing.

Speaker 3 So whatever's going on, you know, and this time around, um, she was experiencing some of those similar symptoms. Um,

Speaker 3 and because obviously this time we, we kind of, it's,

Speaker 3 we came in with a lot of like uneasiness about getting excited. It felt like a lot of things were going in the right direction.

Speaker 3 We had our first doctor visit, um, still thinking everything was going great and expecting this time to be different. And sadly, it wasn't.
So that was particularly hard.

Speaker 3 I was very much trying not to, you know, again, it's very much, it's different, obviously, from the moms out there.

Speaker 3 And as a dad, it's easier for me to like not tell myself not to get excited until, you know, you feel like you have a right or a reason to get excited or it's safe to get excited.

Speaker 3 But I think, obviously, for Natalie, and I assume for a lot of other moms out there, it's impossible not to feel that connection with your child as soon as you find out you're pregnant. So it's tough.

Speaker 3 It's been a whirlwind. And, you know, we're trying to get through it as a family.
And

Speaker 3 we will. And I think part of this challenge

Speaker 3 is still appreciating what we have and having river and life goes on and show, you know, we have a lot of privileges in our life and we know that. And

Speaker 3 feeling like it's okay to move on and laugh. And, you know, even like guilt around like me being here.

Speaker 3 And like, you know, you know, it's like, it's all very confusing about how you're supposed to mourn something like this

Speaker 3 and things like that.

Speaker 3 So anyway uh we appreciate your support i am genuinely i always want to say truly yeah so sorry yeah it's like an out of fun it's uh i don't know yeah devastating but i mean it's beautiful that you guys share with your audience and stuff yeah because people relate i mean i think people don't even realize that has been the one i'm not it's not a but when we share that episode early in the year when we really we you know and if if anyone who is also going through this uh our heart goes out to you uh natalie and i the first time we experienced this we did, again, do it.

Speaker 3 We did a going deeper episode a while back. And

Speaker 3 I was very nervous releasing that. It was obviously very

Speaker 3 great to hear.

Speaker 3 Even now, we still hear people

Speaker 3 who share their appreciation for that episode. And that

Speaker 3 is the smallest of silver linings. But

Speaker 3 anyway.

Speaker 4 I think it affects a lot of people.

Speaker 3 So she's like, what did I walk into? We're here for you.

Speaker 4 No, yeah.

Speaker 4 I mean, I genuinely like, I feel like I'm holding back tears right now because I'm just like, like, that's just so much to process, but I'm like, for you guys, you know? Yeah.

Speaker 3 River really helps. Yeah.

Speaker 3 Me for sure. And Natalie, but there's, there's just a lot of emotional questions, not knowing what to say and how to say it.

Speaker 4 And there's no right way, but you guys are going through it together. And I think just knowing that you're there for her with support, it's all you can do, you know?

Speaker 3 Absolutely. You know, but Natalie says hi to you guys.
She will be back soon.

Speaker 3 And I'm sure when she's back, she'll share a little bit.

Speaker 3 But,

Speaker 3 yeah.

Speaker 3 Well, our hearts are going out to her.

Speaker 4 And I hope she's resting and

Speaker 3 everything will work out. So,

Speaker 3 no really easy way to transition from that.

Speaker 3 But we're going to still try to have some fun today. Obviously, like,

Speaker 3 you know, I guess you get better at dealing with grief through some comedy. I don't know.

Speaker 4 Sometimes you have to laugh to not cry.

Speaker 3 All right. We're going to do a hard shift here.
All right. We're going to

Speaker 3 all right. Ready, ready? Like, now we can start laughing.

Speaker 3 Thanks, Leia.

Speaker 4 Andy had shared a live update from the reunion clarifying for everybody that was concerned that Huda was not at the reunion. She was there.

Speaker 3 I wasn't concerned. I'll be honest.
I feel like there's a lot of 17-year-old anonymous accounts out there who are, you know, very anti-Huda or whatever.

Speaker 3 Like, I'm telling you, like, Love Island, its fan base has replaced Tumblr from 2004.

Speaker 4 Oh, that's so real.

Speaker 3 I miss that.

Speaker 3 You know, like all the 17, 18, 19-year-old girlies out there, like, deep in their emotions, like, smart, young

Speaker 3 women who like, you know, know how to articulate themselves, 10 years more emotionally mature than their peers. Yes.
Yeah. Their male peers at 17.
And they just, but they need to get it out.

Speaker 3 And so they write online. And that used to be Tumblr.

Speaker 5 Yeah, it was Tumblr.

Speaker 3 Yeah. Yeah.
And now it's just like the internet internet, and it's TikTok and Twitter. And, you know, who's dating who, who growing up with who, and why, even though none of us were there.

Speaker 3 You know, and they're just in their feels. And I feel like I think we next next season, I think we need to remind ourselves of that.
Right. Right.
And stop responding to the, like,

Speaker 3 you know, the madness. The trolls who are like trying to get you to think that Huda might not show up.
And they don't, you know, anyways, glad she's there.

Speaker 3 I do think if anyone is going to hold anyone accountable, because I think for the Huda critics out there,

Speaker 3 there seems seems to be a lot of lack of accountability. She obviously has a huge fan base, and that fan base is up there supporting her, telling her to like ignore the hater, so to speak.

Speaker 3 And I think, yeah, we'll see.

Speaker 4 You know, do we know, is she still, is she still with Louie? Is that the vibe? Are they still together?

Speaker 3 As far as I know, yeah. Can I just say, and I will get into Perfect Match later.
We do have a great episode for you. Obviously, Susie is here to have some fun with us.

Speaker 3 Sandy from Perfect Match will be with us. Louie's X, in TV terms.
Louie's oh oh my god i was like wait what oh yeah in team terms yes yeah fair other

Speaker 3 other other than um freddie who was on our reality recap episode yesterday if anyone cares to listen go back and listen we also had brian on yesterday i missed it and we had lisa hochstein

Speaker 3 also known as lisa hochstein

Speaker 3 we thought it was steen turns out it was stein i swear bravo told me it was steen yeah yeah well i still don't know if it's ariana or ariana fair fair enough.

Speaker 4 Between Tom and Tom, they both called him her different name.

Speaker 3 Is it vile? Is it vile? Who knows? Like, you know, in the English language.

Speaker 4 So real.

Speaker 6 I didn't know Lisa was Jewish.

Speaker 3 Lenny. Yeah.
Lenny. Lenny.
My husband.

Speaker 3 Husband.

Speaker 3 She's Jewish.

Speaker 3 Jewish.

Speaker 3 Yes.

Speaker 3 I love Louie.

Speaker 4 You love Louie?

Speaker 3 I do too. Yeah.
I don't, you know, my introduction to Louie was him being Huda's side piece and then the drama of the Love Island season six versus Huda, whatever that was.

Speaker 3 I don't know if it's a versus Vassus.

Speaker 3 Sweet.

Speaker 3 Just worked out. That only took a minute.
That was good.

Speaker 3 That was really good. But who knows? But I fuck with Louie.
Louis is like, I don't know how old Louie is. 24.
23. Okay.

Speaker 3 He's a good-looking guy who's 24 who just wants to fuck. And you know what? Honestly, good for him.
And he's honest and he's upfront. He doesn't fuck around.

Speaker 3 All these other guys, like this classic thing that a lot of these men do, Germ, whatever, it's like they don't, they want to pretend to be the good guys.

Speaker 3 They want to, like, it's the internal monologue of these young men who are like, I want to settle down. Yeah.
Someday. Yeah.
And someday means 35 in their head. They don't really know, right?

Speaker 3 But like, and so while they're dating, they want all the women they date to be like, oh my God, like you are like husband material in 10 years, whatever.

Speaker 3 And so they, they kind of operate in this whole like bizarro world of like thinking of themselves as like unproblematic men.

Speaker 3 And so when they get like, you know, when they're dealing with adversity, that's when they do all the bullshit, right? The kind of like they, they, the maybe's, the will sees.

Speaker 3 And Louise is kind of like, he's pretty direct and he's pretty straightforward and he understands people might be upset with him or whatever.

Speaker 3 But he's like, I'm 24 and I'm hot and I have a British accent and I'm fucked and I don't, I got no problem with that. I hate that that makes perfect sense.

Speaker 4 No, I'm, I'm obsessed. I mean, not like not interested, but I'm obsessed in the sense that I'm like, 10 years from now, he is going to be so ready.
He's going to be a good guy. He's on.

Speaker 4 I feel like honesty is like the biggest part of it.

Speaker 7 Straightforward. Straightforward.

Speaker 4 Yeah, he's not ready to settle down, but like, he's not trying to fool anybody is how I see it. And I'm like watching him on the show and I'm like, I'm here for it.
I mean, he's the youngest one.

Speaker 4 He's probably the least ready for marriage.

Speaker 3 Pat myself on the back, but I've always operated that way from the youngest, ever since I was like a young man with a little bit of game.

Speaker 5 An honest fuckboy.

Speaker 3 I was.

Speaker 3 I was always an honest fuckboy. And like the young, you know, when I was a young man, and then we'd be, I'd be in a dating situation and there'd always be like,

Speaker 3 I feel like back, you know, I'm only,

Speaker 3 there was always like a, there was always like,

Speaker 3 hey, before we do this, I feel like the ladies back in the day when stuff was going down, they felt like compelled to say, well, what are we? Yeah. What's are we?

Speaker 3 I'm, you know, because I don't internally, they want to make sure, like, I think women today, even now, deal with this whole like, you know, double standard society, like labeling them, you know, slut-shaming, things like that.

Speaker 3 So that internal, like, they don't necessarily feel empowered to like say, you know, let's just fuck around and have some fun. And I would be prompted with the question of like, so what is this?

Speaker 3 And I'll be like, what do you, what are we, and I always be like, I always just kind of like thought maybe it's some fun.

Speaker 7 Just here for a good time.

Speaker 3 Just here for a good time. Yeah.
Like,

Speaker 3 yeah. It means nothing else.
Yeah.

Speaker 3 And I would, it was always be, there was,

Speaker 3 I'll always, like in college, I was always like,

Speaker 3 no, yeah, cool. You know, like,

Speaker 3 like, you're supposed to be offended. Right.
I think people just, they just want fucking honesty.

Speaker 4 But they respect honesty. I feel like if you can be honest, we can respect you.
That's how I see it. Yeah.

Speaker 3 And I think that's Louie. That's my read on Louie.

Speaker 4 Do you think Louie had a honest conversation with Hudda about like not ready to be a stepdad? Oh.

Speaker 3 Yeah, I don't think. I don't know.

Speaker 3 Everything I just said aside, I have no idea

Speaker 3 how to operate in Huda's world.

Speaker 3 I don't

Speaker 3 know.

Speaker 5 He could even maybe say that and she

Speaker 5 might still assume that he is, even if he's not ready, he is going to be a dud.

Speaker 4 Yeah, she might not be able to hear it. Yeah.
Like, I, yeah, that could be, that's very possible.

Speaker 3 It's said to her, but right. Yeah.

Speaker 4 But we don't know.

Speaker 3 We don't know. But anyways, it's, I'm sure it'll be a very entertaining August 25th, I believe it drops.

Speaker 5 They had a dinner break. Is that something that is

Speaker 3 all reunions take a long fucking time?

Speaker 6 Yeah, they have to have meal breaks.

Speaker 3 They have 57 people covering. I mean, I've heard of like

Speaker 3 they're covering 30 episodes.

Speaker 5 That's true.

Speaker 3 There's a lot to get. There's a lot of topics.
And

Speaker 3 almost certainly we're going to feel like they didn't cover anything. Yeah.
Right. Because, you know, what's the longest, what they did, they didn't do like a two-part special last time.

Speaker 3 It was a one-off. Maybe they'll change that.
Who knows?

Speaker 4 I kind of feel like with like Andy and everyone being involved, I think it'll be like a little clearer because I feel like the reunion last year was kind of a waste.

Speaker 4 I feel like we spent 20 minutes watching a clip that we talked about all season, but didn't need to watch for the reunion.

Speaker 4 So I'm like, I feel like it's going to be a little bit more like fast-paced and straight to the point.

Speaker 3 I agree, though.

Speaker 4 I think that that'll be good. I think that'll be better for the audience.
Cause yeah, I just you saying that I'm like, oh yeah, we did sit there and watch a 20-minute clip.

Speaker 4 Everyone was like, what was that?

Speaker 4 I will just never forget Ariana being like to Rob, where it was like all of the Leah stuff and like everything that had gone on he had like five different partners and she was like the question we all want to know right are you still wearing the overalls and i was like nope no indie in the building

Speaker 3 do you think we're going to get some like uh never seen before footage that cast doesn't even know and then like them bring up i hope so yeah we didn't get movie night yeah that would be great could you imagine

Speaker 3 i hope the producers are messy as fuck

Speaker 4 Anywho, Taylor Swift dropping a new album

Speaker 3 on her booze podcast.

Speaker 3 I'm just like, the only biggest takeaway for me selfishly is that Taylor Swift decided to go on a podcast to announce her album. And I think that's just a big moment for everyone in podcasting.
Yeah.

Speaker 3 Let's just be real. That's huge.

Speaker 4 That's a huge. But it's true.

Speaker 5 This is a really big day for the podcast community.

Speaker 3 Guys, we are it. We are it.
Yeah. No, we

Speaker 3 are the media. You know what I'm saying? Literally.
That's terrifying.

Speaker 4 If Taylor Swift is announcing her album on a podcast.

Speaker 3 No, I'm serious. Yeah.
And I'm just going to put it out there. Well, I think she loves T.
Ravis. T.

Speaker 3 Ravis. She is a businesswoman first and foremost.
Yeah.

Speaker 3 And if she didn't think this was good for biz, I don't think she'd do it. Because I don't think like Travis needs it.
Nope. Like

Speaker 6 they've been dating for a really long time and she hasn't gone on the show yet.

Speaker 3 So yeah, but she's dated other people and it's not like she made cameos on their TV TV shows or movies. You know what I'm saying? Like, she doesn't have done it.

Speaker 4 She's Taylor Swift. She could drop an album at midnight and it'll still go like 500 triple platinum just because she's Taylor Swift.

Speaker 3 Everyone is deeply in love with their partner to the point they want to work, sleep, and do everything with him, like me and Natalie. You know what I'm saying? Like, not everyone is that in love.

Speaker 3 Yeah. And that's no disrespect to anyone else who's not

Speaker 3 us. Fair.

Speaker 4 I feel like this means like they are in it for the long haul because, one, it is good for business, but it's good for his business too. I thought about this.

Speaker 3 Like they definitely are going to get engaged. No.
Either that or they already are. Or they already are.

Speaker 4 Like there is no, or they're already married for all we know. Like, I don't know.

Speaker 3 No, I don't think she, does you think, I don't think she would, yeah. She doesn't seem secret wedding to me.

Speaker 5 I kind of feel like I wouldn't be shocked by that.

Speaker 4 Like, you know what I mean? Like, and even then she could be married now and be like, you know what? In a couple of years, if I want to have a huge blowout, whatever.

Speaker 3 They've been pretty, they've been a very generous couple for the most part when it comes to their relationship and sharing it.

Speaker 3 And like, you know, post-Super Bowl win, Travis Kelsey, on-field PDA and things like that. Let's just give us the fucking royal wedding.
I agree.

Speaker 3 This is, this is, I'm serious.

Speaker 3 Like, how would this be any, how would this be any less watched than when Princess Diana and Charles R.I.P. Diana got married? Like, how, if they wanted to do like the royal wedding,

Speaker 3 like, this would be all the networks

Speaker 3 for the people still watching. They wouldn't, you know, when like

Speaker 3 network TV. When the president makes a speech and like everything might go out the window.

Speaker 3 Like, you remember when you were a kid and you turned into TV and your favorite TV show and like every channel was the Prez and you're like, I don't give a fuck.

Speaker 3 I don't, you know, that's this.

Speaker 4 We could do that. Yeah.

Speaker 3 Why not?

Speaker 5 The thing about Taylor Swift is I do think if she's going to get married, like she is such a like marketing girly that like if she does get married, I do see there being like an entire rollout, an album to go alongside with it, like the wedding album, right?

Speaker 5 The wedding era.

Speaker 6 i don't know if danny used our wedding to drop an album i'd be kind of like really

Speaker 3 i mean we need to like i want it to be about but this is tailored it's about love but like i don't know it's being broadcast they're getting paid and i'd be like then you've cracked the code to the wedding industry the first like to get paid to get married on national television i would do well it would be honestly like a she's not going to give charity like oh everybody gets a free she would be a true trailblazer to the you know the the the influencers of the world like you know when when Lindsay Hubber got roasted for, like, announcing her pregnancy via like a pregnancy test?

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 3 And I was like, get your back. Yeah.
Good for you.

Speaker 6 Well, Nick, don't they give you money, like the bachelor franchise, they'll give people money sometimes to get married on camera?

Speaker 3 I mean, like, that hasn't happened.

Speaker 4 Yeah, I think they have like the first,

Speaker 4 if you find the relationship on the show, I think they get like the first offer at.

Speaker 4 being like, hey, we'll pay you this much to come on whatever thing.

Speaker 3 There's something in our contracts that we sign where it's just like, if we we give a fuck about your relationship and we and you want to get married on tv it's already kind of prearranging your shitty contract

Speaker 4 it's more free wedding yeah rather than you get paid right but i actually don't know that taylor swift like i don't know it would be a really fine line of like broadcasting your wedding but also in a lot of ways yes they're generous but they're also like kind of private that's how i feel i feel like i just i could see it going either way where it's like she wants people to feel included but at the same time she is i don't know I feel like it's just do the thing a lot of our friends do where it's like we're gonna have a private ceremony yeah and then we're gonna have a party yeah so do the what would you rather see the ceremony of the party the party the party well I need clips of both I'm gonna be honest yeah ceremony I'm like I don't know well because you know there's gonna be like a couple outfit changes so do you want do you want to see the the gown or do you want to see the party boots underneath I don't need to see the whole thing because I won't be sitting there for that either.

Speaker 3 I never woke up for a royal wedding in my life.

Speaker 4 But like, I would like to see the like them getting ready, the like mom putting her dress together her like walking down the aisle like i don't need to hear everything but i would like to see the like packaged i want to know who's fighting behind the scenes i want to know the family i don't think there would be i don't know if there would be there's always drama at a wedding there's always drama at a wedding but it's like not for like the people that are in the wedding it's like you guys have to find out like oh wait so-and-so did what at my wedding yeah like that's what i want to see at taylor yeah i mean like

Speaker 4 there would be like a million guests there like somebody doesn't get along with somebody but i feel like the kelseys and the swifts are like the nicest people is what i've seen so i'm like would there be a fight Like I feel like both families are so nice.

Speaker 6 There's always drama.

Speaker 4 Nothing I was gonna say, not like a fight, but there's always like whether it's something between the bridesmaids, whether it's like a guest, Kristen Dodie punching James

Speaker 4 at Sheena's wedding.

Speaker 3 Yeah, I mean, we had our drama at our wedding that was had nothing to do with things like that.

Speaker 4 That's where I'm like, there's little things that like none of us would know about from a package wedding video.

Speaker 4 But yeah, like that's where I'm like, I would want to know like the little things that like went on that like aren't really that big of a deal.

Speaker 4 I don't think anyone's getting punched at a Taylor Swift wedding, but like, if so, I would love to hear about it.

Speaker 3 Exactly.

Speaker 4 Although, yeah, you're right. There's also also like tons of football players, so like lots of testosterone.

Speaker 5 What if, like, Andy Reed gets into some like major, major drama?

Speaker 3 I will have a friend at the wedding when

Speaker 3 you cite her tea.

Speaker 4 Oh, wow. Have them on the pod.

Speaker 3 See, that's the thing.

Speaker 4 I'm like, I feel like Taylor Swift would have people sign an NDA for her wedding, but then I'm also 100%. But then I'm like, would we see it?

Speaker 4 So that gives private.

Speaker 3 You still make them sign an NDA, even if it's televised, right?

Speaker 4 That doesn't make any sense. If it's televised,

Speaker 3 there's a we're going to show what we want to show, and you don't get to, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 4 So then that would be like, yeah, it would be like, no phones, no, yeah,

Speaker 5 people living in the moment.

Speaker 4 People will take photos and post anything and get

Speaker 4 send that to a magazine, whatever it is. I don't know.
I think it would be tough to be Taylor Swift getting married and figuring out the right way to go. Yeah, that's so true.

Speaker 5 At that point, I might just have like a secret wedding.

Speaker 3 Yeah, 12 people in the backyard, a witness.

Speaker 6 It kind of sounds easier after all this.

Speaker 3 You know, right?

Speaker 8 Now that we've talked about it, like, I'd elope.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 5 Like, announce it on a podcast and a new album.

Speaker 3 In other news, uh, we have a little bachelor in paradise.

Speaker 4 Jeremy is attempting to clear his name.

Speaker 3 So, why can't I say Jeremy? Jeremy.

Speaker 6 It's just not how you say Jeremy.

Speaker 5 So, okay, okay, let's try it in the spirit of phonetics that we've been talking about in this episode.

Speaker 3 I do have a problem with English. So, Jer.
Jare. Uh, uh, me.
Is there an A? How do you say that?

Speaker 5 Jeremy.

Speaker 6 It's an E, but Jeremy.

Speaker 3 There's an extra.

Speaker 5 Jeremy.

Speaker 8 J-E-R-E-M-Y.

Speaker 3 Jeremy.

Speaker 5 Jeremy. Jeremy.

Speaker 5 I think you might have to say it with like the extra syllable, Jeremy.

Speaker 3 I really put the little extra emphasis on that.

Speaker 5 Yeah, Jeremy.

Speaker 3 Not a great name.

Speaker 3 You could call it. That's my brother's name.

Speaker 3 Doesn't make it good. I mean, listen, my last name's Sex.
I mean, I call it my mom Nile. Niall Vial.
Yeah.

Speaker 4 Listen, like, I'm still not completely sure. No, I get confused every time.

Speaker 3 Maybe you know, Mary. What's going on there? And I'm just kidding.
My last mom's name.

Speaker 3 Yeah. Mother of Christ.
So religious, you know? Mother of Christ, whatever.

Speaker 5 I know. When I was little, I was convinced I was going to like literally.

Speaker 5 No, I was convinced that I would just get pregnant out of like nothing.

Speaker 3 Oh, wow. I'm so immaculate.

Speaker 4 I thought I was going to be the next.

Speaker 5 And my dad's a pastor.

Speaker 3 So, like, when you introduce yourself, you're like, hi, I'm Mary. Or people are like, oh, my God.

Speaker 5 I mean, no, I think when they find out my dad's a pastor.

Speaker 5 But it was my grand, my mom's mom's name was Mary. So I was named after her.

Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5 Yeah, anyway. And it just worked because my

Speaker 5 dad's kids have like religious names or whatever. Anyway, and then I turned out like this.

Speaker 3 So, I mean, names only just,

Speaker 3 anyways, Jeremy.

Speaker 4 Jeremy took to Instagram yesterday and posted slides from his time with Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise with Bailey and said, watching.

Speaker 3 Why aren't they?

Speaker 3 This is the picture he led with?

Speaker 6 Yeah. This is the first picture.

Speaker 3 Are they on their way to heaven?

Speaker 4 He said vibes.

Speaker 3 All right.

Speaker 4 Anyways, what did susie's ex say uh susie's ex said watching the past few weeks back has been tough a lot of what's aired doesn't show the full story the small meaningful moments or important conversations that brought bailey and i closer our relationship grew so much beyond the 0.1 percent of what's shown on tv but unfortunately so much of the focus has been on a small part of what we actually experienced in paradise my time on the beach wasn't perfect there were many ups and downs and i'll own the mistakes i made At the end of the day, only Bailey and I know the reality of what we went through, and I hope people can respect that.

Speaker 4 I don't really know what he's asking for. So like just like no more criticism.

Speaker 6 My take is that he posted this so that he could sneak this photo in.

Speaker 3 Yeah, I'm not sure what this photo has anything to do with.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 4 I've definitely been guilty of that for sure. Like there's a hot pic of you and you're like, how can I not make this about me, but like slide this in?

Speaker 6 How can I like casually slide this in so that everyone will see it, but it's not the first picture.

Speaker 8 Wait, that's it. Instead, we're going to go with that.

Speaker 4 can you scroll to the last photo leia just because i'm like i just don't understand why this wasn't the first i agree that's a fabulous photo same outfits it's the same day do you think he's trying to go like aesthetic well we know that bailey had nothing to do with this post no yeah because instagram bailey is like the she works in social media she literally came on the show and says i'm an influencer no no but she's good at the selfies and i will say i'm a little stalker so i went to hers because i wanted to see if she reposted reposted it.

Speaker 6 I'm just doing that right now.

Speaker 3 She did it. She did it.

Speaker 6 She posted something else.

Speaker 4 She reposted.

Speaker 4 Multiple cast members post that day and not Jeremy's, but I don't know. Maybe they don't want to give away that they could possibly be still together.

Speaker 6 Kathy Mann.

Speaker 4 I will say I messaged Bailey. I mean, we're cool.
We follow each other. And I did say, because I was seeing like so much of the Jeremy Susie.

Speaker 4 And I was like, hey, I just have to say, when I was on the date with Jeremy, I knew he wasn't picking me.

Speaker 4 Like, obviously, I guess I want to be careful of saying stuff that like didn't air, but I'm like, but we had a conversation. I don't want to hear you.

Speaker 4 I think for my sake, I'm like, okay, I don't want to say too much, but I'm like, I remember a conversation with him where he didn't, he never said, like, oh, I'm not going to pick you, but I was like, it was very clear that he was like, I have been growing something with Bailey.

Speaker 4 We've been, you know, we've been here for longer. I'm actually shocked at like finding somebody so quickly.
Like, I remember being like, okay, so I'm going home. Like, and that's like, that's cool.

Speaker 4 I respect it, you know. But I told her that because I was like, obviously, that stuff doesn't make the cut.
And it's just like this whole thing about me and Jeremy.

Speaker 4 But, but I mean, I felt it when I was there. I was like, yeah, like, I don't have a chance.
I think that also adds like a lot of context to Jeremy's crash out.

Speaker 4 It's like, not knowing that, that, like, he was really fully in on Bailey. It literally does look like from the edit that he was almost all in on you and like compensated with Bailey.

Speaker 3 Regardless of why he did what he did when he confessed his love to Susie, maybe he's just reacting to the hurt that because Bailey went on the date.

Speaker 3 Because Bailey went on a date, but just the problem that I think everyone has with how Jeremy has handled this is he just has never really just owned it.

Speaker 3 You know, it's always like, I didn't think it was a big deal.

Speaker 3 Obviously, this show is edited. I'm sure from Jeremy's point of view,

Speaker 3 what the fuck is that? Jare Renbody.

Speaker 3 Jare Ren Buddy. I think you just lean into Jeremy.
I think you do.

Speaker 3 You guys honestly stop correcting me and we just know who I'm talking about.

Speaker 5 You just say Jeremy and I just repeat it because I think it's funny and charming.

Speaker 3 To be clear, I'm not talking shit when I say it. I just thought, I mean...

Speaker 4 Did you guys intentionally spell his name wrong

Speaker 4 on that post the other day?

Speaker 3 Oh, no. Well,

Speaker 3 did we spell it wrong?

Speaker 6 Yes.

Speaker 4 Wait, you guys aren't familiar with this? I think he corrected you guys on your post.

Speaker 3 Did he? Yeah, which I thought was so funny.

Speaker 4 I thought it was so funny of everybody. I was was like, oh, this is, this is the T.

Speaker 3 I think, you know, like when we interviewed Brian, listen, I get it's new for all these people. Well, he,

Speaker 3 Jeremy,

Speaker 3 nailed it. Has done TV before, but like, yeah, I think they all want their cake and eat it too, right? They, you know, it's the whole main character thing.

Speaker 3 Clayton, he's going on perfect match, thinking he's a good guy. And I think Clayton is a good guy, but like sometimes, like, you chose to go on the show.
You chose to, you know, how this shit works.

Speaker 3 And he is trying trying to like, I think the biggest criticism we have as fans and is sometimes when they try to edit themselves or dictate the narrative.

Speaker 3 Listen, whether you were in love with Susie or mad at Bailey, you did this shit.

Speaker 3 And then you tried to like handle it the way you wanted to handle it best for yourself, which, and he chose to like not tell Bailey

Speaker 3 and told other people. And regardless of how deep it was or wasn't, like, that's what everyone is responding to.
Yeah. Right.

Speaker 3 The guy who and and jeremy come you know presents himself as someone who's like you know we hear from his friends he he's like he's a straight shooter he's sarcastic you know he's you know he's taking naps whatever but like you know he he portrays himself as like a no bullshit guy but he's just been full of bullshit you know and it's just more like he's up in people's like we get it man we get it i understand like everything we're seeing i'm sure there's some context missing or whatever maybe when you said you wanted to get engaged in susie it was like a one of his sarcastic jokes that brian is just like deciding to like run with run with and just not back down because he doesn't want to be called a liar whatever the we like everyone is going to accept him and bailey if they're really together minus again like if he's if he's in the comments and trying to change everyone's mind online That's just like a recipe for disaster.

Speaker 3 But like, Jeremy, we get it. Like, you're like, if you assume you guys are together, we think you're visiting here in Portugal.
We're rooting for you guys.

Speaker 3 But in the meantime, while this show is airing and you did your shit, we're going to respond to that. And in this post, this post isn't like, hey, listen, I fucked up.

Speaker 3 I could have handled it a lot better. I wasn't straightforward with anyone.
I handled it inappropriately. If I could go back, I would have just been up front.

Speaker 3 None of this whole like, you're not seeing things, but like we're not seeing the important stuff. We get it.
You weren't in the editing room and the editors aren't picking your favorite moments.

Speaker 3 Right. You know what I'm saying? Like that's all his post is saying is like, you know, you need to see my favorite moments, our favorite moments.
If we were editing this show, so post.

Speaker 3 That's why you have the power of a platform.

Speaker 3 And that's why you guys going forward, as I tell like every person who goes on these shows, like the good news is whatever happened, now you're in charge of your edit.

Speaker 3 So like handle yourself accordingly, you know, and right now, Jeremy's edit that he's in charge of right now, kind of is the same as his bachelor edit, if you're asking me, which is kind of like kind of making excuses, towing the line, you know, like kind of like arguing like stupid little things and just be like, yeah, I, I'm not

Speaker 3 that upfront. Yeah.
Yeah.

Speaker 4 I was like, a big thing for me was, and I don't think it's really been talked about, but it was just the fact that he woke up from the nap after Bailey was freaking out.

Speaker 4 And then he came out, talked to people, and then went back to bed where I was like, I thought he was going to go talk to Bailey. Yeah.

Speaker 3 And whatever happened or didn't happen, Jeremy definitely said, I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Yeah.

Speaker 3 And Bailey showed us that it was right in the moment maybe she's over it she's now defending him she's gotten over it because right you know cooler heads prevailed and she you know a mature woman that bailey clearly is was you know got out of her ego and got out of the whole like well i can't believe you and it's the principle of it she didn't like break up with a good guy that she likes because of like some tv mistake in a moment of like confusion or passion she they work through it good yeah but that doesn't change the fact that he handled it shitty yep and that we're processing it now.

Speaker 4 I think that's a big part that people forget who are on the show, even myself.

Speaker 4 It's like, okay, I relived or I lived this months ago, and now I have to relive it and deal with the consequences all over again, which sucks.

Speaker 4 But you kind of have to lean in and be like, okay, everyone's just now learning about this and processing it for the first time now. So you kind of got to like ride the ride with them, you know?

Speaker 3 Because it's hard.

Speaker 3 Oh, yeah.

Speaker 6 Because there are some you leaning in.

Speaker 3 Yeah,

Speaker 3 you controlling your narrative has been very fun to watch.

Speaker 6 Here's a video that Susie posted poking fun at the phone call

Speaker 3 What did your caption say?

Speaker 4 Actual footage of me getting the phone call in in the Costa Rican airport

Speaker 3 That's awesome

Speaker 3 Yeah, I listen I and maybe it just comes with practice. I don't know.
This This is only your second time on the TV show.

Speaker 4 Yeah, I think I'm just like sick in the head. I think that's what it is.
Also, I got lucky. I got lucky.
I got out of there quick. You know, there wasn't a lot to work with for me.

Speaker 3 No, but you've always, I mean, shit, I remember the first time meeting you, and that was like you coming from AFR, from that like fuck show of an AFR, where you were like arguably one of the more hated people online in that moment.

Speaker 3 And you were just like a star and you came in under like

Speaker 3 you got it, right?

Speaker 3 And I just mean like, there's just a level of, again main character syndrome that all these people have where there's a little bit of a disconnect between like going on a tv show and and and just like and i'm not saying all the things are fair and right and that the internet isn't a prick i just think if you're gonna

Speaker 3 do an unserious show you some you can't be so serious you can't take yourself seriously and i say this to someone who like listen like There's the other side of it is like these people are like it's real life for them.

Speaker 3 And a lot of the emotions I experienced on the show were my real feeling overall they're all real feelings and they were personal but you do have to learn yeah the the side of like kind of making fun of yourself a little bit or a fun of a silly situation and if you can just own that like it's just it it lands so much better with people because you're you will never win with the internet the people that Jeremy is trying to argue with in the comments don't want to be convinced that they're wrong.

Speaker 3 Right. And he's wasting his energy trying to convince, like, he's arguing with probably 17 year olds.

Speaker 4 And all he has to do is just make a funny joke, make a little ha-ha about like, well, that was a bad look, wasn't it? And it would be like, we'd be like, yeah, yeah, it was, Jeremy.

Speaker 4 You know what I mean? That's accountability and a little humor.

Speaker 3 Right.

Speaker 4 But I'm like, when you go into it, like, I've taken this road very seriously. It's like you're on Bachelor and Paradise competing for $500,000.

Speaker 4 Like, let's not, let's not make this seem like it was a life or death decision and that we're all coming at you so hard. Like, all right.

Speaker 3 Well, it is time for the Mint Mobile Hot Take Hotline. We're bringing it back because it was so much fun the first time, and we have been doing this for a long time, sharing our hot takes.

Speaker 3 But it's nice to finally hear from you guys, the fans, the extension of our household, to get your opinions about all the shows that we are covering.

Speaker 3 All right, so we got two hot takes, and then we'll jump into a little valley reunion, and then we'll get to our guest, our star of today's episode, Sandy, who's with us.

Speaker 3 So, without further ado, the Mint Mobile Hot Take Hotline. And if you want to share your hot take, don't forget to call 1-855-MINT TLK.
that's 855-646-8855. Anyways, our first hot take is right now.

Speaker 10 So my hot take, I'm not sure if it will get shared because I feel like you guys are kind of close with these people, but probably two years ago, you guys had Justin Glaze on the show, and this was back when he and Susie and Andrew were all hanging out.

Speaker 10 And you guys asked him, at this point, Andrew and Susie were putting out a lot of content together, and people were kind of like, you know,

Speaker 10 really shipping them together, thought that they were the couple. And you guys asked Justin, like, what's the tea? What's going on?

Speaker 10 And he responded and was just like, well, I'm just basically just trying to be a supporter friend, just trying to be there for Susie, whatever, you know, whatever she decides she wants.

Speaker 10 So my hot take is that she and Andrew actually made

Speaker 10 more sense as a couple and had the better connection instead of she and Justin.

Speaker 4 Y'all are sick for this.

Speaker 4 Y'all are sick and

Speaker 3 a total coincidence.

Speaker 4 Yeah, surely.

Speaker 5 That's sweet.

Speaker 3 But this is

Speaker 3 a real hot take from one of our callers.

Speaker 3 It happened to be one of our favorites.

Speaker 4 I love that.

Speaker 4 That's a really funny hot take.

Speaker 7 I mean, I don't.

Speaker 3 I'm picturing when you guys became friends, like, playing spin the bottle one day. And then, like...

Speaker 3 What's that movie with

Speaker 3 Zendaya? The tennis movie that she's in. The Challengers.
Yes. And I'm picturing Susie on the edge of the bed with Andrew and Justin.

Speaker 3 Did you make them kiss? The boys? Yeah. Of course.

Speaker 4 I will be making that in Canvas.

Speaker 3 Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 4 Y'all, my heart is racing. I did not know what that was about to say.
And I was like, where is this going? But that's really funny. I love Andrew.
I think he's like one of the funniest people.

Speaker 4 You guys obviously love him here, too. He's hysterical.

Speaker 3 But yeah, that's just the way the cookie grumbled, you know?

Speaker 3 I think it sounds like Andrew's with Alex still. I think so.
I was kind of getting that vibe. I was getting that vibe.

Speaker 4 They're so cute on the show. Right? Yeah.

Speaker 7 I really like that. I want to see more.

Speaker 3 No.

Speaker 4 Hot take number two?

Speaker 3 Yeah, I mean, I guess you put that to bed. Yeah,

Speaker 3 was there anything between you and Andrew? No, there was nothing. Not

Speaker 4 anything.

Speaker 4 Never. I know.
I didn't think there was anything between me and Justin either, though. I was like, these guys do not care.

Speaker 6 So if Andrew does come out single, is there any universe where it could still happen?

Speaker 4 That's giving the summer I Turn Pretty vibes. It's like

Speaker 3 high school.

Speaker 6 And I am watching the Summer I Turn Pretty vibes.

Speaker 8 I meant to need real life Summer I Turn Pretty vibes.

Speaker 4 That would be real life the Summer I Turn Pretty. Like that would be crazy.
Start calling me Sally Deli.

Speaker 3 Yes.

Speaker 4 That's funny.

Speaker 3 Okay. Sorry.

Speaker 3 I think we have another hot take.

Speaker 11 Okay. Hi, Nick and friends and Natalie.
I love Natalie.

Speaker 3 I think she says Virgin.

Speaker 11 Anyways,

Speaker 11 my hot take is that reality TV isn't going to be reality TV if we stop, in quotes, platforming bad reality TV men.

Speaker 11 Because if you really think about it, the Valley, or not The Valley, Vanderpump would not be Vanderpump without Jackson, the scandal of season two,

Speaker 11 or Scandival with Tom.

Speaker 11 Southern Charm would be nothing without Thomas Ravenale. You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 11 Like, yeah, we don't want to platform them. Obviously, we don't want to be like, they're great people, but I don't think reality T V would be what it was without them.

Speaker 11 I mean, obviously, we have housewives and women can definitely step up and handle that.

Speaker 11 But I enjoy watching terrible men do terrible things because I think it puts a highlight on real life situations. I think it's so entertaining.

Speaker 11 And I honestly don't know what the shows would be without them.

Speaker 11 I mean, there's The Valley with Danny, and like he's such a great guy, and we love him, but would it really be that entertaining if everybody wasn't coming against him and he was having like not having to, you know, fight for his his character i mean obviously it's really hard to watch but it gave him a storyline so i don't know i think it goes both ways i struggle with this but at the same time i just don't think the shows would be what they are i mean tom sandwell went on traders and the man was born for television so i don't know i go back and forth with jacks but let me know your thoughts love you guys i think that's a great take but i have like i think there's a middle ground my middle ground it's not it's not that yes i This whole cult, like the whatever, it's kind of like an extension of cancel culture where it's just like if you have a problem with someone, you deem them as like morally reprehensible.

Speaker 3 You can't platform them, like you have to shun them, like you can't interview someone who like people disagree with. Like, I don't, I don't subscribe to that.

Speaker 3 And yes, on reality TV, I'm not, we're not looking, we want drama. Yeah.
We want toxicity. We do.
The problem I have specifically, which is often with Bravo, is that it's only that.

Speaker 3 And there's just a constant, you know, like the Jax Taylor of it all. There's no, there's no arc.
There's no, it's just the same bullshit every time and the Jesse Lolly of it all.

Speaker 3 And it's like, I want at least one redeeming guy. I want, I don't want it to be like all men are fucking pigs and toxic.
And I, or I want, I want characters that have some layers,

Speaker 3 you know, that range where it's just like, yeah, they can fuck up and make a selfish decision and then take some accountability. And then we have a glimpse into like other problems in their life.

Speaker 3 Like all we see with the Valley is interpersonal relationships and drama within the group.

Speaker 3 And I think Bravo has gotten a little too deep into that, where I think, you know, I wasn't a big housewives fan back in the day, but it used to be back in the day. The drama wasn't just in the group.

Speaker 3 It was drama in their lives, their businesses, you know, like this real life drama that like people go through that isn't just about like, well, you said this about me and I said this about you and we're all fucked up and drunk and whatever.

Speaker 4 Or I'm repeating what you said that you didn't actually say. And now that's the whole story.

Speaker 3 And the one

Speaker 3 good guy that we think is a good guy, Danny, is like, is just defending, you know, as we'll get into the valley, like whether he's, you know, groping people or things like that.

Speaker 3 And it's just a bunch of the, the assholes who, or the people who seemingly have no redeeming qualities

Speaker 3 trying to bring the people with some redeeming qualities down.

Speaker 3 And I think that's the part that people are just fucking sick of. Yeah.

Speaker 4 I don't want to watch people that also have no moral compass try to bring other people down. And then like, that's just the level that we're staying at.
I need range.

Speaker 4 I need somebody starting a company. I need somebody like talking about the struggles of raising a family or like how tough it can be, all the, all the great things about it.

Speaker 4 But yeah, I'm constantly just seeing Jax is in rehab, Jax is abusive, Jesse Lawley is calling his ex-wife a street, I don't even know, I know the right word for it.

Speaker 3 Prostitute. Thank you.

Speaker 4 But it's like these types of things where I'm like, there's not one moment where you leave the valley being like, okay, well, I'm happy for so-and-so. Yeah.

Speaker 4 You know, you're just like, okay, thank God Zach has a one-liner or, you know, Luke comes in as a voice of reason, but I'm like, so far and few between.

Speaker 5 Well, it's also, it's also like, what do we know about Zach?

Speaker 3 Nothing. Exactly.
He's a rider die for Brittany.

Speaker 5 Yeah.

Speaker 5 And it's like, I think Bravo has the tendency sometimes with like the gay people they put on their cast to like have them for drama or have them like in relation with someone else and not give them their own like independent storyline.

Speaker 5 So they seem really toxic and they seem like bad people. And it's like, well, you're not getting to see who they are as people in their actual relationships outside of the drama on this show.

Speaker 3 And then we're stuck trying to decide decide to like, do we talk about the people whose drama is centered around the people who just are obsessed with people talking about them for the sake of talking about them?

Speaker 3 like all like the Jacks and other people. Yeah, and I don't like that's this, that's part, that part's annoying.

Speaker 4 Yeah, yeah, I'm sort of, I agree.

Speaker 4 I'm like, I, especially when she brought up Thomas Ravenel for a Southern Charm, I'm like, yeah, that's a disgraced congressman having to drop out of the race for a cocaine charge.

Speaker 4 Like, you can't write that shit.

Speaker 3 No, it's fucking great.

Speaker 5 That's perfect. And then get someone pregnant, you know, like as he's trying to have his redemption arc.

Speaker 4 But again, there was so much more going on that it was like Thomas was like just one part of what made that season so great so i'm like i agree with her but i definitely agree with nick that i'm like there needs to be balance you need to show me some highs

Speaker 4 if you're going to bring me down to the lows and then just keep me here yeah you know bring me back up Well, that will do it for today's Mint Mobile Hot Take a Hotline.

Speaker 3 And don't forget, we want to hear your scorching hot takes as well. All you have to do is call 1-855-MINT T-L-K.
Or if you prefer the numbers, that's 855-646-8855 and leave us a voicemail.

Speaker 3 Again, just call 855-MINT-T-L-K or 855-646-8855 and leave us a message.

Speaker 3 Well, speaking of toxic men, since we're on the subject, let's get into a little valley reunion part three, putting this dark season to bed.

Speaker 3 It's our, hopefully, the last time we'll ever have to talk about fucking Jax Taylor.

Speaker 4 Can I ask you, leaving the third part of the reunion, I honestly thought it was more lighthearted and like fun than the entire season.

Speaker 3 I kind of enjoyed this episode. My absolute favorite part was Andy Cohen at the end, where you put Jesse in his place.

Speaker 3 And he kind of was like, hey, you want to fucking work here? This is how this fucking shit works. You don't get to fucking dictate terms.

Speaker 3 I like that he acknowledged that like when they have parties, this is a, it's a, it's a set. We're making a fucking, we're making a TV show.

Speaker 3 You don't get to bring your friends to like, honestly protect you. And then have, like, I mean, it is horseshit that Jesse is bringing someone who then sues legal action.

Speaker 3 This person, whoever this person is, she fucking sucks.

Speaker 3 You want to, you want to come in and be dramatic and then you don't like how it went down and then you get legal representation and then sue the mother of your boyfriend's child.

Speaker 3 Like, you're a piece of shit. Yep.
I don't know who you are, but you're a piece of shit. And I'm glad that Andy put Jesse in his place.

Speaker 3 And I don't know if Jesse, you know, but like the fact that Jesse looked so small and so like demure in that moment was just like my favorite part of this season.

Speaker 4 My little feet were like kicking under the blankets. I was like, oh my God, I have to watch that again.

Speaker 3 That was so great.

Speaker 5 Also, also Zach's face being like.

Speaker 4 Jesse might as well have responded, yes, sir.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 4 Tail between his legs was like, Oh, okay. He's like, Yeah, I would grab your girl and I'd put a microphone on her and sit her right on the couch.

Speaker 3 And he goes, Because that's how this works. Yeah, he went out.
Is that what he said?

Speaker 4 It was something too, where he had productions back to because I think Jesse was trying to like blame production for it. And he goes, That's their job.

Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah. He's like, They put a boom mic in her face.
It's like, Yeah, because she showed up, she walked into our house. She showed up to work.

Speaker 4 This is your job while we're filming, while cameras are up.

Speaker 3 This is your job.

Speaker 3 I'm going to go ahead and guess. Signed a release.
All right. I'm going to guess.
You know, of course. Yeah.
It's like, and then you're going to like emotionally terrorize.

Speaker 3 Jesse's such a piece of shit.

Speaker 3 Do we want a little rapid? Oh, yeah. Give us that rabbit recap, man.

Speaker 5 All right. If you missed the Valley Reunion part three this week, do I have a rapid recap for you? Okay, here's what happened.

Speaker 5 Janet says that Danny Darko has made other women uncomfortable in the past, including Brittany, who defends Danny. But like, is Brittany the best person to clock a man's inappropriate behavior?

Speaker 5 Maybe not. Jason finally admits that everyone on the stage has issues with alcohol, pork fountain kitchen, etc., etc.
Jasmine claims she didn't make up the whack rumors that Jason takes his ring off.

Speaker 5 And Leia, can you please play the video for what I have to say to Jason?

Speaker 3 His hair, whack, his gear, whack, his jewelry, whack, his foot stance, whack. The way that he talks, whack.
The way that he doesn't even like to smile, whack. Me, I'm tight as fuck.

Speaker 5 Andy asked a diva question to Janet, which is, Do you owe Kristen an apology for making you relevant? To which Kristen responded, You're not that important to fans to be relevant.

Speaker 5 Which is Kristen Don Draper Doty.

Speaker 3 Kristen was awesome.

Speaker 4 Kristen was awesome.

Speaker 5 Andy also asked everyone to raise their hands if they thought Janet was a Karen, and nobody did.

Speaker 3 That was that was fucked.

Speaker 3 My favorite tweet of the night was someone saying when they asked, I raised my hand in my living room.

Speaker 3 They're a dirty motherfucking because like this it was the definition of a Karen where Janet kept saying like well that's the definition of sexual assault and it's like like there's not there's no nuance in that statement and like that's that's the problem with someone like you who is gonna go like and weaponize like the definition of things when maybe that's not what it was you're arguing over semantics and over something that is incredibly serious and then painting herself as a victim because like all she's doing is reading a definition and i don't know why everyone's coming at me because i know how to read a book Yeah.

Speaker 5 However, the most important part of the episode was when Jax revealed that his burner account character, Frank Draymond, is actually pronounced Frank Drevin, who is Leslie Nielsen's character from The Naked Gun.

Speaker 5 And yes, Jax did spell his burner account's name wrong. And this is maybe the most poetic way for him to leave Bravo.
R.I.P.

Speaker 5 Frank Draymond and Jax Taylor, your cameos will live on forever, as well as the harm you have caused for every single woman you've ever encountered.

Speaker 5 Janet denied being a fan, saying she thinks Kristen has this idea that she had a good-as-gold poster in her childhood bedroom when we all know she actually had a poster of the Menendez brothers.

Speaker 5 Janet defended her comments saying Dan Ling sexually assaulted Jasmine and Alyssa and Zach had the only normal reaction to that conversation which was, I don't want to be on this couch right now.

Speaker 5 Michelle's lawyer told her not to talk about her screaming match with Jesse's girlfriend off camera at the Zen party to which Andy was like, you think I care about lawyers?

Speaker 5 Why the hell was this not on camera? Jesse, get that bitch or mic pack or you're off the show.

Speaker 5 And Jesse looked like he was going to poop his pants overall andy cohen finally chose violence with this cast of charismatic freaks and i'd like to thank him and thank god jax taylor will not return oh frank draymond drebin drebin drebin find out next season on the valley there is also a question i don't know if you guys noticed this connor and i rewound it twice um

Speaker 4 when Andy asked if everybody thought that Janet was being reckless with the term that she used and a lot of people rose their hands.

Speaker 4 Brittany did this really weird thing that at the same time she starts adjusting her strap. So it like looks like her hand's kind of going up.
But if Janet's looking at her, she's not raising her hand.

Speaker 4 It was really weird. And I just had to call that out because it was like one of those, like she's like, oh, it was a little reckless, but like, I'm just adjusting my strap, Janet.

Speaker 4 I won't say a bad thing against you. Interesting.

Speaker 5 Brittany is trying to play both sides

Speaker 5 like Janet Danny thing. And it's a really weird time in her life for her to be doing that.

Speaker 3 We don't need to talk about it, but I do want to just acknowledge it because it did

Speaker 3 make the edit. But the callback photos of

Speaker 3 Brittany and Zach. Oh,

Speaker 3 the way Brittany looks in the second photo versus now is

Speaker 3 that's not the same person. No.

Speaker 4 She's still pretty. She's just enhanced.

Speaker 3 I didn't say anything.

Speaker 4 It wasn't about, I'm just like, I think Jack's just really

Speaker 4 fucked her mentally about herself and her and how her image.

Speaker 3 Exactly. Perception.

Speaker 4 Because he's sick. But the best part was also finding out that Jax did not watch the reunion.
So, like, when they brought up the, was it Fred Dreman?

Speaker 3 Frank Drummond?

Speaker 4 That I'm like, he had no idea.

Speaker 6 He was like. He didn't watch the show.

Speaker 3 Yeah, who did that? Oh, you mean my burner account? And it's like, yes, babe, your burner account. And he was like, everyone has a burner account.
It's not a big deal.

Speaker 8 I don't. I don't.

Speaker 3 I do. Oh, hell yeah.
I know.

Speaker 6 Tell us more.

Speaker 5 Yeah, what's the name at? You know, where can people find you?

Speaker 3 We do have a burner account. You do? No.
Oh, you don't? No. Oh, gosh.

Speaker 3 It was a question.

Speaker 3 You do have a burner account.

Speaker 4 Oh, yeah, I do. I do.
It's like, yeah, you know how you find out your stripper name?

Speaker 4 It's that. But I won't share it because, like, I don't want anyone to find me.

Speaker 3 Does it include a middle name in the street you lived on?

Speaker 6 No, it's your

Speaker 6 street you live on and your first pet, right?

Speaker 4 My first pet's name, yeah. Her name was Crystal.
Let me just say that.

Speaker 3 She's a freak.

Speaker 3 Are you trolling people on your burner account or is it just a stalk?

Speaker 4 It's a stalk. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh my God, I would never. Cause you can trace it back to my, like, some of my emails, you know?

Speaker 3 You're not like, oh my God, Susie's the best.

Speaker 3 There you go, girl. She legend.

Speaker 4 Iconic behavior. And then I log into my next one.
Wow, beautiful.

Speaker 3 Thank you so much, girl.

Speaker 3 Love a fam.

Speaker 4 Did anybody else think it was kind of weird when Jason was going after Danny and he was like saying that everybody was an alcoholic?

Speaker 3 And the way he was so proud of himself for like admitting he had a problem? It's like, yeah, we get it. You guys are all, you guys all abuse alcohol in different ways.
And yes, we get it.

Speaker 3 Danny, I've, I've met a million Dannies. I've been friends with a million Dannies, the type of guy who like can't hold his liquor and just kind of gets a little weird.
Yeah. Drunk.

Speaker 3 And like, yeah, maybe he, you know, me, maybe he needs to change his liquor or drink less, whatever.

Speaker 3 The point is, is like these, as everyone has pointed out week after week after week, it's like, it's just the double standard.

Speaker 3 It's the come, it's just using this one thing to come at the guy who in the like the whole scope of things seems like the highest quality guy in this group with a lot going on with just being a dad and all these things and yada yada yada and it's the way yeah the way janet and jason lie about danny and and nia and just like are just dying on this hill to like try to prove to us that like danny and nia aren't who they claim to be like whatever that is i don't even know who they claim to be yeah they just claim not to be like toxic with monsters

Speaker 3 because like the the way this group like the group is trying to paint like again the energy everyone's talked about this we've talked about it a million times it's just the energy they're bringing to Nia and Danny is the energy that should be brought to Jesse and Jax yeah and the fact that it's not being brought is this the most nauseating and frustrating and kind of disgusting like behavior from this group and we're judging these people based off that double standard

Speaker 4 Because Danny, all right, Danny, Jason out of nowhere, when Kristen was like, you can't say that, like, what, do you have a drinking problem? He was like, every day, it's a struggle for me.

Speaker 3 And I was just just like, well, let's unpack that instead of projecting on other people. Yeah.
Deal with your own shit.

Speaker 4 I will say, I feel like Nia and Danny held their own really well. And I feel like they, like, she, she kind of holds him accountable.

Speaker 4 And even her bringing up the comment, being like, I didn't just forgive him. Like, we both did individual therapy.
We did therapy together.

Speaker 4 Like, I feel like they kind of held their own, which I was really proud of them. I feel like they're like giving accountability in the best way that you can.

Speaker 4 And I also think it's really fucking rich for Janet after spending an entire first season being like, I'm pregnant. Don't, da, da, da, and then it's like you're coming at Nia and her husband.
Right.

Speaker 4 And it's like, you, the audacity, because I felt really bad when Nia was like talking about that and just feeling very stressed.

Speaker 4 And I'm just like, why are you, why, and why are we spending two episodes talking about Danny's drinking and not Jax throwing a woman in a bush? Why are we not talking about Jax wearing lips?

Speaker 4 Why are we not talking about Jax coming after a happy marriage? No, but we're going to sit here and go. Every single cast member, what is your issue with Danny and Nia on this side of the couch?

Speaker 4 Like, ugh, that pissed me off. And Kristen, Kristen, MVP, MVP of this reunion, she was shutting things down left and right.
Was like, you have no right to say anything about it.

Speaker 4 And she goes, Yeah, I was coming after you because you're coming after my friends. And I told you, I was being an asshole.

Speaker 6 My favorite was when she was like, You're not important enough. Sorry.

Speaker 5 The fans don't, no one cares about you.

Speaker 3 But that's what I'm saying. You can just tell, like, it's like, it's like she's such a seasoned vet.
Oh, yeah. Like a professional,

Speaker 3 you know, where you clearly, these are like the rookies and they don't really know what they're doing.

Speaker 3 And like, like you know it's like Kristen's is so like this is such an amateur hour and then like when she opens her mouth you're just like

Speaker 3 yeah

Speaker 3 finally some good fucking food all right well that will do it for the valley for a long time thank fucking god up next sandy from perfect match joins us return to the show she uh we're gonna have her address mary since um mary called her soulless the first time they met

Speaker 4 sandy that Mary's in timeout for the last time she told you so this?

Speaker 6 Yeah, Mary's been in that corner for the last year.

Speaker 3 Since the last time you were here, we feed her twice a day, but she's been there.

Speaker 4 Wait, does Sandy know?

Speaker 3 yes i remember you actually i'm like damn these people are cold do you remember mary though yeah do you remember what was she saying mary remembers what were you saying mary well a little little backstory to mary is that when when when you came on uh-huh you know understanding now that you know you're the seasoned vet that you are right you're a professional reality tv star now you're getting paid yeah you know what i'm saying like before it was just like i got trauma in my relationship before it was just trauma now it's it's a little fun.

Speaker 3 Now you're a working professional. So we understand that you were coming in with a little vulnerability that time.

Speaker 7 Oh, so you guys took advantage?

Speaker 3 No, no, no, no. But like Mary, it was like her second day at work.
Oh, no way.

Speaker 5 I'd been working here. I was an editor and I had started coming on the show.

Speaker 3 Okay. Okay.
And running my mouth. Yeah.

Speaker 3 Kind of giving some takes, you know? Yeah.

Speaker 7 I think you ran your mouth a little.

Speaker 3 You did your job.

Speaker 7 That's why they're like, we need you on the floor, Mary.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 3 And I,

Speaker 3 no, no, no. It's justin'.

Speaker 3 No, come on. It's like Mary has so much trauma about this that he forgets.

Speaker 7 Oh, great. You have trauma? Well, how do you think I feel?

Speaker 3 So

Speaker 4 after you had filmed The Going Deeper, we were out in the editing bay and you're talking to Natalie and she was like encouraging you to like not listen to what people have said about you, not to look at comments.

Speaker 4 Yeah, don't listen to the episode. And you were like, yeah, I know some people say some really awful things.

Speaker 4 And Natalie was like, well, what was the worst thing that's been said about you that you saw? And you were like, well, actually,

Speaker 3 i was called soulless no no she goes you turn to marriage you point at her well you called me soulless oh see you call me out i'm gonna call you out yeah i know and i it was actually a slow turn it was

Speaker 3 yeah that's so funny oh you know i think about it all the time and i really i do i feel bad oh it's okay

Speaker 4 and i no but it was good yeah because i was like oh yeah

Speaker 3 i didn't realize that like people would actually listen and like take it oh yeah you know just just the good old trauma no no no that's funny well you know i don't think you're soulist okay well i i know i'm not soulless i have a very big heart and a big soul so yeah

Speaker 3 where do you want to start where do you want to start you're the host well okay fine

Speaker 3 i am all right doing big things

Speaker 3 um

Speaker 3 i want to start with jr of course how did i know that that was going to happen i say this i mean this in the nicest way coming off of the the soulless conversation where we recognize they're all people and my wife is not here at the moment so i i am speaking we find him to be one of the most disgusting and revolting people on tv oh my gosh and it's really just based centered around his like just constant like comments around like sex and and just objectifying women quite honestly in a way that just like he's always like yeah i'm like yum you're fucking candy and i'm like dick my time yeah

Speaker 3 and i so like i guess my first question is like why in the fuck would you entertain JR on your second run? Is this like

Speaker 3 we don't, is this like a timing thing? Because like now we know you filmed the perfect match before we even before the ultimatum even ends.

Speaker 7 Before we even saw it, yeah.

Speaker 3 So then my question is, like, is is this JR just like is really unlucky with his edit and he's like being frank? But but he's saying this shit to you guys, or is he dies?

Speaker 3 Or is it just like in ITMs and you guys don't realize just how disgusting of a mind he seems to have when it comes to talking about women?

Speaker 7 I mean, I think it's a combination. Like, he does say these weird comments,

Speaker 7 which are just like, you know, and it's hard because with editing, they, of course, they're going to air every single weird comment he says and they're not going to air some of the other things that are said.

Speaker 3 But I think he opened the door for you, anyways.

Speaker 7 That ass. No.

Speaker 7 I know. He

Speaker 3 bet you're thinking about my dick, you know?

Speaker 7 Like, well, I will say his ITMs, like the interviews, like his intro, I literally lost my voice from screaming so loud at the TV TV when I saw his intro for perfect match because I was just no that's not okay um and there were a lot of moments like that with ultimatum too when I actually watched it back and kind of saw what he was saying you know behind the camera and whatnot and just to some of the other women and yeah I think with perfect match obviously we filmed that before

Speaker 7 we ever saw ultimatum before that aired and so before I got to kind of see full picture of how everything was but I do think that with perfect match like this was kind of the season that they brought back some of the X's, made it messy on purpose.

Speaker 7 And I, quite frankly, knew that they brought JR in there for me. So I kind of, you know, I led into that a little bit just because

Speaker 3 you were being easy to work with.

Speaker 7 Yeah, which was also a lesson that I learned through Ultimatum and Perfect Match a little bit. I think sometimes I was a little bit too like cooperative with.

Speaker 3 some of the things that like, you know, production wanted because I, I was just, I'm a, you know, I'm a good castmate i don't know if you ever plan on going back to reality tv yeah is that a possibility depending okay yeah you're great on it thank y'all you're welcome thank y'all i don't want to mansplain or anything can i offer you some unsolicited reality tv advice yeah please you gotta

Speaker 3 well it's back to like i think going in i think a lot of reality tv stars you know you want to have a good relationship with production they obviously sometimes take advantage of that relationship knowing that like people want to be easy to work with but i think you know to try to not even humanize producers, they're just people who have a job and they're trying to get the best out of people.

Speaker 3 And I think sometimes, especially in today's day and age, they are so used to reality TV stars coming in, trying to protect their edit, trying to like, you know, go against what they production is awesome.

Speaker 3 And just not.

Speaker 3 not really speak, say how they really feel.

Speaker 3 And I think in that moment where you were asked, let's say you had a strong opinion of JR, you get asked to like go on this date, you're thinking like, fuck it, I'll just be like a team player type of thing.

Speaker 3 I'll give them what they want, whatever.

Speaker 3 And I think if you have something better to offer they'll listen i think they're just used to a lot of people coming in and just like playing it safe and not knowing what to do so they're they're trying to make the the best possible scenes but if you were to be like i don't fuck with this guy and here's why and let me just tell them what i think right they would have rather had that money they would love that rather than like the stupid date of you pretending there's something there and blah blah blah and you know what i'm saying but like they're just assuming you're not gonna give that so they want they'll they'll like, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 7 Totally. It's like, there's like the main storyline, and then there's actually like what's happening.

Speaker 7 And if you can actually get what's happening and bring it to the top, that's actually more interesting than the storyline of, oh, we're on a date. We're kind of into each other.

Speaker 7 And that is something that I had a hard lesson learning with reality TV because, again, like I filmed Ultimatum and then I filmed Perfect Match before that even came out. But

Speaker 7 I'm really happy with like how that went. But my biggest lesson with all of that is like, you have to be so true to yourself and speak up on things, even if it goes way against production.

Speaker 7 Because, and essentially that will actually make for better TV anyways, because that's the truth. And that's kind of where some of the real drama is.

Speaker 7 But like what you just said with the JR situation and actually five minutes into the date, we got in a big fight. And I was like, I went off on him because he

Speaker 7 I don't know why they didn't air it because it was like they wanted to kind of, I think, really play into the JR and Sandy story and kind of tease that a little bit.

Speaker 7 But actually what happened was I, he was kind of talking smack on Louie and I popped off on him because I was like, you don't even know the situation. You don't know Louie.
And I was defending Louie.

Speaker 7 So I did pop off on him.

Speaker 3 But what did you say?

Speaker 7 I don't even remember. I just, I was so mad.
And I was like, I couldn't even like contain it. I just went in.

Speaker 3 What did he say that triggered you?

Speaker 7 He was just saying,

Speaker 7 I think he kind of says it in the episode two, a little bit, like, you know, don't you want a real man? Like, aren't you sick of babysitting and all this stuff kind of about Louis?

Speaker 7 Like, oh, you know, his intentions or,

Speaker 7 you know, it, he, he does, he's not actually here for you, whatever. And, you know, granted, sure, looking back, but like, I didn't appreciate that coming from JR.

Speaker 7 And I felt that it wasn't him looking out for my best interests at heart because he did it the second the camera started rolling versus like we have so much time off camera.

Speaker 7 If he was really really like genuine about it, I feel like he would have just said something to me off camera.

Speaker 3 Okay, that makes sense.

Speaker 7 But they didn't hear it, so I was surprised. Like,

Speaker 3 I popped off on, I can pop off, okay?

Speaker 3 I believe it, yeah.

Speaker 3 See, that's the thing, like, you gave them the option, right? You know, but they wanted,

Speaker 3 yeah, but if next thing you're like, I know, I want to go on that date with that guy, and here's why. I love his

Speaker 3 option, yeah, it's tough.

Speaker 7 I don't know, listen, it's it's yeah, it's I've I have surrendered to the edits and stuff.

Speaker 3 It's like, okay, just let it go a little bit. Are you glad you went?

Speaker 7 Did you have fun? Yeah, I had so much fun. It was honestly one of the funnest things I've done.
And it was quite literally night and day experience from ultimatum, just all around.

Speaker 7 Yeah, I'm glad I did it.

Speaker 3 When I'm watching Perfect Match and I was thinking about this last night, knowing that you're coming on the show, it must really suck to like.

Speaker 3 You guys went like again, speaking of your first time, I couldn't imagine like being in a relationship being like, hey, babe, should we go do this thing and see if we have a thing?

Speaker 3 And then, like, then you become a TV star. Oh, I'm like a TV star.
Okay. You know what I'm saying? The ultimate revenge.
Yeah. Like, when you come on as a public, like, don't talk with me.

Speaker 3 You know, or like the people from like Temptation Island who, like, and it separates. And you get the people who, like, one of us,

Speaker 3 like, my, if I would have known that, you would have kept going back on TV. Right.

Speaker 7 He's like, we never would have done this.

Speaker 3 It's just kind of a. Yeah.

Speaker 4 Wait, it's kind of like JR's ex, though, because she, what was her name on Zayn? Zayna. She's a baddie.

Speaker 3 She She should have been there.

Speaker 3 Right. Like, that could have sucked.

Speaker 7 They should have subbed JR for Zayna. Yeah.

Speaker 4 Like, they should have brought her in because she was stunning and amazing. And,

Speaker 4 but I don't think anyone really sees the appeal of JR, like, not to throw shade, but I'm like, I don't know. I feel like she would have been a huge get.

Speaker 7 Totally. I think, again, what they were, they were trying to make it messy and they did.
Yeah. You know, that's Clayton and Rachel, too.

Speaker 7 Like, this was a season of surprises and kind of some of the messy exes. So it just was a little more T, I think, for the plot.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 7 With JR being like a bombshell.

Speaker 7 But yeah, it is interesting with like Nick and stuff.

Speaker 3 I guess what were your just kind of like impressions of everyone, like when you got in the house? Like what set the stage for us? Like what's it like to walk in that perfect match house?

Speaker 3 And you know, some people, you don't know other people. Right.
People are all kind of like, oh, I know you, or maybe some people you've met.

Speaker 7 I actually, I didn't know anybody. My show hadn't even come out yet.
Nobody knew me. Okay.

Speaker 7 But I walked in first with AD, which that was super cool. And I was like, girl, I know who you are.
And she was like, well, who the hell are you? And I'm like, you're going to find out soon.

Speaker 7 But it was, it was really cool, very surreal. But to be honest, like, and I, I knew, I had some familiar faces in there for sure.
I knew who Juliet was. I knew who Clayton was.

Speaker 7 But I think the cool thing about that, it's like regardless of like who people are, whatever, once you step foot in that villa, it's like, we're all just here.

Speaker 7 Like it doesn't matter who you are, what you do, whatever. We're going based off of, at least for me, I was going based off of my connection and vibe with the people there.

Speaker 7 So it was just like genuine friendships and connections that were formed and it was really fun.

Speaker 4 What attracted you to Louie?

Speaker 7 I mean, Louis is, he was, he just kind of had that energy. Like he was fun, playful, flirty.
Instantly, we kind of had a little banter, which I definitely need and, you know, a match.

Speaker 7 And obviously I was attracted to him. But again, I just go based off of like energy and vibes.
And him and I just kind of instantly, I knew we were going to have like a good time together.

Speaker 3 So I kind of knew quickly that we were going to match up.

Speaker 4 Was there anybody else in the house, like initially going in that you were interested in or like going in between?

Speaker 7 Honestly, not really. Like I thought Daniel was attractive.
I'm like, oh, that's a good looking man. I have no idea who that is.
But, but in terms of vibe, again, it's like, you could be gorgeous.

Speaker 7 If I can't have a conversation with you next.

Speaker 7 So that was the thing with Louie was like, we sat down and we were just laughing and bantering. I'm like, okay, I could do this with this guy.
So he really was my only interest from the start.

Speaker 3 The mixer for the men. Is that like an afternoon?

Speaker 7 Yeah, it was like early. It was like an early afternoon.

Speaker 3 Why was it so easy for them to forget you all existed?

Speaker 7 I don't know. They were like counting down the seconds to get there.
I'm like, okay.

Speaker 3 Acting like they were like in a deserted island. It was crazy.

Speaker 3 It was like, I have a wife at home.

Speaker 7 Like, they were like so excited to get there and basically cheat on all of us. It was just, it actually is comical.
We're sitting playing literally patty cake in the pool, and they are

Speaker 3 literally boys gone wild. Yeah.

Speaker 3 Did you set any expectations with Louie or did any of the other couples like have a sit-down being like, all right, hey, like, how are you going to move?

Speaker 7 And, and, and so,

Speaker 7 this is probably no surprise, but they, you know, they surprise you with the guys and the girls mixer super quick. And then you're kind of out the door.

Speaker 7 So you don't have time to like pow wow, set boundaries with each other.

Speaker 3 It's kind of kick off if you need to.

Speaker 7 It's like, okay, guys, girls over here, guys over there, like, bye, see you later. So that was kind of, you know, that's how it is.
And to be honest, like, at least with Louie and I, we were not like.

Speaker 7 closed off exclusive. Like we're on perfect match.
Like we were not in an exclusive relationship. However, we were definitely matched up.

Speaker 7 And given the, especially the way our relationship kind of progressed literally the night before, you know,

Speaker 7 the guys mixer, it just was a little bit alarming how quickly they all just kind of ran out and did what they wanted to do. But are we not surprised?

Speaker 3 Like, not really. What's your read on Daniel and Lucy? And

Speaker 3 did you witness his sensitivity?

Speaker 7 Sensitivity, or you mean like insecurity?

Speaker 3 Insecurity. Yeah.
Let's

Speaker 3 count it.

Speaker 7 Yeah, I did. 100%.

Speaker 3 How did you, how did you interpret in real time? And was there any difference between what we got to see and what you experienced there?

Speaker 3 So

Speaker 7 you actually kind of see how it is. And they, I don't even know if they really could edit those things out because there was this weird energy

Speaker 7 with honestly a lot of the men towards the women. And it was like this like double standard that all the women were like, what the fuck? Especially me.
I was just like, not, I was so sick of them.

Speaker 7 But with Daniel specifically, it was,

Speaker 7 he's very

Speaker 7 protective or maybe possessive. And, you know, Lucy's just so nice and so like easygoing.
And he was very, he had Lucy very close the whole time.

Speaker 7 So then when the guys mixer happened and he went crazy, I was shocked.

Speaker 7 Like I, I was not that shocked that Louie did that, but I was shocked that like Daniel did because of of how uptight he was about Lucy. And it just was like, to me, the biggest double star.

Speaker 3 I honestly felt like Daniel did way more at the mixer than Louis.

Speaker 7 That's what I mean. And it was, it felt more because it was like.
It felt more intense. It was more intense.
It 100% was because. Their relationship was so closed off by Daniel.
Yep.

Speaker 7 Like me and Louis were super like open and like, okay, like we were open and honest with each other. And even when he went crazy, gross and then came back, he told me everything.

Speaker 7 It was like, all right. It was like felt like very just wrong from Daniel because it was, that was not the vibe the entire season.
It was super closed off from him.

Speaker 7 And then he went crazy, like, for what?

Speaker 3 Yeah, we were talking about this when you started the episode before you showed up where a lot of the men on this show, and I think just honestly today in dating. Yeah.

Speaker 3 Um, kind of like, yeah, when they're with their girl or the person they're dating or hanging out with or whatever they want to call it situationship, they act how they think they should act in a relationship and then have those expectations of the person they're dating.

Speaker 3 But if they're not, you know, exclusive, then these men also give themselves the permission and kind of do whatever the fuck they want and then, but emotionally hold the women that they're dating to a completely different standard.

Speaker 3 Exactly.

Speaker 7 That's they, and they actually admit it. Louis admitted it on in one of the interviews.

Speaker 7 He was like, if I could like make sure Sandy like stays basically at home and doesn't entertain anything else and she's committed to me and i can go out and do whatever i would i would but i that's not right it's like okay yeah no like that's this is what you know the men kind of i think wanted to do they wanted to explore the field but they wanted to make sure that their women didn't what to read on freddy is he uh is he oh freddy's so sweet he is he's as sweet as he can be yep and everything he portrays himself he's yeah he's amazing no interest there we had him on yesterday yeah no i love freddy it's so interesting a lot of people were like all my girlfriends are obsessed with freddy they're like oh my God, hook it up with Freddy.

Speaker 7 And I'm like, yeah, he's so cute. He's so sweet.
I don't know. I just, we didn't have not really my vibe.

Speaker 3 Not toxic. Maybe a long time.

Speaker 3 Not toxic.

Speaker 4 I'm like shocked watching it. I'm like, why aren't more people investing in this? No, you know what?

Speaker 7 I feel like that's, yeah.

Speaker 3 I mean, I mean, this is a criticism for the ladies, you, where it's just like, you guys all complain about these

Speaker 3 all the Daniels of the world. I know.
We're not giving the Freddies of the world

Speaker 3 a chance. I know.
He's like, just he's,

Speaker 3 he could.

Speaker 3 He is like,

Speaker 7 totally. I personally,

Speaker 7 I don't, that's not my favorite thing just because I love to, no, not nice people, just like emotionally mature. Like, no, like counting calories and stuff.

Speaker 3 Like,

Speaker 7 sorry. That's what I'm talking about.
Like, I like to, you know, eat and have fun and whatever. So I'm just, he's a really nice guy.

Speaker 7 And him and Madison just were like on lock the whole time, but I wasn't interested in him in that way. You know, we're, we're friends.

Speaker 3 What do you think of Madison?

Speaker 7 Um, she's nice.

Speaker 3 I think she's toxic. I've never met her in person.
Okay.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 3 But she comes across on a TV show is

Speaker 3 yeah. I would keep my distance or

Speaker 3 introduce like Freddie.

Speaker 7 I did keep my distance a little bit. Interesting.
Yeah. I kind of got the vibe early on.

Speaker 7 Just something felt a little bit off. She's actually, she's a nice girl.
And like, I think that, you know, we all get along as friends.

Speaker 7 Yeah.

Speaker 3 So that'd be be hard to cross if yeah if anyone was interested in freddy yeah so you don't have to say anything because it sounds like you're afraid of madison but am i i i seem to have it nailed um not well in what way i mean i no no i think um well she's like she just she seems to in like if you're on her good side great and if like she even if she doesn't like you she'll like call you disgusting or just like I don't know if her and Freddie are together, if they're not, but like she comes across as someone that if even if she breaks up with Freddy or Freddie breaks up with her, she'll go from thinking, oh, what an honorable job, to be like, ew, he deals with dead people, like,

Speaker 3 you know, and just like talk shit and just like, just talk shit. And, and she'll make up things and talk more shit.
And, and as long as I feel like she's the definition of hurt people, hurt people.

Speaker 7 I think, um, from what I've seen on TV, I think it's mostly

Speaker 7 directed at men

Speaker 7 for whatever reason. I'll leave it at that.
Is personally, yeah, I don't, not how I would handle situations necessarily, but to each their own.

Speaker 4 Um, I have a question going back to the boys mixer. Do you think that the boys, including Louie, like would have been forthcoming if AD wasn't there?

Speaker 7 Honestly,

Speaker 7 I think Louie would have, just because it's like, there wasn't so much to hide. Like, again, it wasn't like we had this like agreement, okay, we're not to entertain anything else.

Speaker 7 So I do think that he would have told me. Do I think the other men would have? No.

Speaker 4 I feel like you also clocked Louie the second he walked in.

Speaker 3 Yeah, I literally could smell it on him.

Speaker 7 I'm like, why are you breathing heavy? Like,

Speaker 4 your heart's beating fast.

Speaker 7 I could hear it. I could smell it.
I could feel it. And I'm like, no.

Speaker 3 Yeah. This is a random observation.
Not really a question for you. Juliet seems fun.
We met.

Speaker 3 Met her at the Netflix

Speaker 3 party. I just thought it was funny that on the last episode, episode nine, she was like, I'm just so picky, but I'll also kind of like date anyone here.

Speaker 3 And I was like, well, which one is it?

Speaker 3 I think it's Ed. And she's like, icon.
I love her. Which is why I want to date.
Like, I'll just kind of.

Speaker 7 She just is, come on. She just is.

Speaker 3 She's cool.

Speaker 3 She's made for TV.

Speaker 7 I love her.

Speaker 4 She's made for TV. That's what I took away.
I was like, she doesn't care. She'll do it for the plot.

Speaker 7 She will do it for the plot.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 7 And she, you have to keep in mind, she literally grew up on MTV.

Speaker 7 And that was so like old school reality. People getting in fights, throwing drinks.
Like, so she kind of had that mentality coming in, which was a little interesting for Netflix.

Speaker 7 Like with these super intense shows, they're not really like that. But I kind of love that she brought that energy.
It really lightened up like the whole vibe and it was just hilarious.

Speaker 3 Rachel kind of mentioned that coming from Bachelor Nation, you know, like it is fascinating with Perfect Match, them doing the whole like, we're going to pick some Love Island, we're going to pick some

Speaker 3 key. And so you have these different universes with different approaches to how people carry themselves on a TV show.

Speaker 3 You have all these bachelor alums that are just like coming in with PTSD and this fear of like this very intense, very Puritan fan base.

Speaker 3 And then you have like MTV.

Speaker 3 Love Island. Anything that Love Island, where it's just like, wait, you can say that.

Speaker 7 Oh, my God. Yeah.
The things that Juliet would say, I'm like, I love her. Hilarious.

Speaker 3 What do you think of JR?

Speaker 3 How do we want to start with JR? Because it sounds like there's some things with today's episode, because we have a new batch of episodes coming out.

Speaker 3 So we're just going to, if you could, just talk your shit. And then

Speaker 3 it will be our first continued on the Vile Files.

Speaker 7 He wants me to talk more shit.

Speaker 3 I don't know. Whatever.

Speaker 3 I want you to speak your truth. Yes.
Okay. Okay.

Speaker 7 So we're going to do like after.

Speaker 3 Well, if there's things, we don't know what happens. And whatever you have to say, I'm getting the sense that some of those things we might not be able to air in today's video.
Technically, yeah.

Speaker 3 I mean, especially with Jay. It'll be our first to be continued.
Yeah.

Speaker 3 And Vile Files Reality Recap History, where

Speaker 3 people, if you're listening, you might have to tune in on Tuesday. Yeah.

Speaker 7 Yeah. Tune back in, bitches.

Speaker 3 Well, is there anything else we we want to like? Is there anything else we want to review with Sandy?

Speaker 6 I did want to bring one thing up that I just thought was really funny. At the final boardroom, it was just funny because this was already post-boys and girls mixer.

Speaker 6 And then it was like, all right, we're going to put people on dates. Here's the list of all the people who have been here three or four times and have been sent home three or four times.

Speaker 6 Let's put them on a date again.

Speaker 6 Why not Sandy and JR? Why not Juliet and Carrington? It's like, really? We need to see JR now back for a third time, Carrington back for a fourth time.

Speaker 3 Like, I don't I feel like that is a problem or like an yeah, that like I think all these dating competition formats have when you get to the end of the show, those last couple episodes before like the big finale, it always feels like no one's invested in whatever storylines they're still trying to create.

Speaker 4 Right, we're not gonna bring in new people to like spice.

Speaker 3 Even if it's Love Island, if it's new people, we're always like, How do I give a fuck about you? I don't have time to get to know

Speaker 3 you at this point. You know, like very Love Island Bachelor in Paradise would do that where they bring in the last people.
You're like, okay, come on.

Speaker 4 So you're here for every vacation for two days.

Speaker 3 Yeah. How do crickets taste?

Speaker 7 I don't, I wouldn't know.

Speaker 3 She had churros.

Speaker 7 You were so fucking my sweet time with those churros, baby.

Speaker 3 Did you ever finish them?

Speaker 7 Unfortunately, I did. And I was like trying to go really slow because I'm like, I don't want to, I don't want to finish these churros number one.
There was like seven churls on the plate.

Speaker 7 I'm like, I have to be in a bikini the rest of the time here. I don't want to do this.
And then I certainly did not want to get in the ice bath.

Speaker 7 I'm like, well, if we're going to lose, we're going to lose dry.

Speaker 4 So I was going to be like, did you contemplate cheating? Like,

Speaker 3 I tried, I mean, there's cameras everywhere.

Speaker 3 Stuff it. I don't know.
Yeah, quit.

Speaker 7 Well, I didn't want to be a quitter. Also, Louis was so pissed because he like literally had a mouthful of crickets.
That's crazy. And I'm like, taking my sweet time with the churros.

Speaker 3 You didn't eat the churros, but he ate the crickets.

Speaker 7 That's well, no, he didn't have an option to eat the churros because I started eating it before we even could talk about it. I just saw the churros and I was like, oh, that looks good.

Speaker 7 And I was like, oh, fuck, now I have to eat all these.

Speaker 7 So, and I, okay, I'm just, I don't know how the hell Rachel just shoved her face with the crickets and the churros.

Speaker 7 Like, that was, it was actually really hard to eat those churros because there's like seven of them. They're like chugging it with like milk and water.

Speaker 7 I was like, I will be damned if I am shoving my face like that on national television. Think again.

Speaker 3 So I'll, I loved Rachel on Perfect Match. I love her.
Me too. She was.
She is my queen.

Speaker 3 I just, and I said this to her when she was here, but like, she really has felt like, you know, what we were talking about before with how I feel like we, our notes for Jeremy on Bachelor in Paradise.

Speaker 3 Yeah. Whatever the fuck is name.

Speaker 4 It takes it too serious. We're like, yeah.

Speaker 3 And I get it, right? But like, Rachel really came in and was like, oh, you know what? Fuck this shit.

Speaker 3 And she, like, we're seeing such a fun, light-hearted side of Rachel who came into her season with the bachelorette, like, knowing that she had to share the spotlight with Gabby, you know, coming off the hate from, you know,

Speaker 3 the previous season. And now she's just like, I feel like you see this Rachel who's accepted that she, she can't control what people say.
So she's just not going to give a fuck anymore. Yeah.

Speaker 7 And I, it, you see, i i just love that energy for her i also just love rachel she has she was such a gem just being in there she's one of my closest girlfriends like from the show and like she just has helped me so much because obviously like i was doing that before my show ever came out or anything and she just was so real and helpful with all of it and truly how she is on the show.

Speaker 7 It's like how she is just in person. She's very just true to herself, which we love.

Speaker 3 But do we have anything left to unpack before?

Speaker 4 I mean, Adie and Ollie, I'm like, obviously we know how that ends. Yeah.
But

Speaker 4 the whole triangle with Justine and like, and obviously that kind of heartbreaking fight that they had, I'm like, did you feel like they were the strongest couple throughout and that they were able to work through things?

Speaker 4 Or was it kind of a lot of turmoil in the house while they were trying to work through?

Speaker 7 the justine of it all no 1000 they were the strongest couple in the house from day one like it was so obvious to everybody in the house. And they are like one of my favorite love stories.

Speaker 7 I don't care what fights happened, whatever. This is the name of the game.
We're on perfect match. Like, and it literally wasn't.

Speaker 7 AD was quite literally removed from the house and then somebody else was brought in. So that whole situation was just the premise of the show, essentially.

Speaker 7 How he went about it, I don't know all the details.

Speaker 7 I don't necessarily like support that, but it's also, you know, you have to keep in mind, this is like two weeks into their their relationship right yeah they had such a strong true love and we all knew that it was something bigger than this which is why like they're literally having a kid together she's literally having a baby off limits yeah i

Speaker 7 already watched their gender reveal literally i'm we're in it yeah i they are legit and i fully love and support them and their relationship was really solid through the show too even with the justine stuff they just worked through it and like move forward

Speaker 3 yeah we love that all right well i think we're gonna end this episode okay

Speaker 3 is there anything else we're gonna keep talking yeah um but since we can't air which is annoying i'm like just wait a day uh well this you know the finale is gonna come out and we'll see what how it all goes down with you and louie and why he is on red carpets with huda and not you so i guess we'll we all find that out and see how you feel about it i don't know maybe maybe you feel a certain way anyways we want to thank our guest Sandy, for joining this episode.

Speaker 3 She's going to return apparently on Tuesday now.

Speaker 7 I'm going to come back in the same exact outfit in Harry Mega.

Speaker 3 So you bitches better be there.

Speaker 7 We all will.

Speaker 3 Don't worry.

Speaker 4 We're literally all going to be wearing the same thing.

Speaker 5 Starting to think that Tuesday might just be an extension of today.

Speaker 3 Why? I don't know.

Speaker 5 It's just an intrusive thought I'm having.
