Speaker 1 The holidays are all about creating a cozy, safe home, but if you're using laundry or dishwasher pods, then hidden microplastics could be sneaking into the place and people you care about most.
Speaker 1 That's why we've made the switch to Blue Land across all of our cleaning products, especially during the holidays when most of us spend more time cooking, hosting, and cozying up indoors.
Speaker 1
Blue Land products meet the highest standard of clean. They're effective yet gentle on people and the planet.
In fact, Blue Land was named an EPA Safer Choice Partner of the Year.
Speaker 1 From cleaning sprays and toilet bulb cleaner to dishwasher and laundry detergent tablets, Blue Land's formulas are 100% microplastic free, made with certified clean ingredients, free from chlorine, bleach, and harsh chemicals that are safe to use around our family.
Speaker 1 You'll love not having to choose between the safe option and what actually gets your home clean. Blue Land is on a mission to make it easy for everyone to make sustainable choices.
Speaker 1 They believe that hardworking, clean products can be the norm, not the exception, so you can do better for your family and the planet at the same time. Y'all know I hate doing the dishes.
Speaker 1
It's my least favorite chore. So Blue Lands dishwasher tablets are proven to perform on baked on, burnt on stains.
No rinse aid is needed, and I still get the clean that I need.
Speaker 1 To stock up on sustainable cleaning products for yourself or to give a beautiful, sustainable gift to your friends and family this holiday season, go to blueland.com slash V-I-A-L-L and save up to 30% off during Blue Lands holiday sale.

Speaker 1 joyous, creative wife, Natalie Joy, who is wearing our merch that is live. You can click the link in bio, in the bio in the show description, in the bio in our Instagram.
Speaker 1 You can go to, what's the website?
Speaker 4 Everyone loves the merch except Leia because she's not wearing it today.
Speaker 5 This merch is so cozy. What are you doing?
Speaker 7 You don't know that.
Speaker 6 Valve House underwear that's on release.
Speaker 1
We have got two sweatsets. We've got a gray sweatset and a black sweatset.
The gray is our classic Jeff. in a chair.
It's giving Nick. It's giving Ralph Loren.
It's giving nostalgia.
Speaker 1
And then our black set is the iconic Ask Nick staple. Do you want to be right or do you want to be happy? And we also have...
It's cute. It's cute.
Speaker 1 We also have a beige crew neck that is the same as our gray hoodie, but I'm wearing it right now.
Speaker 8 A lot of people are saying they want that beige crew neck.
Speaker 3 So that's going to go fast.
Speaker 1 The beige crew neck is so cute. It looks great.
Speaker 4 When are we going to get this gray, this beige hoodie that I'm wearing that is not available?
Speaker 1 Yeah, Nick's a little bit of a false advertisement right now.
Speaker 7 Is Nick wearing unreleased merch?
Speaker 3 Yeah.
Speaker 4 This is, I'm giving the people hope. If this new launch goes successfully, then we will open up the doors for other careers.
Speaker 3 When?
Speaker 1 We also have three trucker hats and a tote bag.
Speaker 4 So the trucker hats are great quality. I'm very particular with my trucker hats and
Speaker 4
a lot of crap out there. Not ours.
Ours of the highest of quality.
Speaker 1
They will make great Christmas gifts. They will make great winter cozies.
They'll make great summer cozies. They are just the perfect sweatset, sweat, sweat, crew neck, hats, tote bag, everything.
Speaker 1
It's so good. It's a labor of love, and it's available now.
So click the link, go shop.
Speaker 8 It's really easy to buy it. The link is in there.
Speaker 3 Shop.vilefiles.com.
Speaker 6 And also, you can style them in like so many different ways. Like, I was feeling a little funky.
Speaker 6 I put a little collar, like collar shirt under my, under my little crew neck, and I feel so cutie-batooty. Playmere.
Speaker 4 Well, since we're on the topic of housekeeping notes, do not forget that if you are interested in being a part of a dating docuseries with the opportunity to meet your person, And if you happen to be somewhere in the ballpark of the ages of 22 to 45, men and women, we're looking for you both, especially the men out there.

Speaker 1 A boy who is a friend.
Speaker 4 Cute guy on the bus.
Speaker 6 Hinged it, you don't think is going well, but thinks he can't.
Speaker 3 Yeah, just like guys
Speaker 3 think they have potential for sure. Yeah, sign them up.
Speaker 4
Sign them up. Sign them up.
We have a fantastic episode lined up for you today. The wonderful.
Charming and just an absolute gem of a person and dominating the dance floor.
Speaker 4 Elaine Hendrix is with us following last night's appearance on Dancing with the Stars. She talks about her experience on Dancing with the Stars.
Speaker 4 We get into a little parent trap, obviously her injury that she endured during this competition that she has continued to push forward.
Speaker 4
She talks a little bit about that whole situation and what it's like for her to continue to compete. Also, we have Harvey Guin returns to the show.
You know him from what we do in the shadows.
Speaker 4 Hilarious, talented actor, also Bravo Super fan. And he is helping us break down last night's absolutely insane episode of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Speaker 4 One of the better episodes of Housewives I've seen in a long time from just pure topics.
Speaker 1 So many topics, so many fights, so many things going on.
Speaker 4 The fact that Whitney Rose mentioned that she and Justin have dabbled or participated in an open relationship, and that was just.
Speaker 1
She didn't want to start a rumor about herself. They're not in an open relationship.
She made that very clear.
Speaker 3 She did.
Speaker 6 In the past, they've had agreements.
Speaker 4
They've had agreements. I don't know what that means.
Either way, that was like the fourth most interesting topic on this episode. It was wild and lots to get into.
Speaker 4 If you missed Tuesday's episode of Reality Recap and you are a true crime junkie, Mandy Matney joins us.
Speaker 4 She was the investigative journalist that followed the Murdoch family and started investigating this family prior to the actual murders of Maggie and Paul.
Speaker 4 because she was investigating the boat crash that took the life of Mallory Beach. And obviously, they've made this very well-done show that's streaming now on Hulu called Murdoch Death in the Family.
Speaker 4
She joins us to talk about that whole case to production of the show. Fascinating conversation we had with Mandy.
So you do not miss that if you haven't listened to that already.
Speaker 4
We also have a fantastic week lined up for you next week. Mormon Wives, I think, is a kickoff tonight.
Is it tonight? The premiere? Tonight, yeah.
Speaker 3 Finally, all the episodes at once.
Speaker 4
Yeah, all the episodes at once. We'll start getting into it next week.
We got Jesse. is joining us next week for a going deeper.
Speaker 4 I always say that you don't want to miss it, but you really don't want to miss this one. Obviously, Jesse is one of the key characters this season.
Speaker 4 Obviously, if you remember season two, all the stuff that happened at Vanderpump Villa with Marciano and the accusation.
Speaker 4 Season two ended with Marciano claiming that Jesse and Marciano were having an affair and were having sex and sleeping together.
Speaker 4 So obviously Jesse is a main focal of season three, and there's a lot of layers here. Her husband, Jordan, obviously is involved in the season, but we have, we've never done this before.
Speaker 4 It felt like it needed to be done for this particular going deeper. It's a two-parter.
Speaker 4 Part one, we have me, Jesse, and Natalie. And then there's a section of this interview where it's just Natalie and Jesse having a heart-to-heart woman-to-woman.
Speaker 4 And we are talking about some very serious things when it comes to this conversation and the relationship of Jordan and Jesse. And then part two, a week later, it opens up with me and Jordan.
Speaker 4
And we have a chat about some of the things that's going on and some of his behaviors. Anyways, and then we all come together, the four of us.
So it's a two-parter.
Speaker 4
You're not going to want to miss it. We get to a lot of the things that are going on in this season of season three.
So be sure to check that out. Guys, BravoCon is this weekend.
I am really nervous.
Speaker 4 I leave tomorrow.
Speaker 4 I'm not ready.
Speaker 1
I am also not ready because I don't like being home. I am flying my best friend Chamblisson because I was like, I just can't do this by myself.
We have a demonic ice maker.
Speaker 1 And every time it drops ice, I'm like, someone has broken into this house.
Speaker 6 Oh my God, you're like buddy of the elf and an elf when he thinks the thing is the demon.
Speaker 3 Yeah, yep, yep.
Speaker 1 So I'm also not looking forward to my weekend. Also, you know, Nick is my cook, and last night he told me I need to start learning how to cook because how will I survive?
Speaker 4 Well, she was like, what am I going to do? And I'm like, well, listen, I love cooking for you. I do.
Speaker 5 I do love cooking.
Speaker 7 Well, you know, Nick, you could meal prep for her.
Speaker 3 Well,
Speaker 6 all your spare time.
Speaker 3 Right. Yeah.
Speaker 1 It was mainly because Chambliss is going to to have to.
Speaker 3 Marked on the container. Yeah.
Speaker 3 Make sure you preheat at 450 degrees.
Speaker 7 Make sure to label each one.
Speaker 1 I mainly brought it up because Chambliss is going to have to suffer through my cooking and not enjoy Nick's amazing cooking, which to which I said, listen, babe, I love.
Speaker 4
cooking for you. It is a love language for me.
I am an active service man. I enjoy being in the kitchen.
But as someone who is gifted in the art of cultural
Speaker 4 culinary, I feel like like my wife has a front row seat on how to learn.
Speaker 3 And I said, my plate's full.
Speaker 3 You can keep it.
Speaker 1 I don't also need to be.
Speaker 3 I'm about to leave for three days.
Speaker 4 And at some point, River is going to be like, mom, why can't you do
Speaker 4 what dad does?
Speaker 1 River does just fine when it's just the two of us.
Speaker 3 Don't bring her into this one.
Speaker 1 Yeah, don't bring River into this.
Speaker 4 All I'm saying, there's some...
Speaker 4 There's nothing fancy. It's just a little you can learn.
Speaker 1 Anyways, Nick's going to BravoCon, Sierra, Mary, Justin, no, Leia.
Speaker 3 I'm a little intimidated by the Bravo fans.
Speaker 5 What are you nervous about?
Speaker 4 I just, I just feel like
Speaker 4 I don't know what to expect.
Speaker 2 Oh, it's going to be chaos.
Speaker 5 I will say that. I feel like by Sunday, we are all going to be so excited to go home.
Speaker 5 But like during that entire time, it's going to go by so fast because it's, there's just going to be so much to do.
Speaker 8 Today, I saw people like leaking the decorations from the outside exterior of the building. Like, it's going viral already on social media.
Speaker 6 I have no idea what to expect.
Speaker 7 I am like going to be a fish out of water.
Speaker 6 So, Nick, we know you're nervous about BravoCon.
Speaker 6 So to help you prepare, we as a team decided to put together a list of the most iconic moments from BravoCon and some predictions that we think are totally 100% going to happen.
Speaker 1 Oh my gosh, exciting.
Speaker 3 Let's do it.
Speaker 3 Okay.
Speaker 4
I'm excited to hear about this. Let's get into it.
Prepping for BravoCon.
Speaker 3 Prepping for BravoCon with the household edition.
Speaker 6 Let's go. So what do you guys want to hear first? Do you want to hear predictions or iconic moments?
Speaker 4
I think we go with iconic moments. Okay.
Because I feel like that will help us with the predictions. With the predictions.
Speaker 3 Oh, great, great, great, great, great.
Speaker 6 Okay, so the number one, this is my personal favorite Bravocon moment of all time, which is, you know, Bryn Whitfield, say what you will about her, but she did one time get her Louboutin stuck in an escalator.
Speaker 6 Yes. And there is a picture of the Louboutin in an escalator just sticking on in there, and it's the best thing that's ever happened.
Speaker 4 Can I wear this, the BravoCon?
Speaker 3 I don't think so.
Speaker 7 Not the unreleased one.
Speaker 3 Yeah, literally.
Speaker 5 I might wear a simarch on one of the days too, but I'm like, well, I think you could wear.
Speaker 3 Is this like a fancy parent thing?
Speaker 7 People do put together looks for Bravo.
Speaker 8
Well, it depends. It depends on where you are.
Like, there are the audience members that dress up because they might be on camera. Then there's the ones that just come as R.
Speaker 8
Then there's the talent that are showing looks because it's Bravo. So like housewives come dressed.
And then you have the ones that are just like dressing normal as well.
Speaker 8 So I mean, there's a full across the mix.
Speaker 3 Okay.
Speaker 7 I did spend too much money on packing on one day.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 1 Okay. Well, what, besides Bryn getting that Lou Buffon stock, what else is going on?
Speaker 6 Well, there was, of course, the time that the Real Housewives of the Beverly Hills panel was stormed by so many people that they had to call security.
Speaker 8 No, they didn't have to call security to fire marshal how to come out.
Speaker 8
Guys, this is too much. You guys, like, it was packed.
This is the one where Lisa Rena got booed.
Speaker 3 Rabid fans, my gosh, craziness. Yeah,
Speaker 6 and then obviously, Jen Shaw in the midst of her battles with the FBI, appearing in an after party at Bravo Cod without being invited.
Speaker 6 So maybe she'll show up. Maybe she gets released early on Good Behavior and she shows up this year.
Speaker 4 Do they take audience questions from these panels?
Speaker 8
They do. That's the thing.
That's why audience members want to go because you can be incorporated in the drama if you ask a question that has a ripple effect.
Speaker 4 Can I ask a question to Lisa Barlow at the...
Speaker 3 Oh, maybe.
Speaker 8 I'm sure you could just ask her in the back room.
Speaker 6 And then our other iconic moment that we have before we get into predictions is Erica Jane, I believe, getting in trouble for mocking someone.
Speaker 3 Who did she mock Sierra?
Speaker 8 I was trying to figure it out in my brain, but who did she mock?
Speaker 5 She didn't, I don't remember her mocking someone.
Speaker 5 I remember her getting in trouble because she was asked the shady question of who was getting divorced next on her cast, and she said Doreen BK before anybody knew that they had problems.
Speaker 5 So that was a big week. And then it ended up being the storyline for the next season.
Speaker 7 Wasn't there something with Luann? I feel like she's done some crazy shit.
Speaker 6 Luann's always like allegedly hooking up with someone. Do you know what I mean?
Speaker 8 In an elevator.
Speaker 8
Yeah, she doesn't hook up in the elevator. You see her with someone in an elevator.
Yeah.
Speaker 6 Was that one? Oh, no. The Joe from Southern Hospitality.
Speaker 3 That was after Watch What Happens Live, not BravoCon, right? Yes. Okay.
Speaker 5 And did Jennifer Aiden, the whole like Melissa Gorga, Joe Gorga, like throwing water, did that happen at BravoCon in a lobby?
Speaker 5 I know it happened in a hotel lobby, but I couldn't remember if that was BravoCon.
Speaker 3 Wow.
Speaker 6 That's the housewife version of Solange in that elevator with Jay-Z.
Speaker 3 I'm saying things get crazy.
Speaker 7 Should we get into some predictions?
Speaker 6 I think we get into predictions because this is really the meat and potatoes and what we're really excited about here. We have so many predictions.
Speaker 7 Before we start, Nick, do you have any predictions?
Speaker 4 I just don't know what to expect.
Speaker 1 I think Nick's going to get like attacked by
Speaker 1 someone who's
Speaker 3 verbally
Speaker 3 crazy. Do you think I'm going to be attacked by a fan or a warlike? No, no, no, no.
Speaker 3 Lisa Barlow.
Speaker 7 Nick will get called out by someone at some point.
Speaker 1 Yes. I think someone will say, Why did you say this about me?
Speaker 3 Nick has security. Nick has security.
Speaker 3 So try to get sincere, ladies all right so the first prediction we have is security is the household by the way not like actual security yeah it's us we are we are the security gotta get
Speaker 6 with us we're in merch so we look official um so
Speaker 6 our first prediction is that we think luan will be caught in the elevator again with an alleged new hookup and then we also think someone will be booed on stage
Speaker 6 we think that kathy hilton will be promoting a product or or speaking in a laboo boo voice, possibly both. Then Crystal's ugly leather pants will be mentioned at some point.
Speaker 6 Sutton is going to get asked about her friendship with Garcelle.
Speaker 6
And Dari will probably make up with Jeff Lewis. Reality Montez, Monica, Jen Shaw for sure going to be talked about.
And then there will also be free Kerastostermatique samples available.
Speaker 6
I think that Kyle Richards is again going to soft launch her bisexuality. And then I think Portia is going to hard-launch hers.
I think Chanel Ayan will say something accidentally shady.
Speaker 6
Ariana Maddox is going to have a packed panel. No male name drops.
Is Ariana?
Speaker 3
Yep. Yep.
She has her own panel. Yes.
Speaker 6
And then, of course, there is going to be a bad facelift reveal, but there is also going to be a good facelift reveal. Okay.
Someone might have hooked up with a below deck cast member. We don't know.
Speaker 6 We might find out.
Speaker 1 I hope it's Britney.
Speaker 6 Brittany, Captain Jason affair hard-launched. We think Sheena is totally going to embrace her star power with the fans, and there will be a good-as-gold karaoke moment.
Speaker 6 Craig Conover is going to be asked about Paige, and then Andy on a panel is going to say, and guess who we have here? Paige DeSorbo. And then everyone's going to get really excited.
Speaker 6
And then he's going to go, no, she's not here. Okay.
That's what I think is going to happen. And then everyone's going to go, aww.
Speaker 6 And then Teresa and Melissa confrontation, but this is going to happen off camera. It's all going to be rumors and it will be talked about in Jersey Jersey in the future.
Speaker 6 And then they'll have separate panels for Jersey, obviously, but both of them, their main priority is going to be peace and prosperity moving forward.
Speaker 4 We have what, George? People are following people back.
Speaker 1 The family's healing, guys.
Speaker 3 Sia Judice and Joe Gorga refollowed.
Speaker 8 Joe Gorga and Luby also refollowed.
Speaker 1 I feel like we started that here.
Speaker 6 But I don't think that Tamara is going to have love in the air for Shannon. I think she's going to yell at Shannon at some point.
Speaker 6 And then Shannon, at the same time, will officially cement herself as the physical comedy queen of Bravo at BravoCon this year. She's going to do something amazing.
Speaker 6 She's going to be the like Chris Farley of Bravo.
Speaker 4 It would really be interesting how Tamara chooses to carry herself at this BravoCon and the heels of this reunion dropping right now.
Speaker 5 It just doesn't feel like her and Shannon have like any hopes of making up. So I think she's just going to commit to it.
Speaker 8 The Vicky, maybe.
Speaker 4 I think more about the correction of it all.
Speaker 6 Yeah. And then our last prediction is that Katie Janella will be photographed with a new unnamed blogger.
Speaker 5 I also think they're going to announce Rony Legacy coming back.
Speaker 8 Oh, they are. They're probably going to do it on the street.
Speaker 5 I feel like it's going to be like Ramona, like the whole OG cast.
Speaker 1 Love that.
Speaker 7 We do also have a little game, and this is one that we are going to play throughout BravoCon. So if you would like to follow along, it will be posted on the Biophil social Instagram.
Speaker 7
So check out our stories this weekend. We are going to do a scavenger hunt.
And Nick, you will be participating in this.
Speaker 1 Nick loves games.
Speaker 7 So yeah, follow along File Files, Instagram, stories, and we will be.
Speaker 4 So like, well, how do they, how do you participate in the scavenger hunt?
Speaker 7 Well, there's a list of things that we are going to have to do at BravoCon.
Speaker 1 And what is the scavenger hunt prize?
Speaker 3 Clout.
Speaker 7 Just that we did it. Yeah.
Speaker 3 Okay.
Speaker 4 Is it just us doing it or can fans participate along?
Speaker 8 Fans can participate.
Speaker 4 Like if you're at BravoCon and you're listening to this, can you also do the scavenger hunt? And then can they win the scavenger hunt?
Speaker 3 We can do that.
Speaker 6 There are no rules. Yeah, I think household, extended household family members, if you would love to participate, just like take a video of you doing the things on the scavenger hunt.
Speaker 6 We'll post online so you can see all the things that you can do and then you can tag vial files.
Speaker 7 You also can send us DMs through the Vile Files Instagram and give us more scavenger hunt.
Speaker 1 So now you guys have homework.
Speaker 7 If you would like to send us more things to do, we may or may not do them.
Speaker 7 But we did put together a list, and this first one, Nick, is for you. Get Jesse Solomon to lick your toe.
Speaker 3 Absolutely not.
Speaker 7
All right. Get Meredith Marks to say hi to Mary.
New VPR cast spotting. How many can we spot? Find someone with a Greek flag.
Get a free Kerastas sample. Physically shake when you see Lisa Barlow.
Speaker 7
Do the splits with Kyle Richards. Take a shot from a Schotzki.
Spot Dorit's chic wind chime.
Speaker 7 Mention the podcast, spot Luann with a new younger hot man, ask Dorinda Medley her favorite quote from Yi Chi.
Speaker 7 Take a picture with Kathy Hilton's laboo boo, drink a screwdriver with Mari Soul, ask Stephanie Sojay if you can take a ride on her private jet, sing the Real Housewives of Miami theme song with Adriana, get a summer house star to add you to their party full.
Speaker 3 Okay, that's a lot of work.
Speaker 2 Yeah, well, we've got all weekend.
Speaker 6 Y'all are going to be booked and busy.
Speaker 4 Well, we will report back after a BravoCon on Tuesday if we survive it. We do have Elaine Hendrix up next, who just came off her performance last night.
Speaker 4
Sadly, Andy went home. What a good run from Andy, though.
Did we have any favorite performances of the night?
Speaker 1 Honestly, I think anytime someone dances to the song Whitney danced to, he had it coming. Yeah.
Speaker 3 It's going to be so good.
Speaker 7 And they changed up the words, too, right?
Speaker 1 Oh, they did. And then her
Speaker 1 camera time where she's like mouthing the, i was like this she's this bitch is such a performer i it's so good it's so entertaining the song choice was great who is our bottom three uh elaine i believe jordy and jordan yeah another prediction i think whitney will end up on broadway at some point well she's going to be the role in chicago that everybody plays roxy heart
Speaker 3 yeah
Speaker 1 i also felt like danielle and dylan's choreography was top notch of the night oh my gosh
Speaker 1 won me over in choreography i'm sorry whitney I do still love you, but like, it was just so hot, so steamy, so good.
Speaker 3 The like when he lowered her down, crawl, crawling.
Speaker 3
Yeah. Like walking on air.
No. Okay.
Speaker 1 Sorry. Insane.
Speaker 7 The video that they posted to the reel of them like teasing that part was also like absolutely, I mean, she, wow.
Speaker 5 I wasn't the biggest fan of Alex Earl starting off of this because I just didn't know much, but I'm like, I'm, I'm really liking her every week.
Speaker 3 Yeah.
Speaker 7
Her and Joey together were great. That was an awesome pairing.
I really did enjoy the relays.
Speaker 1
I liked seeing Rumor and Dylan. They crushed.
Yeah. Rumor.
That was a lot of fun as well.
Speaker 5 So Ethereum.
Speaker 4 And remember her season when she won. She was awesome.
Speaker 5 And her outfit, I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 It was the same outfit she made 10 years ago.
Speaker 3 Really?
Speaker 3 Yeah. Oh, I love that.

Speaker 2 Thank Thank you. Happy to be here.
Speaker 4 So excited to have you. We were just saying before we started our Super Bum, we couldn't be with you in person, but I super excited to have you on the show.
Speaker 4
Congratulations to another successful night on Dancing with the Stars. It was the big 20th year anniversary.
Unfortunately, we couldn't go to that as well.
Speaker 4
I selfishly went to the Packer game with my dad. We have a lake house up in Wisconsin.
So, you know, you don't get to get
Speaker 4 it over 20 years of dancing with the stars.
Speaker 2 I mean, I don't really understand, but sure.
Speaker 3
Right. I'm behind.
I'm with you. I was also vanished.
Speaker 4 We went and celebrated 20 years a couple weeks ago.
Speaker 2
Okay. I mean, the dad, I understand being with dad, but the Packers, you've lost me.
Sure. But I'm a Vikings girl.
Speaker 3 Oh,
Speaker 3 a skull.
Speaker 3 Are you from the Midwest?
Speaker 2 No, I'm from Tennessee.
Speaker 2 But
Speaker 2 my cousin is Harrison Smith, Free Safety, number 22.
Speaker 3 Oh, shit. She said,
Speaker 3 Harry the Hitman.
Speaker 4 Very, very, for those of you who don't know, extraordinarily talented free safety in the NFL.
Speaker 3 Wow.
Speaker 4
Well, first of all, let's focus on you. You're crushing it this season.
We're loving watching you dance. It's incredible.
Speaker 2 Well, I'm loving dancing, so thank you.
Speaker 1 Did you think that you would love it as much as you do?
Speaker 2 I did, actually.
Speaker 3 I did.
Speaker 2 I will say everything about this show
Speaker 2
is a little bit more. Like, I thought it was going to be hard.
It's more hard. I thought it was going to be incredible.
It's more incredible. I thought I was going to love dance again.
Speaker 2 I love it even more. Like everything about it is more.
Speaker 1
We were there on dedication night. So we were in the room with you and Lisa and Dennis, just all of our friends, you know, and that was such a nostalgic, like such a great night.
What, I guess, like.
Speaker 1 I know Lisa's
Speaker 1 your best friend. So was that kind of a conversation that y'all already had of like, you're going to do this with me before Dedication Night even came along?
Speaker 2
No. I mean, once, once I knew we were going to do dedication night, like there was only one person, like there was no question at all.
So I, I did just call her and say, hey, you're going to do this.
Speaker 2 And she's like, okay,
Speaker 2 like, yeah, there was no asking.
Speaker 6 Are you available? Yeah.
Speaker 2
Yeah. No, we did have to.
I, you know, she's on Abbott Elementary. So we did have to work out that schedule, but they were so kind to do so.
And yeah, I mean, we're each other's ride or die.
Speaker 4 That's real friendship where you can just be like, you're, you're doing this.
Speaker 2 Like, yeah, well, that's kind of how we are with each other. We get real bossy.
Speaker 3 We're like,
Speaker 1 and did y'all meet on the set of parent trap or did y'all know each other before that?
Speaker 2
No, we met. We, we very first met in the waiting room doing like the chemistry reads.
She was doing the chemistry read with Dennis Quaid and Lindsay Lohan.
Speaker 2 for Chessie and I was doing the chemistry read for Meredith Blake.
Speaker 3 Obviously.
Speaker 2 Iconic.
Speaker 2 And
Speaker 2
that's where we first met. But then on set, we were there so much.
And like, that was back when films were actually like films being made. So, you know, that movie took six plus months to make.
Speaker 2 And we were on set a lot because they would always be changing Lindsay over to play the other twins. So there was a lot of downtime.
Speaker 2 And we just found ourselves like creating characters, getting dressed up, doing photo shoots, being girls. And it was great.
Speaker 3 That's amazing.
Speaker 4 Did you grow up watching, I mean, The Parent Trap as a young child with the original version?
Speaker 2 No, my mother,
Speaker 2 that was my mother's generation.
Speaker 2
And she wanted to be Haley Mills when she was younger. And so, when I got this opportunity, it felt extra special.
And I really kind of wanted to do it, especially for my mom.
Speaker 2 So, the further I got in the process for her, like I watched the original and then I started like copying little things that the original character, Vicki, did, like a charm bracelet and the cut of the dress that I wore for my audition process anyway.
Speaker 2 And then once I actually got her, then it just became a whole different deal.
Speaker 4 Did you imagine when you got the part that this film had the opportunity to be such a nostalgic classic that it is? I mean, obviously, the first Parent Trap was hugely popular.
Speaker 4 I feel like the remake that you guys were a part of is equally, if not more, popular.
Speaker 4
And it really just, it's just a classic in the truest sense that, like, it's still to this day a film that people really enjoy. It's nostalgic.
It reminds us of our childhood.
Speaker 4 We can still sit down and enjoy it. Did you have any concept of that possibility when you first took the part?
Speaker 2 None.
Speaker 2 No, you never like you. There's a hundred and one things that can go right and a hundred and two things that can go wrong in a film.
Speaker 2 And
Speaker 2 so you, you do your best, everyone does their best. And then, you know, you go with God and see what happens.
Speaker 2 And we, when we did that, you know, there was no social media. So, I always like now, especially, I do wonder, like, what would the parent trap be today with social media?
Speaker 2 Like, how would it be received? And how, like, what kind of legs would it have? Because, I mean, let's get real.
Speaker 2 When you really start to break down the story, there's, there's, there's some holes there.
Speaker 3 There's some, there's a lot of questions there.
Speaker 2 So, you know,
Speaker 2 Meredith Blake, her, her her redemption story is turning for a reason.
Speaker 4 Yeah, you're like, why did we keep these twins apart for so long?
Speaker 2 Yeah, you can't think too deep about it. But, you know, Nancy Myers and Charles Shire, they just, they know how to make, well, the late Charles Shire,
Speaker 2 they just know how to make movies.
Speaker 2 And Nancy knows how to capture the warmth of humanity and wrap it in a really pretty package for people to
Speaker 2
digest. And that's her gift.
And I'm so grateful that I was a part of it.
Speaker 3 Wow, yeah.
Speaker 3 You're grateful you were part of it.
Speaker 4 Did getting Dennis to the audience of Dancing with the Stars, was that an easy ask? Was he all for it? Or did we have to call in some favors?
Speaker 2 Nope, easy peasy. Cause we stay in touch.
Speaker 2 He texted me at the beginning of the season and he said, we're watching it every week, sitting here with my wife and my daughter and we're voting for you. And oh my, I'm so proud of you.
Speaker 2
That's awesome. Yeah, it was really sweet.
And so then when the dedication week came up, because he splits his time and, you know, he's working, he's traveling and everything.
Speaker 2 I said, would you happen to be in Los Angeles this week? And he said, I am. And I said, well, okay, would you happen to be free Tuesday that you could come to the show? And he goes, I will.
Speaker 2 I will be there.
Speaker 2
And then he walked in the door. And he had on jeans, a white t-shirt and a brown suede jacket, just like he wore in the parent trap.
And I clocked it immediately.
Speaker 2 And he said, do you see what I did for you? And I said, I see it loud and clear. Thank you.
Speaker 3 Thank you. That's a great, great story.
Speaker 4 So good to see you guys stay so close over the years and like kind of keep that family dynamic within that cast.
Speaker 4 It makes us, the fans of the show just kind of love it even more, you know?
Speaker 3 Yeah, and I love that.
Speaker 2 I mean, it was, it was a very special experience for us. And then the long legs that it's had and the amount of love and support we still get just makes it all the more special still.
Speaker 2 Like it's incredible. So I'm so happy.
Speaker 3 I feel
Speaker 2 I feel,
Speaker 3 I don't know, like not responsible.
Speaker 2
It's not that. It's like, I feel honored.
It's somewhere in there. Like, I like, I want to give back to the fans.
Speaker 2 Like, please let me give back to you how much love that you've given to me, to us for that film. So I'm happy to do it.
Speaker 4
That's fantastic. Well, let's talk a little dancing with the stars.
How are you doing post-injury? I mean, we were all fans of you.
Speaker 3 We're a little nervous.
Speaker 3 Obviously, they had to air your
Speaker 4 rehearsal dance because you weren't able to perform, but
Speaker 4 you bounce back. You seem as good as ever.
Speaker 4 I don't know if you're still dealing with any residual effects of the injury, but can you walk our audience through with that whole experience and what that was like?
Speaker 2 Yeah. So the week before when I was doing Define Gravity, it was our first week doing lifts.
Speaker 2 And I just tweaked it
Speaker 2
in a landing, actually. And I didn't think much about it.
It was like, oh, okay.
Speaker 2 But I literally like scraped my elbow and I had a bruise on my elbow and I had a bruise on my rib, exactly where my elbow went into my ribs. And it was like, oh, it kind of got sore.
Speaker 2
And then it got a little worse and it got a little worse. And then we did the next week was the Argentine tango where the lifts are even more.
than they were in Define Gravity.
Speaker 2 And Alan kept saying, you know, do you want me to back off? And I'm like, no, I want to go for this because that's, you know, that's my whole thing is that I'm just loving it.
Speaker 2
Just please let me, let me leave, let me leave it all out on the dance floor. And yeah, it was show day, dress or hairstola.
I'd already gone through hair. I hadn't gone through makeup yet.
Speaker 2 We were doing what they call a tempo check where we're doing it with the band. And it literally felt like my muscle separated and turned under itself and caught onto my ribs.
Speaker 2 Like that was the best way that I could describe it. As I'm telling like the emergency people and the fire, firemen who showed up.
Speaker 2 And all I was thinking in my head was, okay, what, like, what can we do to get me ready for the dance tonight? And they said, we've got to take you to the hospital. And I begged them not to.
Speaker 2
I was like, I just didn't want any of it to be happening. And unfortunately, it was.
And then I finally just had to surrender to it. And I went to the hospital.
We did like EKG, x-rays, MRIs.
Speaker 2
Nothing was broken. Nothing was punctured.
There's no permanent damage. They're like, there's nothing that I can do that's going to make it permanent damage.
So once that difference thing. Yeah.
Speaker 2
So once that was off the table, it was like, okay, great. Awesome.
Then all I have to do is deal with the pain. And yeah, I'm still like, we're, we're managing that.
Speaker 2 But for me, like now my mantra is dance through the pain. I am, I on the prize.
Speaker 5 You couldn't tell you were in pain at all. I was like, like the two dances you did last night you were up in the air you were like
Speaker 2 are you good yeah we got a really good doctor on this show let me tell you so so who's left we had um andy go home
Speaker 4 so we got you we have dylan we have robert we have alex and whitney jordan six okay so we started and elaine elaine yeah it's a stacked season i'm like of all i they've i got asked to do dancing with the stars before and it wasn't the right time for me.
Speaker 2 This was the right time in so many ways, except for that, like, why am I in like one of the hardest seasons,
Speaker 2 like one of the toughest competition?
Speaker 5 It's like, oh, truly, everybody brought their A game.
Speaker 5 Even Andy last night with his little rip open of the shirt, I was like, everyone's just doing so good at this point. You don't want to see anybody go home.
Speaker 2 I know.
Speaker 4 Can we ask who do you think your best competition is?
Speaker 2 This is going to be corny, but it is the truth. My biggest competition is myself.
Speaker 2 And especially at this stage in the game,
Speaker 2
it becomes so mental. Like I'm an actor.
I'm used to that.
Speaker 2 I'm used to going into an audition and like I can't compete against the other, however many women, you know, other actresses in the waiting room because we're all different.
Speaker 2
So the only thing I can do is do my best performance and then hope I get the job. So I'm very used to that.
I'm not an Olympian. I'm not an athlete.
You know, I don't do those kinds of competitions.
Speaker 2
So I got to stay in my lane. And for me, that means that I always set an intention.
If I go out and I've done what I wanted to do and my best, the rest I can let go of.
Speaker 2 And so that's what I have to focus on every week.
Speaker 4 That's a healthy approach. Have any of your cast mates or your fellow competitors, do you enjoy like watching?
Speaker 4 Has anyone surprised you where you're just like, wow, you know, just I'm competing against them, but, you know, really enjoy their dances.
Speaker 2
Yeah, no, all of them. I think everyone this season has brought, I really do think it has been such a stacked season and everyone has their own strengths.
Yeah.
Speaker 2
And everyone brings their own touch to their dance. Like I think everyone is very distinctive in who they are.
And so I enjoy it all. I am soaking it all in.
It's in two weeks, it's going to be over.
Speaker 2 It feels like it's already been 200 years,
Speaker 2
but at the same time, like it's also flown by. And I'm just trying to soak it all in because the truth is, like, here's my t-shirt.
I really am, I'm 54. I'm the oldest
Speaker 2 person in this competition now. And if I dare to dream that if I actually won this thing, I learned the other day doing the Hollywood Reporter
Speaker 2 interview.
Speaker 2 that she told me I would be the oldest person to ever win this thing. And it's like, that's what I said.
Speaker 5 I was like, really?
Speaker 3 Is really?
Speaker 2
And so I haven't fact-checked that, but I trust her. And so now, like, part of me is like, you know, you go into that.
I came into this going, yeah, I'm going to win it.
Speaker 2 And then every week that I go, now I'm in the semifinals, it's like, wait a minute, could I? Like, I don't know. Like, do I really, truly dare to dream?
Speaker 2
Because it's become, it's definitely about me dancing, but I feel like it's about more than that. It's, it's really become about representation for older people, older women.
And
Speaker 2 I'm happy to carry that mantle. Hell yeah.
Speaker 4 I was going to ask you, what would winning mean to you? But it seems like a little bit of what you just talked about.
Speaker 2 Yeah. It's this show has really given me
Speaker 2 a great purpose.
Speaker 2 Certainly with performing, but for me, it's like, it's so multi-leveled with like going back to dance after I'd been hit by a car, you know, 30 years ago and proving to myself and then having so much love and support.
Speaker 2 People at the show last night, I had someone come up to me and said, you know, I was thinking about retiring and then I saw you and I've decided I don't want to. I'm going to keep going.
Speaker 2
And I'm getting that every single day. So it's like, it's blowing my mind.
And I just love that.
Speaker 4 That's, that's amazing. How many people, do we know, have they announced like how many people are going to make the finals?
Speaker 2 I don't, I don't know.
Speaker 3 Like that's above my pay grade. Yeah.
Speaker 2 So
Speaker 2
I feel like anything can happen on this show. I feel like it's been a wild, wild ride.
So, I don't know. All I know, all I can say is, however, many, I hope Elaine Hendrix is in it.
Speaker 3 Oh, absolutely. Yes.
Speaker 1 How did, who did you enjoy dancing with more, Rashad or Alan?
Speaker 6 Oh,
Speaker 2 you know, listen, Rashad, this whole experience has been like ad water insta family.
Speaker 2
Alan and I are so tight now, but Rashad swooped in and brought such incredible energy and had such a calming effect on me. We were just texting.
We're like friends for life. Like I adore him.
Speaker 2 So I loved it. I actually thought that was a really great challenge that
Speaker 2 I bet they're going to keep for a while because I think the audience enjoyed it.
Speaker 4 It was really fun, really nostalgic. Rashad was on the season I was on that he won.
Speaker 4 I'm curious.
Speaker 3 I know like Toddy.
Speaker 4 He was brilliant and I had a great experience, but I know through over the years, I kept up with Rashad a little bit.
Speaker 4 And he mentioned that he's, you know, after he won, he kept up dancing a little bit. If they were to ask me to come back and do a dance, let's say with you, I wouldn't remember much.
Speaker 4 I'm curious, did Rashad come in with a lot of like, hey, I know the steps or did he have to like really relearn a lot of stuff? And how much time did you guys get to practice together?
Speaker 2 It was astounding how quickly he learned the steps.
Speaker 2 Astounding to me. Yeah, because we didn't get
Speaker 2 this week, Alan and I had our main dance.
Speaker 2 And then they were also, the pros are constantly like, they've all got like two or three other shows happening that they're having to rehearse for, prepare for. They all have different deals going on.
Speaker 2
And so they're really busy. And some of our rehearsal time got cut into this week.
And so I feel like we didn't have our normal amount. And Rashad just like jumped in.
Speaker 2 It was like fish and water but he told me which I thought was really interesting he said he said back when he was playing in the NFL every single season he picked up a new hobby and he focused on it and one of the years he just like was he saw a dance on a commercial and he's like I want to do that and somebody said that's the cha-cha and so he went seeking the cha-cha and literally wound up being asked to be on dancing with the stars and his first dance with the cha was the cha-cha wow and he said so i i did my cha-cha and i thought like okay, that was going to be it.
Speaker 2 And then he ended up freaking winning the whole thing.
Speaker 3 That's crazy. Yeah, he was, he was great.
Speaker 1 Did he give you any advice about like being at this stage and dancing with the stars, the competition being like more intense than ever? Did he give you any advice?
Speaker 2 Yeah, because I said, I said, this is the, like this past week was the first week that I felt pressure in this show. And I was like, and I don't like it.
Speaker 2 Like, I'm just like, I do not like this, feeling this pressure. And so I said, what, you know, what do I need to do?
Speaker 2
And he said, stay in love with the dance, focus on Alan, focus on me, fall in love with the music and cut the noise out. And so that's what I did.
I got off social media.
Speaker 2 I didn't do any social media this past week. I didn't.
Speaker 2 We still recorded stuff and I have people helping me, but I like, I had to, because, you know, it's just that all you have to do is see that one message.
Speaker 2
And then like, of course, your brain is going to like totally stick to that. So I just didn't want to see anything.
And that helped me.
Speaker 2 Do you feel like that's something you'll continue to do throughout the next two weeks i don't know i'm trying to just kind of take it week by week like today i feel so relieved yeah that i don't like today i don't feel the pressure today i just feel relief and like okay i'm ready to go to rehearsal and let's do it all again i mean you nick you know what it's like it's like you you you do it then you let it go and you're on to the next you don't even get to celebrate the next day after a dance was always this i mean i it was the scariest day for me because i felt like i could barely get the steps up till, you know, performance night.
Speaker 4 And then I had to relearn like a whole new language, right? It's just so intimidating. And you finally feel like you're getting,
Speaker 4 you almost wish you had two weeks, right? Like it's like that first week to warm up. You got to practice it, get out of your system, and now you want to really refine it.
Speaker 4 And they're like, nope, forget all that.
Speaker 3 Completely new dance, completely new steps.
Speaker 4 I have so much respect for all of you guys because I felt like I did fine, but you're really crushing it out there.
Speaker 4 It really seems like you guys have been practicing these dances for weeks, and it's been really fun to watch you all.
Speaker 2 Oh, God, thank you. Cause no, I
Speaker 2 that is part of the competition, you know. It's like
Speaker 2 it would be a different thing if you did have more time, right? Like, part of it is you crunch it in, but I agree with you. It's like just a little more time, like, just a little would be nice.
Speaker 4 Do you have any fun plans for the holidays after dancing wraps up?
Speaker 2 I am going into such a busy 2026 that I'm going to try, try
Speaker 2
to have a little downtime. I help take care of my dad back home.
And so I'll go home, I'll, I'll scoop up all six of my animals.
Speaker 2 I'll go see my dad, visit with him, have a little bit of time over Christmas, and then I'm right back into it all.
Speaker 1 Do you enjoy being this busy?
Speaker 2 I do. I'm not someone.
Speaker 2 I'm very type A plus.
Speaker 2 And like, I know how to relax, but I don't want too much much relaxation.
Speaker 3 I'm kind of like that.
Speaker 4 Any fun things you can tease about what you're working on for 2026?
Speaker 2 Um, it's so annoying. There's two things that I am dying to tell people, and I can't, and that just infuriates me because I'm like, it's, I'm like, I'm so excited about it.
Speaker 2 So I'll be able to talk about those later. But the one thing I can talk about is, because it's been in the works for a while, is I'm going to go do Hello Dolly
Speaker 2 in a regional theater. Oh, wow.
Speaker 2
That's exciting. Yeah.
This
Speaker 2 Dancing with the Stars and then into 2026, I really set an intention that I wanted to go back to more live performing. I'd been a little burned out on film and television, and I wanted like the
Speaker 2
juice that I get from the audience. And I am getting it in just droves.
So I welcome it all. It's awesome.
Speaker 4 Well, that is amazing. Elaine, I can't thank you enough for taking the time and talking with us.
Speaker 4 When you get to talk about those next exciting, fun projects you have, please come back and tell our audience all about it.
Speaker 4 Please remind my audience how people can vote for you. What's the number to text?
Speaker 2
Yes, thank you. Okay, so next Tuesday, semifinals, between 8 p.m.
and 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, whatever time zone you're in, line it up to 8 to 10 p.m.
Eastern Standard.
Speaker 2 And you're going to text Elaine, E-L-A-I-N-E, to 21523.
Speaker 2 And then you're going to also go online to dwtsvote.abc.com and vote for us there. All right.
Speaker 4
We'll put all this information in our show bio. Be sure to vote for Elaine.
She is dancing with an injury. She is enduring pain for your entertainment.
Speaker 3 So let's reward our girl.
Speaker 4
Make sure you can vote for her. Elaine, wishing you nothing but the best.
Good luck the rest of the way.
Speaker 4
It's been so fun to watch you. Happy holidays.
Please come back and we'll talk soon.
Speaker 6 Actually, we do have one more thing to show you. We made a fan cam.
Speaker 3 What is that? What is that?
Speaker 8 Play if you can share it, please.
Speaker 3 Play is going to share it.
Speaker 6 You'll see.
Speaker 2 Being young and beautiful is not a crime, you know.
Speaker 2 You found my my Houdini Dini video.
Speaker 3 Yes.
Speaker 3 So iconic.
Speaker 6 Your iconic history of dancing and music videos, pre-dancing with the stars.
Speaker 2
Yes. Oh, my God.
I love that so much.
Speaker 3 I can't wait to share that.
Speaker 4 Well, we will be putting it on the internet for everyone to see.
Speaker 4 Elaine, thank you so much, Elaine Hendrix, everybody.
Speaker 4
Be sure to go vote for her next Tuesday night. Good luck the rest of the way.

What's softer than cashmere and warmer than wool? Well, it's not a riddle. It's the alpaca hoodie.
We heard about it, had to check it out, and we fell in love with it.
Speaker 4 We love to dress up comfy and cozy, especially when we are at the lake. But honestly, now that we're kind of home bodies, we're always looking to cuddle up and wearing something comfortable and cozy.
Speaker 4 And the PACA hoodie is just that. Packa makes performance apparel from Alpaca Fibers, one of the world's most sustainable natural fibers.

Speaker 9 harvey welcome back to the show thanks for having me back always fun missed you guys
Speaker 4 love the merch love the merch well it is good merch yeah i walked in and i was like i love it it's the first thing he complimented me on is it available now for people to purchase is that it's available now for people to purchase available now for people to purchase so plug
Speaker 3 it
Speaker 4 i saw a lot of comments on the uh post that natalie posted i did not have the flu and yes i
Speaker 4 thought i looked good i the the the merch looked so good that i was comfortable You don't know this, Harvey, but I mentioned that people who like wear sweatsuits during the day, I just feel like I'm have the flu if I'm just in wearing isn't that crazy?
Speaker 9 Yeah, I used to think that, but you know, traveling more and more as the years go by, I love a good sweatsuit for like a long trip.
Speaker 9 I just got back from Nova Scotia, and a long trip with a nice sweatsuit is so comfy. It's just a step away from pajamas because you're like, I'm not that person.
Speaker 1 Do you have to say Nova Scotia with that accent? Nova Scotia.
Speaker 9 I know.
Speaker 3 I don't do.
Speaker 9
I don't think I did an accent. Of course, you didn't.
I think you did. Do you have to do an accent?
Speaker 3 Were you there for work or pleasure?
Speaker 9 That, uh, why can't it be both? Porquendos los doses.
Speaker 3 Why can't it be both? Mi
Speaker 9 mucha bueno gracia bibloteca.
Speaker 9 Just saying every foreign language word you know.
Speaker 9 Adigato.
Speaker 3 And chow bella. Enchiao bella.
Speaker 3 Oh my god.
Speaker 9 We fist you guys.
Speaker 5 We missed you.
Speaker 3 What were we talking about?
Speaker 9
Pajamas. People step away from pajamas, but not having the flu.
And no, I don't think you have the flu. I think you're just comfort, and it's how you wear it.
Speaker 9 I've seen people walk in with the most confident, with juicy on their ass, and the confidence in them. And they should not be
Speaker 3 that confident.
Speaker 4 I wore Uggs with my sweatpants, and I felt like it was really elevating my game.
Speaker 9 Oh, I like that. That sounds comfy, actually.
Speaker 3
It was. I don't mind that.
It sounds comfortable and cousy.
Speaker 4 Well, we are excited to talk to you about all things Bravo. We got, we really want to get into, obviously, Salt Lake City because last night's episode was an absolute banger.
Speaker 5 Wow.
Speaker 1 I have so many questions.
Speaker 9 Emmy, television doesn't get better.
Speaker 4 What's so, I mean, there's so many fascinating layers to this episode, but the fact that the biggest part of this episode, the storyline with Meredith losing her shit happened off camera, that really, to me, tells you like.
Speaker 4 This was an event of like, this was Meredith Marks, not TV Meredith Marks, but this was Meredith Marks.
Speaker 4 Like, whatever happened and whatever people think about it, like, this was something that, like, this wasn't her doing a scene.
Speaker 6 Allegedly.
Speaker 9 Allegedly.
Speaker 9
And, you know, I will say this, because she did redeem herself in my eyes. I know Meredith.
And I think that if you don't have evidence, like, no one took footage of it.
Speaker 9 No one took audio of it.
Speaker 9 There was a camera crew in that plane. There's a whole camera crew in economy, but there's a camera crew in that plane that could have ran up to to the front, got a little bit on the iPhone.
Speaker 9 If there's no evidence, and this is hearsay, I feel like the remaining cast of the women have joined forces and almost said, Here's what we're going to say.
Speaker 3 Really?
Speaker 9
Here's what I envisioned. They all got together and they're like, I'm just, I've had it with her.
Here's what we're going to say. She goes crazy on the plane.
Speaker 9 We all agree she's going crazy on the plane, right? And everyone goes, it's a witch hunt. It's Salem witch trials all over again.
Speaker 3 Did you?
Speaker 6 You're so right. Thank you.
Speaker 1 Did you get like, did you take drugs or get drunk this morning?
Speaker 9 Did I take drugs?
Speaker 3 Yeah.
Speaker 9 Is that rhetorical?
Speaker 1 It's a crazy take. That's a crazy take.
Speaker 4 Listen, I don't agree with the take, but I think it's a valid.
Speaker 4 I think it's a valid take.
Speaker 1 I have a question before we get into our rapid recap that is absolutely not rapid whatsoever. It's the longest recap I've ever seen in my entire life.
Speaker 6 Okay, I'm sorry. There was a lot to get.
Speaker 3 No, it's totally rapid.
Speaker 9 But we're here for the weekends. Exactly.
Speaker 1 Who do you think was the first person that told production about like, who do you think was like, oh my God, guys, you missed it. This is what happened on the plane.
Speaker 3 Heather.
Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah. Heather.
Speaker 9 Because Heather is always on the storyline brink of the next thing. She's always the first person to have lunch with you and say, like, can we have lunch?
Speaker 9
You are unhinged. You are crazy.
I have a book coming out. Like, she's always the first person to kind of.
She's the narrative. She's the narrative.
She's the narrative.
Speaker 9 And then that's why I'm always like, wait a minute.
Speaker 3 But
Speaker 4 Heather's having her dream season that I always wanted for her, which is to not live in Lisa's Shadows.
Speaker 9 Jumping on Captain's back.
Speaker 4 She's become the Don Corleone of the group. Like, you know, you have to sit down with Heather when you misbehave.
Speaker 9
You do. And I used to feel like Mary was that.
And Mary went away for a second and then came back. And Mary's just happy to be here, I think, right now.
Speaker 9
And Mary's just like, she knows what her thing is. Her tagline is comic relief.
Her confessionals are gold. And so she knows what she provides.
Speaker 4 Except for last night when it was like, oh, if Mary's having this conversation, you know know it's serious.
Speaker 9 Did the girls get together with Mary and say, look, why don't we all agree this is what happened?
Speaker 1 You think Mary would do that? Or do you think Mary would be like, bitches?
Speaker 9 I don't, I think Mary would be on the side that like, you know,
Speaker 9 moves the story along. Right now, I feel that it's a smart move to kind of be in the right room at the right time.
Speaker 9 And so I feel like she was, you really, and then Meredith said, you were asleep for most of the ride.
Speaker 3 That doesn't matter.
Speaker 9
Because I woke up, you were screaming. And I was like, so wait a minute, you were asleep for most of that long ride.
But when you woke up, you happened to hear a little bit of screaming.
Speaker 9
No one caught it on tape. It's all here.
It's a witch.
Speaker 4 That's an interesting take, Harvey. And we're going to read this rapid recap, and then we'll get into a little debate.
Speaker 1 So in case you have no idea what we're talking about and you missed the most recent episode of the Real House 5 of Salt Lake City, here is your rapid recap.
Speaker 1 Meredith was not there for Britney's theater kid energy, but her and Lisa also thought the tin man was the one with no brains. So she obviously is not a patron of the craft.
Speaker 1 But Meredith is both a survivor of a toe injury and a tried and true hater because she and Bronwy decided to throw Britney's stuffed unicorn overboard while wearing blow-up suits that billow in the wind, R.A.P.
Speaker 1 Uni the Unicorn, you are loved. Oh, and also she can excuse Lisa calling Bronwyn a gout dick sucker, but draws the line at Britney bringing up a TikTok.
Speaker 1 So Bronwyn asked Mary to step in and in the Meredith, Britney feud as a woman of God, but God was nowhere near that sea that day, my friends.
Speaker 1 And that's it for the below deck down under crossover, unless OMG, Uni the Unicorn was rescued.
Speaker 1 And the drama did not stop there because apparently Meredith crashed out on the plane and Lisa encouraged it, like screaming, crying, throwing up, crash out, psycho, crash out.
Speaker 1 Also unsure if it was just an incredible editing choice or something that happened in real life, but Crazy Rotations was shown as the in-flight entertainment.
Speaker 3 I didn't notice that. It did.
Speaker 4 It was a great in-flight movie.
Speaker 3 It's the perfect in-flight movie.
Speaker 1 Afterwards, Brittany could still feel the trauma in her body. She also was more mad at Lisa because she stuck up for her at camping.
Speaker 1 Bronwyn wasn't there and isn't sure if the crash out was a dramatic as the women are saying because no one took a video.
Speaker 1 What she did think was real were rumors that Todd was looking at sexy photos of another woman on a plane.
Speaker 1 And for the record, Bronwyn is totally down for her and Todd to see someone across the bar and love their vibe.
Speaker 3 Mary.
Speaker 1 Bronwyn is totally down for her and Todd to see someone across the bar and love their vibe, you know? She just doesn't want to find out about it on Twitter.com.
Speaker 1 Whitney also revealed that she and Justin have low-key hat agreements as well, so the girls get it.
Speaker 1 Anyways, Electra tells Angie she doesn't want to compete for Greece if she ever made it to the Olympics because she's not that into being Greek.
Speaker 1 Angie was heartbroken, but nevertheless, she is persisting in getting that dual citizenship.
Speaker 1 Also, Lisa told Heather that she's not her god, not her judge, and isn't responsible for controlling Meredith's crash out. She also feels like she's in Willy Wonka cuckoo town.
Speaker 1 Meredith denies to Mary she was being cuckoo town on the plane and Mary was like, Girly pop, I was there. What's going on with you?
Speaker 1 Overall, for everyone that has issues with our plane stories, be grateful we're not Meredith, I guess.
Speaker 4 So true this is a wild episode i mean the fact that like whitney rose came out and was like yeah we dabble in an open relationship and that was like kind of like the least
Speaker 3 dramatic
Speaker 9 episode that conversation felt like a fever dream i loved it so much i did not expect that i was like what is going on and like i was like decompressing from all the drama leading up to that point that i thought i was just kind of like not on my bingo card i was not focused on that my focus was over here and then all of a sudden, I'm like, oh, they're having like, oh,
Speaker 3 agreements.
Speaker 3 And I would talk to them about
Speaker 3 oysters.
Speaker 9
Over oysters. And I was like, whoa, hold up.
At least have dinner. You know,
Speaker 3 you can just imagine the producers being like, Are you willing to talk about it?
Speaker 4
And they're like, I don't know. They're like, well, listen, like, Meredith is like a giant bully in this episode.
And no one's just going to remember you guys talking about having open relationships.
Speaker 4 So now's the perfect time to slip it, sandwich it in.
Speaker 9 That was crazy. You guys, can I tell you something? i was in utah filming a movie when that episode was being filmed
Speaker 9 and so i'm also part of this episode
Speaker 9 are you the man across the bar i was filming and i've actually uh had lunch with bronwin and wait and yeah
Speaker 1 were you the lingerie sexy on his phone
Speaker 9 i'm sorry i I was that clip of Crazy Reaching.
Speaker 3 Crazy Richard. Great.
Speaker 4 So you really had lunch with Todd and Bronwyn?
Speaker 9
I did. I did.
I was filming a movie there. And I've known Bronwyn, you know, before.
And I was just like, oh, yeah, I'm going to be in town.
Speaker 9 And there was a moment where we were like going to actually maybe cast Bronway in the movie. And like, she had to leave to do an episode in
Speaker 9
the crossover episode, which is this one that we just saw. This came from the boat.
And she had to fly in. She missed the first one.
She couldn't. She didn't leave and got the next flight.
Speaker 9 So she came later, remember? Yeah.
Speaker 9
While she didn't go on the first flight the night before, I think it was, or two nights. That's when we had dinner.
And we were like, she was getting ready to film and whatnot.
Speaker 9 And all of this was happening while I was there. And then not looking at the episode, I'm like, wait a minute, I did not.
Speaker 9 Because it was stuff that, like, obviously you don't talk about production and stuff.
Speaker 9 And, uh, and we're friends and we talk about like fashion and stuff like that, but we don't really try to talk about like the drama that's happening.
Speaker 6 How did she tell you she was going to go in there with the banana boat?
Speaker 3 No.
Speaker 9
I, I, I, I love Todd and Broderin. I think they, they're great.
And I had no idea of like this storyline.
Speaker 9 And I, so that's what, for me, I was like shocked into this like spot of like what um i think the world of them i think they're they're really great in fact the other day i text todd because he collects the mugs from all over and i was at a starbucks in nova scotia nova um and i text
Speaker 3 i did not
Speaker 9 okay and then i and then i said have you do you have one of these hey where are you
Speaker 9 so i i'm i'm slowly collecting all these mugs for todd that i'm probably never gonna
Speaker 4 uh that's i'm jealous that you have uh you have todd on the speed dial i'm trying to get uh convince Browen to bring Todd in on the show and have a little sit-down with the both of them because I feel like
Speaker 9 I don't know if it Browen's even mildly interested, but I feel like Todd is like misrepresenting Todd's very private Todd's very like private and like they feel like he's so funny when you get to know him like one-on-one like In fact, Brown was like, you're hanging out with my husband more than I am because I was like there for like three months filming and he was so nice.
Speaker 9 And me and my friends, we had dinner with him and like, he's really funny. And just like when you get to know him.
Speaker 1 so were you so shocked to find out he was looking at sexy lingerie women on his phone on my airplane with the brightness all the way up
Speaker 9 the here's the thing the algorithm got him you know i the algorithm got like i always think like what people think when i see someone open their twitter especially you know gay men like
Speaker 9 what are you looking at and it's like it's just my twitter babe and i was like that's your twitter
Speaker 9 it's just like it looks like a dating app but even beyond like it's like how did they get that clothes in there
Speaker 9
Yeah, exactly. I was like, that's your Twitter.
That looks like OnlyFans. That looks like Sniffy's, you know?
Speaker 9 That literally looks like you're looking
Speaker 3 at Pornhub. Yeah.
Speaker 9 And so I don't think it's the, you know, not justifying anyone's, you know, actions or anything, but like sometimes you could be looking over someone's phone and see something that you're like, what are you looking at?
Speaker 9 And you don't know. You know, maybe it was a Sears catalog.
Speaker 3
So true. There's just an Orny Morning Sears.
This is so funny.
Speaker 3 This is so funny.
Speaker 9 You shouldn't judge anyone by the book of their Twitter
Speaker 3 It's like this.
Speaker 1 So, Nick was trying to buy some lingerie for me, but he was kind of like looking at it for a little bit too long toward the point where I was like, Is he checking out these bitches on this site?
Speaker 9 That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 5 You don't know that what you know, and he's probably looking at all the letters and numbers, being like, Wait, so I'm literally just trying to figure it out.
Speaker 4 Like, it's all very trying to figure it out. It's just like, What size is this a size of the chart?
Speaker 9 Like, and then it says, He went to the bathroom and tried to figure it out, okay?
Speaker 9 And he made the radio go on, on and he just tried to figure it out for you and i was like you know one quick question do you see the nipples through this or is she wearing like nipple cover
Speaker 6 god forbid he wants to appreciate the art that these models are exactly
Speaker 3 judge is like some sort of like keeping tom yeah todd was trying to buy bronwen lingerie
Speaker 5 He was on Victoria's Secret.com, of course.
Speaker 3 Yes.
Speaker 9
You don't know. Okay.
You don't
Speaker 9 know.
Speaker 6 My favorite part of that was Bronwyn being like, and that's fine. I just would prefer picking out the woman he's looking at.
Speaker 3 And I was like,
Speaker 9 he's progressive. That's progressive.
Speaker 3 That's like, you know, that's progressive.
Speaker 5 But that was my question that I was confused. Is this kind of saying that, yes, Todd did make out with someone else? Or
Speaker 3 she was okay with it.
Speaker 6 She said he probably did. She just wants to like
Speaker 3 be in control of how we can. I rewinded it.
Speaker 3 I think
Speaker 6 she wants to have the little puppet.
Speaker 1 But she also didn't confirm if he was also farting, you know?
Speaker 9 Again, we don't know what's going on behind closed doors and behind people's arrangements.
Speaker 9 Like, you know, yeah, when they look at people at the bar, and it literally is, we saw you from across the bar, and it's like, oh, you're in an open relationship. We're in a poly.
Speaker 9 I was like, oh, great. You're always, you know, recruiting.
Speaker 3 But like,
Speaker 3 yeah, multi-level marketing. It's a draft office.
Speaker 9 You don't know what scenario you're going to be in until you come across it.
Speaker 4 Let's get into the merit of Mark's airplane
Speaker 3 debacle.
Speaker 4 That's a very interesting take, Harvey. And I think it's valid.
Speaker 4 I do think it's a fair question, it being a TV production and airplane freakouts are like a thing on the internet, you know, where if someone loses their shit, people are quickly, quick to point out, pull out a camera.
Speaker 4
Then you have the element of like, these women are famous. They're celebrities.
It would be surprising to think that no one on this flight recognized any of them.
Speaker 6 Right. Also, they're all together in a group.
Speaker 9 And you have production in the back.
Speaker 3 Nope.
Speaker 5 They were in first class. Heather was on Watch What Happens Live last night, and she said that she was like, the majority of the first class was them and production.
Speaker 5 And she was like, So, I think it was a bit of celebrity that paid into not being recorded.
Speaker 9 Ah, but that's also crazy that production wasn't like that's that's where that's where, but also, the flight attendants don't have, don't own anything to Bravo.
Speaker 9 Like, they could easily be like, People have gone canceled for less, you know what I mean?
Speaker 9 They've gone, like, the flight attendants can say, like, I had guess who on my flight at 2A, you know, seat 2A and blah, blah, blah and they were total dicks and blah, blah, blah.
Speaker 9 They could have done that.
Speaker 9 So, if no one was complaining there was no fire, like some fire marshal, whoever, air marshal, like showing up to to arrest you because you're, you know, then where's the proof?
Speaker 9 Like, that's what my thing is. Like, you can't just call someone something and there's no evidence.
Speaker 3 And also, Todd got got for just looking at something on Twitter.
Speaker 6 Right. You know, in economy.
Speaker 3 So, like,
Speaker 6 are you kidding me?
Speaker 3 Yeah. Meredith, you're inexpony.
Speaker 4 Here's the thing. So
Speaker 4
I think those are valid. And I think Meredith has that going for her.
And Meredith Marks, the lawyer, is going to lean on that. till the day she dies.
Speaker 6 The defense is wrong.
Speaker 9 And also all the things that like Brittany was saying, like she was like, the hair pulling. And I was like, hair, that sounds like, you know, an attack.
Speaker 8 I'm a little Team Brittany on this one.
Speaker 9 You think you're Team Brittany? Mm-hmm.
Speaker 3 I don't know.
Speaker 4
Yeah, but here's the thing, though. It doesn't have to be, it doesn't have to be like some one of those classic freakout airplane videos.
It's not as if,
Speaker 4
you know, Meredith was like, if this is what I did, an air marshal would have been called. I would have been arrested.
But not necessarily.
Speaker 4 The way it was described is that like Meredith and Lisa were very much like high school girl bullies. This was like me girl central, right? And like, we've, we all know how bullies bully.
Speaker 4 And, like, they were sitting right behind her, and they could have been incredibly cruel and aggressive and heckling without the screaming part.
Speaker 4 It could have been just, you know, like talking shit about her. You know that, like, Lisa was laughing and like egging on Meredith and kind of snickering.
Speaker 4 And maybe, like, it's not like she grabbed the scalp of her head and ripped out her hair, but I think she was this kind of like
Speaker 4 a little harasser, just a little flicking and just like being that kind of bully.
Speaker 3 Maybe if it's, maybe it's even like blowing on her head. Brittany has some long extensions.
Speaker 1 I feel like maybe it got like in between the seat, you know, and like Meredith could see it.
Speaker 3 And she just was like, you stupid bitch.
Speaker 8 That literally happened on the yacht when she was like, don't touch me.
Speaker 4 It also makes sense because I think what's so triggering for Meredith is because like it's clear that these women have conversations.
Speaker 4 off screen about like what they're down to talk about and what they're not. And it seems pretty clear over the seasons seasons that Meredith has no respect for Brittany, right?
Speaker 4 And whatever understandings they have or don't have, Brittany bringing up a rumor about Meredith's marriage is obviously incredibly and understandably so triggering for Meredith.
Speaker 4 And I think that Meredith thought that Brittany bring that up was completely like out of pocket, out of line. It crossed the line that Meredith is like, fuck this bitch kind of thing.
Speaker 4 And I think it really just bothered her and embarrassed her because now she has to go home and tell her husband, hey, you got accused on this trip of having a fair. Like that is deeply personal.
Speaker 4 Totally get why that would be triggering for Meredith.
Speaker 4 But the way she went about handling it on the flight, and I guess why there's no videotape is because I don't think it was like, I think it was just kind of an ongoing loud harassment and not like some like actual
Speaker 4 big, huge performance that like someone needed to be like told to like pipe down.
Speaker 5 You know, it was like, for all you know, that the flight attendants are like i don't know i guess this is what these fucking housewives do they're just kind of like and meredith did say at the end that she was like i thought or britney had her headphones in so she couldn't hear me so i'm like you're on a plane if she's saying awful things behind brittany brittany can hear it all yeah i don't know it's times like these where i'm like addison ray headphones on like i think you just got to do what you got to do
Speaker 4 i don't think brittany's that good of an actress i think her like her talking about that night like i just i see what you were saying, Harvey.
Speaker 4 I just don't think these, all these women are colluding together to
Speaker 9 agree that bullying is not good. Like, bullying is not good.
Speaker 9 And, well, I'm the anti-bully bully.
Speaker 9 I will bully you if you're a bully, you know?
Speaker 9 But I agree
Speaker 9
that that's never acceptable. And I can see why the frustration might have, you know, build up to this with Meredith.
But again, bullying is not okay. But the setup of that was so,
Speaker 3 so harsh.
Speaker 9
And also the evidence. It's just like, you know, I wonder if you're right.
That I wonder if Lisa is egging her on and they're both like the girls in school are like, yeah, you stupid, you know.
Speaker 8 I have a question for you, Harvey.
Speaker 3 Yes.
Speaker 8 Isn't the smoking gun that this actually happened, the fact that Lisa's turning on Meredith now? Exactly.
Speaker 8 Lisa will go the distance to hide the evidence, but the second it's too much, she'll throw you under the bus.
Speaker 4
Yeah, that's a great point. I was just going to say that, Justin.
The fact that like, you know, Lisa's not saying, no, this didn't happen. You guys are colluding.
I was there.
Speaker 4 This didn't fucking happen. Lisa was like, no, that was crazy.
Speaker 1 She was telling John, shoving her face with Wendy's.
Speaker 4 And then it was when she was sitting down with Heather, she was also like, That was crazy. And then, surprise, when Heather was like, Well, wait,
Speaker 4 you were part of it too, you know, right?
Speaker 9 That wording was suspicious when she's in the car with her husband and she was just like, She was like, I would never, I would never do that. I would never.
Speaker 9 And then later on, it was like, Everyone's saying she did.
Speaker 4 So, even Lisa is confirming that Meredith was like acting out of pocket.
Speaker 1 Also,
Speaker 1 we have Meredith being like, and then we landed, and Lisa woke up and I talked to her about it for 10 more minutes and then we got off the plane.
Speaker 1 And then we have her talking to Mary and she's like, it was maybe 15 minutes long.
Speaker 1
So it's like, our timeline isn't. So you talked about it for 10 minutes.
So you only talked about it for five minutes before you took or during the however long flight was.
Speaker 9 That's true. You know, the real heroes here are the editors.
Speaker 3 So true.
Speaker 9 Because those,
Speaker 9 you know, unsung heroes, because now I feel a certain way because I think I've been led to believe something because of the previous episodes of Britney.
Speaker 9 And I got to tell you, like, even Andy said was like, come on, Brit. Like, she goes through security TSA with the camera phone and it goes,
Speaker 9
and it's like the attention of that. It's like no one stops her and says, you can't do that.
We think you have a gun.
Speaker 9 You know, just going through security and singing Pink Pony Club through the airport with a glass of champagne as they ask her to stop, ma'am, you can't take that glass with you.
Speaker 9 Like those scenarios for attention, there's a certain point where I was like, hey, I wonder if this isn't cahoots to make a storyline, to make the storyline even bigger.
Speaker 9
Because I was like, if they did bully her, that's fucked up. And if they bullied her, that's really mean.
And I'm upset about that.
Speaker 9 But if this is all to draw storylines, because she's been dragged before for the last couple of episodes to make her a martyr now, I'm again, is this because of editing?
Speaker 9 And I want to believe that it's not, but it might be for me.
Speaker 1
I just don't think we could get Mary on board if it wasn't true. Mary's a woman of God.
She doesn't like play with these like little, she's like, I don't have the energy for it.
Speaker 3 Little girls care. Little girls,
Speaker 9 she doesn't play with little girls.
Speaker 4 She would rather hang out.
Speaker 1
And she's like, I don't like Brittany, but like what happened wasn't okay. It's, it was wrong.
Yes.
Speaker 4 She usually avoids drama. Yeah, but for her to sit down with Meredith and just be like, listen, like, I'm worried about your soul.
Speaker 3 You know, like,
Speaker 4 I think what the rest of these women saw, including Mary, was a level of high school bowling that they haven't seen since high school.
Speaker 4 And they saw Meredith really like blackout drunk style, where it was like, I don't recognize this person, be a version of like what she probably was in high school.
Speaker 4 And we've all seen these people, these bullies in high school, like just do some, like, it's like they're good at it, right? They know how to do it.
Speaker 4 The, like, the negging, the poking, the, like, the very kind of thing. It's like a switch.
Speaker 9 It's an old switch. Yeah.
Speaker 4 And they, I think they saw that and they were just like, this is fucked up.
Speaker 4 I think they were, I would, I think they were really a little spooked out by just how nasty Meredith got when she got triggered with Brittany. And it was very covert and it was very like, you know,
Speaker 4
yeah, and I think that's what they saw. And I think they were all like triggered.
I mean, I think like the reactions from Heather and Mary were just not the same. It was like, that was fucked up.
Speaker 4 Like, that was like crazy to, you know, it was just, it was different.
Speaker 5 To your point, when they were sitting on the yacht and Meredith was like, this pea brain behind me, I was like, I haven't heard pea brain since like elementary.
Speaker 9 That's bully language.
Speaker 6 I do think Brittany awakes something in Meredith that I don't know if Meredith likes about herself.
Speaker 4 Yeah, she she spread a rumor about her marriage.
Speaker 9
Yeah. Yeah, I don't know what it is.
Something about her trying to ruin her fucking marriage.
Speaker 9 I don't know, something about the way she just rubs her the wrong way, you know, because they're just having like, you know, some lobster and she's like, I heard on TikTok that your husband's cheating on you.
Speaker 9 And it's like, what kind of conversation is that over dinner?
Speaker 9 And then Brittany says she was trying to help her i was trying to help you by telling you what i saw on tick tock yeah before you told whitney like it's like you showed whitney you showed when you're like look at this game you know it's just like you set up this you know it's like you make a rain you know dance and then when it rains on you it's raining on it you know yeah it's like how did this happen it's like you started this this was kind of insane that bravo showed the tick tockers like face they must have gotten permission but that's what bravo does they they encourage that shit it's part of their universe they it's just like obviously not true, is the other part of it.
Speaker 9
Right. And it's like hearsay, someone can say that because that's another 20 seconds of fame for that person because they can be like, I'm going to do it.
I'm going to say Mary Cosby is an alien.
Speaker 9 And then, like, make a video of it. And then be like, did you hear about you being an alien? That's a lie, you know?
Speaker 3 Like, get on the radio. It was also just an insane rumor.
Speaker 1 It was like, yeah, his, this, my friend's Uber driver picked up Seth and his mistress. I'm like, who are
Speaker 3 Columbus, Ohio?
Speaker 4 It could be anybody. Or like, maybe he got in an Uber with a co-worker.
Speaker 3
He did Uber, Uber pool. Yeah, he's in Uber pool.
Now who's the bully?
Speaker 9 In Uber pool.
Speaker 1 Poor Sethi couldn't afford it. In Columbus, Ohio.
Speaker 4 Another thing that also kind of made me think that this is real is at the very end of the episode where Mary is like, listen, I think you should apologize for yourself, your soul.
Speaker 4 And Meredith, Meredith is finally like, I'll have to think about that.
Speaker 9 That's a very lawyer like answer. That's a very lawyer answer.
Speaker 3 Yeah, very lawyer.
Speaker 4 I'm not going to admit to anything yet, but you know, I think Meredith is even like looking at Mary and
Speaker 4 realizing that like, all right, Mary's really, Mary isn't doing a scene. Mary's, yeah, Mary's telling me that she's, thinks this is fucked up.
Speaker 4 And like, you could tell Mary is very much trying to give.
Speaker 4
I mean, Mary is trying to give Meredith grace. Like, hey, listen, we, you know, she really came in with like, I don't want to attack you.
I just want us to get through this.
Speaker 4 But like, that was fucking crazy.
Speaker 9
I want to see Meredith in court. Like, I want her to get a spin-off on Bravo.
It's like, all's fair in love and war. All is fair.
Speaker 4 Well, when she was like, I can't speak to what you think or don't think.
Speaker 9 I'm going to think about it, but she's also the DJ, the DJ that pregames everyone at the courtroom and gets them ready for divorce court.
Speaker 3
And then she's like, damn, by the judge. Damn.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 She was on a roll being mean girl bully by throwing the unicorn in.
Speaker 3 Oh my God.
Speaker 6 Okay, that was Braun Winsite DJ.
Speaker 8 No, but the uni needs to swim. You got self-tanner.
Speaker 9
Why did you bring that unicorn when you said, this trip, I'm not going to talk about him at all? Exactly. This trip, I'm not going to talk about him.
If I do, you can throw water at me.
Speaker 6 She's setting herself up.
Speaker 4 No, yeah, she definitely deserved it.
Speaker 3 Yeah.
Speaker 9
No, I'm not saying she deserved it. I'm saying that, like, no.
Yeah.
Speaker 3 The unicorn was a little much.
Speaker 9
I was like, whoa, the unicorn. Why did you bring that? Because that's a conversation.
It's like, guys, look what I brought. You are loved, baby.
I am not being forced to record this, baby.
Speaker 9 I love you, baby.
Speaker 4 Thank God production got out of the sea can you imagine if it washed ashore it washed ashore and some kid found it and all of a sudden it hears literally yeah like i was like is he reading this like what do you want me to do just okay fine you are loved baby
Speaker 8 i feel bad for brittany that was awful i feel like we this literally reminded me of season three when jen shaw and heather threw angie k steals off board and i'm like we called them bullies but now meredith and bronwin did it with the unicorn to britney and now we're like eh it's fine it's a unicorn but i'm like it's the same concept here is my here is my rebuttal to that one One,
Speaker 6 in the aspect of Jen Shaw and comparing her, production can film Jen Shaw getting arrested by the FBI and pick up cameras for that, but you can't pick up cameras to see Meredith crashing out of the camera.
Speaker 4 First of all, those cameras that you're talking about them picking up are underneath the plane.
Speaker 3
So they definitely could have grown up. There you go.
iPhone.
Speaker 3 Of course they could have gone. iPhone.
Speaker 6 You can shoot on 4K on an iPhone nowadays.
Speaker 6 Two, okay.
Speaker 6 Not as bad as what Jen Shaw did.
Speaker 3 She threw Angie's heels.
Speaker 8 Angie had to walk barefoot back to the spinner van.
Speaker 6
I know. And Brittany still had both of her shoes and she got the unicorn back and they did it in giant inflatable suits.
So it was humorous.
Speaker 8 But you know when it hurts someone when they don't say anything and they walk away? Like Brittany just walked away because it was like, what is she going to say?
Speaker 9 She was hurt. Yeah, well, okay, I did feel bad.
Speaker 3 That was bad.
Speaker 9 Yes, I agree. That was bad.
Speaker 6 Like, she was being mean.
Speaker 9
Then I didn't like that. That shot of her walking away made me feel for like, I was like, oh, that sucks.
Yeah, exactly. But she didn't miss the unicorn until they brought it to her.
Speaker 9 And they're like, we found this. Like, why is it wet? She forgot about it.
Speaker 4 She totally forgot that she didn't have it with her when they unloaded the boat but the point is the point is it hurt her because i think brittany britney wants to be friends with these women and she's friends with some of them and like we we had britney on the show we met her she was lovely love her she she leans into kind of a little bit of um
Speaker 4 i guess like a ditzy persona she's certainly not i mean but like she might not be your cup of tea but i thought she was a lovely woman and really nice And I can see why like other women might not want to fuck with her.
Speaker 4
I don't know. But like they clearly, like Meredith specifically just doesn't respect Britney.
You know, I think they're just,
Speaker 4
whatever about how Britney does her stuff, singing videos, whatever, they find her to be cringe. And I think they just, it just like annoys the fuck.
They don't mesh.
Speaker 9 They just don't mesh together, which is fine. I know people don't mesh all the time.
Speaker 9 I know I've worked with actors that like, you know, you don't mesh and you're like, we're just going to work and do, you know, and that's fine, you know, because you don't take your work, you know, home.
Speaker 3
Yeah, that is how it matters. Your work is home.
Exactly.
Speaker 9 And you have to film it and you have to be at home in your house talking to your daughter about how you have not been there for them. You know what I mean?
Speaker 9 That's taking your work home and we get to see that. And then unfortunately, it does paint her in a certain way, which I'm sure she's lovely and wonderful.
Speaker 9 But the way that the seasons have been and edited, they do paint her in a certain way because of the choices that she's made. To like, even if she does cringe video, you know, for sure.
Speaker 4 I mean, she definitely makes some choices. But yeah, I mean, it's
Speaker 4 yeah, them not like them not telling her that they threw it over and waiting for her to find out.
Speaker 4 You know, like you can tell, like, and then you just feel stupid, you know, it's just like that's how Britney felt.
Speaker 9 I mean, yeah, they do like do pile on her at times, but it's also like the that you tune in to watch that and you're like, oh, this is bad. But it's also like, why did she say that about the husband?
Speaker 9 Why did she say that he's cheating? Why did she bring that up? Because it makes for this conversation to go to the next level. And, and this is why we're talking about it because it's cool.
Speaker 6 Yeah. She also did say Meredith had seizures.
Speaker 9 Oh, right. Yeah.
Speaker 1 That was crazy.
Speaker 3 That was crazy. That was crazy.
Speaker 6 So she does. It's not like Britney's like a lamb.
Speaker 4 Harvey, you deal with production a lot, and I imagine many of the camera people you're working with are all sag.
Speaker 4 While I think a lot of reality TV is not sag and not unionized, I still believe that like audio and video product, like the cameramen are.
Speaker 4 So I suppose a producer could have got their iPhone out, but like if you're asking like why
Speaker 4 like some like some of the people are just off the clock. They're flying.
Speaker 9 That's true. They're flying, but if this happened supposedly for four, five hours, how long that flight was, a pretty long flight, it nobody thought to pick up at any moment.
Speaker 9
I mean, for God's sake, why didn't, you know, she do it herself. She did it when they were in the sprinter and she was recording.
You are recording on it. You are vile.
You can look. You are vile.
Speaker 9 And so if you didn't, if you did it back then, but you didn't do it here, where it would justify your case, that's a little concerning to me because now it's like, wait, you did it before when it was nothing to do with you.
Speaker 1
Harvey, I feel like Brittany is the kind who turns her phone off and puts it in her purse when she's flying. Like she's that kind who's like, I just, I'm just, I'm on the plane.
I just turn it off.
Speaker 1 She's like not putting it on airplane mode and buying Wi-Fi.
Speaker 9 She's following those rules.
Speaker 3 I think she is.
Speaker 6 Well, right after she takes her phone into the cockpit to go visit the pilot.
Speaker 9
And she leaves it. She leaves the, what do you call it, lounge with a glass of champagne to go, ma'am, they chase her down the street.
She goes through security and singing pink pony.
Speaker 9 You think she follows the rules when she gets away from the camera?
Speaker 3 I think she's scared that the plane will crash if her plane is on airplane mode.
Speaker 9 You think that she sits down and she's like, now it's time to be a good person and I'm going to turn this off as opposed to like, ma'am, you can bring guns on the plane.
Speaker 4 I do think that she would have been scared of Meredith her recorder.
Speaker 3 Yeah, that's for sure.
Speaker 3 That's true.
Speaker 9 She has learned her lesson with the women, but she's in the front, though, so she could have just played, like, put, you know, record and put the phone down or something.
Speaker 9 Something where it would have been like, this is great to prove my case, you know, or an audio recording, yeah. Audio recording, something.
Speaker 6 Also, here's one other thing about this story that seems fishy.
Speaker 6 They were saying that Meredith was like shaking Brittany's chair, but then when they put up the seating charts of the chairs, Lisa was sitting behind Brittany and not Meredith.
Speaker 8 Wait, guys, I just had an epiphany. Doesn't every airplane have a black box?
Speaker 3 Someone subpoenaed the airplane.
Speaker 4 Isn't that just for the cockpit? I don't know if it like.
Speaker 9 They record everyone.
Speaker 1 Everyone's being recorded.
Speaker 6 What if yellow jackets happened to them in that moment?
Speaker 3 Yeah.
Speaker 6 Like, what if they crashed?
Speaker 5 Brittany would be the first to be gone. Yeah.
Speaker 4 Yeah, they would eat Brittany.
Speaker 3 Guys, like, there's no way they're not with her on an island. I don't even think it would eat Britney.
Speaker 9 She would do something where she was taking a selfie and then she falls off the edge of like something in her dough.
Speaker 6 She is the first to die in my Salt Lake Horror movie that I'm in.
Speaker 4 I'm just saying, but if they didn't have food,
Speaker 5 Meredith and Bronwyn would do to her what they did to the unicorn.
Speaker 3 Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 3 Yeah. I see that.
Speaker 4 I watched that movie. Before we let you go, Harvey, what are your thoughts on OC while we have you?
Speaker 9 Oh my gosh.
Speaker 9 I feel like it's got, I mean, they're the OG, so I have mad respect for them, you know?
Speaker 9 But, like, the idea that, like, man, it's really escalating to the point where, like, I feel, you know, who I'm talking about. Um, but yes, but you don't want, I don't want it.
Speaker 9 Like, I feel like if I say anything, that, um, she'll kill me.
Speaker 9 But I feel like it's just sometimes you, you, you're setting things up, uh, to, to chest to the, to the degree that you can't come back from.
Speaker 9 Yeah, like, there's certain things that you do that you're like, you can't come back from this. Like, there's no way you can come back from this.
Speaker 9
And every time I say that, we go there and we come back for more. We keep going and we keep building on it.
And every time I say, there's no way you can never come back from an accusation like that.
Speaker 9 And I just feel like they're really kind of giving Salt Lake a run for their money. They're the OG.
Speaker 9 So there was a moment where it was like, we tune in because there's entertaining and we honor, you know, our elders. And like, like, it's just,
Speaker 9 well,
Speaker 9 I'm saying like in the franchise, like, you know, we honor and respect that.
Speaker 9
But it just got, it's getting to the point where like, I feel like it's a race and they're just trying to do as much to get ahead of that. And it's like, you don't need to just be you.
Just be you.
Speaker 9 And it'll, it'll unsolve by itself and unravel and we'll be disgusting.
Speaker 1 What was your real-time reaction to Andy giving Tamara an example of her pulling things from the past to hurt people and her being like, when have I done that?
Speaker 1 And that's why you two years ago called me and like gave him two examples immediately. And he was like, well, that's exactly what I'm talking about.
Speaker 9 Andy doing that is actually kind of like really brave because this is the women who created this like franchise.
Speaker 9 And for you to say, remember two years ago when you did this, but you didn't bring it up until now, it's kind of its own way using it as like, you know, ammunition and also as a tool.
Speaker 9 And so it's very smart. It's very like a producer-like that that's like a producer brain that you would do that.
Speaker 9 But good for him. Good for him for bringing it up and addressing it and kind of saying what we're all thinking.
Speaker 9 We don't have the power to say that, you know, and if we say it to their face, we're a bully.
Speaker 9 But if you're the boss and you say, hey, this this is your evaluation for this quarter, and I think you're, you're a real witch.
Speaker 1 You did not make employees.
Speaker 9 Hey, you didn't, you came short on being entertaining, but you succeeded and excelled at being a witch, give or take a letter, you know?
Speaker 9 And it's just like, that's, that's the evaluation that your boss would give you. And what would you say with that? Thank you for this.
Speaker 9 I will take that into consideration and I will become better next quarter.
Speaker 6 Also, this just in breaking news, speaking of OC, Katie Janella did post on her Instagram story that if she would have been on the plane with Meredith, she would have recorded.
Speaker 3 God bless you, Katie.
Speaker 9 Thanks, Katie.
Speaker 3 Love her.
Speaker 4
Well, Harvey, it's always fun to catch up with you, man. Appreciate you coming.
It's tons of fun.
Speaker 9 Thanks for having me. Always fun.
Speaker 4 Are we promoting anything right now?
Speaker 4 What can we plug for you?
Speaker 9 Yeah, we just have a new season of Fiona and Cake, which is really fun from Adventure Time. And what else am I doing? Oh, a film, a couple of films that I should plug, which is
Speaker 9 forget the name of my own films.
Speaker 3 Would you like me to poke your ID?
Speaker 9
Damned if you do. As it's doing this right now, so you watch it.
It's really, I get to play a demon in that.
Speaker 1 Was that easy for you?
Speaker 9 Playing a demon?
Speaker 3 What do you mean?
Speaker 1 You had no hair and makeup?
Speaker 9 I should have recorded you saying that.
Speaker 9 I should have recorded you saying that, and I was sure everyone would have bullied you.
Speaker 1 You had no wardrobe for that. It was just come as you are.
Speaker 3 Yeah, I brought my own horns.
Speaker 9 I wear my horns. Finally, I can show my own horns.
Speaker 9 Yeah,
Speaker 9 damn if you do.
Speaker 9 And pickleheads. So watch those.
Speaker 4 Those are fun.
Speaker 3 Oh, my God. Play.
Speaker 3 My horns just come out right now.
Speaker 3 Oh, my God.
Speaker 3 The clock's ticking. Guys, you gotta go, and that'll do it for this episode.
